An ambitious grocery store co op in Dorchester is asking
the community to put its money where its mouth is
or they'll close in just two months.

co Op, which is owned by its employees and member customers.
He says the grants supporting the local store have suddenly
dried up and their sales haven't kept pace to cover
those costs. They've only been around for two years.

club in Dorchester that is community owned.

Rudiney Cellistan is on the board. They're asking the community

neighborhood would be worse off if they weren't around.
