Yes, we put in I'd like to say about two
months of work, probably longer, honestly, because we started even
before the summer.

Here at the Future Chef's Kitchen in Roxbury, there's a
delicious scent wafting through the air. Teens or serving Korean
cauliflower and panadas and hob and Arrow chicken sandwiches with
a buried glaze for its fourth annual Summer Fusion pop up.

Speaker 3 (00:18):
Here we're teaching people how to do simple house cold cooking,
but also advance techniques, showing them what it takes to
be in the pro leagues.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
It's the fruits of their summertime labor, testing out recipes
and working after school. Chef armand Garcia Kotts is on
chicken duty.

Speaker 4 (00:32):
Really leaning into this knife skills and life skills, you know,
an opportunity for people to learn these critical thinking skill
the problem solving skills that take them, you know, beyond.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Executive director Mark Dacruz tells me. The cafe and eateries
open eleven to two Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of this week.
