Greater Boston Sees Apartment Availability Increase, But No Rent Decrease

not so much the selection they're worried about.

The cheap ones are probably not good looking, rather the price.

mortgage payment, they're the nice ones.

Boston rental agency Boston Pads is reporting on some data
showing there are higher availability rates for certain neighborhoods in Boston.
Could have something to do with a lower number of
international students. Even with more supply, However, those prices aren't
exactly going down yet. It's students like one who's originally
from Providence, not concerned about any off campus real estate battles.

There's hope as September turns into October, more supply and
less demand can equal and some lower prices on Commab.
