The majority of today's session focused on the testimony of
a Canton snowplow driver named Brian Lockran, who was adamant
that he never saw John O'Keefe's body in the snow
the night he died.

Prosecution, however, argues that Lockran's memory is inconsistent, as he
messed up times and dates in the past. They also
pressed him on whether or not his testimony was swayed
by pressure from Turtle Boy blogger Aiden Carney. I do

Harass Yes, The prosecution says Carney threatened to expose Lockran's
connection to the Alberts before his original testimony. He was
later embraced by Varney's followers. After the first trial, there
will be no court tomorrow over concerns about the courtroom
being too hot. The trial will pick up again on Friday.
