I'm walking inside of what will soon be Sweet Tease Bakery.

Our ceilings will be pink because I can't help myself.

That's Teresa Thompson Maynard showing me the bare bones of
what will eventually be her first store.

I have a nut allergy, so I couldn't just go
to a bakery and buy big goods.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
So she started baking her own, eventually operating her business
out of the Commonwealth Kitchen. Now she and her husband
are on their way of opening up their own nut
free bakery in the neighborhood she grew up in.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
Best part about us being in this space is we
will be one hundred percent nut free, and we then
will have the control to make sure that everyone who
walks through the door with analogy can eat anything out
of here safely.

They're planning to open in the fall of this year
