Massachusetts Utilities Proposing Temporary Gas Bill Relief

After being told by the Healy administration to lower gas
prices to help customers, ever source in National Grid release
their own proposal, a ten percent cut to gas bills
for March and April. One customer from Dorchester liked the
sound of that, but another was more skeptical, as the
plan differs charges to off peak months.
