get around Lawrence. If so, a new addition at the
McGovern transportation station on Merrimack Street could be the answer.

I think there's probably plenty of people that would use them.

A newly installed rack of ten motorized e bikes now
sits at the transportation hub. Mark of North Andover is
seeing the hybrid battery pebble powered bikes for the first time.
Speaker 2 (00:21):
You have blue bikes in Boston. New York City's got
their versional. Why shouldn't Lawrence have that and transportation center.
It just makes a lot of sense to have it
center there. And maybe if these get a lot of use,
they'll have different kiosks with the city.
Speaker 1 (00:35):
They rent for as low as just a dollar for
twenty four hours for those who qualify income wise, otherwise
up to twelve dollars for an entire day in Lawrence.
