New Proposal Seeks To Crack Down On Marijuana In Next Year’s State Election

A group of base stats has filed an initiative petition
proposing laws to do away with the regulation, distribution, and
taxation of recreational marijuana. As for what other base stators want,

I just don't believe that that's all right that people
should be neglected.

Keep it. It's working, It's given taxes to the state,
so I wouldn't repeal it.

The proposed ballot initiative would criminalize the possession of more
than two ounces of marijuana, but only with a one
