Led by their captain Rex, a tiny herd of knee
high goats curiously comes out to meet me in a
suburban Plymouth backyard.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Yeah, they are small. They are Nigerian dwarf goats. This
is as big as they'll get.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
These are the nascent four hoofed all Stars of Goat
Walks Plymouth, a side gig that lets members of the
public rent out goats and take them for guided walks.
They live on the land of Amber Telford, whose daughter
runs the show and manages the goats. They'll pretty much
go anywhere.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
But in off peak times like late in the evening
if there are not a lot of people around, or
in the mornings are on weekdays, we might dip into
the downtown area because it puts a smile on people's faces.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
And the goats all have their own personalities. Rex tends
to be more headstrong than the others.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Rex is the oldest and he's we sometimes call him ornery.
