Speaker 1 (00:00):
If you and I had been here three months ago,
we would have seen drug sales and drug activity.

Speaker 2 (00:06):

massav and Washington have created their own sort of neighborhood watch,
reporting every time they see a drug sale, drug use,
or any other criminal activity. He says a recent report
showing an increase in three one one needle pickup requests
in other parts of the city only tells a portion

Speaker 1 (00:24):

the street in this area and leaving needles.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
He is calling on the city to focus on public
housing buildings and the crimes he alleges happened there in
the South End. James Rojas w b Z, Boston's news
