all the time, you know, helping out, So we just
wanted to help out a little bit for them for Thanksgiving.

Staff at the Revere Hotel on Stewart Street in Boston
walked a cooked turkey down to latter seventeen of the
Boston Fire Department just down the street.
Speaker 3 (00:15):
Yeah, I don't think we have the time to do
the full blown cooking here.
Speaker 2 (00:18):
It's an annual tradition. Fire Captain Dan Martel says the
hotel brings the Thanksgiving fees to firefighters who were on
call during the holiday. Executive chef at the hotel, Jeremy Franzen,
was a little groggy eyed. He stayed up all night
cooking it. Since the first bird was toasted by the
brand new sixty thousand dollars oven that uses AI and
Wi Fi.

It does a lot of the thought process for you,
Like we can put in like two hundred steaks, a
probe one and teletemperature and I'll cook them all the
same time of trick what.
Speaker 2 (00:44):
Yeah, But it's thanks to his efforts that firefighters are
