On September second, the brand new Shausheen Pre School in
Andover will start welcoming children for the very first time.
Joel Bloomstein is the chair of the building committee.
Speaker 2 (00:10):
The prior Shasheen Pre School was over one hundred years old.
It really it was no longer fit to serve our students.
Speaker 1 (00:20):
And when West Elementary School kids return next week, they'll
have a brand new athletic field. Construction crews are meeting
a very demanding deadline. The field sits right where the
old West Elementary School used to be.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
We demolish the old school started literally hours after school
got out last year, so we could build this road
and start building the playing fields.
