Social Security Administration To End Paper Checks Sept. 30

In an effort to modernize Social Security, will see sending
paper checks to most recipients starting next Tuesday.

I don't think it's a good idea.

I think they should leave well enough alone.

The motivation behind the change, first announced last July, from
paper to electronic payments and prepaid debit cards is efficiency
and to save money, according to the agency. Yet these
folks are worried how it could impact the lives of
those who received benefits.

The human era is just going to be a mess
everything up. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (00:28):
I have elderly people that I take care of, then
I'm concerned about.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
It's also part of their daily routine.

Speaker 5 (00:34):
Yes, yeah, which is important to them, right to keep active,
to keep going around.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
And it would impact their lives.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
Absolutely in a negative way.
