Joyce Stanton, not for her work here in this building
as an assistant to the Governor, but for her work
in the Caribbean community and her work for her native Barbados.

I'm part of the Barbados Group, so we do things
like send home cheers for the hospital. I'm ambassador to Barbados.

She's also the first person who greets visitors to the
Governor's office, and Governor Healy told me Joyce is special.

everyone with a big hug every day, a huge smile,
and just a warmth and a tenderness and a joy
that's irrepressible and inspiring.
