Taunton High School's Culinary Team Celebrates New Food Truck

The culinary director at Taunton High, Brendan Johnson, says, the
Tiger Truck is a roving classroom.

menus for it, clean it, What the strengths of running
a business off a food truck are, and what the
pitfalls are.

Serving things like egg rolls with blue cheese drizzle, cheesecasadillas
with lime, and Senior Brandon Molina's fave loaded fries.
