Pan-Mass Challenge Hosts The Pedal Partner Party Ahead Of Bike-A-Thon

There's a good opportunity to step in and try to
help wherever I can.

On a breezy weekend afternoon on the Fenway Overlook, Jonathan
box Hill tells me his family's experience with Dana Farber.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
We found out at the beginning of December that our
youngest store to Adelaide had a brain tumor. We were
very fortunate that we were able to get ahead of
it and they were able to successfully remove one hundred
per cents of it.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
He's part of Pedal Partners.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
We're hosting our PMC Pedal Partner Party. We invited PMC
riders and teams who are connected with pediatric patients at
the Jimmy Funklinic.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
PMC kicks off first weekend in August. Cyclists will ride
hundreds of miles anywhere from Wellesley to the Cave for
these kids. Katie Iwanowitz is with the PMC.

Speaker 3 (00:36):
At Dana Farber. They say the work that they do
their impacts lives everywhere, so we're really making global change here.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
The ability for them to be able to do that
is others that have donated previously, So now it's my
time to pay that back.
