There's a Target on one side, a Best Buy on
the other, in between a Chinese restaurant, a working gear,
a dance school, and the always busy registry of motor vehicles.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
It's really useful to people to live here.

Speaker 1 (00:12):
Everyone I spoke to was glad they're not turning the
mall into science labs. Too many labs.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
I don't know how many of those we need. If anything,
we need a couple more shopping centers or something over here.
That'd be cool. Yeah, we prefer it definitely being a
shopping center. I like keeping on us the all. I
like the Target.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
Yeah. The Target is busy, lots of customers. The rest
of the mall pretty quiet.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
The mall is a bit slow.

Speaker 1 (00:33):
Yeah, but the new owners say the mall has actually
performed very well and have no immediate plans to make
