Ascension Bio:
Ascension is the brainchild of Dutch producer Yigal Roos. 20th of October 2023 saw the release of 'Leave Me Alone EP' [Fluid Electronics NL] including a techno remix by Gerwin van Engelenburg. The EP is supported by Laurent Garnier, Slam, Colin Dale, Ian Donovan, Dimitri Kneppers, G-Prod, Samuli Kemppi and more. 

On the same day Ascension released his tech house flavored track 'Groove Bar23' on Japanese imprint Housetribe Recordings as part of their ADE Session 2023 compilation. 

Also in October Danish imprint Deepwit recordings is releasing the track 'Cadance' on 'Autumn Air Vol.12'.

In 2022, he released a 4 track House EP on Dutch electronic music label ‘Fluid Funk Recordings’ which garnered support from Ame, Glenn Underground, Tom Trago, Dirty Disco Radio and Sandro Bianchi.

Ascension released 4 EP's independently collaborating with various singers such as Indian traditional singer Samhita,  fusing traditional Hindi chants with modern day electronics. He also collaborated with Portuguese singer Gauri on the EP ‘Peak Beyond’ - a release rooted in an ecstatic, psychedelic mixture of sounds which got featured in the print edition of the highly respected German Magazine ‘Faze Music’.
