When asked by the folks at Turnstyle RVA if I would like to be featured on their radio show for Pride Month and make a custom mix, I jumped at the opportunity! More than ever, it's important to show our pride as much as we can, and if that means mixing up some gay-ass dance music together for your start-of-the-summer jams... I understood the assignment!
I decided to make a Pride Retrospective, something from every decade to proclaim that we have always been here, and take a look back on some classics.
Tracklisting:
I will survive / rain on me / don't start now/ sissy that walk / move your feet / believe / you need to calm down / dancing queen / express yourself / born this way / firework / proud
