Episode 21: Episode 21: The King is Stillness and the Queen is Silence

For thousands of years, All great Saints, Guru's, Great Grandmasters, Sages, and Accended Masters have all expressed that Stillness and Silence is the way to a successful life in health, wealth and love in relationship to self, God, others and all of life.

Taking time to slow down and 'smell the roses' is one thing and slowing down to connect with your true self is another.

In the book Stillness is the Key, author Ryan Holiday offers short dialogues as a reminder of how important Stillness and Silence is necessary on the path to wholeness, wisdom, contentment, creativity and everything in between that makes our human experience worth living.

Eckhart Tole also drives it home in all of his work - The Power of Now - in order to enter the present moment more deeply and profoundly by letting go of running away from your past and stop chasing your imagined future. Be present so that your true essence can not only be realized but also embodies.
