In this is episode I share three different stories how one question changed my life.
My first oncologist asked me "Dan, How did such a young man such as yourself get into the business of cancer?"
I asked my Dad, "Dad would you be willing to tell and share with me what it feels like knowing you are going to die anyday?"
And Finally, I asked a homeless man Bill, "Bill would you be willing to share with me what events in your life have caused you to ask me for change?"
In these questions I found hope for myself to help me navigate from the pain and struggle of disease and disconnection from others. They had a profound effect in opening my heart to love. Life can be the healer.
I leave you with one question (two parts) What do you really want? and What do you really need?
