Eric Helboc started investing in real estate while working a full-time job as a public school teacher. His various real estate initiatives grew to a point where two years ago he took a leave of absence from teaching to focus on real estate. Just recently he decided to officially resign and focus solely on real estate. Now making breakfast for his kids is just one of the many things he has time for.
