When what you though you healed shows up again. On a healing journey, you may revisit an old wound that you did so much to heal. Each moment on the path to healing we are a different person, we become wiser and our ability to hold our pain or trauma expands. A new layer of the old wound shows up because you're ready to heal the next piece. We heal in layers. It does NOT mean you've regressed or not healed properly, its just another facet of it.
