Yep, this time of year is here. While we hope many of you enjoy this time of year, we know many may find it challenging. This year we didn't focus on survial. We focused on practising neutral. It may feel impossible, we know. The more we reach for at least neutral, the more automatic it becomes. Netural isn't about giving grace, it's about protecting your peace in situations you are in. While making the decision to not go to family gatherings isn't easy, that can be an option. We are so grateful to be a part of your journey.
