Episode 8 is in the key of G. The note G is said to be connected to the Throat Chakra. The Throat Chakra is about communication and expressing yourself, beliefs and ideas. The note G is about community, it supports the transition from the physical to the spiritual consciousness, and that's why I thought it would be great for a first episode.
Allow this to be a safe place for you to clear your mind, take a deep breath, meditate, do yoga, or do anything else that allows you to relax and heal. Allow your mind to wander.
