From Genesis to Revelation God is given both masculine and feminine attributes and described as a father, but also as a mother who gives birth, nurses and comforts as such.    Throughout Church History the Holy Spirit has regularly been referred to as Mother and spoken of as She.  Early church fathers such as Origen, Jerome and Clement described the Holy Spirit as Mother and also attributed Wisdom in the Proverbs to the Holy Spirit.    Count Zinzendorf who was the leader of the Moravian Revival which some say is the catalyst of the First great awakening was adamant that the Holy Spirit is the Mother of the Church and even went so far as to say that those who know the Spirit know her as mother.   He described God as family represented in the Trinity and said that those who experience the Trinity in their hearts experience God as the Father, the Son and the Mother.    In the first of this 3 part series, Cynthia Dunbar expounds on this truth and goes through scriptures that describe the beauty and glory of our Heavenly Mother. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
