He co-founded Project Compassion, a national initiative to deepen compassion in police departments, federal law enforcement, and the military, which now extends to firefighters, paramedics, veterans, and sectors such as defense and energy. Sean’s work addresses hate, polarization, and extremism through innovative leadership and engagement strategies. With over 25 years of Leadership and Organization Development experience, Sean has also served on the faculties of Cornell, NYU, and Baruch College CUNY.
