Cindy Stal is a coach, creator and podcast host who turned sexual abuse as a child and unimaginable grief into empowerment. After experiencing the stillbirth of her daughter — she found that the key to healing is to maintain a wide open heart. Because when you close your heart, that energy comes with you in every other area of your life too. Her deep healing journey became the foundation for what is now a seven-figure coaching company dedicated to helping women unlock their hearts and heal with pleasure. She brings a deeply personal and nurturing energy to her work, inspiring others to reconnect with their own divine essence.

Cindy lives in the Netherlands with her soulmate husband and their blended family. She is on her own unschooling journey with her oldest son and shares her work through coaching programs, courses, oracle decks, upcoming books and a growing online community.
