Speaker 1 (00:03):
What would you talk about on your on your podcast
Firm Elvis Represents show. You know, mama gets a tear
in her eye when all the microphones are on. That
means everyone's here. Froggy's here at home, and we've got
Gandhi at the podcast table there, and there's Garrett, and

(00:26):
there's Rody, and there's great Ta Ho ho ho Froggy
of course, and there's Scary Scary, there's Danielle and straight
Nate and of course our special guest Lisa, wife of Froggy.
Froggy Now, welcome to the fifteen minute morning show podcast
Things to talk about. Rody wanted to talk about how

(00:46):
all the girls got shoes yesterday. He took them shoes shopping,
and the guys are going electronic shopping at Piece of
Richard's son today, and Nate wanted to know if he
could got yesterday. Wanted to get shoes for his girlfriend
rather than the electronics. And then I said, you know, Froggy,
maybe you want to do that, Like hell, no, I'm
taking the electronics. No, I'm not gonna give it for that.
This is this is a gift from me to people
that work with me. I don't I would feel kind

(01:08):
of weird. But does that make Nate like a romantic
guy or does it make him a sucker? I don't know.
Makes Nate a romantic guy? And he's trying to use
note Nate's using Elvis to buy his girlfriend a gift.
I'll tell you it makes Nate a cheapass because I
know what he makes per year, right, and he can
afford to go buy a gift for his girlfriends. Okay,
did you ever think cheap? The reason I wanted to

(01:34):
go shoes shopping and have you purchased said shoes because
I would have four uh four women and a gay
man helping me pick out shoes. When does that happen?
That was my favorite movie back in the day. Yeah,
that never happens. Like, you know how many times I've
sent Danielle pictures of your shoes and I'm like, hey,
what do you think I would have you right there

(01:56):
in the moment telling me these are great shoes. You
should get the like extras Avenue. There are a ton
of gay guys there, just go down. I think it's
very noble, honest, if you think about it, Nate honestly
was not thinking of himself. He was thinking of his
loved one, and he wanted her to have really nice shoes.
There there are plenty of people at the shoes store

(02:18):
who can get some shoes. You are trying to be cheap.
I'm not gonna do I gotta get those shoes. You
what do you think? I think it was a very
nice thought you had in your head, Nate, but you
are a terrible scammer because all you had to do
was get a guy pair and then go return them
and none of us would have known. I'm not going
to do that. Why are you encouraging that behavior? I

(02:40):
told you I watching the guys plot out their electronics
purchases has stressed me out so bad. What have you
what have you noticed them do? Because today is the
day we're going for the electronics shopping for the guys, well,
all of them have practiced. They all did a practice
run where they went to the store, tested things out,
and then shows what they want. But then there's like
a debate of how much they're going to get. And
then they were asking us how much her shoes. That's

(03:00):
the part that's stressing me in it's not your business
how much I spend how much the shoes are? So
that he can get it like okay, okay, one at
a time, one because I don't. I don't want to.
I want to know what the bar where the bar
was set because I don't want to overspend, want to
be because if she was like a couple of hundred dollars,

(03:22):
I don't want to go over that. Let's say let's
say it was a hundred dollars. I don't want to
go over the one doesn't want to go Okay, everyone's
talking at the same time. I wish I could hear
what you're saying. He took a picture of Daniel shoes earlier.
I saw him on Google lens. He was trying to
find the shoes online to see how much they cost. Okay, okay,
so he knows. He knows I can at least spend
that scary. I love you. You're you're pretty fat. Well, no,

(03:47):
I get it, okay, I us you don't look I know,
but you were walking here. You wanted to get an
eight thousand dollar refrigerator. I just half joking. He wants
to four thousand dollars, right, you know for the record
album At Leasta just elbowed meat fridge the record. I
said to everybody I said, guys, wouldn't it be so

(04:08):
cool if Elvis says we're gonna go shopping and we go,
guys and go Elvis, you know what, for all you've
done for us all year, we don't want anything, and
we wanted to just like give it back to you
as our Mike. You gotta, okay, plug your mic back in, Brodie,

(04:30):
stop on plugging people's mics. Right, great tea, that was
a very sweet, sweet tea. But really it's not what
I want to do today. I want to I want
to buy you guys stuff for Christmas. Just let me
do that, sweet, And let's be honest. I don't do
anything for you all year round, right, I don't do
It's the little things that you don't think about that
go very far for us. Just let me do it,

(04:51):
like keeping my job around. That's what side is that
TV behind you? I think maybe I'll take one of
those today, Alright, sol though the responsive he had a
good time shoe shopping, had a great time shoe shopping,
and it made me feel very close to all of you.
I have a pair of shoes I'm never gonna let
go for the rest of my life. It was awesome
and Daniel. We got We had a lot of fun.
We had so much fun. We drift wine. No, they

(05:12):
didn't have wine. The restaurant at Sacks was closed. I
was sober. Okay, So so today we go to PC
Richard in Soon for electronics. Now this is where I'm
a little uneasy. I'm uneasy because it was such a
Oh girls want shoes and boys want electronics. You know
what I'm saying. Yeah, Well, to be honest, some of
the boys did not want electronics. Some of the boys
wanted shoes. Well, they could have come to for shoe Day.

(05:35):
I would have been happy with anything. A gift is
a gift. I don't care. Give me whatever you want,
Garrett today, ready for electronic shopping? Yes, all right, very much.
So it's well, I'm stuck between two things. One being
a television because you know, TVs are nice. Second because
I do the dishes in my house. I was looking

(05:56):
at dishwasher. So you don't have a dishwasher, you are
the dishwasher. I have a dishwasher, but I put things
in the dishwasher and then I end up washing them
again when they come out. All right, I get it.
Yeahs washers, does it matter I hired somebody to come
and do that. All right? Can we can we delete
that part of the podcast before we post it? What?

(06:17):
Because my wife, I think, wants to do dishwasher as well,
and I'm getting something that I want, so I don't
want to hear that that's that's no, we're playing unplug
my mic. Dishwashers are some say practical, some say no,
it's kind of nice to have a really great dishesher.
I know I have. I know exactly what dishwasher. If
I have to scrape cheese off a one more plate, no,
you see, the dishwasher should do that. For your Brodie, Brodie,

(06:41):
what are your thoughts today during your for your electronic
shopping spree. I'm excited I've told this story. I don't
know if it was on this podcast, but growing up,
we didn't have a lot of money, and so we had,
you know, we lived humble life in an apartment in Brooklyn.
But when it came to TVs, my father saved for
a year and a half to get a Sony and
that was what we got. We got a nice VC
are a TV and as this as a ship piled

(07:02):
up around us, he would look at that TV and
he would think he was rich. And that's how I
was raised. So we would hang out in electronics store.
You've always loved TV electronics and looked in like all
the first like twenty gifts I bought my wife when
we were dating. Electronics. That's all I knew. So this
is like the world for me. I can't wait. All right, good,
it's nice to hear the backstory now, Gregory. Okay, so

(07:24):
he's been thinking about what you could use for the house.
Not really, I just I would have rather choose. But
I mean, if he's must stop it, Brodie, Brodie stopped
stop on plugging his microphone. Maybe we should go to
PC Richards and Sun and by a microphone. It's a
lot of things that can use. I just don't think
about it like that. When it comes to the holiday season,
I guess I'm sort of like you. I like to
just give, so I really don't. I don't really get

(07:46):
a gift for myself. I haven't. I can't remember the
last Christmas. We're like, like I got like a really
good gift that someone like bought. Pressure. Pressure is not
on if you go there and you just don't see
anything you like, don't worry about you, don't you know,
have to take something I don't want. No, no, no,
no garrets looking for two things? Just give up your one,
Garrett to get both this dishwasher and the other thing

(08:06):
that they want. Pressure is not on. You can do
whatever you want. If you don't want something, you don't
have to to receive a gift. It's easier to give Froggy.
Have you thought about your a plan of action? I have.
I've been I've been online. I've looked around and I
think I know what I want, but I'm not exactly sure.
But I know that when I get there. It's kind

(08:28):
of like the girls in the Shoes yesterday. It'll hit
me when I get there, this is what I need.
And at least it's been trying to get involved in
what are you gonna get? Well? Have you thought about this?
I'm like, that's cool her gift, I know, but I
think it's great that she could be a part of it.
Not for me. I know. You like electronics. I've just
trying out. Yeah, they have double loves things at Leasta.

(08:48):
They have double ovens. You need double ovens. They used
to call Leasta that in high school. I love a
good double even scary. Well, yeah, you know, I it
is between two things. But I realized my apartment's very dusty.
And I saw this company, Dison makes these air pure fires,

(09:09):
and it's like the size of like it's like a
five feet tall thing. And they say, oh, in a
couple of weeks, all the dust will be removed from
your house. It doesn't it well, it doesn't dust the surfaces.
It kind of the dust kind of sucks into it.
It's the dust in the air it pulls out right.
So I've never had an appliance like that in my life.
Play what about one of those vacum cleaners that like rolls,
You leave the house, you turn it on, you come
back clean. You know, I never thought of that. So

(09:32):
I'm gonna probably be looking either there or I might
pin the son no sound bar because the so sound
bars are great. I gotta tell you, having a one
of those rooms running around your house when you're not there,
it's unsettling to me. I don't want anything going on
in my house when I'm not there. I have a question,
So is it one item or can we get multiple
items that add up to a figure? How does that
Yesterday with with my women. It was, hey, go find

(09:54):
a pair of shoes. You okay, so this is one.
You get a pair of electronics. Oh you know what
I do like? I just thought. I often do go
to the mall by myself, and I put five dollars
in and I sit in a massage chair. So I
do like the massage chairs. So if they sell massage chairs,
I don't know if they would do that. They might.
That's really nice. You ever get a massage chair? Can't
wait to bring that home? And see says, this is

(10:15):
what you picked? What? After all the work I do
is for him? He can't. I don't know if PC
Richard's chairs. But all right, well all right, but I
noticed yesterday when you, when you guys posted your your
your shoe your shoe gifts that a lot of people

(10:35):
are like, wow, that's so cool, and you know, how
great and how wonderful. And I hope no one listening
is sitting there going god these people. But you'll spoiled
brats entitled spoiled brats. That's probably a couple that. Well,
you know, I tell you here's my answer to that.
I love you, guys, and I and I can so
I will. I want to buy you guys something fun

(10:55):
for Christmas? What's wrong with that? Nothing? I looked at
the comments on all the girls Instagram pages. They were
all positive. I was I was ready to go at somebody,
but they were all possible. Did you get a paras shoes? No?
I didn't. I actually did not buy a parachute. He
just sat and watched us and helped us pick and
he didn't. He didn't get anything. Could you do that, Danielle,
I was in the wrong department already caught another pair

(11:18):
of shoes since yesterday. I do want to point out
something again in your favor, Elvis. You know, throughout the
entire year, you donate so much money to charity, like
so much, so that's good. Like no one could ever
say that you don't give back to the public, and
you don't give back, So it's okay if you do
want to, you know, buy the employees. Yea, that's nice. Okay.

(11:40):
Hashtag uncomfortable conversation. That's a good thing we talk about.
So we're getting ready to do the holiday picture and
we're all dressed up in our like holiday best. Well,
great Tea has on a Santa suit. It's like it's
so it's like a child's size. It's so it makes

(12:01):
it look big though it's not Santa Sak. Santa sac
Is gifts from the kids. It's the gift of kids
that Santa Sak is real. That's not really We'll go,
oh no, I'm glad Jewish. Yeah, why are you so swallow?
Why are you so swollen? Are you swollen? It certainly

(12:23):
not woke. His sack is big, but he's got a
penis like an elf. I mean, is where it is?
You're gonna ask me something else? I was there's no
way to keep any sort of concentration or focus on
this show. People. That was my moment. I will bring
something else up. So we have we're having our holiday brunch,
the first time we've done a brunch rather than a dinner.

(12:44):
That's a tomorrow. That's tomorrow. Now there's an elephant in
the room. I don't want to say that. It could
be insulting. But Lisa came all the way from Florida
and she's not invited. Well no, because because it's a
it's a it's an just you and you only without
your partner thing. So I don't know, is it okay?

(13:05):
If we took a vote to see if it if
it's okay to invite her since well will spouses and
boyfriends and girlfriends get mad public photos because let me
tell you how this works. What they've all told their spouse, Hey,
it's just employees only. So then Lisa shows up when
they get home. Well, I know, but it's a brunch.
It's a casual thing. She did come all the way

(13:28):
from Florida. My husband said, already, what do you mean
she's not going? And I go, she's I don't think
she can go because your husband is like a great guy,
And he said, he said, no, she should come the
way here. Well, i've been waiting for this podcast to
take this book. I think she wants to go shopping. Yeah,
she's something one please don't even safer for me if
she comes to the boy for the safer Froggy's bank account.

(13:49):
She should come to shopping today, don't you. It's not
going to care. She's getting a diswashing, as posted on
social media and Scar it's scary every breath he takes
on social media. Look, we don't have a lot of
time here. We have to figure this out. I know
it's an uncomfortable conversation, but we're kind of famous for those,
So I don't know's he's gonna order one of every appetizers.

(14:11):
So we're gonna anyone on the show. Do you think
you're your significant other will have a problem and just
speak it up. I think my girlfriend might have a problem.
I told her that Lisa could not come to the
holiday party. She's going to be upset. Gandhi, Yes, it
would Mr six one seven have a problem. He would
not care at Garrett. Nope, your wife, Brody no, great tea. Yeah,

(14:31):
should be very upset that Daniel scary. Alright, Froggy, it
would be an honor if we could invite your incredible,
incredible Lisa to scary. Just tell Robin only wives were involved.
Unplug mind. By the way, you don't have to come

(14:52):
if you don't want. If I was you, I wouldn't go.
