Speaker 1 (00:03):
What would you talk about your on your podcast firm
else the sixteen minute morning shows. So yesterday we had
this great conversation with Jamie, our friend. Jamie works down
the hall at Light FM. She's worked there for like

(00:23):
thirteen years. She's been in a radio for like twenty
one years. She's decided to put her life, her health,
and her craving to start a family in front of
her career. So she walked in and quit. It was
all very positive. Everyone's encouraging her to do so it's
all good. She will be missed. She's really great at

(00:45):
what she does. But I just really think it's awesome
to be able just to walk away from your career
because you have something else in mind that you know
is better for you, a better path. So what happened yesterday, Nate,
between you and Andrew.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
So on the heels of that conversation, I start, you know,
we're sitting in the bullpen, we're chit chatting, and then
Andrew goes, you.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
Know what you would be great at?

Speaker 2 (01:08):
And I'm like what?

Speaker 3 (01:09):
He goes, you know, what if you ever quit like
Jamie did, I could totally see you what becoming a
flight attendant? Okay, I've often thought I would be an
amazing flight at may.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
I back you up on that. I think you would
be the best flight attendant.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
Wa What do you think makes him a good flight
of Andrew? You start?

Speaker 4 (01:34):
So he just would be so attentive. I could see
him with the little beverage cart. I could see it
being six am. You don't want to be on the plane.
And then you get Nate coming down with the cart. Oh,
Bloody Mary's for your hard morning, carrying the little pins
that he'd give the little kids. Oh, this one's for
you on your first trip to Florida.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
Well, i'd be international.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
Okay, see, I see another Another side of Nate is
a great flight attendant because the flight attendants are more
than you know, Bloody Mary's safety first. Also, putting up
with a holes all the plane. Look you you put
up with me every day every day.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
I got first class right here, right.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
But you're really engaging with people, and this has been
a problem. Like we'll go the two of us go
out to lunch. He'll start flirting with everyone at the
tables around us, and it totally ignores that I'm there.
You're great at at starting conversations with total strangers and
making them feel at easey. Don't you think that's a
good plight?

Speaker 3 (02:33):
You know?

Speaker 2 (02:34):
And the funny thing is, I just thought Andrew sized
me up perfectly, So as homework, I asked him to
size up, size up everybody in this room, yes, and
say what we really should be doing with our lives.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Oh my god, this could be your next your next career.
Maybe we've sized you up.

Speaker 4 (02:49):
I could be a career consulting life coaches.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
You could be a life coach career. All right, so
go ahead, let's start with the start with scary.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
Okay, well, let me open up my notes on this,
so it's very specific. You are an Italian restaurant owner,
but a strip mall Italian.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
Restaurant, that's legitimate.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
They're the best restaurants for Italian food. Let me just say,
the best ones are always found in striss like.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
Easy food, like pizzas and sandwiches.

Speaker 4 (03:22):
Pizza sandwiches, they have the boots.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
I'm seeing it.

Speaker 4 (03:25):
There's vines in there. I just am picturing it. You
would be amazing at it, like the.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
Red sauce Italian like easy order. Yes, that kind of absolutely,
But he has to manage people to manage a restaurant, though,
can you do?

Speaker 4 (03:41):
I think he'd be amazing at that because it's something
he loves. It's Italian food that is scary to there's
a difference between Italian food and restaurant owning.

Speaker 3 (03:49):
Well, yeah, but I'm also in the in the vein,
same vein as Nate.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
I am a very welcoming person. You can go up
to tables, I want to make sure everyone's having a
good time. And you can hire someone to take care
of food management.

Speaker 5 (04:00):
Yeah, because I don't see you cracking the whip. You're
very nice.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
Yeah, I don't see you managing people.

Speaker 4 (04:05):
He's the owner that comes and slaps your back.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
You know.

Speaker 4 (04:07):
I was a go and alright, your nose, Larry.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
Whatever. The guys your friends. So do we all agree
that he has hit another home run with Let's move
on to Gandhi.

Speaker 4 (04:23):
All right, Gandhi. It was a little more difficult. I
really tried to get into the mind of Gandhi. What
could she be doing outside of here? I settled on
two things. Either a zoo keeper, you'll love animals. I
could see you having a good time with that. But
the other one was private investigator. See you working like

(04:45):
you always ask the question why. You never just take
the answer as it is. You're always asking why. So
I think if someone came to you and said, I
think someone's cheating. I'm having this issue here, can you
look into it? Your question would be why? And how
can I find out the answers for you? So I
I feel private investigators right up your alley, and I
see it for you.

Speaker 5 (05:02):
I like that, I'll take it. My dad would be
so happy to hear you say that.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
And you're also a question authority kind of person as well.
I wonder what career that would be. People who questioned authority.

Speaker 4 (05:13):
Probably have a job Daniel.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
If Daniel walked out of the show today, you feel
her best line of professional whatever future, it.

Speaker 4 (05:24):
Would be what shocking for this one? But kindergarten teacher?

Speaker 1 (05:28):
Why wow?

Speaker 4 (05:32):
She has a love of kids. She's so good with kids,
But at the same time, she has that temperament that
the minute they start acting up, she'll just be like
stop it now. Disney day, Yes, party day and dress
up date?

Speaker 1 (05:47):
What about your foul mouth? I don't really you don't
hear it on the show, So I would have you know,
maybe every now and then, one would slip. But you know, okay,
I like it. Okay, so do we all agreed? Maybe
that could be sure? Any other one any peace?

Speaker 4 (06:06):
Peace? I want that you have a teacher's aide, which
could be scary.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
Have you thought about Andrew? Have you thought about yourself? Uh?
You better hurry up and think of what.

Speaker 4 (06:22):
I haven't thought of?

Speaker 3 (06:23):
What about?

Speaker 1 (06:24):
What about? I wanted to hear Andrew. But let's let's
let's analyze Andrew. They will analyze me. I have no
problem with that.

Speaker 4 (06:30):
But Andrew, I would like to be a teacher. Maybe
that's what I always thought.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
Yeah, sure, we picked for you.

Speaker 1 (06:40):
Definitely not a chauffeur or driving people. I know I
thought bus driver. No, yeah no.

Speaker 5 (06:47):
Remember like World War Two they had a zar of propaganda.
I feel like Andrew would be a really good like
propaganda because he's really good at selling people what he
wants to sell you without actually necessarily true, so transparent,
but he's always tryed to like move the pieces and
and try like he's propaganda.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
So he's a great manipulator, like a Jedi mind trick situation.

Speaker 4 (07:09):
I feel it's not a profession.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
I got it, I got it. What he would work
at an elderly person's home, like an elderly you know
what do they call him living facility? It's not a home,
nursing assisted living, and you would be the activities directly.

Speaker 5 (07:26):
Yeah, okay, no way, I.

Speaker 1 (07:31):
Think I think you missed that when I'm.

Speaker 4 (07:33):
Sorry, because I feel like you're so good at organizing
and planning things. You need to do something with your
planning stuff and organizing stuff.

Speaker 5 (07:41):
Yeah, I know he could be a dog photographer.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
I would love that.

Speaker 5 (07:47):
Facts about Andrew, he wanted to get into photography. I
think he might have gotten denied by his school three times.

Speaker 1 (07:53):
And you know what, go against the grain, go against
their their opinion because I'm a dog photographer.

Speaker 5 (08:02):
Taking pictures of dogs and he takes good ones.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
All right, what about me? As soon as I walk
out the door today, I'm not coming back, Okay, So
what should I do?

Speaker 4 (08:09):
Yours? I have two as well? Yours is either an
international art dealer.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
Okay, I'm in. I saw you and Milan.

Speaker 4 (08:17):
I also see you with the circle glasses, slight accent,
maybe a little hilarious Baldwin here and there. Oh, yes,
you want the piece?

Speaker 1 (08:25):
Yes, of course, I would love to get into the
international art dealing absolutely.

Speaker 4 (08:30):
And the other one was Italian restaurant owner. But in
a big city where comes in In contrast, you're the
Michelin star, You're the Michelin Man.

Speaker 1 (08:46):
Yes, pretty much, figure that out. I'm in yeah, restauranteur.

Speaker 4 (08:53):
Yes, all right, thank you. Well that's what I'm thinking.
Just could work for all of.

Speaker 1 (08:59):
You, all right. You know what, everyone needs a friend
like Andrew who can be our our guide, helping us
figure out where to go when we all walk the
hell out and take this job and shove it. I'm
north Star, I'm your career with everyone. Thank you. The
