Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's time to go around the room with Elvis Duran
in the Morning show.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Hey, let's do it around the room. May I do
it around the room with you? Yeah, yeah, I'll do
that in just a moment. Let's go around the room
and then I'll wrap it up. Okay, gandhi around the room.
It's you, Yes, thank you.

Speaker 3 (00:15):
I want to challenge everybody to think about the good
things that happened to you during your day at the
end of the day, because there's a lot of crazy
stuff in the world right now. It's very easy to
get overwhelmed and feel anxious and stressed. But if you
take a minute and you think about the good things
that happen, your little wins for the day, it will
make you feel better. I promise I've been doing it.
It makes a huge difference.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
We are always dwelling on the negatives. Yes, the positives
seem to just kind of float by, and it really does.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
Apparently it's an evolutionary thing.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Okay, yeah, it is, yeah.

Speaker 3 (00:43):
Because you remember bad things that happened to you so
that you can avoid that same thing happening in the future,
whether it's you hurting yourself or feeling some type of
emotional pain, so you remember those things. You don't remember
the great things as much because you don't really need to.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
All right, well let's start remembering. Yeah, basically out Hey, Scottie,
b be part of our around the room.

Speaker 4 (01:03):
Okay, It's just something I was thinking about yesterday. I guess,
you know, for everybody that has kids, like, as the
college acceptance letters are starting to come in from my daughter,
I'm realizing that in seven months from now, she's gonna
be out of the house and not there anymore. And
I guess this is just uh, spend as much time

(01:23):
with your kids as you can, you know, because you
don't realize how fast life truly does go by. Everybody says, up,
you're gonna blink and they're gonna be teenagers. Yah, And
it's I actually sat and had a good cry last
night because you know, I love my kids and like
she's gonna be going to school. Wow, it's crazy because
you know you're a good dad. Yeah, it gets me

(01:45):
choked up, thank you.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
I don't know the advice from Danielle.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
No, you got it. I mean, unfortunately it sucks for us,
but it's what's supposed to happen. And you know, when
you hear her happy, when she gets to the school
and she finds new friends and she settles in. It
makes it easier.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
That makes it easier. And you got her to the
point where she is in her life where she can
do that. So you'll give yourself a lot of credit.

Speaker 4 (02:07):
I am, but I'm also sad because then there's gonna
be days. But just me, nobody in the house, could
we just make what unfortunately?

Speaker 2 (02:14):
Talking about raising kids. We're talking about raising kids. It's scary.
Has never been more bored. I'm wandering up into the
distance going on here. We're talking about it exactly. I
love that.

Speaker 5 (02:22):
Thank you?

Speaker 2 (02:23):
What's up? Scary?

Speaker 5 (02:25):
So I meant to say this earlier in the week.
Monday was my birthday, and it was so nice to
get all those d ms and people texting me. But
it's extra nice when somebody goes the extra mile and
reaches out and makes a phone call. And of course
a couple of my closest friends did that, and my
dad and my sister and our friend Patty Rascona, you

(02:46):
know from the record label. He he makes it a
point to call each one of us on our birthdays.
I think you all have received that call, and it's
just so well, it's expected now because I'm like, when's
Patty calling me?

Speaker 2 (02:57):
But it's so nice and he goes that extra.

Speaker 5 (02:59):
Mile and he must spend a great part of his
day just calling people every day for their birthdays.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
But it's just so Yeah, reach out to.

Speaker 5 (03:05):
Somebody with a phone call if you want to wish
them a happy birthday, and they mean a lot to you.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
Here here, that's a great idea. Make it every year.
That's why you on your calendar on your iPhone. Yep,
remind me every year and I'll remind you. Hey, what's
going on there?

Speaker 6 (03:19):
Producer Sam geez, everyone was so nice and deep and
I'm going to ruin it. Is there a special person
that you want to put in their own circle of health?
A type of person, because mine is the person who
opens loud candies during a theater performer? Yes, anything else
about you? I'm trying to spend money on experiences and
I splurged on tickets to see Romeo and Juliette on

(03:42):
Broadway this weekend.

Speaker 7 (03:43):
I was so excited.

Speaker 6 (03:44):
It was amazing. And during one of the monologues, some
moments like pop and root beer candy, I don't know
you just hear.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
Why did you do it before it starts? I stop
before it's start.

Speaker 6 (03:55):
I was furious. I feel like I blacked out for
the next five minutes because I just wanted to go like.
She wasn't even close to me. So don't be that person.
You're in my circle of hell. I'm so sorry.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
Whatever your name is, every Broadway performance has one yes,
every single time, Danielle, what's happen?

Speaker 1 (04:10):
Actually, I'm going to use your circle of hell and
I'm going to pile on.

Speaker 5 (04:14):
Please.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
We are in a place now where there are there's
sickness in a lot of areas. There's flu, there's pneumonia,
there's lots of stuff. Cover your mouths people when you're
coughing with your arm or whatever. I can't tell you
how many times in the last week I have been
somewhere sitting there and somebody will cough right on me
in the back of me.

Speaker 3 (04:34):
Toddlers, you remember when that happened to us a jingle
ball I hit the back of your knee, yeah, and
you feel it, and.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
I'm just like, oh my gosh, are you I mean,
it's just you know when a cough is coming, don't
be rude. Be considerate of other human beings. If you're
not gonna wear a mask because oh it's so daboo,
now just cover your damn mouth.

Speaker 2 (04:52):
Thank you, amen, and disagree with that. And finally, actually
I'll be finally, you'll be the final, well before finally,
so the one and only straight in eight.

Speaker 7 (05:01):
Oh, yes, I've mentioned this before and I'm gonna recommend
it again. Right now, we're about to get on a plane,
all of us and go to Universal or Landoversort. Very excited,
get yourself a pair of noise canceling headphones. It makes
the flight experience so much easier for you. My god,
you don't have to hear kids screaming, you don't have
to hear candy, you don't have to hear chewing, you

(05:22):
don't have to hear the You.

Speaker 2 (05:23):
Don't tear me if I'm sitting next.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
To you, exactly now, he'll lift that little earphone up.

Speaker 7 (05:29):
I've had them for about five years now. They're Sony
one thousand. Yeah, sure, daniell give you two hundred and
fifty dollars credit. They're kind of expensive, but they're worth
every penny that you don't hear anything going on. You
don't hear that that airplane noise, none of it. Just
make it a little bit better of an experience for you.
Get some noise canceling headphones if you're going on a plane.

(05:50):
I cannot agree with you. Mark, this has been so
far an incredible around the room. Let me continue.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
I'm so excited because I remember I've told you as
a little kid, fifty years ago, I sat down in
front of the TV in my mom and dad's living
room and I saw the very first Saturday Night Live.
And of course this year we're celebrating SNL fifty. They've
got all sorts of different shows and productions out. One
that I'm extremely excited about is happening and it's live
a week from tonight, live from Radio City Music Hall.

(06:15):
It's the SNL fifty Homecoming Concert. The Homecoming Concert. It's
gonna be hosted by our buddy Jimmy Fallon, appearances by
some of the hottest names in SNL music history. They'll
be right up the street at Radio City Music Hall,
and it's live. Like I said, next Friday night, I
can't wait to see this. Do you think the Beatles
are actually going to show up?

Speaker 6 (06:34):
Remember that?

Speaker 2 (06:35):
Do you remember that?

Speaker 6 (06:36):
No?

Speaker 2 (06:37):
That was a bit.

Speaker 7 (06:37):
Remember Lord Michael's roon and said, I'm gonna give the
Beatles each one thousand dollars if they show up right now.
Because it was live, you know what, Paul McCartney was
almost going to show up.

Speaker 2 (06:46):
I wouldn't doubt that they at least try to pull
that off. Just watch it's live, so you never know
what's going to happen. It's SNL fifty the Homecoming Concert
streaming favorite fourteenth a week from tonight, live from Radio
City Music Hall, and you can watch it on Peacock
