Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's time to go around the room with Elvis Duran
in the morning show.
Speaker 2 (00:06):
Let's go around the room, Gandi. I'm gonna start with
you today. What's on your mind.
Speaker 3 (00:09):
Don't underestimate how amazing juvenile toys are. Because this morning
Elvis and I were having a conversation in my little studio,
which we do every morning, and all of a sudden,
what did we hear?
Speaker 2 (00:21):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (00:22):
And he looked at me and he.
Speaker 3 (00:23):
Was like, what did you just do? It wasn't me
So we heard it again and again, these wet clapping farts.
We kept hearing them.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
Yeah, Like what is that?
Speaker 3 (00:32):
We're looking all around the studio could find it. Turns
out our little buddy Andrew got like the fart machine
two thousand.
Speaker 2 (00:40):
Oh my god. It's like he has a turbo speaker.
Speaker 3 (00:44):
He hit it in the studio and he has a
little button and he was just using it. I now
want to go get that whatever the fart turbo thing is.
It was so funny and it made me laugh. And
I don't underestimate how fun juvenile toys are.
Speaker 2 (00:55):
There were too much fun.
Speaker 5 (00:56):
My friend Kim and I we got a fart machine
was and we put it at the exit of a
restaurant and went across the street and hid. And when
people walk out of the restaurant, we'd hit the button
and we couldn't hear it from across the street, but
we knew.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
It was going off.
Speaker 5 (01:07):
They were looking each other. Yeah, fart machines are fabulous.
Speaker 2 (01:11):
They are amazing. I'm going I'm gonna order with them now.
Speaker 1 (01:13):
Yes, absolutely, I had fart putty that you used to
put your finger and it.
Speaker 2 (01:16):
Would go yeah, yeah, God. Theyasically call foggy that in
high school. Fart puddy, Oh, fart puddy. Hey, a producer, Sam,
what's up?
Speaker 6 (01:26):
I was the victim of circumstance yesterday. I went outside
after I ordered a food because sometimes I like to
meet the delivery person outside. It was a nice day.
I got outside. My neighbor is eating a fruit bowl. Okay,
I'm like, oh my god, that looks so healthy. Looks
He's like, yeah, really trying to be healthier lately. I'm like,
I get it, me too, try to take down my sugar. Yeah, absolutely?
(01:46):
And what did I order a box of cookies and
the guy comes up and hands it to me While
I'm talking to Bobby about being healthier and it was
from the what's that brand? Crumble, so it just had
there was no masking it, and that was It was
a very embarrass saying. I had to walk back in
with the tail between my legs, and then I offered
him a cookie like a dumb ass because I was embarrassed.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
He was real, He was really nice about it.
Speaker 6 (02:08):
He just let me take my little snack inside and
pretend to be the healthy person I'm not.
Speaker 5 (02:12):
Do we have cookies on the way, Sam, same as
we all charge up for cookies. Oh wow, is a
little band coming in?
Speaker 2 (02:20):
Hey, Froggy, what's up?
Speaker 4 (02:21):
I need to confess something. I went around the radio
station stealing this morning. We needed there's a banner on
the wall behind me of the radio station logos that
are here in the studio kept falling. There weren't enough thumbtacks,
so I went around to people's desks and people who
had like things thumbtacked up at their desk with like
four thumbtacks and one piece of paper. You don't need four,
you just could use two, one on the top, two
(02:41):
in the top corner. I took till I got ten
from people's desks all around the building, and now they're
hanging up. But now the banner's hanging up in the
city looks it's a little bit of a it's a
little bit of stealing, but really not correct.
Speaker 3 (02:53):
It's like reallocating it was necessary conserving.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
Look exactly, kind of recycling them.
Speaker 4 (02:59):
Right, things are still hanging in our mind's hanging. So
now we're all happy. So you need to do that
around the office today.
Speaker 5 (03:05):
Feel free, Yeah, for free, make things more comfy for you.
It's your nest, exactly what's up there, Danielle.
Speaker 1 (03:10):

I love my Broadway and I have been trying to
get on the red carpet for the Tony Awards this

Speaker 1 (03:20):
We are going to do interviews for iHeart Broadway. Okayart
Radio Broadway. Yeah, so we black tie is the dress.
So I had to get a gown, Like this is
a whole big thing and it's like like a little
girl's dream coming true that I'm actually going to get
to be there, be part of it, thank you and
do the interviews. And Deanna's going to get the footage
and we're so excited. So thank you to the Tony

Speaker 7 (03:57):

the low key flex on these that these sneakers I'm
wearing right now because low key flex, I got three
compliments today. I'm Sam producer. Sam got me these for Christmas.

Speaker 6 (04:43):
What?
Speaker 2 (04:45):
Then?
Speaker 5 (04:45):
Go look it up? Learn something Google? Hey producer Nate,
what's up?
Speaker 2 (04:50):
Okay? Are you like me?
Speaker 8 (04:51):
You're going to it? Going on a trip and you
get in the car and you're underway of the airport
or driving to your destination. You think, did I close
the refrigerator door? Oven on?
Speaker 1 (05:01):
Ye?
Speaker 8 (05:03):
Is the hair dryer still plugged in? Take a picture
of all those things. They're free on your phone. You
could take as many pictures as you want. Take a
picture of the stove so you see all the knobs
and you know they're all off. Take a picture of
the refrigerator. Yes, it only kicks in when I go
on a trip.
Speaker 5 (05:19):
Well, we have a solution for you. Those glasses that
we saw online. Are those aren't even out yet?
Speaker 2 (05:24):
Are they? I don't know. There's a good question.
Speaker 5 (05:26):
Remember Google glass, Google glass, the glasses you would wear.
It's sort of like that, and you would just put
them on and just walk through every room and look
at every shelf and you're done. Then you can ask
it later. Hey where are my car keys? It'll tell
you where your car keys, are it did all sorts
of things?
Speaker 3 (05:42):
Oh yeah, like somebody couldn't because we all do this.
Can't find the hotel kharki or hotel key card? Where
did I place it last? And you're a little it's
like black mirror the glasses go back and see the
last place you put that card down and tells.
Speaker 5 (05:54):
You you scan everything in your house. Just just walk
through the room and it knows where everything is.
Speaker 2 (05:57):
Or I could just take a picture or you could
do that, or just.
Speaker 5 (06:02):
That's a lot of well no, no, that's a lot
of pictures. If you have like a three or four rooms, the.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
Stuff, the refrigerator, and uh.
Speaker 3 (06:08):
There's one other thing you also see you can't even
remember that.
Speaker 8 (06:11):
Yeah,
