Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's time to go around the room with Elvis Duran
in the morning show.
Speaker 2 (00:06):
We're about to get some sound in with Garrett in
the second, but first let's go round the room. I
want to see what's on your mind. Come on, no passes,
he knows. We all know the assignment here, let's stick
to it. We'll start with you, Froggy.
Speaker 1 (00:20):
What's going on?
Speaker 3 (00:21):
So is it not okay to pet a service dog?
You need to be given permission?
Speaker 1 (00:27):
All right?
Speaker 3 (00:27):
So yesterday I get on the plane and the lady
in front of me had a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel
and the dog was under her seat. So the seat
in front of me where I'm supposed to put my bag. Oh,
that's your real estate, that's you, that's your area. I
don't care. The little dog was so cute. I wanted
to touch him, but he had a vest on that
said do not touch. And I was like, gandhi. I'm like,
oh my, I'm like listen, he can stay there, but
(00:49):
I just want to touch him. I'll trade you that
real estate if you just let me pet this dog.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
I didn't do it. So his name is Charlie.
Speaker 3 (00:57):
I found that out because she called him.
Speaker 1 (00:58):
But she moved a little.
Speaker 3 (00:59):
Charlie and I put my bag when you're there, But
I could see his tail the whole time. It was
like on the Red I wanted to play with Charlie
so bad, but he had this vest on and I
didn't do it.
Speaker 1 (01:08):
I followed instructions. The vest pretty much tells you what
not to do. I hate it.
Speaker 2 (01:13):
I know, even if a dog is not there for
that purpose, I believe I believe you should always ask
an owner before you touch their dog.
Speaker 3 (01:24):
I truly think he looked like he needed some log
from uncle Froggy. And I'm a spaniel connoisseer. I have
Cocker Spaniels. I know how to speak spaniel. They look
like Froggy.
Speaker 2 (01:34):
Then you could have a conversation with her, and in
through the conversation you can talk talk about how much
you love them, and then maybe she'd warm up to
you and she'd go or do you want to beat him?
Speaker 1 (01:42):
You know she didn't say warm.
Speaker 3 (01:44):
The dog seem much warmer than her.
Speaker 1 (01:45):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (01:47):
I think when you take a dog outside, especially if
they're cute and their tails wagging, now it's our.
Speaker 1 (01:53):
Dog, it's a dog, it's not. It is not what
you do dog and sometimes so bad.
Speaker 2 (01:58):
Sometimes when you see these dogs owners walking through dogs,
you think it should be reversed, the dogs should be
walking them. You know, they're just not nice, these people.
But it's that's their dog, and I get it. I
don't want anyone touching my dog unless I say yes.
Speaker 1 (02:11):
Don't know if the.
Speaker 5 (02:13):
Dog's gonna bite you, So you gotta like, you know,
maybe it's not that friendly, you know what I mean.
Speaker 6 (02:17):
Gotta say you go.
Speaker 4 (02:18):
To ask a wagging tail wants to touch.
Speaker 2 (02:22):
That's not always true, you need you don't know much
about dogs, do you. Wagging tail can mean they're about
to attack you too. You know that, right.
Speaker 4 (02:27):
I've never been attacked by one with a wagging tail.
Speaker 1 (02:29):
Yes, I do know that.
Speaker 4 (02:30):
I'm just saying, it's outside now, it's our dog's all
oh my god?
Speaker 2 (02:35):
All right, right, hey, go with that. I want to
see what happened. Hey, Danielle, what's up with you today?
Speaker 5 (02:41):
So you guys know that my sister's son, Lucas was
born with Down syndrome, and I've started to learn about
all these different Down syndrome organizations from you know, being
with Lucas and stuff, and people have been coming out
and asking us to do things. So there's this amazing
organization called Hearts of Joy International and it's run by
Lauren Gstabul. Now you know her brother Paul the Web guy, right,
(03:06):
I love his sister. Lauren runs Hearts of Joy International.
They give heart saving surgery, like life saving heart surgery
to individuals with Down syndrome. In a lot of other countries,
they don't even know their child has Down syndrome, let
alone a heart defect, and kids are dying because they're
not being taken care of and they're not getting the
(03:27):
diagnosis that they need. This is where she comes in
and she brings all of this to other countries. She
has saved so many kids, so many people.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
It's amazing.
Speaker 5 (03:33):
So tonight we're having a gala which I got invited
with my sisters one of the special guests, so I
get to be part of all of this and see
how it all works tonight for Hearts of Joy International.
I'm just so excited, and I'm so excited that this
world has opened up to me because children with Down
syndrum are so special and it's just amazing to see
all the things that they can do. It just makes
me so happy.
Speaker 2 (03:55):
You know, keep that message going, Danielle. I love how
you're ear supporting. Absolutely hey scary you today.
Speaker 7 (04:00):
So you know, I visited Amsterdam with my friends last
week and now I happen to be a fan of
the famous painter Vincent van Goh. Okay, I have a
replica of Starry Night, arguably his best painting ever on
my wall at home.
Speaker 1 (04:14):
So I go all the way to the Vincent Bengal.
Speaker 7 (04:16):
Museum to find Starry Night, and it's not there. It's
in New York at the Museum of Modern Art. So
I'm like, it's right on my nose. It's been here
the whole time. But I go all the way to Amsterdam,
go to the Vincent bang Go Museum, and they don't
have his most famous painting displayed in what is probably
a shrine.
Speaker 1 (04:35):
It is a shrine to Vincent van Go. I'm just saying,
the guy cut.
Speaker 7 (04:40):
His own ear off.
Speaker 1 (04:41):
He's noted all this stuff.
Speaker 7 (04:44):
And all I got I got to see was Sunflowers,
his second.
Speaker 1 (04:48):
Famous paintings, Sunflowers. It's some flowers. It's a fagulous painting.
You got to see some flowers? Yeah, look at you did?
Speaker 2 (04:56):
You saw some flowers. People in New York can't see it.
So you actually comp of something pretty cool?
Speaker 1 (05:00):
Yeah, but is much better than some flowers.
Speaker 2 (05:02):
Okay, well that's that's your opinion. So hey, straight night,
what's up with you?
Speaker 8 (05:06):
Okay, today it was stupid National Day, but it is
Lost Sock Memorial Day. I want to know where these
socks goes? Are they on the inside of a pair
of jeans that I'm not wearing?
Speaker 5 (05:18):
The dry eats them.
Speaker 1 (05:19):
I am sorry.
Speaker 8 (05:20):
If I was to disassemble my dryer right now, would
there be forty seven random socks in there? Inside the drama?
Where do these things go? We all experience it. Everybody
in this.
Speaker 1 (05:33):
Room is experienced it.
Speaker 5 (05:34):
Did you see that company that came up with the
snaps so that before you put them in the hammer,
you snap the socks?
Speaker 1 (05:39):
Yeah, and you throw yeah.
Speaker 8 (05:41):
Yeah, at least you lose the pair and you don't
have that one random one left.
Speaker 6 (05:47):
One.
Speaker 2 (05:47):
It's such an awful, awful situation. They're now putting snaps
on socks.
Speaker 1 (05:53):
But it's the mystery of the universe. I think we
know more about aliens than where these socks go.
Speaker 2 (05:57):
I think you're right, absolutely, I know I have. So
the thing is that's why all my socks are the
same exact song.
Speaker 1 (06:03):
Yeah, so when's it gone?
Speaker 2 (06:05):
You know it is? Actually it is a stand in,
It is an understudy. Hey, Gandhi, what's up with you today?
Speaker 4 (06:10):
I just want to encourage everybody to go through your
photo album and make a side folder of things that
just crack you up and make you laugh, because when
you're having a bad day, you know, last Friday we
were all very very sad. We're still sad about Uncle Johnny.
Speaker 6 (06:22):
You open up one of.
Speaker 4 (06:23):
These albums that has all this stuff in it that
makes you chuckle. It really does help you out.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
The Chuckle Album, The Chuckle Album.
Speaker 4 (06:29):
I have so many videos of you guys with the
worst filters ever, and I love laughing.
Speaker 5 (06:33):
Yeah, of course, yeah that's.
Speaker 2 (06:36):
Those are the videos at our expense that make you
laugh absolutely.
Speaker 4 (06:40):
I recently added one of them, Nayan Scary that I was.
Speaker 1 (06:42):
Told I'm never allowed to post. God, what is this?
Speaker 7 (06:45):
You know it.
Speaker 8 (06:47):
Was?
Speaker 2 (06:48):
Let's move on to Samantha, Hi, producer, Sam, how are
you doing it?
Speaker 3 (06:52):
Doing great?
Speaker 6 (06:52):
And I hope everyone gets to be this lucky if
they get married, because I married into such a cool
mother in law. I guess we haven't chatted in a
few days, and my husband hasn't called his mother either
because they were on the phone, and about five minutes
into their chat, he kept moving the phone to ask
questions on her behalf of me, and eventually he just
goes here, she wants you. And I just was on
(07:13):
the phone with my mother in law and making fun
of each other and making fun of my husband, just
cracking up for like a half hour, Like how cool
is this? I got really lucky because I know some
people who aren't so lucky. So, Dorothy, I.
Speaker 1 (07:24):
Love you so much.
Speaker 6 (07:25):
You're such a great mother in law.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
You really are enjoying being married to Will. It sucks.
Speaker 6 (07:29):
I love it so much, and it sucks because I
always feel wrong when we're fighting, even if I know
I'm right, Like, oh, I hate this man. He's the
love of my life. He's better than I'll ever do.
Speaker 1 (07:37):
Yeah, that's true. Love you, that's true. Lucky. Ah Well,
thank you. Producer Sam
