Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's time to go around the room with Elvis Duran
in the Morning show.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Let's go around the room. What's on your mind today?
I'm want to start with producer Sam. She's got that look,
you got that look? What's going on?

Speaker 3 (00:12):
I read a quote a while ago and it comes
in and out of my life. I love it so much,
and I think maybe it'll help out you too. Missing
out on temporary fun to build permanent stability is not
a loss.

Speaker 4 (00:24):
Lock it in. And I say that again.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
Missing out on temporary fun to build permanent stability is
not a loss.

Speaker 4 (00:32):
Lock it in.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
I love that so much. Maybe you want to buy
property in a year. Maybe you want to start a family,
Maybe you have loans you're paying off.

Speaker 4 (00:39):
Whatever it is.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
When you start to make sacrifices to reach those goals,
and I've been there, you often start to feel like
you're missing out. Oh I can't shop like I used to,
I can't eat out like I used to. Change that mindset.
It's not the loss. Look at what you're going to gain.
Feeling differently about it is going to make the experience
so much easier, and it's just good for your future.

Speaker 4 (00:57):
That's it. Very good to do.

Speaker 3 (00:58):
You.

Speaker 4 (00:59):
That's trip boo.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
You do you booboo, Save that money.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
Sacrifice a little bit, build that bridge. I mean, hey, Froggy,
what's going on with you?

Speaker 4 (01:06):
You know? Going on?

Speaker 5 (01:07):
Actually along the same lines that Sam just said. I
just saw something this morning and it says a year
changes a lot. If you don't like where you are
right now, one year from today, you can change everything
in your life. It is entirely up to you. And
sometimes that hits home. And so if you're in a
spot where everything's not going the way you wanted to go,
one year from today can be totally different.

Speaker 4 (01:27):
It is entirely up to you to make that happen.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
You got to make it happen, absolutely, Amen, Froggy, Hey Gandhi, Hi?

Speaker 3 (01:34):
What up? All right?

Speaker 6 (01:36):
So this is the craziest time of the year for us.
It's fun, but it is chaotic. And I realized the
other day that I am so fortunate to be spending
this chaos with all of you because I went to
get my hair done and when I was getting my
hair done, shout out to Dina with the pink hair.
Danielle happened to be there at the same time. And
typically you're like, oh, I don't want to see my
coworkers outside of work. Nope, we had the best time.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
I stayed an extra hours. Say she's bright tan on,
she was getting her hair color on.

Speaker 6 (02:02):
Absolutely, And then yesterday we spent a bunch of time
together outside of the studio and it was wonderful. Had
such a good time with you guys at this rehearsal.
And today Danielle and I are going to spend probably
twenty four hours straight together. And I just think I'm
so lucky that the people I work with are wonderful
and I love to do this at this crazy time
of the year. You guys make it all better. So
I love you, and that is all happy jingle Ball season.

Speaker 4 (02:23):
I love her. My girls hang out, that's so cool.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
We have so much fun.

Speaker 4 (02:26):
We do, even though behind our backs you're making fun
of the guys. Absolutely well, we do do that. Yeah,
speaking up, scary, what's going on? Scary?

Speaker 7 (02:35):
Well, A buddy of mine turned to his two best
friends since so he's known since childhood and said, you
know what, let's get matching tattoos of our initials on
each other.

Speaker 4 (02:45):
So they did it. And these are grown ass men.

Speaker 7 (02:47):
These are guys in their like forties and they're like,
they've had this bond since they were kids. I thought
it was peculiar at first, but I guess it's kind
of cool to have that, like this matching tattoo thing.
But they have each other's initials now on each other's arms.
Three best friends since they were twelve years old.

Speaker 4 (03:02):
How nice?

Speaker 1 (03:03):
That's nice.

Speaker 4 (03:03):
Yeah, that's crazy fun.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
And I don't know, yesterday you were making fun of them,
well because I thought him he thought about it.

Speaker 7 (03:10):
Yeah. I still think it's a little bizarre, but I
don't know. I wouldn't do that, but I wouldn't. I'm
sure there are people out there who do.

Speaker 4 (03:16):
So I'm not okay.

Speaker 2 (03:17):
Question, this is a very deep question. Do you have
a friend that you are so so so and too
that you would do that with him?

Speaker 4 (03:24):
Yes? Obviously not, He's like nope, thinking about it. Hey,
straight and a what's up with you today?

Speaker 8 (03:35):
I just want to give a shout out to Andrew Andy.

Speaker 4 (03:38):
I like to and he is a.

Speaker 8 (03:41):
Massive cog in our machine here, doubt and he makes
things work. He helped immensely working on that rehearsal as
we did last night, and he's just a great person
and he's really from when he started here eleven years ago,
twelve years ago. Boy, he has just grown into something special.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
Is amazing.

Speaker 4 (04:02):
So thank you Andy for being a big cog. And
you've got a big car. Rob, he is a cog.
He did such a good job.

Speaker 1 (04:17):
And they come out and move tables.

Speaker 5 (04:18):
It was cool.

Speaker 4 (04:19):
It was great. These guys worked really hard.

Speaker 6 (04:21):
Amazing.

Speaker 4 (04:21):
They made it look all look so good. Danielle, what's up?

Speaker 3 (04:23):
So?

Speaker 2 (04:24):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (04:25):
You know, I love to read and then I also
love to listen to audible. So every Christmas I find
a Christmas book on Audible to listen to. So this
year I've been listening to The Christmas Fix. It is
by Lucy Score, who is actually one of my favorite authors.
It is so good so far, I'm like, you know,
a little into it. I'm really enjoying it, and every
time I get in the car, I really want to

(04:46):
listen to it, so that means I like it. So
it's called The Christmas Fix Lucy Score. I'm sure you
can get the book, but I've been listening to it
on Audible and it's fantastic. You just give you a
little bit of holiday holiday festivities.

Speaker 4 (04:56):
You do read a lot. I do I love to read.
I love that voracious, as they say,
