Speaker 1 (00:01):
Today's Daily Highlight from Elvis Duran in the Morning show.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
Well, quest go awaiting Elvis Duran in the Morning Show.
There he is Uncle Johnny who will live forever. Right,
it's kind of crazy. Oh, we have food news coming up.
I hope you include our friends. Our friends Wendy's and
they're frosty because they have that small frosty. Try small
(00:27):
frosty today for a dollar. That is my top story.
Oh gosh, did I take that from you? Sorry? No,
you did not know, because there's some more details other
than just that I love I love a good old
cold frosty right there, Winter too, Summer winter.
Speaker 3 (00:40):
Yeah, spring Paul with French fries.
Speaker 2 (00:43):
Yeah. You know what, a lot of people don't understand
that concept. Dipping your Wendy's fry in your Wendy's frosty
is a thing.
Speaker 1 (00:50):
It is.
Speaker 2 (00:51):
Our friend Abby is here, Hi, Abby, Hi? You know
what when you first when I first heard this story
the way it was taught, it was told to me,
I was like, oh, okay then and I started thinking
about it and I was seeing Abby, the story's really creepy. Yes,
so you want to tell everyone's going on?
Speaker 1 (01:06):
Yeah for sure. So I just moved, and I'm trying
to sell a couple pieces of furniture on Facebook Marketplace.
Speaker 2 (01:14):
I also have a lot of clothes.
Speaker 1 (01:15):
That I don't really wear all the time, and I
wanted to sell some too. I was trying to sell
them on deep Pop. Nothing was really happening, so I
was like, I'll try on Facebook Marketplace. Don't do that.
Don't don't do that as a woman.
Speaker 2 (01:31):
Really. Yeah, so people are sending you dpics.
Speaker 1 (01:34):
Well, it started out as just I've gotten some messages
that that's just like have you ever worn it? I
said only once? And he was like I'll pay more
if you wear it more, or like doing I know,
or like asking for more pictures of me in the
dress and those. I was just kind of like whatever.
(01:55):
Somebody asked if I was married. I was like so yeah,
just things like that. But then yesterday I received a video.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (02:06):
And then when I didn't respond obviously, I received a
second one socially yeah, naturally, so you know, blocked and reported.
Speaker 2 (02:16):
But good good, I mean wow, And this is again,
this is another thing that goes on in this world,
in this universe of hours. It makes me feel so naive,
naive because I don't want to believe people do that
kind of thing, like like creepy, creepy stuff. So being
a woman, you see it a lot more than men. Absolutely,
(02:36):
I'm trying to sell a dresser. Here's a picture of
my penis.
Speaker 1 (02:42):
Let me sell.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
Yeah, I don't get it. It was two dresses.
Speaker 1 (02:48):
Sorry, not a dresser, like a dress.
Speaker 2 (02:50):
Either way, but yes, can you wear this? I want
to see you wear this. No, no, that's that's not
for you to see. That's me. But I just the
thought that people are doing that to people. What. Yeah,
there's obviously there's a fascination, there's a sickness, there's something
in there.
Speaker 3 (03:07):
I think it happens a lot. I know Danielle and
I were selling stuff on a certain app and a
lot of people will do that same thing. Have you
worn it?
Speaker 2 (03:14):
Can you wear it?
Speaker 3 (03:14):
Can you send me a picture of you wearing it?
If you are selling shoes, all the things that people
want you to do with the shoes and to the
shoes and thinking are the shoe the better? Yeah, it's terrible.
And then I read that on Facebook marketplace. A lot
of people use that to try and seek out women
that they think are in a certain position. So if
you're selling an engagement ring, or if you're selling a
wedding dress, they think maybe you're freshly divorced, easy prey,
(03:37):
if you're getting rid of, you know, baby things, or
if you have it looks like a kid's moving out
that they really capitalize on where you're at in your life.
Speaker 2 (03:44):
I just don't understand this predator thing. It's basically what
that's it. They are predators, absolutely, and you are not
a human at that point, you know it, I just do.
It's devalues human life. Yeah, disrespect, there's no respect at
all for another person. This is the world we're living
(04:06):
in kids.
Speaker 1 (04:07):
Yeah, writing, So don't sell clothes on Facebook marketplace, guys,
or be really careful if you do.
Speaker 2 (04:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (04:13):
We learned a while ago that the best way to
counter a d pict is sending another d pic back
to them and then they get very offended. Why would
you do that? And then you say, exactly why would.
Speaker 2 (04:23):
You do that? Yes, have a pocket, I'm gonna send
mine back. Absolutely, let's trade. That's a new song by
Natasha Betty. Yes, Daniel, I had one I used to
send that wasn't mine. What to people who are selling
(04:45):
their furniture on what are you doing?
Speaker 1 (04:50):
Girl?
Speaker 2 (04:50):
Ever asked for one? I had one. I had a
stock photo, I would say.
Speaker 3 (04:53):
But then when we saw a real thing, it's not
the same, and then you're disappointing.
Speaker 2 (04:57):
You don't know until you see it, but we know
it's a dissay. You told, well, they're asking for it,
I'm not going to send mine. So I had one
with ten quarters lined up on to give me a
sense of size. Yeah, God for that. That's a lot
of money. But Alex always says I could carry two
(05:19):
doz of donuts and two coffees. I'm going down. I'm
gonna get some donuts. Let's see if this really works.
I'm sorry that happened to you. That's okay, it's not okay.
Speaker 1 (05:33):
Yeah, but it's a story.
Speaker 2 (05:35):
It is a story. It's good to like, you know,
let people know they need to be aware. You would
have deleted my account. It would have been like I
would been like, nope, delete.
Speaker 1 (05:43):
So yeah, I probably should.
Speaker 3 (05:45):
Sort of going back to what we were talking about previously,
how much would it cost for you to wear the
dress a little more and then sell it to this person?
Speaker 1 (05:51):
I mean, they'd have to be willing to pay off
my student loans.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
Oh there is a number.
Speaker 3 (05:56):
Okay, what did you offer that you offer.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
That you never Honestly, you're so right, because the thing
is the dress is it's like a super Not that
it matters what the dress looks like, but it's like
a super. It's like a cute little puffy dress. Like
it's not even anything like it's clothing though it's your Yeah,
wait is your photo on there?
Speaker 2 (06:17):
It's on?
Speaker 1 (06:17):
My face isn't in it?
Speaker 2 (06:19):
Okay? What is?
Speaker 1 (06:24):
It's just pictures of the dress. And then I people
like on deep hop like normal people were like, what
does this look like? On?
Speaker 2 (06:31):
Right? I get that.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
So then I just have a picture of me wearing it.
I work to a concert and so it's like I
didn't but I didn't like add my face or my.
Speaker 2 (06:41):
Hey, speaking of student loans, how many people on the
show have a student loans unpaid? We know Diamond, I
don't know Diamond. Hold on Diamond, Diamond, you have a
student loan. Yeah, and uh, let's find out who else.
I'm just curious mine. Yeah, I never had loans neither.
All right, Well, look, thanks for sharing your story and
(07:03):
thanks for having me. Thanks for being ahead. Yeah, you know,
if you have those weird thoughts where you're about to
do something like that. Understand it's very disrespectful and just
it's icky again. Thank you, Love you Abby Hey,
