Speaker 1 (00:06):
All right, so it is officially pumpkin spice season. I
know Elvis wants to hang on to summer. I'm with him,
But pumpkins spice is pretty much everywhere. Did you know
it might shock you PSL fans. Back in two thousand
and three, when the Pumpkins Spice Latte was being developed,
Pumpkin Spice Latte was not the original name of the drink.
It was very first called the fall Harvest Latte. Way wow, yeah,

(00:32):
they said, but the team ultimately renamed it to better
describe the flavor. Thus the Pumpkin Spice Latte was born.
Once the PSL was reintroduced into market testing with that name,
its surpassed expectations and has now become Starbucks' top selling
drink every single year.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
I don't think anyone knows what a fall harvest is?

Speaker 1 (00:51):
No, wait, what flavor is a fall hard right from
your backyard? Or like turkey turkey? While it is officially
pumpkin spice season, Pillsbury's also bringing back their fan favorite
grands Pumpkin Spice rolls. They're made with GANDH to your
favorite cinnamon brand cinnamon along with the pumpkin spice flavored

(01:12):
icing Pillsbury also bringing back pumpkin cookie dough, which is
safe to eat raw, as well as perfectly pumpkin cake
cookie mixes, and the ready to make pumpkin spice bread
batter is all back in stores, so Pillsbury's got the
pumpkin spice on lockdown. Costco has brought back their signature
chicken pot pie, another another sign that it is fall

(01:34):
right around the corner. I haven't had it. It sells a
four dollars a pound or twenty two dollars front of
tire pot pie. That bes huge.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Damn they're big and heavy. I've never eaten one. I
would like to try it. I'm a huge fan of
chicken pump pie.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
Anyone else chicken pie the one of Boston Market is delicious.
It is. Yeah. There's Costco also enforcing new shopping hours now.
They teased us back in June saying that they were
come executive members. Currently Costco opens at ten am, but
if you're an executive member you get to shop early
on Monday through Friday from nine to ten just executive

(02:09):
members only Saturdays nine to nine thirty and on Sunday
nine to ten, and also Costco adding an hour on Saturdays.
They're now opening for everybody until seven p m. If
you're going to be in the airplane skies soon Delta
is bringing back cheese at crackers to their snack man. Yeah,

(02:30):
they are back. They were taken off in twenty twenty.
They are now back, joining two other things they had,
the garden sauce of sun Chips and of course Delta
famous for the greatest airline cookie of them all, Biscoff
will still remain.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
Let me tell you, Biscott, if you even looked at Biscott
whatever they have you, Biscoff, have you seen how much
sugar and fat is in those things? Little fat inink cookie.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
In the sky. Yeah, there's cinnamon in them. M gone,
you hate them. While this may not be a food story,
it's still food related. Did you know most Americans take
their phone to the bathroom with them and that it's
especially becoming a problem because the new study has found
that if you take your phone to the bathroom with you,
it causes you to sit there longer, causes you to

(03:13):
not pay attention to what you're doing, and it also
causes you to have hemorrhoids. It says that you should
be in the bathroom no more than five minutes. Study
found that thirty seven percent of people who bring their
phone to the bathroom take up to fifteen minutes on
the toilet and that that is causing hembrroids. Wow, wait
calling out of the bathroom. Oh well, hold on, I
have a hemorrhoids. Have to do with food news, I guess,

(03:36):
because if you eat food news, you're gonna have to
go go to the bathroom, and therefore you don't take
your phone. That's a stretch. Okay, here we go. Well
that's the problem. You're pushing strata, that's the problem. Okay,
are you ready for the countdown? Yeah? I believe anything.
These are the worst rated fast food items in America.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Oh god, okay, I don't want.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
To offend anybody, but here we go to come in
at number five, the Panda Express fortune cookie. They say
it's awful, this is like tasty. Yes, okay. Number four
KFC Sandwiches, it says never had one. Number three, let's
get a bucket of chicken from number three KFC chicken tenders.

(04:22):
They say their chicken tenders aren't good. Why? Okay? Number
two Diamonds is going to be mad. Chipotle rice bowls
coming in at number two. What the rice bowl? Yeah,
And the number one worst rated fast food item in
the US, believe it or not, is McDonald's new chicken tenders.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
