Have you ever been to Atlanta's? Have you ever been
to Atlantis? Ali?

Speaker 4 (02:58):
So, I have not been good. Atlantis's on my bucket
with I've been to the Bahamas once. I went on
like a weekend cruise.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
This is years ago, right, but I've never.

Speaker 4 (03:07):
Been to Atlanta.

Speaker 7 (03:08):
You got to get down here. As a matter of fact,
all of our French from Atlanta's are watching us through
the show. They don't know this. We're gonna give away
like fifteen twenty trips to Atlanta's today.

Speaker 8 (03:16):
Nice oh that one thumbs up.

Speaker 7 (03:20):
Yeah, okay, yeah you yep, we're not yet.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Yet.

Speaker 7 (03:27):
Yet you are you are the first caller of the day.

Speaker 4 (03:31):
I had to try. Yeah, I think I think it's
really say that I got Thursday because yesterday you guys
had someone called a named Ali and my friend text
me and she was like, well, you want right now
is to call me Alley. She sounds just like you are, like, no,
I'm at work.

Speaker 14 (03:49):
I wish I got.

Speaker 12 (03:50):
Through some streets.

Speaker 7 (03:51):
Well, hold on, we had two days in a row
of alleys.

Speaker 4 (03:54):
Wow, yes, yes, well you actually got through probably in
the last year. And Danielle, you signed a chicken for
me and I have a structure and it is probably
wait wait wait.

Speaker 7 (04:05):
Hold on, wait, hold on, hold on, hold on, wait
wait wait she signed a chicken.

Speaker 4 (04:12):
En Okay, So it was the first It was the
first day in a very very long time that you
brought back the Squeaky Chicken and you were doing like
the song competition, the song contest.

Speaker 9 (04:23):
That's called Chicken Sings the Heads.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
Guys Chicken Sickening Ahead.

Speaker 1 (04:27):
That was a big hit, big.

Speaker 4 (04:29):
I totally I did knock get it.

Speaker 14 (04:33):
But you're like, oh no, I asked for this.

Speaker 4 (04:35):
I don't know if I asked for the chicken. You
guys said did you want the chicken? And I was like, well,
you sign it for me, Danielle, and you did. And
it's probably one of my favorite things that I have.

Speaker 13 (04:45):
Wait a minute, au wait, hold on, hold on.

Speaker 7 (04:49):
Autographed chicken is one of the most favorite things you
have in life. That's we got to get you something else. Ellie,
can you hold Ellie?

Speaker 15 (04:56):
Boy?

Speaker 1 (04:57):
Ellie, Ellie, Oh.

Speaker 7 (04:59):
My god, you what do you have for a friend?

Speaker 1 (05:01):
Allie?

Speaker 13 (05:02):
Well, we've got an autographed rubber ducky from daniel.

Speaker 7 (05:07):
Add that to your collection of autograph Okay, yeah, she
has a collection of autograph birds. We love you, Ali,
You're the first caller of the day, the last first
caller of the day of the week. Does that makes sense.
Thank you so much for listening to us. Hold on
one second, and happy Saint Patrick's Day weekend. If you're smart,
you'd be on a plane heading down here right now
to Atlanta's. Seriously, this is the place.

Speaker 8 (05:30):
This weather right now is perfect, It is amazing.

Speaker 16 (05:32):
And when we walked over here, we caught the blood
moon lunar eclipse, not quite as bloody as we wanted
it to be, but it was over the bridge suite.

Speaker 8 (05:39):
It looked amazing. Yeah, stunny you a picture, Daniel.

Speaker 7 (05:42):
You got a busy day ahead as we celebrate all
things wine and food. They do this every year in Atlantas.
I think this is year three or your four.

Speaker 15 (05:49):
I can't four.

Speaker 17 (05:51):
Year?

Speaker 7 (05:51):
Yeah through three? Three, I see three fingers. Go ahead,
make plans on being here next year. I know, I
am so there you have it. They haven't invited us,
but we're coming anyway. So let's get on with the day.
Let's do three things we need to know from Gandhi,
and we got lots to do today. Gandhi, you're up,
what's coming?

Speaker 8 (06:07):
All right?

Speaker 16 (06:07):
Russian President Vladimir Putin says his country agrees in principle
to a cease fire plan.

Speaker 8 (06:13):
During a press briefing yesterday.

Speaker 16 (06:15):
He said the proposal needs to lead to an enduring
peace and should remove the root.

Speaker 8 (06:19):
Causes of this crisis.

Speaker 16 (06:21):
This is as US officials travel to Moscow to date
will travel to Moscow today to discuss a possible cease
fire with Russian officials. Earlier this week, Ukraine said it
would agree to a US backed thirty day ceasefire plan.

Speaker 8 (06:32):
If Russia did as well.

Speaker 16 (06:34):
President Trump has been pushing for an end to the
three year one in Ukraine since he returned to office.
A federal judge in Maryland is ordering thousands of fire
government employees to be reinstated. Thursday evening, the judge issued
a temporary restraining order against a dozen agencies that had
fired their probationary employees. The rulings of the government gave
no advance notice to the workers and fired them illegally

(06:56):
and without cause. This comes the same day.

Speaker 8 (06:58):
That a different judge in California also ruled some of
those mass layoffs were unlawful as well. And finally, I
know we're talking a lot about Saint Patrick's Day, but
you know what today is? What It's Pie Day? Oh yeah, okay.

Speaker 7 (07:12):
By by the way, Gandhi is good at this, so
I know Pie Day is being three point one four
pie right, yes, But you can go how many judges
passed that.

Speaker 16 (07:21):
Three point one four one five nine two six five
three five eight ninety seven nine four six two six
three three eight three two.

Speaker 8 (07:31):
Nine oh oh five. Way you can just be naming numbers.

Speaker 7 (07:37):
Bounding off numbers, being like, wow, that's impressive.

Speaker 16 (07:39):
Yeah, I want a little pie pie off. When I
was in like seventh grade, it was the highlight of
my life.

Speaker 8 (07:45):
Yeah, the plight of your life, the pilight.

Speaker 9 (07:47):
Of my life.

Speaker 7 (07:49):
So it is Pie Day. Three point one four is
as far as we get.

Speaker 8 (07:51):
Yes, okay.

Speaker 16 (07:52):
Pie honors the mathematical ratio of the circle circumference to
its diameter. Technically it extends indefinitely, but as all of
a sudden, it's always rounded to three point one four,
which is why we celebrate it today, the fourteenth.

Speaker 8 (08:04):
You can celebrate Pie Day even.

Speaker 16 (08:05):
If you're not a math with a bunch of businesses
are taking advantage of Pie Day to offer discounts. Pizza
places are offering discounts, some are offering free pizzas. And
if none of that is up your alley, it's also
National Potato Chip Day and those are your three things.

Speaker 7 (08:18):
Thank God, so many reasons to.

Speaker 8 (08:20):
Celebrate pie and potato chips.

Speaker 7 (08:22):
Amazing you guys ready for your Friday?

Speaker 5 (08:24):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (08:27):
All of you are so hilarious.

Speaker 15 (08:33):
Can I start my day with your demails now?

Speaker 3 (08:35):

Speaker 5 (09:03):
Elvis Duran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 7 (09:05):
You know our motto, if there's food, we're there, and
that's what it's all about. We are at Nashau Paradise
Island's Wine Food Festival at Atlantis, so excited about being here,
and all the chefs are flying in. We saw some
at the airport yesterday and uh, it all kicked off
with Tequila and Taco's last night with the Baja men
doing who let the Dogs Out? We saw them do that.

(09:26):
You know they want to Grammy for.

Speaker 8 (09:28):
That, well as they should. How could they not.

Speaker 7 (09:30):
And then of course our buddy Shaggy will be rolling
in today for Jerk jam Nice. Sure he'll be here.
Can't wait to see him. And not only is it
food and drinking and a lot of fun in Atlantis,
but they're actually taking the proceeds supporting Atlantis Blue Project Foundation.
And I know you love this foundation, Gandhi, I do.

Speaker 8 (09:52):
Actually it's important to me.

Speaker 7 (09:54):
It is I mean, you have you have a date
with some steam rays today, do you not?

Speaker 8 (09:57):
I do at one point fifteen, and I'm excited about that.

Speaker 7 (10:01):
Well, they know that, you know, if they're going to
be Atlantis, which is the Atlantis in the Bahamas, they
need to preserve the coral reefs and marine life. And
the proceeds from this wine food festival goes to that.
It's not just a bunch of us drinking and eating. Well,
it is, but for a good cause. We love Atlanta's
for doing that for us, all right, Danielle. Daniel's not

(10:22):
with us, by the way, Yes, but we have questions
a lot of you know, when we travel, Danielle, a
lot of things pop up. We learn and discover things together.

Speaker 15 (10:30):
Right.

Speaker 7 (10:31):
Yes, we learned yesterday at the airport that you're not
supposed to give your baby water until the baby's six
months old.

Speaker 9 (10:42):
Really, I didn't know that.

Speaker 7 (10:44):
Thank god, No, they said it would. We were told
that if you if your baby drinks something other than
formula or breast milk, your baby will perish.

Speaker 1 (10:54):
Yes, yes, this is what we were told.

Speaker 9 (10:57):
You know, they can't they definitely cannot live on water.
I know that, but I don't remember. I honestly do
not remember that.

Speaker 7 (11:03):
Who told us that babies will not survive if you
give them water?

Speaker 16 (11:06):
Abby and Andrew the baby lists, So I'm not sure
that we should really listen to them either. But they
said they were asking their doctor friends and that you
can't give babies water because it throws off the electrolyte
balance in their little bodies and it can only be
milk and formula. But then all of us asked our parents,
and all of our parents were like, I don't know
what you're talking about. You guys had water, You're fine.

Speaker 1 (11:26):
So that's not true.

Speaker 7 (11:28):
I mean, Danielle, when your sons were babies, did you
ever feed them water?

Speaker 9 (11:32):
No?

Speaker 7 (11:33):
I did not, and they're alive, improving that maybe you
shouldn't feed babies water.

Speaker 9 (11:40):
But we just looked it up and it says once
your baby has started to eat solid foods from around
six months, you can offer them SIPs of water from
a cup or something else with meals. But it doesn't
say anything about them perishing if you give it to the.

Speaker 7 (11:54):
Maybe remember that, maybe I'm exaggerating.

Speaker 8 (11:57):
A little water takes out the babies.

Speaker 16 (11:59):
They make it sound like a very grumlin like thing, like, oh,
don't give the baby water.

Speaker 8 (12:03):
Some bad's gonna happen, all right.

Speaker 7 (12:04):
I know that we're gonna get in trouble for saying
this and making this up.

Speaker 9 (12:07):
Not supposed to give cat's milk, But I don't think
that's different.

Speaker 1 (12:12):
Okay, here's another thing.

Speaker 7 (12:13):
We have an observation at the pool because you know,
there's a lot of a lot of young people at
the pool. The guys especially are wearing their bathing suits.
They're wearing underwear with bathing suits. I think, why is
it a new thing? Well, why do you wear underwear
and bathing suits? It makes no sense to me.

Speaker 9 (12:29):
I think it's a chafing thing.

Speaker 13 (12:30):
I think that actually chafing.

Speaker 9 (12:32):
I think a lot of them are now cutting out
the what's that thing that you have inside? Yes, so
I think a lot of them are cutting out the
mesh and because they don't want it to be see
through when you get in the water. If you wear
your underwear, then you're okay and you have less.

Speaker 18 (12:46):
Chafing because the mesh liner is like a brief, so
it looks like you're wearing panties as a man. So
guys will cut out the mesh panty and and then
just put on the boxer brief. In fact, Andrew has
the boxer brief built in. He's got chubbies. He had
a chubby.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
Right here at.

Speaker 8 (13:06):
Atlantis, his favorite brand.

Speaker 1 (13:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (13:09):
Anyway, so yeah, we were at the pool and gone, god,
there's another guy walking by with his underweares taken out.

Speaker 16 (13:14):
Yeah, it was we were We were like, oh, this
has that has to be weird, kind of uncomfortable. And
then we look at my boyfriend and he's got his
underwear sticking out the top of.

Speaker 8 (13:20):
His going on like, this is insane.

Speaker 4 (13:23):
What you do?

Speaker 7 (13:24):
I want to dwell on this. But if you're wearing
a bathing suit with the mesh thing, yeah, and underwear,
that's that's that's three layers.

Speaker 8 (13:32):
Yeah, it doesn't seem like it would allow a chance
to dry.

Speaker 7 (13:35):
I don't know, I don't get it.

Speaker 9 (13:36):
I mean, have you guys not ever had chaffing before
from something like that.

Speaker 7 (13:40):
No, I've never lived a life of chaffing.

Speaker 8 (13:42):
Oh you're always moist ill.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
That's.

Speaker 7 (13:47):
Anyway. So that's my observation. So babies are dying from
drinking water and boys are wearing underwear no idea, you know,
regular Malcolm Cladwell, we have we have a we have
a full four hours of this. By the way, Yes,
I just.

Speaker 9 (13:59):
Got a tech from our friend Jody who works here
and her daughter had a baby recently, and she just said,
my daughter was told not to give the baby water
until she's six months old.

Speaker 8 (14:08):
What Andrew said, He's he's really sure about this.

Speaker 1 (14:11):
It's a thing.

Speaker 8 (14:14):
Maybe noights in their bodies.

Speaker 7 (14:16):
She explained that we got to move on. By the way,
Scary fell asleep at the table at dinner last.

Speaker 8 (14:21):
Night multiple times.

Speaker 7 (14:22):
I recorded, yeah, because it was way past my bedtime,
all right, Moving on to horoscopes. Danielle and Gandhi Hell
Danielle in New York City, Gandhy at Atlantis.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
Yes, who's winning this?

Speaker 9 (14:34):
By the way, I don't know, Holley.

Speaker 8 (14:37):
Danielle. Don't leave me with these boys ever again.

Speaker 9 (14:38):
Police. I'm sure that all right? So Happy birthday to Billy, Crystal,
Simone Bile, Steph Curry, all celebrating today, Capricorn. So many
possibilities are in front of you. Focus, soak it in.

A solid foundation is important if you're building on it.
Put the most time into your first few steps. Your
date is a six Leo.

Speaker 16 (15:28):

feels unworthy and NBC keeps the Olympics for a lot
of money.

The Mercedes Benz Interview Lounge.

Speaker 1 (16:15):
Welcome home, Honey.

Speaker 7 (16:17):
At Mercedes Benz, there's a reason they go the extra mile,
from testing their vehicles in desert heat and arctic cold
to creating AI that can anticipate your needs and preferences
on the road. They demand every car is worthy of
their star because it's Mercedes Benz.

Speaker 19 (16:33):
Elvister Ran in the Morning Show, Bring it to Elvister
Ran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 7 (16:39):
We are live from Atlantis, just like it should be.
We're having the best time. This place is is the best,
the best.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
Danielle.

Speaker 7 (16:45):
I wish you were here with us. We miss you
so much.

Speaker 9 (16:47):
I wish you I was there too, but I'm going
to a very important place, so you know, I have
to stay behind.

Speaker 7 (16:52):
Tell everyone what you're doing.

Speaker 9 (16:53):
So my son Preston, you know, runch track, and he
made it to the Boston Nationals, the new Balance national
this year, and so tonight he and his team from
Berg and Kapok are running. So it's very exciting.

Speaker 1 (17:05):
Yeah, I love that.

Speaker 7 (17:06):
And you're a good mom. You're a great mom.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
Thank you.

Speaker 7 (17:09):
We're having the best time on your behalf. By the way,
you know, you looked out because usually Danielle has to
sit next to me on the airplane, so Gandhi had
to sit next to me yesterday and I can we
talk about what happened with your boyfriend?

Speaker 4 (17:24):
Oh?

Speaker 7 (17:24):
Sure, okay, this started a big fight. So I was
sitting next to Gandhi and I realized that her boyfriend
Brandon was in like four five rows behind us. Of
course we got upgraded. She did not upgrade her own boyfriend.
So you sent him to the smaller.

Speaker 16 (17:40):
Seats and send him anywhere. He is a grown man.
He first of all, he could take care of himself
if he wants to do what he can. There were
no seats left in the upgrade, and he decided very
last minute that he was going to come along with
us and didn't care at all. Everyone else cared way
more than he did.

Speaker 7 (17:57):
We were yelling at him.

Speaker 8 (17:58):
Yeah, he was like, oh, arms, gonna put heaphones in
and go to sleep.

Speaker 7 (18:01):
Well, that's the thing, Danielle. Sometimes you'll see on an
airplane a husband and wife will get on. Our couple,
we'll get on the airplane and she will go to
the back and he will sit upfront in first class.

Speaker 8 (18:11):
That's unacceptable.

Speaker 15 (18:12):
That's so disrespectful.

Speaker 13 (18:13):
You did.

Speaker 16 (18:14):
No, it's unacceptable for the guy to sit in the
front and the lady to say that's fine the other way.

Speaker 20 (18:21):
I was one of those people that went in on Gandhi.
I actually start, well, my girlfriend was in the same situation.

Speaker 8 (18:26):
You abandon your girlfriend at the doorway walk in the airport.

Speaker 20 (18:28):
No, I got the upgrade, and then she was sitting
in the back and I upgraded her.

Speaker 15 (18:32):
I upgraded her to the front.

Speaker 9 (18:33):
With me, scary, you you leave your girlfriend and you
go through security by yourself because she doesn't have global
injury or whatever.

Speaker 7 (18:41):
You know, I'll tell you why he's punishing her. Yeah,
and he said this, okay, so scary, has you know
tsa pre so he didn't have to wait in the
long line. She doesn't have it. She didn't go do
the interview. So he will go through the fast line
and then wait for her on the other side while
she goes through the long horns.

Speaker 16 (18:58):
Correct, So he won't wait on the other side, He'll
wait in the lounge. He leaves lounge.

Speaker 20 (19:03):
That's an act of laziness, though that's very different than
the situation that can we talk lazy scary.

Speaker 7 (19:11):
Scary has not put his feet on a staircase in
probably fifty years.

Speaker 20 (19:15):
Oh my god, I prefer the elevator or the escalator.
When I say one, I mean take his staircase.

Speaker 2 (19:20):
It's right there.

Speaker 13 (19:21):
Anyway, Okay, we digress. Yes, anyway.

Speaker 7 (19:24):
So I sat next to Gandhi on the airplane and
I just I tried to bug her. She ended up
bugging me, Danielle, So I got a taste a whyal medicine.

Speaker 8 (19:31):
You see, I take a challenge.

Speaker 16 (19:33):
I was like, he's gonna harass me if I don't start.
So there were a lot of preemptive strikes. There was prevenge,
as I like to say before it starts.

Speaker 8 (19:39):
But I fell. I helped you find your glasses.

Speaker 7 (19:41):
You did so, Okay, we landed, We got to Atlantis,
and in record time they checked us into the room's
record time. They got us right in there. I was
in my bathing suit and matching top within five minutes
to getting to the hotel. Danielle, it was record time.
I was botherpool. We have decided. The music. The DJ

(20:02):
at the Cove Pool in Atlantis is our favorite.

Speaker 1 (20:05):
Oh my god, every single.

Speaker 7 (20:08):
Song, daniel Every single song they played was whoa here?

Speaker 10 (20:11):
Listen to this?

Speaker 7 (20:12):
What was that song? The rough ends with no More?

Speaker 15 (20:16):
Do you know?

Speaker 7 (20:16):
Okay, listen to them trying to sing this. I'm like,
no more? How does that go?

Speaker 15 (20:23):
Share? No no More?

Speaker 8 (20:34):
I've never hated a song.

Speaker 15 (20:37):
That's the song it was.

Speaker 13 (20:39):
It's actually better when the DJ at the Cove place, who.

Speaker 1 (20:43):
When Maximilian came on that sexual healing song?

Speaker 15 (20:46):
What a great song?

Speaker 9 (20:48):
Were you guys like grinding at the pool?

Speaker 13 (20:50):
Please tell me no, I was wiggling.

Speaker 8 (20:53):
I wish you could have just seen the way they
were dancing just now. There were a lot of arms
in the air.

Speaker 1 (20:58):
Yes, like they just don't care, you know.

Speaker 7 (21:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 13 (21:00):
The DJ at the cob is my favorite. My favorite sounds.

Speaker 7 (21:05):
Atlanta's has all these different sights and sounds and smells
and tastes. That's the sound I love.

Speaker 2 (21:10):
It.

Speaker 1 (21:10):
It was awesome.

Speaker 7 (21:11):
Hey, let's get into the Danielle Report, Danielle, as we
are live from Atlantis, yes here for the Wine and
Food Festival with Nippy Wiff as we call it. Bobby
Flay will be on in a little bit. We hung
out with him for a few minutes yesterday. He had
a private party he was cooking for Danielle.

Speaker 9 (21:26):
Oh, I want to have that to that cost? Can't
we ask him?

Speaker 7 (21:31):
It didn't cost us anything because we weren't invited anyway.
We had a great night, all right, Danielle, what's going on?

Speaker 4 (21:37):
All right?

Speaker 9 (21:37):
So Lizzo Plater our first show in two years Wednesday
night in Los Angeles, and she said that, you know,
while she was gone, she was dealing with a lot,
including that lawsuit from the backup dancers claiming that she
created a toxic work environment. She told the ground in
LA that she was so heartbroken by the world and
so deeply hurt that I didn't want to live anymore,
she said, But something turned me around. She went to

(21:59):
a and she was walking through the crowd and somebody
she didn't know looked at her and said, Lizzo, I
love you. She said that one simple gesture of love
and support inspired her to return to music, and we
have a new song from her today and the new
album is on the way. I think her single is
called still bad Our Album. It's still love in real life.
And if it wasn't for that one person that told

(22:20):
her that they loved her, she might not have ever
put out music again. So whoever that person is good.
You did a good thing. So Joey Patone is in
and juliet on Broadway. He has extended his run, so
he will be ending on March sixteenth, and then I
think he's taking a little break and then he's back
April twenty second till July thirty first. He's doing so
well there and he's so funny. If you haven't seen it,

(22:42):
please and you're in New York, go and see and
Juliette on Broadway.

Speaker 7 (22:45):
Look at this, Danielle the screenshot. Yeah, this is the
screenshot of Nate's Instagram. He has a picture of the
pool at the Cove here in Atlantis, and he says,
obviously he had a beer or two. The DJ at
the Code is currently in Fuego.

Speaker 9 (23:02):
Oh my god, Oh my god.

Speaker 1 (23:06):
That's so.

Speaker 7 (23:07):
The DJ is in fuego.

Speaker 16 (23:09):
No, no, he was texting us things. We were trying
to figure out what it was that he was saying.

Speaker 1 (23:13):
I'll get back to you.

Speaker 9 (23:15):
So NBC Universal will be the home for the Olympics
for four more years. Their coverage will extend through twenty
thirty six, and the deal is said to be worth
three billion dollars to keep it on the network. That
is insane. So you guys have heard about this nineteen
dollars Japanese strawberry that is all over the place in
Los Angeles. I think we talked about it the other day.

(23:35):
So Demi Levano decided she was going to try one
of these nineteen dollars strawberries. She reviewed it on TikTok
and she said it wasn't wasn't that impressive. She get
it an eight out of ten and said that she
basically wasted twenty bucks. So I guess you can just
eat regular strawberries and pay less. Justin Bieber took to
Instagram and he said that he doesn't feel worthy. He

(23:57):
said people told me my whole life, well, Justin, you
deserve that. And he said, I personally have always felt unworthy,
like I was a fraud, Like when people told me
I deserve something. He said, he feels like, you know,
he was kind of sneaky, welcome to the club type
of thing when you're sneaking in and you shouldn't be there. Thankfully,
I'm hoping that he's gonna be okay. I know a
lot of people have been worried about him. He seems

(24:19):
to be working through stuff. He's got some new music
that he's been teasing, so we will see what happens.
But our best going out to Justin Bieber. Novacan is
in your theaters. Black Bag is in your theaters. What
are we watching? My gosh, there is a lot you
have got today, the stand up special, Bill Bird, Drop
Dead Years. Also, don't forget Idle, don't forget Yellow Jacks,

(24:39):
the White Lotus. If you're looking for SNL this weekend,
it is a repeat, so you're not gonna get a
new one. But there's a lot, And that's my Danielle report.

Speaker 7 (24:46):
All right, do you want to hear Maximilian?

Speaker 3 (24:48):
Yes?

Speaker 7 (24:49):
Please, Like I said in the words of Nate the producer,
the pool DJ at the co is in Fuego because
of this, I love this Maximilian sexual healing.

Speaker 1 (25:02):
Can you hit it? Here we go.

Speaker 5 (25:13):
Haha, laugh, funny Elvis Duran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 7 (25:18):
Freshen up your morning with Wendy's breakfast like a breakfast
baconator or a grilled sausage breakfast burrito, or even a
honey buddy ready for a fresh wake up call. It's
got to be Wendy's at participating in us.

Speaker 19 (25:29):
Wendy's love It, Love It, Love It, Elvis Duran in
the Morning Show.

Speaker 13 (25:39):
You know, there's so many things that we love about Atlantis.

Speaker 7 (25:42):
Gosh, the list, the beach, the cocktails, the food, it's
just everything. There's another thing going on here that I love,
and it's the music. You know, Atlantis brings in a
lot of incredible, incredible artists. Memorial Day weekend, John Legend's
gonna be here. Oh yes, I know that's nice. That's

(26:04):
a Saturday, May twenty fourth.

Speaker 8 (26:05):
We should probably come back.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
We should probably come back.

Speaker 7 (26:08):
Yeah, So John Legend will be here at Atlantis. I
think I will be in the neighborhood to be.

Speaker 8 (26:12):
Honest, Well, then, what's up.

Speaker 7 (26:16):
I know that's that's really cool. And I know that
Shaggy's gonna be here tonight for Jerk Jamm and uh,
that's gonna be a lot of fun at the Wine
and Food festival.

Speaker 8 (26:25):
This is the night that Nate and Scary almost eat
themselves to death.

Speaker 1 (26:29):
They have the meat sweats.

Speaker 8 (26:30):
Yeah, it's really unset.

Speaker 9 (26:32):
Take a video please.

Speaker 8 (26:34):
Oh, I will do.

Speaker 20 (26:35):
There's so many flavors, there's so many great things here,
he goes. You just have to sample every little every
little bit. Sorry, yep, it's true.

Speaker 7 (26:43):
The food here is amazing, and you know what, and
to just be outside, I could just have just a
big old pile of conk fritters and that's it. I
don't need to be in a fancy restaurant. But they
got them. We had a great dinner. Lat started at Peranza.

Speaker 1 (26:55):
It was great.

Speaker 7 (26:56):
Yes, what's up?

Speaker 18 (26:56):
This is something about a beach. I feel so my
stress level is cut in half when I am at
a beach. I don't know about you guys, how you
feel when I'm here. You could be so angry on
us and I wouldn't wouldn't care. I'm never angry when talking.
You could have steam coming out of your ears and
I'll be like, you know what, you.

Speaker 7 (27:16):
Paint a picture of me being this evil little I'm
just giving an example.

Speaker 1 (27:20):
Well, how stress free? I feel right.

Speaker 7 (27:22):
And that's the thing. You know, We've had a lot
of texts coming through some of our listeners who are
actually online booking their Atlanta's trips right now. Nice and oh,
here's one, you know, because we give Scary a lot
of hell because he doesn't really like to exercise or remove
his body.

Speaker 1 (27:39):
This text.

Speaker 7 (27:40):
I just booked a trip to Atlanta's for my family
and my in laws. I was a little nervous because
it's such a large place. I was nervous that they
really couldn't get around and walk that much. But if
Scary can do it, they can.

Speaker 15 (27:51):
They absolutely can. You can tackle this.

Speaker 8 (27:54):
You can do it without a doubt.

Speaker 7 (27:58):
Go online and book book that early weekend if you
can still get in atlantics Live dot com to get
to get tickets for John Legend. That's gonna be quite
the show. And I've got bad news. I'm coming to
see John Legend.

Speaker 16 (28:09):
Nice, Hey, don't you mean we we are coming to
see John Legends?

Speaker 8 (28:13):
Sound sure?

Speaker 7 (28:14):
If you can figure out how to swing it, you're
on your own.

Speaker 8 (28:16):
Stop on bard.

Speaker 7 (28:17):
Hey, So last night after we went to have some
tequila and tacos, it's the open What are the opening?
Big big opening parties for the Winefield Festival. I said,
I'm gonna go to the bar by myself and just
have a drink and go to bed. I don't want
to hang out with any of these people, just me,
So I go to I go to the Sea SeaGlass.

Speaker 13 (28:36):
SeaGlass Lounge, my favorite bar here.

Speaker 7 (28:38):
I go to Sea Class SeaGlass Lounge. I'm sitting at
the bar and sure enough, my my silence was broken
by this obnoxious guy sitting to my right at the
bar with I guess people.

Speaker 2 (28:49):
He knows.

Speaker 7 (28:50):
I didn't want to look up.

Speaker 1 (28:50):
At him, and I'll hear this and I look up.
It's Billy Bush from Extra. We don't know very well,
right we know each other.

Speaker 7 (29:02):
I was like, oh god, Billy, I love you, but
you're just the last person I wanted to see right now.
So I hung so Danielle I stayed up with Billy
for a couple of drinks. We had a great night.
He may drop by. I don't know. He may come by.

Speaker 15 (29:16):
You've invited everybody.

Speaker 7 (29:17):
Yeah, Katie Lee is coming by. Bobby Bobby Flay, Bobby
Play is gonna roll through. Lee Schrager. He's not here
yet to take over the show.

Speaker 8 (29:27):
We told us his.

Speaker 16 (29:27):
Call time was seven and he was prepared with stick
and I don't see Lee anyway.

Speaker 7 (29:31):
Okay, yeah, so we don't know. So I had a martini,
invited everyone over. So we don't know who's going to
show up at this day. So Billy, but you know
how he speaks. He's very he talks like this. You know,
he's like, oh, Elvis Duran, legend of New York Radio.
I'm like, would you just calm down? I said, yeah,

(29:52):
to turn and turn it off just a minute. Oh Extra,
We are here with Extra at the Wine and Food
Festival here at Atlantics.

Speaker 13 (30:00):
Because why do you talk like that? Just sounds some weird.

Speaker 15 (30:03):
Oh I thought he was on camera when he said.

Speaker 7 (30:05):
No, he talks like that. He talks like that in
real life?

Speaker 9 (30:09):
Does he does? He does?

Speaker 7 (30:10):
I mean, it's really funny. He said, I haven't talked
to you in a month or some days. Oh god,
And he said watch this and he does something on
his phone in my phone beeps and it's him. He's like,
I've still got your phone number. Now we can be good.
We can be good friends again. He listens Billy Bush
and your phone. Yes, he's Billy Bush. So he may
drop by and he'll talk just like that. Okay, all right,

(30:34):
we do have a busy hour. We have a thousand
dollars feet on your phone, Tap on the way right now,
into the three Things we need to know from Gandhi
Live from Atlantis. Look, the sun is coming up over
the ocean. It is the most beautiful, beautiful, beautiful day.

Speaker 9 (30:46):
You know, it's crazy. I'm in New York and I'm
looking at you guys on zoom and it doesn't look
real like it looks like you put like a zoom
picture as your back.

Speaker 8 (30:55):
Like those backgrounds.

Speaker 9 (30:56):
It's crazy like it looks it's so gorgeous. I'm like,
look real, so beautiful.

Speaker 7 (31:01):
We're surrounded by palm trees, Danielle, I mean, but waking
up with the ocean breeze. And right now it's not cold,
it's a little cool.

Speaker 3 (31:09):
It's perfect.

Speaker 7 (31:10):
It's perfect, no humidity, nothing, nothing's going to irritate me
other than LEAs Schrager coming out. Sound wow. Here we go,
all right, into the Three Things Live from the Beach
at Atlantis, Gandhi, what's going on?

Speaker 1 (31:22):
All right?

Speaker 16 (31:23):
This is pretty crazy. A couple of things coming out
of Los Angeles. First of all cleanup is going to
continue in the morning. After a tornado touched down near
La during stormy weather yesterday. The twister hit Pico Rivera
packed with a wind speed punch of eighty five miles
per hour, lasted about two minutes, dropping trees, damaging waterlines
and roofs, and causing other damage across a four block

(31:43):
area of the neighborhood. Thankfully, no injuries have been reported yet.
American Airlines says one of its planes caught fire at
Denver International Airport after landing safely.

Speaker 8 (31:55):
Have you seen the pictures?

Speaker 7 (31:55):
Can't wait to get on a plane later?

Speaker 8 (31:57):
Oh, I did this just for you.

Speaker 7 (32:00):
Daniel's gonna be on a plane. We're all gonna be
on planes.

Speaker 16 (32:03):
So there are photos, if you haven't seen them yet,
of passengers standing on the wing as it is parked
at the airport and on fire.

Speaker 8 (32:09):
There's just smoke billowing.

Speaker 16 (32:11):
According to a statement, Flight ten thousand and six, I'm sorry,
one thousand and six experienced an engine related issue. There
are no reports of injuries. After one hundred and seventy
two passengers and six crew members evacuated the aircraft safely.

Speaker 13 (32:24):
Okay, that's great news.

Speaker 16 (32:26):
And finally, NASA will try again tonight to launch a
mission to retrieve two stranded astronauts from the International Space Station.

Speaker 8 (32:34):
This is gonna be a story every day. I feel
like for the rest of our lives.

Speaker 16 (32:36):
This is crazy, butch Wilmore and Sunny Williams have been
stuck ever since their Boeing Starliner aircraft suffered mechanical issues
that made it unsafe for them to return. They were
finally supposed to get a step closer to coming home
yesterday thanks to NASA's SpaceX Crew ten mission, but that
flight was scrubbed because of an issue with equipment on
the ground. NASA will make another attempt to get off
the ground tonight from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida,

(32:59):
and cross.

Speaker 8 (32:59):
Your fingers, maybe they'll finally come home. And those are
your three things.

Speaker 7 (33:02):
It's funny, especially Danielle loves to talk about signs she
gets from her father who's passed away. Just got a text,
this is my grandmother. Linda passed away this week and
we're driving to her funeral. We used to go with
her to Atlantis every year. It's so crazy to turn
on the radio this morning all the way to her
services and hear you guys live from Atlantis.

Speaker 1 (33:22):
Thank you for the sign.

Speaker 7 (33:23):
Isn't that nice?

Speaker 9 (33:24):
I love that?

Speaker 7 (33:25):
And there you go, Grandma and Atlanta's In my opinion,
is this one of those places you can go to
celebrate anything and everything. You can celebrate a birthday, celebrate
a divorce, you can celebrate someone's life who just left you.
You know, it's a place of celebration. It's kind of
crazy and it's it's nothing but fun until Lee Schreger
shows up.

Speaker 9 (33:45):
Is he there? Is he there?

Speaker 2 (33:46):
He?

Speaker 7 (33:50):
He just slithered up the staircase and he's ready to go.
So Lee Schreger, who is the master of all wine
and food festivals around in the world, We're gonna talk
to him in a few minutes. Also, we have a
thousand dollars free money phone tench coming on Mother Knows Death.

Speaker 21 (34:06):
Hey, it's Pothol just assistant Napole and Jemmy and I'm
her daughter, Maria Q Kane. On our podcast Mother Knows Death,
we explore the fascinating, often unsettling realities of the human body,
from true crime to medical mysteries, unexpected tragedies, and jaw
dropping listeners stories.

Speaker 11 (34:21):
Nothing is off limits.

Speaker 22 (34:23):
We've had cases of a guy who's stuck a fork inside.
Listen every Tuesday and Thursday to Mother Knows Death on
America's number one podcast network, iHeart or wherever you get
your podcasts.

Speaker 5 (34:37):
Elvis Duran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 8 (34:41):
Is funny to listen to.

Speaker 1 (34:43):
Yeah, listen to that in the car at work.

Speaker 5 (34:46):
Elvis Duran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 13 (34:48):
Waking up at Atlantis, right here on the beach.

Speaker 7 (34:50):
What a beautiful morning. We're just now cracking open Wine
and Food festival. Third year in a row here at Atlantis.
It's gonna be incredible, amazing day of food. And I
know by the end of the day, Scary and Nate
will be having the meat sweats.

Speaker 15 (35:04):
I can't wait.

Speaker 1 (35:05):
It's awesome.

Speaker 7 (35:06):
By the way, we are live on Instagram now. If
you follow us at Elvis Duran's show, what's hello?

Speaker 15 (35:11):
Microphones?

Speaker 7 (35:12):
No airplane, that's an airplane. He's freaking out. It's an airplane.
We have those outside here at Atlantas airplanes. That's how
we come and go here in beautiful Paradise Islands, Bahamas.

Speaker 9 (35:23):
And hear the birds too if you listen closely.

Speaker 7 (35:27):
Yeah, and I've said, oh my gosh, Atlantis. They do
everything perfectly including they have speakers everywhere. They push the
button and you hear birds.

Speaker 1 (35:34):
No, these are real bird. We're birds.

Speaker 8 (35:36):
That's a morning dove, the one that we were here morning.

Speaker 7 (35:39):
Anyway, where was I?

Speaker 15 (35:40):
Okay?

Speaker 7 (35:41):

Speaker 1 (35:56):

Speaker 7 (35:57):
You want to go to the really reimagined casino?

Speaker 1 (36:00):
I do.

Speaker 18 (36:01):
I want to hit the tables, but I have no cash,
So Elvis, may I borrow some and.

Speaker 7 (36:06):
I will ven you how much you a meeting?

Speaker 15 (36:08):
Let's go with a thousand?

Speaker 1 (36:10):

Speaker 8 (36:10):

Speaker 20 (36:12):
Five six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Now now is that
ETM out of cash?

Speaker 7 (36:18):
Because I also need Okay, hold on, that's a thousand,
but you have to pay one hundred for a thousand.

Speaker 15 (36:23):
I don't know about that.

Speaker 7 (36:23):
I mean, I was wait, you give me yeah, you
have to give me ten percent. It's eleven hundred.

Speaker 1 (36:29):
You have to pay me back.

Speaker 7 (36:29):

a thousand. It's gonna it's one hundred dollars. It's ten percent.

Speaker 1 (36:34):

give me the money back, give me the money back.
Our friend Lee Schweger is here.

Speaker 1 (36:45):

Speaker 13 (36:46):
I don't know.

Speaker 23 (36:48):
It's seven am. My call time is seven am. I
get here seven oh four and people are looking at
me like, how dare you be late? I'm like, it's radio.
Can't you just play a Wendy's commercial, one of your
Regosi type things? I mean, honestly, I mean seven oh four,
And it's not like I'm being paid to get up
this early. I have to tell and I would like
to say, yes, I have the most beautiful suite here

(37:11):
at the cove. I could not figure out my shower.
I mean I had when I finally got it working,
I had water going up places I didn't know.

Speaker 13 (37:18):
I had to diamondnestly.

Speaker 1 (37:20):
It was I could not.

Speaker 7 (37:22):
That's why you're That's why you squeak when you walk to.

Speaker 23 (37:26):
You know, Elvis texts me like, you know three o'clock
in the morning that he's off property, he's not here
at Atlantis, and he's at some bar and he goes

Speaker 13 (37:35):
I'm like, well, do they think you're.

Speaker 13 (37:39):
I mean, either way, how disappointed?

Speaker 7 (37:42):
Lee's Schreger. Everyone so Lee. When it comes to winding
food festivals. I know, of course we have the New
York City One Food Festival. We have Miami Beach Wine
and Food Festival that you are in charge of. This
is a whole different animal in Atlantis. This is I
like it. It's more intimates. It's also food of the

(38:02):
Caribbean featured. What is your take on this food festival?

Speaker 23 (38:05):
Well, you know, one of the things when Audrey Oswell,
who is the president and CEO of the property, started
this festival and brought me in just you know, for
consulting and helping curating the talent, I said, it's really
important to let it be a local event, meaning they
need to feature the chefs from this amazing island. And
we did food crawls and that's what this is all about.
So you know, of course they have Jose Undress and

(38:28):
Bobby Flay and Michael Simon here and Katie Lee and
Alan Shahya and Michael White where we had a great
dinner last night. But it's a lot of local and
even walking around there event last night, it was great
to see the local chefs and it was great to
see so much of a local audience. So that was
what's really important.

Speaker 12 (38:46):
You know.

Speaker 23 (38:46):
The big difference about being here at Atlantis and the
events like South Beach and New York that I created
were that it's all in one property. If you're missing
something and it's four minutes before the door open, you
get on the radio and you say, hey, I need this,
or if you're right out of that, they have it
in two minutes plus. Unlike the charity events that you
know I've created, there's no budget. So it's really really nice,

(39:09):
Like no one's saying, oh, you can't do this or you.

Speaker 1 (39:11):
Can't do that.

Speaker 23 (39:11):
Don't have a budget. Here, Well, they may have a budget.
I have not been called yet. I guess one day
they're going to tell me that they have a budget,
but they no, no, no, you know, what was important
to them is that it be a first class event
and not only profile on the great talent here at
the hotel. The Alans and Michael White's and Jose and
dresses and shake shack. I mean, what's better than that

(39:33):
and opening up Noahs from Northport, Long Island is that
they feature these chefs and plus bring in the great
people from the Food Network. Cardia Brown's here straight from
her wedding. I just saw her in People magazine. She
got married. I think after South Beach she got married.
Now she's here, so this must be your honeymoon. She
probably had like her engagement party at South Beach. But

(39:55):
I mean it's and look at this setting, oh beautiful,
and walking this morning through that time? What is that
tunnel call? Where all the birds, where all the fish are?
Let's go the fish tunnel, the digs, the dig It
was like being I thought I was in a haunted house.
I would find myself. There were noises, there were noises
coming out. I'm like, I gotta get out of here.

(40:15):
It's so cool.

Speaker 1 (40:16):
Hey by Bay.

Speaker 7 (40:16):
Chef Glynn from Carmines is here, Danielle. We saw him
last night. And Carmines has a special Carminess dinner tomorrow night.

Speaker 13 (40:22):
And there's a dinner Sunday. It's where were we It's saturdayday?

Speaker 7 (40:27):
Oh my God, it's Friday. It's Friday. Okay, that's Sunday.

Speaker 23 (40:29):
You certainly wouldn't be working on a Saturday, so it's Friday.
Car Mines is a Sunday. They're doing a Sunday supper
and I love Carmine, me too, me too. So it's
you know, that's another great thing about Atlanta's. Even when
there's no wine food festival going on, the restaurants here
are tom notch.

Speaker 7 (40:43):
They're the best.

Speaker 13 (40:44):
You don't need to go to.

Speaker 23 (40:45):
You don't need to go off property unless you're Elvis
do In and have to get a drink around hookers.

Speaker 3 (40:49):
I did not.

Speaker 7 (40:52):
He wakes up in this other universe.

Speaker 13 (40:53):
I don't know where this.

Speaker 1 (40:54):
Is coming from.

Speaker 13 (40:55):
No, I have a text. I'm happy to say.

Speaker 23 (40:57):
No, I cannot show you there are hookers here. I'm
like really like, it's like like the Queen Mother of hookers,
like composed my lord.

Speaker 15 (41:06):
Break.

Speaker 7 (41:07):
Okay, we gotta we gotta move this thing forward. So
Lee's gonna be here for a few moments more.

Speaker 23 (41:13):
Oh no, I'm here. This is moment I got made up.
I'm here, baby, Oh you did all right?

Speaker 7 (41:21):
Let's see. They love it when Lee's on the show.
They think your name is Live Schreiber.

Speaker 13 (41:29):
This isn't TV.

Speaker 7 (41:30):
No, this is radio Instagram. Okay, I'm gonna tell you Nate.
He totally threw me off. What are we doing here?
I'm told I have no clue.

Speaker 1 (41:37):
What we got to do?

Speaker 15 (41:39):
A free money phone tap?

Speaker 13 (41:40):
Then with taking Nate to buy a bathing suit.

Speaker 23 (41:42):
Don't worry, Date, I'll find one perfect for you.

Speaker 9 (41:44):
But can come fix your showerly.

Speaker 7 (41:49):
The shower it's like off and on. It really is
an easy thing to do.

Speaker 13 (41:52):
No, maybe you're not in the room.

Speaker 1 (41:54):
I am.

Speaker 23 (41:54):
I have three different things and buttons up here. It's
the Sapphire suite. No, I'm telling you. Water went in
and out.

Speaker 7 (42:02):
They got it, came out. We have lee sitting over
a drain. Anyway, Atlantis, if there's a food festival going
on or not, it is the place to be. You
gotta get online and you can always find some like
great promotions online.

Speaker 23 (42:18):
And not to mention, this is a benefit for the
Blue Project Foundation, which really saves the marine life out here.
I mean this is one of these are some of
the most beautiful waters in the world, and the festival
partially raises funds for the Blue Project Foundation, which is amazing.
They bring animals who are hurt from outside running around
in the water. They bring them here, they fix them up,

(42:39):
and they put them back out there. They're not helping captives.

Speaker 7 (42:41):
Do you think they helped that that poor dolphin that
Scary fell on? Several years ago? Scary went swimming with
the dolphins and he fell on one. It was a
baby and whatever it happened to the dolphins, it could
only swim left.

Speaker 15 (42:58):
I'm reunited with that dolphin later.

Speaker 1 (43:01):
They're gonna remember you. Well.

Speaker 23 (43:03):
Last year, when Martha Stewart was here, they did a
very special early morning for her. I guess they didn't
do it for you, guys. No, no, okay, how you
get it. We're not different now you're not Mark, Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And the dolphins came. The dolphins came up to say
hello to us. They were so nice. Well, I guess
they didn't want to scare them so early in morning.

Speaker 7 (43:22):
I have some friends that came. They paid a lot
of money to meet Martha Stewart and she didn't even
look at them. Martha, once again, was a rip off
last year. That's why we're glad she's not here this year.

Speaker 23 (43:32):
I am not worried about Martha's stew What she's doing
perfectly fine, Alvis to fight what you say, I have
to say, you're both the same age, I think. But
what she does and how she runs around, it's pretty amazing.
Last year, we're waiting for that big photo, the chef
photo of all the celebrity chefs in her and it's
like she's three minutes late, and like people, I don't
I'm not going to mention the chef's name is like.

(43:53):
Looking at her, I'm like, she's like eighty three years old.
Can you give her a break? She's running around on
like Manila Blanca's, you know, seven thirty in the morning.

Speaker 13 (44:00):
For her photo.

Speaker 7 (44:00):
We had her at at jingle Ball two years in
a row. She loves to come out and play.

Speaker 13 (44:04):
She brings her gandkids. Yeah, she's a great grandmother.

Speaker 7 (44:06):
All right, we got to take a break. We are
live at the beach. We got a free money phone
tap on the way.

Speaker 19 (44:09):
Another free money phone tap coming up next. Qu where

Speaker 7 (44:35):
There's nothing meta than in a free money phone tap
on the beach at Atlantis and here we go. It's
worth a thousand dollars thanks to our friends at America's
number one hummus brand, Sabra. Here's what I love about
my sober hummus. They have all these flavors.

Speaker 2 (44:47):
You know.

Speaker 7 (44:47):
I like good old Sabra hummus. That's the plain original hummus.
I know, Lee Schreger, a big hummus fan.

Speaker 23 (44:54):
I take their hummus, I whip it up a little.
I put some fresh parsley and olive.

Speaker 1 (44:59):
Oil on it.

Speaker 13 (45:00):
I tell people I made it.

Speaker 1 (45:01):
See why not?

Speaker 15 (45:02):
Why not?

Speaker 23 (45:03):
And you know, listen, anybody in the Hamptons, they go
to Cinderella. We all buy the same things. You put
it in nice pottery, nice crocs, and it's fabulous. But
Sabra is a fantastic on this.

Speaker 7 (45:13):
There you go. It's America's number one hummus bread.

Speaker 13 (45:16):
I did not know that, but now you do.

Speaker 7 (45:17):
Fascinated it and I love how the different flavors. Two
of the flavors I'm living these days are. They have
the the Chimmy Jimmy cherry. They call it just chimmy,
but it's inspired by the Argentinian chimmy cherry sauce.

Speaker 1 (45:29):
Right.

Speaker 7 (45:29):
They also have the Falafel Flavored, which has all of
the herbs and spices you would find in a big
old mountain falafel on a plate, but it's right there
in your hummus. Or just get the plain one. I
love the plain one. Just put alive oil in there
and pretend you made it.

Speaker 13 (45:43):
I call it the classic.

Speaker 7 (45:44):
It is the classic, and coming from a classic like you,
that's true.

Speaker 20 (45:48):
I like dipping celery in it because you get more
surface area because you know how celery is curved.

Speaker 15 (45:52):
You get a lot more hummue on your celery.

Speaker 24 (45:55):
Oh thank you for that, Thank you say relief of
that time you are so creative, scared you put hummus
on your salary.

Speaker 13 (46:08):
Oh my goodness, oh my gosh. Well, anyway, what's next
that you do with?

Speaker 23 (46:13):
Yeah, sober hummus, thanks to sol And I think it's hummus,
not hummus.

Speaker 15 (46:18):
It's homis is.

Speaker 7 (46:19):
Thomas hummus, It's yeah.

Speaker 1 (46:21):

Speaker 7 (46:21):
Every time I say humeless, people correct me. So anyway,
if you want Sober America's never one Humas brand ms,
pick it up today and thanks to them, you're winning
one thousand dollars. If you're called A one hundred, eight

Speaker 1 (46:47):

Speaker 7 (46:48):
My mother just gave me the privilege of my first
credit card, and of course mother's concerned I'm going to
abuse it and overspend. So why don't we phone tap
call her up from the credit card company or whatever
and tell her, Hey, tell him, yeah, she just charged
a three thousand dollars perse Oh, mom will flip out.

(47:09):
This comes to us from Alex. All right, we love it.
We love it when people phone tap their moms. Garrett's
gonna light the fuse and calls Alex's mom from the
credit card company. Then Alex comes on to take over
to admit she brought the three thousand dollars perse and
watch the fireworks fly. Here we go, today's phone tap.

Speaker 25 (47:25):
Hello missus Belabrol Please, yes, hi, my name is Justin

Speaker 1 (47:29):

on your card.

Speaker 14 (47:38):
No way, not possible. Well no, I mean nobody did
it for my hit family. We only have one card.

Speaker 25 (47:44):
The transaction we see as of yesterday was a three
thousand dollars handbag.

Speaker 14 (47:49):
A three thousand dollars handbag. Yes, wow, okay, that's not feasible.
I mean that definitely has not been done.

Speaker 1 (47:55):
That card was only use.

Speaker 14 (47:57):
It's my daughter's card using to college kids.

Speaker 25 (47:59):
Of course, this is why we called to make sure
the transaction that you say that you didn't approve didn't,
you know, happen.

Speaker 14 (48:05):
Oh thank god. So I can tell you that there
is no way any of us spent three thousand dollars

Speaker 27 (48:49):
I meant to tell you, but then I thought maybe
I could just pay it off without getting you involved.

Speaker 14 (48:54):
You can't pay it up. You don't have some money,
I'm telling Daddy, and we're going to take the call
away from you.

Speaker 27 (49:00):
You're not taking MCR away from me.

Speaker 14 (49:01):
You will take the car away. Daddy will drive it.
You take that pocketbook back. You're head of your mind.

Speaker 27 (49:08):

Speaker 14 (49:11):

Speaker 27 (49:40):
Once again? You're yelling at me.

Speaker 14 (49:42):
I'm do you want to call Daddy? Or am I
calling Daddy to tell him this? It's so beyond beyond
that I can't.

Speaker 27 (49:48):

Why did they always sound like Italian women from Brooklyn?

Speaker 1 (52:23):
Because they.

Speaker 7 (52:25):
Locally the easiest ones to the phone tap?

Speaker 13 (52:27):

Speaker 1 (52:30):
Oh do you have them? Absolutely well?

Speaker 23 (52:32):
I don't watch you or listen to you, but what

know's yelling that her daughter bought a bedsets excited.

Speaker 1 (52:41):
I mean, who's living in their mother's home.

Speaker 13 (52:43):
It's forty five years old. Buying a bed set your audience.

Speaker 1 (52:47):
Bed set.

Speaker 13 (52:49):
Thank you, you got a bed set.

Speaker 23 (52:50):
Don't you listen to a woman bought a bed set
and charge it to her mother's account.

Speaker 13 (52:54):
It was forty five hundred dollars.

Speaker 16 (52:55):
Well for someone who doesn't listen. You got a lot
of details.

Speaker 1 (52:58):
Yet know how to fill in the blanks.

Speaker 3 (53:01):

back to Atlanta's for John Legend on Memorial Day weekend.

Speaker 23 (53:22):
That' here my birthday weekend. Don't forget Elvis my birthday.
And we forgot to mention our friend J. J. Johnson
and field trip his restaurant here. We love JJ Johnson.
I mean he's one of the nicest guys. And have
you had his food here? Right here, right down, it's
right below it's his food and.

Speaker 13 (53:40):
He is one of the nicest guys.

Speaker 23 (53:41):
JJ. He's up in Harlem. He started at a restaurant
in Harlem called Minton. And it's just he's a great,
great talent, and you can actually have a healthy meal
that there are lines.

Speaker 13 (53:53):
I'm like, I don't know, it's next to scary sack.

Speaker 7 (53:55):
They don't have to You don't have to have celery.
You can have something else that's healthy, fantastic. And that's
another thing we love about Atlanta's. I mean, it is
truly a dining destination. You really don't have to leave campus.
Everything you need is right here. And there's nothing better
to me anyway, sitting next to the ocean, eating dinner
with friends that we love.

Speaker 13 (54:11):
You have friends that you love, not friends, not at
this table. We didn't even mention. No nobu is.

Speaker 23 (54:16):
Here, that's true, Yeah nobody, Yeah Launchaiya, Michael White, Jose Undress.

Speaker 13 (54:21):

No one drops names faster than LEAs Shregger the floor.
We got to take a break. We're back after a minute.

Speaker 3 (54:30):
The Mercedes Benz Interview Lounge.

Speaker 7 (54:32):
The Master of Me is her new biography. It's Kiki Palmer.

Speaker 9 (54:35):
Hey I have a question about the book. If I
listen to it on like an audible, are you telling
the story?

Speaker 2 (54:40):
Yes?

Speaker 7 (54:41):
Yes, take audi, I live, take an edible turn able.
At Mercedes Benz, there's a reason they go the extra mile,
from testing their vehicles in desert heat and arctic cold
to creating AI that can anticipate your needs and preferences
on the road. They demand every car is worthy of
their star because it's Mercedes.

Speaker 25 (55:39):

Speaker 7 (55:52):

the incentive is to go online and book your trip
to Atlantis. A lot of stuff going on here. We
have the eating, the incredible food. We've got the beach,
we've got the pools. We've got something else that's really
special about Atlantis the events. For instance, right now, the
Wine and Food Festival's going on. Leash Schrager's here to

(56:15):
be part of that. But the person who puts it
all together is Jason Spencer. He's the vice president of
marketing and Events and Atlanta's Bahamas. Jason, thanks for being
on with us. Thank you, thanks for having us here.
By the way, good morning from Paradise.

Speaker 1 (56:27):
I know you know what Jason.

Speaker 7 (56:29):
You know, he's been doing events for a big, big,
big venues out of the Caesars and everything else for years,
but for some reason decided to land in Paradise and
here you are. What's it like having this as your
office every day?

Speaker 1 (56:42):
It's amazing.

Speaker 26 (56:43):
You open the windows and you just take a nice breath,
take it all in, and whenever you're having a bad day,
you just look outside and it brightens it up.

Speaker 7 (56:51):
Right, It's never a bad day in Paradise. In New
York City. We open the windows and we have a
bad day, we jump out of the windows.

Speaker 1 (56:57):
Now, you know, we jump into the pool down.

Speaker 7 (57:00):
I know it's much safer in Atlantas. So uh, I know,
we're excited about Memorial Day weekend. John Legend's gonna be here. Yeah,
super excited.

Speaker 26 (57:09):
We have John Legend tickets on sale now Atlantisbahamas dot com.
He's gonna He's doing an amazing uh solo act with
just him and his piano on stage outdoors under the stars.
You're not gonna get this environment nowhere else in the world.
It is the place to be Memorial Day weekend.

Speaker 23 (57:28):
My Birthday weekend. Just in case you're wonder, sed Lee
Schreger will be there front row.

Speaker 1 (57:32):
Is she coming?

Speaker 23 (57:33):
Is Christy coming? You know, I'm not sure you'll know
if you'll know if she's coming.

Speaker 7 (57:38):
Well, that's just one of the reasons we love Atlantis
and so I the events everything. But this is a
big place to fill up for events. I mean, this
is no small This is not like a jingle ball.

Speaker 23 (57:49):
This is massive. Got tired of jingle Ball? You have
to get thirty nine dollars tickets away.

Speaker 26 (57:57):
That's that's the beauty of it, right, Like, so this
play is non traditional, super huge, and when we do
events like the wine and Food festival, we actually have
events in unique.

Speaker 1 (58:07):
Spaces all across the resort.

Speaker 26 (58:10):
So whether it's in the famous Bridge Suite we do
a wine event each evening there, or a traditional event
out on the beach in the harbor. It's a great
place to produce events at because you have all types
of cool places to produce things.

Speaker 15 (58:25):
You know.

Speaker 7 (58:26):
Okay, so Memorial Day weekend, John Legend, I know you
also do the Battle for Atlantis basketball tournament that's coming
up in November. You're busy, Yeah, the busiest man, I know,
super busy, but it's all fun.

Speaker 1 (58:37):
Doesn't even feel like work.

Speaker 26 (58:38):
We get concerts, food festivals, and then we get to
sit in Paradise. So we have Battle for Atlanta's coming
up in November. Again, like I said, we turn this
our whole convention center into a premier basketball court in
basketball tournament for Division I schools. We have a big
concert announcement coming up for July fourth weekend.

Speaker 7 (58:58):
I was told to ask about it that why why
can't you just tell us now?

Speaker 3 (59:01):
Yeah?

Speaker 13 (59:03):
Why not telling anyone?

Speaker 1 (59:04):
Yeah?

Speaker 26 (59:04):
No, one's listening to March twenty fourth, Keep your eyes
and ears open and we will announce it.

Speaker 13 (59:09):
Give us a hint.

Speaker 8 (59:10):
Oh, we're so close, Give us a hand, just a hint.
Rhymes with rhymes with rhymes.

Speaker 13 (59:17):
It's almost a week away.

Speaker 1 (59:18):
You can tell us. I want to know. I'm trying.

Speaker 13 (59:22):
Is it a female artist?

Speaker 1 (59:24):
It is a male artist. I'll give you that.

Speaker 13 (59:26):
Black or white.

Speaker 7 (59:29):
There's only two options. He's not gonna tell us. Okay,
we're gonna We're gonna stop picking on you, Jason.

Speaker 1 (59:40):
Sorry, I'm not.

Speaker 13 (59:41):
I want to know, Jason. But above every of everything
you do here basketball, I don't know who would care
about that.

Speaker 23 (59:48):
But the food and wine if your favorite love, And
I'm your favorite partner to work with, right.

Speaker 26 (59:53):
I work with Lee all year around, so I have
the pleasure of working with Lee all year around.

Speaker 13 (59:58):
Jason hated me for like the first year. Someone who
still hate you?

Speaker 9 (01:00:04):
How many sponsors have we lost this morning?

Speaker 23 (01:00:07):
I know wedn Days is still with you. Don't worry.
You can't get rid of them in the delicious chicken sandwich.

Speaker 1 (01:00:14):
All right.

Speaker 7 (01:00:15):
So another reason we love hanging out with Jason is
he's giving us a trip to Atlantis to give to you. Okay,
So it doesn't matter if you're black or white apparently
and anything else. Whatever you want to be, whatever you
want to be be it at Atlantas.

Speaker 1 (01:00:30):

Speaker 7 (01:00:33):

Get away before you give away everything.

Speaker 13 (01:01:03):
Does it come with any chips?

Speaker 1 (01:01:04):
For the wait?

Speaker 13 (01:01:09):
Is there an ATM machine on property?

Speaker 1 (01:01:11):
How do you get cash? There's ATM machines there is?

Speaker 23 (01:01:14):
How much do we pay? Is it like six dollars
to take out one hundred dollars?

Speaker 1 (01:01:18):
I'm not doing that? Puts on your bank? All right,
I'm sure you'll.

Speaker 7 (01:01:23):
Let's just give it away.

Speaker 15 (01:01:24):
Now, let's just give it away.

Speaker 7 (01:01:26):

Okay, God, you know, I don't know.

Speaker 23 (01:02:14):
Anything about music, but I do know because Jason told us.
And I'm not telling you who it is. He did
tell us, and even I know that person and like
them because you know, I know nothing. But we're trying
to get Jason to book share for New Year's Eve.
I mean that would be great.

Speaker 1 (01:02:28):
That's them.

Speaker 23 (01:02:29):
Atlanta's New Year's Eve always is the best. We were
here the last two years it was. It's the best
New Year's Eve on the planet. Not to mention, CNN
goes live from here, so we're one of those places
like Singapore and Australia.

Speaker 13 (01:02:41):
You know we're here.

Speaker 7 (01:02:41):
I love the planning meeting live on the Ratio show.
Ye Jason, thank you so much for being on with

Speaker 7 (01:03:18):

Speaker 8 (01:03:38):
This is a good way to start.

Speaker 12 (01:03:40):
Have you.

Speaker 7 (01:03:41):
Have you ever been to Atlantis?

Speaker 5 (01:03:43):

Speaker 1 (01:03:57):
It's gonna be pretty amazing.

Speaker 13 (01:03:58):
You're gonna have a ball. Thank Jack, you get the
filed trip.

Speaker 7 (01:04:02):

Okay, thank you guys so much.

Speaker 1 (01:04:07):
Love you guys, Love you more.

Speaker 7 (01:04:10):
Hold on one second, let's get into the three things
we need to know from Gandhi Live from Atlantis, Paradise
Island to Bahamas. If you're not online today booking your
next trip, we do and with your time, you should
get online and get on over here. All right, what's
going on?

Speaker 3 (01:04:22):
All right?

Speaker 16 (01:04:23):
Russian President Vladimir Putin says his country agrees in principle
with a Ceaspire plan during a press briefing today. He
said the proposal needs to lead to an enduring peace
and should remove the root causes of this crisis. This
is as US officials travel to Moscow today to discuss
a possible Seaspire with Russian officials. Earlier this week, Ukraine
said it would agree to a US backed thirty day

(01:04:44):
Cspire plan if Russia did as well. President Trump has
been pushing for an end to the three year war
in Ukraine since he returned to office. A federal judge
in Maryland is ordering thousands of fire government employees to
be reinstated. Thursday evening, the judge issued a temporary restraining
order against a dozen agencies that had fired their probationary employees.

(01:05:05):
The ruling said the government gave no advance notice to
the workers and fired them illegally without cause. This comes
the same day that a different judge in California also
ruled some of those mass layoffs were unlawful. And finally,
while at Hub put together a list of the best
cities for celebrations. Specifically, let's talk about Saint Patrick's Day.
An he guesses number one's easy?

Speaker 7 (01:05:26):
Uh, New York.

Speaker 13 (01:05:28):
No, you're gonna say Boston.

Speaker 8 (01:05:30):
And is Boston?

Speaker 11 (01:05:34):
Why do you gonna say?

Speaker 8 (01:05:34):
Boston's much? That's where all the Irish people are.

Speaker 7 (01:05:37):
We got a few in New York.

Speaker 8 (01:05:38):
Yeah, but thirteen percent of Boston is Irish. They have Irish.

Speaker 13 (01:05:43):
Fine.

Speaker 16 (01:05:44):
Wow, you guys are hateful. The parade dates back to
seventeen twenty four. Next on the list, I don't think
you guys are going to get it.

Speaker 8 (01:05:51):
The next two? Number two Reno, Nevada.

Speaker 16 (01:05:54):
What Apparently there's a downtown event known as the Reno
Leprechan Crawl, as well as an annual Leprechan Race.

Speaker 8 (01:06:00):
Where runners dress and run in Reno. In Reno.

Speaker 16 (01:06:03):
And number three what now Chicago not New York. It's Savannah,
Georgia really Irish?

Speaker 8 (01:06:09):
Yeah, absolutely, they say.

Speaker 16 (01:06:11):
In Savannah, Georgia it sees half a million visitors a
year on Saint Patrick's Day with the parade and lots
of partying throughout the squares.

Speaker 23 (01:06:18):
And those are your three things, So Dandia, we're gonna
have it up market today, you know that. I mean,
if we're finishing this week like the way we started,
I am done. I'm going to be a pool boy here?

Speaker 8 (01:06:27):
Can we on the three things every day?

Speaker 1 (01:06:29):
Can you imagine a pool boy?

Speaker 8 (01:06:33):
Lee, I'm gonna guess know all that.

Speaker 7 (01:06:35):
They want people to come to the pool as if
it's kind of funny waking up in the middle of
the night to do the show. And now this is
the time where Atlanta starts to wake up. People are
coming out of their their crypts.

Speaker 13 (01:06:49):
Look at your fan.

Speaker 1 (01:06:50):
This is great, Holly, Holly, I'm here for the day.

Speaker 8 (01:07:01):
Wait, I thought we had wrap up music for Lee.

Speaker 1 (01:07:03):
Where do you go?

Speaker 7 (01:07:04):
We'll get that on in a minute. We gotta take
a break. I think Bobby Play is on his way.

Speaker 3 (01:07:10):
All right, hang on, that's funny to me.

Speaker 8 (01:07:12):
It's funny.

Speaker 3 (01:07:13):
Do you have a sense of humor?

Speaker 7 (01:07:14):
Telvis Duran in the Morning Show, freshen up your morning
with Wendy's Breakfast like a breakfast baconator or a grilled
sausage breakfast burrito, or even a honey buddy ready for
a fresh wake up call. It's got to be Wendy's
at participating us, Wendy's.

Speaker 3 (01:07:34):

Speaker 7 (01:07:37):
Oh, they're just getting started with a third annual wine
and food festival here at Atlantis. What a beautiful morning.
The sun is blaring and blazing and all words that
start with the bee. Speaking of words that start with
the B Bobby Flay, Yes, yes, Lee Scheger of course,
our co host today here to ruin everything for us.

Speaker 23 (01:07:56):
We'ven wucked my grandmother withty glasses on. You know that's
the guys are wearing Grandma classes grandmother.

Speaker 1 (01:08:03):
He's the new uncle.

Speaker 7 (01:08:04):
Johnny's people to say you are the new uncle Johnny.

Speaker 23 (01:08:09):
We're gonna get you like a little headscarf and you're
gonna really look like my grandmother.

Speaker 7 (01:08:12):
I would I'd take that as a comp Wait, all
we need is a blender and some liquor. By the way,
thank you so much to shake Shack. We're drinking the
Sunset shake, only available at this shake shack here in Atlantash.
It's fabulous, And this shake shack is the only shake
shack in America that has a full bar. Really, yes,

(01:08:32):
then why are we on the radio? We could be
a shake shack. Getting getting crazy.

Speaker 1 (01:08:37):
I don't like that you're promoting shakeshack so much when
I'm sitting here. I got.

Speaker 15 (01:08:43):
One last week.

Speaker 23 (01:08:44):
I went to the Dave Land ball right and I
walked by it and it was very crowded.

Speaker 13 (01:08:49):
I waited online.

Speaker 23 (01:08:50):
I told him I was a good friend, hoping I
would get a complimentary burger. I actually I actually said
I'm a friend to Bobby, and they go like, looked
at me, Bobby, you are Have you ever been in
that day Land store.

Speaker 1 (01:09:01):
It's been that's been closed for years. He listen to
the lead trying to tell the story. Oh my god,
it must have been a shake shock.

Speaker 13 (01:09:11):
Sorry, Dan Danielle loves loves Bobby's Burgers.

Speaker 9 (01:09:18):
Right, Daniel, Yeah, but.

Speaker 1 (01:09:22):
There was one in Bergantown Center. But you have to
remember that was Bobby's Burger Palace. Now it's Bobby's Burger.

Speaker 15 (01:09:27):
In Atlantic City, is there.

Speaker 1 (01:09:28):
Bobby's exactly kicking exactly. I know, you know Atlantic City.
I shouldn't vega. Bobby was up late. He he made
a beautiful wine dinner for some lucky people last night.
And uh, then you went out partying, but you went
to the gym this morning. Well, first of all, let
me explain something. First of all, how do you know
I was out partying? Because I can tell Wow, isn't

(01:09:49):
my voice? Is my radio voice?

Speaker 2 (01:09:51):
No?

Speaker 7 (01:09:51):
No, you have that that Bobby went out last night.

Speaker 1 (01:09:54):
I mean, I just want to listen. There's nothing wrong
with you. You're at the You're at the Atlantis and
the Bahamas. It's like you. You know, I cooked for
one hundred and twenty people last night. It was a
really fun meal, like five courses, and then I went
to my room, took a shower, and then uh played
a little dice at the casino, had a couple of
rum cocktails. Because you're in the Bahamas, you have to
drink rum. Okay, and then I went to bed. It

(01:10:16):
wasn't that bad. Did I accuse you of doing something? I?

Speaker 12 (01:10:19):
No?

Speaker 24 (01:10:19):
No?

Speaker 1 (01:10:19):
But and then I always put my workout clothes on.
Doesn't mean I actually go to their.

Speaker 7 (01:10:25):
Like like Lee, Lee and I we we went to
the gym. We rarely make it out of the locker room.

Speaker 9 (01:10:32):
Maybe Bobby can how to use the shower because he
couldn't figure out how his shower.

Speaker 13 (01:10:38):
Did you have a problem using your shower?

Speaker 1 (01:10:40):
No, you just turned the knob to the left. No,
I had three knobs. Really, I guess I was in the.

Speaker 23 (01:10:47):
Maybe that was the locker room, So I said, I know,
that's why are you?

Speaker 1 (01:10:52):
Are you in the cove tower?

Speaker 13 (01:10:53):
You have a Cove tower and to shop bire suite
in case you're looking.

Speaker 1 (01:10:55):
Oh thanks, And.

Speaker 8 (01:10:56):
By the way, if you're geting harassed now, if.

Speaker 7 (01:10:59):
You're at the coke Pool today Cabana seven, Lee is
telling a big party.

Speaker 1 (01:11:04):

Speaker 17 (01:11:04):

Speaker 1 (01:11:05):
I love the code full wait.

Speaker 13 (01:11:06):
Just so you know, I emailed Bobby twice this week.
He didn't reply to me. I said, show up.

Speaker 1 (01:11:11):
You texted me a group text that you texted to
thirty people.

Speaker 13 (01:11:15):
What do you want me to say thirty twenty people.

Speaker 23 (01:11:18):
Okay, it's like you know, honestly, I text him twice.

Speaker 1 (01:11:22):
I'm like, is he mad at me?

Speaker 2 (01:11:23):
No?

Speaker 13 (01:11:23):
I hate group text. They put me in their GIP
text all the time, and I.

Speaker 1 (01:11:27):
Never I shouldn't say. I shouldn't say it was a
group text. It was the text that I knew he
sent about twenty five people.

Speaker 13 (01:11:33):
What would you like me to say, Dear Bobby, this
is especially for.

Speaker 1 (01:11:35):
You something, Bobby. I just want to let you know anything.

Speaker 7 (01:11:41):
No, Bobby's our friend and meann if you're going to
do this radio thing, Lee, you gotta be kind every
once in a while.

Speaker 1 (01:11:47):
He's going on here. Bobby, love Bobby. You can about Bobby.

Speaker 7 (01:11:51):
Bobby's our dear friend.

Speaker 1 (01:11:52):
Every time I come on this show, you have somebody
firing at me.

Speaker 13 (01:11:56):
I'm trying to if you want to.

Speaker 20 (01:11:57):
It's an Instagram right now.

Speaker 7 (01:12:00):
Elvis Danchell, you could watch all you can watch the
fun and frivolity and fellowship. All right, Let's be nice
to Bobby because I love you. Bobby. You know I'd
adore you anything about you.

Speaker 1 (01:12:10):
You're the best. Thanks, Elvis. I don't love you, yeah,
I do. Hold on I'm trying to Lee has always
been great.

Speaker 7 (01:12:18):
Let's change the channel and talk about how Bobby ended
up opening his restaurant here at Atlantis.

Speaker 1 (01:12:25):
Okay, so this is a great story. So I had
a restaurant here for I can't remember how many years.
It was successful relationship with Atis Mason Grille. We opened
the Cove. We were the first restaurant to open with
the Cove, which is a spectacular wing of the of
Atlanta two thousand and seven, Thank you so much. And
we were here for I think eight years. I think
we were I think twenty fifteen closed it. But what

(01:12:45):
happened was I didn't have a restaurant here and there
was a at the time. It was an executive whore
I knew from Las Vegas who said to me, why
don't you open a restaurant in Atlantis? And I was like,
I don't know, nobody's really yes. He's like, well, I
want to talk to you about it. So I was
with Sophie at the time, my daughter, she was eight
years old. She was on spring break. It was actually
around this kind of time of the year, and uh,

(01:13:06):
I was like, I'll come, I'll come for the meeting,
but I have to bring my daughter because she's on vacation,
and and he's like, no problem. So we come down
and they get I get off the plane and they
literally don't talk to me for three days, but they
like rolled out the red carpet for this eight year
old daughter of mine, who then for the next two weeks,
everything she drew, everything she talked about was the Bahamas

(01:13:28):
and dolphins and masa grill. Daddy, please please please open
a restaurant in the Bahamas. So that's what I did,
and I did it for Sophie. But and that's how
you started your relationship with Atlanta's exactly right.

Speaker 23 (01:13:39):
And so if you want to see Bobby back at Atlantis,
I think you should call in now in thee hundredth person,
get to talk to Audrey Oswell and have a deal
made for Bobby.

Speaker 13 (01:13:47):
Pleas bring Bobby back.

Speaker 1 (01:13:50):
I'll tell you. I'll tell you what. All the employees
here have been so incredibly nice to me over the
less two days, Like they're all like, Bobby, please come
back here. We miss working with you. Because the commun
unity here is amazing. All the people that work here,
a lot of times they'll work in the same uh
you know, like restaurants, but sometimes they move around. So
like I was going from like bar to restaurants to bar,

(01:14:12):
and like all all my former employees, you know, were
so incredibly welcoming, and I was like, not even remember
who I was, you know, but they were so nice.

Speaker 13 (01:14:20):
Well I didn't even know you left.

Speaker 1 (01:14:22):
I didn't leave.

Speaker 7 (01:14:24):
Lee thinks half of your restaurants are still open, and
they're not.

Speaker 1 (01:14:26):
That's right.

Speaker 7 (01:14:27):
Only Vegas, man, Okay, only Vegas doing really well. Yeah,
So what is so special about these winding food festivals?
I mean, we get the big ones back in the States.
We have the one in New York City that Lee
does beautifully every year, the one in Miami Beach. This
one's a little different. This hits in lands differently at Atlantis.
What do you think is so special and magic about it?

Speaker 1 (01:14:44):
Well, I mean I think, listen, every food festival is different, right,
and I think they all take on the personality of
the place that they're in. Obviously, you land here and
you're literally in paradise on Paradise Island, and so it
just puts you in a good mood. But also I
think there's a little bit more more intimacy here in
terms of like the chefs being able to like talk
to more of the consumers. I mean, you know, some

(01:15:06):
of the events in Miami, New York, I mean some
of them are really small. Actually I did a table
for ten. But some of them have thousands and thousands
and thousands of people, which are fun too. It's just
it's just there's all kinds of different environments for it.
But here, like last night, I cooked one hundred and
twenty tonight there'll be I don't know, six or seven
hundred people you know, at a dining a round. But

(01:15:26):
it's still like you're all sort of in the same
resort and it feels close. I love it.

Speaker 7 (01:15:32):
Plus, you know, and leeve reminds us it's all very
local too. You've got chefs, and you've got the cuisine
from the area. Yea, from the Caribbean and the Bahamas
in particular.

Speaker 1 (01:15:40):
And there's a wonderful cuisine here. I mean, you know,
you talk about all obviously, you know we're right on
this beautiful ocean, so you have all this spectacular fish
you have you know, you know, local group or conk, Yes,
I said it right, you know, yeah, conk, which is delicious.
I know it's one of your favorites Elvis. So last

(01:16:02):
last night I was actually in Jose Andres restaurant Fish,
which is actually the space where Mason Grill was, and
I had some breaded kunk and it was delicious.

Speaker 7 (01:16:11):
There was a cracked counk crack.

Speaker 1 (01:16:13):
Cunk or where they call it scorched, which is not
scorched the way you would think about. It's not cooked.
It's actually just like a scourge, right. Yeah, so it's
really and it's fantastic, I mean, and and also like
all the all the chilies and the Scotch bonnets and
the habernaros and you know, all the all the sort
of Caribbean spices things like all spice and ginger. I mean,

(01:16:34):
I mean, you know rum, I mean, I just I
just love that kind of stuff. They have these beautiful
spiny lobsters here as well. It's so good there you go,
by the way, if it's just turning a song. We
are at Atlantis at the Wine and Food Festival.

Speaker 7 (01:16:45):
Lee Schweger is our co host today and of course
Bobby Flay, who, by the way, every time Bobby comes
on our show, he says he wants to be a
co host more, but you never really show up more.
I guess you're too busy for us.

Speaker 1 (01:16:55):
What No, but didn't I wasn't exactly asked to be
the co like. I'm gonna be honest, I'm a litt
upset right now. Well, Lee told me last night that
he was going to be my warm up for the show,
but he hasn't left, So now now I have to

(01:17:16):
share the microphone time with.

Speaker 13 (01:17:17):
Him when the ratings will go all the way down.

Speaker 1 (01:17:19):
If I god he wants to dispute that.

Speaker 8 (01:17:24):
Yeah, I think we're good.

Speaker 9 (01:17:26):
I just like that.

Speaker 8 (01:17:27):
Lee kicks in the door, like I'm here. I call
time is seven. I have stick. I haven't heard the
stick yet.

Speaker 1 (01:17:31):
I'm waiting for it.

Speaker 16 (01:17:33):
But I actually you were talking about being in the
casino last night, and I need to know how much
you were up or down.

Speaker 8 (01:17:38):
When you left.

Speaker 1 (01:17:39):
Okay, I uh, it's a number. No, No, I know.
I'm right now. I'm down about three hundred, so I'm
still I'm still surviving, which is good.

Speaker 8 (01:17:48):
The hundred dollars three dollars okay.

Speaker 23 (01:17:51):
After the week I had the stock market, losing three
hundred dollars is like having a drink.

Speaker 1 (01:17:56):
I'm actually investing my money in the casino. As a post.

Speaker 28 (01:17:59):
That was.

Speaker 7 (01:18:03):
The only thing that we're really missing here is of
course Danielle. Daniel is back in New York. You know, Danielle,
you always light up when you come to Atlantas. You
should be here right now.

Speaker 9 (01:18:12):
I love it there, you know. I wish I could be,
but I can't believe be in two places. I have
to be with my kids, but oh my gosh, that
place is just incredible. Did you guys go on the
lazy River yet or not yet?

Speaker 23 (01:18:23):
I'm doing that today, so are we, Welby, I've never
done it, putting a lazy river at my house.

Speaker 9 (01:18:28):
You guys please take a camera if you take a lead,
because it's not really lazy, it's the not so lazy river.

Speaker 1 (01:18:35):
You're not doing it.

Speaker 9 (01:18:36):
I have to see this ship.

Speaker 1 (01:18:39):
He will not gonna happen.

Speaker 7 (01:18:41):
He won't even swim in a pool where other people
have been swimming.

Speaker 5 (01:18:45):
Not just you.

Speaker 1 (01:18:46):
Elvis.

Speaker 8 (01:18:47):
So fun, You're gonna love it.

Speaker 23 (01:18:48):
I do want to tell you when you go in
this pool, if you happen to make a mistake, it
lights up different pool.

Speaker 9 (01:18:56):
Nobody peas and pools here?

Speaker 7 (01:18:59):
Is this your stick?

Speaker 1 (01:19:00):
Oh?

Speaker 10 (01:19:00):
Really?

Speaker 5 (01:19:02):
Really?

Speaker 15 (01:19:03):
Oh my god?

Speaker 8 (01:19:04):
Oh man?

Speaker 1 (01:19:05):
Is this how do you guys have this job. We've
been saying, we've been trying to lose people.

Speaker 13 (01:19:11):
Pay you for this. This is unbelievable, way too much.
For one hundred years he has been on the radio.
I go up listening to Alvis.

Speaker 23 (01:19:18):
I honestly, if you asked me, I thought he was
dead or ready was out.

Speaker 1 (01:19:26):

Speaker 7 (01:19:32):

is going strong.

Speaker 1 (01:35:33):
I have to say, I love the wine so much.
It's so good.

Speaker 23 (01:35:37):
It's the Wine of the Summer. Just in case you're wondering, oh,
I declared that the Wine of.

Speaker 11 (01:35:42):
The Summer's.

Speaker 17 (01:35:46):
Great organic, zero sugar, no harmful additives, are preservatives, so
you can drink it and not feel.

Speaker 1 (01:35:52):
That's the thing I will tell you as a as
an unpaid taster of of of Katie's wine. I drink
a lot of rose in the summer, kind of like you, Elvis,
and uh. The one thing I do love about it
is it tastes so clean and I and it doesn't
give me a hangover in the morning. And that's that's
key to my summer.

Speaker 7 (01:36:09):
So what's the name of the wine.

Speaker 11 (01:36:10):
It's called kind of wild.

Speaker 1 (01:36:11):
What do you mean she's wearing the hat?

Speaker 11 (01:36:13):
About the hat? I represented, Mama's got a hustle, right.

Speaker 7 (01:36:16):
He's actually give me a couple of bottles. But that's
what we do with radio. Now that you're radio guys,
you gotta like, even though you may know the answer,
you ask for the answer so they can housewine.

Speaker 13 (01:36:24):
It kasta schraker this summer.

Speaker 15 (01:36:25):
And then look at that.

Speaker 13 (01:36:26):
I am sad. It's wrong to hear that. Such a second.
She was such a boogie.

Speaker 17 (01:36:33):
It's gotta be the Bobby Flay Rose country day. Absolutely
gotta have it. I'm gonna send it all to yes.

Speaker 1 (01:36:40):
When Lee comes over to my house for lunch, he
like doesn't even say anything. He walks in and just
throws a case of wine at me and just goes
and sits down like.

Speaker 23 (01:36:46):
That's I'm not gonna bring food. Am I gonna bring
food here?

Speaker 1 (01:36:51):
And then and then you know, and then eats lunch
and then leaves in forty five minutes.

Speaker 3 (01:36:56):
To me.

Speaker 11 (01:36:56):
I only got one lunch in bye last night.

Speaker 1 (01:36:58):
I know last year was a little rough.

Speaker 13 (01:37:00):
This year, Yeah, you were listening to the bougies, bitches
and the.

Speaker 1 (01:37:13):
Exactly so.

Speaker 7 (01:37:14):
The wine of the summer is Katie Lee's wine, of course,
the wine the whiner of the summer is.

Speaker 13 (01:37:21):
Wait did Nate write that? Atlantis?

Speaker 15 (01:37:23):

more that we're at the beautiful Atlantis property for the
third annual Wine and Food Festival.

Speaker 11 (01:37:37):

Speaker 17 (01:37:57):
He named names of people he misbehaved at festivals who

Speaker 1 (01:38:06):
Was I mentioned on that?

Speaker 17 (01:38:07):

But they always take good care of you because you're
the king, right.

Speaker 13 (01:38:13):

Speaker 7 (01:38:29):
Is another another way to come to Atlanta's with your family.

Speaker 11 (01:38:52):
Like she's so excited for all these pools.

Speaker 1 (01:38:56):
Wait till she sees five old guys going down the
Lazy River. They're all right here. That's gonna be quite
a side. I want to go home.

Speaker 7 (01:39:08):
Last sight all, Katie, Bobby has something to say to you.
We're gonna get to that in a second.

Speaker 13 (01:39:14):

this for two decades. Thank you. Oh my gosh, I've
watched them come and go. Now Gandhi's here. I mean,

Bungle of seven seems like a terrifyingly fun place.

Speaker 11 (01:40:55):
Kids aren't allowed at.

Speaker 1 (01:40:56):
What time is that start nude?

Speaker 7 (01:40:58):

we still don't know.

Speaker 11 (01:41:16):
He was hysterical.

Speaker 1 (01:41:17):
You got bigger ratings merely I mean, Bobby.

Speaker 11 (01:41:20):
You got the biggest ratings I've had in the history.

Speaker 7 (01:41:22):
Of the bus, ratings for a non celebrity.

Speaker 13 (01:41:27):
Did I not have the rating?

Speaker 11 (01:41:29):
So many people reach out to me and he.

were calling after the Hey, so wait to say before
Katie got here? You said, Mommy, you said, I do
have something I want to say to.

Speaker 1 (01:41:42):
Talk to Katie. And it's hard to talk to her
like we're not when we're not like doing TV or radio.
So I take my opportunities just to have a conversation
with her about all her new businesses or and her endeavors.

Speaker 13 (01:41:52):
We're on the radio now, so I am very entrepreneuri
But we went.

Speaker 7 (01:42:54):
You're having like a coffee clash with.
