making sure they're all ready to go exactly for Norwegian.
We're good.

Speaker 6 (01:07):
Yeah, we're in the middle of n CL's Innovation Lounge.
Everything you see on one of their incredible ships was
tested here first.

Speaker 11 (01:15):
Yep.

Speaker 6 (01:15):
Today we're testing things. We're gonna test I think some
new biscuits. Yeah, we're testing some new a new line
of wine they am coming out today.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
I saw a go kart.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
I don't hear any innovation going on.

I'm kidding. What can you not see me?

Speaker 1 (01:59):
We've feel lots of time talking about today.

Speaker 6 (02:01):
We're getting ready to launch a brand new NCL magical
experience called Aqua.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
That's not until next year.

Speaker 6 (02:07):
But everything that's on Aqua, and you can see some
of it now at NCL dot com, was innovated right
here in this room.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
It's pretty amazing.

Speaker 6 (02:13):
From every fork you eat with, with every door knob
you turn with, every bday you sit on.

Speaker 10 (02:19):
I thought we were testing the bedets today.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
That's where I was all night. That's why you couldn't
get off. That's right. I keep slipping off the chair.

Speaker 6 (02:29):
But anyway, it happens right here, and we'll get into
that with a lot of great interviews today. But also
it is Taylor Swift Friday and the first song I
Want to give you newly released at midnight last night. Correct,
Taylor Swift with post Malone. You already heard this in preview,
didn't you, Froggy I have.

Speaker 12 (02:45):
It's very good, and he's got another song coming out
in two and a half weeks with actually on May ninth,
with Morgan Wallen. So post Malone with Taylor Swift and
Morgan Wallen in less than a month exactly.

Speaker 6 (02:55):
Well today it's from the Tortured Poets Department. This is
Tato Swift featuring Postmanli and this is Fortnite. Here he goes,
There you go Fortnite brand new Tator Swift featuring post Malone.
I heard him there at the end. Yeah, he's been
a busy boy. So we were listening to the album
all the way over to the NCL Innovation Louns this
morning and Deanna is with us started crying.

Speaker 1 (03:17):
We'll find out later what track was making her cry.
Kind of curious to know.

Speaker 6 (03:22):
Anyway, that's what everyone's talking about the brand new album
The Tortured.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
Poets Department is out.

Speaker 6 (03:28):
Do we have a first caller of the day. Yeah, okay,
hold on, Oh, let's just go push the button, Garrett.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
We don't know who it is.

Speaker 6 (03:33):
We'll meet them now, Ryan, it's oh Brian. Hey, Brian, Hello,
Welcome to Friday. Are you there?

Speaker 7 (03:39):
Hello, lady, Good morning, old lady.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
There's Brian. What's going on with you today? Brian?

Speaker 7 (03:46):
Good morning, Elvis. Hey, better than yesterday, but not as
good as tomorrow. It's good to hear be with you
and scared to call in and start my day with you.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
Guys.

Speaker 6 (03:53):
I like that attitude. Better than yesterday, but not as
good as tomorrow. Welcome to Friday. Hey, So Brian, what
are you doing this weekend? We're kind of curious.

Speaker 7 (04:03):
Hey, well, listen, I just finished running five miles at
five am. We meet with this group every morning, every
Friday morning, and so my energy's up. I'm excited. If
that's the hardest thing I do today, then it's a
good day.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
I didn't tell you. Brian.

Speaker 6 (04:17):
Your outlook in this past thirty seconds has sort of
shifted us into rev it up mode.

Speaker 1 (04:21):
You sound awesome. You're a very positive guy.

Speaker 7 (04:27):
Hopefully you can instead of flushing the format, maybe you
can bedet the format today.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
That'd be cool.

Speaker 6 (04:32):
We can bedet the format. That's a classier way to
get rid of the format.

Speaker 7 (04:36):
It.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
Wait, you live in Lancaster, I do, yes.

Speaker 6 (04:41):
Oh do you go to that buffet Shady Maple, smart Sport.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
Do you go to the Shady Maple Shady Maple?

Speaker 7 (04:49):
That is yes, that is a marathon of a breakfast.
If you haven't had it yet, fully recommend it.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
I'm in.

Speaker 10 (04:55):
I think we should broadcast from there one day.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
I think we.

Speaker 10 (04:57):
Should be so cool.

Speaker 1 (04:59):
I bet they have their own innovation lounge anyway. I
don't know if you've ever been on an NCL cruise,
have you, Brian?

Speaker 7 (05:07):
I have not.

Speaker 1 (05:08):
Oh we got to get you on one.

Speaker 6 (05:09):
But you know, as beautiful and well detailed as those
ships are, it's all invented in this laboratory of sorts
where we're doing our show today.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
It's really fascinating. It's wild. They have this machine that
has a boxing glove on it and all it does
is it punches the couches. You know what I'm saying.
Just to make sure that they're makes sure that they're sturdy.
Yeah it is.

Speaker 6 (05:34):
Makes sure it's all looking good. Anyway, Brian, you are
the first caller of the day, the last of the week.
What do you have for Brian's trade?

Speaker 13 (05:39):
They got to load him down with some Elvis Durant
apparel so the next time he goes running he can
look good while he's doing it.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
And go to NCL dot com and get a cruise going. Brian,
you'll love it.

Speaker 7 (05:48):
You have a great weekend, thanks for always making us
last and have an awesome day.

Speaker 6 (05:54):
Oh Brian, you are awesome. What a great way to
start the day. Let's let's wake up with Brian every day.

Speaker 10 (05:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (06:00):
Anyway, Well hold on, Brian, don't go away, and there
you go. Can we all have that attitude please?

Speaker 10 (06:05):
I don't know if I can do it.

Speaker 1 (06:06):
Gandhi, you, of all.

Speaker 12 (06:08):
People, if you could turn the attitude around my fav
My favorite party of dinner last night was we've been
around the table. Somebody from NCL was asking us who's
the biggest instigator on the show, And we went around
the table and ask every every single person without hesitation,
pointed at Gandhia.

Speaker 3 (06:22):
Of course I don't believe any of you.

Speaker 10 (06:24):
Yeah, that's what you said, She's like, no, no, she
goes ask this person. I'm like, they're gonna say the
same thing. Gandhi.

Speaker 9 (06:29):
You know they're not.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
You are a menace, and you know it.

Speaker 8 (06:31):
There was one person in my corner halfway who scary. Yes,
he agreed that the real menace around here is Andrew.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
All right, Well, okay, let's move on any of the
three things we need to know. Then let's get on
with the day. What's going on?

Speaker 3 (06:43):
Firstly, Andrew is a menace?

Speaker 10 (06:45):
All right?

Speaker 8 (06:47):
The Israeli military has launched a strike against Iran. US
officials confirmed missiles have struck a number of locations inside Iran,
with no word yet on whether there were any casualties.
Several explosions were reported near an air base and the
Iranian city of Isfahan, home to a number of sites
linked to Iran's nuclear program. The International Atomic Energy Agency
says it can confirm that none of the sites sustained

(07:09):
any damage. This is the latest in the back and
forth between the two nations. Donald Trump is set to
appear in court today after twelve jurors were selected for
his hush money criminal trial in New York City. The
judge in the case announced we have our jewelry. Now
six alternates must be selected. And finally, Uber is rolling
out a writer verification pilot program in fifteen cities across

(07:31):
the US in order to make the service say for
four drivers. The verification progress or process involves cross checking
names and phone numbers with a third party database and
allows writers the option to upload a picture of their
ID to earn a verified badge. Uber drivers can see
the badge on the writer's profile and make them feel
a little bit safer before they accept the trip.

Speaker 3 (07:51):
The pilot program is.

Speaker 8 (07:53):
Part of Uber's response to requests from drivers for more
trust and safety. It rolls out this week to multiple
cities including Atlanta, Baltimore, Charlotte, Chicago, Detroit, Miami, Nashville, New Orleans, Philadelphia,
and a few more. And those are your three things,
you know?

Speaker 6 (08:07):
I love that our adventure with Norwegian Cruise Line began
with our ship with the godparents of Bliss. We already
have listeners texting in they're leaving for Seattle today because
tomorrow they hop on Bliss and they go to Alaska.

Speaker 10 (08:20):
Yes, I'm so jealous, exactly, but.

Speaker 6 (08:24):
Look at where Norwegian has come since Bliss, I mean
Bliss will always be our baby, right, But now we're
looking ahead to next year with Aqua.

Speaker 1 (08:31):
We got to talk about this ship, how it has
basically been born in this room. We're in every little
square inch, every little nook cranny, every shelf, every door
knop from this room. It's really wild how they do it.

Speaker 6 (08:44):
So we have a journey ahead of us today at
the NCL Innovation Now, do you guys ready for your Friday?

Speaker 1 (08:49):
Yeah, come on, let's have a Friday. Come with.

Speaker 9 (08:55):
Elvis in the Morning Show.

Speaker 6 (08:57):
Wendy's New Cinnabon pull Apart is here to sud find
morning cravings with its warm, sweet cinnamon sugar rolled dough,
oohy guey texture and signature cream cheese frosting. Get the
best part in every bite this morning with Wendy's New
Cinnabon pull Apart only at participating Us.

Speaker 9 (09:12):
Wendy's Elvis Dan in the Morning Show.

Speaker 6 (09:22):
Hey, here we are at the NCL Innovation Lounge. Of
course they're innovating in the background right now they're working
on the new pillows.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
Yeah, there they are.

Speaker 6 (09:36):
Well, that's why they you know, they never manufactured these
and put them on the ship until we make sure
they're perfect.

Speaker 1 (09:43):
Yeah, these obviously have worked to go.

Speaker 10 (09:48):
Yeah, that's too hard for.

Speaker 1 (09:51):
A pillow, shouldn't sound like wood. But any of those
will not make the cut.

Speaker 4 (09:55):
I know.

Speaker 1 (09:55):
That's why we have the n CL Innovation Lounge. People.

Speaker 3 (09:58):
Oh now the pillows sound metallic.

Speaker 1 (10:00):
Yes, I know. Anyway, we'll get back to the drawing board.
What a day, What a day? You know, everyone's talking
about Taylor Swift's new album, and uh, we have another
cut coming up. And they're saying in one of the
one of the reviews I read this morning in New
York Posts, it's her I d g a f era
in her life. I don't give up whatever.

Speaker 10 (10:22):
Okay, that happens when you hit fifty.

Speaker 1 (10:25):
No, she's prematurely hitting that. No, but I mean she's
really just kind of as she always does.

Speaker 6 (10:30):
She tells you her stories and it's up to us
to figure out exactly who they're about.

Speaker 1 (10:35):
Yes, scary.

Speaker 14 (10:36):
So the big surprise I guess was people were just
expecting an album and she released a double album.

Speaker 10 (10:41):
Excuse me, this is my entertainments.

Speaker 1 (10:47):
Go test, go innovate with new pillows. Because the pillow
fight was scary, I mean to spoil it. I'm sorry, Okay.

Speaker 6 (10:58):
Anyway, so yeah, a lot of people talking about Taylor
Swift and her new work today and our Deanna again,
Diana come to a microphone for a second. So, like
I said, on the way over to NCL Innovation Lounge,
she was listening and she starts bawling.

Speaker 1 (11:13):
You start crying. Why are you crying?

Speaker 15 (11:15):
I was listening to So Long London, which is track five,
and if you're Swift, you know track five is like
usually her most emotional and personal song.

Speaker 16 (11:22):
Oh really, yeah, that's the thing.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
Why were you crying?

Speaker 15 (11:26):
It was like very specific details about her breakup with
the presumed Joe Allwen, which is like the man she
was dating for six years, and it was just really sad.

Speaker 16 (11:33):
It was sad.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
She's crying now.

Speaker 8 (11:35):
So were you crying for Taylor or were you crying
because you related to it yourself.

Speaker 16 (11:39):
No, I was crying for her. I'm in a happy
place right now.

Speaker 10 (11:43):
I kept smacking her, going, what's the matter, why are
you crying? What's going on? She's like, I'm listening to Taylor.
I'm like, okay, I know.

Speaker 3 (11:48):
I know, I too cry something.

Speaker 17 (11:50):
There you go.

Speaker 1 (11:51):
It's an emotional roller coaster this album. Speaking of roller
coasters here at the Innovation Lounge where it works. Okay,
so Aqua Aqua is me out. Next year, we're working
on the world's first hybrid roller coaster and water slide. O.
It's like a water coaster.

Speaker 10 (12:08):
Wait, where is it? Can we test it out? Is
it in here? Somewhere?

Speaker 1 (12:11):
It's here somewhere, It's back behind the new.

Speaker 10 (12:14):
Oh I hear it, I hear it.

Speaker 3 (12:16):
It's a wooden roller coaster.

Speaker 1 (12:19):
That was the sound of the croissants.

Speaker 7 (12:21):
Oh.

Speaker 13 (12:22):
Oh there.

Speaker 10 (12:23):
It is.

Speaker 1 (12:24):
Very busy, it is. It is kind of great.

Speaker 6 (12:27):
When you walk into this warehouse at ncl's Innovation Lounge headquarters,
you see all the couches, all the chairs they're working on.
And keep in mind when you go build a ship
like they build, there's so many areas with so many
different couches. It's not like just the same couch in
every every single room. I mean, there's thousands of different designs.

Speaker 3 (12:46):
And Danielle and I just tested all of them.

Speaker 10 (12:48):
And you know, it's interesting because summer so I felt
like the locks in the Three Bears, because there was
one couch that was too hard, one was too soft,
and one was just right.

Speaker 1 (12:59):
Let's go with that.

Speaker 10 (12:59):
One.

Speaker 3 (13:00):
I liked the hard one.

Speaker 10 (13:01):
She did not a surprise.

Speaker 1 (13:05):
We's gonna disagree with that, all right. Anyway, we have
lots to come and it's fun to find out how
these things actually come to be.

Speaker 6 (13:15):
We take so many things in life for granted. I
think this is the lesson when you come to the
innovation lounge. Yes, everything has a purpose and everything has
to fit in just right. Such is life. Yes, thank
you so much. I smell chocolate. Are we innovating chocolate?

Speaker 1 (13:30):
Please? It smells good?

Speaker 2 (13:32):
There is.

Speaker 6 (13:36):
Go to NCL dot com take a look at aqua
and everything else.

Speaker 1 (13:40):
They have a lot of great specials. There's a great
promotion going on right now. So I'll save some money
and go on a cruise. All right, let's get into horoscopes,

Speaker 1 (16:44):
So as you know, we are a member of and
they remember of our mcl el a family MCL Norwegian
Cruise Line. Can we just start that sentence.

Speaker 10 (16:53):
Over, Yeah, Evacy based the.

Speaker 1 (16:55):
Region Cruise Line. We're a member of their family.

Speaker 6 (16:57):
They're a member of our family, and we have been
for several years now having a wonderful relationship. Today we're
discovering the n CL Innovation Lounge, where almost every single
thing you experience on an NCL cruise, even before the
crew starts and even as you're getting off, it is.
It's invented here, It's designed here. Danielle just found the

(17:19):
candle Innovation Room.

Speaker 10 (17:20):
This is the biggest candle I've ever seen. I don't
know what you could use this candle for, but it
smells so good that I stole it.

Speaker 1 (17:29):
Don't steal their stuff.

Speaker 10 (17:30):
They won't even notice, well will.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
It's in the middle of like a trial thing.

Speaker 10 (17:36):
I mean, they don't even try this, this use this,
this smells. Is this the best smelling candle I've ever
We found chip bowls back there.

Speaker 1 (17:44):
I don't think it's a chip bowl that was not
for chips. That it looks like a light picture.

Speaker 10 (17:49):
With chips in it.

Speaker 12 (17:50):
I think they should rey found a whale tail.

Speaker 10 (17:54):
We found that.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
I love it. You can do whatever you want. You
can do whatever you want anyway.

Speaker 6 (17:57):
So everything they do, including the food, Oh my god,
do you smell that?

Speaker 1 (18:01):
I smelled typhoo. I'll explain why. It's a few moments.
We have new announcements that came out yesterday. Tomorrow is
for twenty for those who are keeping score at home.

Speaker 6 (18:12):
Is it true that they're actually shutting down streets in
New York City so you can get stoned and ride your.

Speaker 1 (18:17):
Bicycle or Yah Town a lot of streets of clothes.

Speaker 14 (18:19):
People can now ride their bikes and walk and of
course get stoned and be safe, you know, because if
you're gonna smoke, you're not.

Speaker 8 (18:25):
We're safe riding around the city stone on a city bike.

Speaker 6 (18:28):
Well better than being in a car and being stoned.
They know a lot of people are going to be
It's not better. It's it's better to be in a
car being stone than a bicycle.

Speaker 3 (18:35):
Really, I guess it depends on if you're the pedestrian or.

Speaker 1 (18:37):
The driver in question. What's that okay? Asking? Because I
don't really know. I've done it twice in my life.
I was with you once. Yes, Why do they call
it for twenty? There's a debate out there.

Speaker 3 (18:49):
It's such a battle back and forth.

Speaker 6 (18:50):
It's like the police call we have a four to twenty,
which means there's we've caught kids smoking pot.

Speaker 1 (18:55):
Yeah, there's behind Wendy's.

Speaker 3 (18:56):
Four hundred and twenty different chemical compounds in it. There's
no one really knows.

Speaker 1 (19:00):
I could believe. There's a day for it anyway, that's tomorrow.

Speaker 6 (19:03):
So no smoking and cutting people off in traffic today. Hey,
so let's go to line nineteen. Talk to Marissa. Marissa,
don't get jealous. Marissa is gonna fly out to Seattle
today to hop on board our ship Norwegian Bliss to
head up to Alaska.

Speaker 1 (19:22):
How hot is that, Marissa? How excited are you?

Speaker 19 (19:26):
Hi?

Speaker 17 (19:26):
Oh my god, I'm so excited to talk to you.
I'm shaking.

Speaker 1 (19:29):
Well, okay, well, talking to us is nowhere near as
great as hopping on board Bliss and floating up to heaven.
I mean, really, have you ever done a Norwegian cruise
to Alaska? Is it's your first one?

Speaker 15 (19:44):
No?

Speaker 17 (19:45):
This is my brother and I are taking my mom
for her seventieth birthday. She's went through two heart surgeries,
so we wanted to make it a trip for her
and it's her It's on her bucket list, so it's
all of our first cruises, so it should be really fun.

Speaker 10 (20:05):
Yeah, when you go through the inner passage, if you
don't cry, I'm telling you, I still cannot believe that
that beauty is actually out there.

Speaker 1 (20:13):
It's amazing, It is amazing.

Speaker 8 (20:14):
You almost don't want to tell people, yeah, it's my Alaska,
ye tell them not to go there.

Speaker 6 (20:21):
No, you have to experience it, and you forget while
you're cruising through Alaska. You forget you're in the United States,
which is and the nature, oh my gosh, the the
beasts that are crawling around, bears, bears, and the sky
is huge. You're gonna love it and you will not
want to get off off Bliss. The cool thing about

(20:42):
Norwegian Bliss is it was sort of built to showcase
all of the glaciers you're passing.

Speaker 12 (20:48):
That observation lounge is just absolutely beautiful. It is the
perfect place because if you want to go outside and
see it because it's cold, then you have plenty of space.

Speaker 1 (20:56):
To go outside.

Speaker 12 (20:56):
But if you want to watch it from the inside
it is built for that's absolutely gorgeous.

Speaker 1 (21:01):
And the food, forget about it. The food. Okay, we
could go on and on. We don't have to.

Speaker 8 (21:06):
Can we broadcast for Alaska next whatever you need?

Speaker 6 (21:10):
So make sure you get back to us when you return. Marissa,
would you please because we want to hear exactly how
you felt about your cruise.

Speaker 17 (21:17):
Okay, we definitely will. I will be one of the
ones trying to put one of the bears like Gandhi.

Speaker 1 (21:25):
I do not do that.

Speaker 3 (21:27):
I if you're a nice person, they let you do it.

Speaker 1 (21:33):
Do not do that, Marissa, do not.

Speaker 6 (21:36):
Luckily there'll be people around that will keep you from
doing that stupid thing.

Speaker 1 (21:41):
Yeah, Nate, do you think.

Speaker 13 (21:42):
When Bliss was being you know, innovated, they brought in
bears here in the innovation.

Speaker 1 (21:46):
Lest ye to test them.

Speaker 6 (21:49):
That's why they have drains in the floor for those
like Gandhi who didn't make it. Yeah, polar bears are
the most vicious of bears. As they say, right there.

Speaker 3 (21:59):
There one of the animals that will kill you even
if they're not hungry.

Speaker 1 (22:02):
Yeah, I know they'll kill you because it's what they do.

Speaker 10 (22:05):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (22:05):
But they look so cuddly, but.

Speaker 3 (22:06):
They play with dogs so they can play with people.

Speaker 1 (22:08):
Marissa, thank you so much. You have a great a
great cruise.

Speaker 17 (22:11):
Okay, thank you very much.

Speaker 8 (22:14):
I love you all.

Speaker 17 (22:15):
You make my day every day and I don't know
what I would do without you.

Speaker 6 (22:19):
Guys, Well, you're gonna do fine without us for a week.
Oh Bliss, It's okay. We'll still be here when you
get back out. Promise Marissa. Everyone Marsa. Thank you, Dan, Yeah,
you're ready to go. Sure, you have so much to
talk about. Where do you start?

Speaker 10 (22:35):
All right, let's start with Taylor Swift. At midnight the
Tortured Poets Department dropped. Two hours later, she released fifteen
bonus tracks, and of course, our Instagram announcement said, I've
written so much tortured poetry in the past two years
and I wanted to share it all with you. So
here is the second installment of the anthology. And so
many fans so excited this morning that they are getting

(22:57):
brand new tailor and it's all good stuff, so very
very exciting. So jelly Roll has been doing a lot
of things. He might be collabing with Shinedown. This was
on the Spout podcast, where Shinedown vocalist Brett Smith said, well,
it might be happening. I don't know if I say

(23:17):
it's probably going to happen, I don't know if I
can say that. So when you toss say it like that,
it obviously means it's happening. Frog, is it happening.

Speaker 12 (23:24):
It is happening. And they've known jelly Roll for a
long long time. They had been friends with him long before.
When before he was jelly Roll and he was just
Jason DeFord. They've known him for a long time, so
they are going to work together. We will have jelly
Roll in Shine Down Music and we'll sing I.

Speaker 1 (23:36):
Remember Shindown visited visited us, uh huh, and perform unbelievable.

Speaker 10 (23:40):
That was awesome.

Speaker 1 (23:41):
We meet, we meet the best people, We really do.

Speaker 10 (23:43):
Billboard dot COM's list of twenty five potent stoner songs
for four to twenty I'll just give you the top three.
Legalize It, Peter tosh Uh, Stay High, three six Mafia,
and Mary Jane by Rick James comes in at number one.
Just in case you need something you know to listen
to it.

Speaker 1 (24:00):
What a stupid listen.

Speaker 10 (24:04):
Harry Styles his stalker is now really staying away from him.
So her name was Mara. She pleaded guilty.

Speaker 1 (24:11):
This week to be bart I heard they were engaged
to be married.

Speaker 10 (24:14):
No, but this is crazy. She sent him eight thousand
handwritten letters in a matter of one month. Wow, I
mean that takes medication. That should she get in trouble, yes,
ten year restraining order against her. The judge also sent
her to jail for three months, banned her from attending

(24:34):
any of his concerts. She was actually arrested six months
ago because oh, she was just hanging around his London
neighborhood with a map of his frequent hangouts.

Speaker 6 (24:42):
Wait to say, it sounds like she really likes him.
You think he shouldn't be peo pulling that so far? Now,
you know what, life is too short. If someone really
likes you, you should give them a chance. So she wrote, how.

Speaker 10 (24:51):
Many eight thousand in one month?

Speaker 1 (24:54):
That's two hundred and sixty six letters a day.

Speaker 10 (24:56):
That's insane, that's insane.

Speaker 1 (24:58):
I think that's love, that's dedication. Yes, eleven eleven an hour.

Speaker 10 (25:02):
It's crazy. So we all know Caitlin Clark, we're all
following her. So we're saying she should get more money. Well,
this is pretty cool. It looks like she is going
to be signing an eight figure endorsement deal with Nike
for her own signature shoe. That would be cool. And
then of course she's already had to block one person
on X on Twitter, right, Antonio Brown, because he said

(25:27):
that she looks like she keeps it hairy, and she just.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
Hold on, don't ask you let that sit for a second.
I mean really, okay, yes, right, is.

Speaker 12 (25:38):
There a dumber human on planet Earth than Antonio Brown.
Is there No, I don't think there is. I really
don't know.

Speaker 3 (25:45):
But he provides so much content.

Speaker 10 (25:46):
Really, because he really does. The Rock and Roll Hall
of Fame will an ounce it's class of twenty twenty
four this Sunday Night on American Nitle Marry J. Blige,
Mariah Carrie Cher, Lenny Cravit Toinad O'Connor. I mean, there's
so many from this list. I don't even know who
you would say no to. Everybody on these lists really
should be in the Hall of Fame. I'm surprised. Mariah

(26:07):
Carey shared somewise half these people aren't already in the
Hall of Fame. It's crazy. Tonight we're watching Rebel Moon
Part one, The Scar Giver Over on Netflix. You have
The Never Ever mets Over on own. You also have
RuPaul's Drag Race. Tonight is the rebroadcast of Billy Joeldie
one hundredth Live at Madison Square Garden Member because they

(26:28):
cut it off at the end when he was singing
Piano Man, So now you can watch it again. Idols
on this Weekend. I told you guys that High Hopes
on Hulu so a lot of cool stuff that you
could be streaming or watching this weekend. And that's my
Danielle report.

Speaker 6 (26:40):
By the way, well, thank you to our host, Norwegian
Cruise Line, Thank you so much. The we're at the
innovation lounge where they innovate everything and they don't know this.
We have a surprise for them to we do. We're
gonna give away some trips. Wow, they have no idea
that's coming that they're gonna They're gonna pick.

Speaker 1 (26:58):
Up some cruises for people. They're the best. What are
you doing, Scary? I looked over and Scary was taking
selfies of him of himself. Naturally.

Speaker 14 (27:07):
I guess they must have some lighting innovation going on here,
because if the lighting is so beautiful, and it's very
rare that I'm portrayed in the good light. So I'm
trying to take as many selfies as i can right now.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
Isn't it great?

Speaker 14 (27:18):
Deanna nos from Vina, She's like, these pictures are coming out,
brilliant of all of us.

Speaker 6 (27:23):
To watch you like I put a hold on the
on the world and life and just take and take
pictures of yourself, Like what are you doing?

Speaker 20 (27:30):
But Godi agrees, I'm telling it's here ig story now
while we have the good light, it's beautiful, so I'm
guessing some of the lighting is also you know, tested
here for some of the rooms and things like that.

Speaker 1 (27:41):
I'm sure that this is a multi function room. They
do other things.

Speaker 6 (27:45):
And thank you, Scary, You're looking good. Uh, we should
take a break. But we have some brand new, never
before tried food. It's going to be introduced very soon
on on NCL ships. And we have guests and we
have I guess we have cruises to give away.

Speaker 1 (28:01):
They don't even know that we're giving away their cruises.
I love that. Anyway, more to come as we return
after this.

Speaker 18 (28:07):
Waking out In the morning, Elvis Duran in the Morning.

Speaker 6 (28:10):
Show, Wendy's New Cinnabon pull Apart is here to satisfy
morning cravings with its warm, sweet cinnamon sugar rolled dough,
oohy gouey texture and signature cream cheese frosting. Get the
best part in every bite this morning with Wendy's New
Cinnabon pull Apart only at Participating Us.

Speaker 9 (28:26):
Wendy's Elvis Duran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 1 (28:36):
Here we are. You're hearing that noise in the background.
That's called innovation.

Speaker 3 (28:42):
Is that the chocolate.

Speaker 1 (28:43):
No, that's the dinner. Best, that's it. That means come
to dinner, as you know, a part of the okay,
thank you very good, Nate. Anyway, as a part of innovation,
of innovating new dishes and new rest front concepts is
all a part of it. You will meet the master

(29:03):
behind all of that coming up in just a few
moments plus. You know, they announced yesterday they have their
first upscale tie restaurant called Suka Tai.

Speaker 6 (29:12):
That's on the way. We're gonna sample some food from that.
It was innovative right in this room.

Speaker 10 (29:17):
Nice.

Speaker 6 (29:18):
Also, if you're into plant based dining, Plantarree is on
the way. I know Danielle was chewing on a fern earlier.

Speaker 10 (29:26):
It was delicious.

Speaker 1 (29:27):
Yeah, that was decoration. That was not part of the dinner.

Speaker 10 (29:30):
Sorry.

Speaker 1 (29:30):
And also they have a new Swirl wine bar concept,
which is great.

Speaker 10 (29:34):
Wait wait where is that exactly?

Speaker 1 (29:37):
That's on the way anyway, So with like what over
six hundred destinations ncl dot com, they've got a ship
just for you, and all of it was invented in
this room. It's just kind of crazy. More on that
in just a few minutes. I wanted to talk about
the following item, which was God, oh my gosh, what

(29:57):
was it. No, No, we talked about four twenty. Obviously,
I don't talked too much about it. We move on. Oh,
dinner last night.

Speaker 6 (30:07):
We had a great dinner with our friends from NCL,
and it's just kind of funny how we sort of
fit with each other. Right, And someone was texting in
earlier about this, like, you guys have the best job.
Hell yeah, you travel around, you hang out with cool people,
you hang out in the Norwegian Cruise Line innovation a lounge.

Speaker 1 (30:26):
Who else is doing that true, other than you know, Norwegian? Right,
So yeah, pretty cool jobs. You have a fun night
last night, Gandi.

Speaker 8 (30:33):
Oh, I had a great night last night. Dinner was fun,
conversation was fun. Somebody pointed out that it's it's interesting
that we all actually travel together, even outside of just
business stuff, and I was like, no, we don't.

Speaker 3 (30:43):
Oh my god. Yes, I've been on vacation with Nate.
I've been on vacation with.

Speaker 1 (30:47):
Scary Andrew Bahamas two weeks ago. Yeah, Miami Beach. Now,
so we're having a good time. Hey, we're staying at
the hotel. We're staying in we were staying in There's
a lot of tall guys walking around. Is there really
like a sorts team here? There is? Who is it?

Speaker 3 (31:01):
It's the Chicago Bulls.

Speaker 1 (31:03):
Oh really Yeah, you had to play the heat tonight.
I mean they kept hitting their heads on doorways and things.

Speaker 21 (31:08):
Oh my god.

Speaker 10 (31:08):
The one guy almost couldn't get out of the elevator.
He was so tall his head was almost hitting the
top of the elevator.

Speaker 22 (31:13):
It's like, wow.

Speaker 10 (31:14):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (31:15):
Also, you know why Gandhi's glowing. Her boyfriend Brandon flew
to Miami to meter.

Speaker 8 (31:20):
Yeah, he's down here and he okay, so he is
the biggest Chicago Bulls fan.

Speaker 3 (31:23):
He loves them his whole life. He's loved them.

Speaker 8 (31:26):
He hung out with a couple of them yesterday because
they noticed his reverse Grinch their shoes, the shoes the
reverse Grinch shoes, and they started talking to him and
then they kind of hit it off in there in
the room right next to us.

Speaker 9 (31:38):
So it's great. Wow.

Speaker 8 (31:39):
Yeah, didn't make a noise over there, No, I put
a cup up to the wall.

Speaker 3 (31:46):
I think they were.

Speaker 6 (31:46):
Sleeping anyway, having a great time. Last time we came
to Miami, we were what were we doing. What was
our last excursion here?

Speaker 1 (31:55):
Well, I was here for ball.

Speaker 3 (31:58):
Before that, there was another nor Norwegian event in November.

Speaker 1 (32:02):
The inaugural, the christening.

Speaker 10 (32:05):
Yeah, we're for the christening, that's.

Speaker 1 (32:06):
Right, absolutely, what was it? Viva? Oh god? They are
pumping out ships left and right.

Speaker 6 (32:11):
The new one, of course we're all excited about, is Aqua,
which is coming out in less than a year in
March of twenty twenty five. You can already go into
NCL dot com and check it out. In all the
beautiful rooms and art, everything was all innovated in this room.

Speaker 1 (32:24):
It's so crazy. Yeah, this room is so powerful.

Speaker 13 (32:26):
What you know why I won't forget that trip is
because that's when I had to share a room with
Scary and he's able to fall asleep at the drop
of a hat. I mean, in mid sentence he starts snoring.
I've never experienced anything like him, even that narcolepsy, which
also means you're not sleeping. Yeah, we're the loudest snoring
I've ever heard in my entire fascinating.

Speaker 1 (32:47):
I have alleged sleep out. So we've hurt you, man,
you gasping for your last breath.

Speaker 10 (32:55):
But the way can we go back to dinner last night. Sure,
I tried every potato on the many she did. So
they had this sweet potato dish, I tried that. They
had a soup flet potato. I tried that, the baked
potato I had that. I had some French fries. I
had every potato that was ela for the last night,
and they were all delicious.

Speaker 1 (33:13):
So good were they innovated here in the innovation.

Speaker 10 (33:16):
Lounge they might have been.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
I don't know. Well, anyway, we always have a great
time with our friends at Norwegian, and of course just
getting out of town together. We thought about our next trip.
In a couple of weeks, we're going to hop on
a plane and fly together somewhere somewhere.

Speaker 3 (33:27):
Maybe in the next year we can get on Aqua and.

Speaker 1 (33:30):
So yeah, we'll get into that all right.

Speaker 6 (33:32):
So it's all about well, a lot of it is
about the food and the experience. You know, you walk
into a restaurant that's beautiful, and it's like walking into
a painting, a piece of art, and then it just
so happens you sit down and eat the best food.

Speaker 1 (33:46):
Right.

Speaker 6 (33:46):
Well, there's there's someone that's behind all of that here
at Norwegian. I want you to meet this gentleman. I
think you've met him with this before. You'll meet him again.

Speaker 1 (33:53):
Let's get into the art of the restaurant, the art
of the food experience on Norwegian. We'll get into that
coming up after this.

Speaker 9 (34:02):
The Mercedes Ben's Interview Lounge.

Speaker 1 (34:04):
Well, Rocca, it's a good friend of the show everyone.
We will announce it.

Speaker 9 (34:07):
Date gets it for Elvis on CBS Sunday Morning.

Speaker 1 (34:11):
You have a new the interview. What if the interview
just falls flat and it's just crap and there's nothing
to use, We'll fix it and post everything you love
about Mercedes, the style, the comfort, the tech, the choice.

Speaker 6 (34:22):
It's now available in a full range of evs. The
vehicles are all electric, the feeling is all Mercedes. The
choice is all yours.

Speaker 1 (34:29):
Learn more at mbusa dot com, slash eq.

Speaker 18 (34:32):
Elvis Duran in the Morning Show, Elvis Duran in the
Morning Show.

Speaker 1 (34:38):
Yeah, we flew all the way to Miami so we
can hang out at Norwegian Cruise Lines Innovation Lounge where
they put everything together before the ship is ever born.

Speaker 6 (34:47):
And it turns it into this magical floating paradise, right
including the food, including the dining experiences and So Christian
prots is here. Approach produc How do you say your
name Christic It's not easy to approach. Approach Christian approach
the vice president of Food and Beverage operations. You know,
I will say, back in the old days of cruising,

(35:09):
it was like Las Vegas, people would just go for
the buffet and there was just long lines of just
food that all look brown and grows. And those days
are done. Those days are done. Now you can actually
travel around the world through what you eat on any
cruise that Norwegian gives you. And so they just announced
yesterday and this is all you're doing, right, Christian, that

(35:30):
is correct. The new first upscale tie restaurant called Suka
Tai and we're about to sample some Succa Tai in
a second, right. And also you have this dedicated plant
based venue called Plantery or Plants if you're French. And
then the new wine bar concept called Swirl.

Speaker 1 (35:49):
Let's talk about Christian growing up in Germany in a
little town that's probably smaller than a lot of the
ships that Norwegian sails, right, correct? How did you how
did you.

Speaker 21 (36:00):
Fall into your passion for what you're doing today? I
you know, I like to say it's half luck, half brains.
I found a passion by my parents actually introducing me
to a lot of ingredients amongst other also green curry.
It's one of the experiences where they found out how
spicy food could be right, and I just built onto
that experience and or exploration and building a real passion

(36:24):
for it.

Speaker 7 (36:25):
Well.

Speaker 6 (36:25):
All the different food venues that you have on Norwegian
Cruise Line ships, it is a truly global experience. I
cannot give me a list of some of the countries
of some of the cultures that we're eating when we
go in Norwegian.

Speaker 21 (36:38):
We I mean we cater to the entire world, you know,
with our itineries and all the destinations that we going
to by by default and you know, due to our
great company. We also employ a lot of a crew
that comes from those various countries. So we do lean
into the experiences that they can bring to us and

(36:58):
use and or entertained any ideas that we can put
on the plate. One of them has become Thai, and
let me just say suker Thai means dawn of happiness,
and that is something that I'm really excited about because
we're bringing new flavors to our offering that has not
been in that capacity on our fleet. So's it's a

(37:22):
really great endeavor.

Speaker 6 (37:24):
So Thailand, India, Mexico, Spain, Italy, Italy, name another letter.

Speaker 1 (37:32):
Exactly.

Speaker 6 (37:34):
My point is this Christian, you can't be crazy about
all these cuisines.

Speaker 1 (37:37):
I mean, there's some of them have to be like okay.

Speaker 21 (37:41):
No, but I am and this is obviously what I represent.
You know, I was fortunate and really privileged to travel
the world and and experience the ingredients in season, in region,
and also share that knowledge with some of the locals
when you dive and or delve into that passion, and
you can bring that also to the guests that are traveling.

(38:03):
Might not be able to go around the world in
the same capacity, but we bring that flavor to them
on our destination as a cruise experience.

Speaker 10 (38:12):
Last night we were talking and I was telling him
that Teppanyaki is my favorite out of all the restaurants
Japan and yeah, so I said to him, what's your
favorite And he said, well, that's like asking me to
name my favorite child. He's like, I cannot do it
because they're all so important to me.

Speaker 1 (38:29):
There is a favorite Christian.

Speaker 3 (38:31):
I heard people have favorite children too.

Speaker 10 (38:33):
You be quiet over the day.

Speaker 1 (38:34):
I have favorite co hosts.

Speaker 6 (38:37):
No, no, really, Christian, if you were not on your ship,
you were just out and about, just enjoying a meal
somewhere on earth. You know what I really want tonight?
I want boom Is. It's your typical, typical go to cuisine.

Speaker 21 (38:50):
There is something that we cannot replicate on board, and
that us open flames. So I tend to go for
a grilled wood fire, grilled items. That that is something
that that I can not replicate on board unfortunately. Although
we use in the Cackney Steakhouse, for example, a seedar
plank where we cook our ocean trout on and some
other you know, tricks of the trade that we can

(39:10):
replicate some of the flavors. But that true, the heat
and that flavor coming from a wood fire.

Speaker 6 (39:15):
It's true. I forgot about I didn't think of that.
Another another reason you love sailing with Norwegian. No open flames.
That's good, that's a good thing safety to say.

Speaker 21 (39:26):
Okay, what do we keep the fire to ourselves?

Speaker 1 (39:29):
Okay? So what are we eating here?

Speaker 21 (39:31):
So in front of you you have a thie green
papaya salad. It's it's one of the staples that we
we dare to you know, serve, because replicating the flavors
really comes also with someone experiencing it coming from either
Bangkok or wherever they have visited in Thailand, and the

(39:51):
flavors do differ. That the lime does taste different, the
papaya has a different texture, so we have to take
that into consideration replicated as close as we can. So
here we have our version that has carrots and peppers
and the green papaya that is shaved and it's mixed
with fish sauce.

Speaker 10 (40:11):
You didn't tell me. You didn't tell me that before.

Speaker 21 (40:13):
Lime juices cilantro, you have some chopped peanuts and it
just verries beautifully to you. By the way, Dean, there
there are peanuts here.

Speaker 10 (40:21):
Yeah, that's why she's on the other side of the room.

Speaker 1 (40:23):
Okay, so this I smell some green curry here?

Speaker 2 (40:26):
What is this?

Speaker 21 (40:26):
So this is actually a coconut chicken soup. Tom Kaw
guy that Tom is not in the room. It's it's
it's it's literally translated coconut chicken, so perfect. So the name,
the name derives from that and the flavors that come through.
There is galangal, which is the brother or the sister
of ginger lemon grass coconut. And then you know your

(40:51):
favorite cilantro.

Speaker 10 (40:52):
That's delicious.

Speaker 6 (40:53):
I overlooked the cilantro and is so good. This is
good curry, scary. I'll give us you review here all
here we go. It's the salad bursting with so many flavors. Yes,
I could taste it all this and I'm a cilantro guy.

Speaker 1 (41:07):
I love it. And the peanuts, the medley. They mixed
together like a symphony.

Speaker 10 (41:14):
We were at the table last night. I said the Christian,
I said, your job is scary. Dream really, this would
be what he would.

Speaker 14 (41:21):
Want to do it ever get fired from this show.
I would want to taste food and let's do it.
Let's make your dreams come true. Oh wow, you have
a new assistant coming and.

Speaker 1 (41:30):
This super is outrageous now too in that.

Speaker 6 (41:32):
Great and so chef Mike, thank you as well for
helping out with this is awesome. This is incredible and
so But you do more than just the food.

Speaker 1 (41:40):
I mean, aren't you into the design features of these
incredible restaurants. When I walk into Suker Tie Emma, just
walking to a table and eating, there's there's all sorts
of things around me. There's a lot of innovation. Yeah,
it was all innovated right in this room.

Speaker 21 (41:53):
Correct, obviously, it's it's also collaboration, you know from from
the design team how they use elements from Thailand to
building the restaurant scenery. I would say, uh, and and
us coming in building a food and beverage program around it.

Speaker 1 (42:09):
So we we.

Speaker 21 (42:10):
Do obviously decide long term what is our idea, where
do we want to land, who who do we cater to?
And then we we we travel and experience the various
restaurants that we can see, we identify with, and what
we can replicate. We have a great team that works
diligently on ideation as well as in our test kitchen

(42:33):
as well as our bar. So there's a lot of
eating and drinking involved.

Speaker 1 (42:37):
Somebody's got to do it. Awful, what a pathetic life
you guys are living here.

Speaker 6 (42:42):
But and it goes back to something a little reach
around here is something you said earlier. You look at
the family people who work on a region cruise line
ships and they're from all around the world. So if
ever someone from Thailand's walking by, you can say, hey,
come here, taste this is this something your grandmother used
to make for you.

Speaker 1 (42:58):
I mean they can test it live on.

Speaker 22 (43:00):
A cruise, That's correct. We do have to be a
little bit careful.

Speaker 21 (43:04):
For the lack of a better term, you know, our
spice level would not be achen to what you would experience.

Speaker 1 (43:09):
Oh no, oh yeah no, that we innovate new sewage systems.
Holi holy ship. Absolutely well.

Speaker 6 (43:21):
Look, Christen, thank you so much for being here, and
you and and chef Mike, thank you. This is such
a treat. Scary is about to explode because I made
I made him stop eating in the middle.

Speaker 1 (43:30):
And we take a break. My soup is getting caught.

Speaker 6 (43:32):
I know, I'm sorry, my apologies to you, and we're listening.
But so I mean, thank you for sharing your passion
because that's obviously obviously a major part of what drives
this successful relationship you have with Norwegian.

Speaker 1 (43:47):
And the great team.

Speaker 8 (43:48):
Come on there, Gandhi, what tyhood is my favorite food?
I've been texting Andrew to come over here and have
a bite of it because we go get Tay food
all the time.

Speaker 1 (43:56):
No, he's in the biscuit innovation lone.

Speaker 3 (43:58):
I know Tokco soup is his favorite. So I'm trying
to have him have a eat it all and this
soup is.

Speaker 1 (44:06):
So not touching mine. All right here, Christian, thank you
so much for being Thank you absolutely from NCL Vice
President prud and Vert Operations. We're back from the NCL
Innovation Lounge after this.

hear that right. The President, David.

Speaker 6 (44:56):
Will be here in about an hour and we'll we'll
give away we'll give away at least a all right,
I can't wait.

Speaker 1 (45:01):
Well, let's see how far we can push it. Anyway,
we are at the NCL Innovation Lounge.

Speaker 6 (45:06):
Norwegian Cruise Line innovates everything right in this room where
we're sitting it's pretty amazing, from the food.

Speaker 1 (45:11):
To the the light fixtures, to the doorknobs, to the furniture,
even test driving the couches.

Speaker 10 (45:19):
Oh yes, I have, and I have my favorites.

Speaker 3 (45:21):
Same we disagree on our favorite.

Speaker 10 (45:23):
Yeah all right, that's okay.

Speaker 1 (45:24):
Well that's good. That means you have your couches, she
has heard.

Speaker 10 (45:26):
Yes, good, absolutely are we getting those home?

Speaker 6 (45:30):
Maybe on the Atlantic Ocean. Hey, it's also time for
the free money phone tap. Thanks to our friends at Snickers.
I know that we got into the room last night
and Nate was starving. Yeah okay, and they had Snickers
in the room. How happy were you?

Speaker 1 (45:46):
I was very happy. However, the price, you know, it's
hotel room prices. So I paid.

Speaker 23 (45:52):
Twenty and it was worth every pen with all the peanuts,
the caramel, the nougat and delicious milk chocolate.

Speaker 10 (46:04):
I have a box under my desk to give.

Speaker 5 (46:06):
You for there.

Speaker 12 (46:07):
Really truly is no other thing that tastes likens it
is the best.

Speaker 6 (46:14):
Nothing right, And now sharing is optional. They have new
They have a new share size s H A R
E not c HR.

Speaker 1 (46:21):
I mean that means they share it with myself, abody else.

Speaker 6 (46:25):
So it's like the big size Snickers, but it comes
with two bars in one package, so you can share
it with yourself. And thanks to Snickers, you are winning
one thousand dollars right now with the free money phone
tap if you call her one hundred and one eight
hundred two four two zero one hundred scary?

Speaker 1 (46:38):
Who does the free money phone tap dot? Let's go, don't.

Speaker 9 (46:41):
Answer the phone. Elvis Duran, the Elvis Duran phone tap.

Speaker 22 (46:45):
Hey, Garrett, what's your phone tap about today? So Stephanie
wants to play a phone tap on her mom Marcy.
Now this is one simple yet effective. So Stephanie's gonna
get her hair done, so she wants to call her
mom something went wrong, and I'm going to play the
part of the person cutting her hair.

Speaker 1 (46:58):
Oh okay, see how you do it here?

Speaker 24 (47:01):
March him Ye, suff I'm kind of busy.

Speaker 22 (47:05):
What's up?

Speaker 25 (47:06):
Oh?

Speaker 26 (47:07):
I just got my haircut?

Speaker 9 (47:10):
Yeah? How to come out?

Speaker 24 (47:14):
Well, they sort of shaved.

Speaker 26 (47:16):
My eyebrows off. What Yeah, I don't have any eyebrows left.

Speaker 24 (47:21):
Oh, Mike, why did you get your haircut?

Speaker 10 (47:24):
I went to one of.

Speaker 26 (47:24):
Those schools where they give three haircuts when they're learning.

Speaker 24 (47:28):
Don't tell me you onto a hairdresser and they cut
your eyebrows off. This, this just doesn't make any sense.

Speaker 25 (47:33):
You know, I will relax, you will relaxed.

Speaker 24 (47:36):
So they decided to take off your eyebrows. Who does that?

Speaker 10 (47:39):
Which I don't know.

Speaker 26 (47:40):
Maybe they were practicing how to wax eyebrows. I don't know.
I kind of those. Sorry a minute, it's not that bad.
I mean, my eyebrows will grow back.

Speaker 25 (47:48):
It's not that bad.

Speaker 19 (47:49):
Do you understand where we're going on Sunday? You're going
to see your entire family, people you haven't seen in
five years. You're going to show up with no eyebrows
in that ridiculous pirate chat.

Speaker 24 (47:58):
Who you just got on your shoulder?

Speaker 4 (47:59):
What's wrong with you?

Speaker 26 (48:00):
Calm down, calm down.

Speaker 24 (48:03):
You're gonna look like a drug addict. What the hell
are you right now?

Speaker 26 (48:07):
I'm still here. I'm just sitting in the chair.

Speaker 25 (48:10):
Who worked on you?

Speaker 9 (48:11):
There?

Speaker 24 (48:12):
I want to talk to that moron?

Speaker 26 (48:14):
Lucas Lucas, Hey.

Speaker 17 (48:15):
Can you come in?

Speaker 26 (48:16):
Hello?

Speaker 22 (48:18):
Hi, this is Lucas. How can I help you?

Speaker 24 (48:20):
What the hell did you do to my daughter?

Speaker 22 (48:22):
She looks she looks beautiful.

Speaker 1 (48:25):
She was beautiful.

Speaker 25 (48:26):
Wrong, You're just a butcher.

Speaker 22 (48:28):
I'm not a butcher. I don't work in a deli.
I work in a hair salon.

Speaker 24 (48:31):
Okay, did she did she ask you to remove her eyebrow?

Speaker 22 (48:35):
Well, that's the thing. She she kind of was asleep.
I nudged her and it looked like she said yes,
So I just went with it.

Speaker 24 (48:42):
So uh, I want to sakure.

Speaker 1 (48:44):
I'm sorry, I can Stan.

Speaker 25 (48:45):
I'm off on the phone right now. Eyebrows off.

Speaker 11 (48:50):
He related my dad going to her family wedding on Sunday,
their family there, she's seen in five years.

Speaker 25 (48:55):
She's gonna go in there looking like a cleek.

Speaker 22 (48:57):
I could fix it.

Speaker 25 (48:59):
No, no, no, no, no, no, no no no, I'm sorry.

Speaker 24 (49:01):
You're not going to fix anything.

Speaker 10 (49:02):
Get your boss on the phone right now, ma'am, ma'am,
I will fix it.

Speaker 1 (49:06):
Yeah, stephan sit down in the chair. Sit down in
the chair, car and I will kill you.

Speaker 22 (49:11):
Stephanie, just sit down in the chair and we'll we'll
take care of this right now.

Speaker 24 (49:14):
For your mom the police.

Speaker 22 (49:16):
Matt, I think you are really blowing this out of
proportion right now.

Speaker 25 (49:19):
Seriously, I'm you put one hand on my God, and
you're going to re wedd it, ma'am.

Speaker 22 (49:23):
What if I just sweep up the eyebrows and we
try to get them back on her.

Speaker 1 (49:28):
Out of your mind here, just Stephanie, your mom.

Speaker 2 (49:31):
She's not happy.

Speaker 25 (49:33):
Get out of that salon. Now call me on your
shell as soon as you get out, and I want
the name and address.

Speaker 1 (49:41):
Do you hear me?

Speaker 4 (49:43):
Mom?

Speaker 17 (49:43):
I can't.

Speaker 26 (49:43):
They only have two of my nails done. Let me
just finish all the man's chair and then and then
I'll go.

Speaker 25 (49:49):
Oh, what is wrying you?

Speaker 24 (49:52):
I am calling a police right now?

Speaker 22 (49:54):
Well, well, missus Evans, before you do that, I think
I might need to tell you you just got phone tapped.

Speaker 24 (50:00):
Kathn't even think this is funny.

Speaker 1 (50:04):
Seven's.

Speaker 22 (50:05):
My name is Garrett from Elvis duran in the Morning Show,
and you just got phone tap by your daughter.

Speaker 25 (50:12):
A Cerney.

Speaker 26 (50:13):
I'm screaming, feel better about this weekend?

Speaker 22 (50:16):
Now?

Speaker 24 (50:18):
Is staring at me?

Speaker 9 (50:20):
Elvis Durant's phone tap?

Speaker 1 (50:23):
Did your thousand dollars free money?

Speaker 27 (50:24):
Phone tap?

Speaker 1 (50:25):
Let's go talk to Jessica Line nineteen calling from Washington, Illinois.
Leave that Hi, Jessica. Hi, Oh my gosh, how you doing.

Speaker 10 (50:37):
I'm doing great?

Speaker 12 (50:38):
How are you guys?

Speaker 17 (50:40):
Well?

Speaker 1 (50:40):
We're doing okay. We feel one thousand dollars lighter because
you just want a thousand dollars with the free money
phone trap.

Speaker 4 (50:47):
Yeah, oh my god, thank you so much.

Speaker 1 (50:51):
You're so welcome. Do you listen every day?

Speaker 10 (50:55):
Yes?

Speaker 7 (50:55):
I do.

Speaker 18 (50:55):
I'm the way to work.

Speaker 2 (50:57):
We love that.

Speaker 1 (50:57):
How long is your drive to work? I need to know.

Speaker 17 (51:01):
It's thirty five minutes?

Speaker 1 (51:03):
Ooh not long enough. Yeah, you need to move a
little further away from the plant, if you know what
I'm saying. Yeah, driving circles. We need you longer. Well, Jessica,
you sound like you're having a great morning and you're
having a great weekend on the way. Thank you for
starting your weekend with us. And thanks to Snickers, you
have a thousand dollars on the way.

Speaker 5 (51:19):
Oh, thank you so much.

Speaker 1 (51:21):
Thank you. Now hold on one second. Thank you for
listening to us. A bonus Snickers thousand dollars free money
phone tap coming up in two hours. Did you know that?

Speaker 10 (51:28):
Oh nice?

Speaker 1 (51:29):
That's awesome. And keep in mind, don't do what Gandhi does.

Speaker 6 (51:33):
Don't sand that vein off the Snickers because that's chocolate
you're giving.

Speaker 1 (51:38):
Up right right? You either do that eat it the
way it is like that vein. Well, so another Snicker's
free money phone tap all the way, Danielle. Yes, let's
do your report. We're gonna talk about Taylor Swift.

Speaker 10 (51:49):
Yes, let's start with Taylor, shall we.

Speaker 6 (51:50):
We're gonna start with the fact that our Deanna was
crying in the car on the way to the Norwegian
Innovation Lound.

Speaker 10 (51:56):
So Deanna was crying in the car. I didn't realize.
She had her headphones in and I'm like, Dianna, what's
the matter. She's like, I'm listening to Taylor and I'm
crying at this track. I don't remember which track it was.
I tell you, I think it might have been track five,
which was apparently that's her most important track. What's the
name of it? So Long London.

Speaker 1 (52:14):
So apparently, according to Deanna, she always puts her very
sentimental tracks.

Speaker 22 (52:18):
Ye at track five, I didn't know that.

Speaker 9 (52:22):
Really, So there you go.

Speaker 1 (52:23):
We learned something thirteen. Okay, what else you got?

Speaker 10 (52:27):
Okay?

Speaker 1 (52:27):
So let's talk.

Speaker 10 (52:28):
About Taylor at midnight. The Tortured Poet's Department did come out.
Two hours later, she released fifteen bonus tracks. Her Instagram
announcement said, I have written so much tortured poetry in
the past two years and I wanted to share it
all of you. So here is the second installment and
this is called the Anthology. So she's very excited. I
know fans are very excited. Dianna is very excited. So

(52:49):
all good. So speaking of albums, Billie Eilish, you know
she has a new one on the way, and she
unveiled one month int of advance of her track. Sorry,
she unveiled one month in advance. That's what I wanted
to say. The track list for her third studio album,
hit Me Hard and Soft, It's got It looks like

(53:10):
ten tracks on it with some interesting names like Skinny
One songs called lunch Birds of a Feather. The other
one's called Blue the Diner. So it's gonna be interesting
to see. The album comes out May seventeenth, and like
I said, it has ten tracks on there. Beyonce Lil
nas X will be featured in the documentary Call Me Country,

(53:30):
Beyonce and Nashville's Renaissance. It arrives in one week on
the Max streaming platform, and the documentary will explore how
Lil nas X impacted country music by collabing with Billy
Ray Cyrus on Old Town Road and of course there's
a history lesson of black artists in Nashville and how
Beyonce's Country Carter album honored their legacy. So that is
on the way. If you thought that Andy Cohen was

(53:51):
leaving Bravo, it's not happening. I know there's a lot
surrounding him right now, a lot of legal things going on,
but as of right now, they're saying no, that is
not the plan. The second weekend of Coachella begins today.
Lana del Rey Tyler, the creator Doji Kat will be
headlining again. A lot of other things here. A notable
changes that Ki Kid cutting will replace somebody else for

(54:15):
the second weekend because they could make it so Kid
will be around and you can watch it online via
a free live stream on the Coachella YouTube channel. So
that is what's going on there. Blake Shelton, he's not
on the voice anymore, but would he come back, and
he said yes, but it's only for one thing. If
they did the original four coaches for one season, so

(54:37):
it'd be Blake, Celo Green, Adam Levine, and Christina Aguilera
if they all came back for one season, he said
he would be on board. They were amazing together. Do
you guys, remember we had so much fun watching not
that everybody's not good now, but it was just a
lot of fun then we loved it. Today, what are
we watching? Rebel Moon Part two? The Scargiver Over on Netflix.
You've got the Never Ever mets Over on own. You

(54:59):
also have RuPaul's Drag Race, Billy Joel the one hundred
live in Madison Square Garden. That's the rebroadcast because remember
he cut him off. They cut him off the other
day when he was playing piano man, so they'll be
broadcasting that for us. You also have Idol this weekend,
you have What would you Do? There's a lot of
good stuff to watch, So if you want to stay home,
that's what you should do. And that's my Daniel reports.

Speaker 6 (55:19):
You should see all these texts coming through. Everyone wants
to win a Norwegian Cruise Line cruise. Everyone look at
these and they all have great reasons to and you know,
we have to talk David the president of NCL into
at least a dozen.

Speaker 1 (55:33):
Oh wow, wow, okay, how is this gonna happen? Maybe
Baker's does and we get thirteen. Anyway, he'll be on
in a few minutes.

Speaker 6 (55:42):
We know at least a cruise is coming your way,
and Gandhi think'll think of ways to squeeze some cruises out.

Speaker 3 (55:48):
Of this guy, Ohne, I have ideas.

Speaker 6 (55:50):
Sorry, Hey, we are live at the NCL Innovation Lounge
and we got to talk about what that means. Coming
up after this, our friend Tommy Deadario hosts. I've never
said this before. It's a podcast where he interviews our
favorite actors and artists.

Speaker 1 (56:04):
Tommy who's on the podcast this week?

Speaker 21 (56:06):
Hey, Elvis, I have actor edvn riding on the show
today where we talk about the final season of Young Royals.

Speaker 22 (56:12):
I always say goodbye to his fan favorite character and
so much more.

Speaker 1 (56:16):
You don't want to miss it. I've never said this before.

Speaker 23 (56:43):
What is this?

Speaker 1 (56:43):
Is it Friday? YETI yea yeady Ladies, and gentlemen the weekend.

Speaker 7 (56:50):
Just.

Speaker 1 (56:52):
Dancing lately. How it's Friday.

Speaker 6 (57:09):
So we are in the middle of Norwegian Cruise Line
Innovation Lounge where they they come up with all these
great ideas. Can you imagine having a job where you
get together with your your coworkers, your family like we
have here, and you just innovate.

Speaker 1 (57:24):
You've come up with ways to make things better. You
break things and put them back together again. I can
do that. You just break things. I can break things.
I got that part.

Speaker 7 (57:34):
Frog.

Speaker 1 (57:34):
I'm glad you're not in charge of Norwegian Cruise Lines Technology.

Speaker 10 (57:40):
Television.

Speaker 6 (57:43):
The time Froggy mounted a brand new TV on the
wall and it fell in the middle of the night
one time.

Speaker 1 (57:49):
A lot of TVs I've hung a lot of TV
since then, are still hang I don't believe a lot
of people.

Speaker 6 (57:53):
A lot of people are texting in giving us their
reason why they deserve a Norwegian cruise Okay, all right,
we hear you.

Speaker 1 (57:58):
It's gonna happen.

Speaker 10 (57:59):
Many do they tell us could give away.

Speaker 1 (58:00):
Fifty Well, I don't know. David, the president of vinci
El is here. We'll guilt him into giving away shaken.
We're gonna shake him down, it's a good old fashioned shakedown. Anyway,
can we talk about, of.

Speaker 6 (58:13):
Course travel on the way this summer summer is gonna
be here before you know it. But even looking beyond that,
if you go to NCL dot com and book your trip,
let's talk about solo travel. I think being able to
just forget about your family and friends and book your
trip on your own is an amazing thing to do.

Speaker 1 (58:30):
And you could fly anywhere in the world and do it.
But if you do, do your solo trip on.

Speaker 6 (58:35):
Norwegian, and of course they have all sorts of options
for solo travelers.

Speaker 8 (58:41):
I would feel so much better doing a solo trip
on a cruise. Me too, because we've talked about this before.
I want to go places by myself.

Speaker 3 (58:47):
I'm a chicken.

Speaker 8 (58:47):
I always think, oh, it's maybe it's not safe. But
here you can go on excursions. You know who you're
going with, you're on a ship, you're safe.

Speaker 7 (58:53):
I like that.

Speaker 1 (58:54):
Well, I just got mad at me because last time
we were cruising, I wanted to go to the solo
cruisers lounge like their own bar.

Speaker 6 (59:00):
Yeah, he's where you're going. I thought it'd be kind
of cool to meet the solo travel I got the
weird look of death. But I said, where you did anyway.
But it is about feeling safe, you know. And of
course when you're on board a Norwegian Cruise Line ship,
you do because there's there's community there. Yeah, and you'll

(59:21):
meet new friends and you can go, you know, into
wherever you are and go into town and have lunch
or whatever, and you can get back on board with
each other. It is the best way and in our opinion,
to travel if you're a solo traveler.

Speaker 10 (59:33):
And also if you're going by yourself, you get to
do what you want to do. How many times you
go away with someone and like they want to do this,
the other person want to do that.

Speaker 9 (59:40):
I want to do this.

Speaker 3 (59:42):
That's it I mean to do.

Speaker 1 (59:44):
All my trips will be solo from now on. It's
it's looking like that's going to be the case anyway.

Speaker 9 (59:49):
Oh sorry, if I.

Speaker 1 (59:51):
Don't shape up? What Nate we got to call it?

Speaker 6 (59:55):
Oh, like nineteen it's Kira from Naples right across across
the the Florida.

Speaker 1 (01:00:01):
Yeah, yeah, what's the Florida thing at Dangle Alley? Get her? Ally? No, No,
the peninsula, the peninsula.

Speaker 9 (01:00:06):
The thing figured it out.

Speaker 1 (01:00:12):
If you don't figure it out.

Speaker 6 (01:00:13):
If you look at New York and Long Island, Long
Island stands up and it points toward England.

Speaker 1 (01:00:18):
Florida just kind of dangles. It's like looking at Cuba. Anyway,
we can move on, Kira, Are you there, hi?

Speaker 18 (01:00:27):
Yes?

Speaker 8 (01:00:27):
I am.

Speaker 1 (01:00:28):
Is it true? You're going on your very first ever
cruise for your honeymoon on the twenty ninth, and you
chose n CL because of our stories, right?

Speaker 4 (01:00:36):
That is correct?

Speaker 5 (01:00:38):
All right?

Speaker 1 (01:00:38):
So the twenty ninth, I'm trying to think. I can't
remember which cruise are you going on.

Speaker 17 (01:00:42):
We're going on the Epic and it's going around Greece
and Italy.

Speaker 1 (01:00:48):
I did that one talk about it. It is absolutely unbelievable.

Speaker 22 (01:00:52):
It is.

Speaker 12 (01:00:52):
I'm telling you, you're going to see things and you're
going to have some of the best food you've ever
eaten in your life on the ship, off the ship.

Speaker 17 (01:00:59):
It is.

Speaker 1 (01:00:59):
It is still the most beautiful trip I've ever been on.

Speaker 12 (01:01:01):
I saw parts of the world that like in Santorini,
for example, you've seen that picture with the white domes
in the beautiful water. I was standing in that spot
looking at it with my own two eyes instead of
looking at a picture does it's like here, here it is.
It's gorgeous.

Speaker 1 (01:01:16):
You're gonna love it. The thing is, even though it's
for your honeymoon, we still support that solo trip thing.

Speaker 10 (01:01:20):
You could change your mind and come back single.

Speaker 1 (01:01:26):
Yeah, maybe seven years later. Well, first of all, congratulations
on your on your honeymoon and your marriage and your
wedding and everything, and congratulations on your terms of NCL.
You're gonna the best time ever you will listening to us,
believe it, you're going. Thank you. I'm thinking more about
the solo thank you. The solo thing. Okay, it's okay

(01:01:48):
to be in a relationship and go on a solo trip.
I mean absolutely, well scary you do it all the time.

Speaker 14 (01:01:54):
Yeah, absolutely, Sometimes our schedules don't work out when I
can bring my girlfriend.

Speaker 10 (01:01:57):
Wait, he doesn't go on a solo trip. He always
goes away with people.

Speaker 1 (01:02:02):
You have to meet people.

Speaker 14 (01:02:03):
See, that's that's where that that's where at the end
of the line for me, because I have to go.
That's not a solo go places and without my girlfriend.

Speaker 1 (01:02:10):
That's solo.

Speaker 10 (01:02:11):
No, that's not solo. That's with other people, not your girlfriends.

Speaker 1 (01:02:14):
The friend trip, Daniel is so judging. Let's go around
the room. Of course, it's the NCL innovation lounge room
where there's no I don't hear any innovation going on. Hello,
he's working on the Those are the new silk sheets. Yeah,
they're just now getting those soft.

Speaker 10 (01:02:33):
Enough sound lovely little loud all right, Uh.

Speaker 1 (01:02:38):
Yeah, we'll start with you, Gandhi. Let's hit that music
for around the room. And there is Gandhi. What's going on?

Speaker 3 (01:02:44):
Okay? I just want to say to people, don't tell
people there's a safe space to have a conversation. If
there's not a safe space.

Speaker 5 (01:02:51):
What do you mean?

Speaker 8 (01:02:52):
Yesterday at dinner, you guys told me there was a
safe space I could ask all my questions, and then
I got yelled at about my questions.

Speaker 3 (01:02:57):
So I'm just saying safe spaces should be safe, and
that is I.

Speaker 10 (01:03:00):
Agree with her because I was helping add to the question. Yeah,
we were not getting any answers that we wanted, and
I don't think that was nice.

Speaker 6 (01:03:08):
Okay, Well, I mean without I know, without elaboration, it
doesn't really make sense.

Speaker 8 (01:03:13):
Okay, if it makes sense, just if it's a safe space,
let it be a safe space.

Speaker 3 (01:03:17):
That's all.

Speaker 1 (01:03:18):
Well, this is not a safe sance. Hey Froggy, what's
up with you?

Speaker 12 (01:03:22):
You know how your shower head at home is always
the best shower no matter where you go.

Speaker 1 (01:03:27):
We were just testing shower heads down the hall if
you want. That's my point.

Speaker 12 (01:03:31):
What So, usually when I travel, I always look forward
to going back home because I'm like, yeah, my shower
head a home is always better. However, I can honestly
say that I have never, in scary will attest to this.
I have never in my life taken a better shower
with a better shower head experience than the one.

Speaker 1 (01:03:45):
On Bliss Norwegian Bliss that I'm telling.

Speaker 9 (01:03:48):
You right now.

Speaker 1 (01:03:48):
It is showerhead. It is the greatest showerhead in the
history of.

Speaker 10 (01:03:51):
Shower You ask them what it was, because you probably
could get it.

Speaker 12 (01:03:53):
I'm going to find out while we're here in the
innovation line. I bet you they do as well. So
I just want you to know that is the best
shower in the entire world. I know where it exists.

Speaker 6 (01:04:02):
There's nothing better than getting up in the morning, especially
the hour we get up and you go to the
shower and you find yourself in there for like forty
five minutes.

Speaker 12 (01:04:08):
Yes, the real water pressure you don't have to run
around and get wet. I'm telling you, it was amazing, scary.

Speaker 1 (01:04:15):
What's up with you?

Speaker 14 (01:04:15):
Well, you know you're a true friend to somebody when
you can go forever without speaking to them, and then
when you finally do speak to that person, you just
pick up right where you left off. One of my
buddies I hadn't spoken to in a couple of years.
We just I'm like, oh my god, so so it's
it's it says something about your relationship and your friendship,
and I wanted to just say that. Seeing Froggy today,
I hadn't seen you in a while, and same situation.

(01:04:36):
It's like, we don't really hang out, but like I
wish we had more time because I know you got
to you gotta run after the show. But it's kind
of cool that you can just pick up where you
leave off.

Speaker 1 (01:04:44):
Yep, I agree. I love it. Scary right, I love you.
On the other hand, there are those friends who guilt you.
You never call, I haven't heard from you forever. You're
not a good friend. Probably were friends? Does make me nuts? Yeah? Yeah, no, no, no,
not in this case. The guilter's exactly exactly. Hey, Senor Nate. Okay.

Speaker 13 (01:05:04):
One of the great things about what we do is
we get to meet so many interesting people. Thank you,
Daniel taking fuzz off my back. We meet so many
interesting people. And I now know what it's like to
be a big brother because I'm the the youngest of three.
I'm the youngest brother. I have two older brothers. But Dennis,
our new friend from NCO, he's not here here. I

(01:05:27):
was giving him life lessons.

Speaker 1 (01:05:28):
I was giving him advice. You are not a good
life lesson?

Speaker 25 (01:05:35):
Was I good?

Speaker 1 (01:05:37):
Look at that?

Speaker 13 (01:05:37):
I got a thumbs up from Dennis. I now know,
and we've got check ins on the calendar. We're going
to keep keeping each other accounting.

Speaker 12 (01:05:44):
Tell you why this scares me because my son is
going to be in New York for the summertime.

Speaker 1 (01:05:48):
He can't wait to hang out with Nate and Scary.
So I got a new bra.

Speaker 3 (01:05:55):
Like it's a little brother. You're like a grandpa.

Speaker 1 (01:05:59):
Fow wisdom. I've got nothing.

Speaker 6 (01:06:04):
You come across as a really sweet guy, and you
are at times, but you were you were such a shyster.

Speaker 10 (01:06:09):
I'm we did say that at the table last night.
Somebody said, who's the biggest shyster? I said Nate.

Speaker 1 (01:06:16):
Because you take these shortcuts in life, you rip people
don't always talking. Give me an example. Why am I shysting.

Speaker 6 (01:06:26):
I'm not going to get into it here, but you
have this is not a safe space. But how to
rip off the system, how to steal things while while
shopping and grocery stores.

Speaker 4 (01:06:34):
You do it all?

Speaker 1 (01:06:34):
Are you talking? That's Danielle anymore to Danielle.

Speaker 10 (01:06:38):
Danielle Okay. I simply want to thank Victoria Beckham this morning.
Why because she keeps posting these pictures of David Beckham
without his shirt and she also writes under the post
You're welcome, So thank you, Victoria Beckham. Sharing with the
world is just the kindest thing you can do, and
I thank you very much.

Speaker 9 (01:06:59):
Thanks Victoria Bank.

Speaker 3 (01:07:00):
Victoria, I'm gonna go look see you're a little you
know what I don't.

Speaker 12 (01:07:04):
When we were at dinner last night, they were handing
out dessert spoons. Everybody got a small, little, little like
little baby dessert spoon except Danielle. She got a full
sized monster spoon. I'm like, dud, I know you got
the biggest mouth. That's what they He's the biggest spoof.

Speaker 9 (01:07:17):
Shut up.

Speaker 10 (01:07:19):
They gave you a small spoon, because you shouldn't need
any more desserts. Come up with something.

Speaker 1 (01:07:24):
This is not a fun conversation. We are not innovating.
We are not innovating.

Speaker 6 (01:07:30):
Let's get into the three things we need to know
from Gandhi, and then of course David Herrera, the president
of ncla's on the way to talk about all sorts
of things they're working on, including Aqua, which is our
next favorite friend.

Speaker 10 (01:07:43):
I really hope they have the band Aqua performing on Aqua.
They can do singing Barbie Girl.

Speaker 8 (01:07:49):
They can do a medley of their hit innovative, Danielle,
very innovating.

Speaker 1 (01:07:53):
Let's go, Thank you, Danielle. Welcome Gandhi. What's going on
all right?

Speaker 8 (01:07:58):
We told you yesterday that four states had lost nine
to one one service for a few hours on Tuesday night,
and now an explanation for most of that outage is
being offered.

Speaker 3 (01:08:06):
They say it was because somebody hit a light pole.

Speaker 1 (01:08:09):
Can you imagine?

Speaker 7 (01:08:10):
No?

Speaker 8 (01:08:11):
And then nine one one goes down in four states.
Someone needs to investigate how they set up that light pole.
Officials said in a statement yesterday that the outages in Nevada,
South Dakota, and Nebraska experienced the outage due to a
third party company installing that pole making a mistake, and
they're fixing it. There's still been no official explanation for
the outages in Texas. They don't The company that's talking

(01:08:32):
about this says that they actually are not responsible for
the nine to one one service is there, so people
are wondering what.

Speaker 3 (01:08:37):
Exactly is going on.

Speaker 8 (01:08:39):
The FAA investigating after a Southwest flight and a Jet
Blue plane nearly collided at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport
outside DC. It happened yesterday morning when a plane crossed
the runway as another one was starting its takeoff. The planes,
one an Orlando bound, the other Boston bound, were reportedly
just three hundred feet away from each other.

Speaker 9 (01:08:58):
Oh my god.

Speaker 22 (01:09:00):
Close.

Speaker 6 (01:09:01):
And finally, this is why I like cruising, because there's
not another ship for miles and miles, we'll not crash.

Speaker 8 (01:09:08):
Have you guys been following the drama with Jason Kelcey's
Super Bowl ring?

Speaker 1 (01:09:13):
Right? Yes, what happened?

Speaker 8 (01:09:15):
So he actually may have lost it in a pool
filled with chili. He broke the news to his brother
Travis on their New Heights podcast. He said he loaned
it to a competition at the University of Cincinnati. The
competition involved teams trying to find it inside two inflatable
pools filled with chili. Jason says promoters were not able
to find it. Nobody said they recovered it. They used

(01:09:36):
metal detectors, haven't found it anywhere. He says he can
safely assume the Super Bowl ring is now in a
landfill somewhere in Cincinnati. And they're not even sure if
insurance is going to cover.

Speaker 10 (01:09:46):
Who lends out their super Jason Kelse, Jason Kelsey and.

Speaker 3 (01:09:54):
Put it in their pocket lin.

Speaker 1 (01:09:56):
And there's a song about it on the new album.

Speaker 6 (01:10:02):
So one of the reasons we love us speaking with
David Herrera, the president of NCL, is because he always
gives away secrets he's not supposed to. It's not supposed
to talk about. Oh, it's great because you know they're
always innovating.

Speaker 1 (01:10:13):
They're always coming.

Speaker 6 (01:10:14):
Up with new ways and new designs and new everything
at Norwegian. And he gets so excited about it. He
just starts going off and then his crew comes in
and that they have to shock him with like a cattle.

Speaker 17 (01:10:24):
Plus.

Speaker 1 (01:10:25):
That's what we love take it talking to David. He's
coming up right after.

Speaker 9 (01:10:29):
This Hello, Hello Elvis in the Morning Show.

Speaker 6 (01:10:37):

Speaker 9 (01:10:51):
Elvis is Elvis Terran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 1 (01:11:01):
All right, okay, I agree.

Speaker 6 (01:11:02):
We've been talking about the NCL Innovation Lounge all morning,
and we've given you like bits and pieces of things
that we've witnessed. But keep in mind, you know, this
place is a top secret, locked down facility, and they're
not showing us most.

Speaker 1 (01:11:13):
Of the stuff that is probably the coolest stuff.

Speaker 6 (01:11:16):
But so we decided to invite the president of Norwegian
Cruise Line, David Harrari here.

Speaker 1 (01:11:21):
He's stretching now, getting he's stretching.

Speaker 10 (01:11:23):
Because he knows you're gonna come at him with fifty cruises.

Speaker 1 (01:11:25):
You're not no one, not Danielle. Oh sorry, hi David.

Speaker 28 (01:11:32):
I appreciate Danielle you coming to my defense this early
in the process.

Speaker 2 (01:11:37):
Thank you very well.

Speaker 1 (01:11:39):
The morning, Good morning is young.

Speaker 2 (01:11:41):
A lot of time left, a lot of time.

Speaker 6 (01:11:43):
Okay, so uh the Innovation Lounge where we're sitting right now,
I can see bits and pieces of like like there's
couches over there that are being tested. Yes, they hire
little kindergarten kids to jump on them all day.

Speaker 10 (01:11:55):
Yeah, how do you get that job?

Speaker 28 (01:11:59):
You're actually that's your interview, our interview to get you
to jump up down the couches.

Speaker 1 (01:12:04):
That's immediately after this gone deeple jump.

Speaker 6 (01:12:09):
But the Innovation Lounge is about many things. Describe to
everyone what it's all about, what it truly means to
you as the president.

Speaker 28 (01:12:16):
You know, it's amazing. One of the things I love
about Norwegian Cruise Line is innovation is in our DNA.
We were the founders of freestyle cruising. We're the first
ones to have a private island. But what does innovation mean.
It doesn't just mean bringing on the latest tech like
we have in our Galaxy pavilions, or bringing on new
crazy and unique experiences on the top of the ship

(01:12:38):
like our racetrack or are soon to be a slide coaster,
our Awkleas slide coaster. It's about finding ways to do
a little bit more for our guests every chance we get,
whether it's our new eateries, whether it's the way we
talk to the guests, whether it's the way.

Speaker 2 (01:12:53):
We make up the room.

Speaker 28 (01:12:55):
The idea of being innovative, that's part of our DNA
throughout the organization. Everyone understands it, everyone aspires to do that.
It's a great opportunity for us to give our guests
more every chance we get.

Speaker 1 (01:13:07):
So we you know, we're laughing about couches, but it
is true.

Speaker 6 (01:13:10):
There's a room full of couches and it looks like
a showroom, were a showroom at a furniture store, and
there's this one couch.

Speaker 1 (01:13:17):
Can we talk about the top secret couch?

Speaker 2 (01:13:19):
You know that's one of the risks of bringing you
guys into.

Speaker 6 (01:13:23):
I gave you the option you could say, no, right now,
there's a top secret couch. We'll leave it at that
way to you.

Speaker 3 (01:13:28):
When they already tweeted it, should I delete that?

Speaker 10 (01:13:32):
He can say how important it is that they've tried
a certain amount before they find the perfect one, can't they.

Speaker 28 (01:13:40):
That's why the only top secret stuff we left out
were the couches, the low risk stuff that you guys
would would talk about. Look, it's little things like finding
better accommodations for our guest. We have a couch. It's
a magical couch. It's a top secret couch that we
can convert into a bunk bed.

Speaker 6 (01:13:58):
I've never heard even call it couch magical. Okay, So
just from a civilian point of view, I was looking
at this. It's a beautiful couch, right, and David is
like watch this. I'm like, oh, I stand back. We
don't know what's going to happen with this couch. He
takes a few cushions off, it turns into this posh
bunk bed. I mean, this is like some little cheap

(01:14:20):
kids bunk bed. It's a bunk bed for adults or
kids whatever. So you could turn a stateroom into a
three person stateroom.

Speaker 2 (01:14:28):
Or even a four person stateroom.

Speaker 6 (01:14:30):
You can make it comfortable for absolutely, and they're all together,
and it gives people more options when they're booking their
crews experience.

Speaker 28 (01:14:36):
Absolutely, And of course part of the testing is it
has to be safe because of the safety of our
guests and our crews are number one priority. But it
also has to be lightweight, it has to be aesthetically pleasing,
so we joke about it. But the idea of having
a testing room full of couches where many people within
the organization, not just me, not just some of the

(01:14:57):
other folks, Christian or well, anybody else has been on
the show. It's important for us as an organization to
take the best thinking of everyone in the room. Everybody
gets a voice. It's not just one or two people
who run this company. We are all proud members of
the NCL family. And that's why something as simple as
a couch really does enhance the guest experiences.

Speaker 10 (01:15:18):
How many did you try out?

Speaker 2 (01:15:20):
There was a dozen different couches.

Speaker 12 (01:15:22):
Have a question, yes, sir, Now do you need somebody
to sleep on that top bunk to test to make
sure that this structure is good and it's you know, safe.

Speaker 2 (01:15:28):
I don't know if you're paying attention. That's what Gandi.

Speaker 1 (01:15:32):
She's gonna jump on out, gonna hold on.

Speaker 6 (01:15:34):
You're you're testing a bunk, But I'm not sleeping on
the bottom bunk till this thing is testing. And by
the way, and by the way, there are all these
stools were sitting on. We we tested all the stools out, David,
and we brought our least favorite and that's the one
you're sitting.

Speaker 2 (01:15:48):
Yeah, I feel like I'm in the Dunce chair.

Speaker 1 (01:15:49):
Just waiting this.

Speaker 10 (01:15:52):
It has a handle. You see this handle.

Speaker 6 (01:15:54):
These are the floor samples. But I mean, this one's
gonna go back. This one's a reject. But you got
to read that some think about innovation. Sometimes you got
to move past a bad stool to move to a
good one.

Speaker 2 (01:16:04):
Elvis, This actually is a stool that we found another
cruise line was using and we just wanted to see how.

Speaker 9 (01:16:08):
Bad it was.

Speaker 1 (01:16:10):
So that's why it's here right now. This is definitely quality.
They just sold us another use catalyzing what I have a.

Speaker 8 (01:16:17):
Question about the process. So from start to finish with
something like that couch that you guys are customizing, how.

Speaker 10 (01:16:22):
Long does that take?

Speaker 2 (01:16:22):
Oh god, it's a great question.

Speaker 28 (01:16:24):
It takes longer than you would think because when you
have a couch, you have to go out and do
an RFP. You have to meet with the manufacturers. You
have specific designs, they gave you their first version, you
have a few of them come in and then you
go through multiple rounds. You have a lot of different
folks involved in the testing. As I was saying, that'll
take months.

Speaker 10 (01:16:42):
Have you ever tested something out and you really wanted it,
and you went back to the manufacturer and told him
how many you needed, and they were like, uh, we're
not sure we can do that.

Speaker 2 (01:16:51):
You know, it's funny.

Speaker 28 (01:16:52):
We try to only work with folks who understand that
Norwegian Cruise Line we got nineteen ships, y'all, we carry
two and a half million people a year. They know
that we're not you know, we're not a small bed
and breakfast, So we try to we try to weed
that out early on in the process.

Speaker 1 (01:17:08):
Keep something in mind.

Speaker 6 (01:17:09):
And I want to talk about the typical day, your
typical day, because it's unlike any executive typical day in
the world. Probably, but as we speak, as we do
the show, they have at least fifty thousand people on
ships around the world right this very minute.

Speaker 1 (01:17:22):
Wow, fifty thousand people.

Speaker 6 (01:17:24):
And you know there's gonna be there's gonna be things
to do to help people find their way on these ships.
Or maybe there's there's just one customer on a ship
on the opposite side of the globe that needs special attention,
and you've got to make sure you have the people
working for you that's going to take care of that.

Speaker 1 (01:17:39):
That's a lot of responsibility.

Speaker 2 (01:17:40):
Yeah, the people who acquire the most high maintenance or
I think are all in this room right now.

Speaker 10 (01:17:46):
Don't look around.

Speaker 1 (01:17:46):
And the problem is.

Speaker 28 (01:17:49):
We have an amazing team. When we talk about our team,
it's a combination of our short side and our crew.
Our crew is our secret weapon. Our crew are what
people interact. Who are people interact with?

Speaker 5 (01:18:01):
They?

Speaker 2 (01:18:01):
Who they are? Who people remember?

Speaker 28 (01:18:03):
Man, we're just people in an office coming up with
spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. Our crew are absolutely our secret weapon.
They are what really drives the success that we have
in nor Aegian Cruise.

Speaker 1 (01:18:14):
We were talking earlier about how you know, we really
basically came on board with Bliss as we became the
godparents of Bliss. And you know now since Bliss, you've.

Speaker 6 (01:18:23):
You've launched so many more beautiful ships and more to come,
including Aqua in less than a year. The thing is is,
while all these new ships are doing their thing, the
attention is also, I believe, on the older ships as well,
because you have to bring them all up to speed
to match up and be parallel with everything.

Speaker 1 (01:18:42):
Else it's new.

Speaker 28 (01:18:43):
Right, That's a great point a priority for us. You've
got to take care of your stuff I have three kids.

Speaker 2 (01:18:48):
My kids.

Speaker 28 (01:18:48):
No, you got to take care of your iPads, You
got to take care of your baseball gloves. If you
don't provide maintenance for the stuff that you have, you
don't take care of what you have, It's not going
to work when you want it to work. And it
is amazing our ship operations team. They are constantly maintaining
our ships on a daily basis, and every two to
four years, depending on the edge of the ship, ships

(01:19:10):
go into dry dock. Dry dock is where you have
a very thorough technical process. You also update a lot
of your hotel operations, whether it's replacing carpets, updating signage,
bringing on new food concepts.

Speaker 2 (01:19:22):
Our ships are constantly.

Speaker 28 (01:19:24):
Being taken care of by the best crew and the
best short side team in the industry. The idea of
having a beautiful asset and these ships are amazing. Whether
they're two years old or ten years old. We don't
know who's getting on the ship tomorrow. It could be
the first time or it could be the fortieth time
you get on the ship. We want to make sure
that we give you more than what's expected, and we

(01:19:45):
put our best foot forward every opportunity We can at now.

Speaker 1 (01:19:48):
Reachon Daniel turned fifty years old. It's time for dry dock.

Speaker 10 (01:19:50):
It's doe. I do have a couple of things that
could be tweaked.

Speaker 6 (01:19:55):
Okay, could you help me out dry docking each other?
So I have a couple of phone calls, you know,
people like to call David Line eighteen right up the street, Hollywood, Florida,
finishing her first year as a fourth grade teacher.

Speaker 1 (01:20:12):
Hello, Luna, welcome to the How are you feeling?

Speaker 9 (01:20:16):
I am feeling very nervous.

Speaker 6 (01:20:19):
You're feeling high? Well, of course tomorrow's part of four twenty.
Oh jeez, we're all getting ready.

Speaker 1 (01:20:26):
So Luna, you're a little anxious. Why are you a
little anxious right now?

Speaker 5 (01:20:30):
Because I'm talking to you me?

Speaker 1 (01:20:33):
Really? Do you listen every day?

Speaker 4 (01:20:36):
Yes?

Speaker 6 (01:20:37):
Now you know that you know that we have NCL,
and we talked about NCL on our show all the time, right,
and so that's why we're down in Florida today to
be at the innovation.

Speaker 1 (01:20:47):
Have you ever been on a Norwegian Cruise Line cruise?

Speaker 7 (01:20:50):
I have not.

Speaker 1 (01:20:52):
Oh, well, there was a time i'd never been here.
There was a time I didn't even want to go
on a cruise.

Speaker 9 (01:20:57):
No, really.

Speaker 4 (01:20:58):
I heard all about it and he was talking about it.

Speaker 2 (01:21:01):
You're right.

Speaker 1 (01:21:01):
I was like, I don't want to go on a cruise,
So I went on a cruise, and now I'm going
to take to the cruises. And there are so many
people listening right now that are like, I don't know cruises.
I don't know. Once we get you on one, it
changes everything.

Speaker 5 (01:21:14):
But you you're gonna have to get me off of it.

Speaker 4 (01:21:16):
So I have security on deck to get me off.

Speaker 1 (01:21:19):
Well, I tell you what, We don't have a cruise
to give you yet, but I want you to just
hold on. We want to Can we connect people with
this phone system at times? Because this phone system needs
to go into dry dog? Okay, okay, Garrett, can we
connect line eighteen with line nineteen. Sean from way up
in Connecticut? Hello Sean. Hello, So Sean is an elevator

(01:21:41):
mechanic who got stuck in an elevator last week. That
never happens on Norwegian Cruise line. Maybe there's a career
for you in Norwegian. No, but so to be ask
cute Sean, why do you think you deserve a cruise?

Speaker 5 (01:21:55):
Well? Being an elevator mechanic, working getting up every day
It's just one of those days where you know you
have weeks. Last week, like you said, I got stuck,
actually got stuck again this morning on another elevator. I
just I need I need some wind in my beard.
I would say hair, but I don't have any. So beard,
it's gonna be fine. I'm gonna get out of here.

Speaker 6 (01:22:19):
Okay, you need to get out of here now, Luna,
why do you deserve a cruise on Norwegian Luna?

Speaker 1 (01:22:24):
They're getting Luna back on the phone.

Speaker 10 (01:22:26):
Oh did the thing?

Speaker 1 (01:22:28):
Did that thing? That thing? Okay, Sean, is there something
else we need to know about you and your past?

Speaker 5 (01:22:34):
Well?

Speaker 1 (01:22:35):
So, I am a veteran.

Speaker 5 (01:22:38):
I actually three nine to eleven. I was in the
service during nine to eleven and since then I've gotten married.
I'm approaching my twenty year anniversary in about a year
and a half to two years. I'm my my eighteen
year anniversaries in two months. Wow, and we have two teenagers.
I just I want to get I gotta get out

(01:23:02):
of town.

Speaker 1 (01:23:02):
So David. David has several soft spots. In one of
them is the fact that, well, you're a veteran.

Speaker 28 (01:23:13):
Yeah, you got me, man, Listen, you always do you
bully me into stuff. Hey Sean, how are you doing?
Which branch were you in?

Speaker 1 (01:23:20):
Sir?

Speaker 2 (01:23:21):
I was in the Air Force outstanding and when did
you get out?

Speaker 5 (01:23:26):
I got out in two thousand and seven.

Speaker 28 (01:23:28):
Okay, so you know that Norwegian and this wasn't staged,
has a military appreciation program that we're very proud of.
It was designed for veterans by veterans, the small group
of US here at NCL that had previously served. We
wanted to do something that really outlined and highlighted how
we feel about veterans because as a public company, you

(01:23:50):
only get a couple opportunities to find your character, to
find what you stand for, and appreciation for our military
is clearly one of those points.

Speaker 2 (01:23:58):
So all right, man, you're getting a free cruise.

Speaker 7 (01:24:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:24:04):
I know I was gonna go keep going, but just
get a free cruise.

Speaker 1 (01:24:07):
Wind in your beard on the way. Yeah, And Sean, I.

Speaker 28 (01:24:10):
Heard you have an awesome hairstyle. You have the same
hairstyle I have that that played a role in it too, Sir. Congratulations,
there you go, and thank you for listening.

Speaker 1 (01:24:19):
Sean.

Speaker 6 (01:24:20):
It's an honor to have you listening every single day.
And enjoy your cruise. And make sure you get in
touch with this when you get back, because we want
to hear about your experience.

Speaker 5 (01:24:27):
Okay, oh, one hundred percent. I will absolutely call all.

Speaker 1 (01:24:31):
Right, now, hold on, Sean, let's go back to Luna
so much. Hold on cruise, well, hold on now, yes,
you're right, you only have one cruise. Let's find out
about Luna now.

Speaker 6 (01:24:42):
Luna is finishing up her first year as a fourth
grade teacher AID and even though not a veteran that
I know of, she is in combat every day as
a fourth grade teacher.

Speaker 10 (01:24:52):
Yeah, she needs a break absolutely, Luna.

Speaker 6 (01:24:55):
Uh, you know you need to get away, and you
have a summer on the way, you have another summer
next year. I'm assuming that a cruise is exactly what
you need in your life.

Speaker 4 (01:25:04):
I have not been on a cruise in over a year,
and I need to. I haven't been able to go out,
like outside of Florida in a long time because I
just got my master's for teaching in December, so I've

(01:25:25):
just been back to back working and I do put
a lot of effort in what I teach. It's all
my breaks. I'm usually during the spring break. I was
here twice, like two days of that week so I
can get work done and get everything ready. So when
we came back from break, it's just difficult for me
to pull.

Speaker 2 (01:25:42):
Away, right.

Speaker 1 (01:25:43):
It's a lot of work being a teacher, especially. I
mean they I'll give you credit, they do off subjects.
Why they way way, way way over pay teachers. We
all know that. Oh yeah, yeah, well we only had
one cruise, David. David, You've got a couple of pockets
over there. It's been nice meeting your Luna.

Speaker 2 (01:26:05):
So, Luna, Na, you're a fourth grade teacher.

Speaker 28 (01:26:08):
My beautiful wife, Patty was a second grade teacher, and coincidentally,
again not stage, we have a Can we break some
news here?

Speaker 5 (01:26:18):
Yeah?

Speaker 28 (01:26:18):
Sure, we're gonna be rolling out a pretty awesome teacher
appreciation program.

Speaker 1 (01:26:23):
That's how you were having another bad.

Speaker 28 (01:26:27):
So so so, Luna about that teacher appreciation program. When
you get back from your free cruise, you can tell
all the other teachers about the teacher appreciation program.

Speaker 2 (01:26:42):
How many other people are you gonna call it?

Speaker 17 (01:26:46):
I'm look on Instagram.

Speaker 6 (01:26:50):
I got all day, Luna. Congratulations again with you as
well as as Sean. It's an honor to have you
listening every day and on the front lines out there
teaching that our future leader. And thank you for listening.
You enjoy your cruise and when you get back, we
need to hear a full report.

Speaker 1 (01:27:04):
You promise, yes, absolutely.

Speaker 17 (01:27:06):
I'm tagging all of you on Instagram.

Speaker 1 (01:27:09):
You tag on Instagram, David. Also, look at you, Look
at you accomplished today.

Speaker 9 (01:27:13):
You got it.

Speaker 1 (01:27:15):
Thank you so much. Hold on one second, Yeah, what
other organizations should we ye? Old radio hosts, ye, current
that's you're good. Hey, your typical day is waking up,
working out and then sitting on couches, taking co sponsors

(01:27:35):
to lunch, and then putting a radio host in dry
doc like Danielle. Yeah.

Speaker 28 (01:27:41):
I mean, do you love what you do? I do
love what I do because I love the people that
I work with. We have an amazing team here at
Norwegian Cruise Line. I know it sounds a little bit
like a commercial. It's not if you wake up excited
to come to work. It's mostly or often because you
know you have the best team. And I know that

(01:28:01):
I have the best team in the industry a region.

Speaker 1 (01:28:03):
And there you go. People love to send us text
every day saying they love listening because they hear their
family every day and that's why we we we gravitate
toward everyone in Norwegian because it is a family. People
are driving to work right now, go into a job
where they're like crud, I have to go into that
place again. You know what, You owe it to yourself
if you can, if you can find your path, find
a family you can work with, and go do it

(01:28:25):
because it changes your life forever. And so you're hearing
proof right now. And David, thank you for coming on today.
Thank you always a pleasure to be here. Please don't
steal every We just stole two cruises. I think that's how. Yeah,
David Area, the president of NCL. We're back after this.

Speaker 9 (01:28:44):
The Mercedes Ben's Interview Lounge.

Speaker 10 (01:28:47):
Girls five Ever. They're in the studio with us this morning.

Speaker 8 (01:28:50):
Who wants to summarize specifically what this show is aboutcause
both of us love it.

Speaker 10 (01:28:53):

Speaker 9 (01:28:57):

Speaker 3 (01:29:27):

Speaker 1 (01:29:29):
We love Gabe every chance we get. Wow, what a day.
And yeah, if you're just turning us on.

Speaker 6 (01:29:34):
We are at the Norwegian Cruise Line Innovation Lounge, where
they innovate and they come up with ways to make
their ships their cruises. Their experience is the best and
that's why they have the places like this and Innovation Lounge.

Speaker 1 (01:29:47):
iHeart needs one of these. Yeah, we do.

Speaker 6 (01:29:49):
We are counting down the days until March twenty twenty five,
less than a year away, when we're launching Aqua, the
latest in the Prima line, beautiful ship.

Speaker 1 (01:29:59):
If you want to see a pre you can go
to n CL dot com. And a lot of this stuff,
well actually almost all this stuff on awkwad that looks
really cool and fun to play with, and all that
stuff innovated in this room. It's kind of wild.

Speaker 3 (01:30:09):
I tried to find the secret place that they won't
show us. I've not found it yet.

Speaker 1 (01:30:13):
What do you mean the secret place?

Speaker 16 (01:30:14):
He said.

Speaker 3 (01:30:14):
They have a bunch of other things, but they can't
show us because obviously we'll.

Speaker 1 (01:30:17):
Talk about it during this room over here. I saw
you saw yeah, yeah, if you go beyond that glass
door in that guard where in that room right there?

Speaker 10 (01:30:25):
Okay, but there's another room behind that room.

Speaker 1 (01:30:28):
There's another room. There's another room I want to I
want to get in.

Speaker 10 (01:30:31):
Yeah, there's a there's another room with just a full
kitchen too. And then the whole thing is.

Speaker 1 (01:30:36):
A ki Is that the room whe those guards are standing? Yes,
a big cop?

Speaker 7 (01:30:40):
Is he.

Speaker 10 (01:30:42):
A big one?

Speaker 1 (01:30:42):
You said, a big cop? Some hearing aids in dry talk?

Speaker 10 (01:30:55):
Stop it stopping, all right?

Speaker 1 (01:30:56):
You know it's a big day.

Speaker 6 (01:30:57):
It is Taylor Swift Friday, as you know, album dropped
at midnight, and we were on the way over to
the Innovation Lounge from the hotel this morning. And Deanna,
of course everything social media and photography and everything, she's
in charge of everything anyway. So Deanna is in the
backseat editing things on her computer live on the highway
and she starts crying.

Speaker 1 (01:31:17):
Yeah, and Diana, why are you crying?

Speaker 6 (01:31:20):
She didn't answer because she had her earbudst she was
listening to Taylor Swift.

Speaker 1 (01:31:23):
Yeah, I had to get close to Mike. Please, there's
more to Tata Swift than crying, isn't there? I mean,
of course, but this is a very sad album.

Speaker 15 (01:31:31):
I mean this is like basically her breakup tape about
her relationship for the past six years ending. There's also
some songs about the brief relationship she had after the
long relationship with the guy from the nineteen seventy five
Matt Heally. So it's just like a lot of emotions
and feelings and basically what I like am surmising from
the whole thing is that she really wanted to get
married to him and ended and that's like heartbreaking.

Speaker 12 (01:31:50):
Oh wow, I didn't know that. Are there any upbeat songs?
Any faster songs? Are they also low?

Speaker 15 (01:31:54):
I think I haven't listened to the whole album, to
be honest, because there's thirty songs and I thirty one
songs and I've been here.

Speaker 16 (01:31:58):
But I don't think there's so sorry we're.

Speaker 1 (01:32:02):
Taking my time away from keeping you away from Taylor's Swift.

Speaker 3 (01:32:06):
They're no like fist bumpers for scar I doubt it, damn.

Speaker 1 (01:32:09):
But you know something, look on the bright side of things.
Now that she had she broke up with him, she's
got so many more albums to come right. It could
have she could have gotten married.

Speaker 10 (01:32:18):
Travis Kelsey. She feels very happy with Travis Kelsey. So
if she hadn't broken up with that guy, then she
would never be with this guy.

Speaker 1 (01:32:25):
You get one door closes. Actually with her forty five
doors closed, only one opens. We're hearing great things about
the album.

Speaker 6 (01:32:34):
People are reviewing it all over online, and people are
texting in about it, and they're saying, there was a
review I read New York Post. It's Taylor's I don't
give an f era in her life. She's like, I
don't care.

Speaker 1 (01:32:45):
She did not hold back, like specific details. She never
really has held back.

Speaker 6 (01:32:49):
But what is this the conversation that she's quoting in
a song about Charlie Pooth. I'm trying to figure this
out the concept. I haven't heard the song yet.

Speaker 15 (01:32:58):
What I'm taking that's the second track, I think, second
the Tortured Poet's Department, like the title track. I'm taking
it as like she's using a word for word of
conversation she has with somebody about how they they thought
that charlieue should be a bigger artist than he is
because he's so talented.

Speaker 16 (01:33:12):
So I think it's a compliment to him.

Speaker 28 (01:33:14):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:33:14):
Maybe you think he knows about it. I mean, did
he know that?

Speaker 16 (01:33:17):
He would have to know? Like, don't you think she
would have to be like, hey, I'm gonna put this
in the album.

Speaker 10 (01:33:21):
I don't think.

Speaker 15 (01:33:25):
After everything that happened with like the whole Kanye thing
when he put her in and like without really saying
like on the song famous, I think she would she
like she felt bad when he did that, So I
think she would ask if she could put someone else's
name in a song.

Speaker 1 (01:33:38):
That's just my assumption.

Speaker 6 (01:33:39):
Well maybe, well he's on West Coast, so he's still asleep,
but also wake us know he wakes up, he hears
notes in his sleep, he'll pass dash in a sleep,
he'll wake up and write a song about.

Speaker 16 (01:33:49):
I mean, hey, what did you want to be in
a song? Named in a song? She's the biggest artist
right now. I mean, it's gonna help him.

Speaker 3 (01:33:54):
I think it would depend on how I was named exactly.
Probably in his case, I.

Speaker 16 (01:33:58):
Think it was positive. I'm taking a positive.

Speaker 6 (01:33:59):
Well, we've been other song. I think we're playing Taylor
Swift all day today, so you're covered.

Speaker 1 (01:34:03):
Don't worry. So there you go, Diana, We love you,
love you. Thanks for being a part of the show,
of course, Danielle, Yes, you ready to go? Uh huh,
let's go.

Speaker 10 (01:34:10):
All right, So let's talk about Taylor and Travis Kelsey
because she is very happy and a source is saying
that she feels like she can totally be herself around him.
So I think the next album, if it's about Travis Kelsey,
will be all upbeat, happy songs. Apparently it's been very
refreshing for her not to have to hide with Travis,
but she can just be Taylor. So there you go.

(01:34:32):
Harry Styles is with one less stalker right now. Her
name was Myra.

Speaker 1 (01:34:37):
Is he a killer?

Speaker 7 (01:34:38):
No?

Speaker 1 (01:34:38):
She is in jail.

Speaker 10 (01:34:39):
Well, actually no, she's not in jail anymore. I don't
think so. She was in jail. She was arrested six
months ago because she was loitering around his London neighborhood
with a map of his frequent hideouts and his frequent
hangout and she sent him are you ready for this?
Eight thousand handwritten letters in a matter of one month.

Speaker 1 (01:34:59):
See that's insane.

Speaker 8 (01:35:00):
Yeah, I think it's dedication ten.

Speaker 10 (01:35:04):
Year restraining order against her. The judge also sent her
to jail for three months, banned her from attending any
of his concerts.

Speaker 6 (01:35:10):
So one last stalker for how if I lived in California,
I would do that to share, would you?

Speaker 1 (01:35:17):
I would be in her compound around the clock.

Speaker 10 (01:35:19):
She'd love that. I'm sure she'd love that. So Caitlyn Clark,
we were complaining the other day because you know, she
didn't get a lot of money when she signed for
the WNBA, but she is making a lot of money
with endorsements. Well now I'm hearing that she is nearing
an aid figure endorsement deal with Nike for her own
signature shoe. So that would be pretty cool. But Caitlyn

(01:35:39):
has already had to block somebody on Twitter, x Antonio Brown,
because he's just been saying some unpleasant things to her,
like Caitlin looks like she keeps it Harry.

Speaker 25 (01:35:52):
Huh.

Speaker 10 (01:35:53):
So we went from Harry to Harry. Everyone see what
I get that? Okay, what's the second weekend of Coachella
begins today? Lana's already tell of the creator don't you
cat All? Headlining the festival would be watched via a
free live stream on the Coachella YouTube channel. Kid Cutty
will be there again, as well. He's filling in for somebody,

(01:36:14):
So that's pretty cool. So you may want to check
that out. Orlando Bloom when he started dating Katy Perry,
it wasn't because he liked her music. He really didn't
even listen to her music. He said, I fell in
love with Catherine, the girl from Santa Barbara, and that's
the reason he's with her now.

Speaker 1 (01:36:32):
So remember where we met him with her?

Speaker 10 (01:36:34):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:36:35):
Oh yeah, it was on Viva, was it not? Yes, yes,
out of Iceland.

Speaker 10 (01:36:39):
That's right. He was with Catherine, not.

Speaker 1 (01:36:42):
Katie, right, exactly the think he's with Katy Perry.

Speaker 6 (01:36:45):
Yeah, and it was weird, but right in front of him,
she came over to our table and started massaging Alex
my husband.

Speaker 22 (01:36:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:36:51):
I think it was Prima Prima. Yeah, was it Prima?
Is that where the massage happened? It was Prima? That
was nice. I guess he's okay, that's an open relationship.

Speaker 10 (01:36:58):
Oh yeah, wait, hold on, I've got breaking news about
Taylor Swift that just came in from Andrew. Lana del
rat is rumored to have Taylor with her on stage
tonight at Coachella. She was heard rehearsing on the beach
this duet they have together. It's not official, but that's
the rumor for Andrew. If it doesn't happen, blame him.

Speaker 1 (01:37:15):
You just ruined it for everything.

Speaker 10 (01:37:17):
Sorry.

Speaker 1 (01:37:17):
Make surprise.

Speaker 10 (01:37:19):
Last week's solary clicks got Sound Gardens Black Old Son
to number one on the Billboards Hot Hard Rock Songs Chart.
Here you are on four point two million streams and
had a thousand downloads. That's crazy. That is so crazy
and quiet on the set. The Dark Side of Kids
TV has made more headlines by breaking Max's streaming record

(01:37:39):
with one point two five billion viewing minutes. So congratulations,
everybody is watching that?

Speaker 25 (01:37:44):
What are we well?

Speaker 10 (01:37:45):
Oh wait, I love this story before I go. So,
Luke Bryan might have bright red eyes tomorrow, but it's
not because he's doing like marijuana or anything like that.
It's because he went fishing. He loves to fish, but
he is allergic. He has this weird allergy to different
types of fish that make his eyes red.

Speaker 1 (01:38:05):
He can't be near them.

Speaker 10 (01:38:06):
Yes, his hands swell up if he touches them. I
think it's like, is it bass fish?

Speaker 25 (01:38:10):
Is that what it is?

Speaker 9 (01:38:10):
Best?

Speaker 10 (01:38:11):
I don't like your bass, but yeah, do you know
anything about this?

Speaker 1 (01:38:14):
Ron no, I mean have different allergies. I can see
how you'll be allergic by eating them, but being near them.

Speaker 10 (01:38:19):
He says that when he goes fishing, he has to
take an allergy pill first because if not, it's gonna
have these terrible reactions. That's crazy.

Speaker 3 (01:38:25):
I was fixturing him rubbing a fish in his eyes.

Speaker 7 (01:38:28):
Do that?

Speaker 10 (01:38:28):
Okay? What are we watching on Netflix? Rebel Moon Part two?
The scar Giver? You also have the series mirror of

the first time and share a house together for three weeks.

Speaker 9 (01:38:42):
Do you know what I thought?

Speaker 7 (01:38:43):
It was?

Speaker 10 (01:38:43):
The Never Ever Mets about the team the Mets because
they never ever really win?

Speaker 1 (01:38:48):
Okay, that's what I thought it was about Ron You're
so awful?

Speaker 10 (01:38:52):
Okay, Billy Joe one hundredth live in Madison Square Garden. Guys.
You remember the other day they cut him off during
Piano Man. So this is the Make Good Tonight on CBS,

Speaker 6 (01:39:58):
You know, it was a good idea to have our
friend Gabe at the end show of the show. Yea
it been earlier, it would have been a bad idea.

Speaker 1 (01:40:05):
I don't know.

Speaker 12 (01:40:06):
I think it would have been pretty fun to use
here earlier, especial night.

Speaker 1 (01:40:13):
At n CL's Innovative Lounge.

Speaker 6 (01:40:15):
Innovation Lounge, Here we go our friend Gabe Orta, who's
been a partner with the n CL for many years.
He's the founder of bar Lab, and just like it,
we're in the innovation lounge. He runs a bar lab.
I guess as in labrador, as in dogs retrievers.

Speaker 1 (01:40:35):
It's laboratory. So Gabe, let's talk cocktails. You hear the
tinkling ice, right, yeah, all right, we just start with one.
I'm sorry I've been waiting all Remember last time he
came in, I got drunk. We remember, you don't, I

(01:40:55):
really got, but remember the best cocktail I've ever had.

Speaker 6 (01:40:58):
So I want to see what he has to Okay,
all right, we keep in mind we're drinking responsibly on
behalf of our friends at Norwegian Cruise Line and also
on behalf of iHeart Radio and all of our attorneys.

Speaker 1 (01:41:07):
Now, so what is your first cocktail?

Speaker 27 (01:41:11):
So I made some real quick just so we get
you guys going and drinking. So we made this with
with gin. It's a special gin, the Norwegian maid Gin
makes me crazy. Have their own GINC sixty six, and
so we made one with what we do. The whole
point of the concept is that we get leftover ingredients

(01:41:31):
from the kitchen. So the kitchen, instead of throwing it away,
we get those ingredients and we make cock to them.

Speaker 1 (01:41:37):
So what read do you make on the leftover meatloaf days?

Speaker 27 (01:41:40):
I love you a little tricky? Maybe just bourbon straight out?

Speaker 1 (01:41:42):
Okay, here's some pancakes.

Speaker 27 (01:41:45):
Go to where we're new loft. So we didn't get
the celery. We got the celery, the left or celery
the leaves we infusa in the gin. We got left
over cucumbers. You know they cut the cucumbers, the tips
of the cucumbers. We grab that, we blend it and
we put gin cucumbers, sailary bitters and citrus. So I'm
gonna wild right now.

Speaker 1 (01:42:03):
Sounds like a salad to get you guys, go in,
shake it off. Baby.

Speaker 3 (01:42:06):
The colors are beautiful.

Speaker 1 (01:42:07):
Yeah, but you know what happens to me when I
drink gin?

Speaker 3 (01:42:10):
Yeah, you get crazy.

Speaker 1 (01:42:11):
I bite people's crotches.

Speaker 10 (01:42:13):
I guess he's sitting next game on the airplane today. Yeah,
there my crotch.

Speaker 1 (01:42:18):
I almost puts the gin in Norwegian? Is that our
new show? There goes my cross?

Speaker 27 (01:42:26):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (01:42:26):
All right, okay, so Gabe is doing his thing. He's
a there's gonna be citrus in here to kind of
balance out all the vegetables.

Speaker 3 (01:42:33):
Oh that's such a fun sound.

Speaker 27 (01:42:35):
I just shaken and then I'm just going on top
and we since spark, but Nate is.

Speaker 1 (01:42:38):
First in line.

Speaker 3 (01:42:39):
He keeps getting closer.

Speaker 1 (01:42:41):
Seriously, is life that awful? Abe is an artisan?

Speaker 13 (01:42:46):
I'm sorry, this guy is looking at this work and
I'm telling you it tastes even better than it looks.

Speaker 1 (01:42:51):
You haven't had any yet.

Speaker 10 (01:42:52):
They come over here. We have a restraining order against you.

Speaker 3 (01:42:55):
He's gonna he's gonna get himself on a no fly list. Yeah,
I can't wait.

Speaker 5 (01:42:59):
I love it.

Speaker 6 (01:42:59):
You using using things from the kitchen that were not
used at dinner service, all fresh ingredients, right, So the
whole concept is just.

Speaker 27 (01:43:08):
Reuse him and uh, there we go. This is the cucumber.

Speaker 1 (01:43:14):
Microphone, all right. It should be gin refreshing. Oh my god,
I'll have a sip.

Speaker 10 (01:43:20):
Are you sure you want him near a microphone?

Speaker 1 (01:43:22):
I don't know. So what's the what is the name
of this cocktail game?

Speaker 27 (01:43:27):
So the name of this colture is the cucumber Fish
and it's going to be available on the next and
the next ship.

Speaker 1 (01:43:34):
Or we're innovating right here.

Speaker 27 (01:43:36):
Yeah, I made it just for you guys. All right,
you guys inspire me.

Speaker 1 (01:43:39):
Bottoms up, bitches.

Speaker 23 (01:43:42):
I'd like to just point out that all the men
have alcoholic beverages, the ladies not so much.

Speaker 27 (01:43:49):
Well, that one is to share, because it's big enough.
I'm gonna make one. The next one is more spicy
one and uh and that one is a tequila base.

Speaker 6 (01:43:58):
Okay, well okay, but hold on second, we gotta go
back up, back up. What is the name of this cocktail.
It's the Cucumber.

Speaker 27 (01:44:04):
Fist because it's fishy, scary.

Speaker 1 (01:44:10):
You all thought his fist like fi because I thought
it was gonna get a punch in the face when
I took it. There we go to the Cucumber Fiz.

Speaker 3 (01:44:20):
I want you if you want.

Speaker 1 (01:44:22):
Oh that is nice, very nice.

Speaker 27 (01:44:24):
Yeah, please share so everybody can see it.

Speaker 6 (01:44:26):
No, very refreshing, No sharing a lot. I interrupted your
next cocktail, and that was very rude of me. Gave
what is your next cocktail?

Speaker 27 (01:44:32):
So the next one is all good, by the way,
But the next one is a tequila base. Okay, and
again with the sixty six brand. It's tequila is Norwegian tequila.
And then we put ginola, which is a passion full
the cure and it's passion fruit tequila. And then we
get the leftover peppers that you know, the kitchen cause
the peppers, So the left over tops, instead of throwing

(01:44:53):
it away, we reuse them. We make a juice. We
make an elixir out of it.

Speaker 13 (01:44:59):
Si and uh.

Speaker 27 (01:45:01):
And then same thing with the halopenia tops. They you
know they cut the halopeno. The tops always get in
the garbage, and instead of throwing them away, we collect them.
We make another elixure and we mixed up with citrus
and it's gonna be like a spicy, savory kind of margins.

Speaker 1 (01:45:16):
I mean, I can't wait. Who else it takes my
fizz your double fizzy, but you can quit over there.

Speaker 3 (01:45:29):
And this is where we lost Nate.

Speaker 1 (01:45:30):
Wow la o.

Speaker 6 (01:45:32):
Yeah, So you know I love tequila. I am such
a tequila fan. So this is gonna it's gonna rot
my world like.

Speaker 27 (01:45:38):
An art represented so regnizes and has a lot of flavor.

Speaker 1 (01:45:43):
You just described to Danielle a great perfect age and
has lots of flavor. This has been a very abusive
day for you.

Speaker 10 (01:45:52):
They put me in the back and revent me.

Speaker 1 (01:45:56):
I don't remember. And by the way. Cocktail culture is
just one of the many things you can enjoy on
the Norwegian Cruise Line cruise right, it's number one priority
on our.

Speaker 3 (01:46:09):
List whenever we cruise. Alos is like, were you at

Speaker 10 (01:46:18):

Speaker 5 (01:46:23):
What's that?

Speaker 1 (01:46:24):
What's that electric red stuff that you're red per?

Speaker 27 (01:46:27):
The red pepper juice and the lakser he was What

Speaker 10 (01:46:45):

Speaker 27 (01:46:46):

do karaokes, they do all kinds of program one where
you got to the ice.

Speaker 6 (01:46:55):
Also the wine bar. And speaking of there's the new
wine bar called Swirl. It's going to be on Aqua.

Speaker 1 (01:47:01):
It's supposed to be like a whole different, elevated wine
experience for those of you who love to drink wine
or those of you well like Gandhi who liked to wine.

little hint of spice from the hall openion.

Speaker 10 (01:47:25):
All right, now, can I drink this while I'm riding
the new Aqua coaster on the new ship.

Speaker 8 (01:47:31):
While wile probably not, maybe right right before you do it,
as it's going down the hill.

in the canal. You know what I mean? Yes, I do,
of course, all right, I'm so ready.

Speaker 27 (01:48:12):
All right, so this one's right of poor. We just
go on a garnage with the nine lime wheel.

Speaker 1 (01:48:18):
A lime wheel? Did you ever do that thing where
you dry out the citrus and you put different flavored
tastes on them. Now we do it all the time.

Speaker 27 (01:48:27):
We also get rid of the any leftovers and we
just bring the dehydrated and uh and it just gives
you a different flame.

Speaker 1 (01:48:34):
