it is cold today here in New York. But I
think today is cold. Look at next week. I think

seven degrees.

Speaker 11 (02:23):

something good coming on Sunday.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
Let's see what else is in here.

Speaker 13 (03:09):
And we talked a little bit about yesterday. It is
a big new offering coming from Wendy's. I've got confirmation
on that rumor. Oh yeah, believe it or not. They
ranked the healthiest fast food burgers in America.

Speaker 7 (03:21):
I'm gonna give you those as well.

Wow, Evan, there you go. He just let it all out.
What are you doing today? Exactly healthy and fast? What
are you doing today? First caller today, Evan.

Speaker 4 (03:34):
I'm on my way to work in Buffalo, New York
and it's a little colder here than it is down
in New York City.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
Yeah. Hey, did you see that report that came out
last week. I forget who put it out. They're saying Buffalo,
New York is the number one place you want to live.

Speaker 11 (03:47):
Oh really, I think it was Zilla Zillo.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
Yeah, yeah, did you see that?

Speaker 4 (03:51):
Know what?

Speaker 2 (03:52):
We know?

Speaker 14 (03:52):
Why?

Speaker 2 (03:52):
I mean it gets cold up there.

Speaker 14 (03:54):
But yes, they said that the housing market and the
job market are phenomenal.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
So that's the area they are.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
I'm actually a training manager and I've had a job
fare of the last two days and it was extremely successful.
So maybe Buffalo is a good place to there. You
got a job and get your life together.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
Were you born and raised in Buffalo? Where are you from?

Speaker 4 (04:16):
I was born and raised here, but when I was thirteen,
we moved to New Jersey and that's when I started
listening to you guys. I came back after college. I
love the Buffalo's my home.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
You became addicted to us, then you left, but you
still have us. Well, Evan, you are the first caller
of the day that's here for Buffalo area. Yes, the
Great Empire State. Yeah, do you have go belsay of bills? Right,

fifty dollars Windy's gift cards so you can get that
breakfast burrito there, Evan, done deal right, sounds good, Evan,

(04:50):

Speaker 7 (04:52):
It's a thank you.

Speaker 4 (04:53):
I've been listening forever. I love you guys.

Speaker 2 (04:54):
Have a great day, you too, Evan. Hold on saying,
and there you go. The pace has been set. It's
time for Thursday. Let's get into it. Let's get into
the three things we need to know. Gandhi, what's going on?

Speaker 7 (05:03):
All right?

Speaker 14 (05:03):
It looks like CRUs are making some progress on the
Los Angeles wildfires as the winds died down a bit
over southern California. Red fly warnings expired for much of
the LA area last night, allowing crews to get a
handle on two major fires. At last check, the Palisades
Fire in western Los Angeles was twenty one percent contained,
while the Eton Fire east of LA was forty five
percent contained. Over eighty thousand people are still under evacuation orders,

(05:27):
and now some areas are actually dealing with mud slides.
We have all heard government officials warning of the rising
oligarchy here in the US, and speaking during his televised
farewell speech from the Oval Office. Last night, President Biden
discussed areas that give him great concern, going on to
say that an oligarchy is taking shape in America with
extreme wealth, power and influence at the top. He went

(05:48):
on to say that it threatens our entire democracy, our
basic rights and freedoms, and a fair shot for everyone
to get ahead. He's warning of disinformation across social media,
seeing Americans are being buried in an avalanche of it,
with free press crumbling and editors disappearing as social media
gives up on fact checking.

Speaker 9 (06:05):
And finally, how about this one.

Speaker 14 (06:07):
Students who get perfect attendance at Detroit Public Schools Community
District high schools will be paid two hundred dollars every
other week.

Speaker 9 (06:14):
Oh yeah, they really want kids go to school.

Speaker 15 (06:18):
I know.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
Okay, this is like beyond tooth fairy mute money, which
is like mad money.

Speaker 9 (06:23):
Two hundred dollars every week. Officials say.

Speaker 14 (06:25):
The initiative is being put in place to combat chronic absenteeism.
Students are eligible to receive up to one thousand dollars
if they don't miss any classes in five different two
week periods between now and March twenty First, what.

Speaker 2 (06:39):
Do we think of this?

Speaker 9 (06:40):
Oh, I think it's ridiculous. That's crazy.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
How much money they getting in What do they have
to do?

Speaker 14 (06:45):
They as long as they show up and they have
perfect attendance, they get two hundred dollars every other week
just for going to school.

Speaker 11 (06:52):
Dude, every school is gonna want this now, every kid's course.
And I'm not going to school paying me to bus.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
I wish they pays two hundred a week to come here. Hell,
those are your three you guys ready for your Thursday The.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
We go through this every single morning, trying to figure
out what to order for breakfast. We're all on our apps.
Look at everyone's like nose into the app. So I
need protein, Daddy needs protein. Yeah, I'm sure nutella French
toast has protein in there somewhere.

Speaker 9 (08:12):
Somewhere where do you think it is in there? It's
in there, Okay, it's in there somewhere in the middle.

Speaker 2 (08:17):
Most things do have a data protein in them. I
don't know what are you guys getting anything good?

Speaker 9 (08:21):
I don't know. I think I'm just gonna get the
two eggs.

Speaker 7 (08:24):
You know what?

Speaker 11 (08:24):
I have that up too right now.

Speaker 2 (08:25):
You know they always say the egg is the most
perfect natural food you can eat. All right now? People
texting what about the cholesterol, Well, let's what about the cholesterol.
You know, I can take those statins. But if you
take statins you get dementia. You're not gonna You're not
gonna win. You're not gonna get out alive. The assignment

(08:49):
is to die.

Speaker 11 (08:50):
Yes, we are all going to die one day.

Speaker 2 (08:53):
The trick is to die slower. Oh is that the trick.
That's the trick is to die slower, dice, slow down, Okay,
put down that fried moz rellistic.

Speaker 11 (09:04):
Oh that's on here too.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
And then the smoothies make you feel like they're good
for you, But they're all filled with sugar.

Speaker 13 (09:11):
Right right, and they add sugar. They've got natural sugars.
Then they add more sugar. Well, I know this restaurant
is not even trying to hide it. What does it say?
What's it say?

Speaker 6 (09:21):
Mate?

Speaker 2 (09:21):
So the one smoothie, it says, where is it? Strawberry, bananas,
milk and sugar? They don't even hide I gotta call
them up. They forgot the sugar.

Speaker 11 (09:35):
It's good that.

Speaker 14 (09:35):
They're not hiding it, though, because what if you thought
you were just getting a straight fruit smoothie.

Speaker 2 (09:39):
Yeah, we pretty much all know where getting sugar in there.
What's scary?

Speaker 16 (09:43):
Banana is one of the sweetest fruits. Do you really
need to they needed to add the sugar with that?

Speaker 2 (09:47):
I mean it's bananas according to taste tests and their
research and development department at this restaurant. They need a
little extra sugar anyway. A spoonful of sugar helps the
sugar go down, As they say, all right producer Sam.

Like it was a buffer. You need a buffer before bed.

Speaker 2 (12:28):

Speaker 9 (13:34):
He didn't question it.

Speaker 14 (13:35):
He was just going through to make sure everybody had
placed the order. And then we noticed that you had
placed a couple things in there. So I just wanted
to make sure that, in fact, you wanted two full orders.

Speaker 9 (13:44):
Yes, okay, okay.

Speaker 2 (13:46):
I ordered the Cobb salad for me and I ordered
the Greek casada for the table.

Speaker 11 (13:52):
Okay, I ordered the Greek casadia for just my table.

Speaker 2 (13:56):
Okay, she has our private table.

Speaker 14 (13:57):
Yeah, I switched it up from the eggs to the
Cob salad. There you go, Why won't you split a
salad with me?

Speaker 9 (14:02):
What is going on?

Speaker 2 (14:02):
Because I think I had the different things on my salad.

Speaker 11 (14:06):
Yeah, people's salads are very personal.

Speaker 2 (14:08):
Well, you know, she split a salad with me yesterday.

Speaker 9 (14:10):
It was yeah, and it was delicious.

Speaker 2 (14:12):
It was good though. We went down to a quality
bestro across the street. It was so good. Scary ordering
was scary because he's on first quarter. Scary ordering rules.
I'll have the Brenzi, you know, but you can't use
any oil or any butter. Just poach it. Lemon's okay.
I'll have the Harry Corvet. No butter, no, we know,

(14:35):
we know, just steamed right. And then I was eating
my shrimp cocktail. I could have one of those. Oh please,
by all means, you know why there's no butter or oil.
There you go. They're very nice. She had a nice
little shrimp cocktail.

Speaker 16 (14:50):
I did enjoy the for the table Moroccan chicken. It
was like that looked good, but I couldn't have it.

Speaker 2 (14:56):
Yeah, the Moroccan chicken is great. It's fried chicken, but
it has rocking spices.

Speaker 15 (15:00):
Yo.

Speaker 14 (15:01):
It was Elvis's worst night Mary yesterday going to lunch,
so it was Elvis Scary, Nate Diamond, myself, Nate Diamond
Scary all have special orders and special requests for things, which.

Speaker 11 (15:12):
Drives him up the wall.

Speaker 14 (15:13):
So they go first, and then he's like, the two
of us were normal, We're fine.

Speaker 2 (15:19):
Whatever's printed the menu will have that chef, the chef
who's in charge. However, he wants to bring erroneous because
I point out I asked if they could do something
that wasn't on the menu, and you know what, they
did it.

Speaker 9 (15:32):
They did it, They did it was worth it.

Speaker 2 (15:34):
They usually don't do the Moroccan fried chick untill night,
but we had it during the day. This is the
boogiest conversation. And then they brought free dessert. But anyway,
I just love going out to lunch with the kids.

Speaker 9 (15:44):
It was fun.

Speaker 2 (15:45):
And Diamond, did you eat enough? Even though you can't
eat anything, you ate a lot? Did you?

Speaker 15 (15:49):
Oh?

Speaker 10 (15:49):
Yeah, it was great those French fries.

Speaker 11 (15:50):
Wait, I thought you weren't going because can I say
why she didn't want to go? I don't know, because
yesterday you were like, are you drinking? Elvis is like
not today and You're like, I'm not going if you're
not drinking, Come on, can we talk about that?

Speaker 12 (16:02):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (16:02):
Sure, you know, if someone doesn't want to drink, you know,
you know me, I'm a drinker, but yesterday, like, no,
I got stuff to do today, I can't drink, and
she goes Diamond shoots me this look look of hate.

Speaker 10 (16:17):
Yeah, because boo, how dare you not give me the
fun time that I'm respecting When you.

Speaker 2 (16:21):
Were going on, you can drink, you can drink like
a friggin fish, I don't care.

Speaker 10 (16:25):
Yeah, but it's more fun when you're drinking with other people.
And then you're just way more fun when you're drinking.
So it's like.

Speaker 2 (16:39):
The truck out. Well I'm fun without drinking.

Speaker 9 (16:45):
I think so.

Speaker 10 (16:46):
Yeah, but it's even more fun.

Speaker 14 (16:48):
No, I think it's more fun to be the only
person drinking with a bunch of sober people because you're
having a party and they are annoyed.

Speaker 2 (16:55):
The time you were in Santa Fe and our one
friend started dropping acid to the table, that was the weirdest,
surreal thing.

Speaker 9 (17:03):
I was so entertained by it.

Speaker 2 (17:05):
I still don't believe you've heard this story right, all right?
Waited dump, way to dump that we did it dump. Yeah,
we'll be better. I don't know it was too late,
too late, now too late. Now anyway, we'll move on.
Let's get into Daniel's entertainment. God, you're the worst.

Speaker 9 (17:27):
I didn't hear you say it until after I had
said it.

Speaker 14 (17:30):
Anyway, what I didn't hear you say we're not going
to say the name until obviously after I said the name.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
Then you said but I said it before you said no? Again, Yes,
I did, absolutely did.

Speaker 9 (17:41):
He said it dump.

Speaker 2 (17:43):
I said, don't say it. Then you said it.

Speaker 9 (17:45):
No, I said it first as you were saying it.
I swear to God, call it back.

Speaker 2 (17:49):
I'll roll it back.

Speaker 9 (17:51):
Okay, all right, done, one hundred percent.

Speaker 2 (17:53):
It's a lot of money it dumped. So this conversation
is not your made hundred dollars.

Speaker 11 (17:58):
Shut up, it's not Germaine.

Speaker 2 (18:01):
I did say before that, hundred dollars. Let's go in cash, yeah,
not in pennies or nichols. It needs to be cash
currency you venmo venmo ven most.

Speaker 11 (18:11):
And no two dollars bills like some people around here do.

Speaker 9 (18:14):
I will accept the nickels when I get my.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
Home venmo okay, venmo is what I will be getting.
Let's go, Danielle.

Speaker 11 (18:20):
All right, So when is Timothy's Challomey coming in next
week because he's here for SNL. So yeah, okay, I'm
just well.

Speaker 2 (18:28):
He needs to know the rules.

Speaker 11 (18:29):
Yeah yeah, So Timothy Schallomey was fined seventy three dollars
for something. Listen to this. So he was trying to
be eco friendly by riding his bike to his own
movie premiere. It was in London, and he wanted to
beat the traffic because he was going to the movie
premiere a complete unknown. He rented one of those line
brand e bikes that you see around the big cities. Well,

(18:50):
he apparently didn't park it correctly and he got fined
like seventy three dollars for trying to do the right thing.
The poor guy. So I mean, yes, I know, so
he can afford the seventy three dollars, but that is
not the point. Tried to do the nice thing and
it did not work. Can't wait to see you Timothy
next week when you're in studio with us.

Speaker 9 (19:09):
I keep putting it out.

Speaker 11 (19:10):
There, I am, I'm putting it out there. Leonardo DiCaprio.
I was giving one million dollars to various charities for
the LA wildfires, the Eagles, the rock band. They are
also donating two and a half million dollars to the
upcoming fire Aid benefit concert. There's no word if they'll
be performing, though, I'm told I'm told we're waiting for
details for that. A lot of people want to be

(19:30):
part of that concert, and they can only take a
certain amount of people. Dave Grohl spent his fifty six
birthday making chili for firefighters and victims, a charity collecting
clothing for fire victims. Says that the most incredible amount
of stuff, the hugest amount of stuff and donations came
from Jennifer Lopez. She went in her own closet and
donated tons and tons of stuff from her kids, from herself,

(19:52):
so that was pretty cool. Megan Markel donated clothing and
beauty products to teen girls. State Farm was supposed to
do a insurance add for Super Bowl and they have
decided that they are going to cancel it. They're like
California's biggest insurance company, so they've decided probably not the
best thing to do right now, so they are deleting
that commercial and they're not going to do that commercial

(20:14):
during Super Bowl.

Speaker 2 (20:15):
You know, Danielle, there's a lot of institutions, organizations out
there who are doing great things. Oh yeah, for Los
Angeles and all the people affected. And I found one
I want to talk about today, the show Music Cares.

Speaker 11 (20:28):
Oh yeah, we love nice.

Speaker 2 (20:29):
You know what. They want to take care of people
in the music industry. And when you talk about music industry,
you're not talking about just Beyonce. You're talking about people
who drive tour buses, people who work backstage, people who
take tickets at shows, people, people who write songs, people
who help, you know, produce videos, and their families. Yeah,
and it's not only just the things that they've lost

(20:50):
in the fire. There's also mental health issues that need
to be paid for. That a lot needs to be
paid for. And since Los Angeles, you know, is basically
the hub of all most of the people you hear
when we play a song, yep, I think they need
our attention. We'll get into that one. Okay.

Speaker 11 (21:07):
So you've seen a lot of celebrities out and about
hugging people, helping people. Kelly Osborne thinks that it's a
bunch of bs and that it's for publicity. She said,
Is it me being my usual usual cynical self, or
is it really disturbing seeing these celebrities using other people's
pain and suffering as a photo op to say hey,

(21:28):
I'm helping over here, I'm doing this, I'm getting things done,
so I don't know. I don't know.

Speaker 9 (21:34):
I get torn on.

Speaker 2 (21:36):
When I win one hundred dollars, yes, I will donate
that to music cares.

Speaker 11 (21:41):
Okay, are you doing that just because you want to
be that? But I'm kidding.

Speaker 2 (21:45):
I take it back. I'm not going to get your
money because someone will think I'm doing it for all
the wrong reasons.

Speaker 11 (21:50):
All right, let's talk about Josh Gad, you know him
as oh Off. He has a new book out. It's
called In Gad We Trust, and he talks about the
original Frozen two screenplay, saying it was so brutal that
they had to rewrite it. He said, first of all,
he started recording the dialogue and he couldn't keep it together.
He was crying so much. He said. Then, the first

(22:11):
testing that they did of the screening, the adults loved it,
but the kids were so confused, so sad, and they
were so upset. They were traumatized by it. So he's like,
we know, because I think originally Olaf was going to
die and not come back to life. You know, if
you saw it, I think else's powers. I don't want
to I'm not going to spoil it, but anyway, I'm

(22:32):
just saying it had to be rewritten because the kids
were totally traumatized by the death of Olaf.

Speaker 14 (22:37):
I'm just saying, when did Disney start caring about traumatizing
children with deaths of the.

Speaker 2 (22:41):
Favorite character with Bambi by baby's dad, mom, mom.

Speaker 11 (22:46):
Mom, Well most of the times it is the mom
in the Disney movies.

Speaker 9 (22:52):
Mufassa came along and then I was just, oh my god.

Speaker 11 (22:55):
Beyonce postponed a big announcement spoiler sorry, spoiler alert, Like
you guys remember beyond A postponed a big announcement plan
for Tuesday because of the Los Angeles fires. Well, since then,
fans have been getting like notifications about a concert at
Chicago's Soldier Field on September twelfth. So now they're thinking, well,
wait a minute, this probably accidentally came out. We weren't

(23:17):
supposed to find out about this. These texts went out,
these alerts went out. They're thinking it's a tour because
this is a stadium, so who knows, we'll see keep
you posted on that because we'll find out eventually. Serious
premiere of The Hollywood Squares is on tonight. That's the
brand new one Long Order returns tonight. The fifty fifth
season premiere of Sesame Street on Max. You also have
SNL fifty beyond Saturday Night Live. It's a behind the

(23:40):
scenes a limited series. So that could be fun. And
that is my Danielle report.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
Who are you texting everybody? Are you texting Garrett right now?

Speaker 6 (23:47):
No?

Speaker 2 (23:47):
Do not text Garrett. I did not text Garrett, okay,
because I know you. I know.

Speaker 9 (23:51):
Wait, why did I text Garrett?

Speaker 2 (23:52):
Because Garrett's pulling the sound from what happened a minute ago.
I could see you go ahead edit it, so I'm
run Oh no, exactly, That's exactly what I would do
if I knew I was wrong.

Speaker 9 (24:02):
No, I swear to god, I'm not texting Garrett. Ask Garrett.

Speaker 2 (24:06):
I told him, do not edit it.

Speaker 9 (24:07):
Don't edit it all unless it's you guys.

Speaker 2 (24:09):
You know Gandhi. You know that's something she would do.

Speaker 11 (24:12):
Yes, but that's exactly that's because he's a troublemaker. That's why.

Speaker 18 (24:17):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (24:19):
Anyway, so he was dumped, so no one heard the story.
May I tell the story about someone? You want to
tell the name?

Speaker 9 (24:25):
I will.

Speaker 2 (24:27):
We're all sitting around my kitchen table in Santa Fe.
There were five of us eating pizza, and we found
out that a friend of ours who does not work
in the show. You never heard of him, you don't
know it, he dropped a hit of acid and he
was tripping at the table. We weren't even drinking. I had, like,
I think I was drinking a diet coke and he

(24:49):
starts seeing things flying through the air. We're like, what
are you doing? Well? I thought y'all wanted some acid?
I said, no, no one here wants acid. Nowhere wants
I mean, that was crazy.

Speaker 9 (25:00):
What's so funny?

Speaker 14 (25:02):
Everyone's reaction to it was completely different. So there was
another friend there who was like, you don't drop acid
at someone's house by yourself.

Speaker 9 (25:08):
That's insane.

Speaker 14 (25:09):
It is I thought it was hilarious, just because he
was laughing the entire time, staring at the ceiling.

Speaker 9 (25:14):
And then he ran away. He left, he did, He
said he was going to the bathroom.

Speaker 14 (25:18):
Twenty minutes later he wasn't back, and all of a
sudd what where did he go? We start walking around
the house yelling for him. We noticed his shoes were gone.
Oh no, he disappeared.

Speaker 9 (25:28):
We found him out in the woods.

Speaker 2 (25:30):
He was in the pine woods with all with all
the coyotes and the mountain lions in the dark. I
wanted to get back to nature. Get your ass in
the house. So don't do acids.

Speaker 11 (25:41):
Kids, don't do acid.

Speaker 2 (25:43):
Well, don't do acid by yourself. Right, And if you
had locked the door.

Speaker 11 (25:46):
Oh my god.

Speaker 9 (25:47):
It was so funny.

Speaker 14 (25:48):
We were yelling for him out in the woods, and
all of a sudden we just hear very faint.

Speaker 2 (25:53):
The strangest things. We need. We need another book. We
got to write a book, all right. Hey. So the
other day Gandhi gave us a great game called skip It,
Skip it, like that one song that comes on and
you're like, oh, skip it, and you go right past it.
We had a lot of great players and they guessed
the songs we were playing, the songs that we think

(26:16):
should be skipped. Now, on the opposite side of that,
she has a game called crank It.

Speaker 11 (26:21):
Crank it.

Speaker 14 (26:24):
So yeah, so I asked all of you, what is
a song that, if it comes on, you will crank
this up and sing along?

Speaker 9 (26:31):
And I got all of your answers.

Speaker 2 (26:33):
All right, So these are the songs that members of
our show feel. You always have to turn them up
and crank.

Speaker 11 (26:39):
When you say crank it, I think of Nate sitting
in his little you know what station.

Speaker 2 (26:43):
Yes, the crank it station, the crank it station. I
can't believe you're talking about them in public anyway.

Speaker 7 (26:54):
So crank it.

Speaker 2 (26:55):
Let's do it. Let's do it right now. So if
you're good at music, especially music that we love, who
figures just figure call us now eight hundred two four
to two zero one.

Speaker 17 (27:05):
Hundred need fifteen more minutes of Elvis Duran in the
Morning Show.

Speaker 2 (27:10):
Good God, how do we cram all these people in
one room?

Speaker 17 (27:12):
The fifteen minute Morning Show podcast and extra fifteen minutes
of Elvis Listen on the iHeartRadio app or wherever you
get your podcasts.

Speaker 6 (27:20):
Elvis Duran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 11 (27:22):
Break Out the Bubblegum. Henry Hart aka Kid Danger, makes
an epic return in the brand new adventure Henry Danger
the Movie. It's Danger like You've Never seen before. Don't
miss Henry Danger the Movie Friday, January seventeenth on Nickelodeon
and streaming on Paramount Plus.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
I'm So glad you decided to show up today, right now.

Speaker 17 (27:50):
Go Elvis Duran in the morning show.

Speaker 2 (27:56):
Okay. So Danielle went out and caught a Broadway musical
last night.

Speaker 11 (28:02):
Yes, I's got to see Gypsy.

Speaker 2 (28:04):
You went to see Gypsy?

Speaker 11 (28:05):
Yeah, Gypsy? Audra Ohdra McDonald's amazing.

Speaker 2 (28:08):
Auder mc donald is one of the most incredible Broadway
performers of all times. You know, have you seen her
in anything?

Speaker 9 (28:12):
I have to go look up maybe.

Speaker 11 (28:14):
Oh God, So I actually saw Audrey McDonald when she
first came on the scene and she first did Carousel
back in the day. And I was there the night
she won the Tony, and I was at the Tony
party when she got the Tony. And she is just Broadway,
she really is.

Speaker 2 (28:28):
But Danielle met all these people from all around the country.
You know, this is the time of year people like
to save a little money after the holidays to come
to New York because you can't you can say money
getting here. You can save money on hottel rooms whatever. Yeah,
you met people from Kansas.

Speaker 11 (28:40):
Yeah, it was awesome. We were at this pub O'donnah
Hughes in Times Square and we met like people. Some
people were local than. We met some people from like
I think Kentucky, from like all over the place, and
we were chatting about what we were doing and what
we were eating and recommending food to each other and
places to go. It was so nice. And we both
walked out, My husband and I walked down and we
were like, gosh, we met the nicest people today. This

(29:03):
with everybody was so friendly.

Speaker 2 (29:04):
He do you think they said the same thing about you?

Speaker 11 (29:07):
I hope so I wish might to be nice.

Speaker 15 (29:09):
You know what.

Speaker 2 (29:10):
A lot of people who come to New York for
the very first time, they're like, oh, we were afraid
to come because we heard the people here are so mean.

Speaker 11 (29:15):
No, no, no, we're very nice.

Speaker 9 (29:17):
So they're not mean here. They're mean in Boston. They're
not mean here.

Speaker 2 (29:20):
What do you mean by that?

Speaker 11 (29:21):
People here?

Speaker 14 (29:22):
I think people here are efficient, so they move really quickly.
If you ask somebody for directions, they'll answer. They're not
going to small talk with you to the point, and
they will give you the right directions.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
Right. But we are to the point. Yeah, I'm not
saying you be to the point.

Speaker 14 (29:33):
I'm saying we'll be in New York to the point,
to the point. Yeah, in Boston. They will not only
be rude to you, they will send you in the
wrong direction. So I mean that's those are the meanies.

Speaker 7 (29:43):
Wow.

Speaker 9 (29:43):
They call them massholes for a reason.

Speaker 2 (29:45):
They call them massholes. Yes, oh wow, I will tell
you this. Have you as a New York career have
you ever done this? Someone looks lost, You go, hey, hey,
what can I do to help you? Where do you
need to go?

Speaker 4 (29:53):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (29:54):
I need to go to forty fifth and seventh. Oh,
you go this way and turn left and it's four
blocks and then you walk two walks down and go
Wait a minute, I just sent them the wrong way.

Speaker 9 (30:03):
I did that the other day. I felt so bad.

Speaker 11 (30:05):
Yes, because then you feel like they're going to leave
thinking I was right. These New York days they want
you to get them off.

Speaker 2 (30:11):
Yes, yeah, anyway, So yeah, if you want to come
to New York despite the fact that it's going to
be seven degrees next week, come on in. This is
a good time.

Speaker 11 (30:20):
Let me tell you. It was cold last night and
I had on like a cute little faux fur jacket.
I'm like, you know what, I should not have gone
for cuteness. I should have gone for warmth. This is stupid.

Speaker 2 (30:29):
Faux firt, no, go for real fir like a live
animal around your shoulders.

Speaker 11 (30:36):
So crank that soldier boy.

Speaker 2 (30:41):
How funny, So go ahead and set it up. I
have Amy ready to play. But tell Amy what she's
going to do?

Speaker 14 (30:46):
Okay, Amy, you are going to guess these songs. These
are the songs that, based on the answers from our
show members, they will turn up no matter what and
they will sing along loudly.

Speaker 2 (30:56):
They crank it yeah, Amy, you understand?

Speaker 4 (31:00):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (31:01):
And good morning Amy. How are you feeling today? How's
it going so far for you?

Speaker 15 (31:06):
It's going good?

Speaker 2 (31:07):
How are you going good? You sell it a party sometimes?

Speaker 18 (31:13):
I am?

Speaker 2 (31:16):
Oh well, as soon as they get out the door,
time to party?

Speaker 6 (31:19):
All right?

Speaker 2 (31:19):
Amy? Is there a song? I'm just asking you with
no no prep time? Here? Is there a song? You
hear it on the radio, you immediately crank it up?
Like what song do you love?

Speaker 18 (31:30):
Oh gosh, there's so many good ones.

Speaker 2 (31:34):
Or an artist.

Speaker 18 (31:38):
I like a walk a Flock of Flame song?

Speaker 2 (31:43):
Of course, wowk walk a flame?

Speaker 18 (31:46):
You know you know that one?

Speaker 14 (31:47):
The big head had.

Speaker 2 (31:53):
Amy from Somersworth, New Hampshire loves loves to crank it up.
All right. Here we go so gone. He walked around
with her clipboard once again, asking all of us what
song makes you crank it up every single time? And
we're gonna go. Let you guess the song the title right, yes, okay?

Speaker 14 (32:10):
And then I think it could be fun if you
guys guess who it was, because I don't think you
know right now.

Speaker 2 (32:14):
Okay, here we go. Here's crank it up? Song number one.

Speaker 18 (32:26):
That sounds like Lady Gaga is can you play it again?

Speaker 2 (32:38):
Which song is it? I can't remember.

Speaker 19 (32:41):
I don't know that name.

Speaker 7 (32:43):
I don't know the name.

Speaker 4 (32:44):
I know it's Lady.

Speaker 2 (32:47):
It's applause, applause. I don't know is it Danielle?

Speaker 11 (33:00):
No, I see I think it's Andrew and okay, okay,
who is its.

Speaker 8 (33:07):
Josh?

Speaker 14 (33:08):
Really, I've witnessed it, by the way, I've seen this
happen in real time.

Speaker 10 (33:11):
It's crazy.

Speaker 2 (33:12):
Okay, okay, so it's applause, okay, Amy, Here we go.
Here is cranking up song number two? No, you got
a room, make call me away? And no one there
to put the key under them? And you know how
the yep, that's Drake.

Speaker 18 (33:26):
It's uh oh no, I'm so nervous being on the radio.

Speaker 2 (33:36):
If only the artist for the would get you through.
You're gonna kind of sing it through one something? Is
that scary?

Speaker 11 (33:54):
No, I don't know what it is.

Speaker 2 (33:56):
It's gotta be froggy, froggy.

Speaker 7 (33:58):
Yeah, yeah, yeah that song.

Speaker 2 (34:02):
All right, we got one, you got no all right, Amy,
it's okay, it's gonna be, It's gonna be okay. Here
is creaking up song number three?

Speaker 4 (34:15):
Mm hmm.

Speaker 11 (34:16):
That's a one direction yea.

Speaker 15 (34:22):
Light up my life.

Speaker 14 (34:23):
You're the one.

Speaker 2 (34:28):
Yeah, you're so close.

Speaker 9 (34:32):
That's so close.

Speaker 11 (34:35):
You den No, No, I think it's I think it's Abby.

Speaker 2 (34:41):
Is it Abby?

Speaker 10 (34:41):
Yes?

Speaker 9 (34:44):
The room?

Speaker 2 (34:45):
So we have two for the room and zero for Amy. Yes, Amy, Amy,
you're you're great with the artist. You do know your music,
but you know you're like me. I don't always remember
titles because there's so many of the shoes from all right,
here we go, it's so hard so far. I'm love
the taste of our colleagues. Yeah, here we go, crank
it up. Song number four.

Speaker 11 (35:10):
There's no lyrics to that song.

Speaker 2 (35:11):
Yeah, that's definitely scary.

Speaker 11 (35:13):
Yeah, scary like songs with no lyrics here.

Speaker 18 (35:18):
I don't know what that is. I don't know who
sings it or what the song is?

Speaker 9 (35:24):
All that is Zombie Nation by kern Craft.

Speaker 2 (35:28):
Zombie, Zombie, patient zombie.

Speaker 9 (35:34):
That's like a big at sports events they play that.

Speaker 2 (35:36):
I would I would give her a point because no
one knows that.

Speaker 14 (35:38):
I think you should because when I asked Scary for
songs he sings along to, he gave me two songs
with no lyrics.

Speaker 11 (35:46):
Technically, in my brain, that doesn't have much the lyrics, say, she.

Speaker 2 (35:51):
Said, gave me a song you sing along?

Speaker 9 (35:53):
Lyrics are that's actually aren't lyrics.

Speaker 2 (35:57):
Those aren't lyrics.

Speaker 11 (35:58):
Not even.

Speaker 2 (35:59):
Here we go, Amy, We're gonna give you a point
because it scary scary all right here we are what
you get here is, but we get a point too
because we get scary.

Speaker 5 (36:08):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (36:09):
Here we go cranking up song number five.

Speaker 18 (36:19):
About Bohemian Rhapsody.

Speaker 9 (36:21):
Yay, Amy, my me, my.

Speaker 2 (36:33):
Me, okay, who do they guess that one?

Speaker 9 (36:37):

Speaker 11 (36:39):
I think Nate, Nate really really really or Andrew.

Speaker 2 (36:48):

I'm gonna play this well for you. This is for you, Amy,
have a great day. There you go, walk a flock

(40:18):
of Flame, a medley of his hit.

Speaker 7 (40:24):
Here you go.

Speaker 2 (40:25):
Hey, look, we gotta get into the three things you
need to know from Gandhi. We do have a one
thousand dollars free money phone tap on the way coming
up in a few minutes. Let's go Gandhi. What's going on?

Speaker 9 (40:35):
All right?

Speaker 14 (40:36):
Let's start in La CRUs are making some progress on
the Los Angeles wildfires as the winds died down in
southern California, but red flag warnings have also expired for
much of that area. Crews have been able to get
a handle on two of the major fires. At last chech,
the Palisades Fire in western Los Angeles was twenty one
percent contained, while the Eton Fire east of La was

(40:56):
forty five percent contained. Over eighty thousand people will still
under evacuation notices. We know that some areas are dealing
with mudslides. And I don't know if you guys have
seen any of the stories about price gouging, price gouging
and some of the other horrible things that landlords are
like raising rents out there now exponentially.

Speaker 9 (41:14):
It's pretty crazy, isn't the very sad? Yeah, it's not
great at all.

Speaker 2 (41:16):
Surprised anyone?

Speaker 14 (41:18):
No, I just want to believe that people help during
these times, But.

Speaker 10 (41:21):
I guess not all right.

Speaker 14 (41:23):
The FDA is banning red dye number three in food, drinks,
and ingested drugs. Yesterday's move comes more than thirty years
after scientists found links between the dye, which is made
from petroleum, and cancer and animals. Red dye number three
is added to foods and beverages to give them an
appealing cherry color. Manufacturers that use the additive are being
given two years to remove it and reformulate those products.

(41:45):
Red dye number three has been banned in California since
October of twenty twenty three.

Speaker 2 (41:50):
You know, if you want that cherry color, use a cherry.

Speaker 14 (41:55):
Yeah, well, I don't understand. And why is it so
important we need that color?

Speaker 2 (41:58):
Yeah, cherry's I guess the real cherry color just isn't
cherry enough.

Speaker 14 (42:01):
Maybe not shameful, but hopefully it's going away now. And finally,
let's talk some more about food. The FDA is proposing
a new rule aimed at helping shoppers make healthier choices.
The proposed new rule would require new labels on the
front of food packaging that shows information including whether a
product has low, medium, or high amounts of sodium, saturated fat,
or added sugar. It would complement the nutrition facts label

(42:23):
that's already required on most packaged food.

Speaker 9 (42:25):
But now it's going to be in the front. And
those are your three things.

Speaker 6 (42:28):
Elvis Duran, who on a piece of bread. Maybe you'll
calm down a.

Speaker 17 (42:34):
Little, and the Morning show, go Elvis Duran and the
Morning Show.

Speaker 2 (42:41):
I'm never bringing my soup in ever again. Why you
guys don't eat any where even?

Speaker 6 (42:46):
Is it?

Speaker 2 (42:46):
That's right there?

Speaker 6 (42:47):
Oh?

Speaker 11 (42:47):
I just saw it when I passed. I passed them.

Speaker 9 (42:49):
Oh I didn't see I look for it this morning.

Speaker 2 (42:50):
It's really good, Okay. I make my own broth. It's
four hours, three whole chickens, all these vegetables. I make
these my broth. And then I make my own a
little little meatball, and I use chicken because I know
people don't like beef.

Speaker 9 (43:05):
And everything is nice of you.

Speaker 2 (43:07):
Chicken, sausage, chicken. It's good.

Speaker 11 (43:09):
I'll make some next break soup I'm gonna get something,
have a sip.

Speaker 2 (43:14):
Not the whole thing anyway. So tomorrow is Nate's birthday.
And so last night I said, you know, I'm gonna
be in studio. I said, I'm gonna be there for
your birthday. He said, it's not my birthday. I don't
have a birthday. We all have a birthday.

Speaker 11 (43:25):
You have a birthday.

Speaker 2 (43:26):
You can't stop it. Well, we all have one. We
all can choose to recognize it and celebrate it. Does
this go back to a painful moment? And your child
know this story? Me sitting in the garage play with
my match box cars. Well, my parents and family had
a birthday party for me in another room, in another
room because you're allergic to the dog.

Speaker 9 (43:44):
I have a hard time with this story.

Speaker 2 (43:46):
I don't know if it's one hundred percent true. That's
my memory, by it, that's my memory, remember sitting there,
played with my matchbox.

Speaker 11 (43:53):
Car's going to do that to you. We're not going
to put you scarred me.

Speaker 2 (43:57):
That's this is why I am how I am. And
there's a other people that don't like celebrating their birthdays.
You're right, you're not alone. But I mean, but we
do love you, and we want to and I love you.
We don't choose that one day of the year we're
gonna be nice to you, because.

Speaker 11 (44:09):
If you have the taday, you might as well celebrate it.
What's the alternative, right, You're right?

Speaker 14 (44:15):
Yeah, so I've actually read to Nate's point here that
it is better for your body and your mind not
to celebrate birthdays because when you do that, you're aging
yourself because your mind is so powerful. So if you
don't acknowledge certain things, then your body doesn't go with it.

Speaker 11 (44:30):
But that's if you give a crap about how old
do I like?

Speaker 14 (44:32):
No, it's about actual like aging, your actual internal and
your brain.

Speaker 2 (44:36):
The internal let me tell you, Yeah, the internal dialogue
is using you.

Speaker 11 (44:40):
I'm celebrating every year. I don't give a crap.

Speaker 9 (44:42):
No, that's great.

Speaker 14 (44:43):
But I'm saying if he doesn't want to, he has
lots of reasons why you couldn't.

Speaker 2 (44:46):
Well, then okay, okay, would you to be fair, would
you rather it's just not acknowledge it or havepy birthday?

Speaker 6 (44:51):
Man?

Speaker 2 (44:51):
And move on? Can we not say if you don't
want it to be the elephant in the room?

Speaker 11 (44:55):
So do you not want Krispy Kreme tomorrow because if
that's the.

Speaker 2 (44:58):
Like one, Yeah, should I put those Should I put
those cokies away that you already started eating today? That's
preparing me. I can't just go into like full sugar
mode tomorrow. I gotta have a little something today. I mean,
at the end of the day, if it's your birthday,
it is your birthday, and so how dare we project
what we think it should be on to you when
it it's your day? It really is? And I appreciate that.

(45:18):
It's nice to see people actually care about me. I
don't know if that is probably gonna come out in
therapy at some point, but it's nice to see people
actually eat too late, you're already affected. So yeah, what
a happy birthday? Thank you?

Speaker 11 (45:31):
Say it tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (45:33):
How about we had like we have like we appreciate
you Nate day. It so happens it falls onto appreciate Nate.
That would be nice too. I do like being appreciated.

Speaker 14 (45:46):
And we also just acknowledge really quickly that he has
already quit his quitting of sugar.

Speaker 9 (45:50):
Yeah, he aouked it, he quit quitting.

Speaker 2 (45:52):
I mean, if you're dangling donuts in front of me,
I can't not have one. That's bad luck.

Speaker 11 (45:56):
You can't quit something.

Speaker 2 (45:58):
You never I go on break break. We did not.
We did not hover in front of you with that
box of cookies that you ripped open and you tore
the box in half just to get to them, and
based a hermetically sealed bag. You really got to get
in there.

Speaker 14 (46:12):
And then I heard he yelled at Andrew for not
taking the cookies away from him even the last time
he failed, and.

Speaker 2 (46:16):
He was asleep at the switch. You know me, I'm
not going to stand in your in your way. I'm not.
I'm not going to stand between Nate and Sugar. What
are you crazy? He'll bite your head off. All right,
we have to get into a phone tap in a
few moments worth one thousand dollars tomorrow. We're all excited
that Joeyfotone is coming in Joy Fotone, the nice one.

Speaker 11 (46:39):
Many of them are nice.

Speaker 2 (46:40):
He's the best, Yeah he is. He is the best,
without doubt, and he does all the fun stuff. I
want to talk to Joey Fatone about how you know.
After he the band broke up whatever, they went their
separate ways. He continued to do fun things like hosting
game shows, going on the costume show whatever they do.

Speaker 11 (46:58):
Yeah, acting acting now and Juliet and.

Speaker 2 (47:02):
Juliette on Broadway. This is his third I do believe
his third Broadway show Shop. So Joey Fotone will be
on tomorrow to talk about joining the cast of and
at Juliette. Another reason to fly to New York City
and come see a show. So I was thinking, you know,
I wanted to get some of my friends together, get
it like like six seats in a row while it's

(47:24):
still early. So we go, all go see Joey Fatone.
Two of my friends are really good friends with Joey Fatone.
They grew up with him in Brooklyn and they're my
best friends too. So I was gonna invite those best
friends their husbands, and I was gonna take Alex. We're
gonna do, like, you know, six gay guys watching Joey
Fatone on stage and then maybe go out back stage
and see him, maybe take him out to dinner. So

(47:45):
does this happened to you? But it does? I go
on text, I say, all five of you, here's my plan.
Pick a date. The next nine weeks, We're gonna go
see Joy Fotone. I'm gonna get his tickets. We're gonna
go have dinner here. They go, well, I can't do
it February second, but I can do it Forebruy third.
I can't do it February third because February third, I've
got a mom. I can't do it February second because
I'm you know, I'm designing a wedding. You know, I

(48:08):
can't do it. I have a meeting on the number fifth.
I didn't even give them a date. But it goes
back and forth, and finally I said, never mind, we're
not going together. I'm not I'm not going to put
that out there ever. Again, I'm not going to try
to plan. It's frustrating.

Speaker 11 (48:24):
I think at some point you just have to pick.
You have to pick the date and say, whoever can
make it, let me know, wonderful.

Speaker 2 (48:31):
Well I do that here a lot, and it backfires
a lot. Oh, because so there's always because look, we
have fifteen people on the show, right, obviously, there's always
going to be someone who has something on the calendar.
I get that, Yeah, but you're right, though, it's better
just to plan it. If I'm the only one sitting
there in fifteen plates around me are empty, fine, it's me.
It's a party of one.

Speaker 14 (48:52):
Absolutely pick it fe farm or else you're going to
drive yourself insane. But there's also a little app called
Calendly where you can just send a calendar and everybody
can put like mark this date works for me, and
you don't have to look at it until you want
to look at it.

Speaker 2 (49:05):
What a great idea. What's it called calendly? Calendly? But
what did I say to my to you and my
text about these my friends?

Speaker 11 (49:11):
I forget it.

Speaker 2 (49:12):
I don't know. That's not what I said.

Speaker 11 (49:14):
I hate gay guys.

Speaker 2 (49:15):
You not that you a bunch of queens. Can we
just get this together? I'm trying, you know, I'm buying tickets,
I'm taking us to dinner. I can't go out because
I'm gonna wash my hair that night. Okay, great?

Speaker 9 (49:28):
And then you're talking about how much work exactly?

Speaker 16 (49:31):
I can't I got plates, especially since you're buying they
should actually be like, you know what, I'm going to
rearrange my other plans.

Speaker 11 (49:39):
Well, you can't always rearrange your other plan.

Speaker 2 (49:41):
You can't. But I'm tired of being the planner.

Speaker 9 (49:44):
Don't be it.

Speaker 2 (49:45):
Let let me be the planner.

Speaker 7 (49:46):
Oh, God.

Speaker 14 (49:49):
I think planning has also taken years off of Andrew's
life because he's the person who has to try and
organize things for us.

Speaker 2 (49:55):
He's paid to do that. It's his job, it is,
it's his career. He has chosen a career in planning.

Speaker 11 (50:02):
He did.

Speaker 2 (50:03):
Yeah, he paid. He cans paid a lot of money
to sit there and put up with our crap. How much,
I mean, never enough? What other announcements do we have?
I didn't scat yesterday. I need a scat. Oh yeah,
Oh God, don't even ask you about what happened last night.

Speaker 8 (50:16):
Speaking of.

Speaker 9 (50:19):
What happened last night, Oh, I.

Speaker 2 (50:22):
Told you the story.

Speaker 9 (50:24):
I know.

Speaker 2 (50:25):
I ate something. I ate dinner. It was dinner, And
at two thirty this morning, I crawled to the bathroom
really and I was in a cold sweat, almost fainted
on the toilet. Like the other Elvis who died on
the toilet. He did that always. Presley died right there.

Speaker 11 (50:41):
Wait a minute, so then, what did you want it
for breakfast? Because you may.

Speaker 2 (50:45):
Want to see I'm good now.

Speaker 13 (50:48):
You're worried about eating their Chick fil a chicken biscuit
that was twenty four hours old. I did just fine. Yesterday,
I had no problems whatsoever.

Speaker 2 (50:54):
People were asking how you're doing. You ate the twenty
four hour old chicken on the biscuit from Chick fil A.
You're doing fine. Yeah. I eat not one but two
of them, and I'm just fine. No episode, No, because
you're gonna tell you last night I evacuated the dance floor.
You had an episode, which is a great song. By
the way, I would create that up. You made the

(51:15):
dance floor. We're really too late to play that right now. Scary.

Speaker 14 (51:17):
Right after he told me how bad it was and
he was sweating, and he's like, I thought I was
gonna slide off the toilet.

Speaker 9 (51:21):
I was sweating, so it was so bad. He's like,
so breakfast, I.

Speaker 2 (51:29):
Totally we sent lost three pounds. I'm good.

Speaker 7 (51:32):
Oh god, no anything caused it. You don't have any idea.

Speaker 2 (51:36):
I think it was dinner plus plus. You know, I'm
with go ving it or whatever that is, so I'm
not eating as much. I ate a lot yesterday. Yeah,
that's probably spicy Indian food for dinner that I had
to buy the ice cream lactose boom. You know what
I'm saying.

Speaker 9 (51:49):
You really attacked yourself.

Speaker 2 (51:51):
I did. I came at me from all angles. It
was awesome. All right, well we must take the break.

Speaker 2 (55:18):
So I can't get in touch with Gracie.

Speaker 21 (55:21):
What emergency contact? What are you talking about?

Speaker 20 (55:24):
Okay, I was hired a couple months ago to take
Spot on afternoon walks. There was a big mess in
the living room before I got Spot out. He was
very excited to see me.

Speaker 21 (55:33):
Kind of wait, wait a second, you were in my
house and you're walking my daughter's dog right now.

Speaker 20 (55:39):
Yes, who Gracie has never talked about me.

Speaker 3 (55:45):
No, she walks the dog Eibby day.

Speaker 20 (55:47):
No, I've been walking the dog every day for the
last two months.

Speaker 22 (55:51):
When and who are you?

Speaker 20 (55:53):
My name's George Feeney. I met your daughter on this
dating app. She swiped my way. She asked if I
walked dogs. I don't, but I thought you was very
attractive and I thought this was my way in to
get a date, which I still have in yet. It's
been two months, but I'm now walking dogs. I just
need to know where the poop bags are.

Speaker 21 (56:09):
Well look, look, look, my daughter has not said anything
to me about this. I think you're making this whole
thing up. I think you're full of Get the out
of my house right now.

Speaker 2 (56:17):
Two things real quick.

Speaker 20 (56:18):
One, if you can put a good word in with
me with Gracie for a date.

Speaker 2 (56:21):
And two you don't want anyone cleaning up the poop?

Speaker 15 (56:24):
Are you talking?

Speaker 22 (56:25):
Get out of my house right now. I'm not putting
in anything right with you for anybody?

Speaker 2 (56:29):
All right, out.

Speaker 6 (56:33):
O god?

Speaker 7 (56:34):
All right, oh my god.

Speaker 20 (56:36):
Here's what I want you to do. Okay, let's give
that a minute. I want you to call him and
act like you have no idea. He found out about
the dog walker?

Speaker 2 (56:44):
Okay, yeah, okay, come Dad, where.

Speaker 3 (56:49):
Are you right now?

Speaker 15 (56:50):
I'm out.

Speaker 3 (56:50):
Some guy just called me and said that he's in
our house right now to walk the dog, and say,
took a bump on the living room floor and he's
waiting in the house. Hire some freak to walk a dog.

Speaker 22 (57:02):
Yes he's not, No, he's not a freaked out.

Speaker 11 (57:05):
Yes, I hired someone to walk the dog.

Speaker 22 (57:07):
It's not gonna be you. Should you're gonna be the
one to walk the dog? How will you hire when
somebody tell you what do you mind?

Speaker 11 (57:13):
It's very entreprenurial of me, Dad, You should be really
proud of me right now instead of yelling at me.

Speaker 15 (57:18):
Okay, So my.

Speaker 22 (57:18):
Plan is, are you from you're stringing this guy a walk?
To walk the dog. He's some kind of nuts. He
could be a stalker. Who knows what's gonna go on.
You can't let him have the key to a house,
and you can't be shrinking him along either. What are
you doing? I thought you were responsible about this. It's
not being responible. It's the same thing as you're getting
someone from Obi wawn.

Speaker 20 (57:39):
No, what's gone?

Speaker 22 (57:40):
You're letting them walk around our house and you're not
even paying him. I hire people, it's a job.

Speaker 11 (57:46):
So if he can't walk the dog, then will you
walk and you get home?

Speaker 3 (57:49):
Oh my god, you're gonna give me an anneurisom here.
You've lost your mind. I don't even know who I'm
speaking to him anymore. What is wrong with you? Gracie?
You gotta want to grow up? You're nineteenth?

Speaker 4 (57:59):
He is?

Speaker 22 (58:00):
You acted like a penu mob like my.

Speaker 20 (58:03):

Let me see it? Let me see it?

Speaker 11 (59:53):
Something about the.

Speaker 9 (59:55):
Writing off to the National Archive.

Speaker 11 (59:56):
People look on the bottom.

Speaker 2 (59:57):
As the arsenic out ear of a while her Joe
Leach any volume six?

Speaker 11 (01:00:07):
That's it coming up next?

Speaker 2 (01:00:09):
And more asked for it by name. I hit the
wrong button. Oh, I hit the wrong button. Damn it
to hell. You're not the only one screwing up today, Danielle.
How's that? How's that? Greek case? I dia? I'm sorry, scary?
Come on?

Speaker 4 (01:00:25):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (01:00:26):
Can I hit be? We're clear? Okay again, We'll be
right back. It's the weekend.

Speaker 6 (01:00:30):
Hey, this is Miley Cyrus.

Speaker 7 (01:00:31):
Your what office?

Speaker 2 (01:00:32):
The black eyed peas.

Speaker 6 (01:00:32):
Hey, this is.

Speaker 9 (01:00:33):
Selena Gomez with Elvis Duran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 2 (01:00:36):
Freshen up your morning with Wendy's Breakfast like a breakfast Baconator,
or a grilled sausage breakfast burrito, or even a honey buddy.
Ready for a fresh wake up call. It's got to
be Wendy's at participating Us Wendy's.

Speaker 1 (01:00:50):
Every morning, millions of Americans tune in to drive time

Speaker 2 (01:00:56):
Mommy has her teats out ready to be pation.

Speaker 12 (01:01:00):
I love.

Speaker 5 (01:01:03):
Its coast called Elvis Durant and the Morning Show.

Speaker 2 (01:01:12):
My name is Elvis Durant.

Speaker 6 (01:01:15):
Elvis Duran in the Morning.

Speaker 2 (01:01:16):
Show, Wow down the Hall. About an hour ago, our
friends at DJ Nvy and Charlamagne and the Breakfast Club
at Power, they had Wendy Williams.

Speaker 7 (01:01:27):
On Wendy Williams.

Speaker 2 (01:01:30):
How fantastic is that?

Speaker 9 (01:01:31):
I mean, wanting to know where she is, what she's
doing exactly?

Speaker 11 (01:01:33):
There you go, And now they have the hashtag I know,
and we just posted hashtag free Free Wendy.

Speaker 2 (01:01:39):
Yeah, and she talked about where she is. She feels
like she's not being held prisoner, but she's being held
there for the wrong reasons.

Speaker 11 (01:01:47):
She says, I feel like I am in prison.

Speaker 2 (01:01:49):
She feels like she is in prison.

Speaker 11 (01:01:51):
She said, I'm in this place where the people are
in their nineties, their eighties. There's something wrong with these people.
There's high security. I can only make calls. Nobody can
call me, won't allow me to leave or have visitors.

Speaker 2 (01:02:02):
I want to get sound. I'm going to play it.
We're gonna get it, I know, but leave it to
leave it to them to get this interview with Wendy.
You know, Charloamagne was an intern for her years ago
than as a producer. Then they had a falling out.
Remember we had Wendy Williams on our show and I said, God,
remember Charlemagne used to work with him. She looked at
me right in the eye and said, I don't know
what you were talking about. Okay, so what else can

(01:02:25):
we talk about? So, you know, we were friendly with Wendy.
I was friends with her, at dinner with her a
couple of times. And then you know, I don't know
if you saw the documentaries, but it was very sad
now that all ended the last documentary, but I'm glad
they talked to her. I can't wait to hear what
she had to say. Yeah, yeah, you know, well, good
for them, good for her people get he heard her
voice email corporate email. I would rather take an ice

(01:02:52):
pick and gallut my eyeballs out than read email from
anyone in this company or any company. It's not just us.
I don't want to read anything an email.

Speaker 8 (01:03:01):
It is.

Speaker 2 (01:03:01):
I don't want to do it. That's why we hired
Nate's how this conversation came to be. So you received
some email from someone in iHeart. I mean, this is
a massive company, a company, a lot of people working
hard to keep us, keep us rolling. I get that. Yeah, yeah,
Diamond and I were actually on this email and we
were talking about it, and the person was asking for
something like really what it was a common sense email?

(01:03:25):
Like if you had common sense, what do they say?
I'm not even going to get into it, but if
you could figure it out, you could figure it out yourself,
right to read it out loud now, so that I'm like,
you know what I do, Diamond. When I see somebody
that I don't really know send me something like this,
I look up their picture on LinkedIn to see how
big of any actually are. Ye see what they look

(01:03:50):
at and I did the same thing yea on LinkedIn.
I mean they know you're looking at them. They do.
So maybe someone who said, you know I did on
my LinkedIn Just so you.

Speaker 9 (01:03:59):
Know, it doesn't matter.

Speaker 10 (01:04:00):
No, you could go incognito.

Speaker 9 (01:04:02):
Do you have to pay for that?

Speaker 10 (01:04:03):
No? But you don't get to see who looks you
up either.

Speaker 2 (01:04:06):
Yeah, it's like good, but am I right?

Speaker 15 (01:04:08):
That's it?

Speaker 2 (01:04:08):
We did the same thing. Okay, so you look this
person up and did the person match the profile of
what you were? Yeah? And then you start putting the
qualities to that face and.

Speaker 7 (01:04:19):
Like, oh, they look like a moron.

Speaker 2 (01:04:21):
But but I'm not the only person.

Speaker 11 (01:04:24):
That does I do it all the time, and I
do this on Instagram and stuff. If somebody leaves like
a nasty comment, I'm like, let me go and check.

Speaker 2 (01:04:30):
Let me go check them out first.

Speaker 11 (01:04:32):
And then you look at them and you go, okay, do.

Speaker 2 (01:04:34):
You know where I do? You know where I do this?
And I bet you do it too. If some idiot
cuts you off in traffic, you've got to see what
if someone's driving like a total a hole? Have they
cut you off or have there been aggressive with other people?
And you catch up to me. You got to see
what they look like.

Speaker 9 (01:04:52):
Do you stare at them or do you just take
a quick glance?

Speaker 6 (01:04:55):
No, no, no.

Speaker 2 (01:04:55):
I'm very careful about about car fights because people have guns.
I don't want to get in that. I just I
just want to get a glimpse at the a hole
that's driving that super over there. I just wanted to
see who's so stupid to do that exactly.

Speaker 14 (01:05:07):
I always feel bad though, because sometimes you pull up
and it's a really old person and they so much
range and there you are not.

Speaker 2 (01:05:14):
Even really I was finding this guy one time or
woman whatever in this car and they were driving all
over the road and ever trying to drive. Every time
I tried to pass, they would speed up. Okay, I'll
get back in my lane because I hate being in
the passing lane when I'm not passing right, thank you.
Everyone should do that, by the if you're in the
passing lane right now, you're not passing someone. Get get
out of that. Anyway, this car was all over the

(01:05:34):
place and it was happening for a long time. Finally
I caught up with him.

Speaker 7 (01:05:37):
It was a nun.

Speaker 9 (01:05:40):
Did you feel guilty?

Speaker 2 (01:05:41):
God? Heard what I said about this? Woman. I'm like you,
stupid mother. It was a nun, a lady of the cloth,
sometimes a lady of a cloth.

Speaker 9 (01:05:51):
Yeah, I would.

Speaker 2 (01:05:51):
I guess she's wearing cloth. Yeah.

Speaker 11 (01:05:54):
I always think it's like an old lady who can't
see over the steering wheel. Like, dude, That's why I
always think we really should get retested at a certain time,
you know, in our lives, you know, without a doubt,
still dry.

Speaker 2 (01:06:06):
No doubt. You know, Look, nuns. I do show respect
for nuns. I mean, even though they have that holier
than thou attitude. Truly, you know, she was very short.
You could see her habit a little above the steering wheel.

Speaker 11 (01:06:19):
My gosh.

Speaker 2 (01:06:21):
But yeah, you get these emails from you get this
email from people you don't know, Like, okay, I need
to see what they look like.

Speaker 9 (01:06:28):
I'm going to who the how was this telling me
what to do?

Speaker 6 (01:06:30):
What? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:06:31):
But on the other side, what if it's someone Oh
they're hot? Never mind, I won't excuse the stupidity in
the email.

Speaker 9 (01:06:37):
Have you encountered that?

Speaker 2 (01:06:38):
Yes? Oh, not an email form, but in another form?

Speaker 9 (01:06:40):
Yeah, okay, okay, yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:06:42):
Yeah, what's scary?

Speaker 16 (01:06:44):
You know, sometimes if I find out somebody who curses
me out somewhere on a text message. I'll find ways
to see if they ever gave us their name in
a previous text, and then I'll try and look them
up on Instagram because I need to.

Speaker 2 (01:06:56):
See what they don't give away secrets.

Speaker 11 (01:06:59):
Wild I want I personally.

Speaker 2 (01:07:01):
I gave were secrets. So someone will send us a
text and I'll go your pieces of crap. I hate
your show. You should all find another job. I'll look
at their history and maybe like a month ago, they said, Hi,
my name is Brian. I just want to know if
you so I'll text them back, Hey Brian, because we

(01:07:22):
get their number. Yeah, how about Brian, So it seems
like a month ago, when you're having problems with your
girlfriend who cheated on you, you had no problem texting us.

Speaker 11 (01:07:30):
Then, Yeah, would be nice.

Speaker 2 (01:07:32):
Could we see your entire history?

Speaker 11 (01:07:34):
Yeah, we do.

Speaker 2 (01:07:35):
We see everything you've said to us in the past.

Speaker 11 (01:07:37):
Brian started fascinating. It is because we are.

Speaker 14 (01:07:42):
But we also get hundreds of really positive, nice messages
all the time, hundreds of really nice comments all the time.

Speaker 9 (01:07:48):
Yeah, and nobody goes down the rabbit hole. Let me
see who that.

Speaker 14 (01:07:50):
Person was, because they're just so kind. One bad one,
and we're like, I'm a detective. A text here is
clear the desk golf because I'm gonna find you.

Speaker 2 (01:07:57):
There are some I do look up that are nice. Okay,
Like the other day some guy said, gosh, you know what,
I'm gay, guy, I just broke up with my boyfriend.
I don't know if ever you want to go out
and have dinner or whatever. I'm like, well, I can't
have dinner because I'm married.

Speaker 11 (01:08:09):
Whatever.

Speaker 2 (01:08:10):
Let me see what's door behind door number two the
when I turned down. Let me see what I'm missing. Diamond.
Are you paying attention to this conversation?

Speaker 10 (01:08:21):
Oh for sure?

Speaker 2 (01:08:22):
Yeah, I got a Lissa here. You'll see what Alyssa
has to say. Hello Alyssa. Hello, No, it says here
Alyssa wants to say. It wants to say, oh crap,
wait what happened?

Speaker 11 (01:08:33):
Oh my god.

Speaker 18 (01:08:34):
I had no idea till just right now that when
you look somebody up on LinkedIn, they can see that.

Speaker 2 (01:08:42):
Yeah, well I'm hearing sometimes they don't. I always thought
they did if you're signed in, but if you're not.
If you're not signed in, you don't. You don't get
all the information though, right, I mean, oh.

Speaker 18 (01:08:54):
No, I've been signed in. I had no idea. I
creep on people all the time, had no idea that
they could see I'm doing that.

Speaker 2 (01:09:00):
Yeah they can, Okay, well living what kind of person
and I've gone to you're gonna go I do? What
kind of person goes and checks the who check me out? List?

Speaker 9 (01:09:11):
I would if I could.

Speaker 6 (01:09:12):
I don't.

Speaker 14 (01:09:12):
I don't really use LinkedIn at all, and I don't
care who's looking me up over there because it's all
professional stuff.

Speaker 9 (01:09:16):
I an't whatever.

Speaker 14 (01:09:16):
But if I could see who was actually stocking me
on other social media apps, I would like to look
because I have a feeling it's people who don't even
follow me, who are from the past, who just.

Speaker 9 (01:09:26):
Check in on you, and I love to know that
I'm living in their brains. I'd be great.

Speaker 2 (01:09:30):
Well, so keep in mind on LISTA you can also
see who's checking you out at the same time.

Speaker 11 (01:09:34):
Yeah.

Speaker 18 (01:09:35):
Yeah, I had no idea, same as Gandhi. I don't
really use LinkedIn. I kind of just made one to
creep on other people and feel.

Speaker 2 (01:09:40):
Like this is like from the early days of posting
stories on Instagram, I didn't know if you want someone's story,
they know you watched it. Yes, Oh well, well I
had some people I definitely I definitely don't want to know.
I want them to know looking at them because there's

(01:10:01):
there's issues. Then I learned that lessen the hard way there.

Speaker 9 (01:10:04):
And the hard one about that is too with us.

Speaker 14 (01:10:06):
There are most people have a lot of followers, so
you're not gonna go look who watched your story because
there's so many people.

Speaker 9 (01:10:11):
That's insane. But there's usually too many people.

Speaker 14 (01:10:14):
But if you only have a thousand followers or a
couple of hundred followers, you're probably checking out all the time.

Speaker 9 (01:10:19):
And you busted us.

Speaker 16 (01:10:20):
They just actually extended to see like the LinkedIn style,
so if somebody even goes to your profile you could
see it.

Speaker 2 (01:10:26):
Extend that to Instagram let me know.

Speaker 11 (01:10:28):
No, god, no, don't see how many times someone watched
that story too.

Speaker 14 (01:10:32):
There's a frequent flyer list, like who checks out my
profile the most?

Speaker 9 (01:10:37):
Did we do?

Speaker 2 (01:10:37):
Danielle? No, Look, thank you for calling. I appreciate it.
And yeah, keep in mind you think you're watching them,
you are, but they're watching you two.

Speaker 9 (01:10:46):
I'm glad we can help you.

Speaker 2 (01:10:47):
All right, Thanks for calling, Liz. Thank guy, you have
a good day to h Danielle do the Daniel reports,
Danielle report. Then we got Gandhi three things. Then we
got to I may have to scare right here on
the air, scoop scatschetop. We meet scat later if we
have time for sketch okay, as they say, there's always

(01:11:07):
time for skeatch. Oh, I'm sorry, this is dessert. Daniel
You're at first. What's going on?

Speaker 9 (01:11:12):
All right?

Speaker 6 (01:11:13):
So?

Speaker 11 (01:11:13):
Renee Zeweger shared with The British Vogue that her six
year acting hiatus was necessary to step away from her
own voice and emotions. She said during the break she
explored other hobbies like writing music, studying things, rescuing some dogs.
She started a production company, but she said she really
wanted to reconnect with people, and apparently she hated her

(01:11:36):
own voice and she couldn't didn't want to be you know,
you get sick of the sound of your own voice
and then you step away. Let me tell you, we
all feel that way anytime we hear ourselves on air.
We hate the way we sound.

Speaker 9 (01:11:48):
I don't sound like whatever everyone else hears.

Speaker 2 (01:11:49):
Now because we don't hear us like other people.

Speaker 11 (01:11:52):
Exactly, I hear it, I go oh god, oh, my gosh, no,
so it's only been out for about three weeks.

Speaker 15 (01:11:58):
Maybe.

Speaker 11 (01:11:59):
Season two of Quid already the third most watched season
for a series in the history of Netflix, over one
hundred and fifty two million views. So congratulations, there has
anybody in here seen it yet?

Speaker 9 (01:12:09):
I started it?

Speaker 10 (01:12:10):
You did?

Speaker 11 (01:12:10):
I didn't start Squid game two.

Speaker 2 (01:12:13):
I started it. I had to turn it off. Really
I got bored with it?

Speaker 11 (01:12:16):
Oh okay, all right. Season thirteen of The Masked Singer
is almost upon us and Fox just released a promo.
It teases some of the upcoming Masked contestants. So the
premiere will introduce five new singers competing for the Golden
Mass Trophy. First up, Aunt Coral, Paparazzo, Fuzzy Peas, and Honeypot.

(01:12:40):
Those are the first contestants on The Mass Singer.

Speaker 2 (01:12:43):
I'm trying to think what those costumes look like.

Speaker 11 (01:12:45):
Well, Fuzzy Peas in my head is something, probably not
what it is. And Honeypots. The new season's kicking off
February twelfth. Drake issuing his own label Universal Music for
defamation because they promoted Kendrick Lamar's dis track Not Like Us,
which calls Drake a pedophile. So he is not happy
with them. He says they approved it, they published it,

(01:13:06):
they launched a campaign to create a viral hit of
the song, and so he is not a happy camper
with them, and he is suing them for defamation. So
we've been talking about a lot about what's been going
on obviously in Los Angeles and Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt,
you know, they lost everything. They were on Good Morning
America to talk about how it was evacuating their home

(01:13:27):
and she was saying that Spencer said to her, grab
anything you want to keep, and she said, oh my gosh,
how do you choose? Think about that? You're you have
to just take the important stuff. How do you having it?

Speaker 2 (01:13:42):
Maybe an hour?

Speaker 15 (01:13:44):
Right?

Speaker 11 (01:13:44):
And how about this? They were dropped by insurers right
before the fire broke out.

Speaker 9 (01:13:50):
That's happened to a lot of people.

Speaker 14 (01:13:51):
There are a lot of stories about this, and I
cannot see that this is gonna go well.

Speaker 11 (01:13:56):
That's so that like, but that makes me go here.

Speaker 4 (01:14:00):
You know.

Speaker 11 (01:14:01):
By the way, did you guys see the footage of
people walking around starting new fires? I mean, ah, what
do you even say? People are just dumbasses? Dogy Cat
has teamed up with the Red Cross to launch a
limited edition merchandise collection fashion illustrator and designer Peenie. There's hoodies,
there's t shirts, and of course they're for a good cause.

(01:14:22):
Area are going to help California out. So if you
want that, you can check those out. What are we watching?
The series premiere of The Hollywood Squares. It's the reboot. There,
Drew Barrymore is the Center Square. Lown Orner is back.
The fifty fifth season premiere of Sesame Street on Max
and the premiere of the Behind the Scenes limited series
SNL fifty Beyond Saturday Night Live Over on Peacock. And
that is my Daniel.

Speaker 2 (01:14:43):
Now, the three things we need to know for did
I scare you? The three things we need to know
from Gandhi? Gandhi, what's going on all right?

Speaker 14 (01:14:51):
CalFire says that crews are making progress on the Los
Angeles wildfires as the winds died down now a bit
over southern California. Red flag warnings expired for most of
the area last night, which allowed crews to get a
handle on two of the major fires. At last check,
the Palisades Fire in western LA was twenty one percent contained.
While the Eton Fire east of LA was forty five
percent contained. Governor Gavin Newsom says hazmat cruise from the

(01:15:14):
EPA will begin clearing debris from burnt out neighborhoods starting today.
A big chunk of the US is now bracing for
below zero weather as a polar vortex dips into the
lower forty eight states. Forecasters say temperatures could plunge thirty
five degrees below average across the US this month, and
it's going to start this weekend. Below zero temperatures are

(01:15:36):
possible in the week ahead from Maine all the way
to Idaho. Freezing temperatures in the southeast could be a
significant departure from the usual January weather. On Inauguration Day, Washington,
DC is expecting a high temperature of only twenty eight degrees,
Dallas could see a high of thirty four degrees Monday,
and Minneapolis expecting a high of negative two. And finally,

(01:15:57):
we mentioned this earlier, but it's pretty interesting. A Detroit
school district is paying students to show up for class.

Speaker 2 (01:16:03):
Repeat that, I want everyone to hear what they're doing.

Speaker 14 (01:16:05):
A Detroit school district is paying students to show up
for class. Officials at Detroit Public Schools Community District say
high school students who get perfect attendance will be paid
two hundred dollars every other week. Officials say the initiative
is being put into place to combat chronic absenteeism. Students
are eligible to receive up to one thousand dollars if

(01:16:26):
they don't miss any classes in five different two week
periods between now.

Speaker 9 (01:16:31):
And March twenty first. I hate it.

Speaker 14 (01:16:34):
It's so sad to me that people are not attending school.
I would love to see the research behind what's going
on and why.

Speaker 9 (01:16:41):
I just don't. I can't wrap my head around paying
people to go to school. It's crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:16:46):
Well, there you go, and there's your three things. Thank you.

Yeah, because I heated up some of the soup that
you made and I left it in the microwave, our
little like private microwave over here, and I haven't been
able to go back and get it yet.

Speaker 9 (01:17:43):
Can I get it right now?

Speaker 11 (01:17:44):
I think you can rewarm it again.

Speaker 2 (01:17:46):
Yeah, I will you good, But you're gonna miss out

Speaker 4 (01:18:16):
Some of it.

Speaker 2 (01:18:16):
We're gonna play some of it for you. I mean,
the same company, right, Happy how do you. We're giving
tons of credit and uh yeah, it gets pretty emotional.
So we're gonna have that for you coming up in
a second. Also in Food News in a few minutes, Froggy,
I heard that you're using Scottie b as a special
serial correspondent. Is this true?

Speaker 7 (01:18:36):
You heard correct?

Speaker 2 (01:18:38):
What is the cereal you gave me? I needed something sweet?
What is this?

Speaker 6 (01:18:41):
Oh?

Speaker 23 (01:18:41):
That's a sugar cookie toast Crunch. It was out for
the holidays. You can get it on the clearance rack.

Speaker 4 (01:18:45):
Now.

Speaker 2 (01:18:46):
I love clearance rack cereal.

Speaker 7 (01:18:48):
It's good.

Speaker 11 (01:18:49):
I love how the first word is sugar.

Speaker 7 (01:18:52):
It is.

Speaker 23 (01:18:54):
Are honest from the Toast Crunch family.

Speaker 2 (01:18:57):
I love that. Okay, so we have Food News on
the way as well. Let's just get into a sound now, Garrett,
you want to start with Wendy. Yeah, let's start with
the Breakfast Club.

Speaker 20 (01:19:05):
So they just posted this interview with Wendy Williams that
they had Wendy on the phone and her niece on zoom,
so they're both a part of the interview.

Speaker 2 (01:19:13):
I just want to say something. You know, we've known
Wendy for many, many years. Of course, Charlomage is known
it for a lot of years, but friends with her.
She's been on the show, she was on the show
many times, had dinner with her, dinner parties with her.

Speaker 11 (01:19:26):
And growing up a girl in New York, Wendy was
one of my idols. She's like someone I always looked
up to. I remember when I first actually met her
in person, it was like, oh my gosh.

Speaker 2 (01:19:34):
Wow.

Speaker 20 (01:19:34):
And it's interesting because the stories we've heard that is
when Wendy is not with it, she's out of it.
Listen to this interview. You cannot tell anything. Those stories
feel false.

Speaker 2 (01:19:44):
Okay, well, let's just go right to the sound. Did
you want to say something?

Speaker 9 (01:19:48):
No, I thought you were still saying something.

Speaker 4 (01:19:50):
I was.

Speaker 10 (01:19:50):
Ok.

Speaker 2 (01:19:51):
Let's Wendy talk. Let Wendy talk. This is Wendy Williams
played this morning on an interview they did yesterday afternoon,
actually on the Breakfast Club.

Speaker 15 (01:20:00):
Here we go, first of all, to start with my niece.
Alex knows a lot as well. You know, but I
am not cognitively impaired. You know what I'm saying. No,
but I feel like I am in prison. You understand
what I'm saying. I'm in New York City, right and
you know exactly what you're talking about you flew from
Miami to New York and you were right here with me.

Speaker 4 (01:20:20):
Go ahead.

Speaker 12 (01:20:21):
She's there in New York in this place essentially like
what to call a luxury prison.

Speaker 2 (01:20:27):
This is her room.

Speaker 6 (01:20:29):
That's all her apartment.

Speaker 12 (01:20:30):
But the thing about this apartment, and you know that's
not one because you're there. It's like she has a bed,
a chair, a TV, a bathroom and she's looking out
one window.

Speaker 15 (01:20:40):
And excuse me, through my money, you know, I have
this person by the TV. You know, the kind of
TV I like, through this person because all of my
stuff is in storage. Do you understand what I'm saying?
Everything's in storage. And by the way, that was to
sell my apartment. But anyway, is.

Speaker 7 (01:20:54):
The person your guardian? Is that who you're referring to
your guardian?

Speaker 6 (01:20:57):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (01:20:58):
Well, and there's more We're gonna play you somewhere here.
It really really makes me sad to hear her, even
though she does sound good here right. Yeah. The last
time we saw her was on that documentary, the last
one that came out, and it was the saddest of
sad documentary, Harry.

Speaker 11 (01:21:12):
And the crappy part is that they're like, oh, she
signed on for this documentary. Yeah, well, she obviously didn't
know what she was doing. She would not want to
be represented that way. It's awful.

Speaker 2 (01:21:21):
And this is what the next clip is about.

Speaker 20 (01:21:22):
Her and the conservator actually sat down and watched the
documentary together.

Speaker 15 (01:21:26):
Me and the person that you were just talking about
is guardian person. We watched that four part thing on
TV together.

Speaker 2 (01:21:34):
She was the one who wanted to do that.

Speaker 15 (01:21:36):
So I'm watching and writing things down, and she's watching
and writing things down, and I saw her or I
saw all of.

Speaker 3 (01:21:43):
That, by the way, And.

Speaker 15 (01:21:44):
What do I think about being abused? Look, this system
is broken, this system that I'm in. You know, this
system has falsified ooh a lot. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 24 (01:21:57):
You know, I said, you're cognitively impaired and your inkle passating.

Speaker 15 (01:22:01):
Do I see that way?

Speaker 24 (01:22:02):
You've been calling me five times a day for the
last two weeks.

Speaker 2 (01:22:05):
No, you don't seem that way. Seems great to me.
You know what, if it comes to a physical disability,
it's so easy. It's plain to see. Oh, well, they
have no legs, they cannot walk. We will make accommodations
for them. When it comes to mental issues, we don't
know all we are known. All we know is what

(01:22:27):
we're told.

Speaker 14 (01:22:28):
You know, there's a couple of airs to this too,
because we do know, and she's admitted and we all
saw it. She had issues with substance abuse, and if
at the time this was all being filmed, that was
also part of it. Way too much alcohol, of course,
that's going to affect your cognitive ability and could look
like something else. Maybe she needs to be reevaluated again.

Speaker 2 (01:22:46):
Maybe after a reevaluation. Absolutely, I'm revable, reevaluated by some
reevaluated by someone else other than these people. Right about
how about it? You know a day she can go
for a walk, get out of that plate.

Speaker 11 (01:22:58):
Yeah, absolutely exactly. And she has graves disease to it,
and everybody's like, oh her eyes wrong, she has she
has it's a thyroid issue. She has talked about it openly.
We've known about it for years. That's one of the symptoms.

Speaker 20 (01:23:10):
So before the last clips, she can't even go visit
her ninety four year old father who is celebrating birthday
in Miami. She's not allowed the Guardian will allow her
to do so. And after that, Charlemagne asked, will there
be any backlash from you doing this interview.

Speaker 24 (01:23:24):
Alex, Alex, do you think you think that there'll be
some type of there'll be some type of retaliation from
the Guardian because of you know, maybe this phone call
or because of yeah.

Speaker 12 (01:23:35):
Wow, we've talked about that, you know, my aunt even
with her one to come on, we talked about all scenarios.
I said, you know, do this, You're ready for what's
on the other side. And as she said, I have
to do this. There's nothing else I could do. At
this point, she's prepared for the fact that her phone
might be taken away phone anybody. Yeah, and you know

(01:23:59):
you all what you're hearing now. This is a few
minute clip of what we've been dealing with for the
last several months and the last she can get moved
and we may not even know where she's where she is.
That was the reality of where she was during the documentary.

Speaker 2 (01:24:14):
So thank you very much to dj NV and of
course Charlotte Baye and our friends at Power went O
five down the hall for letting us play that even
though they didn't know we played it. And you know what,
and to be perfectly transparent, we don't know everything, but
we does. We just know what we're being I have.

Speaker 11 (01:24:30):
A question, though, what's that? How does it? Like, how
does a conservativeship happen? And maybe nobody in his room knows,
Like how do they decide who the person is that
gets to be in charge of her?

Speaker 8 (01:24:39):
Like?

Speaker 11 (01:24:39):
Why why was that person given the title that it's a.

Speaker 2 (01:24:43):
Medical it's a medical thing than a court thing, isn't it?
Is it not? I mean it's it's legal and it's
evaluation by people who are said to know what they're doing. Wow,
that's it.

Speaker 11 (01:24:52):
I would think if they did that, they should have
somebody in her family working side by side with this person,
not just all the power.

Speaker 2 (01:25:00):
You don't know, maybe they did.

Speaker 11 (01:25:01):
Wendy doesn't even know.

Speaker 14 (01:25:02):
Initially her family was kind of doing stuff with her finances,
and I think that's where a lot of this.

Speaker 11 (01:25:06):
Well, that other guy, I remember that guy in the documentary.
She didn't know him, and he was like, oh, doing
everything wrong.

Speaker 2 (01:25:11):
And then again, when you watch a documentary, you're watching
what they edited up for you, So it's like the
truth is somewhere out there, you know. I will say
for this this for sure it was. It was. I'm
very glad that they interviewed her. Yeah, me too, because
you know what she she's been sort of on the
forgotten for sure.

Speaker 9 (01:25:29):
Yeah, you know, hopefully at least eyes are going to
be on her now.

Speaker 2 (01:25:32):
Yeah. Absolutely, So whatever the truth is, it needs to
be found out. And I just don't think at this
point we've been we know everything.

Speaker 4 (01:25:40):
Yeah.

Speaker 11 (01:25:41):
Well, like I said, they have the new hashtag free Wendy.
That's the new DJ and we just posted it.

Speaker 2 (01:25:46):
So there you go, and thanks again to Envy and Charleamine.
We appreciate it, thanks for bringing it in. Oh kay,
what else you go?

Speaker 20 (01:25:52):
All right, let's switch gear. So post Malone just posted
this yesterday or last night. So he got to play
the Opry a few months ago and listen to him perform,
and how excited he is every time.

Speaker 2 (01:26:03):
I'm walking down telling me and it's find out for
my trust.

Speaker 11 (01:26:09):
And you won't back down even if we got on.

Speaker 6 (01:26:13):
A nice deat is.

Speaker 2 (01:26:14):
I'm not gonna cuss. I'm having the freaking best time
of my life that I've had. Right, You're not allowed
to curse at the grand old Opry, are you?

Speaker 4 (01:26:23):
From me?

Speaker 13 (01:26:23):
I would say it's very very frowned upon. That should
probably steer away from them.

Speaker 2 (01:26:28):
By the way, if you're not familiar with the Grand
old opry. It is a major, major thing, especially of
course in the country the country arena.

Speaker 20 (01:26:34):
Yes, all right, So we've seen meteorites hit the earth
in movies, right, and it's and what and it sounds
big and massive. So this is actually a meteorite hitting
the hitting in front of someone's house in Texas off
of the ring camera.

Speaker 2 (01:26:50):
Thank god for ring cameras. Yes, what did we do
before ring cameras? So this is a this is being
right hitting the front yard. Yes, that's it.

Speaker 14 (01:27:02):
That's it, so much less dramatic.

Speaker 9 (01:27:06):
And I thought it almost sounded like a snowball hitting
the camera.

Speaker 2 (01:27:08):
There's no John Williams orchestra playing, damn it. I was
ready for it. Okay, it sounds like glass breaking, it does.
I'm sure it would hurt. Oh of course funny if
you're if you heard this, Wow.

Speaker 11 (01:27:24):
Way better.

Speaker 20 (01:27:26):
And then finally we got music from T Pain working
with a New York DJ. This is called Believe in You.

Speaker 2 (01:27:39):
Pain Love T Pain. Of course, why one hundred single
ball believing you right? Ye, thanks, you're a good America, Garrett,
Thank you so much, thanks for stopping by.

Speaker 17 (01:27:52):
This is Elvis Duran in the Morning. Show, Elvis ter
Ran and the Morning Show.

Speaker 2 (01:28:00):
Hey, you know what it goes without saying, we so
so appreciate that you listen to us every day, and
then you know, when we're off, we want you to
keep on listening to whatever is coming out from this
same content provider. We appreciate that very much, and we
know one of the many reasons you listen to this
station or US online and streaming is in addition to

(01:28:21):
our incredible show, the music. The music is a very
very important part of what draws you in in the beginning,
and then you get to know us a little better
and you keep listening. We appreciate it, but it is
the music.

Speaker 15 (01:28:34):
You know.

Speaker 2 (01:28:34):
Music radio has been a part of our live since
before our lives existed. Does that makes sense? There is
an organization that understands this. It's called Music Cares. Music Cares.
It's a I'll just read, it's a resource to eligible
music professionals impacted by natural disasters, including fires that are
going on in the Greater LA area right now. But

(01:28:56):
you get noise, you can go all the way back
to pandemic, you can go back to other natural disasters
that have happened, and what music Cares does is they
recognize the people who do serve in the music industry
and understand that they need help as well. So Music
Cares focuses on them for relief. So if you or

(01:29:19):
someone you know about is dealing with the aftermath of
an emergency or in the middle of one now as
they are in LA, if they're in the music industry,
they could be covered for a period of time. And
we're talking about mental health and addictionary recovery services that
could be ceased and desist, and that could desist because
of these disasters, health services, human services, everything. Now you're like, well,

(01:29:44):
music industries, does that mean Beyonce may need some help. No,
let me read what they say and you'll get a
better understanding. Because the music business, which of course, without
doubt is centered in Los Angeles, that's where a lot
of our music comes from. They serve anyone working in
the music industry and they want to encourage them to
contact Music Cares for help. This includes musicians, songwriters, engineers, producers,

(01:30:11):
live crew at all these concerts, people who drive the
tour buses, the managers, the agents, makeup artists, costume designers,
music video creatives, technicians, anyone whose livelihood livelihood depends on
music and makes music happen. If they need financial assistance,
they have to possess documentation of employment history a minimum

(01:30:35):
of five years employment in the music industry or three
years when it comes to disaster relief or some recordings
they've been a part of, or videos or concert tours
they've been a part of. You know what, when it
comes to let's take okay, let's take a good example
of a tour and musicians and everyone involved, the Eras
tour Taylor Swift.

Speaker 4 (01:30:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:30:54):
Do you know how many people are employed because of
that concert tour alone? Yeah? More revenue changing hands than cities.

Speaker 9 (01:31:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 14 (01:31:06):
And a lot of people look at music industry and
they just see the top of the top. That's the
forward facing group, right. There are so many layers to
it and what goes in behind the scenes. Even when
you're talking about a live crew and people who set
up a stage, take it apart, clean up after it's
there are a lot and they don't make a ton
of money and they are out there just suffering.

Speaker 2 (01:31:26):
So all approved assistant through Music Cares is paid directly
to third parties or the creditors, like a landlord, a bank,
utility company, hospitals, doctor's therapist.

Speaker 3 (01:31:35):
Nice.

Speaker 2 (01:31:35):
The money does not go to the person, that goes
to the people they owe the money to. Many preventative
preventive resources are free and available to all, and so
music Cares they're serving music professionals in the US and
Puerto Rico. And I think this is great. I think
it's cool. And look, you know there is an argument
to be made for what about the dentists, what about

(01:31:58):
truck drivers? Yes, everyone needs help, but we're thinking, because
this is a music based world, we're living in it
right here, right now. You listen to this every morning.
The music, these musicians and everyone who makes them great
and gets the music to us. They need our help.
So we're talking about them right now. If you can
do a search for Music Cares, it's USI sarees dot

(01:32:20):
org and whatever you can do would be great. And
as we roll into Grammy season, you know they're already
talking about what they're doing with the Grammys. They want
the Grammys this year to definitely be La centric, to
be about the artists that are being so affected in
their families in Los Angeles.

Speaker 11 (01:32:35):
And they're going to try and raise money through the.

Speaker 2 (01:32:37):
Program and they're trying to raise money through the program.

Speaker 11 (01:32:38):
Instead of canceling it, they're going to use it to
maybe make some money and help people out exactly.

Speaker 2 (01:32:44):
So Music Cares if you can just give it a search,
see what you find out. And also while you're on
musiccares dot Org, there's other relief organizations that they point
out as well beyond the music business. And I think
that's very important that we keep an eye on everyone,
especially the ones that affect us every day through music.

(01:33:05):
So music carries out or on behalf of the Alveus
Stray Morning Show. We are going to make a donation
as well today, So we've done deal. So I'm excited
about it. I'm excited there are people out there in
this industry who, gosh, without music, I don't think we
would be sitting in this room right now.

Speaker 9 (01:33:22):
Of course not.

Speaker 2 (01:33:23):
I mean maybe we could be a news station. Yeah,
very incredible news source.

Speaker 9 (01:33:29):
Canna do one story about Urinus? Not one?

Speaker 2 (01:33:32):
I got many? I want to hear one. Yes, Urinas
is a planet first and foremost? Do you want to
hear this? Really? It's a planet story. Who wants to
hear it? Is Thursday, It's our favorite day of the.

Speaker 6 (01:33:46):
Way the Mercedes Benz Interview Lounge and.

Speaker 2 (01:33:50):
The Mercedes Ben's Interview Lounge, which I love. Let's go,
It's now time for food news for Foo food food
is with froggy food noos. Ready scat it a boat

(01:34:11):
foo news for you. Send you for food nowscky froggy
scood dooe. He's got the perfect meals to but scat
right into the food. Wow.

Speaker 7 (01:34:30):
I got a freaking custom intro.

Speaker 2 (01:34:32):
Man, Why I know I was scatting in your food?
Here we go, not the first time.

Speaker 13 (01:34:37):
These items in your pantry might contain red three die,
And as you know yesterday, the FDA has said that
that must come out of our foods. Now there is
another red dye, red die forty. I guess that one
is safe. But like things like Bros. Conversation Hearts and
Danielle Brock's candy corn contained red three dye, so some

(01:34:57):
other things contained red forty, So not everything red is
red three die. Some bake goods, dairy and frozen goods
such as strawberry flavored milk, ice cream, frozen yogurt, and
popsicles all could contain red three dye. Fruit products such
as Martino cherries. They could contain it as well. But
like Hawaiian punch, kool Aid, Fanta, those things, they are

(01:35:17):
red dye forty. So just because it's red doesn't mean
it's all bad. I thought of those as health drinks. Sure, yeah,
I'm sure very healthy.

Speaker 9 (01:35:26):
Would slide in there. I know, right.

Speaker 11 (01:35:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 13 (01:35:28):
If you're looking for a new job, Planners is looking
to hire three people to tool around in the Nutmobile.
It's like the Wienermobile, but it's a nut Starting this June,
you'll be a brand ambassador drive around for one year
and it pays forty five thousand dollars a year.

Speaker 7 (01:35:44):
And it also includes benefits.

Speaker 13 (01:35:46):
If you want to apply, you have now to Valentine's
Day at Planters Nutmobile dot com. The theater chain Cinema
doing something pretty cool. I tried this earlier this week.
So National Popcorn Day is Sunday. This coming Sunday is
National Popcorn Day. You can bring your own bucket to
Cinemark and they'll fill it up for five dollars.

Speaker 11 (01:36:06):
But it has to be a clean bucket.

Speaker 13 (01:36:08):
It's got to be sanitary, it's got to be it
has to be less than four hundred ounces, which equals
to about three gallons you can get. You can get
three gallons of popcorn for five dollars on Sunday at
Cinemak when you bring your own bucket. I took a
football helmet. They filled it up with yeah, with popcorn.

Speaker 11 (01:36:26):
Ye look, get Scotty Bee, Scottie be'ess like you? Okay,
how many cinema ones can I hit up and get
all this free?

Speaker 2 (01:36:31):
Cropsy? I forget a garbage can.

Speaker 7 (01:36:33):
There you go.

Speaker 13 (01:36:33):
Can't be more than four hundred ounces of Scotty. So Wendy's,
let's talk about Wendy's. We've talked about the fen mint
Frosty that is rumored to be coming. There's still a
rumor that that will be here in February. But Wendy's
announced yesterday they are bringing back the beloved Vanilla Frosty.
The special flavor is now back in all US stores.
It had gone away during the assaulted Caramel Frosty, which

(01:36:55):
was launched in November. But now vanilla will be back
and there could be a change in February. They have
not confirmed nor denied the thin mint Frosty that is
being rumored online. I need to need to throw it
over to my cereal correspondent, mister Scotty B and the
Serial Killers headquarters, Yes, headquarters.

Speaker 23 (01:37:15):
So you may have seen some stories lately about how
cereal is the worst thing you could possibly have for breakfast. Well,
some of the big cereal companies are now trying to
well make it look like they have some healthy things
for breakfast. Like so here's cinnamon Cheerio's protein. So this
is a protein packed cereal. So that looks a little
bit healthier than you know, regular straight up sugar cereal.

(01:37:36):
And the Quaker company has introduced Mighty Life, So this
one is with immunity support, and it is a very
flavored cereal. And this Mighty Life supports healthy bones and
it's very vanilla. So they're just trying to make it
seem like things really, I mean, sugar is still the
second ingredient, but at least you know you're eating your
vitamins in your bowl.

Speaker 2 (01:37:55):
I guess. Okay, good luck back to you. Let's take
let's take advice from a guy whose livelihood depends on cereals.
Thank you, Scotty.

Speaker 7 (01:38:04):
Sure are you ready for the countdown?

Speaker 2 (01:38:06):
Oh yeah, let's do it all right.

Speaker 13 (01:38:08):
This is the healthiest fast food burger in America right
now by nature. Yes, I realize a burger not the
healthiest male option out there, but sometimes you do want
to splurge. These are the healthiest ones. Coming in at
number five, What a Burger Junior is the number five
healthiest hamburger.

Speaker 2 (01:38:24):
I love what Burger.

Speaker 13 (01:38:26):
Number four in in and out Hamburger, Wow, I love it.
Number three the plain old classic McDonald's hamburger at number three, Wow,
can't live without it. Number two Burger King and the
Whopper Junior. And the number one most healthy fast food
hamburger is Wendy's Junior Hamburger.

Speaker 2 (01:38:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (01:38:53):
I love Wendy.

Speaker 2 (01:38:56):
There you go. Excellent job today. Froggy Cross love you.

of weird. Why well and as Scotty will be the
first to tell you, why do we not call someone
a douchebag.

Speaker 23 (01:39:44):
Because it comes in a bottle. It's a bottle. Yeah,
you should call them douche botles.

Speaker 11 (01:39:50):
That is correct.

Speaker 2 (01:39:51):
The fact we're having this conversation is very still make
those absolutely mass and guilt. Yeah.

Speaker 23 (01:39:55):
I mean maybe way back in the day they were
in bags, but lived in bottles for many years.

Speaker 13 (01:40:00):
Why do you know so much you're why are you
like so informed on this? I used to stock them
in a store that you did.

Speaker 11 (01:40:06):
I think commercials for them and is not so fresh
feeling commercials.

Speaker 2 (01:40:14):
By the way, if you're a traveler, keep in mind
that this has been several years in the making. They
keep saying you're gonna have to have it done by
a certain date. Then they would extend it. Now they're
not extending it anymore. TSA is announcing travelers will need
a real id to fly starting May seven. Of course,
you can use your your passport that will work, but
if you don't have the passport ready to go and

(01:40:35):
other travel documents which I don't even know what that
would be, you do need this special the real idea
with the star on it or whatever it is you do.

Speaker 11 (01:40:45):
You all have it.

Speaker 2 (01:40:46):
I don't have mine.

Speaker 11 (01:40:46):
Yet I have it, and in order to get it,
it's not the same. You need a little bit more
identification at the motor vehicle to get the real idea.

Speaker 2 (01:40:54):
Happily, yeah, happily yeah, no problem. To what else we
were talking about? We've covered a lot today for something.
Oh yeah, do toorros Nate's birthday? Don't forget?

Speaker 11 (01:41:05):
Do you have a carding birthday?

Speaker 2 (01:41:10):
Yes? With Joey on the show, So excited to talk
to him. He's really the nicest guy in the world.
And he is going to be starring in and Juliette
beginning Tuesday, so that's coming up. Let's see what are
their class anoymos announcements? Do we have?

Speaker 7 (01:41:25):
Am I the only one?

Speaker 2 (01:41:26):
Sweat and bullets right now? Yes? What else is going on?
It's countdown to TikTok. End of story. See you later
on Sunday. Now here's the thing, I know you scared?
Are you really sweating bullets? Are you saying that because
you want people to think that you're sweating? But you
guys know what I'm saying. I don't. I just it's
upsetting to me because I'm sorry.

Speaker 16 (01:41:45):
I'm starting to really build a following on TikTok and
now they're gonna rip it away from me. And by
the way, and there was this rumor saying that it
was just gonna leave the app store, but it was
still gonna exist on your phone. They're now saying, I
heard it on the news that this may not be
the case. It may be ripped off altogether, shut down completely.

Speaker 11 (01:42:01):
Are you going to put your mucinex booger videos exactly where?

Speaker 2 (01:42:06):
Find?

Speaker 4 (01:42:12):
You?

Speaker 15 (01:42:12):
Know?

Speaker 18 (01:42:12):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (01:42:13):
Gandhi and I have our medium apps on our phones
because we love reading short essays by people that have
brains and insight and a philosophy to share. Today's I
read was about personal growth that bad habits every man
should stop immediately. I think women can stop some of
these two. Number one personal bad hygiene. Oh yeah, it

(01:42:37):
impacts your career, relationship, social life. No one wants to
be near someone who sells, smells, or looks unclean.

Speaker 9 (01:42:42):
No, it's bad for your actual health too. If you
don't take care of your teeth and stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:42:46):
Wash rush shave flow. See I go days without shaving.
I guess I don't care another thing you have bad
habit every man should stop. According to this article, not
keeping your space clean m I mean a messy house
a car can harm your mental well being and make
others uncomfortable. I know, if I'm going through a down

(01:43:08):
in life. As we go through ups and downs, I
typically look around my house and it's cluttered, yes, And
I don't know if the clutter causes it or me
being down causes the lack of picking up from clutter
only both ways, uh, neglecting your mental health? Why this
is bad? It harms not only you, but also your
loved ones. The stigma around seeking help can prevent addressing

(01:43:30):
the issue as well. Never ever, ever, ever hesitated asking someone, Hey,
help me out with something? Okay, Wasting time on your
phone hmc.

Speaker 11 (01:43:42):
Scary, set those limits.

Speaker 2 (01:43:44):
I mean, look, you know, I don't know. When I
go on my phone, I tend to fall down into
these holes where I'm you know, looking at cats doing
push ups and pizza making. Sometimes I think, well, how
does this hurtful for me?

Speaker 14 (01:43:59):
There are ways I think that it's still hurtful. I mean,
I know it's enjoyable and that's great, but one screen
time is not good for your eyes in general. So
that's not great, and not moving, not getting out and
living your life and doing things you know, and.

Speaker 2 (01:44:10):
Taking me away from things I could be doing, like hanging,
socializing and family time.

Speaker 9 (01:44:14):
Cleaning up your house right.

Speaker 2 (01:44:17):
Bad eating habits good? God, damn it, I know I'm.

Speaker 11 (01:44:20):
A We're all this whole room right.

Speaker 2 (01:44:23):
The no exercise routine, You gotta move, get up and move.
I've been, I've been exercising more. I feel better. Good
for men, this is a good one. Habits every man
should stop immediately. Stop disrespecting women.

Speaker 11 (01:44:35):
Yeah, buddy.

Speaker 2 (01:44:37):
The arrogance, the outdated behavior harm personal and professional relationships.
Treat women with respect by listening, understanding their perspective. Don't
don't woman's plain. Didn't you explain to me the other day?
What was that?

Speaker 9 (01:44:50):
What was Oh?

Speaker 2 (01:44:52):
You're you're a black girls plaining to me? I have
a black girl. I know what I'm ton about. Seriously,
sol girl, explain me?

Speaker 11 (01:45:04):
Don't you do that?

Speaker 2 (01:45:06):
Also? Lacking ambition, Yeah you got. You gotta have a drive,
You gotta have a dream. If you wake up one
day like I have many days, I'll admit I'm like,
I don't even know what the purpose is here? What
am I doing? Well, you need ambition. Ambition is a
good thing, and being financially financially irresponsible is awful. I
you know, I have just several friends in this boat

(01:45:27):
who have just they totally don't watch what they're spending.
They don't think about what they're gonna need that money
for later down the road, and therefore they're out of money. Yeah,
so these are these old silly habits. What else, what
else are we neglecting in our lives that we should
be doing more of sleeping? Yeah?

Speaker 9 (01:45:46):
Oh my god, we were.

Speaker 2 (01:45:47):
Just talking about that. Yeah, without doubt. What were you saying?

Speaker 9 (01:45:49):
Oh about the sleep?

Speaker 14 (01:45:50):
We were all saying that even if you look at
charts of somebody who gets eight hours of sleep a
night versus somebody who gets six, which is probably all
of us on a good night, six hours of sleep,
the effect that it has on your body and your
brain is insane, just those two hours. When you take
it down even lower, which I think a lot of
us also.

Speaker 9 (01:46:06):
Do, it's terrible.

Speaker 14 (01:46:08):
Sleep is so important, and people look at it as
this horrible thing that you're wasting time doing.

Speaker 9 (01:46:13):
No, your body needs it. You have to have sleep.
Don't be better.

Speaker 11 (01:46:16):
Thinking about how you feel when we are on vacation,
you know, for a little while, and you get to
sleep in like I you start to feel like human,
Like you'd be like, oh, this is how it I
feel to think clearly and to you know what I'm
doing a game changer.

Speaker 2 (01:46:31):
It's kind of crazy and eating better and you're getting
out and walking, which you do.

Speaker 11 (01:46:35):
Yeah, every day.

Speaker 2 (01:46:37):
We got to have Matthew Walker on he wrote walking,
he wrote why We Sleep. And I'm listening to that
book now and audible and I am horrified. All of
us here in this room. We're all going to get
to mention in the next ten years. We're going to
get it. I've got it.

Speaker 8 (01:46:53):
It sucks.

Speaker 2 (01:46:54):
You do too, That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 11 (01:46:56):
I think I do too sometimes and you're demented.

Speaker 2 (01:46:59):
I don't even know what we're talking about. That's how
much to make you I have. But no, we are
seriously developing that because we are not sleep.

Speaker 11 (01:47:06):
That's why when people complain that we take too many vacations,
I say, guys, you got to realize that we have
to sleep sometimes. Like it's like not.

Speaker 2 (01:47:13):
Good micro habits. This is a different one. I've been
reading a lot. Okay, never do this before you go
to bed. Do you know what this is?

Speaker 9 (01:47:21):
No?

Speaker 2 (01:47:22):
Watch never leave a dirty kitchen?

Speaker 9 (01:47:25):
Wat did that yesterday? I cleaned up my kitchen yesterday
because I was like, I'm not gonna wake up to
don't wake up to a dirty kitchen.

Speaker 2 (01:47:31):
And when you get up, make that bed. It's the
first it's the first thing you do.

Speaker 9 (01:47:35):
Absolutely scary.

Speaker 2 (01:47:36):
What's so funny? I was gonna say, eat Mexican food
last night, Paul. That was a great train rolling into
the station or out of the station.

Speaker 9 (01:47:46):
Gandhi's revenge.

Speaker 2 (01:47:47):
Oh okay, okay, No, I'm not ready to take a break. Sorry,
I've got to mention that I had one thing.

Speaker 9 (01:47:52):
Yeah, what you said? What else? Do we need to
be focusing on what?

Speaker 14 (01:47:55):
I think we should all be focusing on joy germs,
on the things that make us happy and enjoying it
a little bit more? You know, we are so quick
to spread the negative news and talk about all the
bad things that are happening. And they're plenty of about
things happening. I get that, But right find the happy things,
spread the happiness, find your own happy thing.

Speaker 9 (01:48:10):
And enjoy it.

Speaker 2 (01:48:11):
Speaking of that, what's that book you're reading over there?

Speaker 10 (01:48:14):
Oh? Good?

Speaker 2 (01:48:15):
People look at this.

Speaker 14 (01:48:17):
It's called stories from the best of humanity, from our
friends that upworthy. They always post really good, uplifting stories,
and this is a compilation of the best stuff, just heartwarming,
joy filled.

Speaker 2 (01:48:27):
Amazing stuff, catching people doing something right. All right, Always
clean your kitchen. Park your car one thousand yards away
from the door. Oh yeah, I never park up front.
I never do that trolling for a place up front.
I always park in the back of the lot. I can.

Speaker 11 (01:48:41):
I have no patience to drive around a parking lot forever.
I'm like, wherever I go, I'll go all the way
in the back. I don't care around the walk, no way,
hate it.

Speaker 2 (01:48:50):
Here you go. Floshing your teeth just takes a minute. Yeah,
a minute or two. Just flush your teeth.

Speaker 9 (01:48:57):
I'm like a drug dealer with my flaw sticks. Every time.

Speaker 14 (01:49:00):
Once done eating, I'm like, hey, you want a flastick?
I got a flastic want to offer them to me?

Speaker 2 (01:49:03):
Because I do not floss enough. I ask our dentist.

Speaker 14 (01:49:06):
Okay, I'm gonna ask him, would you like a flastick?
It's in my backpack right now.

Speaker 2 (01:49:11):
Okay, we're gonna floss hair together.

Speaker 11 (01:49:14):
And how often are you supposed to wash your hair,
because I was just talking to Abby about this. I
can't remember when I washed my hair last because I've
been waiting to get a trim and I'm not going
till next week. And I feel like I didn't care,
so I was just wearing it up and stuff and
I don't I mean, is there do you have to
wash it?

Speaker 2 (01:49:31):
Right?

Speaker 7 (01:49:32):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (01:49:32):
When I went platinum blonde, yeah, I didn't wash my hair.
I would I go three or four or five days
without washing it because they don't want you to mess up.

Speaker 11 (01:49:39):
You know, this has been at least a week.

Speaker 2 (01:49:41):
No, but I got into the habit. Now I will
go two or three days without washing it. Yeah, I
don't know.

Speaker 11 (01:49:45):
I think, what the hell are you guys do?

Speaker 2 (01:49:47):
Then again, my hair is all falling out? So why
are you just throwing stuff at each other?

Speaker 9 (01:49:54):
He wanted to.

Speaker 2 (01:49:55):
Are we gonna floss in this room together? It's gonna
smell like?

Speaker 11 (01:49:57):
Oh no, but we all always ask for give me
a stick something, give me a disghost.

Speaker 2 (01:50:04):
Are we gotta take a break? No, but I have dementia.
We're so late, we're early for tomorrow. Hey, look at
that and planning ahead. Thank you for the stick.

Speaker 11 (01:50:18):
He didn't even.

Speaker 10 (01:50:19):
Close the bag.

Speaker 11 (01:50:21):
Oh my god.

Speaker 9 (01:50:21):
Look what they're all over the You.

Speaker 7 (01:50:23):
Can use that.

Speaker 2 (01:50:24):
This is a clean for Okay, we gotta take a break.
We'll be back after this. Hey, what's up. This is
justin Bieber here. Ah, this is Elton Jumps.

Speaker 6 (01:50:34):
This is Britney Spears, Elvis, you're in the morning show.

Speaker 2 (01:50:39):
All right, shows done, Let's get out of here until
next time. Say peace out, everybody, pet everybody.
