you feeling. What's going on?
Speaker 4 (00:37):
Oh my gosh, good morning. I'm feeling great.
Speaker 3 (00:39):

There's Froggy doing his stretch of the morning Stretch. Feels
so good morning stretch. The morning Stretch is looking good. Hi,
producer Sam, Good morning. What'd you have for dinner last night?
Speaker 5 (00:54):
Martini? Yeah, good for you girl, To be honest with you,
I was on United flight whatever. I had a glass
of red wine. That was my dinner. Great, Scary Scary
had three dinners last night.
Speaker 6 (01:05):
Oh my god, it was hysterical. I can't heep it.
Speaker 3 (01:08):
Good morning, Scary, Welcome to the day. Good morning of
the day of chewing and digestion. Good morning's got to
be in master control. Good morning in here. Let's have
a show straight in eight and Andrew's still on their
way to the station because they're still asleep. Update we

I guess midnight. I don't know who cares, but we've
got and Sync ready to go. Hit it, go, push
(01:31):
the button. What is the whole day going to be
this slow? Scary? Christmas?
Speaker 7 (01:38):
Sorry, Christmas?
Speaker 8 (01:52):
Here we go, sing it, Froggy, come on here, Christmas?
Speaker 3 (02:05):
There he goes, Christmas, sing it girl. The holidays every year,
every year like clockwork, you know, speaking of every year.
It's our eighth year of Delongey Days of Giving. We've
got the Delongy tree set up here in the studio.
Look at all the prizes underneath it, actually the gifts.
You love the tree? Well, I tell you why we've
(02:28):
been doing it for eight years. Generous portion of all
delongey dot com proceeds, by the way, at the same
time go to cookies for Kids cancer who you know
we love raising funds for pediatric cancer research. Support the cause,
and of course you need a Delongey in your kitchen.
Delongey dot com. Hey, let's go talk to Lexi. Line
six Lexi has big news. Good morning, Lexi, Good morning,
(02:53):
Hello lady, Hello lady. So, uh, it's twenty seven degrees
up here in New York. Seven in Jacksonville, Florida with Froggy.
What is it in Fort Lauderdale where you are?
Speaker 9 (03:04):
Alexi for Lauderdale right now, it's a fifty nine degrees
and I am freezing.
Speaker 3 (03:10):
Oh god, well for them, you know, Yeah, that's just
cold enough. The iguanas are falling out of the trees. Yeah.
I'll tell you what, Lexi. You first of all, let's
get to the big news. Your boyfriend proposed to you
on Thanksgiving? How did that go?
Speaker 1 (03:24):
Yes? He did.
Speaker 9 (03:25):
I was so surprised, and it was very sweet. We
went to the beach for sunrise and he had a
whole setup with a blanket and candles and roses and champagne,
and it was very very sweet and wow. At first,
I was like my Thanksgiving, but then we ended up
getting to see all my family and his family after
and it was perfect.
Speaker 3 (03:46):
He sounds like a very slick, romantic guy to me.
He does, I mean usually not.
Speaker 9 (03:50):
I was surprised.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
Well, if do you think he has a friend who
was a consultant for the day, Like, here's what you
should do. If you want to propose to Lexi. You
need to go to the beach. It needs to be
for sunrise, it needs to have flowers. Or do you
think he came up with that on his own.
Speaker 9 (04:08):
Part of it was the zone whose main consultant was
my mom. She was hiding in the bushes.
Speaker 3 (04:12):
Oh oh my god. Okay, so the plot thickens. Well,
congratulations Lexi. Uh is it okay? Iflexi crawls under the
deloggy days of giving tree, I think it's a great idea.
Oh okay, okay, I tell you what, uh Gandhi pick
a gift out for Lexi? Okay, okay, you want now, Lexi?
(04:36):
Is it okay? If she opens it up for you?
Speaker 1 (04:38):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (04:39):
Okay, okay, good, all right, let's another engagement ring. Maybe
mom's in the bushes waiting to see what you got.
Speaker 4 (04:46):
Okay, takes up a lot of care.
Speaker 3 (04:51):
Okay, seriously, how many packages are in there? Okay? Pull
that knife out of scaries back.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
It.
Speaker 3 (05:04):
Don't make this easy. I know there's gonna be something
good in there, Lexi. If it takes all this to
get it open, going to Longie, they got it figured
out Okay.
Speaker 10 (05:14):
What could it be?
Speaker 4 (05:15):
Okay, this box was tough to get open. Here we go.
How about a Brown Multi quick hand blender. The Multi
quick hand blender with revolutionary easy smart speed technology and
five hundred wats of power opens up a whole new
world of cooking possibilities.
Speaker 3 (05:28):
My god, you can You can blend your hand. It
sounds like a lot of fun. There's nothing better than
blending your hand. A Brown Multi quick hand blender with
a revolutionary easy smart speed technology five hundred watts of
power opening up a whole new world of cooking possibilities.
By the way, Lexi, the Brown Multi quick hand blender
(05:50):
has the first active blade technology and the power bell
plus system for faster and finer chopping. While it reduces
suction and splashing.
Speaker 4 (05:59):
That's a less suction and splashing the better I know.
Speaker 3 (06:03):
I think what the world needs now is less suction
and less splashing.
Speaker 6 (06:07):
No, I think it needs more.
Speaker 1 (06:09):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (06:10):
No, No, Daniell not with the new Braun Multi quick
hand blinder, But enjoy I would see. I would love
one of these. I'm a total total kitchen geek, and
you're gonna love this when you and your new husband
have a kitchen rolling along. Thanks for listening to us,
lexiin Thanks for being the first caller of the day.
Speaker 4 (06:28):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 9 (06:29):
I appreciate it.
Speaker 3 (06:30):
Well, thank you for listening. We appreciate you. Hold on
one second, and there you go, being proposed to while
mom's watching in the bushes. That had to be the
kickoff of a great things going on.
Speaker 4 (06:39):
That's risky.
Speaker 3 (06:40):
Let's get into the three things we need to know
from Gandhi. And by the way, again delonggi dot com
give some great gear for the kitchen and of course
proceeds go back to cookies for kids cancer. We love
them all. Right now, Gandhi, what's going on?
Speaker 6 (06:53):
All right?
Speaker 4 (06:53):
DC legislators are starting to move the wheels to force
a vote expelling George Santos from Congress. That happened yesterday.
Santos pleaded not guilty to several charges and survived the
previous vote November first, But as we talked about, even
he doesn't think he's gonna make it through the second
time around, because specifically, a lot of lawmakers who voted
against expelling him now say they will change their vote
(07:14):
and support it. Following the release of that Ethics Committee
report that was released just before Thanksgiving. A super majority
vote or two thirds, is required to expel a member
from Congress.
Speaker 3 (07:25):
You know what, he seems like such a great guy,
So we're going to invite him over for Christmas.
Speaker 4 (07:28):
Yes, he'll have great stories, at the very least great stories.
Speaker 3 (07:31):
I'd love to have George Santos under the tree.
Speaker 4 (07:33):
He was in World War two. It's crazy.
Speaker 3 (07:36):
He was World War One and the Spanish American War.
Speaker 4 (07:39):
All of that, he was all right. Double murder convict
Alec Murdoch was sentenced yesterday to twenty seven years in
state prison for financial crimes. He pleaded guilty to twenty
two counts earlier this month, four charges, including fraud and
money laundering, after being accused of attempting to snatch millions
of dollars from his law firm and his clients. The
state prosecutor says the plea deal is a unique and
(08:00):
unprecedented sentence on white collar crimes, the likes of which
no one can find another example, state or federal throughout
the country.
Speaker 3 (08:09):
Under here, someone else we need to invite over for Christmas.
Speaker 4 (08:11):
Oh my god, could you imagine two of them?
Speaker 3 (08:14):
Yes, party, it's a senday right there?
Speaker 4 (08:18):
Who else would be there. Under the Plea agreement, Murdoch
will be guaranteed to serve at least eighty five percent
of that sentence, which is about twenty two years on
top of the two life sentences he's already serving without
parole for the murders of his wife and son. And finally,
we know the holidays are here and Christmas trees are
going up all across the country. The National Christmas Tree
near the White House was knocked over last night after
(08:39):
strong winds ripped through the area.
Speaker 3 (08:41):
Oh my god, I know.
Speaker 4 (08:43):
The National Park Service says the forty foot tall tree
fell over during a heavy wind gust, and that the
cable securing the spruce has now been replaced. Public viewing
of that tree and President's Park begins this Saturday at last,
through January first. Here in New York City, we've also
been warned to keep an eye on our big tree
because strong winds are currently an issue and expected to
(09:03):
be an issue throughout the weekend as well. And that
tree gets lit today and those are your three things.
Speaker 6 (09:09):
Wait you know what that means?
Speaker 7 (09:10):
Right?
Speaker 6 (09:10):
Well, you guys in the building better get out because
the tree is getting lit.
Speaker 4 (09:13):
We already shutting down roads or trucks all over the place.
Speaker 3 (09:16):
I was like, here it comes, yeah, yeah, but we're
only went four blocks from Rockefelder Center and that tree.
I would run for your life. It's a big day,
you guys ready for Wednesday? Yeah all right, let's see
what happens here.
Speaker 1 (09:29):
We got the Brooklyn Boys podcast. Where am I now?
Speaker 3 (09:35):
Well, you're on the podcast.
Speaker 11 (09:36):
It's scary.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
You don't put your own son your mother first.
Speaker 12 (09:48):
Listen to the Brooklyn Boys podcast on the iHeartRadio app,
Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Speaker 1 (09:56):

Speaker 1 (10:17):
Elvis Duran in the Morning show, you.
Speaker 3 (10:22):
Can tell this is going to be a crap show today.
You know, we all arrived back from Miami. I think
twelve ten. I guess is when we landed and then
no one could find their cars and people. Yeah whatever,
who knows.
Speaker 6 (10:36):
They shut down shuttles at midnight.
Speaker 1 (10:38):
Who knews?
Speaker 9 (10:38):
I know.
Speaker 3 (10:39):
So there we are in Miami Airport. We're hungry, looking
for dinner, and then the only thing open is Nathan's
Nathan's hot Dog. So we go, okay, let's go have Nathan's.
So so Nate says, I don't know what could be
better right now than a nice chili dog from Nathan's.
Speaker 4 (10:57):
We're getting on a plane, yeah.
Speaker 2 (10:59):
Before getting on, So he orders two chili dogs with
that brown chili with no offense.
Speaker 3 (11:05):
It looks like something the dog, you know, chewed up
and spit out. I'm sure it's good. And we got
some French fries, all sorts of things. So Andrews says, oh,
there's a pizza hut. I'm gonna go get some bread sticks.
And I said I'll go with you. So we went
to the pizza hut and there's no one behind the counter.
It looks like no one's been there for years. And
(11:25):
there's a like a bag, a trash bag over the
cash register.
Speaker 13 (11:29):
Meeting.
Speaker 3 (11:29):
I guess they're closed, but you know how pizza hut
in airports it has those those hot shelves where they
have pizzas laid out and stuff like that. He's like, well,
they're gonna be open. There's pizza sitting right here and
bread sticks. I'm like, I don't know. And then there's
a tip jar on the counter with money in it. Oh,
but there's no one for miles, sounds like. So we
look in then, Gandhi, we look in the oven and
(11:51):
there's a pizza cooking and it looks like it's been
there for three days. It's like it's really dark, right
right right, Nate, I mean the peagel looked like it
had been there for a long time. And so that
was our culinary culinary experience a Miami and ration. We
(12:14):
found a lady and so he got the breadsticks. They
had been out for a while, but he ate half
of one. And then that was just another you know,
when we travel, we're noticing. Traveling is just like walking
through a museum of oddities. It's just people are so
weird and I don't know.
Speaker 4 (12:32):
It's a gauntlet, like what are you going to see today?
Surprises around each corner.
Speaker 3 (12:36):
How's your belly feeling today after those two chili dogs
made you feel fabulous.
Speaker 2 (12:40):
You know, those those hit they were perfect. But you know,
beggars can't be choosers at eight o'clock in an airport
that's shutting down and those chili dogs, you take what
they have. That's that's the rule. If they have hot
dogs sitting there on the griddle, you take a hot dog.
Don't ask for something that's not already prepared.
Speaker 3 (12:59):
Well, I wanted to take a healthier route, so she
wanted the chicken breast sandwich, you know, the grilled chicken
with cheese. And that turned into a Danielle right, that
turned into tell her what happened?
Speaker 6 (13:12):
Fine, So she's standing there and she says, Hi, could
you put this cheese I paid for? And the lady
behind the thing goes, did you.
Speaker 10 (13:19):
Pay for the cheese?
Speaker 6 (13:20):
She turns to the cashier she says, did cheese pay
for the cheese? I don't think you paid for the cheese.
You need to go over there and pay for the cheese.
So then the lady goes, no, no, no, she paid
for the cheese, but I just didn't tell you. Okay.
She goes, well, now we have a problem. I can't
just slap a piece of cheese on that chicken. And
so Deanna goes, I don't understand. I'll just open the
butN and you just put the cheese on it. And
(13:41):
the lady goes, we'll get in trouble for doing that.
So Diana's like what, So she goes, I need to
make her a whole new chicken. And I know you
don't have time for that. And it became and I said,
could you eat it without the cheese? She's like, no,
it's very dry without the cheese. Eventually we got the cheese.
Speaker 5 (13:59):
Somehow we got the cheesy illegally.
Speaker 3 (14:02):
Apparently once they hand you a sandwich, they can't take
it back and correct it at least what it is.
Speaker 4 (14:07):
They couldn't have just handed the piece of cheese.
Speaker 3 (14:09):
No, no, no, They go to Nathan's jail. How much
was and how much is cheese?
Speaker 2 (14:18):
Like?
Speaker 3 (14:18):
What are they still worried about? I don't know, it
doesn't matter. It was already it was already paid for.
They owed her cheese. But this was just how the
whole night was. I mean, everything was just everything. Do
you just wake up the morning and everything's a contest,
Like you can't even open a door without breaking a nail.
You can't get into the car hitting your head. It's
(14:38):
just one of those nights. It was funny. We were
laughing so hard. So she stopped by our flight attendant,
who was great by the way on United she was awesome.
She stopped by. He says, what do you want for dinner?
And we recalled that. You know, on the way down
we had that chicken and mushrooms dish, which which was
not good. She says, well, we have the chicken and mushrooms,
and I said, I'll just have a glass of wine,
(15:00):
and the Nate got a whiskey or something, and then
Scary says.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
Oh, I have the chicken. Scary, we told you the
chicken's not good. Don't order that.
Speaker 11 (15:11):
I didn't realize it was the same chickens going as
it was coming. But I will say this, it was
very good and it was prepared very different.
Speaker 3 (15:18):
It didn't look like gray matter same. No, it was well.
Speaker 6 (15:22):
To me.
Speaker 11 (15:22):
It looked appetizing because I want to have my chicken
tenders from Nathan, but.
Speaker 6 (15:25):
You're still hot dog and something else.
Speaker 3 (15:28):
But it wasn't very filling.
Speaker 5 (15:32):
Danielle, I can't anyway, So you know, that was our dinner.
Speaker 3 (15:36):
If you're wondering what we had for dinner last night,
I don't know. I should have hung out with with
with Producer Sam and had a martini. I know, I
don't know. Hey, let's get into the what are we
getting him to? The first Danielle report of the do
oh the horse gips over a break behind?
Speaker 1 (15:51):
Wow?
Speaker 3 (15:52):
All right, producer Sam, who are you doing your horoscopes with?
Speaker 1 (15:55):
Well?
Speaker 10 (15:55):

A lot of people checking in. You know, we were
at Viva, a Norwegian's Viva doing the christening ceremony last
night in Miami, and you can actually go online and
watch the streaming, and people are checking in today. They
actually watched. So when said good morning, I streamed the
christening of Viva last night. It looked beautiful. Elvis to
get a great job. The rest of the morning show
looked so fabulous. What an amazing thing to be a
(17:38):
part of. And I gotta tell you it was yeah.
And you know when you have the ability to be
a part of a ship christening, like and this is
our fourth one, by the way, it's that's a big deal.
It was. It was great. The ship is beautiful. I'm
friends at Norwegian, any thoughts about our time at.
Speaker 6 (17:54):
This I love I love the video that they did
in the beginning. So they put together this montage of
all kinds of things that were on the ship. But
the CEO David Right, the president, David Esident, sorry President,
he was in the video and it was so awesome.
Like one point, you know, they have that water slide
that like shoots you straight down, So he takes his
(18:16):
suit into the water slide and when he gets to
the bottom of the water side, he's in his suit.
It was the coolest video. I was so impressed with
how they put this together. I loved it. It was
so entertaining.
Speaker 3 (18:26):
So I thought that wastionless, well, you know what, and
that's that's a good example, because everything Norwegian does is
like beyond. I mean, they put a lot of thought
and time and money into everything they do. Anyway, So
we had a great time. It was just it was awesome.
So thank you to our family Norwegian. And we christiened
another ship in twenty twenty five. So everyone rest up.
Maybe this time we'll pack a lunch for the flight.
(18:51):
You know what I'm saying. Jeez u. Oh well, so
we have some more to share from our trip. You'll
hear that in a few Danielle, what do you have
coming up with your first report of the day.
Speaker 6 (19:02):
We're gonna talk about mcaulay culkin. He's getting a star
in the Hollywood Walk of Fame and oh my goodness, Mike,
the situation shared a lot from his Jersey short days.
Speaker 3 (19:11):
He did, Oh No, we gotta go.
Speaker 12 (19:16):
Elvis ter Wran in the Morning Show, Elvis d Wren
in the Morning Show.
Speaker 3 (19:26):
Once again. When the songs are playing, we got a
conversation brewing in here. We're talking about pubic care, all right,
So what else we want to talk about?
Speaker 6 (19:35):
Oh my gosh, Okay.
Speaker 3 (19:37):
Moving on, I'm moving on. Daniel's dismissing the conversation we'll
move on. Just making her uncomfortable. It's triggering for some reason.
Day It's okay, it's okay, we'll move I know, we're
out of our minds. Anyway. It's a very it's a
very special day here in New York City. We have
several per year and this is one of them. Of
the lighting of the Rockefeller Christmas Tree is tonight, which
(19:57):
means the city is cold and it's crowded, and you
see it every year on NBC and it's really worth watching.
It's a tradition, just like the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade. Right,
But if you've never been to the Rockefelder Center Christmas
Tree lighting, congratulations. I mean it's frightening at best. I
mean it's fun, but there's so many people, and you
(20:20):
get pushed and shoved and you feel like you're going
to pass away at some point.
Speaker 6 (20:23):
And I feel like you have to get there really
early in the morning in order to even get a spot.
Like it's so crowded, right, It's ridiculous, it is.
Speaker 3 (20:31):
And of course our studios at iHeart are just blocks
away from there, and you can feel, you can feel
the heat radiating from Rockefelder Center So who all is
performing tonight? What's it going to be?
Speaker 2 (20:41):
Like?
Speaker 6 (20:41):
Kelly Clarkson is hosting, which is awesome because you know
this is her home now, so she's very excited about that.
I mean it's a great, great lineup, Share, Barry Manilow,
the Rockets. I mean, it's going to be a great night.
So you know, I mean a lot of people want
to see shar in person, So I people are going
to show up.
Speaker 10 (21:00):
It's going to be crazy.
Speaker 3 (21:01):
I would see. I would weather the storm for Share.
Speaker 6 (21:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (21:06):
Where Christmas? Yeah? Are we gonna play the Share song
pretty soon?
Speaker 2 (21:09):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (21:09):
We are, okay, And we got to play that Jimmy
Fallon Meghan Trainer song.
Speaker 6 (21:13):
By the way, it's going to be a low of
thirty one degrees. So if you are going to the
tree lighting, I would dress warm.
Speaker 3 (21:19):
I'll be watching it on NBC. Thank you NBC. Yeah, anyway,
that's tonight. And so you know they say that the
Rockefeller Christmas tree lighting is really the start of the holiday.
I don't think so. I think Macy's Parade is when
that's it.
Speaker 6 (21:33):
When Santa comes down and he says ho ho ho,
and then he's there. That to me is Christmas time.
It's so cool.
Speaker 4 (21:40):
I love it.
Speaker 6 (21:40):
It gets so excited.
Speaker 3 (21:42):
Well there you go, yeah, yes, no, go ahead.
Speaker 4 (21:45):
The element of what the element of danger this year
with the tree, which is what I'm really into.
Speaker 3 (21:49):
Because of the wind.
Speaker 6 (21:50):
Yes, oh Jesus, they watch out.
Speaker 4 (21:52):
It can fall over. I would actually like to show
up for that one.
Speaker 3 (21:56):
Are you serious? Because you know wherever it falls it's
going to hit a lot of people.
Speaker 4 (22:00):
Well hopefully it doesn't do that because.
Speaker 3 (22:01):
They well know the amount of people there. There's no
way it can't hit people.
Speaker 4 (22:05):
Okay, fine, I take it back. Fine, I don't want
people to get crushed by a tree.
Speaker 3 (22:09):
Okay, thank you. Sorry you to dig deep for that.
Speaker 6 (22:14):
But don't you think I mean, I feel like they
should really switch it up Every year it's the same lights.
Not that it's not beautiful, we know it's beautiful, but
I still think it would be so cool if a
different organization made or donated ornaments every year, Like one
year they did teachers, one year they did firefighters, and
everybody put a different ornament on the tree, so it
(22:34):
looked different every single year and it represented different people.
Speaker 4 (22:38):
Don't you think that'd be cool?
Speaker 1 (22:39):
For sure?
Speaker 3 (22:40):
Yeah? I like how just like hair pieces, they put
pieces of tree, fake tree in to fill it out,
tree weave. Should we play? I'm thinking of a Christmas
song since we're in the Christmas Song movie. Yeah, thank you,
Nate is on delay. Okay, I'm thinking of a Christmas song.
(23:03):
Hopefully we have something festive to give away here if
someone gets it correct.
Speaker 2 (23:06):
Well, we've got something green, you know, because it's red
and green for Christmas. Oh okay, you green to be friend.
Speaker 3 (23:14):
Okay, we have something green to give you and I'm
gonna write it down right now. I'm thinking of a
Christmas song, okay, and so call us now. One eight
hundred two four to two zero one hundred. Call a diamond.
She's waiting for it. We got to talk to Diamond,
by the way, about this HSP test that she's taking.
It's a high highly sensitive person test. Is that what
(23:35):
it is? Yes, you will get into into that in
a minute. But call Diamond now if you want to
win some green. I'm thinking of a Christmas song.
Speaker 15 (23:44):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (23:45):
One eight hundred two four to two zero one hundred.
All right, he really is good luck, which not like
we're playing. I'm thinking of something you can buy from Amazon.
That would be more difficult. All right, Danielle, it's all
what's going on?
Speaker 1 (24:00):
All right?
Speaker 6 (24:01):
Since we're talking about Christmas, A poll was talking about
our favorite holiday classics that we rewatch every single year. Now,
I may not be a classic to most, but Home
but Daddy's Home two is a classic to me. I
absolutely love it. I just think it's fantastic. But let
me tell you what the top five ELF is number five,
(24:21):
Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, number four, a Charlie Brown
Christmas three, A Christmas Story number two, and Home Alone
came in at number one.
Speaker 4 (24:31):
Hell Y, I've watched it three times.
Speaker 3 (24:33):
Yeah, I've watched it once too on the plane. And
you know what, Hold Alone for me is a once
a year show.
Speaker 6 (24:39):
And speaking of Home Alone, McCoy colchin is actually getting
a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Friday, and
his mom, Catherine O'Hara from the movie will be doing
the speed, giving the speech and giving him the star.
And do you know it's thirty three years since that
movie came out? Thirty thirty three, Yeah, thirty years, guys,
So crazy. So Disney hasn't had a billion dollar movie
(25:02):
this year. It's the first year that that's happened since
twenty fourteen. Of course, they don't count the pandemic years
because that's just like the years that didn't happen. But
they it's crazy. So major releases like The Marvels Indiana
Jones and The Dial of Destiny and the live action
remake of The Little Mermaid all failed to meet the expectations.
How crazy is that?
Speaker 4 (25:21):
Thought?
Speaker 6 (25:22):
That was insane? Jersey Shores Mike the Situation was talking
to Entertainment Tonight about his battle with drugs, and he
said he used to spend about five hundred thousand dollars
on drugs like cocaine and oxy. He said, especially during
the filming of Jersey Shore Good Call nine two thousand, Yeah,
twenty twelve. He said he even tried heroin at one point.
(25:43):
And he has been sober now for eight years, thank goodness.
It's he's thanking his wife and his mom for opening
his eyes and being there for him and helping him
through his sobriety. So, thank goodness, he is sober now.
So Nicki Minaj says, yeah, I knew that my Pink
Friday to perfume was coming out maybe December seventeenth, and
then December twenty sixth, but I didn't realize it was
(26:03):
coming out already. Nobody told me, she said, nobody even
sent me a link to post I Wake Up and
there's my perfume. But it did sell out at JC Penny,
so that's actually a good thing. But she said it
was really strange because nobody said a word to her,
and she was not happy about that. People are trying
to get their hands on this four k ultra HD
disc of Oppenheimer and it is nowhere, and if you
(26:27):
get your hands on it, you're buying it off of
like eBay, and you're paying ridiculous prices, like there's like
this steelcase special edition that people are paying two hundred
dollars a copy for. So Universal Pictures Home Entertainment they're
really trying to get this back in stores before the
holiday so that people don't have to go to eBay
and buy it and they can actually get it to
(26:48):
their liplums.
Speaker 4 (26:49):
Die Hard.
Speaker 6 (26:50):
We'll be back in theaters, guys.
Speaker 3 (26:53):
Right, absolutely, yes, it is right.
Speaker 6 (26:56):
So AMC will be releasing that December eighth Christmas movie
for you guys. Also, Amazon is developing a Spanish language
spin off of the Boys, which will be set in
Mexico City. So that's on the way. And you know
the fourth season of The Boys is happening twenty twenty four.
So what are we doing tonight? We are lighting up
that rock Fellow Christmas Tree. It's the ninety first annual
(27:17):
a Lighting of the Tree. The Masked Singer is on.
And there's that one hour special Christmas and Graceland that's
on tonight as well, and that is my Danielle Report.
Speaker 3 (27:25):
People are arguing on the text about the best Christmas
movie of all time? WTF? Where's the Grinch? People are
bad the Grinches in that list. People are saying that
Elf is overrated and horror. They said it's the hocus
Pocus of Christmas music Moviescus.
Speaker 4 (27:42):
Focus is the best movie ever.
Speaker 3 (27:44):
Okay, okay, okay, I'm just telling you what they're saying.
Speaker 6 (27:46):
Jesus, we like Scrooged also the one with.
Speaker 3 (27:50):
Yeah, I'm telling you, Grinch is the one that people
are most upset about not being on that list.
Speaker 6 (27:55):
Not on. I can give you the rest of the
list if you want it. My heart's on there.
Speaker 3 (27:59):
Okay.
Speaker 6 (28:00):
It's a wonderful life Miracle on thirty fourth Street. The
Santa Claus, Christmas Vacation. Those are also on the list
on the top ten.
Speaker 3 (28:06):
Well, it definitely has to be Home Alone every year
for me. Have you noticed that when they directed and
when they shot Home Alone, every single shot has read
in it. The color red is in every shot.
Speaker 6 (28:18):
I watch it.
Speaker 3 (28:20):
Every single shot has read in it. Huh oko, watch it.
Speaker 4 (28:24):
We'll look at that again.
Speaker 6 (28:25):
Okay, I watched.
Speaker 4 (28:27):
Home Alone too, and all of this stuff is now
shot around where our offices are. It's so crazy, that's
so cool.
Speaker 3 (28:33):
No, we live right in the middle. All right, So
do we have someone ready to roll with? I'm guessing
and I'm thinking of a Christmas song? Yeah, all right,
so call us one eight hundred and two four two
zero one hundred do it now?
Speaker 1 (28:43):
Can all of you are so glorious?
Speaker 3 (28:51):
Can I start?
Speaker 12 (28:53):
Mister in the Morning Show, Elvis Duran in the Morning Show.
Speaker 3 (28:59):
I'm thinking of a Christmas song. You guys have no idea,
No one has any clue. But I wrote it down
on this is this here piece of paper? No, no, no, no,
we have people people calling in to guests, but thank
you for trying.
Speaker 2 (29:14):
There a little skey. Let's go talk to line one.
Ben Hello, Ben. Hey, good morning, Ben.
Speaker 3 (29:22):
Welcome to the season, and it's a big Christmas day
in New York City. We're lighting the tree at Rockefeller
Center playing some music for you on the show. I'm
thinking of a Christmas song for a glamorous prize. Can
you tell me what it is?
Speaker 13 (29:36):
Well, I have a number of different ones to go classic.
I could go you know, modern, but I'm going to
go with Grandma Got ran Over by a Ranger.
Speaker 3 (29:44):
Oh what a fine song. That's not it, but that's
a good one. I haven't heard that a long time.
Grandma got run Over by Orange. See I'm old enough
to remember when that came out and it was like, whoa,
that's the catchiest new tune. Well, now look at it. Well,
thank you, Ben, I appreciate it. I have a great day.
(30:05):
Line nine is Lauren. Hello Lauren, Hi, I'm thinking of
a Christmas song.
Speaker 9 (30:14):
I think it's your favorite song Elvis.
Speaker 2 (30:20):
Oh my god, what a great song. That's not it,
but I love it.
Speaker 3 (30:27):
All right, that's not it, but thank you. We should
we should sing that together soon. All right, Lauren, have
a great day. Thanks for listening. All Right, we're striking out, guys.
I'm thinking of it so, I mean, you've got to
like meld with my mind. On Line ten is Mala Hello, mayah, Hi, Mala.
Speaker 7 (30:44):
What's up?
Speaker 3 (30:46):
That's oh my son wants to say hi.
Speaker 6 (30:48):
Say hi hi Hi. By where does keep your money right?
Speaker 3 (30:55):
Simmy's money? Yes?
Speaker 12 (30:59):
Is it that song?
Speaker 3 (31:00):
Let's dear?
Speaker 13 (31:01):
They'll say about bringing single.
Speaker 3 (31:03):
Into let's slay, right, What a great song that we
we have to play the cups as we do with
that every year.
Speaker 15 (31:09):
Oh, my.
Speaker 3 (31:12):
Love, that's not it. I'm sorry. Does your son want
to take a guess?
Speaker 2 (31:16):
Ay?
Speaker 9 (31:16):
Jay?
Speaker 4 (31:17):
Can you get the Christmas song?
Speaker 1 (31:19):
Go ahead?
Speaker 9 (31:19):
Name a Christmas song?
Speaker 3 (31:24):
Hmm, you can do it. Oh what a great song?
Speaker 15 (31:28):
Not it?
Speaker 3 (31:31):
All right? Mala, Merry Christmas. Thanks for listening to us.
Thank you so much. This is tough because's a lot
to choose from, right.
Speaker 6 (31:38):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (31:39):
Line thirteen is Karen, Hello, Karen, good morning, Well, good
morning to you. Welcome to Wednesday. Can you it's it's
just a catchy song. Yeah, no, Karen. Can you tell
me the name of the song. I'm thinking of it
as I'm thinking of a.
Speaker 6 (31:55):
Christmas song, I'm going weather related.
Speaker 13 (31:58):
I'm taking baby it's old outside.
Speaker 3 (32:01):
Oh yeah. Some say it's a little ray pie of
a song. But no, it's not it. But that's thank
you for trying though. It's a good song, all right,
thank you, thank you so much, Karen. No one's getting it, guys.
Speaker 4 (32:15):
I know there's so many songs a lot. Is it
an old one, is it a new one.
Speaker 3 (32:20):
I'll give you. I'll give you a hint. Palm trees.
I have a guess. Do you know what it is?
Speaker 4 (32:32):
I have a guest, but I don't want to steal
it from a listener.
Speaker 3 (32:34):
Well, does you want to hit just hit a phone?
Scary yea? All right, nineteen Okay, we're just going to
spin the wheel here. God only knows what's gonna happen. Hello, Hello, Hello, lady.
Speaker 2 (32:47):
Who is this?
Speaker 3 (32:48):
What's your name? Question?
Speaker 2 (32:51):
Well, I tell you what preston right now? You could
win something if you tell me the name of the
Christmas song I'm thinking of. And I just gave a clue.
Did you hear the clue?
Speaker 13 (32:59):
I didn't I hear the clue.
Speaker 3 (33:01):
The clue. The clue is palm trees.
Speaker 13 (33:06):
Palm trees.
Speaker 3 (33:07):
Yeah, the clue is palm trees. Way off on this,
I was going Frosty the Snowman. Ah, Preston, why'd you
go in it? There's no palm trees and frosty.
Speaker 13 (33:27):
I had, I had nothing else for you, elviside.
Speaker 3 (33:29):
Okay, hold on, hold on, okay, hold on? Uh flowery shirt?
Speaker 6 (33:36):
Okay, okay, that's good.
Speaker 3 (33:39):
Palm trees and flowery shirts?
Speaker 2 (33:46):
What are you talking about?
Speaker 13 (33:48):
I had been talking about five minutes and I've been listening.
Just see you, guys.
Speaker 3 (33:54):
My brain's still it's a hold on, hold on, Preston,
he's onto something nowhere near. Actually, does anyone else have
a clue? You could give him.
Speaker 4 (34:06):
From a movie?
Speaker 1 (34:09):
I'm sorry? What did Daniel say? Oh?
Speaker 3 (34:12):
I got one Daniel. I don't know think she said.
But you have one name another language?
Speaker 6 (34:20):
Oh yo, that's good.
Speaker 3 (34:22):
Oh yes, that's you know. Yeah, that could have been
it in another language. But that's not Khalua pig.
Speaker 2 (34:39):
Pig.
Speaker 3 (34:41):
That's a drag name, isn't it?
Speaker 6 (34:44):
I have I have a I have a clue. What
Lilo and Stitch?
Speaker 13 (34:50):
Oh crack?
Speaker 3 (35:00):
Okay, so far your clues have been palm trees, flowery shirts,
koloa pig, which is a delicious way of eating pork.
Speaker 4 (35:10):
Hardcore hint?
Speaker 2 (35:12):
Wow, more hardcore? Can we be Hawaiian? Like Hawaiian Hawaiian.
Speaker 3 (35:22):
Spam.
Speaker 13 (35:28):
Look, it's gonna come to me and I'm not.
Speaker 1 (35:29):
I'm not gonna know what to do.
Speaker 3 (35:32):
You should see everyone's texting in and yelling at us.
Speaker 4 (35:34):
Should we want to know?
Speaker 3 (35:38):
No, No, we're sticking with Preston. Here's one. Here's one.
Here's here's one from Garrett.
Speaker 1 (35:43):
You.
Speaker 3 (35:46):
Oh, I want to swayed over the Hawaiian Somewhere over
the Rainbow? Did that artists do the same song?
Speaker 15 (35:57):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (35:58):
Well I don't a little bit about it.
Speaker 4 (35:59):
He called in in the radio station at three a m.
Speaker 9 (36:02):
And h.
Speaker 13 (36:03):
When you that song?
Speaker 16 (36:05):
Head?
Speaker 3 (36:05):
Okay, hold on, hold on, Presston press and hold on,
pull yourself together. This is it's not it's not Somewhere
of the Rainbow, but the song is Hawaiian in nature,
and it's a Christmas song. He know the song? Okay? Well,
I don't think.
Speaker 1 (36:24):
I don't think I know the song.
Speaker 3 (36:28):
Okay, I tell you. Let's let's okay. It's two words.
Speaker 13 (36:32):
He's gone, I don't even know, is it?
Speaker 1 (36:37):
Uh?
Speaker 3 (36:38):
It's two words. I do believe. The first the Hawaiian
christ song.
Speaker 2 (36:47):
Just a christ first word rhyme yeah, yeah, yo yeah.
The first word hys with belly hm.
Speaker 12 (36:55):
Which is that that melly uh?
Speaker 2 (36:57):
Yes, And the next word, the next word rhymes with
select kracker.
Speaker 3 (37:09):
Melay me. It's so close, you're you're so close. It's Melee.
Can you google it? Can you google? Can you google Christmas?
Speaker 6 (37:23):
Remember melly cocca'.
Speaker 3 (37:25):
That's not it's no cock on there's no cock in
the song. It's Meley. Okay, you do have a your phone,
you can google it. Google you can. Actually, we're letting
you google Hawaiian Christmas song.
Speaker 6 (37:44):
And you think I'm not doing that.
Speaker 9 (37:46):
The problem is all.
Speaker 3 (37:48):
Come on, it means very Christmas, right it does? It's
Hawaii Come on?
Speaker 6 (38:00):
Give it to him?
Speaker 3 (38:01):
No, no, no, no, he has not said that. He
hasn't said Gandhi will.
Speaker 4 (38:04):
Have his A this point, we've we've given every clue
we capos he said it. He just said it incorrectly.
Speaker 10 (38:10):
Does that right?
Speaker 1 (38:11):
Well?
Speaker 3 (38:11):
I don't know. We're asking you. You're the picky one.
Speaker 1 (38:14):
I try to get.
Speaker 10 (38:15):
Melley what all right?
Speaker 1 (38:17):
I am going with that. I can't get those words
right on that.
Speaker 3 (38:22):
How about this?
Speaker 16 (38:23):
Okay?
Speaker 3 (38:24):
You have you have melli uh? Okay, the first syllable uh,
the first three letters of the state of California. See
what do they sound like? Kelly cat Okay, so, oh god,
I'm giving up.
Speaker 4 (38:39):
I think, Oh wait, that's goody.
Speaker 3 (38:44):
Did you say Meli Kiki? Did you say Melly?
Speaker 13 (38:49):
Yeah?
Speaker 17 (38:52):
Heard Melly Kelly.
Speaker 3 (38:57):
Melli Kalika is absolutely that's right. You got it, you
got it, You did it, Preston, Preston, you are on it,
my man.
Speaker 13 (39:09):
I mean, what are you all morning to get there?
Speaker 1 (39:12):
But we did it.
Speaker 3 (39:13):
It's okay, it's okay. What do we have for for
a friend? Preston who so brilliantly came up with Mellie
Kelliky mock?
Speaker 2 (39:19):
I'm exhausted. That's five hundred dollars. You earned it the
hard way.
Speaker 3 (39:23):
Who five hundred dollars for that? Oh my god, that's right.
Speaker 1 (39:26):
That's amazing, Thank you so much, Absolutely amazing.
Speaker 3 (39:31):
Well I got five hundred dollars sort of enjoyment out
of that conversation.
Speaker 2 (39:35):
All right, you know what, starry, I'm starry starring our
family members Froggy and Uncle Johnny. Let's give you Mellie
Kliky maka Merry Christmas?
Speaker 3 (39:46):
Are you crazy?
Speaker 1 (39:47):
There?
Speaker 7 (39:47):
You go?
Speaker 3 (39:47):
Fabulous job Froggy and Uncle Johnny mellic leek out give
me a collect coca. As Preston said, Frosty the snow Man.
Speaker 4 (39:59):
No I one butt ourselves to blame for that, because
we gave him the hint of palm trees and he
went with Frosty the Snowman. That's our own fault. Kristin
was great.
Speaker 3 (40:08):
Oh, so five hundred dollars went to our friend Preston
just to get him to go away. But we love him.
Thanks to our friends. Mama Mancini our favorite meatballs. Talk
about it, Danielle, Oh my goodness.
Speaker 6 (40:19):
First of all, they're delicious and they have saved me
countless times, because you know when you're running around and
you don't have time to have those meatballs in the house.
They're so good because they're in this slow cooked Italian sauce.
You heat them, you serve them, you can put them
in I like to make meatball sandwiches or throw me
in some pasta. So delicious, So thank you, Mama Mancini.
Speaker 3 (40:38):
We love Mama Mancini. Thank you for these meatballs, and
thanks for the five hundred dollars for Preston. Let's get
into the three things we need to know from Gandhi.
We move on with our day. Thank God, and then
we do have one thousand dollars. Hello, fresh free money
phone taple on the way too. All right, Gandhi, what
is going on?
Speaker 2 (40:52):
All right?
Speaker 4 (40:53):
Twelve more hostages have been released by Hamas as part
of an extended ceasefire deal with Israel. Yesterday's swap came
after a temporary cause and fighting was extended an additional
two days. In exchange, thirty additional Palestinian detainees were released
from Israeli prisons. It's hoped that more swaps are on
the horizon, even as both sides are claiming there have
been violations of the ceasfire agreement. An estimated one hundred
(41:15):
and seventy people are still being held hostage. At least
one death has been reported after a US military Osprey
aircraft crashed into the sea off the coast of western Japan.
Earlier reports indicated eight crew members were on board, but
the Coastguard has now lowered that to six. Witnesses say
the aircraft's left engine appeared to be on fire as
it went down. And finally, if you are in the
(41:37):
New York City area, this could definitely affect you. The
rule that was set in motion to curb DMV crowds
during COVID is set to expire on Friday, which could
cause some New Yorkers to have their licenses lost and
taken away. The rule allowed people to certify their own
vision requirements online. About fifty thousand drivers did that and
(41:57):
have still not submitted any other type of vision tests.
So if you want to keep your license, the DMV
says you have to go to the DMV for an
old fashioned vision test, as well as find an approved
provider who has them send the results in for you.
If your provider isn't approved by the DMV, they can
complete a test report and give it to you, which
you can then submit online or by mail. But if
you've been putting it off, Friday is over, it's.
Speaker 15 (42:20):
Over for you.
Speaker 4 (42:20):
And those are your three things.
Speaker 3 (42:21):
Thank you, Gandhi. All right, your free money phone tap
coming up.
Speaker 12 (42:24):
Another free money phone tap coming up next, stop calling
here for the Elvis Duran in the Morning Show Free
money phone tap, No purchase necessary void in Montana, New Mexico, Washington,
and we're prohibit. For more info and rules, go to
Elvis duran dot com slash contest Elvis Duran in the
Morning Show, Melvis Duran in the morning show.
Speaker 3 (42:46):
Here we go lots to get to. You're about to
get into Danielle's report for the day. Also, our friend
Diamond is taking this h SP test. It's the Highly
Sensitive Person Test. Can we get into why you want
to test yourself on this matter? Yes.
Speaker 15 (43:04):
So a friend of mine was talking about a book
that she read about people that you're dating, right, and
like the different things that people go through and how
to deal with certain people whatever, And she realized that
it applied to a certain person in her life, and
so she's like, oh, yeah, it takes me like too,
and it basically helps me to deal with a person
(43:24):
better because now I know that they're highly sensitive about
certain things.
Speaker 3 (43:27):
But also it's not just.
Speaker 15 (43:29):
Like, oh, they're a sensitive person. It's more of like
they're sensitive to light or to their surroundings and stuff
like that, and certain things can trigger them.
Speaker 1 (43:38):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (43:39):
Amber's online twenty. She had to do the HSP in
grad school. She sent us a text earlier Hello Amber, Hi, Hello,
So what were you studying in grad school where you
wanted to take the HSP test with other people in
your class?
Speaker 13 (43:59):
It was a school counseling program. Okay, So It was
all about we were taking a class. We all had
to do it for as an assignment for I don't
remember which class it was, but we all had to
do it as a way of, like, I don't know,
getting to know ourselves better in our reflection and all
that fun stuff.
Speaker 3 (44:17):
Oh did you find advantage to taking this? Did you
actually find out nuances about yourself that you weren't fully
aware of?
Speaker 13 (44:25):
Well, I think it kind of just validated that I
am very sensitive. I think all of us kind of
got that. Being in a counseling program. We were all,
you know, all of us were very highly We turned
out we were all very sensitive people.
Speaker 3 (44:39):
All right. And by the way, let me be very clear,
if you're a highly sensitive person, it doesn't mean you're
a bad person. It has nothing to do with that.
It's just when you know that there are certain things
in your world and your environment that trigger you in
a certain way, it's good to recognize them, and it's
good maybe for other people to know that as well
if you're in a relationship with them, especially like Diamonds
saying right, yeah, I get it. So okay, here's what
(45:05):
we're gonna do. Diamond is taking the hsp. We're gonna
administer the test. We're gonna see how sensitive she is.
I would go as far as to say, I think
we're all pretty sensitive except for scary maybe not for
some reason. Don't phase me. I don't know why. Well
a lot, Yeah, I know, Amber. Look, thank you so much,
(45:27):
and thank you for adding to the conversation. Go have
the great day and we'll see you tomorrow morning.
Speaker 13 (45:32):
Okay, yeah, thanks guy.
Speaker 3 (45:35):
Thanks? Oh wow, okay, sounds scary, so Diamond, I mean,
how far have you gone into this and have you
learned anything so far?
Speaker 1 (45:43):
No?
Speaker 15 (45:43):
So I haven't gone that deep into this, right, and
I haven't learned that much. But her the conversation that
I have with my friend yesterday made me think like
she was talking about how loud noises can trigger someone,
or like just being overwhelmed by your surrounding can really
overwhelm you into like in a bad mood. And I
was like, oh, that sounds like me.
Speaker 1 (46:02):
I do not.
Speaker 15 (46:04):
I'm not into it. Like if there's too much going
on around me, I will exit and pull myself together.
I did it during Thanksgiving break with my cousins. I
was like, oh, no, overstimulated.
Speaker 4 (46:15):
I gotta go, yeah, you.
Speaker 3 (46:16):
Know what, it's funny you say that, and I've bet
a lot of people listening are agreeing with what I'm
about to say. I find myself doing that too, if
it's if I'm in an overwhelming situation, like for instance,
when we're hosting jingle Ball, right and we're backstage at
Madison Square Garden and you have you have roadies pushing
equipment around, you have artists running to the stage, and
you have people everyone's fall I have to find myself
like walking into the corner and just kind of backing
(46:38):
out like Homer Simpson backing into dishrubbery. So why do
you find this interesting that Diamond's doing this? Gandhi?
Speaker 4 (46:46):
Oh, because I think she's definitely a highly sensitive person.
And I was trying to think of how to explain it.
And when she told me she was taking this test,
I thought, oh, for sure, because I'll walk into her
studio and she's like, I'm done, I'm over it, I'm
over today. I'm like, what's going on? She's like, Scottie.
Speaker 3 (47:03):
Scotty Be got to be So if you knew how
our studios were set up, Scotty Bee and Diamond are
in these adjoining rooms, and so they have to like
see each other a lot. So all I do is
walk through there. She gets angry. I have to walk through.
Speaker 6 (47:18):
But he also gets pissed off because you keep it freezing.
You try to freeze her out and all kinds of things.
Speaker 3 (47:24):
The equipment in here is warmer than hers.
Speaker 4 (47:26):
It's like, sure, stomp. He doesn't just walk out, He's
got to stomp you through.
Speaker 3 (47:30):
Okay, all right, okay, this is this is not this
is not pick on Scotty Day. It always is so
so I mean, without knowing a lot about it, Danielle,
do you feel like you're sort of a highly sensitive
person at times?
Speaker 6 (47:45):
Definitely at times, Oh my gosh, totally at times. Actually,
I started taking this hormone like supplement thing because I
felt like certain things were bothering me, and I'm like,
I don't understand what the hell's going on. So I'm
trying this, Like you know, it's an Amazon pop up
or Instagram pop up whatever.
Speaker 4 (48:01):
I don't know, but.
Speaker 6 (48:02):
I'm hoping it makes me a little less sensitive to
things I don't know.
Speaker 3 (48:06):
All right, well, I'm good. Look let me know what
the pilloworks. Okay, So I'm looking at a website. I
don't know if this is like the one, but are
you easily overwhelmed by such things as bright lights, strong smells,
coarse fabrics, or sirens nearby?
Speaker 15 (48:22):
Definitely bright lights. I can't take it. The lights in
the studio way too bright for me.
Speaker 3 (48:27):
Turn it down? Not every day when I walk in.
How does that affect you? I mean to describe that.
Speaker 15 (48:31):
It just it's more of like an irritation, right, like, okay,
all right? Oh sometimes I screamed the other morning I
walked in when I did the overnight, and the lights
turned on as soon as I walked in, and I yelled,
Oh my god. And I was like, okay, calm down, Diamond,
it's not that serious.
Speaker 3 (48:47):
Do you get rattled when you have a lot to
do in a short amount of time?
Speaker 17 (48:51):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (48:51):
Absolutely? Well, I mean, don't we allan that's a silly question.
Do you make it a point of avoiding violent movies
and TV shows? Absolutely?
Speaker 10 (48:59):
That's why I'm all Bravo stuff.
Speaker 3 (49:01):
Yeah, me too, that's violent.
Speaker 10 (49:03):
Sometimes chair flippin' table flipping, you.
Speaker 3 (49:07):
People abusing each other? Do you need to withdraw during
busy days into bed or a darkened room or some
other place? Where you can have privacy and relief from
the situation.
Speaker 15 (49:17):
Yes, but only if I can, Like, if I have
a lot of things to do here or something like that,
I can't just go and well I do take naps.
Speaker 3 (49:25):
Never mind. So yes, I'm looking down this list of questions.
I'm finding that I am a very sensitive person. Other
people's moods affect me. That is a major one for me.
If I'm around someone who's in a sour mood, I
either have to overcompensate to try to make them feel
better or it makes me stand offish. Are you guys
the same way?
Speaker 4 (49:45):
Yeah, I can definitely. I absorb moods.
Speaker 3 (49:48):
Too, particularly sensitive to the effects of caffeine. Yeah, well, yeah,
we need fuel. I have a rich, complex inner life.
Speaker 15 (50:03):
Well, I didn't understand what that meant, so I didn't
put check yes for that one.
Speaker 3 (50:07):
To me, the word rich is a positive, so I'm like, God,
I want that, but complex in her life. I guess
it goes back to that those inner voices that sort
of control our day. If we have a lot of those,
I mean, how many times a day do you stop
yourself from talking to yourself? You're like, wait, what am
I saying? To myself and you have to stop. You
have to stop the dialogue. You have to like turn
it off. Oh yep, how do you do that?
Speaker 4 (50:28):
I never turn it off? It just keeps going.
Speaker 11 (50:30):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (50:30):
Do you mean like talking to yourself where like you're
saying something negative about yourself or trying to talk yourself
out of a situation, or the way my mother talks
to herself.
Speaker 3 (50:38):
How's that?
Speaker 9 (50:40):
Well?
Speaker 6 (50:40):
She once says, since my dad has passed, she does
it more. She kind of says she talks to him,
but she just walks around. When we were on vacation,
she's like, yeah, so I'm gonna put this in this
bag right here, and then I'm gonna tie this up. Okay,
Yeah that's good.
Speaker 15 (50:52):
All right?
Speaker 6 (50:53):
What am I gonna do over here? Oh my gosh,
where did I find go?
Speaker 16 (50:55):
Ma?
Speaker 6 (50:55):
Who are you talking to myself?
Speaker 1 (50:58):
Like? I'm like what?
Speaker 3 (50:59):
Okay? Good?
Speaker 1 (51:02):
Well?
Speaker 3 (51:02):
Those are I think they're all they're all inner voices.
I think that qualifies. I mean, for instance, I'll have
a conversation with someone who I want to I want
to have a have a challenge with. But in my head,
you know, it's that I should have said this conversation
or here's what I really want to say, but I
probably won't and then and I'll kind of talk myself
into a negative space, and but I'll stop myself. I'm like,
(51:22):
wait a minute, what are you doing? You're going in
circles about something that happened three years ago? Why today?
Why are you doing this? And I actually have to
yank myself out of that conversation in my head. It's
it's hard to do. Yeah, yep, I noticed it enjoyed
delicate or fine sense, tastes, sounds, works of art. Yeah
that's good though, isn't it like that? But they're saying
(51:43):
you're you're sensitive to it, which sometimes it's good to
be sensitive to things. I would think. Yeah, like if
you have a friend who is in need and you
can just sense it, well you don't, that's I think
that's a good thing to acknowledge, isn't it?
Speaker 1 (51:59):
Sure? Of course?
Speaker 4 (52:00):
Yeah, empathetic.
Speaker 3 (52:01):
So what do you want to do with all this
information you're finding out about yourself?
Speaker 9 (52:04):
Diamond?
Speaker 15 (52:05):
Probably just dig a little bit deeper so that I
can like tell people how to deal with me, you know, Like,
you know, I don't want to, like I don't want
Gandhi to walk into my studio and say what's wrong
with you? And I'm like, Scotti, I'm just like I need,
I need to pull myself together so that I could
tell Gandhi, Well, right now, Scotty's being a little bit
(52:26):
too loud for me, and it's just the fact that
I'm an HSP and I'll be fine in five minutes.
I'm actually I'm just going to use it as an
excuse for the way that I look at So.
Speaker 3 (52:36):
You just self diagnose and you're much better.
Speaker 15 (52:38):
Yeah, you know.
Speaker 4 (52:39):
Okay, what are you gonna do a little WebMD for treatments?
Speaker 10 (52:42):
Hey, yolo?
Speaker 3 (52:44):
All right, well, let us know how you go on
this journey, and I just I'm curious to know what
you find out. But the overarching theme here is for
all of us and our different amounts of sensitivity, and
we're all sensitive to a myriad of different things. It's
not all the same, right, But I can tell you
some of the triggers that set me off in the
course of a day, and I guess it's good to
(53:07):
acknowledge these things, right.
Speaker 4 (53:08):
Definitely, I need to go read how to Deal with
Somebody with HSP?
Speaker 15 (53:12):
Talk to me see okay tomorrow with the expert tomorrow,
come Tome's now the expert.
Speaker 3 (53:17):
All right, what a journey she's on. Let's roll into
the Danielle Report. Danielle, so much to talk about. What
do you got going on?
Speaker 6 (53:23):
All right? Well, it is happening tonight. The Christmas Tree
and Rockefeller Center will be late and so let me
just give you some details about stuff. So this has
been happening for more than eight decades, after workers at
the Rockefeller Center first pooled their money to buy a
twenty foot tall tree in December of nineteen thirty one.
So it's been going on a long time. And the course,
this year's tree comes from Vessel, New York. It's more
(53:45):
than eighty years old. It's four times taller, standing at
eighty feet tall and forty three feet wide. Crazy Cher
will be there, Barry Manilow, Kiky Palmer, the Rock Cats.
You know that it will be hosted by Kelly Clarkson,
which is awesome. I love that she's doing that because
this is her new home.
Speaker 15 (54:02):
Right.
Speaker 6 (54:02):
So that's going down tonight. Now, if you're coming to
see the tree lighting, obviously get there early because you're
not gonna get a space. But people are wondering well,
when can I come see the tree lit once it's
lit the rock?
Speaker 3 (54:13):
You need to do that. Don't do that. No, look
at a picture, Google a photo.
Speaker 6 (54:19):
It's I actually can't wait to walk from our studios
to see the tree lit one day. I love it.
So the tree will be lit every day from five
am and five am until midnight January thirteenth, with the
exception of Christmas Day when it will be lit for
twenty four hours and New Year's Eve when it will
be five am to nine pm. So there you go,
(54:40):
little information for you.
Speaker 3 (54:41):
Here's the thing though, it's even though it's lighted at
during daylight hours, it's not as pretty as it is
at night. No, it's at night. It gets very crowded
at night because everyone going to come to the city,
go out to dinner and go see the tree.
Speaker 6 (54:52):
I would say go during the week and off the weekend.
My guess is it would be less crowded then, But
I mean I could be totally wrong. I don't know.
So good luck and God bless A. Bust to Rhymes
is kicking off at twenty four hours show tour in
twenty twenty four promoting his new album, and he's kicking
it off in March in San Francisco, ending in April
in Brooklyn. If you are a City card holder, you
(55:13):
can get your access to pre sale until Thursday at
ten pm, and then general tickets will be going on
sale Friday. Travis Scott was doing his show and he
noticed a couple arguing in the audience, so he put
the lights on them and focused on them and kind
of got the gist of what was going on and said, look,
it's not that serious, let's make up. And they wound
(55:33):
up hugging it out and everything wound up hopefully being okay.
After they left this you know where they were watching
the show, I don't know. Tiffany Hannish says that she
will get help after her recent DUI arrest. If you
don't remember, she was asleep at the wheel last week
after performing at the Laugh Factory. Then she went and
performed at the lap Factory the next day and kind
of made fun of the situation, and she's been arrested before.
(55:54):
Twenty twenty two was another day. But she says she's
going to get help with balancing things like balance boundaries,
stuff like that. So she said she is definitely seeking that.
Congratulations Charlie XCX. She is engaged to George Daniel from
the nineteen seventy five. It's been nine years since Santa
tell Me from Mariana Grande came out. She celebrated with
(56:15):
giving us a little throwback video. Can't believe it's been
nine years old right now. I feel like that just
came out and John Cook is going to release us
Standing next to You the remix with Usher on Friday.
A lot of people excited about that one again. Tonight
the lighting of the Rockfeller Christmas Tree ninety first annual.
That's happening the Mass Singer and there's the one hour
(56:35):
special Christmas in Graceland, so you may want to watch
that as well. And that's my Danielle report.
Speaker 3 (56:39):
Thank you.
Speaker 12 (56:40):
Danielle chooses to get up at the SIME I Know
More Black Elvis d ran in the Morning show.
Speaker 2 (56:46):
During Miami Art Week, Chase Saphire Reserve Card members like

Speaker 3 (57:04):
There you go wrap me up. Of course. Jimmy Fallon
and Meghan Trainer, I bet they had so much fun
recording that together. That was awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome. Hey gosh,
what do we want to do here? We have a
whole list of things we need to get to. We
can talk about how we're gonna shave Nate tomorrow. Okay,
can I just ask? Are you giving me mutton chops?
Speaker 14 (57:25):
What?
Speaker 3 (57:27):
What is your thought about styling my face?
Speaker 1 (57:30):
Well?
Speaker 3 (57:30):
I'm thinking since Gandhi is the official artist of the
Morning Show, now, ok maybe she should be in charge
of the shave.
Speaker 4 (57:38):
Oh I am happy to that face Nate.
Speaker 3 (57:41):
Yeah, look, okay, look, Nate's been growing his beard and
mustache out for November. Well it's at the end of November,
and of course it so happens. We have one of
these really fantastic Panasonic multi shapes sitting right here. Is
it on the rechargeable base?
Speaker 1 (57:57):
Is it? Is? It?
Speaker 6 (57:58):
Is it?
Speaker 3 (57:59):
It's charged up? Now, It's it's okay to go. Okay,
don't even don't let him touch it. He'll take it
off the thing and he'll try to run the battery down. No,
do I have some say into what my face looks
like because I've got to wear it for the rest
of the day. That's Gandhi. That's Gandhi's saying, not mine.
Speaker 6 (58:14):
I think you should do both sides different.
Speaker 4 (58:18):
Abstract. Let's do abstract on Oh, when he turns.
Speaker 6 (58:21):
One way, it's one thing, and when he turns the
other way, it's a different.
Speaker 3 (58:24):
Okay, So we're not gonna we're not going for the
symmetric look. We're hooking. We're looking for uneven. No, no, no,
that's it's more interesting. Okay, all right, gave him the drake.
Oh the drake is can we go ahead and pull
that up online so we can make sure we have
something to follow. So you know, you took one of
these Panasonic multi shapes home. They send us one. Yes,
(58:46):
and your boyfriend Brandon is like it's the new and
best thing in his life.
Speaker 4 (58:50):
When he opened that, I kind of wish I would
have saved it for Christmas, because his excitement was insane.
He was so happy. He immediately disappeared into the bathroom
and I got to test it out myself because I
always have to get the back of his neck. So
don't worry, Nate, I got you.
Speaker 3 (59:05):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (59:05):
It's got all these different things, different settings, different tools
and like attachments. He was so happy with it. You're
gonna love this. Okay, just sit tight, buddy.
Speaker 3 (59:13):
It is really cool. I know you know we were
talking about the Panasonic Multi Shape on Cyber Monday, right, Well,
you could say forty percent off if used the code Elvis.
Can we can we go ahead extend that? Do we know?
Speaker 9 (59:24):
I believe?
Speaker 1 (59:25):
So? Ye?
Speaker 4 (59:25):
Oh nice?
Speaker 3 (59:25):
What do you mean you believe? So it's either yes
or no. I don't know. Yes, Well, okay do you
have control of can you push a button that ensures
it'll be forty percent off? Yes? Okay. At this point,
this thing is awesome. It is awesome. And Brandon he's
he's very picky.
Speaker 4 (59:45):
He is very picky. Oh my gosh, doing anything with
him that has to do with appearance. He is so particular.
And he was loving this. I heard little screams coming
from the bathroom. He was like, this thing is awesome
yesterday and I was like, Nate, you're never gonna believe.
I told I'm like, you're never gonna believe. How much
this guy loves this thing.
Speaker 3 (01:00:02):
Well, I'm hoping that I have one under the tree
because I need I need to I need to up
my grooming game, you know what I'm saying. And uh,
guys would love it. It's the genius only one grooming tool.
Of course, they are partners of ours. That's why we're
talking about them. Go to let's see, it's shop dot
Panasonic dot com and you get percentages off if you
(01:00:24):
use the code Elvis. That's shop dot Panasonic dot com.
And what we're gonna do is we're gonna put the
link up on Elvis Durant's show on Instagram. So a
little bit later Elvis durn Show on Instagram. So tomorrow
we shave Nate.
Speaker 2 (01:00:36):
Yes, yes, same day, just above above the neck. I
don't need to handle everything below them. We we weren't
even wanting to go below the mint. So I don't
know what you're insinuating.
Speaker 6 (01:00:49):
A guy could hope.
Speaker 3 (01:00:52):
When you're desperate, like Nate, hey, can you shave you
know down there? But anyway, it's excellent. Let's get into
is this Daniel's turn? I think it is no here,
it is over here. No, it's not, it's not Gandhi's turn.
Speaker 6 (01:01:08):
What time is it?
Speaker 4 (01:01:09):
Hold on, okay, I'll pass anytime.
Speaker 3 (01:01:15):
So it's Gandhi's turn. Stop it cut it out. So
we may be styling Nate like Drake tomorrow or a
non symmetrical look. I don't know. It's up to our
artist Gandhi, whose art gallery opening is tomorrow night. We're
(01:01:37):
so excited for this.
Speaker 4 (01:01:38):
Cannot wait you guys. I am so so so excited.
I have so many things I just want to tell
you and talk about and I can't wait for you
all to come. And you know it is open to
listeners if you want to show up. We do have
an rs v P list, but you might still be
able to get in. It's happening at Inked, the tattoo
shop and gallery and Chelsea. We're gonna have food, We're
gonna have drinks. Can I shout out all the people
(01:02:00):
that are helping me out at some time?
Speaker 3 (01:02:01):
Absolutely? Sure?
Speaker 4 (01:02:02):
Should I do it right now? Should I wait?
Speaker 14 (01:02:03):
No?
Speaker 3 (01:02:04):
Go do what you want.
Speaker 4 (01:02:05):
Okay, We're gonna have food from my dudes at Gringos,
so that's gonna be delicious. A company called Raka Vodka
came to the table to help us out with Booze.
So we're gonna have some amazing cocktails courtesy of them.
Up Magazine just did an article on Brandon and I
in the art and it's so cool. I felt really
happy reading it, and I posted it on my Instagram
story at Baby Hot Sauce if you want to read it.
(01:02:27):
I might have some spiked pizza there. We're gonna see.
I don't know how to really handle this.
Speaker 2 (01:02:33):
Because you're putting pot in pizza and serving it to
the party. Yeah, and then you're inviting people on the
radio to come on by.
Speaker 4 (01:02:40):
Yes, okay, pizza. That one's up in the air. I'm
pretty sure it's gonna happen. But there's gonna be some
fun stuff maybe like that also there. So it's gonna
be art and party, a p arty. I can't wait.
Speaker 3 (01:02:52):
Are you bringing some pills? We got pills?
Speaker 1 (01:02:55):
You know.
Speaker 4 (01:02:55):
I couldn't talk about that on the air if I
was Elvis.
Speaker 3 (01:02:57):
We're not popping. Well, I know you're telling me, okay,
never mind, we're moving on. No, but I'm telling you this,
but I mean it sounds great and all. Not to
be Nancy negative. Yeah, but if you have an RSVP list,
you know, you know there's you're not guaranteed to get
in tomorrow if you come. That's all I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (01:03:14):
Right, you're not guaranteed to get in if you're not
on the list. They say they think that they'll be
able to cycle people in and out, but okay, so
many people did RSVP, and we're not going to kick
anyone out. So it's just going to be kind of
like a I've got a question, yes, question, yes, ma'am.
Speaker 6 (01:03:27):
So I know it starts at seven, yes, but do
you want everyone there at seven or like you're saying,
like seven thirty eight o'clock, come in, you come out like.
Speaker 1 (01:03:35):
Oh you guys.
Speaker 4 (01:03:35):
I want you guys there the whole time, seven midnight,
maybe one am.
Speaker 6 (01:03:39):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (01:03:39):
Okay, no, but I will be the sacrificial lamp and
cycle out, don't you dare. I mean, if there's a
lighter on the block, I'm going to be mister polite
and let people come in.
Speaker 4 (01:03:50):
You know, man, don't be polite. And I saved a
little spot for you guys too. It's gonna be ok
all right.
Speaker 3 (01:03:55):
Now we get into the three things we need to
know from Gandhi hit that button again. There's Gary there
we go, all right, what's going on?
Speaker 4 (01:04:03):
Embattled New York Representative George Santos says he will not
be resigning as he faces an expulsion vote again over
all of his let's just call it nonsense. A third
expulsion vote will take place this week after a resolution
was introduced on the House floor yesterday. Santos is accused
of breaking campaign finance laws and lying in his campaign.
He is facing twenty three criminal charges. A Colorado hospital
(01:04:27):
making history, Some workers at Denver Health are among the
first to receive the live ebola vaccine. There are no
known outbreaks of the deadly disease as of now, but
officials say this is a way to prepare in case
of one in the future. The team is part of
the Regional Emerging Special Pathogen Treatment Center, one of only
thirteen in the country that can treat infectious diseases like ebola.
(01:04:50):
They are very excited with this breakthrough. And finally, I
don't know if any of you guys have seen Louvitan's
new boots.
Speaker 3 (01:04:57):
Anyone, Yes, Oh, my god, gotta have them, gotta have them.
Speaker 4 (01:05:01):
Yes, so they do.
Speaker 3 (01:05:02):
George Santos's bondanie easily.
Speaker 4 (01:05:05):
I'm sure he did. It has people very very divided.
So the boots, if you haven't seen them, they look
like a woman's legs, sort of like the leg lamp
from a Christmas story. Yes, they are healed boots that
are painted to look like white ankle socks, black stilettos,
and skin. They say they come in an option of
two skin tones and are of cool twenty five hundred dollars.
When I went to look, I only saw the white boots,
(01:05:27):
which I think would be hilarious for me to walk around.
Oh my gosh, a brown knee and a white leg
just sticking out of there. Either way, they're causing a
lot of drama on the internet today. And those are
your three things.
Speaker 3 (01:05:37):
Thank you guy. I'm sorry? Was that funny?
Speaker 1 (01:05:41):
Elvista Ran in the Morning Show.
Speaker 2 (01:05:44):
There's a lot of things you might say when your
car gets damaged, but what you should really say is
something that can actually help, Like a good neighbor state farm?
Is there for someone who is ready to help you
with your claim? Twenty four to seven? Like a good
neighbor state farm?
Speaker 14 (01:05:58):
Is there?
Speaker 1 (01:06:02):
Elvis ter Wren in the Morning Show.
Speaker 3 (01:06:04):
Oh my god, so much going on. We're about to
go around the room she puts on everyone's mind. We've
got sound with Garrett and a very special piece of
sound that explains why Nate is out of it today.
He is you do it? We just had we just
went in circles in a conversation. Or he didn't understand
a word I said, I don't. I'm afraid for you
to drive a car, so yeah, I don't. Danielle even
(01:06:28):
texted me. She goes a, You're okay, I don't know
what just happened.
Speaker 6 (01:06:33):
I was nervous, there was a stroke, I was I
didn't know what was happening.
Speaker 3 (01:06:36):
Yeah, I'm like, uh, okay, well, well let's just move on.
Let's see what happens here. I know that Danielle loves
her coffee toppers, the phone coffee toopper's phone? Are you salt?
You're assaulted? Caramel gal, aren't you?
Speaker 6 (01:06:50):
That is my favorite one? And is it wrong that
I sometimes will just put the whole coffee toppers in
the cup and eat it with a spoon.
Speaker 4 (01:06:59):
Oh, Danielle, why not?
Speaker 3 (01:07:00):
Oh my gosh, what a rebel? Very vanillas, salted caramel,
MELTI mocha. And there's a real one reason I'm bringing
them up now. Other than the fact that we love
it is they're doing something pretty cool. And then and
if he can, Nate's going to talk about that in
a moment. Look for those electric vibrant cans in your
(01:07:22):
grocer's Dairyisle, Coffeetoppersfoam dot com and uh yeah, you can
get really fancy with your coffee at home. It turns
like a regular coffee into like a delicious treat. So
let's go around the room. I'll start with Danielle. Let's
see what's on our mind today.
Speaker 6 (01:07:37):
Are so yesterday when we were at Norwegian Cruise Lines
getting ready for the inauguration, And then you say it inauguration. Yeah, yeah,
yeahtioning out of my mouth. It just doesn't sound right,
that word. It's so weird. Anyway, We're sitting there, we're
getting ready, we're all dressed up, you're getting ready to
come on stage. I look up and I noticed balloons
(01:08:00):
in nets, and I go, we're gonna have a balloon drop.
I did not realize how much a balloon drop makes
me happy. It was so simple and so easy. And
Deanna was cracking up laughing at me because she's like,
you are so excited. I'm like, and I have my
camera ready because I'm like, any moment now they're gonna
drop the balloons. Here they come, here come the balloons.
(01:08:21):
And when those balloons came down, it was fabulous.
Speaker 3 (01:08:24):
That was insane. I don't think I can be honest,
I don't think I've ever been a part of a
balloon drop. But that was You see it on TV
all the time. Yeah, it was unreal. They really do
it right at Norwegian.
Speaker 6 (01:08:35):
They really do and it just puts a smile on
your face. So we need more balloon drops.
Speaker 4 (01:08:39):
Let's do more.
Speaker 1 (01:08:39):
Go on.
Speaker 3 (01:08:40):
I say, every day we had balloons, they just don't drop.
Speaker 10 (01:08:44):
They just don't drop.
Speaker 3 (01:08:45):
Yeah, we haven't dropped them. What's going on, Froggy, what's
going on going on in your mind today?
Speaker 17 (01:08:50):
So this question is for everybody but Gandhi because I
already know Gandhi's answer. Do you guys keep your sipts?
Like when people do you wrong, do you keep your septs? Khandhi,
I sets, I don't.
Speaker 3 (01:09:00):
Even know what do you mean when people do us wrong?
Do we keep receiving? Like if somebody makes fun of
you for something, do you remember that in the back
of your mind?
Speaker 15 (01:09:07):
Of course?
Speaker 4 (01:09:09):
Take a screenshot and circle it.
Speaker 3 (01:09:11):
So yesterday.
Speaker 17 (01:09:12):
If you guys, remember back in August when it was hot,
I bought a space heater and brought it here into
the studio. Well, now it's cold today. It's in the
thirties here in Jacksonville. Yesterday it was cold. It'll be
cold again today. Somebody who made fun of me for
buying said space heater asked me yesterday they could use it.
I'm like, hell, no, there is no chance that you're
using my space heater that you made fun of me
(01:09:33):
for buying.
Speaker 3 (01:09:34):
You freeze to death. Sorry, nope, don't find another one.
Go buy your own.
Speaker 2 (01:09:41):
Nope, not using mind, you're not bitter at all. Gotta
keep your seats right, Gandhi, Absolutely, I didn't know. That's
what it's called keeping receipts. All right, Well, all right,
so dare you not asked for that space heater and
when you made fun of it during the summer?
Speaker 3 (01:09:57):
Okay? Uh, scary? What's on your mind today?
Speaker 11 (01:10:00):
Well, apparently this has been going on for a couple
of years in Japan, but I just learned about it.
There's a Japanese marketing firm that offers non smokers.
Speaker 3 (01:10:10):
Six extra vacation days a year we're talking about this. No, no,
but this is this is we did.
Speaker 2 (01:10:18):
It's now but maybe it's gone viral recently. But the
best part of it is this is what this now
should be spread across our country and we should maybe
take it to the people at iHeart because let's face it,
that has proof positive that smokers, people who go out
and take smoke breaks, waste a lot of time.
Speaker 3 (01:10:36):
They were waste six days worth of of you know,
non working time. So you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 11 (01:10:42):
So I think it's time that we jump on board
and reward non smokers by giving us our fair.
Speaker 3 (01:10:48):
Due here, Okay, that is all you have. You have long,
long been an advocate for non smokers rights. That's absolutely good.
War we're doing more work that advocacy, that's his advocacy.
Speaker 4 (01:11:08):
And should also think that we need to get vacation
time as people without children because people with children miss
things all the time.
Speaker 3 (01:11:13):
Yes, yes, we should get a couple more days tacked
on for that as well. So if I'm a non smoking,
non parent, I get ten extra days a year.
Speaker 2 (01:11:22):
You're amongst the hardest in the workforce, and you are
all to be commended. That's me The hardest in the workforce.
If you have parents.
Speaker 3 (01:11:34):
You know they have nothing to do. I'm talking about
the job. Listen, people choose to have kids. People just
oh my god, here we go. That's your choice. Ghani's
with me? Okay, Sam is biting your cup.
Speaker 10 (01:11:52):
I didn't realize that until you said.
Speaker 3 (01:11:53):
That she's a non smoker and not a parent.
Speaker 6 (01:11:56):
Scary.
Speaker 4 (01:11:57):
Your kid's not my problem, it's scary.
Speaker 3 (01:12:00):
What about people with nut allergies? I know they get
under your skim too. No, no, I draw the line there.
I feel for nut allergies.
Speaker 10 (01:12:07):
As of seven, am.
Speaker 3 (01:12:10):
So straight. Nate, what's on your No, no, no, you're
not yet, Gandhi, what's on your mind today?
Speaker 6 (01:12:14):
All right?
Speaker 4 (01:12:15):
I have, you know, been living alone here for a while.
I always order things online if I want to actually
purchase them. And I realized that I kind of missed
going to a mall with another person and actually shopping.
So I went to the mall with my boyfriend yesterday
and I will never do it again. I hate shopping.
Speaker 1 (01:12:32):
Why.
Speaker 4 (01:12:33):
That's awful, man, Because one he walks in and immediately
is like, I'm done, I'm out of here. There are
too many noises. It's too loud. This place is gonna
get me shot. Oh we want he is hsp oh god, Yeah,
I went to our mom. Yeah, you can't really go there,
but I went there. So he's already nervous and annoyed
as soon as we walk in. And then he's the
type of person who will just pick something out and
(01:12:54):
walk out of the store. I'm like, let's look around,
let's see what else is here. I think we almost
killed each other by the end of our shopping trip.
So from now on, I will only shop alone.
Speaker 3 (01:13:04):
Yeah, mals have a lot going on. It's not that
simple relationship test. My god, Yeah, what's going on? Producer Sam?
Speaker 14 (01:13:13):
Okay, you know how you see a photo of your
grandparents and even though you know they're young in the photo,
they still feel really old to you. I feel like
I'm going through the musical version of that in my head.
You know, the song rocking around the Christmas Tree?
Speaker 3 (01:13:24):
Oh yeah, Brenda Lee.
Speaker 4 (01:13:25):
Yeah, Brenda Lee.
Speaker 14 (01:13:26):
Was like sixty five in my head when she sang
that song. Do you know how old she actually was?
How old that is a thirteen year old singer? Right,
She's thirteen, look it up. It came out why she
was fourteen. She recorded it at thirteen years old, and
my brain still refuses to accept that she was not
retired by the time that song.
Speaker 3 (01:13:47):
She is from that generation that sounded and looked older
than they were. Yeah, Nate, Nate's the same way.
Speaker 10 (01:13:54):
That's right, you're hitting their baby.
Speaker 1 (01:13:59):
Nate.
Speaker 3 (01:14:00):
He uses words and phrases that great great granddad used
to use. Hurry it up, diagnab it. You're the Brendaly
of our time. So Nate, what's on your mind? Okay,
I want to get serious for a second.
Speaker 2 (01:14:12):
So we are wrapping up Native American Heritage Monk and
a month ago, I got a chance to visit the
Navajo Nation at the Saint Bonaventure School and Mission. And
we've worked with them for a while, we've raised money
for them, but I got to see the work that
they're doing and it was so impressive because not to
get too political, it's just, you know, seeing how the
(01:14:36):
Navajo Nation lives and their infrastructure. It's just kind of
a shame that we all have running water and electricity
and these people that have been here before us don't,
and they don't have a lot of things that we
take for granted. But the Saint Bonaventure School and Mission
is doing its part to make sure that the Navajo
Nation does have these things nice. And I got a
(01:14:59):
chance to visit them their school. The children sang me
a song. It was the sweetest thing ever. I drove
around with a woman that takes water because a lot
of these people don't have running water. So once a
month she will deliver one hundred and fifty gallons of
water to people. And that's all they have for the
entire month.
Speaker 3 (01:15:16):
And that's it.
Speaker 2 (01:15:17):
That's all the water they get for the month. And
here they are, these people and they're making things work,
and they're making things and they're making their lives better.
And it's the Saint Bonaventure School and Mission in Elvis.
They wanted to present you with this blanket.
Speaker 3 (01:15:31):
A blanket. Oh that's beautiful. Oh my god, that's gorgeous.
Speaker 2 (01:15:37):
Yeah, and you know they've got stuff for everybody, and
they just they are the nicest people and the biggest fans.
They listen to us out of Gallup, New Mexico, and
we are such a part of their their lives and
their daily their daily commutes. I mean, they would break Gandhi.
They love you, Danielle. They it's just amazing. So in
(01:16:02):
honor of them coffee toppers who we just mentioned, Elvis,
they want to give to Saint Bonaventure. Here this big check, twenty.
Speaker 3 (01:16:10):
Five hundred dollars.
Speaker 2 (01:16:12):
Oh, and in honor of you, Elvis, I'm rounding it
up to three thousand on behalf of Elvish.
Speaker 3 (01:16:22):
Hold on, but I know you're rounding it up on
the big check. But that big check is not for me.
So you're now they're gonna have to pay that amount. No, no, no,
I'm gonna put my name here too. Don't worry this
whole time. Yeah, it'll put my name on it too.
Let's round it up to five thousand dollars, come out, Yeah,
let's keep batting.
Speaker 4 (01:16:41):
Five oh one, Yeah, this.
Speaker 3 (01:16:46):
Place is right, okay, fifty five over.
Speaker 11 (01:16:50):
You only to only five hundred dollars, right, yeah, alright,
six thousand one, six thousand and one, all right, going once,
going twice.
Speaker 3 (01:17:00):
I do feel like brew carry all right. But it
really was wonderful to see.
Speaker 2 (01:17:04):
And I know Elvis, you've been, you've been to see
the Navajo nation, and you know the great work that
Saint Bonaventure mission at school.
Speaker 3 (01:17:10):
Absolutely from the great state of New Mexico. That's that's
my state, and I'm glad that you went and represented.
Oh here comes Danielle.
Speaker 6 (01:17:16):
No, no, well yeah, I'm gonna add a couple of
hundred bucks to tonight, a couple. I'll do two hundred dollars.
Speaker 3 (01:17:22):
Oh yeah, well wait, I did want.
Speaker 6 (01:17:25):
To say that that story you just told us. Next
time you're running your water when you're brushing your teeth,
or running your water when you're washing your dishes, think
about that that those people don't have water to do that.
Speaker 2 (01:17:37):
They would explain to me that they would save the
water they used to wash their hair to wash their
dishes because they don't have enough. I mean, there's no
water out there. And it's just really shocking that in
this day and age, people don't have things like running water.
Speaker 3 (01:17:50):
So well, I tell you when I'm in New Mexico
and my friend Michael Lean who's born and raised in
New Mexico, comes over and we make dinner and it
comes time to wash dishes us, it is the rule
where you don't have to sit that you don't keep
the water running while you're wrenching dishes and putting them
in the dishwater. There's no water I mean that that
part of the country and of itself is running low
(01:18:14):
on water. Then you add to the fact that there's
no distribution in the Navajo Nation in the Saint Bonaventure circles.
That that's a major thing and that's going on in
our country, which is just one of the many things
about this country that is concerning. So if you can
do a search on Saint Bonaventure learn more about what
they're all about. And everyone listening to us in the
beautiful town of Gallop, New Mexico, we love you. Thank
(01:18:36):
you so much for supporting us. I love that, and
thank you to Coffee Toppers. Coffeetoppersfoam dot com started out
with the twenty five hundred dollars and we got it
up to yes, put that dollar in there.
Speaker 6 (01:18:50):
Gandhi.
Speaker 3 (01:18:51):
We were the Gandhi had.
Speaker 4 (01:18:52):
Luck to end on a zero. When it comes to money.
You don't want to end on a zero.
Speaker 3 (01:18:56):
Just like you're just like you're gonna shave Nate's beard tomorrow.
Everything is to be uneven.
Speaker 4 (01:19:01):
Okay, done, Okay, done good.
Speaker 3 (01:19:04):
Let's get into sound with Garrett. We got lots going
on in this sound, especially the ending. I want you
to hear why Nate is so so tired and irritable today.
You'll find out in a second. All right, sound, what
do you have, Garrett? Garrett? Garrett?
Speaker 10 (01:19:18):
Headphones on here?
Speaker 3 (01:19:19):
Yeah, I'm sorry, Garrett, you must have been meditating.
Speaker 2 (01:19:25):
I'm here now, I'm here, I'm good. Okay, okay, Garrett,
what's going on? All right, let's start with this. So
A Share was on Today Show yesterday and she was
talking with Harry Smith about age.
Speaker 3 (01:19:39):
Okay, amazing is if that believe is twenty five years old?
Speaker 1 (01:19:43):
It's not that amazing. Okay, this is amazing.
Speaker 3 (01:19:48):
You can't put that out, Yes we can.
Speaker 1 (01:19:50):
Okay, good. It just says like, what is this?
Speaker 3 (01:19:55):
So you in age? You're not friends?
Speaker 1 (01:19:57):
So my mother didn't mind, but I do.
Speaker 17 (01:20:00):
I hate it.
Speaker 3 (01:20:01):
I had a tough time with seventy.
Speaker 1 (01:20:03):
I'd give anything to be.
Speaker 2 (01:20:08):
We love you, Share lover. All right, let's tug a
little gossip coming out of the NHL. So the Chicago
Blackhawks how to fire Corey Perry, who was one of
the players. The rumors came out the next day that
Corey Perry slept with one of his teammates mothers. So
then they had a press conference saying that wasn't the case,
but it really was.
Speaker 16 (01:20:28):
Last week, management was notified of possible misconduct by Corey Perry.
We immediately pulled him from the game and conducted an
internal investigation. Upon learning the findings of the investigation, we
made the decision to terminate his contract. As this is
an individual personnel matter, I will not be able to
disclose any details related to the initial reporting, investigation, or
(01:20:50):
the findings. However, I do want to be very clear
on this one point. This does not involve any players
or their families.
Speaker 3 (01:20:59):
Or their mother.
Speaker 2 (01:20:59):
Okay, and the player was Connor Bdard who played with
him every day, and then apparently he slept with his mother.
All right, So let's talk about allegedly, allegedly, allegedly or truth.
So let's talk about Paramore. They're in Australia and they've
been doing a run of shows. Over the last week
of shows, the pyro was going off at the wrong time.
(01:21:21):
Hally Williams, the lead singer of Paramore, had enough when
it went off for the fourth time, and she let
the person know about it while she was singing hard
Times A fun way to be fired and yah, so
(01:21:54):
he can do it, all right. So as we've been
talking about Nate's a little tired this morning. We got
in late last night from Miami, and there was a
reason why he was very tired because he was up
all night, not from the flight, but from his roommate.
So this was the audio that was sent to me
early this morning, one Scary Jones keeping Nate up late
at night.
Speaker 3 (01:22:22):
That was during the day, by the way.
Speaker 4 (01:22:24):
Yeah, oh there's a liquid backup.
Speaker 3 (01:22:31):
Oh okay, So what had happened was I'm glad you
brought that sound in, Garrett. We were up late, late, late,
had to get up early early early to do the show,
and we had like an hour to go take a nap.
And so they were in the same room, three guys
in one room. Yeah, they couldn't they could even take
a nap because that was going on.
Speaker 2 (01:22:50):
And the most incredible thing was that we were all
talking and discussing. You know, Andrew sitting his alarm, and
Scary is able to fall asleep within two seconds. So
he literally just finished speaking. This was him speaking, and
then he would snore. So it was like, oh, Andrew, okay,
if I don't hear the alarm, just wake me up, okay.
(01:23:12):
And I was just like what, And I'm like, scary,
did you just fall asleep?
Speaker 3 (01:23:16):
Was what happened? I could sleep on a dime. He
doesn't feel quiet anything two seconds. I've never even seen it. Yeah,
my girlfriend accused me of the same thing. I excuse
it happens. It happened, and the way they fall asleep.
Speaker 2 (01:23:29):
And we were flying home last night and the stranger
he was sitting next to me, he did it right
next to her and she was laughing at it.
Speaker 3 (01:23:35):
We're like, oh my gosh, she really was, Yes, she was.
This is embarrassing.
Speaker 6 (01:23:41):
I think sometimes though they weren't a little concerned that
you stopped breathing.
Speaker 2 (01:23:45):
No, I mean, in all seriousness, he did at some point,
like Andrew and I were getting up to check on him,
and then all of a sudden it would kick back in.
Take those days off from not smoking and go get
your snoring checked out.
Speaker 1 (01:23:56):
Well.
Speaker 2 (01:23:56):
I already bought the ze quiet on Instagram.
Speaker 3 (01:23:59):
It's a mouthpiece.
Speaker 11 (01:24:01):
You sink your teeth into this rubber and yes for
the top and the bottom, and it pulls your back,
draw your bottom, draw forward because it's.
Speaker 2 (01:24:10):
I would choke to death, is your I may have
turned scary snoring into a new Christmas song?
Speaker 3 (01:24:18):
Yes, can we go back? You're talking about the hockey
team in Chicago. I'm sure to what black Hawks we
were just talking about. It's funny. You just can't say
it too. We were saying, we're talking about the black
Hawks the other day, and you have to like a
(01:24:42):
black Okay, just check it, that said Danielle. What do
you have coming up?
Speaker 1 (01:24:53):
Oh?
Speaker 6 (01:24:54):
Wait, I want to hear the Christmas song from the snoring?
Speaker 3 (01:24:58):
Well, no, he's gonna do that, isn't he Oh if
you want to do it right now? Yeah, whatever whatever
you do. Wait, you already you already wait, you already
created it. I had some fun with it. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:25:07):
This can either be a hit or you'll love it
or you'll hate it. There's no in the middle. Okay, okay,
let's so this is scary snoring the New Christmas. Okay,
I'll turn it off.
Speaker 3 (01:25:26):
Turn it off, turn off. Oh my god, oh god,
that is disgusting. I need some breath. There's like, oh
my lord, Garrett, how can you? How can you put
that together? I got sick from just the editing. Next
somebody study next week, by.
Speaker 1 (01:25:47):
The way, cool?
Speaker 3 (01:25:48):
Oh good? And you should in all sincerity Daniel, what
do you have coming up?
Speaker 6 (01:25:52):
We're gonna talk about Nicki Minaja. She says, yeah, I
didn't know my perfume was already on sale and mcaulay
Culkan getting his Hollywood star on that thing.
Speaker 3 (01:26:02):
Garret, You're a good American. Thank you so much. We're
not normal.
Speaker 1 (01:26:06):
Elister Ran in the Morning Show.
Speaker 3 (01:26:08):

Speaker 1 (01:26:31):
Elvis Duran in the Morning Show.
Speaker 2 (01:26:33):
I'm just going through some old pictures in my phone
from Christmases long ago. Wow, and I see this one
item in there that we're not going to see, especially
in the office anymore.
Speaker 3 (01:26:43):
Do you know what that is?
Speaker 15 (01:26:44):
What?
Speaker 3 (01:26:44):
What missiletoe?
Speaker 9 (01:26:47):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (01:26:47):
Thank god, that's something that missiletoe. Days in the office
are done, they're over.
Speaker 4 (01:26:53):
Yeah. Up at my house though, or my apartment.
Speaker 3 (01:26:57):
Absolutely, Yeah.
Speaker 9 (01:26:58):
I love that.
Speaker 2 (01:26:59):
I like that stick with the missletoe on the end
of you just cover it over people, chase people, chase me.
Did you see the beaver moon? The what the beaver moon?
Speaker 1 (01:27:11):
No? What is that?
Speaker 3 (01:27:12):
The full moon in November. It's it's named after beavers
who build their winter damns this time of year. It's
also called the frost moon or the morning moon m
O U R n I n G. But it's the
beaver moon. So when you go, I'm just telling you
so when you see the beaver moon, you can share
it with your loved ones.
Speaker 5 (01:27:29):
Huh.
Speaker 3 (01:27:29):
Point, look at the beaver moon.
Speaker 6 (01:27:31):
I'm going to share my beaver with my loved ones.
Speaker 3 (01:27:33):
You should thank you, Danielle. And I'm so glad you're here.
And it's time for the daniel Report. Danielle, share your
beaver with everyone listening.
Speaker 6 (01:27:45):
Oh my gosh, well I do want to thay congratulations too.
Speaker 15 (01:27:48):
Wait.
Speaker 3 (01:27:48):
Wait, you can't talk about your son after talking about
the beaver moon.
Speaker 6 (01:27:52):
Not my son. He didn't play football. He played soccer. Oh,
but this is for Bergen Catholic the football team, our Crusaders.
They beat del Barton yesterday in the state title game,
twenty four to fourteen. It is the three beat for
the boys at Burg and Catholic. This is amazing for
our football team.
Speaker 3 (01:28:10):
So I'm so happy.
Speaker 6 (01:28:12):
And the school got off today because when the football
team wins the championship, everyone gets to sleep in the
next morning. So my son is still sleeping. He was
at the game. So yeah, So congratulations to the Bergen
Catholic football team.
Speaker 3 (01:28:24):
So a thank you.
Speaker 6 (01:28:25):
Yeah all right, So what do I have for you?
Macaulay Culkin getting his star in the Hollywood Walk Up Game? Elvis?
Speaker 1 (01:28:31):
Do you have anything to do with that? Oh?
Speaker 3 (01:28:34):
I don't know. I can't talk about it.
Speaker 6 (01:28:37):
So Catherine O'Hara, who was his mom in Home Alone
thirty three years ago, how crazy is that she will
be the one doing the speech and kind of like
giving him the star. So it's pretty cool. And it's
all happening on Friday. So congratulations there. And speaking of
Home Alone, there was a poll that found America's favorite
holiday classic to rewatch every year is Home Alone Comes
(01:29:00):
a Christmas Story followed by a Charlie Brown Christmas And
I know a lot of us on the show like
to watch that movie every single.
Speaker 3 (01:29:06):
Danielle, look at the boys, they're loving their breakfast together.
Scary and Nate are enjoying their breakfast together, and they're
like high fiving and fist bumping when you order.
Speaker 11 (01:29:15):
A chopped salad with dressing mixed in this one place
that we go to actually chops the salad finally and
mixes the dressing.
Speaker 3 (01:29:22):
In good And what are you experiencing, Nate?
Speaker 2 (01:29:25):
Oh my god, look at that perfectly slice these bananas
and apples.
Speaker 11 (01:29:29):
Yes, wow, Okay, Tale, it's all right, let me say,
actually do the right thing, all right, back to h Danielle, all.
Speaker 6 (01:29:36):
Right, thanks.
Speaker 1 (01:29:36):
So.
Speaker 6 (01:29:36):
Nicki Minaj says she had no idea that her perfume
Pink Friday Too, was coming out already. She thought December
seventeenth it was coming out one place, and then December
twenty sixth another, all of a sudden, it's out. There
was no link, Nobody contacted her. She goes, I just
woke up and it was on sale. And by the way,
it did sell out at jay z Penny, which is
a good thing. But she said she had no idea.
(01:29:57):
Disney hasn't had a billion dollar movie this year, and
that's the first time that's happened since twenty fourteen. They
don't count pandemic years obviously, because those are the years
that didn't happen. Major releases like The Marvels Indiana Jones,
and The Doll of Destiny, the live action Little Mermaid
all failed to meet expectations, which I find totally crazy.
So our friend Guy Fieri, he signed a new three
(01:30:19):
year deal with the Food Network worth approximately one hundred
million dollars. Gasser passes his previous eighty million dollar contract
on twenty twenty one. And how crazy is it that
we had him up when he was about to get
his show. We voted on his Chicken palm to win,
and that's how it all started. And the guy one
(01:30:41):
hundred million.
Speaker 3 (01:30:42):
Dollars thanks to us, He signed a one hundred million
dollar deal. It's all us really, our permission.
Speaker 6 (01:30:47):
Yeah he done, dammit. So Diddy has decided to step
down as chairman of Revolts amid his recent sexual assault lawsuits.
I don't know if you guys know about this stuff,
but I do a little Google search because there's a
lot going on there, so check it out if you
get a chance. And Tina Knowles is defending her daughter
Beyonce against accusations of altering her appearance to look more white.
(01:31:11):
Some online commentators come have been coming after her, and
Tina says these are stupid, ignorant, self hating and racist
comments on social media. She says, it's absolutely ridiculous. They
also came after Beyonce's hair stylist over the matter, and
she's like, guys, please don't do that.
Speaker 4 (01:31:27):
It's so annoying.
Speaker 6 (01:31:28):
It's so annoying, and so.
Speaker 3 (01:31:30):
I mean, Beyonce always always makes it very clear she's
so proud to be a black woman, and she celebrates
everything being a black woman. So it's it's so weird. Yeah,
people have to say something about everyone.
Speaker 6 (01:31:41):
Stop bullying people, stop going after her stylists and heard this,
just stop, just be nice.
Speaker 4 (01:31:46):
A lot of people miss that brown people also change
color in winter. I am a light shade of yellow.
It's awful. In summer, I'm darker. I've been accused of
skin bleaching too and trying to be white, like, it's
not that. Sometimes light hits you differently, filters that you different.
There's all kinds of stuff that goes on with my
own people leave them alone.
Speaker 3 (01:32:03):
And as a white guy, I'm a grayer, brider white
during the winter than I am like I have a
few more freckles during the summer and darker white.
Speaker 6 (01:32:12):
Okay, okay, we are lighting that Rockerpella try Tonight Share
Barry Manilow, Kiky Palmer and the Rockets, and of course
our girl Kelly Clarkson, she will be hosting because she
is new to New York and this is her home now,
so she's excited to be there. That's happening tonight, and
the Masked Singer is on and also the one hour
special Christmas in Graceland that's on tonight as well, and
(01:32:35):
that's my Danielle report.
Speaker 3 (01:32:37):
Elvis Drain in the Morning Show.
Speaker 2 (01:32:40):

Speaker 1 (01:32:59):
Elvis Dan Morning, It's so funny.
Speaker 3 (01:33:01):
We're talking to her on the song about forging your
your parents signature when you were a kid. Oh hell, yeah,
I did a couple of times report cards. I don't
even know if report cards work that way anyway. I
don't know anymore. I think I don't know. It's more
digital now.
Speaker 4 (01:33:16):
Yes, it's hard, I think to fake him out now,
but we doesn't.
Speaker 6 (01:33:20):
Back in the day, when my brother was growing up.
Speaker 3 (01:33:22):
Oh yeah, so yeah, Roy, he was a he was
a bad egg when it came to his report card.
Speaker 6 (01:33:28):
Right, yeah, so so he used we used to get
the report card in the mail, right, And he apparently
had been doing this for a while, but we didn't
know it. And then all of a sudden, the report
card comes in the mail and it looks like it
was type they were back in the day. It was
like typewriter. They did it with a typewriter, and it
looked like it was like a little eras, like the
grade was erased. So my mom's looking at this, she's
(01:33:49):
showing everybody in the family, does this look right? And
we realized the school crest was not on the top,
like the seal on the top of the thing busted.
Turns out, turns out he'd been doing this for a
long time, and he erased his grade because he thought
it looked suspicious. Because he gave himself too high of
a grade and he got busted overboard.
Speaker 3 (01:34:11):
Sorry, Well you know our friend Tim. He was saying
that in middle school there was a guy on the
bus that could forge any parent's name for permission slips
and bad report cards, stuff like that, and he would
take payment in candy school lunch. He was like a
master forgery guy on the school bus.
Speaker 15 (01:34:31):
Oh.
Speaker 4 (01:34:31):
For my sister was a genius. So on the day
that you had to, you know, go get your schedule
and get all your stuff for whatever grade you were
going into. Both my parents worked, so we would always
go with neighbors and my sister's like, this is the
plan we just signed however we want to and then
we can sign it that way for the rest.
Speaker 3 (01:34:46):
Of the year.
Speaker 1 (01:34:47):
That was great.
Speaker 3 (01:34:49):
Well, do you know anyone who actually carries a sticky
pad in their car so when people park like a
holes they can write a note and stick it on
their windshield.
Speaker 4 (01:35:00):
They should make those specifically for parking exactly.
Speaker 3 (01:35:04):
I mean it's look, there's nothing worse than you know,
driving into a parking lot and there's one space available
and it's you can't get into it because the person
next to you is like over the line and sideways whatever.
And then there's the you know, I don't know people
that park at the end of the parking lot because
they think their car is better than everyone else's and
they don't want you to like dang it up, so
they take three spaces. So I'm thinking this is a way.
(01:35:28):
If anyone catches you putting a note on their car,
you're dead. I mean that's when that's like a road
rage incident without driving right. But what's that name? Okay?
Speaker 2 (01:35:36):
So I have a print out that I keep in
my car and it's me I put I pasted it
in a slack room. It's Mickey Mouse flipping the bird,
and it says, thanks for parking so close. Next time,
leave an effing can opener so I can get my
car outs, like you should.
Speaker 3 (01:35:51):
Take the bus.
Speaker 9 (01:35:54):
I like that.
Speaker 3 (01:35:54):
The visual is Mickey Mouse shooting the finger. It's so
true though, People do that and you're like, how am
I getting out of here?
Speaker 1 (01:36:02):
Right?
Speaker 3 (01:36:03):
Yes? Scary?
Speaker 1 (01:36:04):
You know.
Speaker 11 (01:36:04):
You can go on Amazon and buy these you park
like in a hole stickers and they come in like
fifty or one hundred, and then you could check the
offense they have like about twelve offenses on there and
you check which one it is, and I guarantee you
the offense that you're looking for is printed on this sticker.
I've seen them before, and you can just like stick
it on the person's windshield.
Speaker 3 (01:36:25):
Okay, let me ask you. Is it almost as a
holy leaving a note as it is being the person
who deserves the I'm just asking, Look, you're I mean,
are you really fixing their bad parking by calling them
an a hole?
Speaker 4 (01:36:40):
But maybe it makes you feel better just to vent.
And I think it kind of depends on how bad
the violation was. Like, if it's just a little bit
over the line, Okay, don't be a jerk. But if
you're that person that like parks sideways and takes all
those spaces, then yeah, deserve it done right, reckless.
Speaker 6 (01:36:53):
But guys, you got to remember the world we live
in right now, and if someone sees that, they'll be like,
oh really, and they start bashing your windshield and popping
your tires and that would not be good.
Speaker 4 (01:37:08):
Get into your car.
Speaker 6 (01:37:10):
There are rules, guys, There are rules.
Speaker 3 (01:37:12):
All right, all right, So a sticky pad and a
pen always in your car, ready to go. Let's see,
I had something else I want to bring up. Oh
I did say this the other day, but now today
officially is throw out your leftovers day. So it's a
we're a week away or a week out from Thanksgiving.
There's saying just and I opened my refrigerator and I
(01:37:33):
had one thing left and I looked at it and
I don't even want that anymore. I mean, I don't
want to waste food. But but no, no, I don't
think you should. Fine, I don't think you should. But
they're saying, yeah, just let it go. If if the
food's been in there for a week, it's time to
let it go, it's okay, Yeah, cyon.
Speaker 6 (01:37:53):
At this point, you don't need any more like turkey
soup and turkey sand with for yourself, turkey everything.
Speaker 3 (01:38:01):
So there's that. And also we're talking about this sickness
that's going around dogs. You know, we have two dogs,
and this has been getting a lot of traction in
the news. I know, Frog, you've been reading this too,
right about the cough.
Speaker 17 (01:38:13):
Yeah, and they say that you shouldn't let your dogs
like play with other dogs that you're not sure if
they have it or not, or let your dogs go
to the dog park or take them to kennels, like,
it's really and it's scary.
Speaker 3 (01:38:23):
So if you don't have kids but you have dogs,
now this gives us a little look into the life
of a parent who has a sick child, right and
you have to go to work, but you can't take
your kid anywhere. You know what I'm saying. It's it's frustrating,
but I'm so afraid to let them go play with
other dogs right now. It's kind of a weird thing.
Speaker 6 (01:38:41):
They don't are sorry, our friends in Iowa we're saying
that like this one vet had seen like twenty cases
in one week and she said they had never seen this,
Like it was just so crazy. I got them nowhere.
Speaker 3 (01:38:54):
Yeah, they don't really know how to cure it. They're
saying that typically a dog, even though it will have
a cough, long term the dog will be fine. But
they're saying a lot of dogs who are compromised that
they may not make it through it. So gosh, it's
just a scary time. Okay, there's your happy news for
the day. Well, I know I'm just looking. I'm sitting
here looking at my dog's going I love you so much.
(01:39:15):
Please don't even talk to each other. What if you
may have it, I don't know. It's a scary world
we live in. Anything else you want to get off
your chest before we move forward? Going once, going twice.
It's so host of the.
Speaker 16 (01:39:29):
Party on his national radio show, Elvis ter Rain in
the Morning Show, there's a lot.
Speaker 2 (01:39:34):
To say when buying a new homework car, but only
one thing to say when you need help to protect them,
like a good neighbor. State farm is there, and a
state farm agent will be there to help you choose
the coverage you need, like a good neighbor, state farm
is there.
Speaker 3 (01:39:49):
We did it tomorrow, Thursday, our favorite day of the week.
Until then, what we'd watching Danielle.
Speaker 6 (01:39:53):
Well, we are lighting up that tree tonight at Rockefeller Center.
Our girl Kelly Clarkson will be hosting. We're welcome her
to the neighborhood.
Speaker 1 (01:39:59):
You know.
Speaker 6 (01:39:59):
That's Bass Singer and the Christmas and Graceland Special.
Speaker 3 (01:40:02):
Till tomorrow. Say peace out, everybody, honey,
