of course in honor of the twenty second year after
nine to eleven September eleventh, two thousand and one, she
thought she'd come out and give it her all and
she did. That was pretty awesome, Thank you, Queen Latifa.

(02:24):
Hey everyone, welcome to nine to eleven and it is
twenty two years. Can you believe it's been twenty two years.

Speaker 7 (02:30):
Danielle No, I cannot believe it. It's crazy. It goes
so fast, and just just every year we learn new things,
we hear new things. That's you know, it's just crazy.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
It is very crazy.

Speaker 6 (02:43):
Did anyone watch that game last night? By the way,
I did try it, boy, forty nothing with forty not
forty nothing.

Speaker 8 (02:51):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
An interesting way to start the season.

Speaker 9 (02:55):
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (02:56):
Does it mean the Cowboys are great or the Giants
are awful or is it a little bit of both.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
I don't think the Giants are ready for the real season.
I think they're still playing in practice here.

Speaker 7 (03:05):
Tonight the Jets are home and they take on the Bills,
and let's see what happens with that one.

Speaker 6 (03:10):
Okay, who's keep an eye on that one anyway. Again,
thank you to Queen Latifa. That was I had no
idea she was going to do that, and she did
it beautifully. Good morning, Danielle. How you doing today?

Speaker 7 (03:18):
Good morning, I'm hanging in.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
Thank you, good you sure? Are you look great? You
look fabulous.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
Thanks?

Speaker 1 (03:22):
Hi, Gandhi, how are you doing today?

Speaker 10 (03:25):
Oh?

Speaker 11 (03:25):
I'm doing well. Thank you.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
Ooh, that doesn't sound convincing.

Speaker 11 (03:28):
I had a thing happen on Friday. I'm still trying
to recover from it. We'll see what.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
You lost your wallet everything in it.

Speaker 11 (03:37):
And I had just gone to the bank, not even
the ATM, because I needed to get a certain amount
of cash, and all the cash was in it my license,
all my credit cards. It was a really nice wallet
that somebody had gifted to me. I'm trying to get
over it and I just can't.

Speaker 6 (03:48):
Oh boy, all right, well see you. That's a full
time job trying to put that back together, trying to heal. Yeah,
good morning, straight Night's DSL.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
This you doing okay? I'm doing great. Thank you for yeah. Froggy,
how you feeling in beautiful Jacksonville, Florida. I'm all good,
no complaints. Ooh you're a little low. Can we turn
him up?

Speaker 6 (04:09):
And there's a producer Sam, Good morning producer Sam, Scatteries
in the house, Scattery Hello, and a Scottie b and
master control and good boding.

Speaker 1 (04:17):
We've had diamond. We got everyone. We got a show
to do.

Speaker 6 (04:20):
Also on line three, our first caller of the week, Amy,
Amy went to a county fair this weekend and watched
her daughter ride on a carousel three times. Wow, could
they not stop the carousel?

Speaker 1 (04:34):
Is that what happened? I mean, was it what happened?

Speaker 9 (04:37):
No?

Speaker 12 (04:38):
Well, we bought twenty dollars worth of tickets, and we
got twenty tickets.

Speaker 13 (04:41):
Each drives about five tickets.

Speaker 12 (04:43):
And that was the only ride she wanted to go on,
so we went on three times and it was so fast,
whipping around.

Speaker 13 (04:50):
She's two and a half and we were holding on
to her for dear life. But it was it was
a lot of fun.

Speaker 5 (04:57):
It's right.

Speaker 6 (04:57):
The day at the fair, well good, I'm glad. Yeah,
I got to use those tickets other way Otherwise. What
was your favorite food at the county Fair?

Speaker 1 (05:04):
Did you have one?

Speaker 9 (05:05):
Oh?

Speaker 14 (05:05):
We had for some fried dough.

Speaker 12 (05:07):
I was I have been craving that like all year
and I got some good fried dough with some powdered
sugarslic Oh.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
Yeah, yeah, fried dough. It's dope.

Speaker 14 (05:17):
I was kind of conservative.

Speaker 6 (05:19):
It's dough and it's fried. I mean, how can you
go wrong? Well, look, you are the first caller of
the day.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
Amy. What are we have for Amy? What do we
have for her?

Speaker 5 (05:26):
So wonderful Elvis de and Apparel. Thank you to Hecken
Sack Meridian. Yeah, thanks to Hecken Sect Meridian.

Speaker 13 (05:34):
Yes, so go ahead.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
No, no, you've been listening how long?

Speaker 12 (05:38):
Oh my gosh, I think I would just say I
don't even know.

Speaker 14 (05:41):
It's like twenty ten, I don't even know.

Speaker 13 (05:43):
But like I was listening to you guys for so
long and all the paths and present folks, you guys
have on you have just helped me so much and
I can't believe I'm talking to you.

Speaker 1 (05:51):
So oh that's so nice.

Speaker 6 (05:52):
Well, the honor is all ours, Amy, Thank you for listening.

Speaker 1 (05:56):
You and your daughter.

Speaker 6 (05:57):
You have a great week, and I'm glad you you
survived that carous thing. That sounds treacherous, but anyway, but
thank you so much. Hold on one second and there
you go into the week. So yeah, this is I
guess tis the season for county fairs and state fairs, right,
they're all going on. Yeah, anyway, we make sure it's
dough and fried and you're okay. Let's roll into the

(06:17):
three things we need to know from Gandhi. Let's get
on with the day, Gandhi, what's going on?

Speaker 7 (06:21):
All right?

Speaker 11 (06:21):
Well, we know today is the twenty second anniversary of
the nine to eleven terror attacks. Families who lost loved
ones that day will be gathering at the World Trade
Center Memorial in Manhattan. During a ceremony, names of the
nearly three thousand victims killed will be read out loud,
along with tolling of bells and moments of silence. This
year also marks another tragic milestone. Three hundred and forty
one FDN Y members have now died of ground zero

(06:44):
related illnesses, nearly equaling the total number of firefighters who
died in the terror attack.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
Wow.

Speaker 11 (06:49):
Four, it's horrible.

Speaker 6 (06:51):
Yeah, you know what we're talking about heroes here, right,
you know, And that's that number will surpass, they said
within four to six months.

Speaker 1 (06:59):
That will be higher than the souls that were lost
on nine to eleven.

Speaker 11 (07:03):
Absolutely, and they say just this year alone, forty plus
funerals have actually taken place. So for them, it's a
reminder all the time that this is still going on.
But they want the press to really hit it because
they say that they think a lot of people are
starting to forget. So hopefully that's not the case. Pennsylvania
State Police are expanding their search for that escaped killer
after new sightings. The head of the state Police confirmed

(07:24):
several sightings beyond the original search perimeter and also released
new images of a clean shaven Dinello Cavalcante that was
caught on doorbell camera. Authorities also recovered a stolen white
van he was believed to have been driving. It's now
been eleven days since his escape. Wow, I cannot believe
it's been that long.

Speaker 1 (07:42):
But he's cleanly shaven. Now, how did that happen?

Speaker 11 (07:45):
I am not sure and I can't. I mean, eleven days. Man,
he's still within such a small perimeter. You would think
he'd get out of there by now, but no. Peace
still just kind of hanging around that area. And finally,
Germany's Roun Collis Circus stopped using real lions and elephants
back in its shows, all the way back in nineteen
ninety one. Then they removed all the animals from the
program in twenty eighteen, and now using eleven cameras arranged

(08:09):
on the ceiling of the big top around the ring,
they are using holograms of all of the animals, elephants, horses, parents.
People who have seen it say it's really really cool
and you're not missing out on anything by not having
those live animals there. So I'm excited to see how
that goes. And those are your three things?

Speaker 1 (08:24):
Thank you, Ghanhi you guys ready for Monday?

Speaker 15 (08:26):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (08:27):
All right, let's give it a try, shall we. Here
we go follow us now.

Speaker 16 (08:31):
On threads at Elvis Duran show. I just started following
it Elvis Duran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 3 (08:53):
Let's do this, Elvis Duran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 6 (08:56):
All right, I want to go back to something that
you brought up, Gandhi. You lost your wallet. It is
what fell out of your backpack or something I had it.
I think, so how devastating is this talk about it?

Speaker 11 (09:07):
It's the devastation that causes me to immediately sweat and
then panic and it's like your life flashes before you
for just a moment.

Speaker 7 (09:15):
Yeah, your whole life is in there, You're literally right,
of course.

Speaker 3 (09:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 11 (09:19):
I had my credit cards, my license, which I just
got a new one, and that damn real ID is
a pain in the butt to get. I had a
lot of cash in there. But most importantly, and what
I'm really sad about, I had a gold necklace that
my mom gave me a really long time ago that
I was wearing. I was wearing it for an event
and I took it off and put it in my
wallet and it's all gone now. Wow, And I was

(09:41):
a Louisan wallet that I didn't buy for myself, somebody
else bought.

Speaker 1 (09:43):
Okay, there's that. There's so many, so many layers of
disappointment here. Yeah.

Speaker 6 (09:47):
So if someone had found it and they were honest,
good people, would it be easy for them to figure
it out and how to find you?

Speaker 11 (09:56):
I mean, I think in the day and age of
social media. Yes, my first and last name was on everything,
and I have been checking compulsively, like multiple times a minute,
even in my side folders on Instagram, on Facebook, on
Twitter or x whatever you call it now, just to
see if anybody has reached out, and of course they
have not. I would like to give a shout out

(10:16):
to our building management here though, because when I told them,
they went and checked the security cameras to see if
they could see me drop it on my way out
of the building, and they were really nice about it.
But nope, we didn't see that. It's okay, I'll just
cry about it for years.

Speaker 7 (10:31):
This happened once years ago to me, a long, long,
long time ago, and I lost it. The people that
found it wound up taping all the money out of it.
And then throwing it in the garbage, and then somebody
actually found it in the garbage and I got it.

Speaker 11 (10:46):
I would take that, take the cash, and want the
rest of it, right exactly.

Speaker 7 (10:49):
That's what's Who cares take the money, Just give me
back all the other stuff.

Speaker 1 (10:53):
That's what I was thinking. It's in a garbage can somewhere. Yeah,
all right, I'm okay. So what day did you Did
you drop it Friday? Friday?

Speaker 6 (10:59):
Or right today Monday? Okay, so maybe it's still kind
of new. Yeah, maybe someone someone will find it and
do the right thing.

Speaker 11 (11:07):
Yeah, I really hope. So I will love you forever,
and you can keep the cash in there. There's a
lot of cash in there, because I'm an idiot, and
I actually had to go to the bank to get
cash out and I didn't take it out of my wallet.
So it was a nice gift for whoever has it.

Speaker 1 (11:20):
Oh we haven't.

Speaker 6 (11:21):
Yeah, So here it is a September eleventh, twenty twenty three.
We're twenty two years after what happened in New York
City and in Washington and of course in a field
in Pennsylvania.

Speaker 1 (11:33):
What a day.

Speaker 6 (11:34):
And we were just talking during the song question why
is nine to eleven not a national holiday, right, and
I don't or a national Day of remembrance or something anything.

Speaker 1 (11:45):
It's been twenty two years.

Speaker 7 (11:46):
Cake for that to happen, Like, does that take a
long time for them to be able to do something
like that.

Speaker 1 (11:51):
Whatever it is. I think twenty two years is enough time.

Speaker 7 (11:53):
Yeah, But what do you have to do to get
that put into action? Like is there I would think
paperwork obviously, but you know what I.

Speaker 1 (11:59):
Mean, who has this a form to filled out?

Speaker 9 (12:02):
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (12:02):
Well, so you know, Pearl Harbor Day remembrance that didn't
really blow into official being until later, right, that was
kind of a recent thing actually, So I don't know.
And it shouldn't take this long, Yeah, shouldn't. Well, with
that said, let's get into our horscopes. Producer Sam is here,
how was your weekend? Producer Sam?

Speaker 18 (12:19):
I had a pretty good weekend. Love to watch my
friends get married, watch Rutgers football game, and last night
the Green Bay Packers won, so I had a happy husband.

Speaker 6 (12:27):

Speaker 2 (15:27):
Different.

Speaker 1 (15:27):
I don't know where I'm going with that. I'll live
it alone. Hey, uh, Danielle, you're here. Let's go all right.
Before you get started though, how are you doing.

Speaker 7 (15:35):
I am hanging in.

Speaker 1 (15:37):
Yeah, so far being good.

Speaker 7 (15:39):
Spencer seems to be settling in great. Sheldon's still there,
so when Sheldon comes back without him, then we'll discuss that.
But he's yeah, I mean, the campus is beautiful, that
everyone's nice there. Even the local hardware store person is nice.
People are already saying they're gonna look out for him.
The coaches are nice, the players seem nice. So I mean,

(16:00):
so far, so good. Today's his first practice. School starts
in like I don't know, for the week or two
weeks or something, so I mean, so far, so good.
He's happy, So that's well.

Speaker 1 (16:09):
I love.

Speaker 6 (16:09):
I love that he's just now getting to college and
he's already buying hardware, you know what I mean.

Speaker 7 (16:17):
His and his little room is so cute. They set
it up so cute. It looks awesome. And there's lots
of pets running around on campus, so he loves that.
So cool.

Speaker 1 (16:24):
Yeah, Danielle telling you the campus has like a pet
fox that runs around all this.

Speaker 7 (16:29):
There's a fox that you're just sitting there and everyone's
milling around it. It's just the fox.

Speaker 11 (16:33):
Is it touchable? Do they touch it?

Speaker 8 (16:35):
I don't.

Speaker 7 (16:35):
And you have to get some more details.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
But now do you have to play that game again? Gandhi. Yes,
you don't do very well with the is it okay
to touch it?

Speaker 2 (16:43):
Game?

Speaker 1 (16:43):
Because you're you're gonna die?

Speaker 11 (16:44):
Can I touch?

Speaker 5 (16:45):
All right?

Speaker 1 (16:45):
Well, let's not touch anything, uh, Danielle, let's go what
do you have going on today?

Speaker 7 (16:49):
All right? Well, first, Ed Sheeran arrives in Vegas and
he surprises a couple getting married, because you know, anytime
he goes to a new venue, he does something different,
something very cool. But then on fortunately, he had to
cancel his concerts Saturday night, like a few hours or
an hour before the start of the show. He said,
he can't believe he's typing this, but there was all

(17:11):
these challenges and what it turned out to be was
a safety issue with some of the structural stuff. So
that's what he came back and he put on the
Instagram again. A lot of people were upset because they
paid money to go out to Vegas to see him,
but he is gonna make it up to him. He
is gonna make the concert up in October. He's hoping
most people can come, but if they can't, he will
be giving refunds.

Speaker 3 (17:31):
So there you go.

Speaker 7 (17:32):
Duncan is partnering with Ice Spice to launch a brand
new item. They haven't said what a specific drinker food
is yet, but they did share a teaser photo of
a munchkin and Ice Spices fans are known as munchkins,
so it kind of makes sense, right, makes total sense,
So we'll see. Y'll keep you costed on that. Lizzo
being criticized for posting a care free twerking video on

(17:55):
her Instagram this weekend. We know that there is the
sexual harassment lawsuit going on right right now, and she
was twerking to Cardi B and Megan thee Stallion's new
song Bongos, and people unfollowed her. People said some comments
and said that they really, at this point, you should
not be twerking on your Instagram when all this is
going on, So here you go. Robin Roberts from Good

(18:18):
Morning America is married. She married her partner of eighteen years, Ambirth.
They had a private ceremony and she said it was
just perfect. It was magical. It was in the backyard
of their house and it was everything that they could
have wanted. So congratulations to them. So we know that
Joe Jonas and his wife are definitely. Sophie Turner are
definitely getting a divorce. They both put out their statement.

(18:38):
But he wants people to know that some of the
rumors that you're hearing as to maybe why they broke
up or what's going on not true. He was at
Dodger Stadium and he basically told fans not to believe
everything that they hear.

Speaker 15 (18:52):
So there you go.

Speaker 7 (18:53):
And so over the weekend, Chris Evans reportedly married Alba
Baptista in a private ceremony at their house in Massachusetts.
And Robert Dunny Junior, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, they were
all there. So in my head, I'm picturing them all
in costume, and all I could think of was, oh
my gosh, this was a wedding with Captain America, iron

(19:13):
Man Thor Hawkeye.

Speaker 3 (19:15):
They were all there.

Speaker 7 (19:16):
I mean, it's so cool. The Marvel universe. I was
so excited. That's what got me excited.

Speaker 1 (19:21):
That's a wedding. Can you imagine is a wedding.

Speaker 7 (19:23):
That is a cool wedding.

Speaker 1 (19:24):
I would love it. That's the only wedding I would
ever want to go to.

Speaker 7 (19:27):
And Monday Night football tonight, it is the Jets and
the Bills. I think Diamond might be going. Diamond, are
you going to the game tonight?

Speaker 1 (19:34):
She is thumbs up.

Speaker 7 (19:35):
Okay, good, there you go. American Ninjawaria. Also watch what
Happens live on Bravo is Cardi b So that should
be interesting. And that is my Danielle report.

Speaker 1 (19:42):
Excellent job, Danielle. No one can do it better.

Speaker 6 (19:47):
Today's National Make your Bed Day. Don't you love these days?
It's like, okay, who cares?

Speaker 1 (19:51):
But make your bed? We talk about this all the time. Yep, Danielle,
is your bed made upstairs?

Speaker 9 (19:57):
It is?

Speaker 11 (19:57):
Yes, it is?

Speaker 15 (19:58):
It is?

Speaker 1 (19:58):
Uh gandhi, is your bed made it to your apartment?

Speaker 9 (20:01):
It is?

Speaker 1 (20:02):
Oh see look at that, Nate, your bed made. God hell,
no to air out the sheets, I thought, because otherwise
you get like, I love that growing in there, right,
I love that justification. Well, I love if they say
it's really bad for you to make your badd studies
that there's bacteria that grows in there and you got
to air it out.

Speaker 15 (20:22):
Is that?

Speaker 6 (20:23):
What is that why you didn't make the bed or
is it because you just didn't want to make the bed.
I didn't want to make the bed. But okay, it
serves the purpose. Froggy is your bed maid.

Speaker 1 (20:31):
I know there was somebody in it when I left.
I think that's how we make it while they're in it,
just like cover them up.

Speaker 7 (20:37):
Oh I forgot you were there. I'm so sorry.

Speaker 6 (20:39):
Yes, sorry, you'll make your bed anyways. If that's what
today is, I'm okay. Well, there's so many more important
things going on. Hey is Ed online nineteen?

Speaker 15 (20:48):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (20:49):
Yeah, let just go talk to Ed. Hello, Ed, welcome
to Monday. What's going on?

Speaker 8 (20:53):
Oh?

Speaker 14 (20:54):
Not much?

Speaker 8 (20:54):
How are you?

Speaker 15 (20:55):
We're doing well?

Speaker 8 (20:56):
Well?

Speaker 6 (20:57):
Hello, lady? Remind me I have a Hello Lady t
shirt thing to tell you in a minute. But anyway, So, Ed,
what's going on?

Speaker 1 (21:05):
What can we do for you?

Speaker 9 (21:06):
Oh?

Speaker 8 (21:07):
I was just I texted in because we started The
Righteous Gemstones, and I gotta tell you, I am so
appreciative of your recommendation. What an amazing show. Oh my god?

Speaker 1 (21:18):
Yes, it's it's so messed up, isn't it.

Speaker 15 (21:21):
Oh? I don't know.

Speaker 8 (21:23):
It's like I don't know who to root for because
they're all awful people.

Speaker 6 (21:28):
I mean, yeah, all the characters in The Righteous Gemstones,
they're all flawed beyond imagination.

Speaker 9 (21:34):
But you like that.

Speaker 1 (21:35):
It's the strangest thing. Now, how far in are you?

Speaker 12 (21:39):
I'm in season two, like a few season two.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
It's just revving up. Man, it's gonna get great. You're
gonna love that. It is awesome. But you know what,
if someone calls in you you are a fan of
Righteous Gemstones, right, Gandhi?

Speaker 11 (21:53):
Oh yeah, I love it.

Speaker 6 (21:54):
So if someone calls in and says they're fans of
Righteous Gymstones, we pretty much profile them as weird like us, right,
I mean, you gotta be you gotta be a little
off for sure.

Speaker 11 (22:04):
If somebody watches that show and loves it, I'm like,
you know what, we could be friends.

Speaker 1 (22:08):
Yeah, it's it's a weird show. So the Righteous Gymstones.
Make sure you watch you watch it, ed, have a
great week. Thanks for listening to us.

Speaker 14 (22:15):
You two things troving me on?

Speaker 8 (22:18):
All right?

Speaker 6 (22:18):
Take care, man, enjoy the Righteous Gymstones. And what else
are we watching now? I still run into more and
more people who are watching Suits again.

Speaker 1 (22:25):
Oh wow, I love it.

Speaker 7 (22:26):
I love Suits. I'm watching it the same thing and people,
I think it must be popping up on on Netflix
when you put it on because so many people have
been watching it, so it must be all of a
sudden popping up there. I just started Euphoria on like Friday,
really got through it. I'm at the very last episode.

Speaker 11 (22:45):
That show is amazing. I know I'm late to the party,
but that show is amazing and it makes me exceptionally
emotional and.

Speaker 1 (22:52):
And terrified. Yeah, it's okay to be late for the party.
I mean, nothing wrong with that. Yeah. So we're looking
for our next watch. We don't know what to watch it.

Speaker 6 (23:00):
Hey, so you know Worst Assistant Anthony with Carler Marie
out in Seattle. He went to the gym in Seattle
the other day and there was a guy working out
next to him wearing a Hello Lady T shirt in Seattle.

Speaker 1 (23:12):
In Seattle, right exactly. I'm like, whoa uncle, Johnny's gone
global anyway.

Speaker 6 (23:16):
So apparently this guy used to serve in the military
in North Virginia and he listened to our show when
he was there, and he won a shirt. Now it
made it to Seattle. I love when those things pop
up like that. Yeah, that's cool, especially you know when
they're leading someone out of their apartment in handcuffs. Yeah,
it spattered in blood with the Hello Lady T shirt.

Speaker 1 (23:37):
I don't know. What are you gonna do?

Speaker 6 (23:38):
Hey, so let's get into some trouble today. We have
a snicker, spring on the phone, tap all the way.
What else do you guys want to do?

Speaker 1 (23:43):
Any thoughts? It's your show? What do you want to do?

Speaker 15 (23:46):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (23:46):
Our show?

Speaker 1 (23:47):
Really, it's our show?

Speaker 8 (23:50):
Okay. I didn't know.

Speaker 1 (23:51):
If like we could just take over for a break
or something, I would love it. Oh oh my goodness.
Well no, do do you want to play game or
do something? Lucky?

Speaker 7 (24:00):
Game is always fun?

Speaker 11 (24:01):
Games are always fun.

Speaker 5 (24:02):
Okay, game suggestions, pyramid are my favorites. Okay, we actually
I was thinking about a little password scary. Uh you know,
we always come up with some great clues.

Speaker 1 (24:13):
I love that. Okay, yeah, okay, we'll do password a
little bit scary as a thought? What's that?

Speaker 15 (24:18):
Yeah?

Speaker 17 (24:19):
Over the weekend, we went to a wedding of some
friends of ours, and as it turns out, one of
the guys who's a big wig corporate suit in our company,
moonlights as a DJ and he crushed it. He was
the DJ for the night, our friend Ray te Hata,
and he was an MC and a DJ. So my
question is, what do you do that? Nobody knows about.
Are you moonlighting as something else? As someone else in

(24:42):
another job?

Speaker 1 (24:42):
Only fans, I mean fans for extra cash. The's spending money.
I want to do a topic I don't know.

Speaker 6 (24:50):
Okay, so scary I listen, we'll go to your first.
What do you have on the side that we don't
know about? I don't have any side hustle. But you
know that there's some teachers or nurses out there doing
other th things or maybe other you could be you know,
but whatever it is, maybe people don't know about it.
But you do two three four jobs. I mean, it
takes a lot to earn a living and you know,
make ends meet these days. You know what people are

(25:11):
doing things they're not talking about. Okay, and we'd love
a good side hustle. But I like it even better
if no one knows about it.

Speaker 1 (25:17):
Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 6 (25:18):
I mean it doesn't mean it has to be a
so salicious, you know, nasty thing. It could be something
you just don't want to share with anyone. It's your thing, exactly.
You want it on your own, all right, Texas? Now
fifty five one hundred. What are you doing on the
side that no one knows about?

Speaker 1 (25:31):
Okay?

Speaker 6 (25:32):
This could get fun. I want to hear from you
now Texas at fifty five one hundred. We got that
and more on the way after this.

Speaker 3 (25:38):
Or from the Mercedes Benz Interview Lounge.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
Kim Petris is here.

Speaker 11 (25:42):
You need to help us settle a debate in on
Holy ooh, daddy daddy if you want to drop the
abdy What is Addie adderall? Or is it an address
up to you curly?

Speaker 15 (25:53):
No, no no.

Speaker 1 (25:57):
They say you can't have your cake and eat it too.

Speaker 6 (26:10):
Wendy's new Breakfast two for three dollars Biggie Bundles lets
you choose your perfect duo including a sausage or egg
and cheese biscuit, small seasoned potatoes, or medium hot coffee.

Speaker 19 (26:20):
Limited time only during breakfast hours. US price and participation
may vary. Not valid in a combo single item at
regular price.

Speaker 6 (26:26):
It's fun to watch the theatrics going on at Arthur
ash Stadium. We were just talking about how you know
all the celebrities go because they can get these you know,
cool seats, these expensive seats and no one else can.

Speaker 7 (26:37):
Get and they can afford like the hot dogs and
the hamburgers or lest Yeah, kids with the player.

Speaker 11 (26:41):
And they're in their talks.

Speaker 1 (26:42):
Yeah, can you imagine.

Speaker 6 (26:43):
Anyway, Gandhi was talking about how they were zooming in
on all the celebrities, but the same one's over and over, right.

Speaker 11 (26:51):
Yeah, if you're a celebrity sitting near a bigger celebrity,
you're kind of screwed. They're not going to give you
any coverage. Because Leonardo DiCaprio was there, Matthew McConaughey was there,
and they're zooming in on Leo, just leaving the camera
on his face. And then then down on the front
you see Sarah Gilbert sitting there, some other celebrities sitting
right there, getting no love, no attention.

Speaker 1 (27:10):
All.

Speaker 11 (27:10):
It was just Leonardo DiCaprio, Matthew McConaughey. I swear they
had the camera on him for like two minutes, completely
ignore his wife, who was also doing really great things
with her life, Camilla. So it was just kind of funny.

Speaker 15 (27:20):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (27:21):
Also Tom Brady was there, Oh yeah, yeah, his face
looks very sculpted.

Speaker 11 (27:27):
He's doing something. That guy is doing something to his face?

Speaker 1 (27:31):
Is it moisturizer?

Speaker 7 (27:33):
They?

Speaker 9 (27:34):
All right?

Speaker 1 (27:35):
All right, all right? So scary bright up a good point.

Speaker 6 (27:38):
Went to a wedding this weekend and a guy who's
an executive at our company iHeart was the DJ at
the party and said he crushed it.

Speaker 1 (27:46):
Right, He really doesn't. That's his side thing. He has
another thing he does that no one knew about. And
so people were texting in. You should see all the responses.
Tell you. I'll just go to line eighteen. It's our
friend Tesla. Hey, Tesla, how you doing?

Speaker 12 (28:03):
Oh?

Speaker 15 (28:04):
I'm good.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
How are you doing well? So you're a teacher by day?

Speaker 15 (28:08):
Right?

Speaker 9 (28:10):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (28:10):
Yeah, yeah, what do you teach?

Speaker 13 (28:13):
I'm a high school English teacher?

Speaker 1 (28:15):
Okay? And so what do you do on the side?

Speaker 15 (28:20):
So on the side, I.

Speaker 13 (28:22):
Write spicy romance novels.

Speaker 1 (28:25):
How cool is that?

Speaker 7 (28:26):
Wow?

Speaker 1 (28:26):
So when you say spicy, we're talking like not safe
for work spicy.

Speaker 13 (28:31):
Oh yeah, like like three or four chili peppers, spy.

Speaker 11 (28:35):
The word loins used a lot.

Speaker 13 (28:39):
I don't avoid it.

Speaker 1 (28:41):
Maybe one I don't know Lloyd's is Lloyin's a sexy word?
One of they of Lloyd's I think of pork.

Speaker 11 (28:48):
I think it's just one of those words that's used
solely in spicy romance novels, never in real life.

Speaker 1 (28:53):
Wow, this is excellent, though.

Speaker 6 (28:55):
I mean, you have to have quite a vivid imagination,
and I'm assuming and I'm a little bit of a
sex drive as well. I don't know, but but are
they more on the are they more on the romance
side or on the like get down and get funky,
get loose side.

Speaker 13 (29:11):
I try to do a little bit of both. I'm
a hopeless romantic, so I think you know why too.
I can't have books.

Speaker 6 (29:17):
A friend of mine was reading one of those on
a plane ones and I said, what are you reading?
She said, look at this. I started reading and I
was like, I got embarrassed. I'm like, oh my god,
that sounds hot.

Speaker 7 (29:26):
Sometimes it's good, but sometimes it's too much of It's
like every other page, I'm like, where's the storyline here? Guys?

Speaker 13 (29:32):
Yeah, there's got to be plot right.

Speaker 1 (29:34):
Well, so does it pay well? I mean, is it
very lucrative for you?

Speaker 13 (29:40):
I mean I wish it was a little more lucrative,
but it's awesome.

Speaker 15 (29:44):
You know.

Speaker 13 (29:44):
Every couple of months I get to see how much
I sold, And it can go anywhere from a couple
of thousand copies a couple of hundred copies. It really
depends on you know how the quarter goes.

Speaker 1 (29:54):
Oh that's so hot? All right?

Speaker 15 (29:56):
Now?

Speaker 1 (29:56):
Do your family and friends know that you do this?
Or is it just I could? Do you just keep
it to yourself kind of thing?

Speaker 13 (30:03):
Almost nobody knows. I told my mom, but she told
me she wished she didn't know.

Speaker 11 (30:13):
Yes, Well, did you say, do you have a pen
name like another?

Speaker 13 (30:17):
Teslas Storm is my pen Namelet me write this down
hold on Tesla Storm? Yeah, Storm, because the books are electrifying.

Speaker 5 (30:31):
Yeah, Nate, what's up? I found a passage from a book.
It's pretty steamy.

Speaker 1 (30:36):
Can you read it?

Speaker 5 (30:36):
He kissed a path along her jaw and then worked
his way down her stomach, pushing her tank top up.
She lifted her shoulders and pulled it off. Oh my goodness,
his beer crazy goosebumps on her heated flesh as he
trailed his tongue around a nipple.

Speaker 1 (30:52):
Wow.

Speaker 7 (30:55):
Title to denying, Thank you?

Speaker 1 (30:59):
Denying?

Speaker 3 (30:59):
The Yeah?

Speaker 7 (31:00):
Billion dollar love Salt and Blood.

Speaker 1 (31:04):
So does anyone do romance novels for? Like older people.

Speaker 13 (31:13):
They do, so they call them different names. But there's
such a thing as like a May December romance which
has to do with age gap. You know, maybe here's the.

Speaker 1 (31:21):
One right here, look at Listen to this passage he
slowly pushed her depends to the right.

Speaker 13 (31:30):
Dear God, maybe this is the demographic I need to
break in.

Speaker 7 (31:35):
She left his teeth on the dressing.

Speaker 1 (31:41):
See it takes imagination. All right, Tesla Storm, it's an
auto meeting.

Speaker 6 (31:44):
We love, we love your side hustle uh and it
will keep it to us just between us, all right,
thanks for listening to us.

Speaker 1 (31:49):
Have a great week.

Speaker 13 (31:50):
Okay, awesome, Thank you so much to thank you.

Speaker 1 (31:53):
My nineteen is Kristin. Hello Kristin, Hi, Hi, I saw
your texts come through. I love this.

Speaker 6 (32:01):
So Kristen is a pre K teacher and her side
job she's an NCAA women's basketball official.

Speaker 1 (32:10):
How cool is that? Who is question?

Speaker 9 (32:13):
I am?

Speaker 15 (32:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 9 (32:15):
Oh?

Speaker 11 (32:16):
Why do you keep it a secret?

Speaker 12 (32:19):
It's not really a secret.

Speaker 15 (32:20):
Most people know that I do it, but it's my
side job.

Speaker 11 (32:23):
That's so. How and how long does it take to
get to that position?

Speaker 12 (32:28):
It really depends on I guess the effort that you
put in to learn the rules and practice and like
work your way up pretty much.

Speaker 7 (32:38):
Oh did you play basketball?

Speaker 8 (32:41):
I did?

Speaker 15 (32:42):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (32:42):
Okay, Wow.

Speaker 6 (32:43):
Now how is it when you make a call and
they everyone starts yelling at you and hating you? I mean,
does it get kind of kind of kind of hary?

Speaker 1 (32:52):
Sometimes it can.

Speaker 12 (32:54):
Yeah, that's I guess the life of a referee in
any sport. Unfortunately, people have their opinions and don't always
agree with the rules or the calls.

Speaker 11 (33:05):
Oh do you forget death threats? Or on the flip side,
do people try to bribe you?

Speaker 12 (33:12):
No death threats, but people will joke like before the
game and try and you know, be friendly and say hey,
like you're you're on our side, right, But we pretty
much have to remain unbiased to anybody, right.

Speaker 6 (33:25):
You know, we were talking about the US Open a
moment ago, and you have all these line line judges
or wherever they are, and you see how the players
get really really pissed off at them in the heat
of the moment.

Speaker 1 (33:35):
Right you good?

Speaker 8 (33:37):
You see?

Speaker 1 (33:37):
Are you bride? Oh God, it's.

Speaker 6 (33:41):
It's drama and it's best all right. Well, look, thanks
for sharing with us. I mean, is this something you
want to do forever. Are you loving it?

Speaker 1 (33:47):
Do you think even after you stop teaching, you'll continue
as a as a game official?

Speaker 12 (33:53):
If I'm physically able. Yeah, I've been doing it for
about fifteen years now, so it's something that I enjoy.
I love being around the sport and the people I
work with are great.

Speaker 6 (34:05):
I love it all right, cool, listen, thanks for sharing
that with us, and wait till you hear the next call.
This is gonna be kind of crazy. Have a good one.

Speaker 8 (34:11):
Thanks.

Speaker 1 (34:12):
Thanks. Hey Line seventeen is Tony? Are you ready for this?

Speaker 15 (34:16):
Hey?

Speaker 1 (34:17):
Tony?

Speaker 4 (34:18):
Hi, guys, good morning.

Speaker 1 (34:21):
Before we talk about what you do on the side,
how are you feeling today?

Speaker 14 (34:26):
I'm feeling wonderful and okay, very.

Speaker 1 (34:30):
Well, maybe thanks to you. So Tony, tell everyone what
you do on the side.

Speaker 14 (34:36):
Well, my side hustle is I sign up for a
long term clinical trials?

Speaker 9 (34:41):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (34:42):
Okay, can you give us an example of what that
what that could mean?

Speaker 9 (34:45):
Yeah?

Speaker 14 (34:46):
And right now I am more than halfway through a
two year study on an RSZ vaccine.

Speaker 1 (34:55):
Okay.

Speaker 14 (34:57):
I can't really say what company, what pharmaceutical company it
is for, because I think that might be part of
my contract.

Speaker 13 (35:08):
But but it's pretty cool because.

Speaker 14 (35:12):
Once a month, while I got an initial two hundred
dollars signing bonus, once a month I have a fifty
dollars sipe in for a call that lasts about thirty
seconds for like a check in, and then twice a
year an in person check in for one hundred dollars.

Speaker 6 (35:34):
Now, have you ever felt any side effects that you
have to report back and go, hey, yo, I'm growing
a penis out of my forehead.

Speaker 1 (35:41):
Maybe maybe you need to come take a look.

Speaker 14 (35:47):
Yeah, well, if that would happen, then I would have
a different side hustle.

Speaker 7 (35:51):
But wait, can I ask how many of these you've done?

Speaker 14 (36:00):
This is my second one, But this one was personal
for me because I signed up because two of my
three children had RSV when they were a little baby.

Speaker 1 (36:10):
Oh and.

Speaker 14 (36:12):
I know people are both very young and elderly that
have suffered from RSV, so I signed up for it
time for personal reasons. But I did have a side
effect because right in the beginning, it's a double blind,
which means nobody knows what kind of shot you're getting.
And literally the day after I got the shot, I

(36:32):
went to get up out of bed to go to work,
and the room was spinning. I couldn't get off, I
couldn't set up straight. I ended up having to go
to the hospital and getting a caskian and they didn't
find anything. But the one thing that the doctor did
say was because I did disclose to him that I
had had this vaccine the day before, and he said, oh,

(36:54):
you probably had the vaccine because it's an mRNA vaccine.
And he said, and we saw this with COVID with
COVID patients who got the vaccine is this is one
of the major side effects, so you probably got the
real thing.

Speaker 6 (37:11):
Wow, Okay, there you go. Well, look, I guess you
know a little thank you is appropriate for what you're doing.
I mean, you could be saving lives, you know. I
think that's a cool thing.

Speaker 1 (37:23):
Easy.

Speaker 14 (37:24):
I hope the vaccine gets approved and I hope it
does help to save you know, some people's pain and
suffering in the future.

Speaker 6 (37:31):
Excellent, Well, all right, cool Tony, thanks for listening, and
good luck with that new appendage growing out of your forehead.

Speaker 1 (37:39):
I don't know I like that. That could be a
different side hustle. I got one more.

Speaker 6 (37:43):
Duncan on line sixteen. A pre K teacher during the
school year, you have you noticed a little pattern here.
A lot of teachers have side hustles because well, you know,
either they just love the extra work or they're severely underpaid,
just saying duncan.

Speaker 1 (37:58):
How you doing?

Speaker 8 (38:00):
Hey, guys, how's it going.

Speaker 1 (38:01):
We're doing okay. So a pre K teacher during the
school year, what do you do during the summer?

Speaker 8 (38:07):
I hit the road as a musician?

Speaker 1 (38:09):
Oh cool?

Speaker 8 (38:10):
Really?

Speaker 15 (38:11):
Yeah?

Speaker 9 (38:12):
Are you doing?

Speaker 1 (38:12):
Like backup vocals for ed Shearan? What are you doing?

Speaker 8 (38:17):
Well, We're We're Beyonce's backup band.

Speaker 1 (38:21):
What I'm kidding? No, no, no, whoa.

Speaker 7 (38:28):
A second? In the summer?

Speaker 8 (38:30):
So touring some of my friends. Some of my friends
several years ago, like twenty fifteen, twenty sixteen, we decided
that we really liked playing music together and we just
dove right into it and it picked up. Things got
pretty busy during the summer and we hit a lot
of festivals. We're not too big, you know, I mean,

(38:52):
we're just but in West Virginia where I'm from, we
we've gone all over the state and sometimes it's it's
really funny because I'm a pre ky teacher, so I
work with primarily four and five year olds and h
a couple of times, I'll catch myself asking the guys
that they have to go to the party before we
hit the stage.

Speaker 1 (39:12):
Very good, that's so cool.

Speaker 8 (39:15):
The classroom, and then I'll go leave the classroom and
then I'll go talk to my my thirty year old
friends like five year olds.

Speaker 1 (39:22):
Well, I feel like we do that here in this
room every day. But so, call me so, but you're
on the road.

Speaker 6 (39:28):
I mean, how many days are you out of your
own bed at home when you're on the road as
a musician, right.

Speaker 8 (39:33):
So we have sometimes we'll have a couple of weeks off,
but whenever it gets busy, you know, I'm I'm you know,
I'm sleeping on a on a van. There's like three
nights out of the week, and then I'm back home
a couple of nights, and then you know, we'll go
back on the road again the week later, and you know,
I'll be in a in a city in an airbnb
for a couple of nights, and wow, it's crazy. But

(39:56):
it's completely different than what I do as my day job.

Speaker 6 (39:59):
Well, completely different. But I mean, so, I guess you
get a taste of what it's like when our favorite
artists are on the road. I mean they don't go
home for months sometimes, yes, and I just this.

Speaker 1 (40:07):
Could be weird.

Speaker 8 (40:09):
I get it.

Speaker 6 (40:09):
That's gotta be a rough life. Well, look, thanks for
listening to us. What kind of music do you guys play, Duncan?

Speaker 8 (40:15):
So, it's it's strange, it's hard to put into we're
instrumental bands. We have no vocals, believe or not.

Speaker 7 (40:20):
Wow.

Speaker 8 (40:21):
Yeah, yeah, So we focused primarily and only on the
sound of that we're making, you know, with that with
our instruments, which is completely different from the norm. But
we do a lot of uh, you know, funky rock. Uh,
it's a whole bunch of different genres. But we like
to get your your booty moving, all right.

Speaker 6 (40:39):
We like it when our booty's moving, all right. Thank
you Duncan, and thanks for sharing with us. And thanks
for being a teacher. We love our teachers and uh thanks, thanks, thanks.

Speaker 1 (40:47):
We love it. We love it when the teachers are calling.
We love we love to support you.

Speaker 6 (40:51):
So if Duncan's on the road coming to your town soon,
you know, make sure you put put some money in
the in the jar. Seriously, can you imagine going on tour?
What kind of life is that?

Speaker 11 (41:01):
Chaotic? I would assume.

Speaker 1 (41:02):
Yeah, yeah, I don't fine, I don't know.

Speaker 6 (41:05):
I guess you know, if you have a wife or
husband or a boyfriend or girlfriend at home, that could
be awesome to get away from them or kids. Yeah,
just Mommy's could be back in three months. Kids, here's
some cereal for dinner.

Speaker 7 (41:18):
I think a lot of people do do that. They're like,
Dad's in charge for the next three months. I'll see
you later.

Speaker 9 (41:24):
Get out.

Speaker 6 (41:25):
Let's get into the three things we need to know
from Gandhi. Gandhi, we have a Snicker's free money phone
taple on the way. Busy, busy hour. Let's get into
what you have first. What's going on all right?

Speaker 11 (41:33):
Today marks twenty two years since the terror attacks on
the World Trade Center, and families who lost loved ones
will be gathering at the Memorial in Manhattan. During the ceremony,
names of the nearly three thousand victim kills. Victims killed
will be read out loud. There are of course going
to be moments of silence, spell tolls, and music as
part of the ceremony, and for the first time this year,
there will be a tribute at the Memorial glade after

(41:55):
the ceremony to recognize people who have died from and
are still experiencing illnesses tied to the aftermaths of the
aftermath of the attacks. Three hundred and forty one FDNY
members have now died from ground zero related illnesses, nearly
equaling the total number of firefighters who actually died in
the terror attack. Forty or so funerals have actually taken

(42:15):
place just this year alone, and it continues that number
to grow. They actually say, very soon it's going to
surpass the number of firefighters who actually died on that day.

Speaker 6 (42:24):
Wow, we will be observing with a moment of silence
here as we do every year. Coming up, not far
from now, all.

Speaker 11 (42:31):
Right, Rescue efforts are ongoing in Morocco. I'm sure you
guys have all seen this story. Days after a magnitude
six point eight earthquake rocked the country, more than twenty
one people, what twenty one hundred people, I'm so sorry,
are confirmed dead, and that toll is expected to rise.
Thousands were injured. As that quake was the strongest to
hit the nation in more than a century. Morocco's King

(42:53):
Muhammed the sixth ordered mosques nationwide to hold funeral prayers
on Sunday. Offers of assistants have been pouring in from
around the world, including the US officials at the American
embassy in the Moroccan capital say that they're not aware
of any American fatalities. But I don't know if you
saw this. Christiano Ronaldo actually owns a hotel there and
he opened it up for anybody who needs to come
stay because they've lost their homes. Very sell honest night.

(43:16):
And finally, since there was no lucky winner in Saturday
night's big drawing, the powerball jackpot is climbing again. That
means the top prize and the next drawing coming up
today is going to be at least five hundred and
twenty two million bucks. That cash value will be just
over two hundred and fifty two million dollars. So good luck,
and those are your three things excellent?

Speaker 1 (43:37):
All right?

Speaker 6 (43:37):
You were a Snicker's free money phone tap all on
the way early soon, so hang on, you could win
one thousand dollars.

Speaker 1 (43:42):
We'll be back after this.

Speaker 16 (43:43):
Elvis ter Ran, the haggiest Elvis d Ran in the
morning shows.

Speaker 7 (43:48):
Welcome, please back, Please welcome Elvis ter Ran in.

Speaker 12 (43:51):
The Morning Show.

Speaker 6 (43:53):
So as you know Daniel's husband, Sheldon, is out of
town taking their son to call in the UK. So
Danielle as having kind of fen for herself at the house. So,
you know, you know what they say when you get pregnant,
you're not supposed to change kitty litter boxes, right, there's
some bacteria in there that's bad for the baby. So

(44:13):
when's the last time you changed a litter box?

Speaker 7 (44:16):
Eighteen years ago?

Speaker 1 (44:17):
Eighteen years ago?

Speaker 7 (44:20):
Yes, Sheldon took it over when I was pregnant with Spencer,
and I never took it back. And he he Every
now and then we'll make a comment like, you know
you could do this. I'm like, but you're so good.

Speaker 1 (44:30):
At it, you know when does it take a lot
of skill?

Speaker 7 (44:34):
I know, But now he's gone. I had to do it,
and I don't like it.

Speaker 1 (44:39):
I know, but you you it's clumping formula. It makes
it's so easy.

Speaker 7 (44:43):
It is clumping formula. It is very easy. And I
you know, I do it every night right before I
go to bed. I did, but I'm like, oh, I'm
so yeah, Like, once you give that up, you don't
want to go back to it. I totally understand why
I didn't. I don't never gone back to this. So
I'm just letting him know when he gets back this week,

(45:03):
you know that's going back to him.

Speaker 1 (45:06):
Okay, makes it very clear. Yes, yeah, you know when
he goes home, hello honey and you give him a kiss.
I just don't want you to think this means I'm
in charge of the cat litter now, because it ain't happening.

Speaker 6 (45:18):
Don't you remember those? And I think they still make them,
the automatic kitty box cleaners.

Speaker 7 (45:23):
That they done.

Speaker 1 (45:25):
Well, mine ate mine, ate the cat one night.

Speaker 7 (45:28):
Okay, Well that's not good. Carla Marie has one in
Seattle and she swears by it. She has like nine
hundred cats that live in her house. I don't know,
but she swears by this thing. So I always say
we're going to get one, but then we never do.
But yeah, I mean, you know it is what it is.

Speaker 1 (45:43):
You don't need those. It's just use a little rake
and get it out of there.

Speaker 2 (45:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (45:46):
Anyway, Well, so when is your husband home?

Speaker 7 (45:49):
He will be home I think late Wednesday night hopefully,
if everything goes according to plant, right.

Speaker 1 (45:55):
So, how is the house running differently other than the
cat litter thing?

Speaker 6 (45:58):
I mean, are you doing things like frau he would
do when Lisa's out of town, like, let the dishes
stack up in the saink you have your underwear going
around and run around on.

Speaker 1 (46:05):
The ceiling fans.

Speaker 7 (46:07):
No, no, no, not at all. I am very like
everything has to be away before I go to bed,
The kitchen counters have to be clean, everything that everything's organized. No,
I'm not like that, but but I am definitely doing
a lot more than I normally do. He does a lot,
and I'm running to this practice and dropping him off here,
picking him up here, doing this, doing that, doing school,
doing I mean, I'm just like, this is crazy. So,

(46:27):
like I said last week, shout out to all the
single parents, because it is not easy. That is, that
is for sure.

Speaker 6 (46:34):
Well, Danielle, you're doing so well, you know, and leading
up to the date where your son left for college,
you you made it very clear that you were very
upset and anxious, and but I got to tell you.
I've told you this before, I'll tell you again. We
all agree because we all talk behind your back. No,
we all agree. You are doing so much better than

(46:54):
you give yourself credit for it. You're you're solid, and
you're good.

Speaker 7 (46:58):
I appreciate it. I'm you know I'm hanging in there.
I have my moments like everybody does when they go
through this, where you break down and where something happens
and you think, oh my gosh, that's not gonna happen
for a while. But I think, I in my head,
I think Sheldon and Spencer are on vacation because they're
together in the UK. So I have a feeling when
Sheldon walks into the house this week without him, that's

(47:19):
going to be the real like, oh my gosh. Like,
so he's really not coming back right now, you know,
But as long as he's happy, and so far everything
seems great. He seems happy. He loves leads, he loves
the team, he loves this, he loves that. So yeah,
as long as he stays happy, I'll be you know,
I'll be good and make me feel better.

Speaker 6 (47:37):
Well, we're so proud of you, Danielle. You're doing so well.
You're a great mom, and you're a great friend and
sister and you're doing okay.

Speaker 7 (47:43):
And thank you guys all for checking in on me constantly.

Speaker 3 (47:46):
I know you are.

Speaker 7 (47:46):
Froggy's like constantly checking in on me, and I really
appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (47:50):
So well, Froggy needs a life. Let's be.

Speaker 20 (47:54):
I'm getting talked to Danielle and she said, I have
that moment at the grocery store where you go to
the grocery store and you used to buy these things
that you don't need to buy anymore. And she's like, oh,
and that's one of the moments that you have where
Lisa and I actually bought some stuff that we didn't
need anymore, because stuff the only Caden needs. So we
put it in a box and send it to them.
I'm like, you know what, am I going to take
it out of the store. We just sent it to

(48:14):
him as a little care package.

Speaker 9 (48:17):
For him.

Speaker 6 (48:18):
I mean, as long as you know, nonperishable stuff. I mean,
you're fine, You're fine, You're doing great. The phone tap

Speaker 6 (48:31):
Oh God, football season is here, and look, we all
make mistakes. Right if you watch the Giants game last night,

Speaker 6 (48:42):
Anyway, well, during football season, Snickers realizes there are rookie mistakes.

Speaker 1 (48:47):

Of course you do. Let's listen to it.

Speaker 3 (50:06):
Don't answer the phone. Elvis Duran, the Elvis Duran phone tab.

Speaker 1 (50:10):
Of all the years we've done phone tabs, some of
my favorites have been these phone tabs where we actually
record someone talking and then we play them back to
them and they don't even realize it's them talking to them.
Does that make sense? The best scary as a new one?
What's it all about? Scary?

Speaker 17 (50:25):
So a twist on that Caro wanted a phone tap
her husband Preston. Now, Preston has been anxious to resolve
this credit card issue he's been having. So Kara's thought,
I should pretend to be the credit card company at first,
but really I'm playing the can you hear me?

Elvis Terran in The Morning Show nine to eleven.

Speaker 6 (57:44):
Here is September eleventh, twenty twenty three, twenty two years,
the anniversary twenty two years after the attacks on the
World Trade Center and the Pentagon, and of course that
lost flight out in Pennsylvania. We will be observing with
a moment of silence and special song tribute.

Speaker 1 (58:01):
Today.

Speaker 6 (58:02):
I'm kind of slipped around the stations and seeing the
news and a lot of people are down town here
in New York City at World Trade Center, and of
course they're going to have the ceremony that they have
every year reading the names and the numbers. The numbers
of people who have passed away since nine to eleven,

(58:22):
two thousand and one are staggeringly high. People are still
dying because they were serving as heroes at ground zero
at the time, and these related illnesses nine eleven related illnesses.
I mean, the numbers are crazy, right, Gandhi, I mean
the stats.

Speaker 11 (58:37):
Yeah, absolutely. So they say that this year the FDNY
actually added the second largest group of names to that
memorial since its inception. When it started, it was there,
I believe it was twenty eleven and there were fifty
five names, and just this year they added forty three more.
And that's just the FDNY. Let's not forget about the
NYPD and the Port Authority also, And they're saying that

(58:58):
these numbers are now surpassing amount of people who actually
died on that day.

Speaker 6 (59:02):
Wow, it's an incredible, incredible number of people, Yeah, passed
away as our heroes. And so we need you remember
after a nine to eleven, I mean, the word hero
was used at least, you know, once every other sentence.

Speaker 1 (59:15):
Right, and tribute to them their families and friends.

Speaker 6 (59:21):
There is one of many, many well produced nine to
eleven specials documentaries, and this one I think everyone should
see it. It's on National Geographic if you have the
channel it's or you can stream it. It's called George W.
Bush The nine to eleven Interview in this In this documentary, guys,
it's an exclusive first person interview with of course, the

(59:44):
former president on what drove his decisions and the decisions
he was faced that day. A lot of stuff happening
in the background. They have great footage, great interview material,
and the stories are will blow you away. Things we
never knew the President of the United States was going
through on that day. So if you have National Geographic
or you can stream it, it's the nine to eleven

(01:00:04):
interview with President Bush.

Speaker 20 (01:00:05):
You got to watch at an elementary school in Florida,
I believe, doing a reading in the room and they
had told him what was going on when the first
one happened, and then the second and exactly how it
went down.

Speaker 7 (01:00:14):
Oh wow.

Speaker 6 (01:00:14):
Yeah, He's sitting on a chair in front of yeah,
a lot of little kids and uh, someone had to
come over and whisper in his ear what had happened,
and that look in his eyes. You I'll never forget it.
He's like, oh okay, And then this documentary on National
Geographic or streaming National Geographic just starts right there and

(01:00:36):
you now see what he had to go through flying
in the air.

Speaker 1 (01:00:39):
They kept his.

Speaker 6 (01:00:40):
Plane in the air because they didn't know if it
was safe a land anywhere. And he had family and
they had like the daughters, and he had the whole thing.
It really is a fascinating watch, So give it a shot.
Any thoughts before we.

Speaker 1 (01:00:52):
Move on at what I mean?

Speaker 7 (01:00:54):
I mean, obviously we all know how we were feeling
that day, and you know, I always think try to
think of what happened after the fact and how that
was like the one time when everyone came together, everyone
was trying to help each other, everyone was kind to
each other. I mean, it's obviously sad that something so
horrific makes us be nice to each other, because it

(01:01:15):
would be great if we could do it all the time.
But the love that humans had for each other at
that time was just incredible. Remember we would we would
go on the air and we'd say, hey, we need socks,
like I feel like ten minutes later there would be
socks like anything we needed. It was it was insane.

Speaker 6 (01:01:34):
It was, and it's and as you said, Danielle, it's
it's sad that it takes such an awful tragedy to
make people be kind to each other. And now you
look at the country and the state we're in now
it's wow. You know, I don't the last thing we
want to happen is another national disaster to make people
be nice to each other. So why don't we just

(01:01:54):
do it anyway? We don't need these, we don't need
the disaster, no anyway, So yes, we'll have a moment
of silence come up at the time the first plane
hit the World Trade Center here in New York City.

Speaker 1 (01:02:04):
Danielle, let's go. Let's see what you have going on.

Speaker 7 (01:02:06):
You've got so much happening, all right, Well we'll start
out with the Drew Barrymore show. I told you the
other day that she has set a return date, and
I also asked the question, well, I don't understand, how
can this happen when there's a strike going on. Well,
she's doing it without writers. The Writers Guild plans to
pick it, just so you know, they're not happy with her.
But she says, I own this choice. We are in
compliance with not discussing or promoting film and television that

(01:02:30):
is any part of the strike. She also said, if
you remember, back in the day, I was the one
who chose to walk away from hosting the MTV Movie
and TV Awards because of the writer's strike. So she
just feels at this point, this is what she needs
to do for herself, the show, for her staff members.

Speaker 6 (01:02:46):
So she feels it's it's a business decision that needs
to be made on behalf of her staff.

Speaker 7 (01:02:51):
Okay, so we'll see me. Lakuni is an Ashton Kutcher.
I don't know, if you saw the video of them
apologizing over the weekend about the letters they wrote odin
support of Danny Masterson. A lot of people think it
looked totally scripted. It didn't look like, you know, they
were really really sorry. I don't know, but it's out there.
And then of course one of the victims started putting

(01:03:12):
out videos of back in the day things me Lacunis
had said, things that Ashton Kutcher had said that could
make them look a little you know, maybe they're not
on the up and up. I don't know. So there's
a lot going down with this story. So if you
get a chance, you may want to look into it
a little bit further.

Speaker 1 (01:03:28):
So there you go.

Speaker 7 (01:03:29):
Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. People were worried because they're like,
you know, is this movie gonna get marketing because the
box office for DC movies not the greatest. But they're
telling you do not worry. Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom
will get its due. People love this movie, people love
this character because he's hot, and it is coming out

(01:03:51):
December twentieth, so yeah, so you're gonna get it. There
was a little teaser and you will be getting a
full trailer, so that's cool. The nun too. Did anybody
see THEO this weekend?

Speaker 1 (01:04:03):
I want to see the entire series of None do
you well?

Speaker 7 (01:04:07):
I know, I know, I know if you if you
went to see it, you're one of the ones who
gave it a lot of money. Thirty two point six
million dollars in its debut weekend, so it came in
at number one over the weekend. Barbie is still up
there in like the top five. So Barbie's still holding
on strong. Saysa. Held a free concert in Brooklyn's Navy
Yard to celebrate her album SOS. She had Seweedi, I
Spice was there, and then she announced that she's got

(01:04:29):
an extended version of SOS called Lana featuring seven to
ten new songs coming out in the fall, So that's
on the way. If you're a fan Nicki Minaj, you
know she will be m seeing the MTV Video Music
Awards that will be live from Newark tomorrow. She is
nominated for six awards. She will be performing, so it's
an exciting time for her. Lil nas X is documentary

(01:04:51):
Lil nas X Long Live Montero that was actually supposed
to premiere at the Toronto Film Festival on Saturday morning,
and then it had to be delayed because there was
a bomb threat. But eventually the movie played. Like I said,
it was late, but it did play, and the police
are saying that it doesn't seem like it was targeted
in any specific individual this bomb threat. But thankfully everything

(01:05:12):
was okay and Olivia Rodriguez surprised her fans with four
bonus songs and the vinyl version of her album Guts.
She says there are four colored versions of Guts, each
with a unique hidden track. Make those fans spend more money,
that's what it's all about. It's so crazy and people
are loving it because you know it's hidden songs for
the fans. And what are we watching Monday night football?

(01:05:33):
The Jets and the Bills. I know the Jets are
at home. I know Diamond will be there. American Ninja
Warriors happening. Watch What Happens Live on Bravo gives you
Cardi b And that is my Danielle Report.

Speaker 1 (01:05:43):

Speaker 6 (01:05:59):
Oh and by the way, do not watch this trailer
in front of kids at work out loud, but I
want you to. It's the strangest thing. It looks like
it's gonna be It's gonna be huge. It comes up
from the studio that that keeps pumping out all of
these incredible hits that keep winning awards.

Speaker 1 (01:06:22):
It's got Nathan Lane in it and the cast is wild.
But you need to watch. Did you guys watch it
the trailer? I said, I it okay, Yeah, Froggy, isn't
it crazy? This movie?

Speaker 15 (01:06:35):

Speaker 6 (01:06:39):
So if on your own, but like I said, be
careful who's watching with you. It's called Dix the Musical
Check check out the trailer.

Speaker 1 (01:06:47):
I think it will. It will make you very curious
about what this movie could be about. I mean, I
don't know. Well, I'm gonna leave it right there. All right,
we gotta take a break. We'll be back after this.

Speaker 3 (01:06:59):

El mister Ran in the Morning show.

Speaker 6 (01:07:58):
Hey, you know what, we all always look for reasons
to celebrate. Of course, we need to celebrate the birthday
of our one and only Diamond.

Speaker 11 (01:08:06):
Yeah, tomorrow, Tomorrow.

Speaker 1 (01:08:09):
Tomorrow's the big day, Diamond. You excited about your birthday?
You ready to go?

Speaker 11 (01:08:14):
I'm so excited.

Speaker 1 (01:08:15):
I don't even know why. So you're actually going to
the Jets game tonight to start your celebration.

Speaker 3 (01:08:20):
Oh, you know it.

Speaker 7 (01:08:21):
We're gonna go to the Jet Life Stadium.

Speaker 14 (01:08:24):
Scary.

Speaker 7 (01:08:24):
I said that for you, Jet Life Stadium, not after
last night?

Speaker 1 (01:08:30):
How fun? Oh my god? Yeah, that was a crazy
Giants game.

Speaker 9 (01:08:35):
Hey.

Speaker 6 (01:08:35):
So you know, every year, thanks to of course, Danielle,
usually there's a cake that just magically arrives on birthdays,
and cars magically arriving.

Speaker 7 (01:08:44):
I have given everyone else the responsibility for tomorrow.

Speaker 6 (01:08:48):
Well, so, so everyone's already filling out the blank saying
happy birthday to Diamond. Of course, Nate says happy birthday.
You are truly a blessing to have here as our friend.

Speaker 8 (01:08:58):
We love you.

Speaker 1 (01:08:59):
Happy birthday, Sam. I want to explain it.

Speaker 15 (01:09:04):
So so.

Speaker 5 (01:09:07):
Gandhi has the card and she's she hands it to
me and she's the first one to sign it, and
she calls everybody idiot.

Speaker 1 (01:09:13):
So in the car it says idiot, Happy birthday.

Speaker 5 (01:09:16):
So I'm like, I don't know. She calls everybody idiot.
So you know, I didn't want to like alert people
here in the room. So I said, hey, what is
this card for? And she mouths the word Sam.

Speaker 3 (01:09:28):
No, I didn't.

Speaker 1 (01:09:30):
I'm telling you I saw Sam. And I'm like, okay,
I remember people. I don't remember. I love how you
saw idiots. So you assumed it was Sam.

Speaker 15 (01:09:39):
No, no, she.

Speaker 1 (01:09:42):
Gandi goes, you can't get out of this.

Speaker 5 (01:09:45):
Here'd be one of fourteen idiots in this room. So
I'm like, which idiot are we talking about? So so anyway, Diamond,
there's a great message for Sam in your car. If
you could share that with it, She's loved. I will
write a message to you. Maybe you wait a year.

Speaker 7 (01:10:07):
No, Alley's birthday is next. Alley's birthdays after Diamond's birthday,
Like okay, but no, but Ali celebrated early. She had
her party early, but her birthday's.

Speaker 6 (01:10:16):
Okay, okay, So just to make it clear, it's Diamond's birthday.
That's who we're celebrating.

Speaker 11 (01:10:22):
And my mouth the word diamond very clearly. And then
Nate asked me to do it again, and I did
it again and he said, you, that's definitely Sam.

Speaker 1 (01:10:28):
I said, no, it was diamond. I guess I can't
read lips.

Speaker 9 (01:10:31):
I don't know what.

Speaker 6 (01:10:32):
But look at that mouth, the word diamond without making
noise and the word sam. They the lips are moving
at all. They're similar.

Speaker 11 (01:10:41):
There's they do look kind of similar. But diamond has
an extra syllable, So I think Nate just tacked out syllab.
Mouth make another syllable.

Speaker 1 (01:10:49):
Okay, well it does.

Speaker 20 (01:10:50):
And if you think about it, when you say diamond,
you just stopped you your own mouth. It really only
makes one motion in the same motion when the make
it sam.

Speaker 6 (01:10:57):
Okay, Well it's it's we can move on, but you
know it to me, to me to bring it up, jus.
This is why just say idiot. It covers everyone. It
covers all of us. Oh wow, you know what I
want to go around the room. Let's see what's on
your mind today? And uh, we'll start with Danielle. What's
on your mind?

Speaker 9 (01:11:16):
Wait?

Speaker 7 (01:11:17):
Can you come back to me because I have something
I just can't remember what it was.

Speaker 1 (01:11:20):
Okay, that's a pass, don't forget uh scary, We'll go
to you. What's up?

Speaker 15 (01:11:25):
Well?

Speaker 17 (01:11:26):
Once again, congratulations to our own vine and a man
who got married over the weekend out in Montauk Long Island.

Speaker 1 (01:11:32):
A beautiful affair.

Speaker 17 (01:11:33):
And as I was sitting there at the reception, I
thought of this because I it was a caterer myself
for several years at a thousands of weddings, and I
will tell you it always comes back to two things
at weddings. To make a successful wedding, It's about the
food and the DJ. The entertainment the food. If the
food is bad, things can go to a wedding going

(01:11:56):
on quickly. No no, no, but that will always make
he doesn't hear it? You know, those are two memorable
things that people will take away. And the DJ crushed it.
People are gonna left there thinking like that was the
most awesome time of my life. So yes, get a
great DJ and awesome food. And I guarantee you your
guests will have a great time.

Speaker 7 (01:12:15):
If you bring the blank check and like, you know,
because you used to do that when you would fill
it out depending on how good the wedding was.

Speaker 1 (01:12:21):
No, I just gave him the I knew it was
going to be a great point.

Speaker 7 (01:12:23):
Oh the guy who knew it well, you gave him
the guy.

Speaker 1 (01:12:26):
You gave him the gusto level of membership. Okay, I
like that.

Speaker 6 (01:12:32):
Your your take away from a wedding should be nothing
but the catering and the dj J. But you know
there's there's like love involved in the future couple that.

Speaker 1 (01:12:44):
Ruin the party if it's a bad music you know that?
What about you? Producer Sam? What's on your Oh my god,
what's on your mind today? Producer Sam?

Speaker 18 (01:12:53):
I think I found the secret to slightly safer road
rage driving because my husband and I had to drive
quite a distance to get to the wedding on Friday,
and he does suffer from road rage. We drove our
friend Nick with us, who apparently is a road rage
ye passenger, which I didn't know is a thing that's
not allowed, and after a few interactions, my husband stopped

(01:13:15):
yelling at cars because Nick had it. Nick was yelling
and cursing off these different cars and saying whatever, So
William was common a safer driver. So if you suffer
from road rage, just get a crazy person in your
back seat to yell at the car for you, and
you will focus better on the road.

Speaker 6 (01:13:30):
Thank you for representing in the back seat, brilliant. That
makes it for a nice, smooth, comfortable, relaxing ride.

Speaker 11 (01:13:37):
It was all of those adjectives.

Speaker 1 (01:13:38):
No, thank you, Hello, gandhi, what's going on with you today?

Speaker 9 (01:13:41):
Man?

Speaker 11 (01:13:41):
I'm equal parts happy and so jealous because over the weekend,
my boyfriend got to live out my ultimate fantasy. He
was at a gas station and by the way, he
didn't even tell me about this. I had to look
at his Instagram story to see it. You guys can
also go see it. He was at a gas station
and the man in front of him had a three
month old raccoon on his shoulder. Not only that, he

(01:14:02):
allowed Brandon to hold it and play with it. And
I was nowhere to be found, and stupid Brandon didn't
even get this guy's number so I could do it
when I go back to Michigan and become friends with him. No,
but the guy had a raccoon and Branda got to
play with it.

Speaker 6 (01:14:14):
You you know, Gandhi her obsession with touching creatures. You're
gonna get bet, you're gonna get it.

Speaker 11 (01:14:19):
But you know what I learned, I can touch them
he touched.

Speaker 1 (01:14:23):
Okay, it's gonna be.

Speaker 6 (01:14:24):
That's that one that you could touch exactly Daniels. That
particular one was okay, hey, frog, what's up?

Speaker 20 (01:14:33):
You know, over the weekend, as you know, my son's
in college. Over the weekend he won his first collegiate
golf tournament. And I'll tell you, the pride that you
get from that, that I got, at least, was greater
than any pride I've ever had accomplishing something on my own.
Watching him succeed and do so well after trying so hard,
the feeling that I got was better than anything I've

(01:14:54):
ever accomplished doing it just myself. And so I'm super
proud of him. Can't wait to watch him grow. I
wanted him so bad I had to win in his
rookie season in college.

Speaker 15 (01:15:01):
And he did.

Speaker 20 (01:15:02):
It happened on Saturday, So congrat skating.

Speaker 6 (01:15:04):
Well, you can take that as a win for you too,
though you could you can take a little credit for
that it is, but I don't want to take any
credit from him.

Speaker 20 (01:15:12):
He has worked his ass off and grinded away at it,
and he is and finally getting the fruits of his labor.

Speaker 1 (01:15:18):
So I'm very very proud of Him' there you go
straight eight? What's up? Okay?

Speaker 5 (01:15:22):
It is nine to eleven And about a month ago
I went to the nine to eleven Memorial and Museum
and walking through there, you are just bombarded with images
and memorabilia and you are just covered with stories, individual stories,
and one story I never knew the answer to or
the ending was do you remember that iconic image of

(01:15:43):
that firefighter going up the stairs and he's got that
look of uncertainty in his eye?

Speaker 1 (01:15:49):
Yeah, and his name was Mike Keho, And I didn't
realize he actually survived.

Speaker 5 (01:15:55):
And so I've seen this image for twenty years and
I'm you know, you kind of just start filling in
the gaps of what his you thought, where his final
moments were like, or his final thoughts. Come to find out,
he actually survived. He made it out of the building
moments before it collapsed. Unfortunately, three hundred and forty three
of his brothers and sisters didn't, but it's just amazing.

(01:16:16):
You walk through that museum and you realize it's not
just two towers falling down, it's all of these tiny
individual stories that make up this tragedy with U. It's
I recommend it. Go check it out, and you might
want to go alone, just to process your own thoughts.
But it's crazy. You walk through it and it just
gets quieter and quieter and quieter as you walk through

(01:16:38):
it because people are.

Speaker 6 (01:16:39):
It's very well done. Yeah, I tell you that that
museum is very well done. And Danielle, we're back to
you now. Did you remember what you're gonna talk about?

Speaker 9 (01:16:45):
Yees?

Speaker 7 (01:16:45):
So I wanted to talk about my mom. So the
other day we were like all sitting around the whole
family and you know when you tap someone on the
shoulder from behind and they don't see you, so it's
kind of like, oh, who tapped me? You know, and
they turn around like who was that?

Speaker 9 (01:16:58):
Who was that?

Speaker 1 (01:16:59):
You guys played that game your house?

Speaker 9 (01:17:00):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (01:17:01):
Do you guys play that?

Speaker 9 (01:17:02):
So we won't what?

Speaker 15 (01:17:05):
No?

Speaker 1 (01:17:05):
I was asking you if you guys play that game
in your house too?

Speaker 20 (01:17:08):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:17:09):
Is something wrong?

Speaker 7 (01:17:10):
Are you asking me or everyone in the room? No,
you oh, I think you were asking everyone in the room. Yes,
we play that, Yes, we play that game in the house.
So we were doing it with the whole family and
we were all being funny and we were all laughing.
My mom starts tapping me on my leg right in
front of me. I go, what what are you doing.
She's like, I'm tapping here. Come on, mom, that's not
the game. I can see you. You're right there sitting

(01:17:32):
in front of me.

Speaker 1 (01:17:33):
Like, that's not She doesn't know the rules.

Speaker 7 (01:17:38):
So I just want to say that when as your
parents get older, they just get cuter. A lot of times.
It was the cutest thing ever. I'm like, really, did
you just do that? But yeah, yeah, anyway, that's.

Speaker 1 (01:17:48):
Exactly your mom.

Speaker 6 (01:17:49):
The rule is you're supposed to do it and not
get caught doing right of course. Okay, well yeah, come mom,
he didn't get that rule. Older they get the cutter
they give. There is this final between cute and I'm
worried about your Yeah, oh I love that. It all right, cool,
very cool. Hey, look, let's get into the three things
we need to know from Gandhi. We need to try

(01:18:10):
to keep it on time because we're back timing to
our moment of silence, which is coming up in look.

Speaker 1 (01:18:17):
Ever thirty minutes, thirty forty forty minutes.

Speaker 6 (01:18:20):
And we do it every year, nine to eleven, if
we're working, if it's not a weekend, we do it,
and we'll do it again today. I don't know who
else still does this, but I don't care who else
does it.

Speaker 15 (01:18:27):
We do it.

Speaker 6 (01:18:29):
It's the least we can do and tell the stories.
You want to talk about how it impacted our lives,
and we all saw it from a whole different perspective,
in different points of view, and I think it's important
we get to that, and we'll do that in just
a little while.

Speaker 1 (01:18:46):
Let's get into those three things, Gandhi, what's going on
all right?

Speaker 11 (01:18:48):
Hurricane Lee is growing larger. The National Hurricane Center says
the category three storm has maximum sustained winds of roughly
one hundred and twenty miles per hour as it heads northwest.
Hazardous beach conditions are expected to spread through the western
Atlantic during the week, and the system could bring life
threatening surf and rip current conditions along a lot of

(01:19:09):
the East Coast. There were no coastal watches or warnings
in effect as of late Sunday night, but be very
careful around the water. This upcoming week, a new round
of COVID nineteen boosters could be available in the US
in just a matter of days. The CDC's Independent Panel
of Advisors is set to meet on Tuesday to recommend
who will be eligible for those shots. Meanwhile, the FDA

(01:19:30):
is also likely to approve these shots, which aim to
protect against severe disease and death from currently circulating variants.
The expected rollout comes as the nation has seen a
recent uptick in COVID infections. And finally, tonight could be
a really big night for somebody. There was no winner
in Saturday night's big drawing of the power Ball, and

(01:19:51):
now it's up to five hundred and twenty two million dollars.
That means the cash value could be just over two
hundred and fifty two million dollars. So if you decide
to play Elvis, I assume you are going to.

Speaker 1 (01:20:01):
And we also, oh, jack pocket, where's my app?

Speaker 11 (01:20:03):
Hey? Are we all going to toss gootty money today?

Speaker 1 (01:20:07):
Yeah?

Speaker 11 (01:20:07):
Okay, if you're playing, good luck to everybody, including all
of us. And those are your three things?

Speaker 1 (01:20:12):
Thank you?

Speaker 6 (01:20:12):
Gandhi, is Garrey gonna do some sound coming up. I
love that if you could. Okay, Garrett has sound, and
let's keep them moving forward. It's a Monday, let's make
let's make it happen.

Speaker 1 (01:20:20):
We'll be right back. Oh there goes Elvis.

Speaker 3 (01:20:24):
Elvis Tera Ran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 6 (01:20:26):
Wendy's New Breakfast two for three dollars Biggie Bundles lets
you choose your perfect duo, including a sausage or egg
and cheese biscuit, small seasoned potatoes, or medium hot coffee.

Speaker 19 (01:20:37):
Limited time only during breakfast hours. US price and participation
may vary. Not valid in a combo. Single item at regular.

Speaker 11 (01:20:42):
Price every morning makes me laugh.

Speaker 3 (01:20:44):
That was hilarious. Just wait from energy. Elvista Ran in
the Morning Show.

Speaker 1 (01:20:51):
We have our moment of silence coming up.

Speaker 6 (01:20:54):
Even twenty two years after after the attacks here in
the US on nine to eleven, two thousand and one,
these things are still as important as they were the
year after and the year after that. So we will
not forget, and we will remind you that if us
coming in here and doing kind of a wild, crazy,
out of control show on nine to eleven isn't what

(01:21:16):
you want or to be a part of today, I
get it. I totally do, but just don't know. We'll
be back here tomorrow for you. So you spend nine
to eleven doing you and doing it the way you
need to do it. So also some sound with Garrett
on the way. We'll get to him in a minute.
Talking to Gandhi about picking up Euphoria the TV show, right, yeah,

(01:21:41):
because we're all looking for things to watch and there
are a lot of things that slip through the net
we didn't watch when they were huge.

Speaker 1 (01:21:47):
So Euphoria is your show? What are you thinking about it?

Speaker 11 (01:21:49):
It's first of all, amazing and so well done. But
if I ever had any question about whether or not
I wanted to have kids, which I don't really, that
show has solidified, never ever terrifying me because I went
to high school with those kids. That was exactly what
my high school experience was like. And I guess I
kind of thought, Hm, things must have changed since I
went to high school, But apparently it has not, And

(01:22:12):
now it's even worse, cause you know, it's just bigger
and better, and it's you can see it a lot more.
So I was like, oh God, this is terrifying.

Speaker 1 (01:22:19):
So what are you talking about? The kids? The crazy
drug use and going nuts.

Speaker 11 (01:22:23):
And oh yeah, the drug use I think probably the
most because that's mostly what the show is based on,
but even just the other scandals, people with each other's boyfriends,
just the high school experience as I remember, it was
so much like that, and it's just crazy that it's
still exactly like that. But the whole kid thing is,
you know, you watch Rue going through and I'm not

(01:22:44):
gonna give away too much if you haven't watched it,
but you watch Rue going through what she's going through,
and then the toll it takes on her mother and
how as a parent that's just you sign up to
take care of that kid and do whatever you can
to be there for them. And it's soul sucking. And
Zendaya might be one of the most talented people I've
ever seen in my life because she does such a
good job.

Speaker 1 (01:23:04):
She is amazing.

Speaker 6 (01:23:05):
I know there's one scene from one episode of Euphoria
where they're all they're having sex in the pool in
front of everyone at the party.

Speaker 1 (01:23:12):
Right episode, Well, see what we did that in high school.

Speaker 11 (01:23:16):
Nothing's changed, It's all the same.

Speaker 7 (01:23:17):
Wow.

Speaker 6 (01:23:18):
You know a few people who are a little private
my high school, well, a few people were private, they
got out of the people and went into the bushes.
This is this isn't my house, of course, what are
you gonna do?

Speaker 1 (01:23:29):
Anyway? So you have foury and you're you have one
more episode than you're done.

Speaker 11 (01:23:32):
Yeah, I'm on the second to last episode. And you know,
I know Angus Cloud who plays Fez. He just passed
away fairly recently. And when you watch that show, it's
even more heartbreaking just to think, oh man, it was
great too.

Speaker 1 (01:23:44):
I bet.

Speaker 6 (01:23:45):
Let's get into sound with Garrett. Hey, Garrett, what do
you got going on? All right, let's start with Joe Jonas. So,
of course we've heard all the rumors between him and
Sophie and all the different stories. He was on stage
over the weekend at Dodger Stadium with his brothers, and
this is what he said, if you don't.

Speaker 1 (01:24:03):
Hear from these lips, is no believe it. Thank you everyone,
love us, Me and my family love you, guys.

Speaker 15 (01:24:12):
And that's it.

Speaker 1 (01:24:12):
Very good. There we go. I'm glad he addressed it,
you know.

Speaker 5 (01:24:15):
Yeah, And normally they just stay quiet and we're left
guessing and more rumors start that way.

Speaker 1 (01:24:19):
So uh oh.

Speaker 5 (01:24:21):
On Friday, if you remember Elvis you were talking about
different ways to get off the phone and end a conversation, right,
so we got to talk back on the iHeart radio
app from one of our listeners with which and with
an interesting way to end a conversation which I had
no idea.

Speaker 1 (01:24:34):
If you have an iPhone, Okay.

Speaker 8 (01:24:36):
All right, you guys, I'm gonna teach you something new today.
So what you gotta do if you want to get
off the phone, call you answer, you start speaking with them,
and then put it on airplane book because on their
end it will say call failed and they'll thank you
a bad service.

Speaker 1 (01:24:55):
Yea, the good Gandhi. Yeah, what are you doing this weekend?
Click in a bad area service? All right, Elvis.

Speaker 5 (01:25:04):
I don't mean to do this, but I might be
ruining one of your favorite songs of all time, Judy
Garland Somewhere over the Rainbow?

Speaker 1 (01:25:10):
Okay, what are you doing?

Speaker 5 (01:25:12):
So from there I ruined it. There's with an AI
version of Judy Garland doing Somewhere over the Rainbow with
the lyrics of Smash Smounts All Star.

Speaker 11 (01:25:22):
Okay, not ones told me the world is gonna run me.

Speaker 1 (01:25:30):
I ain't.

Speaker 11 (01:25:30):
The shot is too in the shaph God, what are they.

Speaker 2 (01:25:35):
Doing kind of jump with the thing and am in
the shape of the now lounder.

Speaker 1 (01:25:44):
For here's the question. The question is why, why must
that be done? Why do we need that in our lives?
We can't have nice things.

Speaker 5 (01:25:55):
Over the weekend, Ed Sharon had to cancel his Las
Vegas show because of just things were falling inside the
stadium and he was ready to go. But before that,
he crashed a wedding in Vegas, one of those dry
by weddings. Listened to the reaction, and then Ed starts
singing to the couple.

Speaker 1 (01:26:14):
As you continue to walk down the well.

Speaker 6 (01:26:28):
Do you imagine you know he's been doing this this
entire tour, just showing up at random places in.

Speaker 1 (01:26:34):
Cities and Starbucks. Yeah, I love it.

Speaker 6 (01:26:36):
I mean, even though he won't be able to do
that show, he's still doing little shows all around town.

Speaker 1 (01:26:41):
Love him all right now.

Speaker 5 (01:26:42):
I don't know if you follow the US Open through
Belarus TV, but the over the weekend, during the semi finals,
one of the commentators was very excited after a win
started singing, I of the Tiger.

Speaker 7 (01:27:00):
Up back on those three did my time took? My genis?

Speaker 3 (01:27:06):
Why not?

Speaker 7 (01:27:06):
Wander is now?

Speaker 1 (01:27:07):
I'm back on my feet, just man and kis real
to survive. Here we go and there you have so
many times. Okay, that's right, that's good. That went on
for two minutes. Stop right there. Yeah, we needed him
over at ESPN. He's pretty good. Yeah right, you're a
good America. Thank you, thank you so much.

Speaker 6 (01:27:25):
All right, coming up next, we have to do it
because it's the least we can do. It's a moment
of silence. Of course, it is nine to eleven, as
you know, as we speak, people are gathering down at
World Trade Center for a very very moving ceremony, as
they do every year.

Speaker 1 (01:27:39):
So that's what we do. We do our moment of
silence every year. And we'll get into that coming up
right after.

Speaker 3 (01:27:45):
This strain in the Morning Show. Tell us to rain
in the Morning Show.

Speaker 6 (01:27:53):
It is September eleventh, twenty twenty three. It was twenty
two years ago today that a lot of us were
gathered right here on this show talking about something non important,
obviously as compared to the importance of the moments that
followed this moment. Our studios in Jersey City, New Jersey,
on the Hudson River were built to showcase the World

(01:28:15):
Trade Towers and We watched the whole thing unfold, as
did a lot of New Yorkers, because downtown Manhattan is
sort of like theater in the round. If you're in
Brooklyn or Staten Island or New Jersey, you watched all
this go down. You remember the day, Danielle, Oh my goodness.

Speaker 7 (01:28:31):
And I remember us thinking it was an accident. And
then we went to the window and we watched the
second plane hit, and I remember at that point all
of us thinking, yeah, that was no accident, and then
just little things that happened. There was a woman screaming
in the lobby because her husband was over there. And
then you know, days after, you know, just all the
stuff that went down and what we learned about was

(01:28:53):
just so insane, and so.

Speaker 6 (01:28:55):
So many lives were losted that day, but we continued
to lose lives twenty two years later, right, Gandhi.

Speaker 11 (01:29:00):
Yeah, absolutely so. Right now they're saying that three hundred
and forty three members of the FDNY have died since
that day due to health complications from being there and
all the chemicals and everything that happened, And that's just
the FDN. Why they say now that number has surpassed
the amount of people who actually died on that day.
And we haven't even talked about the NYPD or the
Port Authority yet, but a lot of people are still

(01:29:22):
suffering from what has happened in their families as well well.

Speaker 1 (01:29:26):
Today we honor the heroes as we've done all these years.
So a moment of thought for the heroes nine to eleven. Wow,

(01:30:01):
Here's to the heroes.

Speaker 9 (01:30:04):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (01:30:06):
Twenty two years later, it just it doesn't get easier.

Speaker 8 (01:30:10):
Nope.

Speaker 6 (01:30:11):
And you know, we talk about first responders who are
still passing away and still not doing well physically because
of everything they experienced working on the pile they called
it at ground zero, but also the construction workers, everyone
who was down there. I mean, the list goes on
and on and on. All the people who ran downtown
got there as fast as they could and stayed for

(01:30:31):
weeks to try to get everything under control. You are
our heroes. You know, there's something really cool going on today.
If you go to nine eleven Day dot org, you
can find out what you can do today. It's a
day of service. Our own Daniel Dillillo is at the
Intrepid Aaron Space Museum here in New York City. On
board people here in New York City are doing some

(01:30:53):
really magical things to say, Hey, Danielle, how you doing.

Speaker 14 (01:30:57):
Oh, good morning?

Speaker 15 (01:30:59):
Going on that, it's so.

Speaker 6 (01:31:03):
Good to hear your voice. Look, this is going on
not only here in New York, but all across the country.
It spelled it out. Don't use the numbers. It's nine
eleven day dot org. Find out what you can do
today to be a part of this day of service.
What are you watching?

Speaker 1 (01:31:16):
What are you witnessing right now over there on the
Hutchon River here in New York.

Speaker 4 (01:31:21):
Yeah, so there are thousands of people here packing meals
for the Food Bank of New York City. There will
be about i'd say, five thousand people and we'll be
packing one point five million meals to those who are
less fortunate and who need to eat, who are food sensitives,
who need our help. And so it's a day of service.

(01:31:42):
We're so happy to be a.

Speaker 14 (01:31:43):
Part of it.

Speaker 4 (01:31:44):
iHeartRadio has been a part of this for years, and
it's so wonderful to be able to give back to
the community. And if not only going on here in
New York, it's in eighteen cities across the country. Incredible.

Speaker 6 (01:31:57):
Well, look, if you go to this website eleven nine
eleven day dot org. And you don't see something going
on in your city, you can find a way to
be of service. It doesn't take a lot to just
google it up. I live in this town. What can
I do to help people who are hungry or who
need anything? It's and I think this is a beautiful,

(01:32:17):
a beautiful day to do that. As people are gathering
observing the twenty second anniversary of the nine to eleven attacks,
you know it is a somber and in sad moment
thinking about everything having to do with this day. But
you can make it a positive spin if you can
and help people on this day of service. And daniel Dilolo,

(01:32:39):
we love you. Thanks for checking in. Now go go
serve some food, get get in the line, get to work.

Speaker 4 (01:32:45):
I am I can't wait to pack the meils daby.

Speaker 1 (01:32:48):
Okay, we love you, Danielle. We'll see you soon. Okay,
I love you ye too?

Speaker 4 (01:32:53):
Oh yes, definitely. And don't forget to use the hashtags.
I will for nine to eleven.

Speaker 15 (01:32:57):
Days and show you to see wow.

Speaker 1 (01:33:00):
I love that, all right, Thank you, Danielle, love you.

Speaker 6 (01:33:02):
You know it is a day of service and we
look back on all the different emotions that everyone experienced
after nine to eleven, the days after, and then the
years after. And even though we did see a lot
of unity and a lot of people coming together to
help others, there was also a very very sad dark side.

(01:33:23):
After nine to eleven, we saw a lot of our
friends from the Middle East or just brown skin at all,
who were abused and who were made to feel like
they were outsiders. Now, Gandhi actually has a great perspective
to share. Tell everyone what you went through after nine
to eleven.

Speaker 11 (01:33:41):
Yeah, I always hear people talking about how the days
after nine to eleven they saw everybody coming together and
it was the most beautiful thing that they've ever seen.
And I saw that happening to other people. But my
experience was completely opposite, where all of a sudden, me
and the people who look like me, no matter where
you were, if you had a certain color of skin

(01:34:01):
and people perceived you to be a certain way, our
lives changed drastically. And then all of a sudden, you know,
we were the enemy and the target, and people didn't
want to trust us or include us in any of
the things that were going on, and we were mourning
just as much as everyone else was, but we weren't
really allowed to in the same way. And it was
really tough. And I know that so many people who
dealt with that just stayed really quiet about it for

(01:34:25):
a really long time, because when you hear people talking
about coming together and the unity and all of that,
you don't want to be the person who slides in
and says, well, actually, for me, it was terrible. It
was awful, and you don't want to make it about you.
You still want to support. But a lot of people
carry that darkness with them because everybody's life changed after
nine to eleven if you were in the United States,

(01:34:45):
and you can remember, but everybody's life changed in different ways,
and it wasn't that loving unification that I keep hearing
about from other people. And I'm so glad that other
people experienced it, but that's just not the case for us.

Speaker 6 (01:35:00):
Well, and it's important for everyone to recognize that and
learn from it, you know. I mean, look, if you're
if you were a Muslim or or Indian, or you
look different. I knew some people who were seeks, some
of those calm, wonderful, gentle people on earth, and just
because they had turbans on their heads. They were singled out,

(01:35:21):
and it's just no one should have been singled out
at all, So, you know, learning experiences. Let's let's not
forget all the different layers that occurred on nine to
eleven in the days after.

Speaker 1 (01:35:33):
Yeah really, and you.

Speaker 11 (01:35:34):
Know, nobody, no group of people as a monolith. So
even if you did mistake seeks for Muslims, all Muslims
weren't complicit. And what happened, they didn't what happened. They
didn't want that to have happened. You know, if a
white person does something, we don't blame all white people
for it. But it was just a really interesting, different,
different time.

Speaker 6 (01:35:54):
Grieving is an important thing and everyone needs to have
permissioned to grieve, and you know what I'm saying, you
shouldn't have to fight to grieve. And we were all affected.
Every one of us was affected in different ways, possibly
on nine to eleven in the days after, but you know,
the grieving process is a very important process to go
through and if you're not allowed to do it, wow,

(01:36:15):
that's not fair, that's not cool at all.

Speaker 1 (01:36:19):
So today, the day of service, what are you going
to do? Is there something you can do? You could
go online.

Speaker 8 (01:36:23):
You can.

Speaker 6 (01:36:24):
You know what, if you're just shot for time and
can't get out of the house to do something, go online.
Don't don'tate some money if you have some. You know,
there are people who need help, and there's got to
be something that you're passionate about.

Speaker 1 (01:36:36):
They need you.

Speaker 6 (01:36:37):
Those people that are out there who are struggling and
trying to live their dream and they just can't make
it because of whatever situation. Do your part to help
them out. What a great day to do that, And
maybe every day should be a day of service.

Speaker 1 (01:36:48):
Do you not think that?

Speaker 11 (01:36:49):
Absolutely?

Speaker 7 (01:36:50):
Of course.

Speaker 1 (01:36:52):
People are texting in they're donating blood today.

Speaker 11 (01:36:54):
Absolutely, that's a good one.

Speaker 7 (01:36:55):
Yep, that's a good one.

Speaker 6 (01:36:57):
Bring me some plasma, baby, we love it. That's awesome. Well,
look it is nine to eleven. However you wish to
spend the day, Please don't be embarrassed or ashamed to
do it the way you want to do it, because
it's you.

Speaker 9 (01:37:10):
Do you.

Speaker 1 (01:37:11):
It's a very important day. We're gonna take a break.
We'll get back after this. Wake up to Elvis.

Speaker 3 (01:37:16):
Terrain in the Morning Show.

Speaker 11 (01:37:20):
At the end of your first year, discover credit cards
automatically double all the cash back you've earned. That's right,
everything you've earned doubled. Seriously see terms and check it
out for yourself at discover dot com, slash Match.

Speaker 12 (01:37:35):
The Morning Show.

Speaker 6 (01:37:37):
You know, I get all mad and agitated when people
try to rush out of summer into fall too fast. Yeah,
and I'm still agitated over this. But I did break
down and I bought some pumpkin spice cake over.

Speaker 1 (01:37:53):
It was iced and everything.

Speaker 9 (01:37:54):
It was.

Speaker 6 (01:37:54):
So there's a sprout S grocery store down the street.
They have this this pumpkin spice cake with icing on it.
I'm like, okay, okay, here comes fall. I'll dive in.

Speaker 1 (01:38:04):
Damn it makes me crazy. Hey have you seen all
the ads for duck duck go?

Speaker 6 (01:38:10):
No, No, we know if you watch if you watch
DESPN and watched the US Open, they were they had
a commercial on like every other minute. Now I'm starting
to see duck duck go ads everywhere. You know how
we always talk about how our phones and Google Google's
listening to us. Google's always listening to us. Yep, if
you can talk about monkey farts whatever, and then all
of a sudden, Googles pop up medicine to prevent your

(01:38:34):
monkey from farting, and it's it knows listen.

Speaker 1 (01:38:36):
So Duck Duck Go.

Speaker 6 (01:38:38):
They say that you can do all the searching you
want on the on the webs, but no one's gonna
follow you. No one's gonna keep a eye on what
you're looking at, so you're not going to get these ads.
So it's an app, I think, right, the Duck Duck
Go app.

Speaker 1 (01:38:52):
Yeah, my friends are into it. They all use it
as an alternative, so they don't Google anymore. They duck
duck go it. And this way everything's private, like you,
you have a truly private search that way. This is
not a commercial, by the way.

Speaker 11 (01:39:04):
Interesting but what's in it for them?

Speaker 6 (01:39:06):
Then there must be some ads that go. I've not
downloaded the app yet, so I don't know, but there
you go. We were talking about how my phone, for instance,
obviously a new phone. I think the fifteen, right is
about to come out? Is it the fifteen?

Speaker 9 (01:39:25):
Yeah? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:39:28):
And so I did the big download. I think iPhone
had a big download over the weekend. Update.

Speaker 8 (01:39:33):
Whatever.

Speaker 6 (01:39:33):
My phone is crapping the bed left and right. It
knows it's days are numbered, right, I mean the speakerphone
doesn't work. I couldn't get the timer to work yesterday.

Speaker 1 (01:39:42):
I mean, nothing worth dying. I'm like, what's not?

Speaker 7 (01:39:44):
Why is my battery dying?

Speaker 1 (01:39:46):
This is ridiculous because they know it's time for you
to buy a new business.

Speaker 11 (01:39:50):
Suck.

Speaker 6 (01:39:51):
And then so Nate was saying he was driving his
car the other day and he has an extended warranty, Like,
what any miles?

Speaker 5 (01:39:57):
I got the extended warranty to seventy five thousand miles?
I rolled over seventy five thousand. I'm a seventy five thousand,
two hundred. All of a sudden, all these alarm lights
start going off.

Speaker 1 (01:40:08):
True, it's like a slot machine in Las Vegas.

Speaker 5 (01:40:10):
It's like, and I'm in the car the other day
and the say, you know, some cars have that SOS button.
The SOS operator calls, jumps on the phone.

Speaker 1 (01:40:18):
I'm driving. He goes, is there an emergency? I go,
who the hell are you? How you hit the alarm button?

Speaker 9 (01:40:24):
I go, no, I didn't.

Speaker 5 (01:40:26):
So now that alarm light is on, I'm like, oh god,
really they know they know when the car's out of warranty,
and now I have to go take it in and
have them I mean.

Speaker 7 (01:40:35):
Here's my question, though, if you're two hundred miles over.
Are they going to tell you that there's no warranty
or do they make we don't make a little bit
of an exception.

Speaker 9 (01:40:45):
They do not.

Speaker 7 (01:40:46):
So say the warranty is two thousand miles over and
you go two thousand and two. They're not gonna do it.

Speaker 1 (01:40:51):
No, it's stupid. It's thousand miles, Daniel.

Speaker 11 (01:40:57):
You think that the game rules are loosey goosey, and
everyone else would just work that way. Rules are rules?

Speaker 1 (01:41:03):
Okay, Well let me ask you this.

Speaker 6 (01:41:04):
What if you're at seventy four thousand, nine hundred and
ninety eight miles right, you have two miles left and
then the car breaks down, but it's two miles to
the dealership to get it fixed.

Speaker 7 (01:41:14):
Right, don't move, don't lie there and get the toe.

Speaker 1 (01:41:19):
It's exactly right.

Speaker 8 (01:41:20):
You toe it.

Speaker 1 (01:41:21):
Or you say there's a problem, you put that hit
that SOS button.

Speaker 7 (01:41:26):
You don't get it, take a picture, and then you
call the dealership and you say, listen, I'll drive it there,
but I'm just letting you know when I get there
it will be over.

Speaker 1 (01:41:35):
Yeah, no, not gonna worry. So my point is this,
they're keeping an eye on us everywhere.

Speaker 6 (01:41:39):
We go everything you do, and it used to I
used to feel like I was just feeling kind of paranoid,
and people like here in the room and go, I
know they're listening to it.

Speaker 1 (01:41:47):
I'm like, shut up, there's no no that you know
what they are. Yeah, they are.

Speaker 6 (01:41:52):
They are tuning in. They know exactly where you are,
what you're doing at all times. So anyway, so I
thought i'd bring up that duck Duck go app. I
don't know if anyone wants to text and let us
know how it's going. But everything's just falling apart. Is
Mercury still in retrograde?

Speaker 11 (01:42:06):
Oh god?

Speaker 1 (01:42:07):
Or my friend Michael Lean says, Mercury's in the microwave.

Speaker 8 (01:42:12):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:42:13):
Things are just going negative, things are going back.

Speaker 11 (01:42:16):
We're still in until September fourteenth.

Speaker 7 (01:42:18):
Oh that's soon.

Speaker 6 (01:42:19):
I Thinkrcury is always in retrograde. At my house, it
never leaves it. He stays right there.

Speaker 1 (01:42:26):
Music call.

Speaker 6 (01:42:27):
I heard a Britney I heard an old Britney song
ever the weekend. It just sounded great, scary. You heard
some like old dance song at the wedding, right, Yeah.

Speaker 17 (01:42:35):
They did, like a disco set from like the seventies,
and early eighties, and they played like four or five
songs in a row that were like, whoa, My mom
used to play this on record, and I was like,
and I'm like, there was one we haven't played in years.

Speaker 1 (01:42:48):
But I'm like, do we have it in our system?

Speaker 9 (01:42:50):
Lo?

Speaker 1 (01:42:50):
And behold, we have it in our library here. But
this thing isn't old. It's an old song.

Speaker 6 (01:42:55):
I mean we I used to dance to this in
the clubs when I had a fake ID. That's how
old this You're laughing and I hear you, but I'm
being very honest. So many, so many men, so little time.
You've never heard of this song.

Speaker 5 (01:43:09):
I didn't even know this song existed. Really, you've never
heard the title. I don't even Gandhi never heard it. No, never, Daniel,
you've heard it?

Speaker 2 (01:43:17):
Right?

Speaker 1 (01:43:17):
Of course. Maybe it was. I mean it was a
huge New York City dance hit. Maybe that's why we
all know it.

Speaker 7 (01:43:23):
But never, they didn't have that in eerie, did.

Speaker 1 (01:43:27):
Not, did not. They didn't have so many men, nor
did they have some little time but no men, lots
of time. But I mean, this is old. How old
is this song? Scary?

Speaker 17 (01:43:43):
It's like eighty one eighty two, second, let me just
google that is it? Go it's Michel Brown, Mikhail Brown.

Speaker 1 (01:43:52):
Just play it.

Speaker 6 (01:43:52):
Okay, let's get into the time we shooting and go
back to Oh my god, they don't remember it.

Speaker 1 (01:43:59):
Leave it a I love a song with lasers. It's
like artillery in a song Star Wars. And there you go.

(01:44:22):
A lot of people takes again say they used to
roller skate to that song, not roller blade roller skate.
So now you've heard it, Nate Gandhi, you've heard so
many men from your time.

Speaker 5 (01:44:33):
And it's apparently about a woman that sleeps with so
many men she doesn't know who is in her bed
in the morning.

Speaker 1 (01:44:38):
Right, well, here are the lyrics. It's morning.

Speaker 6 (01:44:41):
I opened my eyes and everything's still the same. I
turned to the guy who stayed last night, and I
asked him, what's your name? It seems to happen. It
seems to happen more and more. I love those men,
one and all. Each new one I meet makes my
heart beat fast. So I see them so strong and tall,
so many men so the time. How can I lose

(01:45:01):
so many men so little time? How can I choose?

Speaker 10 (01:45:04):
It?

Speaker 1 (01:45:04):
Said me?

Speaker 7 (01:45:04):
What can I catch?

Speaker 1 (01:45:06):
Exactly?

Speaker 11 (01:45:07):
Good God, who gets so bent out of shape about
lyrics these.

Speaker 6 (01:45:11):
Days, exactly right. So listen, they tell me I'm up
to no good. I should just settle down, But I
don't want to stay with just one man. I want
to I want to sell for what's around. It feels
like heaven every night being here with someone new, a
physical thrill, a beautiful smile, and wonderful muscles too.

Speaker 1 (01:45:29):
How can I choose? I love that you read it
like twas the night before Christmas? Is that funny?

Speaker 9 (01:45:41):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:45:41):
Fake? I d used to dance to it? There you go.
What's funny to think there was like hose back then?

Speaker 9 (01:45:47):
You know what I mean? What do you mean? No?
You know what I mean?

Speaker 7 (01:45:50):
Like it has always been.

Speaker 9 (01:45:52):
This.

Speaker 1 (01:45:53):
Would you ever think like your grandparents were hoeing it up?

Speaker 11 (01:45:56):
I would never have thought, Oh my god, do you
ever see those grandparents that have like nine kids? I'm like, damn, okay,
I mean, I know that's not necessarily hoen, but they
were getting I think my aunt.

Speaker 1 (01:46:04):
Millie was a vixen. She was she was something else.

Speaker 6 (01:46:07):
Oh my god, she's looking down from heaven going shut up? Right,
I don't know, there's just but keep in mind, so
many minutes a little time. You know that wasn't around
when your grandparents are are around? What was what was
the hoe song back then?

Speaker 10 (01:46:20):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (01:46:21):
Oh uh, I found my throat on Blueberry Hill.

Speaker 9 (01:46:23):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (01:46:27):
Fill it in. I don't know.

Speaker 14 (01:46:32):
Though.

Speaker 1 (01:46:32):
Where did my fog go? I'd have thought, I thought
i'd have thought fart Oh. By the way, we never
really congratulated. Gandhi. Uh she finally had her uh her
stint pulled out?

Speaker 11 (01:46:44):
Yay, I'm free.

Speaker 7 (01:46:46):
Did you keep it?

Speaker 15 (01:46:47):
No?

Speaker 7 (01:46:47):
I didn't keep that one.

Speaker 11 (01:46:48):
That one was not in a fun place. But it
was uh horrific getting it taken out because they ask you,
do you want the local annthes or do you want general?
And if I have that choice, I'm always going local.
I do not like to be knocked out. So I
was wide awake, will like ten people were staring at
my cookie under fluorescent lights to get this thing out.

Speaker 1 (01:47:08):
Terrible, terrible, It's like, who has it? So they pulled
the stint out? So how has your life changed now
that you're stentless?

Speaker 11 (01:47:16):
I've been skipping around. I don't have to pee all
the time.

Speaker 7 (01:47:21):
I just feel good.

Speaker 11 (01:47:22):
It's like a new lease on life. I'm loving it.
Nice and I just want to thank the doctors and
the whole team again at Hack and Sack, because they've
been amazing through this whole thing and I love them.
And doctor Cristiano, you are great. Everybody's amazing. Thanks, thanks,
thanks excellent.

Speaker 1 (01:47:36):
All Right, Well I'm glad you're stentless so you can
work out. Now you can get back to your life.

Speaker 11 (01:47:40):
Yes I can. They told me give it a few days,
but back at it. Here we go.

Speaker 3 (01:47:44):
Nice.

Speaker 6 (01:47:45):
Yeah, Now we have to find your wallet, please God,
you lost your stint and your wallet off.

Speaker 7 (01:47:51):
Maybe they're together, maybe.

Speaker 1 (01:47:53):
Maybe they found each other.

Speaker 8 (01:47:54):
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (01:47:55):
So, uh, what do you have to do today? It
is a full time job when you lose your wallet.
What is your plan of action today?

Speaker 11 (01:48:02):
Well, thank god, everything was very easy to just freeze
and then reorder, and you know, the wallet's gone, but
I did order myself another wallet, so that's okay. So
today I really just you know, spend time thinking about
my poor decisions and choices that helped me to lose
my wallet. You know, last time I lost my wallet
was when I came here and met you all for

(01:48:23):
the first time. I lost my wallet that weekend because
it was Saint Patrick's day. I partied a little too
hard with my friends, left it in the back of
a cab. Oh, never got that one back, So.

Speaker 1 (01:48:32):
You never got it back?

Speaker 11 (01:48:32):
Yeah, five years.

Speaker 6 (01:48:33):
Oh if anyone sees Gandhi's wallet, please return it.

Speaker 1 (01:48:37):
Thank you.

Speaker 6 (01:48:38):
There you go into the three things we need to
know from Gandhi. Keep in mind she's stentless and walletless
as she gives gives us this report.

Speaker 1 (01:48:46):
What's going on? All right?

Speaker 11 (01:48:47):
A convicted killer remains on the loose, with Pennsylvania State
Police and a number of other law enforcement agencies still
on the hunt. There was another sighting of Dannello Cavalcanti
late Saturday when he visited the home of a per
he worked with years ago. That person was not home
at the time. Police say he is attempting to contact
his former colleagues for support following his escape from Chester

(01:49:09):
County Prison on August thirty.

Speaker 7 (01:49:11):
First.

Speaker 11 (01:49:11):
Wow, I know he's been on the run for eleven
days at this point.

Speaker 1 (01:49:15):
Well, Gandhi, did you see the new ring camera photos
of Behen closely shaved and he shaved. He looked like
he was smiling and laughing in the photos.

Speaker 11 (01:49:23):
Yeah, this guy is something else. Yeah, I did see
those photos. They released them if if anybody else wants
to go see them, they did release them so that
they can help get some or get some help to
find him. If you didn't know why he was in prison,
he was convicted of stabbing his former girlfriend thirty eight
times in front of her two young children back in
twenty twenty one, and at that time there was an

(01:49:43):
active warrant for his arrest for an alleged murder that
occurred in Brazil in twenty seventeen. So this guy is
definitely dangerous and the police would like any help they
could possibly get. If you see him, please let them know.
Rescue efforts are ongoing in Morocco. Days after a magnitude
six point eight earthquake rocked the African country. More than

(01:50:04):
twenty one hundred people have been confirmed dead and that
death toll is expected to rise. Thousands were injured. As
it was the strongest to hit the country in more
than a century. The king ordered mosques nationwide to hold
funeral prayers on Sunday. Offers of assistants have been coming
in from around the world, including the US, and as
of right now, officials are saying at the American Embassy.
No American fatalities have been reported just yet. And finally,

(01:50:29):
strippers working at Portland's Magic Tavern are joining the Star
Garden topless dive bar in North Hollywood as the only
two strip clubs in the US to be unionized. This
is happening after dancers voted to unionize last week. The
exotic dancers at Magic Tavern have been striking four months
over what they say are unsafe and unfair working conditions,

(01:50:50):
so they're hoping to change all of that. Good luck
to them. And those are your three things.

Speaker 1 (01:50:55):
Thank you, Gandhi. We're back after this. Hey, what's up?

Speaker 3 (01:50:59):
Hey Max? Justin Bieber here?

Speaker 15 (01:51:01):
All right.

Speaker 1 (01:51:02):
This is Elton Jump, this is Britney Spears, Elvis Jeran
