Speaker 1 (03:08):
I love that turning us on. Wonder what we're talking about.
You were dancing with your husband at Margaritaville. Yes, we'll
just leave it right there.
Speaker 3 (03:16):
What is the dance? What does that?
Speaker 4 (03:18):
It's actually called sorak from England, but here it's called
rejive and it's like it's kind of like swing's a
little bit of a different form of swing. He's to
teach it, so I learned it and then yeah, we yeah,
we love.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
When you guys break out your soroq. I mean everyone
looks at them like, what the hell they're doing? By
the way, have they learned how to do that?
Speaker 3 (03:37):
The song was September by earth yea went on fire.
Speaker 1 (03:40):
Yeah, honey, they can to any song.
Speaker 3 (03:43):
That's right.
Speaker 1 (03:43):
Well, Nicole, I'm glad you brought that up. We have
lots of lots of stories to talk about Universal Orlando Resort.
Every moment was action packed this past week. What do
you have for our friend, Nicole? Well, oh, my god,
Nate has no voice. Weekend A great weekend, uh for
you and your friend.
Speaker 9 (04:01):
We're going to send you the Elvis Durant apparel line

Speaker 8 (04:20):
Thank you guys.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
Oh, thank you for listening to us. Nicole. Hold on
one second. All right, Well there you go to Super
Bowl Monday live from Universal Orlando Resort. We've got stories
to tell today, We've got things to do, We've got
things to give away, A thousand dollars free money phone.
Speaker 10 (04:33):
Hume to coffee top who coffee Top.
Speaker 4 (04:37):
Somebody was saying something about those commercials last night.
Speaker 1 (04:40):
The coffee toppers. Yeah, okay, well we'll see what happened.
They didn't pay us anyway. We love coffee toppers and
they were giving you a thousand dollars free money. Phone time.
Let's get into the three things we need to know
from Gandhi and get on with our Super Bowl Monday.
What's going on Gandhi?
Speaker 3 (04:52):
All right? The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has been ordered
to stop all work in an email Saturday night from
the acting direct All supervision and examination activity will cease
unless he approves of it or it's required by law.
The Bureau's aim is to protect consumers from unfair, deceptive,
or abusive practices. Another wave of the flu has hit
(05:13):
the nation. Health officials are saying the rapid rise in
cases is causing doctor visits for flu related symptoms to
reach their highest in fifteen years. Visits to providers for
respiratory illnesses were close to eight percent last week, which
was the highest since the swine flu outbreak. The CDC
estimates there have been twenty four million cases of the
flu this season, causing more than three hundred thousand hospitalizations.
(05:36):
And thirteen thousand deaths. Recent data shows that forty five
states remain in the high or very high category for
flu activity. And finally, we all know it, but the
Philadelphia Eagles fans, along with the majority of the nation,
are reveling in a blowout wind. Yeah, Super Bowl fifty
nine fans hit the streets last night to celebrate, in
(05:56):
at least one case, tearing down a light pole, and
of course were setting items on fire. What would it
be if if Philly didn't set some things on fire?
Speaker 1 (06:03):
You know what if it's flammable lighted up?
Speaker 4 (06:09):
Is that's the new thing we're going on.
Speaker 1 (06:10):
You know, I've been practicing that motto since I was
a kid.
Speaker 3 (06:13):
Okay, no word yet on any arrest. The team's X
account indicated the Super Bowl parade will be on Friday. Meanwhile,
New York's Empire State Building was lit up green and
white after the game, of course, as a nod to
the champions who overcame the Chiefs forty twenty two. And
today we know is National Super Bowl Hangover Day. Go
look everybody, and those are your three things.
Speaker 1 (06:34):
I'm a little hungover. It's not an alcohol hangover. It's
just I'm just We really overdid it this weekend.
Speaker 3 (06:40):
Yeah, the best time.
Speaker 1 (06:41):
The Universal of Orlando Resort sucked all my energy out
and it was worth every second of it. Yep, you
guys ready for your super Bowl Monday. Let's go. Let's
do it. Here we go, It's up. This is he

Speaker 6 (07:23):
Gay, this so funny to listen to. Yeah, listen to
that in the Car Network, Elvis Daran in the Morning Show.
Speaker 1 (07:30):
So if you're wondering, Okay, here's the story. We all
flew down to Orlando Friday. Was it Friday?
Speaker 11 (07:36):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (07:37):
Yeah, I don't know anymore. And we've been hosted by
our friends here at Universal Orlando Resort all weekend long,
and they really rolled out the Marty Grock carpet for us.
It was just an amazing, incredible weekend. Marti Gras is
going on for a while longer. I want you to
come on down, or come on over or up, depending
on where on this planet you are. A lot of
(07:57):
fun happens here at Universal Orlando.
Speaker 4 (07:59):
Surely the parade is so beautiful to watch the colors
and the beads. I caught like fifty thousand bees. I
couldn't even walk. My chest was so heavy from bees.
It was fabulous.
Speaker 1 (08:10):
Why you're having so many, Betsy. Oh, Anyway, the rides,
the food, the fun, the energy is just so great.
Thank you, Thank you to our friends here at Universal
Orlando Resort. We'll get more into what it was all
about this weekend. We had the super Bowl last night.
As you know, we all did our thing. You know,
people ask us when you travel together, do you hang
(08:30):
out together? Yeah? We did all weekend.
Speaker 9 (08:32):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (08:33):
It gets to the point where at the end you're like,
I'm done with these people. But we were having so
much fun watching the game at the hotel, and everyone
seemed pretty happy except for the people that Froggy was harassing.
Oh my gosh, I don't think there was any harassment.
Speaker 4 (08:52):
It's hysterical because I've never watched a football game with
Froggy before, and it was insane. He was screaming at
the screen. You were lucky that those people that were
going for the Chiefs were nice because they I was
waiting for one of them get up and you know whatever.
Speaker 1 (09:07):
And you spilled that drink that one Chiefs fans drink. Okay,
here's what happened. Okay, by that day. Before you start
your story, keep in mind, Froggy doesn't drink. No, he
was not on any sort of nope high at all.
Just the high from the game. Okay, go ahead, coke zero.
That's it. So at one point during the game, it
was getting a little bit out a hand.
Speaker 12 (09:25):
It was twenty four to nothing, and I told I
told Nate and Sheldon, Daniel's husband. I said, if the
Eagles score again, like on a really big play, I'm
gonna do the flybirds around this entire room we're in.
Speaker 1 (09:37):
There's a massive lobby, yes, the size of a football
field actually. So there was a turnover.
Speaker 12 (09:41):
Eagles get it first play, Jalen Hurts Ris back for
it as far as he can, Boom touched down.
Speaker 1 (09:46):
Eagles.
Speaker 12 (09:46):
I jumped out of my chair, jumped over another chair,
a row of chairs and then just started doing the
flybirds around the whole place. I wasn't I didn't get
in their face or anything. No, I just ran around.
Speaker 1 (09:56):
No I did.
Speaker 12 (09:57):
At one point I cut a turn a little bit
too fast. I knocked over a big margarite, a big
frozen margarita to drink. Hello, you drop kicked it across
the room.
Speaker 1 (10:06):
It was an accident. It was an accident.
Speaker 12 (10:07):
But the best part was was I'm doing it. I'm
about halfway around the room and I look and here
comes Daniell's husband.
Speaker 1 (10:13):
He's going the other way.
Speaker 12 (10:14):
We were doing the fly eagles fly around the whole room,
and we're celebrating.
Speaker 4 (10:17):
I looked at Froggy and I'm like, who's this other
idiot doing this? Who is it? And it was my husband.
Speaker 1 (10:23):
Shelled into the rest cae.
Speaker 3 (10:24):
He had so much fun.
Speaker 4 (10:25):
But you guys did fly right in front of the
people that were watching in the front row, who were Kansas.
Speaker 1 (10:31):
City circle around the room.
Speaker 3 (10:33):
Did you replace the drink?
Speaker 1 (10:35):
No, it was no, it was almost it was almost.
It was almost empty, I know, but it would have
been courteous. Anyway. My favorite thing is we were at
the bar getting a drink, and there was a guy
in the Chief's jersey and he watched one of the
many touchdowns at the Eagles scored, and he looked at
the screen and went, gosh, that is just what a
beautiful play. They did. Such a great job those Eagles
(10:56):
with that play right there. Really that is true sportsmanship. Yeah,
there were some beautiful plays.
Speaker 12 (11:03):
H No, that guy's are fake fans fans.
Speaker 4 (11:08):
Wait, there was one point last night where a bunch
of Eagles, no Chiefs, Chiefs fans, walks by us and
they go, yeah, we're giving up, congratulations, have a great game. Bye,
and they walked out.
Speaker 1 (11:20):
I said, if you leave now, you can beat the traffic.
Call the team.
Speaker 3 (11:23):
I really have seen so many gracious Chiefs fans versus
when I go, you know, the other way. Yeah, but
the Eagles win and set things on fire.
Speaker 1 (11:31):
What would be like if our Froggy was just a
gracious fan?
Speaker 3 (11:34):
Forget it, he wouldn't be Froggy.
Speaker 1 (11:35):
That's not a fan. Can I clarify something? What's that?
Speaker 9 (11:38):
It was out of hand well before the moment Froggy
just described because when Mahomes threw that pick six interception
which turned into a touchdown for the Eagles. Froggy stands
up to the Chiefs fans in front of us and goes, hey,
your boy finally threw a touchdown to the wrong team,
(12:00):
though it might have happened.
Speaker 4 (12:01):
And then every time he was like show day Tay,
I want to see day Tay. He's like yelling the
whole time.
Speaker 1 (12:06):
So it was a whole night of that.
Speaker 4 (12:07):
Oh yeah, a whole night of that.
Speaker 1 (12:09):
But what a night, What a night, and what a
Super Bowl Monday. Let's get into your horoscopes with I Guess,
Gandhi Danielle. Yeah, all right, live from our Universal orline,
the Research Studios. Thanks to them for such a beautiful,
beautiful morning. The sun's not even up yet. Nope, no
traffic here at Universal.
Speaker 13 (12:27):
Cart.
Speaker 1 (12:27):
Yeah, golf cart with life a moment ago. They're getting
ready for another day. All right, let's go.
Speaker 3 (12:31):
All right, it's February tenth. If you celebrate today, you're
celebrating with Emma Roberts and Chloe Grace Morritt's Happy birthday, everybody. Capricorn,
spend a few minutes thinking about what you want to create,
then take one small action to make it happen.
Speaker 4 (12:44):
Your day is an eight Aquarius. Something you're eating might
be zapping your energy time do we evaluate that menu?
Speaker 3 (12:50):
Your day isn't it Pisces. Pay close attention to your
intuition today. Your gut knows more than you give it
credit for. Your day is a nine.
Speaker 4 (12:57):
Hey Ari's Some people's words are more about them then
about you. Don't get hung up on that criticism. Your
day's a seven Taurus.
Speaker 3 (13:04):
If you're feeling like you're on the edge of a breakthrough,
go with it. The universe is pushing you forward. Your
day is an eight jem and I.
Speaker 4 (13:10):
You know what you want, so don't be afraid to
ask for it. Advocate for yourself. Your day's a ten Cancer.
Speaker 3 (13:15):
Take a deep breath and remind yourself that you don't
have to do a Kate.
Speaker 4 (13:18):
Sorry, I went really fast.
Speaker 3 (13:21):
Uh Cancer. Take a deep breath and remind yourself that
you don't have to do everything at once.
Speaker 4 (13:26):
Your day is a six Leo. Sometimes a little secret
can go a long way. Keep this one close even
from the usual competants. Your day's all six Virgo.
Speaker 3 (13:34):
The best way to move forward is to slow down,
so don't rush it. Your day is a seven hey Leeve.
Speaker 4 (13:39):
Your anxiety is just a visitor, not a permanent residence.
Don't let it take up space longer than it needs to.
Oh sorry, your day's only a five.
Speaker 3 (13:46):
Oh Man Scorpio, you're about to hear some gossip. You
know it's not true, so don't let it get under
your skin. But your day's a nine.
Speaker 4 (13:52):
Sagittarians.
Speaker 3 (13:53):
If you're feeling a little lost, don't worry.
Speaker 4 (13:54):
Sometimes you need to stray from the path to find
your way back. Your day's a nine, and those are
your Monday mornings.
Speaker 5 (14:00):
We can.
Speaker 1 (14:00):
I just tell you another thing I loved about our
weekend together, having the kids here, Spencer and Preston and Cayden. Yeah,
you know, they had.
Speaker 4 (14:07):
A great time.
Speaker 1 (14:08):
They love you guys well, and they're they're all great.
They're just they they're all turning into what was your
description of all three of them last night. Oh, they're
the word. They're elites. They're elite and everything that they're
in they're pushing for.
Speaker 11 (14:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (14:23):
I was thinking about like the athletics side, you know,
every time I yeah, I'm.
Speaker 1 (14:27):
Like, and then Kayden's out there on the golf course.
You know, he's another elite, elite athlete. There was a
great having them here. He has succeeded in spite of
his father.
Speaker 4 (14:35):
Good for Thank you guys for welcoming and welcoming them.
Speaker 3 (14:38):
And I know that.
Speaker 4 (14:39):
I know Spencer was talking to you guys about a
lot of stuff going on with him and he really
appreciates all the support and the law. So that was
really nice.
Speaker 1 (14:48):
Yeah, people asked us, are you guys really a family? Yeah?
From time to time. Hey, yeah, live Universal Orlando Resort
for Super Bowl Monday. We do have Daniel's first reporter
of the week on the way. What do you have
coming up?
Speaker 4 (14:58):
We're going to talk some super Bowl fun and also
Denzel Washington almost bit off his tongue. We'll have to
talk about that.
Speaker 1 (15:03):
Oh my what yeah is that? And more on the
way after this.
Speaker 3 (15:10):

Show super Bowl Monday. Here it is Universal Orlando Resort
being incredible hosts. The official title of what we're experiencing
is Universal Marty Graw International Flavors of Carnival returning to
Universal Orlando Resort, celebrating thirty years of letting the good
times roll. I'll tell you, the food's been great, the
(15:59):
people are in great, and they have totally decked this
place out. It's so beautiful. Yeah, and it's going on
until what's the end of the end of March. March
speak got all this month to get out that month.
It's coming up to get over here down here, up here. Also,
thank you to Joe Jonas. What a great concert he
gave us. That was a Saturday, I don't even know
(16:20):
what day is any And then coming up on the fifteenth,
Cool in the Gang.
Speaker 4 (16:26):
I think that Nate's going to just stay here because
he's gonna want to see some cool and love.
Speaker 1 (16:30):
Cool in the Gang celebrate. Oh what a great You
need to get your voice back listening to you. Well,
we've been we've been partying up we were having such
a great time. I lost the voice on the Velocit Coaste. Yes,
oh yeah, let's talk about rides if you can speak,
but let's hear from the people who can speak. Uh yeah.
The rides are just incredible as always. What's your favorite
(16:53):
though you're and don't be embarrassed if it's not everyone
else's favorite. You know, it's weird.
Speaker 12 (16:58):
When I got here, I've always love the Mummy ride
and Danielle does as well, but I'll tell you it's
been overtaken this time.
Speaker 1 (17:04):
Velosa Coaster is like.
Speaker 12 (17:06):
Nothing I've ever been on in my life. It was
other than incredible. I can't it was. It really is unreal.
How fast you you think you're going fast and then
you go faster. Yeah, but it doesn't jerk you around.
It's just pure speed. It really truly is incredible.
Speaker 1 (17:23):
Engineering wise, I mean, as far as coaster freaks around
the world, they say it's one of their favorites, absolutely
incredible and give you another one.
Speaker 4 (17:29):
The Hagrids Magical Creature's Motorbike Adventure. So that has now
taken over for me from the Mummy. That was insane.
They you've heard about this ride. This is one of
those rides, they get a lot of talk.
Speaker 1 (17:42):
Oh it's so much fun.
Speaker 4 (17:43):
It lives up to it and more. And we went
on it a couple of times. And you can either
sit like on the motorbike itself or in like the sidecar.
So you got it, you gotta try both.
Speaker 1 (17:52):
I was sitting, I was sitting in the sidecar, and
Gandhi was in charge of driving the motor bike. And
she just she didn't have a hands on the on
the the watch college that wasn't there one time? What
do you doing? She was like, we just had such
a great time. A great time a couple of days
at Universal is what you need in your life if
(18:13):
you need to like pick it up.
Speaker 9 (18:14):
Yeah. I finally realized why they have the pictures of
you on the ride, because that emotion that you're feeling
at that moment on the ride, you want to remember
that forever. Froggy's face when we finished the Velocit Coaster,
I haven't I've never seen his face like that.
Speaker 12 (18:33):
I've never experienced anything like that. I love the Hulk,
I love all these rides, but that one there's just something.
Speaker 4 (18:39):
About and Gandhi and I realized that we both yawn
at the end of an exciting ride, and I looked
at her and go, I don't understand why you yawned,
and she looked it up and figured it out to For.
Speaker 1 (18:49):
Some reason, dogs yawned. Sometimes it's an excitement thing.
Speaker 3 (18:53):
Actually it's over stimulation of parts of your body and
you need oxygen to circulate through to kind of calm
yourself down and get your brain back in order from
what was going on. I like the Jurassic Park river ride.
I lost it.
Speaker 1 (19:04):
Yes, it's amazing. I don't go in moist rides always fun.
I always hold the persons when people are getting moist
on the ride.
Speaker 4 (19:10):
Well, they had one person that needed a poncho. Froggy's wife,
Lisa wanted a poncho. We were like, no ponchos.
Speaker 1 (19:15):
And the Hulk makes me a ding dong for like
an hour.
Speaker 3 (19:18):
Oh wow, okay, yeah, I just I.
Speaker 1 (19:20):
Can see my brain is in my head and it's
just being held by a string. It's like banging the
walls of my head.
Speaker 3 (19:27):
But you know, Jimmy Fallons raced through New York City
was awesome, amazing, amazing, the one that he has a
whole attraction made for him. But the way they do it.
You really feel like you're doing all those things.
Speaker 4 (19:38):
It was amazing and it.
Speaker 1 (19:39):
Really makes New York City looks so beautiful.
Speaker 4 (19:41):
Crazy to see our city up there, like and Jimmy
because we know him, but I was just like, it's
so cool, Like that's where we're from. This is the
coolest thing.
Speaker 5 (19:47):
You know.
Speaker 3 (19:48):
Are you guys looking for your places of residence? I'm like,
there's my mom found it.
Speaker 1 (19:52):
My other favorite moments here at Universal Orlando Resort dining
was scary. Oh, him explaining two chefs why he can't
eat oil. We were in, Yeah, We're out to dinner
one night at wherever, and he calls the chef over
and says, well, here's the doctor's orators. Now I'm not
(20:13):
supposed to have any oil or butter. Things just need
to be steamed. And they look at him like, uh okay,
you know, And I said, can he have steamed water
to just bring up steam?
Speaker 14 (20:24):
To their credit, every one of these places they have
chefs back there, and the chef came out to meet
me in one of the restaurants and said, hey, we'll
take care of it whatever you need.
Speaker 3 (20:32):
You want to see who the bottom was this?
Speaker 14 (20:34):
This woman made me made me the best meal I
probably had in the last thirty five.
Speaker 1 (20:39):
Days that we were all eating nachos.
Speaker 4 (20:42):
Yeah, forget two, but I was.
Speaker 1 (20:47):
I got to tell you what's scary. I know you're
you're going through some sort of keytosis. I guess because
your breath is kicking. Well, just stand over there, all right,
so talk about it, Producer Nate. We have a free
money phone tap on the coffee toppers. I'm sorry, pardonering
a coffee toppers you any phone tap in about forty
(21:07):
five minutes. Okay, Right now, it's time for Danielle.
Speaker 3 (21:11):
That is not great with celebrations. He's allergic to celebrations.
Speaker 1 (21:15):
I had no voice for a while, so now it's
his term. Okay, all, let's get into the Danielle Report
live from our beautiful studios at Universal Orlando Resort, celebrating
thirty years of Marty Gras. It really is quite a
celebration here and it's going on until the end of March,
so make sure you get here. Just get here, Danielle.
What's going on? All right?
Speaker 4 (21:31):
So John Battistae, he sang the national anthem. We actually
opened the show with it today and the Over and
Under on that national anthem last night was one twenty
point five seconds. Now he sang it exactly at one
twenty seconds. So everybody's pissed off now because they're like,
wait a second, and over was actually the favorite, and
(21:51):
so yeah, not good. So people were yeah, anyway, people
were not happy. Cocktails. If you were at the super Bowl,
fifty nine dollars was like one of the cocktails plus
one got one cocktail. There was this crab salad that
was apparently one hundred bucks at the Super Bowl. How
crazy is that? Before the game, a reporter for Fox
twenty nine and Philly was so excited to announce for
(22:12):
the first time ever, police in New Orleans grease the
polls on Bourbon Street because they wanted to make sure
that nobody climbed them at the end of the game
and did their thing on Bourbon Street, you know what
I mean.
Speaker 1 (22:25):
So there you go, you know, to be honest, at
New Orleans, those poles were always greasy. You know, that's
the town of greasy pools.
Speaker 4 (22:34):
And two years ago, when the Chiefs and the Eagles
played Super Bowl fifty seven, singer Tate McCrae predicted the
final score would be Eagles win forty to twenty two,
which was last night's score. Two years ago, the Chiefs
beat the Eagles thirty eight to thirty five. So she
was right now but wrong then. So she was just
a little late with you know.
Speaker 1 (22:54):
A little early with the predication is not correct.
Speaker 4 (22:56):
That's but she's taking credit now. And the Super Bowl halftime,
of course, headlined by Kendrick Lamar, was amazing. Samuel Jackson
was there throughout the performance as Uncle Sam. There was red, White,
and Blue dancers. Sizza joined him at one time. Producer
Mustard was up there people. Some people were like, well,
what did Serena Williams have to do with it? Why
was she up there dancing? Well, she used to date
(23:17):
Drake Goys.
Speaker 1 (23:18):
So here's my thing. Look, I understand what it's all about. Yeah,
but it was like an entire halftime show of just
digging in Drake's back totally.
Speaker 3 (23:26):
It was used to troll and I appreciate that so
much because I loved it.
Speaker 4 (23:32):
Oh my gosh, I.
Speaker 3 (23:33):
Loved it, loved everything about it.
Speaker 4 (23:36):
Question the question was would he do the song that
everybody wanted to hear? And he did. He did not
like us. He teased it first, then he took it
away and then he did it and I love. At
the end of the of the whole set, it basically
said game over in the audience, and he walked away the.
Speaker 3 (23:52):
Whole stadium chanting a minor you insane.
Speaker 4 (23:55):
The gatorade shower game that came early, three minutes left
to go in the game, we had the gatorade shower,
and they're saying, this is the earliest that's ever happened.
It was yellow green. If you're the betting person and
you put your money on the gatorade shower, hopefully you
won that. Denzel Washington says that he almost bit off
his own tongue. He's not saying how, but he's having
(24:18):
a little bit of an issue right now because he
is presently rehearsing for his Broadway performance of Othello, and
his tongue is a little bit swollen and so getting
out those Shakespeare lines and not that easy. So yeah,
there's that going on. So hopefully hopefully Denzel will be Okay,
what are we watching? The Bachelor's on the season premiere
have extracted the voice ncis and a lot of other stuff.
(24:41):
Of course, if you want to watch the fire Aid
benefit concert, it is available to stream on demand on Netflix,
on Apple TV, YouTube, Amazon Prime, So you can watch that.
It's six hours, so you may not watch it all
at once, but you may want to see it. And
that is my Daniel report.
Speaker 1 (24:56):
I'm on New York Post's website InPost dot com are
showing they're showing great footage of the streets in Philly
last night. Fireworks people just in the crowd, just shooting
on fireworks. People were just just happy. You know, It's
just a happy, happy day. As we wake up on
Super Bowl Monday, do we have any games runing today?
(25:16):
Are we gameless? Do we just go gameless?
Speaker 3 (25:19):
Do a password? We could do a password?
Speaker 4 (25:20):
Passwords right, Oh yeah.
Speaker 1 (25:22):
Okay, we could do a password. Let just let's do something.
I don't know. We're we should do some Marty grass
themed something. I don't know what that means, but we're
putting it together as we go. We are live from
Universal Orlando Resort. It's all about Marty Gras. We have
more coming up after this.
Speaker 3 (25:40):
We're not normal in the morning show.
Speaker 1 (25:45):
I don't know about you, but for me, Rockets own
the dream ad with take Me Home Country Roads, that
was the one I remember most from Sunday. Why because
Rocket is reminding us all we deserve a shot at
the American dream of owning a home, and that's a
big deal. In the Morning Show, coming to you live
(26:10):
from Marty Gras, it's thirty years of Marty Grass here
at Universal Orlando Resort, we're having the best morning ever
here in Super Bowl Monday. If you're just joining us,
I don't know if you've heard, but well, the Eagles
are the champions. They just want you to know that. Interesting.
Watching the game at the hotel last night, of course,
there were fans from both sides of the aisle and
(26:33):
watching Froggy just totally rubbing everyone's noses into the chief
loss was I don't know. I thought you were a
bit a bit much, Nate. Were you entertained? Okay? Two things.
Speaker 9 (26:46):
I have never been so entertained during a football game
in my entire life ever, because Froggy is so into it.
He is so active, he is so energetic, but he's
got a.
Speaker 10 (26:58):
Mouth on him.
Speaker 4 (26:59):
He really does.
Speaker 12 (27:00):
At one point, I go, I learned this from the
Miami Dolphins. They do this when they get a first down.
The stadium announcer.
Speaker 1 (27:05):
Goes, that's another Miami Dolphins and the crowd goes first up.
So a couple of times during the game, I'm.
Speaker 12 (27:10):
Like, that's another Philadelphia Eagles first it was okay, So
just just for a moment, put yourself in the place
of a Chiefs fan.
Speaker 1 (27:21):
Okay, okay, go there now are you there? Yeah? To
hear this guy like you ranting and raving and marching
in circles and knocking people's drinks over and being old
out of his mind happy, I mean, after a while,
they got to feel the kind of, you know, upset
a little bit. Nah.
Speaker 9 (27:42):
He did not let up the entire day, even when
it was obvious there was no way the Chiefs were
coming back.
Speaker 1 (27:48):
He did not know left.
Speaker 12 (27:50):
No, it's been three years of this, It's been three
years of Chiefs, Chiefs, Chiefs, Chiefs, Chiefs.
Speaker 1 (27:55):
I'm just I'm over it. I'm glad you lost. I'm glad.
Speaker 4 (27:58):
It's I think you got lucky though, that we we
were around Chiefs fans that weren't obnoxious like you, that
weren't like gonna come back at it. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (28:06):
See, I tend to kind of stay away because it
was it was way too much controversy for me.
Speaker 12 (28:10):
I did have some backup. There was a gentleman there
that was that was for the Eagles, and he did
tell me about thirty and maybe fifteen minutes into the game.
He said, Hey, if anybody steps to you, they'll have
to get through me first.
Speaker 1 (28:22):
I said, okay, so appreciate. So you're already like predicting
physical violence, yeah, he asked me. At one point, he goes,
you got my back, right, all right? What then? We
have something else going on here? You know, a lot
a lot of Giants fans, you know, of course, Z
one hundred. It's it's our home station in New York
is our home city. A lot of Giants fans are
really mad that we're we're so excited that the Eagles won.
Speaker 10 (28:41):
Yeah, I mean it's our division rivals.
Speaker 14 (28:44):
And as a New York Giants fan, I have to
tell you I got crap for rooting for the Eagles
here because I didn't I was more concerned with not
seeing the three peat. I did not want to see
them homes three pizza. So I had no choice. This
was a dilemma, and I chose, and and people like
cracked all over me for it.
Speaker 1 (29:02):
They're like, you're a Giant fan, scary, how dare you.
Speaker 12 (29:05):
But Scary's excitement was more driven towards wanting the Chiefs
to lose more.
Speaker 1 (29:08):
Than it was one in the Eagles.
Speaker 10 (29:10):
I know.
Speaker 1 (29:10):
But in rooting for the Chiefs to lose, you're rooting
for the Eagles to win. So there's options, And then
Daniel's is easy. Well, I'm a Jets fan, so I
don't care. And then where are you on this spectrum
of fandom?
Speaker 5 (29:24):
Go?
Speaker 3 (29:25):
Sure? Yeah, absolutely. I just like to see, you know,
a shake up in things. I don't want to th repeete.
I don't like dynasties, I know, Daniel, I just I
want to see the people who U need to win win.
Speaker 1 (29:36):
And I love the stories. I mean, you hear of
the stories behind all of the players on both teams.
I love. Yeah, We've been talking about Jaena Hurts all
morning and that kiss with his fiance so romantic. You
know they consider it. You know they were going to
bounce check. Do you think do you think do you
think more more Eagles had relations last night than Chiefs?
Speaker 3 (29:59):
Yeah, we're flipping tables, like, for instance, when we lose
big time in the ratings, I need I need a
little boundchoutbound. I don't even know what.
Speaker 1 (30:11):
I'm like, Nate, our ratings are out and they're not good.
Come over tonight. Let's chill. Let's Netflix and chill. I
don't know what else did I want to get to
into here. We got a lot of stuff. We have
just a list of things to talk about today. Oh so,
I guess last night was the last night they were
(30:32):
going to mint the US penny.
Speaker 10 (30:35):
They do it on weekends.
Speaker 1 (30:37):
Well, well I think they shut it down last whatever. Yeah,
we've got billions of them out there in circulation. Apparently
the one cent piece costs around three cents to make,
and this is all a part of the plan on
cutting out wasteing. Okay, so your thought is, do.
Speaker 9 (30:54):
They Does that mean they'll have to round stuff up
or down?
Speaker 7 (30:58):
Now?
Speaker 3 (30:59):
Nobody's rounding down. Yeah, never gonna happen.
Speaker 1 (31:01):
They're gonna be rounding up.
Speaker 3 (31:03):
Yeah, everything's gonna cost at least four cents more.
Speaker 1 (31:05):
So you're said, if something is four dollars and two cents.
Speaker 3 (31:09):
Which it's what is four dollars and two cents?
Speaker 1 (31:12):
So you're just gonna make that four or five?
Speaker 7 (31:13):
Now?
Speaker 1 (31:14):
Yeah, by the way, you got to real xpress your
voice alright, sit back, made everyone.
Speaker 3 (31:18):
Made allergic to celebration.
Speaker 1 (31:21):
So you know, look, you know, I don't know how
I feel about this because we all grew up with pennies.
Pennies were just there. I don't I don't know if
anyone was like a big fan of the penny or
there's no penny fan club. But it is a part
of our you know, history, and we're going to say
goodbye to it. I guess.
Speaker 3 (31:36):
Yeah, But my pennies, I'm going to keep all of
mine and one day be a millionaire. Any babies, all the.
Speaker 1 (31:45):
Stuff, they will never be worth what they're worth, so
what it costs to make them. What else is in
the news today other than the Super Bowl? Well, we
got weather issues and which is kind of interesting. It's
interesting from a New Yorker's perspective. And if if you
live anywhere where the's snow, you understand what I'm saying.
Being in Orlando and wearing shorts while I watched the
(32:09):
coverage of the storms in New York and they're all
freezing and slippering and sliding, and it is kind of
nice to be on this end of the of the game.
Speaker 3 (32:17):
Oh yeah, yeah, always they're always laughing at us.
Speaker 4 (32:19):
I got up this morning. I'm like, you know, I'm
gonna put my shorts on before the airport. I'll change
right before the airport. Give me every little minute I
want to take in. But it's we're supposed to be
getting more snow this week, right, like maybe two more.
Speaker 1 (32:31):
Don't I think more snow tomorrow is expected? And then
we're off for vacation Friday. So let's hope we can
take off Saturday.
Speaker 3 (32:40):
When you guys travel from a cold place to a
warm place like we just did New York to Florida,
do you bring a coat?
Speaker 4 (32:45):
I know I don't bring a.
Speaker 3 (32:47):
Coat, right, scary was like, I can't believe you wouldn't.
Speaker 10 (32:49):
Burn a coat for the hell of it. And look,
guess what I wore at this.
Speaker 1 (32:53):
I'm ringing myttle flight jacket today sweatshirts. So look, you know,
I'm I want you to just, at the very least
look at our socials, but also go online and see
what Universal Orlando Resort is doing during Mardi Gras until
the end of March. You really should be a part
of it. Lots of concerts, lots of great food to
eat at, artwork, everything, and we're having the best time.
(33:15):
Let's get into the three things we need to know
from Gandhi. We have one thousand dollars free money phone
tap on the way thanks to our friends at Coffee Tooppers.
But here we go, Gandhi, Europe. What's up?
Speaker 3 (33:22):
All right? The White House reportedly plans to issue an
executive order firing thousands of employees of the Department of
Health and Human Services. Multiple sources told The Wall Street Journal.
The order would require numerous agencies to cut a percentage
of their employees. The order would affect both the Food
and Drug Administration and the National Institutes of Health, as
well as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and
the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The order could
(33:45):
come as soon as this week. New York's Governor Kathy
Hochel is temporarily shutting down live poultry markets after bird
flu was detected in the city. The order keeps the
markets in New York City, Westchester, Suffolk, and Nassau Counties
closed through February fourteen for disinfection. The order also calls
for markets where no bird flu has found to be
to sell down inventory and shut down for five days.
(34:10):
And finally, we've all been talking about the Super Bowl,
but the Poppy Bowl happened as well. A Minnesota rescue
dog took home the top honors. Foxtrot, a colleague from
Pet Haven of Minnesota, was named Most Valuable Puppy after
a standout performance in the annual Animal Planet event. His
efforts helped Team Fluff secure a sixty eight sixty six
win over Team Rough with the last second touchdown. And
(34:33):
those are your three things.
Speaker 1 (34:34):
And we're back live from Universal Orlando Resort.
Speaker 6 (34:36):
After this the Mercedes Benz Interview, thank you for being
on the show.
Speaker 11 (34:41):
On the show.
Speaker 1 (34:42):
At Mercedes Benz, there's a reason they go the extra mile,
from testing their vehicles in desert heat and arctic cold
to creating AI that can anticipate your needs and preferences
on the road. They demand every car is worthy of
their star because it's Mercedes Benz.
Speaker 6 (34:57):
El Mister ran in the Morning Show. Elvis d in
in the Morning Show.
Speaker 1 (35:04):
It's so beautiful waking up at Universal Orlando Resort. We
got the whole park to ourselves, until you know we don't.
We're here on Hollywood Boulevard in their beautiful studios. It
just took a little walk outside. Danielle and I and Gandi,
we all agree this is the really one of the
best times to be here is before they open the park.
Speaker 4 (35:21):
It feeling it's like a magical feeling.
Speaker 1 (35:24):
And it's nice and it's quiet, but they have that
great nostalgic music playing throughout the parks which echoing. It's
not creepy, but it's very, very different than what you
experience when you're here during the day.
Speaker 4 (35:36):
So if you go to my instance story, I just
posted a video of us walking out there and experiencing it.
Don't mind my finger that's in the video a little bit.
Speaker 1 (35:45):
You know, your finger has been making an appearance in
almost every photo you take.
Speaker 4 (35:50):
My nails are a lot longer than they usually are,
and so I'm finding that my one nail is constantly there.
I gotta get them cut a little bit.
Speaker 1 (35:58):
Yeah, okay, so we have to take Joe Jonas and
his wonderful team who invited us to go backstage and
say hi to him before he performed here at Marty
Grass at Universal Orlando Resort the other night. Yeah. Of course,
if you've been watching our socials, you see the crowd,
the throngs of fans who all wanted to be a
part of the Joe Jonas experience. But I know you
(36:22):
Nate and Froggy Froggy. You guys, you came to the
park early Saturday morning to do a site check, make
sure the studios were ready for us, and all that
kind of stuff. Tell everyone what happened Saturday morning, even
though Joe Jonas wasn't going to be on stage until
eight o'clock that night, So we were walking in as
the park opened at nine am on Saturday morning. Nine am.
Speaker 12 (36:40):
Nate and I are coming from the other end of
the park walking towards here to the studio to do
the site check, and all of a sudden, the gates open.
I have never seen a herd of people like we
saw running it. And I even stopped and looked at
Nate and the person who was escorting us. I said,
what is going on and she said, Oh, the gates
just opened. They're here for Jojo. And I looked and
I'm like, it's nine am. They camped down at nine am,
(37:04):
and all the while they're running, right, So there's there's
many different words to describe your pace of movement. They
said no running, so people were, oh, we're jogging, Oh,
we're walking from this jogging. Yeah, they were running, but
I mean it was hundreds thousands of people running and
they camped out. They had umbrellas and they camped out
over on the side and they were there all day long.
(37:26):
They sat there for eleven and a half hours from
nine am until eight thirty at night to see Jojo.
Speaker 1 (37:32):
That was packed.
Speaker 3 (37:33):
It wasting so many people.
Speaker 4 (37:36):
And my kids were saying that they went on ripbrid
Rocket like when the concert was going on in the dark.
They said it was the coolest thing to look down
and see all these people at the concert while you're
on the.
Speaker 1 (37:46):
Ride, which was really cool. About Universal Orlando Resort, you know,
you come to the parks and daytime and nighttime are
two different parks. They really are. To be able to
hit the rides at night time is my favorite. So
when we're here for Halloween, Horror Nights and you know
all the night time events, I love riding the rides
at night. I love it.
Speaker 2 (38:03):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (38:03):
The Universal of Orlando. Marty gral twenty twenty five concert
lineup is great. Tea Pain was already here, Joe Jonas
was Saturday. Cool of the Gang is coming up. Scotty McCreary,
you have something for everyone. Yeah, Scotty m a all
time low. It's gonna be here in March. Let's see
DJ poly d Yeah and TLC on March twenty ninth.
Speaker 4 (38:21):
Wow, that's my birthday present.
Speaker 11 (38:23):
Mark.
Speaker 1 (38:23):
Yeah, come on down. I think Are we gonna come
back when they open up? Can we talk about Epic Universe? Yeah?
I would love Oh my god, Hey, Yill, can we
come back when Epic Universe is open?
Speaker 9 (38:35):
Yeah, we're gonna see the studio for a week.
Speaker 1 (38:39):
Yeah, maybe for a month anyway. Yeah, just make sure
you follow us on Instagram Elvis durand show especially. It's everything.
We've been having so much fun. Yeah, we do have
a thousand dollars fee money phone tap on the way
things to our friends at Coffee Toppers.
Speaker 5 (38:55):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (38:55):
And I do believe we're gonna play a game Nate
cannot host because he has no voice.
Speaker 6 (38:59):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (39:00):
Wow interesting, but what a great day to be celebrating
Super Bowl Monday. And we have your phone tap with
a grand coming up after this.
Speaker 6 (39:09):
Another free money phone tap coming up next.
Speaker 1 (39:11):
Go call me ever again for.
Speaker 6 (39:14):
The Elvis Duran in the Morning show free money phone tap,
no purchase necessary. Buyd in Montana, New Mexico, Washington, and
we're prohibited. For more info and rules, go to Elvis
durand dot com slash context. Elvis Duran in the Morning Show,
Elvis Duran in the Morning Show.
Speaker 1 (39:33):
How lucky are we? What did we do in our
lives that brought us to this place? I don't know,
we did something right because and I'm so glad you're
listening to this show today. Of course, super Bowl Monday
at Universal Orlando Resort, celebrating thirty years of Marty Grass
And it's Gandhia And we're having a conversation last night
(39:53):
or yesterday with our friend Michelle.
Speaker 5 (39:55):
Oh.
Speaker 1 (39:56):
Yeah, She's like, how great is life? I mean, we
get to do these fun things. Yeah, and we could
tell we get to tell all of our friends listening
around the country, around the world, like what we're doing
and trying to get them to come join us and visit.
And this is a really great gig.
Speaker 3 (40:10):
Just let you know we're pretty lucky.
Speaker 1 (40:12):
Yeah, we're doing really well. I love this. But as
you said in traffic on your way to work, wherever
you are, just understand, we're thinking about you. We wish
you were here, and we're giving you some ideas places
to go. Yeah, we're now we're adding Universal Orland of
Resort to your list.
Speaker 4 (40:25):
Come for a weekend, honestly, fly out on a Friday,
fly back late Sunday night. I mean, you know, do it,
or drive over, or drive over exactly.
Speaker 1 (40:33):
Like Froggy did. Froggy just drove over from Jacksonville. I did. Yeah,
just a quick hour and forty five minute driving. It's here.
Look at that.
Speaker 3 (40:39):
I want to live in seuss Land. It's the coolest.
Speaker 12 (40:43):
Thing we walked out of the rest of you.
Speaker 1 (40:46):
If you guys ever wonder what my brain looks like
inside Land.
Speaker 3 (40:52):
It is so I was like, oh my god, the whimsy.
I just want to stay here.
Speaker 1 (40:56):
You are living in a world of whimsy already. That's
that place kind of matches your whimsy. Danielle's report on
the way in a few seconds after the thousand dollars
free minute phone tap, what do you have work in.
Speaker 4 (41:06):
The Super Bowl stuff? And oh some show cancelations we
need to talk about.
Speaker 1 (41:12):
Hey, you know there are many places to stay at Universal.
We're staying at the Low's Sapphire Falls. What a beautiful hotel.
That lobby is just a great place to watch the
Super Bowl. It happens to be on. And also I've
been to a lot of the properties at Universal and
they're all beautiful and spectacular in each in every different,
(41:33):
unique way. But the thing about Sephar Falls is the
swim deck, the pool area. It's just incredible and it's
just just perfect. And you know, there's a lot of
families here and we're thinking, well, you know a lot
of kids running around, and you know, are we gonna
be able to relax? And yeah, we found a nice
corner spot, had a great day at the pool.
Speaker 3 (41:55):
It was nice jerk chicken sandwich.
Speaker 1 (41:56):
Ever, hey, let's hear fro the jerk chickens tes one time.
Speaker 3 (41:59):
Oh my god.
Speaker 1 (42:01):
Anyway, so yeah, you can choose from many, but we
we chose Lows Sapphire Falls. It was just amazing. Any
other shadows we need to do before we get into
that thousand dollars free money phone twenty Nate voice, how
your voice doing? It's gone?
Speaker 9 (42:15):
And partly because we had so much fun yep, on
those rides, you cannot, like you were saying about appreciation.
Speaker 1 (42:22):
Yes, we're gonna move on, but people are wondering if
we had the Super Bowl watching party in my room
last night. We did not, and it isn't because Nate
was threatening to defile my bathroom. Oh yeah, thanks, thanks, thanks.
There's nothing better than hearing that from that voice. Anyway.
(42:43):
So we were all over the hotel watching games here
and there and everything. It was just a great night.
It was wonderful.
Speaker 2 (42:47):
All right.
Speaker 1 (42:48):
Let's get into that thousand dollar free money phone TWN.
Let's do it.
Speaker 6 (42:50):
Hit it that free money phone.
Speaker 1 (42:53):
Tat thanks to our friends at Coffee Toppers. Now, coffee's great.
We love coffee. Do we all agree coffee take it
to that next level with Coffee Topper's Cold Foam. It
just sounds luxurious, doesn't it. It's kind of a fun
way to take your coffee to that next level. They
have five great flavors. They have very vanilla. I love
(43:14):
the salted caramel. They have MELTI mocha, marshmallow, and white chocolate.
And they're all made with real dairy, real deal stuff.
And think about going somewhere else and paying for the
same kind of coffee beverage. That's a lot of money.
Nineteen dollars. In some places, one one container of Coffee
(43:39):
Topper's Cold Phone is like twenty beverages. I counted for you. Wow,
there you have it, so you can buy it today
on Amazon, have it shipped to your house, and all
this week thanks to Coffee Topper's Cold Pham, we're giving
you a thousand dollars every day with the free money.

had eight hundred two four to two zero one hundred.
All right, who does the phone tap? Carry got let's go, Garrett, don't.
Speaker 6 (44:02):
Answer the phone. Elvis Duran, the Elvis Duran phone tap?
Speaker 1 (44:06):
All right, Garrett, tell us all about your phone tap.
Speaker 2 (44:07):
Super Bowl Sunday happened in just in a few days,
a lot of people ordering TVs, throwing parties. So Rachel
wanted to play a phone tap on her boyfriend Carl.
Carl ordered a big TV, like almost eighty inches, right,
so he's expect eighty wow, yeah TV. He's expecting it
to come to the house for a Super Bowl. So
I'm gonna call from the the store that he bought
(44:28):
it from and said, Hey, that's not gonna happen.
Speaker 1 (44:30):
This is a bad idea. All right, let's listen to
take you caret Carl.
Speaker 2 (44:34):
Hey, this is Phil Dumphy over at alp Set. How
are you.
Speaker 5 (44:37):
I am great. I'm just sitting here waiting for you, guys.
Speaker 1 (44:41):
Fantastic when you're gonna be coming.
Speaker 5 (44:43):
I actually have to run to the pharmacy for like
a half hour.
Speaker 2 (44:46):
Okay, well you know, take your time, no need to rush.
And that's why I'm calling. I won't be able to
get you your TV. It looks like until Monday, is
is that?
Speaker 1 (44:54):
Okay?
Speaker 5 (44:55):
Excuse me?
Speaker 2 (44:57):
Yeah, the Monday we had a we had a problem
with the truck.
Speaker 5 (45:00):
Listen, what do you mean Monday Someday is the super Bowl.
When I was in your store, I explained that to you.
Speaker 2 (45:07):
I can guarantee delivery from Monday for you.
Speaker 5 (45:10):
No, no, are you got to be kidding me. First
of all, I took off a day from work today
because you guys told me you'd have the TV here today.
Speaker 2 (45:18):
Well that's what our original plans were. But then unfortunately,
the truck hit a pothole, and then the pothole kind
of threw some stuff around. Some iPods got cracked, and
iPads got cracked, some TVs broke.
Speaker 1 (45:28):
It just happened.
Speaker 5 (45:28):
There are other TVs that you have to be other
TVs in the warehouse. I'm having fifty people over my
house on Sunday for a Super Bowl party and then
there will be a TV in my house.
Speaker 2 (45:39):
Huh, So you don't have a TV? Is this your
first TV that you're ever buying?
Speaker 5 (45:44):
Wait a second, Listen. When I went in there and
spoke to your salesperson, they told me this whole speel
about the Super Bowl sale and how one of them
is going to be.
Speaker 2 (45:51):
Can you just like get a TV from another room
just for the time being?
Speaker 5 (45:55):
That does? That does not do me any good? Are
you You got to be kidding me?
Speaker 1 (45:58):
Listen to me.
Speaker 5 (45:59):
Yes, I'm out in fifty people to my house to
watch an eighty inch screen TV. I'm not putting a
thirty two inch TV in my living room for fifty
people to watch in my house.
Speaker 2 (46:11):
Sir, Well, can I ask where is your other TV
that you had?
Speaker 5 (46:15):
I threw it out. I threw it out because you
told me I would have a TV in my house.
Speaker 2 (46:21):
What if I give you a great radio system that
you can hook up to your house? You know different,
You know no one's going to be listening to this.
Speaker 5 (46:27):
You're listening to the super Bowl on a radio. What
are we supposed to act it out like Shadow pummicks.
Speaker 2 (46:32):
You gotta be kidding me, Well, sir, you shouldn't have
gotten rid of the TV that you had until you
had a new one coming into.
Speaker 5 (46:37):
That right, Well, i'd have a TV in my house today, sir.
Speaker 2 (46:41):
I totally get it. When the Tony Awards were on,
my TV went out and I totally missed the first
hour and a half of the Tony Awards Super Bowl.
Speaker 5 (46:48):
This is not the Tony Awards. Are you kidding me?
Fit be if your TV in my house on Super
Bowl Sunday.
Speaker 2 (46:56):
I definitely have like a twenty four inch I can
get you.
Speaker 5 (46:59):
Listen to me, Jerffy Off I with your company because
of your reputation and you're supposed to stand by your product.
This is a disgrace. You call me up three days
before I need my TV in my house? Are you
kidding me? Hi?
Speaker 1 (47:14):
Uh huh?
Speaker 5 (47:15):
What are you doing?
Speaker 1 (47:16):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (47:17):
Well, excuse me.
Speaker 2 (47:18):
Well, sir, this is my lunch break and I'm just
trying to go to a bird with one stone.
Speaker 5 (47:25):
Wait, listen to me, are you customer service?
Speaker 6 (47:28):
No?
Speaker 5 (47:28):
Ill with a mouthful of food?
Speaker 2 (47:31):
Well, lunchtime, you gotta understand that.
Speaker 5 (47:34):
Put that food out of your mouth right now?
Speaker 1 (47:36):
All right?
Speaker 5 (47:37):
Now and as a professional.
Speaker 2 (47:40):
Alright, all right, fine, I'm sorry that was a bad
move on my part.
Speaker 1 (47:45):
Kidding me. Listen, all right, you how do you deal
with customers? Carl say, Rachel, Honey, you've just been fun tabs?
Speaker 5 (47:55):
Oh I love?
Speaker 6 (47:58):
Yeah, Elvis Durant phone ta.
Speaker 1 (48:10):
Hello, Hello lady. Oh my god, oh my god. We're
out of control, out of control. Turn it down. There
you go, there, you go your thousand dollars free money
phone table. Let's go talk to Katie online seven. See
what she's all about. Hey, Katie, Katie, Yo, Katie, Yo, Katie?
(48:32):
How you doing? Hello Katie?
Speaker 8 (48:35):
Hello?
Speaker 1 (48:36):
Okay, okay, maybe this isn't Katie. Hello? Is anyone there? Okay,
please hold.
Speaker 3 (48:41):
It's Katie and offline.
Speaker 1 (48:42):
We'll just put her hold and uh well, someone named
Katie just one a thousand dollars with the free money
phone tap. Thanks to our friends over at Brown. Okay,
yeah you did win. Thanks for her friends and coffee. Hello,
(49:06):
thank you? Okay everyone, Okay, can you hear me? Katie? Okay,
I know you're excited. You just want a thousand dollars.
Thanks for her friends and coffee Topper's cold foam. I know, yes,
you did you did win? You want a thousand dollars?
You want a dozen? Yes, we knew you'd do it eventually,
(49:34):
and you finally did it. This is my favorite call
of the day.
Speaker 5 (49:39):
I love.
Speaker 1 (49:41):
Yeah, you didn't think you're gonna wake up and win
a thousand dollars Katie? But but you know, now are
you not? Katie? Who are you? Whoever you are?
Speaker 5 (49:51):
My name?
Speaker 1 (49:52):
Okay? Well Lorraine, whoever you for? Congratulations and you want
to found all right? You know we're all the way
down in Orlando at Universal Orlando Resort, and you know
we're just doing our best. We're just doing our best
to keep it together and whatever. I don't care. This
(50:14):
is not a polish This is not a polished show
by any No, the Noyway listened to every day. Well,
thank you, it just paid it off. Hold on one second.
A thousand dollars on the way. Thanks for friends at
Coffee Toopper's Cold Foam. But an exciting way to start
your day every day and continue it. Maybe you have
seven or eight cups like we do with a vanilla
salted caramel MELTI moke at, marshmallow, white chocolate, whatever, buy
(50:37):
your coffee Toopper's Cold foam at Amazon today. Wow.
Speaker 10 (50:42):
Wow, I'm exhausted.
Speaker 6 (50:44):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (50:44):
I loved it. I want I want everything to be
a disaster just like that. I think we're like the
only ones in this business who thrives on disasters like this. Yes,
it's got to just corrupt the bed every single time.
But anyway, it's okay, It's okay, Danielle. Let's do you
the Danielle Report. It's all you. What do you got
going on?
Speaker 3 (51:03):
All right?
Speaker 4 (51:04):
So the Gatorade shower came with three minutes left to
go in the super Bowl last night, and of course
we knew who was going to win, so it was
kind of like, okay. They said this might have been
a record for the earliest coach bath. It was yellow green,
just in case you're a betting person and you're, you know,
put some money on there, so maybe you won, maybe
(51:24):
you didn't. Super Bowl halftime show was headlined by Kendrick Lamar.
It was amazing. A lot of us thought it was amazing.
A lot of a lot of people were like, well whatever,
but we loved it. Samuel Jackson was there throughout the performance.
He was Uncle Sam. There was red, White, and Blue dancers.
I know, Sizza joined Kendrick. At one point, Producer Mustard
was up there. Serena Williams was up there shaking it. Yeah.
(51:46):
People were like, what does that have to do anything?
Speaker 1 (51:48):
I need to perfect my Serena dances on your seawalk.
I need a seawalks. Oh my god.
Speaker 4 (51:53):
It is because Drake, who you know, Kendrick was going after.
He used to date her and apparently even has some
songs about her. So there you go. Everybody's wondering would
he do the song that everybody wanted to hear, not
like us. He did it was it edited a little bit,
but we got it and everybody was at leayst happy
with that.
Speaker 1 (52:12):
I was talking to Gandhi during the performance. I'm very
impressed how Kendrick Lamar can edit the curse words out
on his own. Yeah, I mean, I'm assuming he had
to rehearse that a lot.
Speaker 4 (52:23):
Probably.
Speaker 1 (52:24):
I mean, but they didn't have anyone in the truck
pushing a button today. I didn't hear any bleeps at all.
Speaker 3 (52:28):
I didn't hear bleeps. But he even edited the content,
not just the curse words. He changed whole phrases, right,
because there's some stuff that.
Speaker 1 (52:34):
So what I said to Gandhi also don't know if
you remember this. I said, well, what does that say
about how he really wants to he wants to fit
into the what the networks want him to do, rather
than being like that I'm gonna do it my way.
I don't care if they have to bleep it out. Yeah,
he kind of kind of conformed.
Speaker 3 (52:51):
Well, I wonder if it was a financial thing. Hey,
you're going to be fine if you do this. Do
not do it. I bet you.
Speaker 4 (52:57):
I bet you there was one hundred percent.
Speaker 3 (53:00):
I mean, they find us right because even as far
as conforming goes, I mean, he did a lot to
not conform, which I think is what upset a lot
of people that were.
Speaker 4 (53:07):
Like, heye, this guy. But yeah, I liked it.
Speaker 3 (53:09):
That's great.
Speaker 4 (53:11):
I'll tell you. I stopped the cursing every day on
the air, so it's not that hard.
Speaker 3 (53:15):
And sometimes you.
Speaker 4 (53:16):
Don't and sometimes it's slip.
Speaker 1 (53:18):
Sometimes it slips.
Speaker 3 (53:19):
Dog Man was.
Speaker 4 (53:20):
Number one of the box office. Again, I told you
that was going to happen. ABC is pressing pause on
The Bachelorette. It has not been canceled, but we're not
going to get it this season. So it'll be interesting
to say see what happens with that, and Froggy tell
me about the CMT Music Awards that's been canceled this
year as well.
Speaker 12 (53:37):
So what happened is there's an ownership change going on
at CMT. They were originally owned by one company. There's
a merger going on. That merger has not completely taken
place yet. However, they've also said that they're going to
reimagine how they do award shows. So I don't think
it was very highly watched. The big two awards for
country are the CMAS and the ACMs. The CMT Music
Awards was a second tier award show. I think they're
(53:59):
going to rem how they're doing it and try to
come back from a different names.
Speaker 4 (54:02):
Congratulations to the Weekend his fifth number one album on
the Billboard two hundred Albums charts, So that's cool. So
Pharrell was working on a movie called Golden and it
has been shelved. He says that once they went into
the editing room, they realized they didn't have enough to
kind of tell the story the way they wanted it.
So as of right now, that movie will not be
coming out. A lot of people were, like Taylor Swift
(54:26):
was at the Super Bowl with the t chain on
her neck. Remember the one she wore her thigh at
the Grammys. Well now she has it on her neck.
So I don't know. I'm just telling you that's out there.
Speaker 3 (54:35):
This hastinating for Travis. Can't be for Taylor.
Speaker 4 (54:37):
No, I think it's for Travis. And Also there were
a lot of trailers at the Super Bowl. I don't
know if you saw a Mission Impossible. Also Jurassic World,
the new one there, Thunderbolts that was there. So a
lot of cool trailers were shown during the Super Bowl.
The Bachelor's on tonight, You've got the season for me,
have extracted the voice NCIS and that is my Danielle report.
Speaker 1 (54:57):
You know, I didn't really pay attention to any of themmercials.
The only moment I thought was kind of interesting was
with Rocket Rocket dot Com. Oh yeah, where they were
playing you know, take Me Home Country Roads in the
spot right, and then they joined in the stadium and
people were singing in the stadium. I had a whole
crowd that was it was pretty cool.
Speaker 4 (55:15):
That was cool.
Speaker 1 (55:16):
Other than that, I didn't see anything because we were
just too busy talking and yaking it up. You saw
a few ads that you liked Gandhi, I know.
Speaker 3 (55:25):
Yeah, I saw a few. I thought the NFL had
some good ones. I really liked the Ritz commercial. There
were some strange ones whatever, the one with seal waste.
Speaker 1 (55:34):
Yeah, the sealed turned into a seal.
Speaker 10 (55:36):
Yeah, that gives me nightmares and for the future too.
This is it. That is definitely the creepiest thing I've seen.
Speaker 3 (55:42):
The skin hats were a little weird.
Speaker 1 (55:44):
Skinhats was weird. It looked like a Wiener.
Speaker 3 (55:47):
Dursel had a great one though, with the celebrities as aliens.
Speaker 7 (55:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (55:50):
Tom Brady, Yeah, how many commercials was Tom Brady in
last year?
Speaker 3 (55:53):
Every other commer?
Speaker 1 (55:55):
I just saw him a lot.
Speaker 4 (55:56):
I feel like I saw Matthew McConaughey a lot.
Speaker 1 (55:58):
Yeah, he was. Can we pay him to not be
in commercial?
Speaker 12 (56:00):
Yes? In one with Snoop And I think McConaughey is
a weird guy. I love him, and you of all
people calling people weird, get out of here.
Speaker 1 (56:09):
Okay.
Speaker 12 (56:10):
Also, I liked the laced potato chip commercial because that
family is from just south of Jacksonville there, they're from
Saint John's County, and uh, the little girl where she
plants the potato and she becomes a potato farmer and
she puts her potato into.
Speaker 1 (56:21):
The truck to go into the laced potato chips. It
was a cool spot. I do like the spots that
make you think, that make you aware of things. We
should be more aware of things like that. So today,
on the plane flying back to the frozen tundra, I'm
gonna watch some commercials on on board see if I
can catch up. I feel like I let everyone down,
but it scarce like I want everyone to be quiet
(56:42):
to the commercials. How'd that work out for you? Not
so well.
Speaker 14 (56:45):
I had to go right up to the TV speaker
and put my ear to it to even hear any
of them.
Speaker 10 (56:49):
I like the Pringles commercial though, with the flying mustaches.
That was kind of cool.
Speaker 1 (56:56):
Hey did we post the photo of us out on
Hollywood Boulevard here at Universal Orlando. It's so beautiful out
the music's playing in the park. No one's here except
for the crew getting ready for another award winning day
at Universal Orlando Resort. And uh so we were out
(57:17):
there in the middle of the street where you can't
really stand and take a picture without getting other people
in the photo. It was just us. It's so nice.
I want this morning to last forever. Can we make
that happen? We could stay, We could stay, actually, Gil said,
we could stay. Yeah, Gil, Y, let's take the break.
Do you have a password you want to do? What's
(57:39):
your what's your theme for password? Marty Gras?
Speaker 4 (57:42):
Okay, oh that's perfect.
Speaker 1 (57:44):
Then all right, we'll get to that in a few minutes.

Speaker 4 (59:57):
So yeah, probably say yeah, just we should say.
Speaker 1 (01:00:01):
Universal Orlando Resort is waiting for you. I know, thank you?
Is Derek is Derek online? Let's go talk to Derek.
Let's see what's going on super Bowl Monday in Philly.
Derek on nineteen High. Derek, Is that you? Yes, Hello, Derek,
welcome to the show. Hey, yeah, we're a little bit
happy about last night's game. What do you think?
Speaker 11 (01:00:22):
Oh my goodness, I don't think happy is a correct word.
Speaker 1 (01:00:26):
Well, so he wanted to check it out. So you
actually went down to broad Street to see what's left
after last night celebration. What did you see on Broad
Street in Philly?
Speaker 8 (01:00:37):
Oh?
Speaker 11 (01:00:37):
Man, I saw a lot a lot of different things.
Let me tell you.
Speaker 1 (01:00:41):
It was crazy out there, Okay, like litter or like
bodies or what do you see? Burning cars?
Speaker 11 (01:00:49):
Yeah, that was a typo.
Speaker 16 (01:00:50):
I meant to say, its own little country Philly is
just crazy. It was a rampage. I mean I saw cars,
I saw someone a group of guys.
Speaker 11 (01:01:00):
I flip a car. Oh my goodness, I.
Speaker 1 (01:01:05):
Could we flip a car. Do we have the power
to flip a car?
Speaker 3 (01:01:10):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:01:11):
Okay, okay, you saw some car flipping.
Speaker 16 (01:01:14):
Yeah, I saw car flipping. I saw guys jumping into
the back of a dump truck. Oh my goodness, insane
guy carrying two light poles.
Speaker 1 (01:01:23):
Okay, yeah, I know, hey, I know, we're excited. Let's
not try to tear the city apart.
Speaker 3 (01:01:30):
This is a good thing. Don't destroy your own stuff now.
Speaker 16 (01:01:33):
And then, of course you get those weird people just
you know, taking a dump in the middle street.
Speaker 1 (01:01:40):
Yeah, you guys thought I overreacted in the lobby. Do
you hear what's happening?
Speaker 12 (01:01:46):
There are cars on fire, people doing things in the street,
and people taking light poles, and you thought I was
out of control.
Speaker 1 (01:01:53):
Yeah, well thanks for checking.
Speaker 16 (01:01:58):
Actually just got home thirty minutes ago. I'm still sitting
in my truck trying to think.
Speaker 5 (01:02:02):
So.
Speaker 1 (01:02:02):
Wait, so you were up all night celebrating. Yeah, good
for you.
Speaker 11 (01:02:07):
Yeah, I actually have a few friends. I go to temple,
so we were out there all night.
Speaker 1 (01:02:12):
Just oh, Derek, I want I wish I was with you.
It was awesome.
Speaker 11 (01:02:15):
It was a great time. No, Florida sounds a lot better.
Speaker 1 (01:02:19):
It is quite beautiful. Hey, thanks for checking in and
representing and congratulations. You try to go get a minute
of sleep. Are you going to work? What are you doing?
Speaker 6 (01:02:27):
No?
Speaker 11 (01:02:27):
No, yeah, I'm gonna try to get some sleep. I
called off. I said I was sick.
Speaker 1 (01:02:31):
Yeah, there you are. Well they're saying. This is what
they're saying. Twenty two million Americans called out today.
Speaker 3 (01:02:37):
So super Bowl hangout.
Speaker 1 (01:02:38):
We probably have a very low audience number. Hey, thank you,
Derek and whenever you union. It's just Texas. Okay, we
love it, Thank you, Love you guys, love you more.
All right, let's do a what some sort of password?
Or what are we doing? Oh, you can't talk. It's
Marty Gras. So let's do a Marty Gras Universal Orlando
Resort Passwa you know you so phoney? You whistled when
(01:03:00):
you talk? You sound like that PERV.
Speaker 3 (01:03:04):
Oh god, okay, So.
Speaker 1 (01:03:08):
We're doing a Marty grass password. So a called diamond.
Now at eight hundred two four to two zero one hundred,
we need two contestants. Just what you sound like?
Speaker 12 (01:03:17):
Mark Simpson, why don't you just walk down the street
and make a left and go to the Simpsons Ride.
Speaker 1 (01:03:21):
Yeah, you have your ride down there down the boulevard, Ober, give.
Speaker 10 (01:03:24):
Me some lard lid donut while you're head.
Speaker 3 (01:03:26):
You need tea or a cough drop or something. I
have a chop drop. Would you like one?
Speaker 1 (01:03:29):
Yeah? Don't get that?
Speaker 3 (01:03:30):
Okay, all right?
Speaker 1 (01:03:31):
So if you want to play, Marty grow password called
Diamond now eight hundred two four to two zero one hundred. Hey,
let's go around the room. We are in many rooms
right now. We'll start here in this room. I'm gonna
start with you, Froggy, the most obnoxed, the most obnoxious
fan last night watching the game.
Speaker 12 (01:03:46):
What do you have on your mind today, Nate this
morning when we get in the van, asked me, He says, Froggy,
At any point, did you ever start to feel bad
for those Chiefs fans? And I'm like, no, I didn't.
I'm sorry, I just don't. Last night was amazing. I
love the fact that it was a complete dismantling of
the Chiefs. I enjoyed every second of it. And I'll
be back for next year and hope that we can
watch it again.
Speaker 1 (01:04:05):
And I appreciate that. But let me make it very
clear on behalf of the show. As an entire entity,
we love all serve of all we do and we
we know it's not the best day after that happened
last night.
Speaker 12 (01:04:17):
If you're a Chiefs fan, I don't dislike you as
a person. I just don't like we don't we don't
see I'm the same team. I don't think you're a
bad person.
Speaker 1 (01:04:23):
Okay, all right? Yeah, what about you, Danielle? What's on
your mind?
Speaker 4 (01:04:27):
I just want to say thank you to Universal Orlando,
because when you come to a place like this, it's
just like you're stepping into another world. And I know
you are a lot of but you know what a
lot is going on in the world right now that's negative,
and you know it.
Speaker 1 (01:04:41):
It's like a hurt like froggy like froggy in the world.
Speaker 4 (01:04:46):
But you can forget all of that for a little
while when you're here, you know what I mean. It's
a different It's just just an atmosphere is just wonderful
and the partying and the rise and the food and
just everything about it. So if you can come to
Universal Orlando, really should because it's just such an amazing
experience and you're gonna have a.
Speaker 1 (01:05:03):
Last without that for the whole family, for everyone. Yeah,
what about you? Gandhi, what's on your mind today?
Speaker 3 (01:05:08):
Thinking about this little rat named Andrew that we work with.
Speaker 1 (01:05:11):
Andrew? You and Andrew. Eventually someone's gonna put an eye out.
Speaker 4 (01:05:15):
It could happen.
Speaker 12 (01:05:16):
I want to call it love hate, but it's there's
way more hate than no, it's actually all love.
Speaker 3 (01:05:20):
But I say this, My love language is hate. So
love no, not poor Andrew. That's what I'm telling you.
Elvis has seen it. Andrew was a problem himself. He
does all kinds of stuff. Specifically, if you hand him
a camera and ask him to take a picture of you,
he will take the worst thing you've ever seen. And
this guy knows how to take pictures.
Speaker 1 (01:05:38):
And you did it. You posted the photos that Andrew's
been taking of you to hear at Universal Orlando Resort.
Speaker 3 (01:05:44):
Yes, I post pictures I take of me versus what
Andrew takes of me. The ugliest thing. I look like
one of those horrible filters on Instagram.
Speaker 1 (01:05:51):
I do know you're posting bad photos of her. You're
doing it for a reason. Why, what's your reason? I
take great picture?
Speaker 3 (01:05:57):
What?
Speaker 5 (01:05:57):
Hey?
Speaker 15 (01:05:58):
I take great pictures. But also I'd like to add
that I take a million pictures. You have choices, you
find the worst one and then go, oh my god,
look what do he did?
Speaker 1 (01:06:08):
That's on you, not me?
Speaker 3 (01:06:09):
And correct and correct. We scrolled through and in every
single picture someone looked crazy as hell.
Speaker 1 (01:06:14):
That was you, because you are. Yeah anyway, So don't
you love her? Tell Gond look her in the id
teller you love her? I stomach you. I'm trying to
fix this. Hey, what about you, Nate? Can you actually
belt out up around the room, try and croak this out?
Coming down here to Universal Orlando Resort and going on
(01:06:36):
these rides, I actually, yesterday I wished I had children
because for you May, I'm somewhere.
Speaker 9 (01:06:46):
I was sitting next to Caden, Spencer and Preston on
various rides, and their excitement on those rides made me
want to have kids because me as a forty five
year old man, when I finished the ride, I that's
the best ride I've ever been on in my life.
Speaker 1 (01:07:02):
Preston, who is fourteen.
Speaker 4 (01:07:04):
He'll be sixteen, Yeah, he said, that's the best.
Speaker 1 (01:07:07):
Ride he's ever been on.
Speaker 5 (01:07:08):
It.
Speaker 1 (01:07:08):
He's still got so much more life to live. I'm
so and it sounds like you don't really have much
left now.
Speaker 9 (01:07:14):
I don't but it was fun experiencing it with somebody
that is newer to life than I am.
Speaker 1 (01:07:22):
I do get that, and I've always said I wanted
to adopt like a college age girl. Yeah, it's to
spoil her and fly around the world and take her
on shopping spree trips. But she needs to be right
around that age. Anything before that I can't happen.
Speaker 3 (01:07:36):
That is an adult. You want to adopted adult?
Speaker 1 (01:07:39):
Yeah, okay, we adopt an adult. Okay, I'm sure there
are many adults that would love for me to adopt.
I'm sure there are you want Yeah, you hey, it's scary. Yeah,
what about you? What's on your mind?
Speaker 14 (01:07:49):
Similarly to what Danielle and Nate were saying about this experience,
I got to say, coming here after not being here
for the last nine years, I.
Speaker 1 (01:07:57):
Was able to relive my childhood.
Speaker 14 (01:08:00):
So while I was watching Danielle and her family hanging
out and Froggy and his family, it was so cool
for me to be like, well, I don't have any kids,
as Nate said, but I was so excited and I
was like a kid again getting on those roller coasters,
and it just brought back so many memories.
Speaker 1 (01:08:14):
So you got to come to Universal Orlando.
Speaker 14 (01:08:17):
It's about family togetherness and shared experiences and hanging a
great time with friends.
Speaker 1 (01:08:22):
That's all.
Speaker 4 (01:08:22):
There was a grandmother who got on the roller coaster
with us, one of the roller coasters that was nate
that she couldn't even walk, this lady, but she got
on there and she had a black and I was like,
good for this lady. I was so happy for her.
So see Grandma's to little kids.
Speaker 12 (01:08:40):
They all want to come here and thank you guys
for being so good to I'll speak for me and Danielle,
thank you for being our children.
Speaker 1 (01:08:45):
Love him. He has the best time with you. We
liked him better then, were like and rightfully, so you
should get that makes sense.
Speaker 3 (01:08:53):
We should talk to Abby because Abby does not do
roller coasters. She got on the Veloca coaster yesterday. I
think it may have changed her life in one way
or another. But when I tell you, I laughed so
hard at the end of that ride because it goes
seventy miles an hour hurt. She had two buns in
her hair at the end of the ride, one of
them was out completely across her face, and she looked
(01:09:13):
like she had been victimized.
Speaker 1 (01:09:14):
You look like you've been living on the streets for
a few days.
Speaker 4 (01:09:17):
That's what happened.
Speaker 1 (01:09:18):
Did you enjoy riding the rides?
Speaker 10 (01:09:19):
Though?
Speaker 3 (01:09:20):
I did, I really did.
Speaker 9 (01:09:21):
It was so much.
Speaker 1 (01:09:22):
They're not for everyone.
Speaker 3 (01:09:23):
No, I know, I really loved it. I really did.
I was just I wasn't expecting that one to be
as intense as it was.
Speaker 1 (01:09:29):
I don't know why. That's why we like it.
Speaker 3 (01:09:32):
I don't know why I expected that.
Speaker 1 (01:09:34):
Yeah, you did great. Well. So we're celebrating thirty years
of Marty Graus here at Universal Orlando Resort. Let's play

Speaker 17 (01:12:24):

Speaker 1 (01:12:24):

Speaker 1 (01:13:07):
It's also Universal Orlando Resorts.
Speaker 4 (01:13:10):
Okay, okay, got it?
Speaker 3 (01:13:12):
Okay, I'm ready, all right, Okay, I get it. Potter

Speaker 4 (01:13:21):

Speaker 1 (01:13:27):
Yes, good job, Harry is the answer. And there you go.
Good God, I mean, no offense. That was just too
easy for you. Yeah yeah, yeah. Next time you're on
here with us, Ashley, we're going to challenge you. I
love it.
Speaker 3 (01:13:45):
You're so good. Good job.
Speaker 1 (01:13:47):
What do you have for Ashley?
Speaker 9 (01:13:47):
And we've got five hundred dollars thanks to Danielle's favorite
craper raise.
Speaker 1 (01:13:51):
Oh yeah, but can I say that over again? It's
five hundred dollars thanks to Crapeer raise. Take it away? Daniel.
Speaker 4 (01:13:56):
Yes, if you love Craper Raise like I love Craper Raise,
I'm telling you it will give you that smooth skin.
You know sometimes you get the little creepiness on your
arms or on your neck, you know, put it on them.
I'm telling it it works, Wonders.
Speaker 6 (01:14:08):
I love it.
Speaker 4 (01:14:08):
I've been using it for a long time and I
swear by it. So we love Craper Race.
Speaker 1 (01:14:13):
Well, I have one complaint about Crap Race. We're here
at Marty Grong. I was eating a crape yes, and
it just erased.
Speaker 4 (01:14:20):
Well. We did also see a horse on one of
the rides and you said to me, Hey, that horse
needs Craper Race.
Speaker 1 (01:14:26):
Yeah, Crape Race is fabulous. What's the website again?
Speaker 6 (01:14:29):
It is Nate.
Speaker 4 (01:14:31):
What's I got?
Speaker 1 (01:14:32):
Oh god, congratulations, you got five hundred dollars things to
crapeer Race. We're gonna tell you how to get crape

seem to have manners he doesn't.
Speaker 3 (01:14:47):
It's the body firm, Dot. That's it.
Speaker 4 (01:14:48):
That's it.
Speaker 1 (01:14:49):
The body firm, The bodyfirm Dot com slash. iHeart, I
do believe why not? Hey, hold on one Segon and
thanks for listening to us. Five hundred dollars. That's a
lot of money.
Speaker 3 (01:14:57):
Yeah, she was really good.
Speaker 4 (01:14:59):
Thank you. Ripe A Race.
Speaker 1 (01:15:01):
All right, we are live from the thirtieth year of
Marty Grass a Universal Orlando Resort, and we've got more
coming up after this.
Speaker 6 (01:15:10):
Elvis ter Ran, the haggiest Elvister ran in the Morning Show.
Speaker 1 (01:15:15):
I don't know about you, but for me, Rockets own
the Dream ad with take Me Home Country Roads. That
was the one I remember most from Sunday. Why because
Rocket is reminding us all we deserve a shot at
the American dream of owning a home, and that's a
big deal. I'm so glad you decided to show up today.
Speaker 6 (01:15:39):
Right now, go Elvis ter Ran in the Morning Show.
Speaker 1 (01:15:42):
You know, of course, the Super Bowl had a great
score at the end according to some of us anyway,
loved that. Love the fact that the Eagles, the Birds
did it. Some people are not as happy with that.
And we're going to give them the space that they
deserve today. Froggy, if you don't mind, I'm going to
give them some grace once it's so nice because you're
such a sore winner. I'm not even listen.
Speaker 12 (01:16:05):
I'll be honest. I'm not even a real Eagles fan.
I'm a bandwagon jumper. I jumped on the Eagles bandwagon
last night. I admit that. Okay, Yeah, I'm happy for
the Eagles fans gradulations.
Speaker 1 (01:16:13):
Hey, but you know what, it was also full of
great moments. Lady Gaga before the game performing and that
was a great tribute.
Speaker 4 (01:16:19):
Performance was a surprise.
Speaker 1 (01:16:21):
And there's another thing I want to talk about. It's
thanks for our friends at rocket rocket dot com. They
had this incredible, beautiful commercial on take Me Home Country Roads.
You know the John Denver song that was redone beautifully
and it's all about owning a home. It's all about
that American dream. So they were singing take Me Home
Country Roads, and then I've never seen this before ever.
(01:16:44):
When the commercial was over, they turned the cameras on
in the stadium and people were singing it right. I mean, well,
these people I thought to be out, you know, just
going to the bathroom or getting a fifty five dollars
hot dog, but they're sitting in their seats and they're
singing along.
Speaker 10 (01:16:59):
And I just that was.
Speaker 1 (01:17:00):
I thought that was kind of a brilliant idea.
Speaker 4 (01:17:02):
What do you think that commercial was so special? Because
it really reminds you of when you bought your first
home and I remember that like I remember like you
get goosebumps, you feel safe, you feel like, wow, this
is mine. I did this, Like it's the coolest feeling.
Speaker 1 (01:17:15):
Yeah, yeah, gone to you used Rocket.
Speaker 3 (01:17:17):
I just used Rocket yeah to buy my first home
and it was super easy. They I'm clueless about this
kind of stuff. I have no idea what to do,
but they walk you through all of it. It was
a really you have access to all kinds of people online.
You can get a hold of them quickly. They've great
customer service that made something that to me was very
intimidating a lot easier.
Speaker 1 (01:17:36):
Yeah, and that's the thing people. Yeah, it's not only
a money issue. It's also a I don't know how
to get it done issue, just trying to close on
a house and the thing of a Rocket that makes
them different. And they are partners of ours, so we've
learned a lot about them in this process. They make
the home buying process so much easier than anyone else
I've ever seen. Because ive bought a lot of houses.
I bought a lot of You had a lot of mortgages.
But they know how to run the numbers and show
(01:17:58):
you how it can be done. And they and you
you know about Rocket as well too, Right.
Speaker 12 (01:18:03):
I just remember the whole process feeling overwhelming, but Rocket
made it seem as if, hey, we've got this like that.
I remember the real to asking me, are you pre approved?
Speaker 1 (01:18:11):
Pre approved for what?
Speaker 4 (01:18:13):
Who do I talk to?
Speaker 1 (01:18:14):
Right?
Speaker 12 (01:18:14):
Rocket made it so simple that we are preapproved. So
that's why it's it's really, it's really the way to
go because it can be overwhelming.
Speaker 1 (01:18:21):
Yeah, that first home I'll never forget. When I had
my first house I bought, I was sitting in the backyard.
There are birds chirping in my trees, and I looked
up and said, get off my property.
Speaker 4 (01:18:33):
This is mine.
Speaker 1 (01:18:34):
You're a chirping bird, and I did not invite you.
I own that tree. I remember I broke something. I'm like, oh,
I got to fix that. I can call it exactly.
There's no landlord to call it. You you are the landlord.
So thanks to Rocket rocket dot com. If you or
someone else you know wants that American dream to come true,
they will help make it happen for you. So a rocket,
We love Rocket and I thought that commercial was just brilliant.
(01:18:55):
So another moment, and thank you for being our partners.
We love you. What else you want to get into
as we are coming to you live from Universal Orlando
Resort celebrating our thirtieth year of Marty Grass.
Speaker 3 (01:19:05):
I know what, you guys. Let me get out of
control with all of the rides because I've never had
access to something like this before and I've never been
here before. So I did every single ride.
Speaker 1 (01:19:18):
Multiple times and some of them twice.
Speaker 3 (01:19:21):
Everyone else at some point sat things out because they're like,
I know that's gonna you know, put me in a
spin mode all day, or I just I know myself better,
I'm not gonna do it. I was like, not me,
I'm going on all of them. At the end of
the day, I was walking home in circles. I had
no I'm still recovering a little bit, and I was like, well,
I didn't know, and stop me. There was a moment
where Nate said, you know, too much of a good
(01:19:41):
thing is not a good thing, and I was like,
shut up, you, I'm getting back on it. It was great,
don't never let me do that again.
Speaker 1 (01:19:48):
Well, that's the magic of being here, and you know
that's why. That's why I eventually you got to go home.
Speaker 4 (01:19:53):
Yeah, I don't want to go home.
Speaker 1 (01:19:54):
I don't want to go home either.
Speaker 4 (01:19:55):
I want to go more rides today.
Speaker 1 (01:19:57):
We've got rides. We've got shows waiting for us.
Speaker 6 (01:19:59):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:20:00):
Home, We've got snows go on, rip bread rocket one
more time.
Speaker 3 (01:20:04):
Yeah, we'll go the verlocirafters Coaster.
Speaker 1 (01:20:07):
Let's get into Danielle's report. So much happening, not only
with the super Bowl, but other stuff. And that's why
you're here to Philliston. What's going on?
Speaker 3 (01:20:18):
Oh no, I'm just planning. All the people are starting
to come in.
Speaker 4 (01:20:20):
Oh yeah, look the park is opening.
Speaker 1 (01:20:25):
This was our private This was our private place.
Speaker 4 (01:20:28):
Oh my goshall get off your.
Speaker 1 (01:20:29):
Lawn, get out of here. I used rocket by It's
this entire place.
Speaker 5 (01:20:34):
All right.
Speaker 4 (01:20:34):
So Venzel Washington is saying that he almost bit his
own tongue off. Now he's not telling us exactly how
it happened, but we do know he's having a little
bit of an issue because right now he is rehearsing
for his Broadway production of Othello, and unfortunately his tongue
is a little swollen, so Shakespeare and swollen tongue don't
really go together. So hopefully everything will work out and
(01:20:57):
he will be fine. I don't know if if you
watched the super Bowl last night, but I'm sure you did,
and you know the Eagles won. Anyway, a little bit
about the Super Bowl halftime show, headlined by Kendrick Lamar.
Samuel Jackson was there throughout the performances. Uncle Sam, Red
White and Blue dancers Sizza joined him, Producer Mustard joined him.
Serena Williams joined him, who, by the way, used to
(01:21:18):
date Drake, because we know what that's all about it
and if you don't, you need to google that today.
And everybody wanted to know would he do the song
we wanted to hear not like us?
Speaker 1 (01:21:26):
And he did, so I'm just wondering. Okay, let's say
I had a I had some people out there that
didn't like me. Yeah, and they decided to well do
the halftime show at the super Bowl.
Speaker 4 (01:21:36):
Oh gosh.
Speaker 1 (01:21:37):
So they're singing the song. They're rapping the song about me,
about bad things about me, and then I see my
ex girlfriend dancing on stage, waking up Drake did. They
can't be the best thing in that now.
Speaker 3 (01:21:50):
It has to be a moment of self reflection, like
how did I get here?
Speaker 12 (01:21:53):
Right?
Speaker 4 (01:21:54):
Exactly so crazy? The over under on the national anthem
last night at the Super Bowl was set at one
twenty point five seconds. John batist Te sang it at
exactly one twenty. So people are like, oh, no, I.
Speaker 3 (01:22:09):
Would have won money.
Speaker 1 (01:22:10):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (01:22:10):
They're saying that over was the favorite bet, and there
you go. You probably didn't win much there, but if
you were at the Super Bowl, you paid a lot
of money for things like a cocktail. There was one
that was like fifty nine dollars. There was a crab
salad apparently that was like one hundred dollars. Before the game,
a reporter for Fox twenty nine and Philly was excited
to announce that, for the first time ever, police in
(01:22:30):
New Orleans were greasing the poles on the streets because
they didn't want people climbing the poles at the end
of the game and causing a lot of problems. The
gatorade shower came with three minutes left to go in
the game. That never happens. They said, that's probably the
quickest that that's ever happened, but we kind of knew
who was gonna win win right there, right and it
was yellow green. So if you bet on yellow green,
(01:22:53):
then hopefully you want a little something. The keeping up
with the Kardashian's house, the one that Chris Janner lived in,
is up for sale for thirteen and a half million dollars.
She actually bought it back in I think twenty ten
or something for like four million dollars.
Speaker 1 (01:23:08):
So yeah, she's got a rich getting richard.
Speaker 3 (01:23:10):
She has done a lot of upgrades.
Speaker 4 (01:23:12):
It's Hidden Hills, California. You can get it completely furnished,
so if you want the furniture, it's only four hundred
thousand dollars extra goal you want, So yeah, it is
a bargain. So I don't know. The Bachelor's on tonight
the series Premiere have extracted the voice n CIS and
that is my Daniel Report.
Speaker 1 (01:23:28):
Thank you, Danielle Moore coming up in a moment from
Universal Orlando Resort. After this, are we rolling?
Speaker 6 (01:23:34):
Ye want to hear something slightly more unhinged in the
morning show. Elvister Rand's After Party, a podcast we record
daily when the Morning Show is finished. He is literally
pastry Elvister Rands after Party. Listen on the iHeartRadio app
or wherever you get your podcasts. Elvister in the Morning Show,
(01:23:57):
Elvis ter Ran and the Morning Show.
Speaker 1 (01:24:00):
We are live from Universal Orlando Resort, Marty grass going on.
This is the thirtieth year for it. You really should
find a way to get here before Marty Graus is
over for the year. It's going on to the end
of March, so you got plenty of time. It's just amazing.
We're going to get into the things we love most
about this moment or two we spent at Universal Orlando.
Coming up, Let's get sound on for you. Let's go
(01:24:21):
live to the New York studio where Garrett is any boy,
Hi Garrett, Hello, Hello, Hi Garrett. What do you got today?
Speaker 2 (01:24:27):
Let's start with Lady Gaga. She actually kicked off the
Super Bowl. They paid tribute to the people of New Orleans,
the people from Los Angeles, first responders, even the people
in Philadelphia too, everyone that has gone through a lot
over the last few weeks. And she performed her song
on the piano on Bourbon Street, Hold my Hand. You
might remember it from Top Gun Maverick, but this would
sound like so.
Speaker 1 (01:25:05):
There you go. Post Malone.
Speaker 2 (01:25:07):
He did a tailgate concert before the show, and uh
he pretty much poked fun at Chiefs fans with this song.
Speaker 1 (01:25:14):
I had some help. I wrote this song about the
Chiefs Civia referees.
Speaker 2 (01:25:22):
And then you go, and post Malone's a big Cowboys fan,
by the way. All right, here is the part of
the halftime show where Kendrick was teasing possibly playing not
like us or maybe not. And this is what that
sounded like.
Speaker 18 (01:25:35):
I want to perform their favorite song, but you know
they love the sue. Yeah that song. Oh maybe I
think about now what I slow it down, say, ladies,
do me.
Speaker 1 (01:25:48):
This silent there you go? All right?
Speaker 2 (01:25:55):
And then and then finally too outside of the nf
NFL and in the Super Bowl, there was an MMA
fight that was going down over the weekend. And you know,
fighters get to pick their walkout song, so something usually
to hype up the crowd, hype them up. So Mike
Perry wanted to play the theme song to the video
game Halo. What got played was Beyonce's song Halo. And
(01:26:17):
this is what that sounded like.
Speaker 9 (01:26:19):
Coming off a pretty discipline win DC, I thought over
Mickey gold tune inside the story Bill, what the.
Speaker 2 (01:26:25):
Should that he has on his skill sets?
Speaker 9 (01:26:30):
Hey, somebody said that this is interested music by Mike
Perry in my.
Speaker 1 (01:26:34):
Ear and Mike goes, what is this song? They put
on the roll song? But look at him? He just
got a roll, right, Mike Perry for you? I mean,
Mike Perry picked it. Wow, had the wrong song and
that's it. Here you go. You're a good American guy.
Got the interesting question from Kristen online nineteen if you
(01:26:57):
had to hit that nineteen for me, Garrett to see
Chris Hi Kristin, how are you happy? Super Bowl Monday?
Good morning Dan? So what's going on? What can we
do for you?
Speaker 5 (01:27:08):
No?
Speaker 17 (01:27:08):
I was just texting in earlier about how jealous I
was that you guys are in Florida enjoying a wonderful
weather and oh yeah all the rides and super jealous.
Speaker 1 (01:27:18):
Well okay, and I don't blame you, but you should
be here at Universal Orlando Resort.
Speaker 6 (01:27:22):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (01:27:23):
That's where you need to come. And you're asking also
in your text, what is our favorite thing right or
experience at Universal that we would recommend? Oh, well that's
gonna we have a list. What about you? Frog?
Speaker 12 (01:27:34):
What's yours Oh, Mine was definitely the rides. I love
the the Velocity Coaster ride. I love the motorcycle hagrids.
Speaker 4 (01:27:42):
And motorbiclet bike and.
Speaker 12 (01:27:44):
The way we all bonded on the rides. I just
I love hanging out with all of us in the
family atmosphere, and this weekend was perfect.
Speaker 1 (01:27:50):
What about you, Daniel?
Speaker 4 (01:27:51):
Yeah, I mean my favorite ride, like I said, is
that Hagrid's Magical Creature Motorbike Adventure. Ask for it by name?
Speaker 5 (01:27:56):
It was, it was.
Speaker 4 (01:27:57):
It was just something I've never experienced. It was so incredible.
And just being here, It's just such a magical feeling
being here with everybody, being here with my family with
you guys, just so much fun.
Speaker 1 (01:28:08):
What about you, Gandhi?
Speaker 3 (01:28:10):
I love the Veloca Coaster. It was amazing as far
as like a thing. Seus's landing was amazing, just the things,
the way that they've built them. There so much color,
the whimsy. It was great. I want to live there, right.
They had some well pruned bushes that were laughing in
your face.
Speaker 1 (01:28:27):
Well pruned bushes that were laughing in your face. So far,
so good? Are you? Are you getting an idea of
what we love Kristin.
Speaker 17 (01:28:33):
Yes, I am, and actually we're gonna be there in
late March.
Speaker 1 (01:28:39):
Yeah, you're gonna love it, and you're gonna be here
while mart Marty grus is still going on. Yes, for me,
it was on Men in Black, the Velosa coaster, which
is my favorite in the whole park, and the og
the Incredible Hulk, because that was that's been here forever
and people know that and love that one.
Speaker 10 (01:28:55):
That's a classic.
Speaker 1 (01:28:55):
It is a classic. What about you straight night? Okay.
Speaker 9 (01:28:57):
The great thing is that all of these rides just
getting better and better and better. We were having this
nostalgia conversation yesterday. When we grew up, boy, those rides
were terrible.
Speaker 13 (01:29:08):
If you were actually to get on one of those
roller coasters from which we were kids, Oh yeah, you said,
this is awful, like a cyclone in Coney Island, you'd
be bruised when you got But these rides are so smooth.
Speaker 9 (01:29:20):
And then they have another park and another entire park
opening here in four months.
Speaker 1 (01:29:26):
Oh, we're coming back. Did they know we're coming back?
And my favorite I am because I'm a huge fan
of Jimmy Fallon and Universal, NBC and of course New
York City the race through New York. Sorry, Jimmy Fallon
is unbelievable. So make sure you do all these things
when you're here in March.
Speaker 17 (01:29:41):
You promise, absolutely, absolutely do promise.
Speaker 5 (01:29:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:29:44):
And there's one more thing that I love coming to
Universal Orlando. Bringing someone with you who's never been and
Gandhi has. She's been around, but she's never really been
in the park or to the rides. Watching Gandhi just
through her eye, enjoy everything that we've already learned, and
it teaches you new things about the park. So bringing
(01:30:05):
people here after you you've come up the first time
is great. That's why we're coming back in a couple
of months. I was here three months ago, Lucky dokey,
I was here Halloween Horror Nights. I'm doing every quarter.
Speaker 4 (01:30:17):
I feel like it's such a quick trip. I really
think we could do.
Speaker 1 (01:30:21):
It a lot. It's a little too quick in my
opinion anyway. So any questions from you, Kristin, any thoughts, No, Actually,
you know.
Speaker 17 (01:30:30):
I'm just I'm just super excited to do what you
guys are doing and seeing all the things and writing
all the rides and and just you know, having fun.
Speaker 1 (01:30:38):
You're gonna love it. You love it well, listen to
have a great day. Thanks for spending your Super Bowl
Monday with us, and uh we're on all week and
to tip your words ender a thank you. Uh. If
you want to see what it's like, what we see
in the mornings before they open the gates and all
the Universal lovers roll through. Uh, we did some photos
out on Hollywood Boulevard, where you can rarely ever get
(01:31:01):
a photo with people not in it. We got it.
We're the only people. I wish we could take a
photo with just with without us, but it's that quiet
before the storm. You can check it out Elvis Duran
Show on Instagram. What do you wanna do? What are
you doing there, mister producer Man, We'll take a break. Hey,
we're back live more from Universal Orlando Resort coming up
(01:31:22):
after this. Hey, I'm at Sharon.
Speaker 6 (01:31:25):

Speaker 6 (01:31:55):
Mis Teran in the morning show.
Speaker 1 (01:31:57):
Wow, you know Uncle Johnny, Hello Lighty. We used to
spend many a Super Bowl watching the game with Uncle Johnny.
Speaker 4 (01:32:04):
You even took them to Universal Orlando and put them
on the Mummy rem we did.
Speaker 3 (01:32:07):
Yeah, I heard, I heard there was a wig malfunction.
Speaker 1 (01:32:11):
There was a malfunction. Anyway, y'all. Happy super Bowl Monday.
We are at Universal Orlando Resort and uh yeah yeah.
At the beginning of the show, I gave you the status.
I'll do it again. They're saying twenty two million people
called out of work today, which brings up that conversation
should this be a national holiday?
Speaker 5 (01:32:32):
Yeah?
Speaker 10 (01:32:33):
Yes.
Speaker 12 (01:32:33):
And the other one that comes up a lot is
the day after Halloween or Halloween should be No, No,
super Bowl really should truly be the day after?
Speaker 1 (01:32:41):
Will you take a lot of Mondays off? We should
take this Monday?
Speaker 4 (01:32:43):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:32:44):
You know.
Speaker 3 (01:32:45):
The saddest thing. So we know some school districts in
Philadelphia are off today because you know, and South Jersey,
but the actual district of Philadelphia they're all in today. Yeah,
the public schools because they said it was superstitious. The
superintendent was a little superstitious.
Speaker 1 (01:32:59):
So they're all in.
Speaker 4 (01:33:00):
Well they could have called it. If they win, we'll
call it.
Speaker 5 (01:33:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:33:04):
Well, I already heard from Alex. He's at home. He's
at his mom's with their friend Maureen, who spent the
night because he was making paper planes all night and
they were drinking. So the question Alex wanted me to
ask you, who has a Super Bowl hangover?
Speaker 4 (01:33:17):
Today?
Speaker 5 (01:33:20):
Well?
Speaker 1 (01:33:20):
I felt fine waking up today. It was just early.
We were up late. But uh no, they're having Bloody Mary's.
They're already on it again. It is Super Bowl Monday.
This is why maybe this should be a national holiday.
Speaker 12 (01:33:31):
One of the guys that was for the Chiefs last night,
sitting in the front row. I noticed every time the
Eagles scored, he would go get another beer. And he's
probably got a hangover today. He was enjoying some nice
gin for the little Martine last night. So what if
we had Super Bowl Saturday?
Speaker 3 (01:33:47):
No, give us an extra day, yelling me.
Speaker 12 (01:33:54):
Yelling, and don't move it to one o'clock in the
afternoon Sunday night. Take Monday off, but we're expected.
Speaker 1 (01:34:02):
To be here.
Speaker 4 (01:34:02):
Yeah, we're gonna have to be here anyway, or at.
Speaker 1 (01:34:04):
Least a half day. I'm advocating for others, not us.
We need to be here. That's fine. I'm good with that,
but I'm advocating for others. Well. Hello to Alex and
his mom and Marine. I said, I bet that house
you got spending the night having your slumber party. I
bet it smells like a boy's locker room. It's like
a bunch of drunks cinner, burping and farting and scratching themselves.
(01:34:27):
Let's see what else are we going to do before
we have to leave Universal Orlando Resort today? You know
it is the International Flavors of Carnival during Marty Gral
that's going on until the end of March. Did anyone
have the spicy sessh one chicken bites from China?
Speaker 3 (01:34:43):
Did we know?
Speaker 1 (01:34:44):
Did you have the hot maple lacquered salmon from Canada
that sounds did you anyway? Since we didn't have any
of these, that means we have to stay in.
Speaker 3 (01:34:56):
Is there anyway we squeezed in one ride before we leave?
Speaker 1 (01:35:00):
They actually offered understand that I don't know if we
have a ride waiting for us. It has United written
on the side of it. We have to ride the
United airplane, which is not as fun. Uh yeah, A
lot of people are waking up feeling of the pain
this morning. A lot of people aren't even listening to
us right now because they called out sick today.
Speaker 4 (01:35:20):
Yeah so that.
Speaker 1 (01:35:22):
But I don't think this will ever be a national holiday.
I don't think it's going to ever pass. You can
say we wish all you want.
Speaker 12 (01:35:28):
But I saw some texts today where there were some
bosses that said they had given people the day off.
They listen, they know today's a good day for people
to take off, or they gave them the opportunity to
work from home today.
Speaker 1 (01:35:38):
Hey, we didn't really talk a lot about our Joe
Jonas experience Saturday night. He was playing here at Universal
Orlando Resort Dury Marty Grass. They have a whole list
of incredible concerts. So we got to go backstage and
see Joe and hang out and hugged him and we
talked for a minute. He came out and the fans
were just on fire. They loved his set so much.
Speaker 4 (01:35:56):
I can't believe how early the fans got here to
see him. That was cool. Hours before.
Speaker 1 (01:36:02):
I wouldn't mind a little kicked by the ocean. Yeah, okay,
there it is do we have some new stuff from
Joe too. Okay, we'll do our best to get an offer. WHOA,
there you go Kick by the Ocean that was performed
the other night right here at Universal Orlando Resort and
Marty Gras with Joe Jonas. Did he do this new song?
What this could be?
Speaker 8 (01:36:23):
Did he do it?
Speaker 1 (01:36:24):
Let me play it for you. Maybe you haven't even
heard this. We had to edit out some words the
brown word. He is the brown word. Okay, there you go?
What this could be? Brand new Joe Jonas. He performed
that here Saturday night. What a show. By the way,
(01:36:45):
he did go on and talk about his performance here
at Universal Orlando Resort at Marty Grau Saturday night. This
is his first performance he's done in months by himself.
He said he was really nervous, and he did tell
as he was going up to Canada next. I think
I don't know anyway. We love you, Joe, Thanks for.
Speaker 4 (01:37:04):
That about the snow.
Speaker 1 (01:37:05):
Yeah. By the way, I was just informed by Alex
that he said, I know you didn't know this, but
I put your name in a box and you just
you want five hundred dollars.
Speaker 10 (01:37:15):
WHOA, where we're going for lunch? I don't.
Speaker 1 (01:37:18):
Well, but his question to be is do you still
get that? I mean I get that.
Speaker 3 (01:37:22):
Why didn't even tell you? Even told you?
Speaker 1 (01:37:25):
Because because we have this thing. If we win money,
we share it, we split it, so he'll get half
of that minus how very much at cost, so he'll
come ahead, out ahead, So I guess, uh, you know,
I was all zero. It was zeros for the eagles
and twos for the chiefs. Indour boxes right correct, right there?
So check your boxes kids. Absolutely. Yeah, So once some money,
(01:37:46):
lunch is on me. Nice. We have to thank a
lot of people from making this incredible experience, even more
incredible than we would ever expect otherwise. Uh, Dan Marino
and Lisa Vega and Ron Cohen it started with them
here at Universal. Uh and Nora, thank you, and Jody
and Gil our engineer who we just adore. He says
(01:38:07):
we can stay as long as we want.
Speaker 3 (01:38:08):
He's a happy engineer. I've never seen it.
Speaker 4 (01:38:12):
When we get back, you're in trouble.
Speaker 1 (01:38:14):
We've never seen that happy engineer. This is so strange. Also,
we went on a great tour of Universal yesterday with
Kyle and Billy Jane Kyle. Funny enough, we were with
Kyle three months ago and he gave us a tour
of Universal and so it was good to see Kyle again.
He's sleeping right now. And Garrett, thank you so much
for keeping us on the air, and for Diamond and
(01:38:36):
Scottie b everyone back at home base and Samantha. We
appreciate it very much. Uh, and there's that. We got
to thank the eaglesday night. Amazing. It really did. That
was pretty great.
Speaker 3 (01:38:49):
You would need to thank Patrick Mahomes a little.
Speaker 12 (01:38:52):
Somebody asked me early, do you pull back to Patrick Mahomes.
I said no, I'll tell you why he wore. He
wore a green suit the game yesterday. He said he
was wearing a green suit to the Eagles funeral. Like,
come on, dude, you don't do that before the game.
Don't do that before the game.
Speaker 1 (01:39:06):
We convinced things like that are bad luck. But for instance,
the other day we were talking about how much you
guys were talking about how much you knew the Eagles
are gonna win. I'm like, slow it down a little bit.
I was manifesting wearing a suit to somebody's quote funeral.
You created it anyway. I thought it was a fun
game to watch and thinking to Helman's mayonnaise and they're
not a sponsor of ours, but we know that mayonnaise
(01:39:28):
just really takes Daniel down a really awful road.
Speaker 3 (01:39:30):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:39:31):
Yeah, what's Mayo doing on the table and catches Deli?
That's right commercial. They redid the I'll have what she's having?
Speaker 14 (01:39:39):
Yeah, when Harry met Sally commercial and I'm like sitting there,
I'm looking like, no, Pastramian corn beef does not go
with Mayo.
Speaker 4 (01:39:44):
Hell, you're right, Scar, nothing goes with Mayo in.
Speaker 1 (01:39:47):
My book, nothing at all.
Speaker 4 (01:39:50):
Nothing.
Speaker 1 (01:39:52):
Gosh, let's do three things from Gandhi. You want to
talk about the big announcement that was erased on X
Yes do it?
Speaker 5 (01:39:59):
So?
Speaker 3 (01:40:00):
Oh, you know they are always looking for when the
parade is going to happen. And there was a tweet
that one up that said see you guys Friday, and
then on exit was deleted, and then hours and hours later,
in the middle of the night, really early in the morning,
they reposted it again. So it is looking like it's
happening Friday, but there hasn't been an official announcement from
the actual team. It's just on the exit count.
Speaker 1 (01:40:20):
Well, you know, Philadelphia, those victory parties and parades, yet
differently than anyone else. They might do a parade every
day to three the hour Friday, it always lands differently
in Philly, yep, So what else is going on in
the stays?
Speaker 3 (01:40:33):
All the plane and military helicopter wreckage has now been
removed from the Potomac River following the recent midair collision
near Washington, DC that left nearly seventy people dead. On Saturday,
the National Transportation Safety Board released the statement saying all
the major pieces from both aircraft have been recovered and
moved to a secure facility for further examination. They added
that investigators will be looking for marks on the aircraft
(01:40:55):
that could indicate the angle of the collision. Chinese tear
on some American goods are in effect as of this morning,
as President Trump continues to threaten trade wars with allies
and rivals alike. China's retaliatory import taxes include fifteen percent
on coal and liquified natural gas, along with a ten
percent tariff on oil, farm equipment, and large engine cars. Meanwhile,
(01:41:17):
President Trump says he'll announce new twenty five percent steel
and aluminum import tariffs today and finally, five planets will
be in full view all February skywatchers. I'm gonna tell you, Nate,
I thought we just did that when we're gone. Okay, Oh,
you mean that they've been lined up.
Speaker 5 (01:41:37):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:41:37):
Yeah, So this is going to go on for a while,
but they're not going to be in the same formation
all the time. Skywatchers can view Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn,
and Mercury all month long, depending on cloud cover. Go ahead, Naate,
I know you really.
Speaker 1 (01:41:49):
Want to say, what.
Speaker 3 (01:41:53):
Sherrus. Most of the planets will be visible to the
naked eye, but for those who want to catch a
glimpse of Uranus and Neptune, binoculars or telescopes will be needed.
The telescope to keep wow. As the month draws to
an end, and some of the planets will change positions
to lower on the horizon, it'll make them more difficult
to spot. The best time to see the planets is
(01:42:15):
after dust, on a clear night, far away from city
lights and light pollution. And those are your three things.
Speaker 1 (01:42:20):
Universal Orlando Resort at thirty years of Marti Gras. It's
waiting for you till the end of March, so you've
got plenty of time to turn us off. And hop
online and get your tickets, You get your passes, get
your airfare, get it all done. And we want to
thank Universal Orlando Resort for always making us feel so
so welcome. And we'll be back in a few months
because I'm on the every few months plan.
Speaker 6 (01:42:40):
The Mercedes Benz Interview Lounge.
Speaker 1 (01:42:42):
Timothy Shallow, Mate, are you kidding me?
Speaker 5 (01:42:44):
Man?
Speaker 1 (01:42:44):
I grew up listening to you. I grew up listening
on the way Elvis during a here Listen. Sometimes you
guys veer into quote unquote vulgar territories. When my dad
would say, you know so that I couldn't.
Speaker 2 (01:42:55):
Listen to it.
Speaker 1 (01:42:56):
Oh really, we still do. At Mercedes Benz, there's a
They go the extra mile, from testing their vehicles in
desert heat and arctic cold to creating AI that can
anticipate your needs and preferences on the road. They demand
every car is worthy of their star because it's Mercedes Benz.
Speaker 6 (01:43:14):
Elvista ran in the morning show.
Speaker 1 (01:43:17):
All right, shows done, let's get out of here until
next time. Say peace out, everybody, piece out, everybody
