I wonder why tomorrow is Diamond's birthday. So she's determining
to milk this thing for everything that's worth. I saw Andrew,
I saw Garrett. I haven't seen Coast Boy Josh yet.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
This is not typically his time to be in here.

Speaker 5 (01:52):
I just sent him a text to see if he's away.
But anyway, welcome to the Is this Paul Russell? Yes, okay,

to eleven, I think if you guys, your show was
the only thing that got me back out there. And
back to my morning drive to college and work. In
a time where nothing felt normal. You made me feel
everything would be okay.

Speaker 4 (02:40):
There you go.

Speaker 5 (02:41):
That's our assignment. We're here to make everyone feel everything's
going to be okay.

Speaker 10 (02:45):
That's why I wrote I wore my Choose Joy sweatshirt today,
try and keep happiness in the air.

Speaker 5 (02:52):
There you go. Well, there's a lot going on. The
news today is heavy. It's heavy, and the response to
the news is even heavier. It's just it's just insane,
what's going on in this world. So our job, our sign.
And I'll remind you from time to time, because as
I remind you, I'm reminding myself, it's our job to
come in here. Mate, people feel better? Yes, all right, yes,

(03:13):
God be with us. Hey, our first caller of the day.
I have two first callers, Which one do I go
to go to Judy. Here we go. Here's a reason
to celebrate. Hello Judy, Hi Elver, So are you? I'm okay.

Speaker 11 (03:27):
I I can't even believe I'm on the radio with you.
Guys have been trying for over twenty years.

Speaker 5 (03:33):
Wow, that's a long time. Now hold on, Judy, now,
today's a special day for you. It's your birthday, correct as.

Speaker 11 (03:38):
I'm turning sixty. I turned sixty today.

Speaker 5 (03:42):
Birthday, birthday, Judy.

Speaker 11 (03:45):
You everybody, Oh my god. I just love you guys.
I love Jake, and I'm so excited right now.

Speaker 5 (03:51):
I love the fact that you made it to sixty
years old and you still have the energy to shake. Yes,
this is awesome, man. We're checking your vitals. Looking good, Lord,
looking good? Well, what are you doing to celebrate your birthday? Judy?

Speaker 11 (04:08):
And actually I'm taking a couple of puppies to the
BET today, But later on I'm gonna have lunch with
a friend and her family, so that'll be really nice,
and then doing stuff for the rest of the weekend.

Speaker 9 (04:23):
It's all good.

Speaker 10 (04:24):
Didnbody do what I do on my birthday. I go
to the store and by myself something, do.

Speaker 5 (04:28):
You you deserve that?

Speaker 2 (04:29):
You know what I already did that.

Speaker 5 (04:32):
It's kind of funny. This is where my mind goes
when someone says, today, what are you doing? I'm gonna
have to take my puppies to the BET. I'm taking
Oh is it a breast exam day? I'm froggy, froggy.

Speaker 12 (04:47):
When do we start calling those puppies? I don't sometime
in the nineties, I think is when that term hobbies
are the pink noses.

Speaker 5 (04:57):
The puppies or the pink nosey, Oh scary. What do
we have for our friend Judy? It's her birthday day.

Speaker 4 (05:05):
Thanks to Hackensack Meridian Health, We're going to send you
the eldest ran in the Morning show hoodie for those
cool for all mornings.

Speaker 5 (05:11):
And there you go.

Speaker 11 (05:12):
Well, thank you so very much. I just love every
single one of you, guys.

Speaker 5 (05:17):
Thank you Judy. You know what, in this world of ours,
it's always good to find something to celebrate in the
middle of all everything else, So we celebrate you today.
Happy birthday, Judy, Happy birthday. All right, so much happening.
Where do you want to start the Three Things from Gandhi?

Speaker 3 (05:31):
I think we start with what everybody is probably talking
about and thinking about right now. The college town that
Charlie Kirk appeared in yesterday is now the scene of
a manhunt to catch his killer. The conservative political media
personality was shot and killed at a rally at Utah
Valley University in Orum. The shot apparently came from a
nearby building during a Q and A with students just
after being asked about mass shootings in the US. The

(05:52):
university originally said a suspect had been arrested, but later
walked back that claim, so they are still searching for
the sho shooter.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
As we know, Today is.

Speaker 3 (06:03):
The twenty fourth anniversary of the terror attacks at New
York's World Trade Center on September eleventh, two thousand and one.
Terrorists hijacked US jetliners and force them to crash into
the Pentagon and the Twin Towers, killing nearly three thousand people.
Hundreds of firefighters were also killed while trying to save
people trapped in the building.

Speaker 2 (06:20):
Do we want to do four things?

Speaker 5 (06:21):
Do four things? There's so much stuff going on.

Speaker 3 (06:23):
There is a lot going on, all right. I don't
want to do something very light right now. I got
feels a little strange.

Speaker 2 (06:31):
We know there was also a.

Speaker 13 (06:31):
School shooting yesterday in Colorado.

Speaker 3 (06:33):
Yes, And I don't even I don't know where to
start with this stuff. It's just every day the news
is crazier than the day before.

Speaker 5 (06:41):
And are you supposed to just sit there and just
read words without even thinking what they're see? I always wonder,
like how these news men and women, they sit at
a desk with their great clothing on, and they read
the teleprompter, they read you the good and the bad
news of the day, the bad news. Are they just

(07:02):
reading words and not really thinking about what they're saying.
Do they not feel anymore? Because after a while, it's
got to just wear them down. So I wonder how
you do on days like this.

Speaker 3 (07:12):
It's actually it's interesting that you say that, because I
was talking to Danielle about this yesterday, and it is
days like this where it's just one bad story after
another after another, that it is really hard, and it's
not just words on a paper because you think about
the implications that this has on society and where we
are at as a society, and how you're right, we
come in here and it's our job to make people
feel better, right, but it's also our job to inform
of what's going on.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
How do you do those.

Speaker 3 (07:33):
Two things at the same time?

Speaker 14 (07:34):
Right?

Speaker 13 (07:34):
Right?

Speaker 3 (07:35):
Anyway, Denver Area High School is shaken because of the
school shooting. Three people were killed, two students with Oh no,
there are more students with gunshot wounds. I'm sorry, I'm
sweating right now.

Speaker 5 (07:48):
Okay, Yeah, it's okay, Yeah, you know what the story's
out there and if someone wants to know more. Just
be aware it's happening and it's a part of today's news.
Go look it up.

Speaker 15 (08:00):
Good.

Speaker 5 (08:00):
Okay, this is rough. Yeah, you're doing great.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
Okay, we'll get through.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
I'll do better for the next one.

Speaker 5 (08:05):
Don't don't, don't don't say that do better thing. You're
doing fine, you do. Don't improve? Please don't improve, Please
don't improve. Please don't do better.

Speaker 3 (08:14):
Evergreen High School, We're thinking about you.

Speaker 5 (08:17):
Right, wow, Okay, this is the day. And how do
we choose to march through this? We just do?

Speaker 10 (08:28):
Yeah, yep.

Speaker 5 (08:29):
His dad always said, when you're going through hell, just
keep going absolutely, and let's have a Thursday. Born from
the tragedy of nine to eleven, the Tunnel to Towers
Foundation has been honoring America's heroes ever since. Donate eleven
dollars a month at T two t dot org. That's
t the number two T dot org.

Speaker 6 (08:55):
Elvis Duran in The Morning Show, woke up this.

Speaker 5 (08:58):
Morning thinking, you know, I need to take a little
special gift into everyone to make everyone feel better, feel good.
So I've brought something in for you all to try. Scotty, Okay,
Scotty actually kind of guessed what's in the bag, Scotty,
What was your guest? I thought it was some sort
of fruit. It is some sort of fruit.

Speaker 2 (09:15):
I have a guess.

Speaker 5 (09:15):
Maybe maybe, but you know what, a lot of people go, oh,
that is a fruit.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
Okay, what is it? These tomatoes that you've been talking
about in your garden?

Speaker 5 (09:22):
Tomatoes? Yeah, tomatoes, Okay, I will tell you now. Well
here's the big one. You can't just eat that one.
And these these are these red ones are pretty big.
They are clean, by the way, they look so bad,
these yellow, tear dropped tomatoes. These do you want to
eat one?

Speaker 13 (09:40):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (09:40):
Here, Danielle, just just just eat it. That it's a tomato.
How sweet is that tomato? Is that crazy tomato?

Speaker 10 (09:49):
Oh my gosh, how perfectly rounded those red ones grow?

Speaker 5 (09:52):
I don't know. Impressed one? Oh my god? Wow? Actually
they were. They were sweeter. I picked those two days ago,
so they're still good. They were much sweeter when I
got them off the vine. Come on, god, he come
get your tomato, and I'm gonna bring mine tomorrow.

Speaker 10 (10:07):
It's gonna be a challenge you waits.

Speaker 5 (10:09):
Oh my god, I have hundreds of them. Oh damn,
it's crazy tomato time. I'm like, you know what, I'm
gonna take him tomatoes.

Speaker 7 (10:16):
Thank you.

Speaker 5 (10:17):
I could have brought in a cake or some pie.

Speaker 10 (10:20):
Tomatoes are good tomatoes.

Speaker 5 (10:22):
Hell scary you like that third one? There's other people here.

Speaker 10 (10:26):
I'm scary, and stop hand jamming. I don't trust your hands.

Speaker 5 (10:31):
Interesting questions that just came in. I have a question.
Do you guys talk to each other when you're not
on the air?

Speaker 6 (10:37):
No?

Speaker 5 (10:37):
Absolutely not dead silence.

Speaker 10 (10:42):
Do you remember the one guest we had on years
ago who was on SNL's Hammond, Daryl Hammond. He would
only talk to us when we did the interview, and
he actually asked us to not talk to him when
the mics were off.

Speaker 2 (10:56):
Do you remember that?

Speaker 5 (10:57):
And so we've honored that tradition ever since.

Speaker 10 (11:02):
We've adapted that.

Speaker 5 (11:03):
We don't. We don't. Yeah, of course we talked. We
were out in the hallway. I saw hugging going on
between Gandhi and Diamond because their birthdays tomorrow. It's a
national holiday. Scary was out there talking to the Delongey machine,
telling it give me my coffee.

Speaker 10 (11:19):
He's very fired.

Speaker 5 (11:20):
Nate looked up and said something just some mumbled, some mumbled.
He's like, yeah, there's talking going on.

Speaker 7 (11:27):
A lot of.

Speaker 3 (11:28):
Times the talking Nate will be like save it for
the air because it gets so spicy and ridiculous.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
Shire Yeah, I mean Danielle y.

Speaker 5 (11:40):
Okay, do you know what I'm saying?

Speaker 7 (11:42):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (11:42):
Yes, he does know. Hi Froggy Okay, So Froggy is
a big birthday coming up? Yes, all right, and there's
a gathering going on. But I didn't know. I didn't
know if it was. It was surprised.

Speaker 10 (11:55):
And it's so funny because the last couple of days
no one has mentioned the invitation that went out, and
so his wife asked me, like, so what's going on?

Speaker 16 (12:02):
I go.

Speaker 10 (12:03):
I think everyone thinks it's a surprise, so nobody is
saying anything.

Speaker 5 (12:07):
Not a surprise surprise. There's no surprise, right, But let
me ask you this. When you walk into this party
that's not a surprise party, are you expecting some sort
of surprise? No, No, it'll be good to see everybody.

Speaker 7 (12:21):
Are you going to get.

Speaker 3 (12:21):
There before the other guests so that you're like greeting
people as they come in, or are you going to
walk in make.

Speaker 2 (12:26):
A great house.

Speaker 12 (12:27):
I think it's at my house. I plan you can
leave here.

Speaker 10 (12:31):
But now there will be little elements of surprise that
he doesn't know about, say that she's planning.

Speaker 5 (12:36):
I mean that's whatever party. You're not going to know
everything then, yel you know the surprise already.

Speaker 12 (12:42):
No, no, no, no, she did tell me there are
things she's working on that that will be surprises, and
she just wants me to just go with the flow.

Speaker 5 (12:48):
Joy, What do you guys even say there's a surprise.

Speaker 12 (12:51):
I don't need to figure anything out. I'll be happy
what ever happens. It'll be great to see everybody.

Speaker 5 (12:55):
Yeah, all right, well, okay, by the way, surprise.

Speaker 10 (12:59):
There's no that's what we told Scotty.

Speaker 5 (13:02):
Remember, let's get into your horoscopes, producer, Sam, who do
you wish to do that with today? Oh it's Thursday.

Speaker 15 (13:09):
It's Thursday's the almost other birthday person.

Speaker 5 (13:12):
It's no surprise Thursday. Okay, you and Froggy, let's go
all right, here we go.

Speaker 12 (13:15):
If you celebrated birthday today, Happy birthday, you ludicrous. Taraji
p Henson and Harry Connick Junior. All have a birthday. Virgo,
Take a deep breath and remember you don't have to
fix everything today. Some as you solve themselves your day's
of nine, Hey.

Speaker 15 (13:30):
Libra, don't be afraid to advocate for yourself. Even velvet
gloves can throw a punch. Your day's of six Scorpio.

Speaker 12 (13:37):
A strange opportunity is coming. It feels weirdly right.

Speaker 5 (13:39):
Say yes.

Speaker 13 (13:40):
Your day's nine ooh Sagittarius.

Speaker 15 (13:42):
Your intuition is giving you full volume right now, but
you keep hitting mute.

Speaker 13 (13:46):
Your days of seven Capricorn.

Speaker 12 (13:48):
Your energy is strong enough to light up a room today,
don't just waste it on the wrong person.

Speaker 13 (13:53):
Your day's a five Aquarius.

Speaker 15 (13:55):
Your creativity is not blocked, it's just waiting for you
to get off of social Your day's.

Speaker 5 (14:00):
Of ten Pisces.

Speaker 12 (14:02):
You're not paranoid. You're just finally noticing something for what
they are.

Speaker 13 (14:05):
You're days an eight, Hey, Aries.

Speaker 15 (14:07):
The universe wants to give you something, but you've been
busy chasing something else. So stop and look around.

Speaker 12 (14:13):
Your day's of nine Taurus. Something small and unexpected is
gonna make you smile. Allow yourself to soak it in.

Speaker 13 (14:20):
Your day's of nine Gemini.

Speaker 15 (14:21):
You have got to stop shrinking yourself just to fit
into places you've already outgrown.

Speaker 13 (14:26):
Your day's seven.

Speaker 12 (14:28):
Cancer, someone is thinking about you right now, but probably
not for the reason that you hope. And that's okay,
your days of six.

Speaker 15 (14:35):
And finally, Leo, laughing too hard at your own jokes
today is not a crime. It's self care. Your days
an eight and those are your Thursday morning horace.

Speaker 5 (14:43):
Okay, thank god, I'm gonna start laughing at my own jokes.

Speaker 2 (14:46):
Just taking care of myself.

Speaker 5 (14:47):
Ah, yes, just taking care of me. Danielle, what do
you have? Come out right?

Speaker 10 (14:51):
We've got some rumored SNL gifts, guests and the most
watched Emmy nominated series of twenty twenty five might surprise you.

Speaker 14 (15:02):
Oh no, we gotta go.

Speaker 17 (15:04):
Elvis d Ran in the Morning Show, Elvis d Ran
in the Morning Show.

Speaker 5 (15:14):
Tomatoes, anyone I got more tomatoes?

Speaker 10 (15:15):
I've already had five.

Speaker 2 (15:17):
Yellow ones are.

Speaker 5 (15:17):
So good, they really are. So I made a sauce
out of these tomatoes. And I've said this before, I
state again it's so weird to me, and I know
this sounds as stupid. You eat like a bite of
my sauce made out of these tomatoes, and then you
eat one of the tomatoes and it tastes the same.
You actually taste tomatoes in my sauce. I know that
sounds like, okay, well stupid. They're made out of tomatoes,

(15:39):
but they taste like these tomatoes.

Speaker 10 (15:41):
It's weird so good.

Speaker 2 (15:42):
It's your babies.

Speaker 5 (15:43):
It was a like I was born today in the
worlds of.

Speaker 10 (15:47):
Tomatoes, and you're not jarring any of the sauce and
freezing it like the grandma's Do I.

Speaker 5 (15:51):
Have someone doing that for me?

Speaker 7 (15:52):
You do?

Speaker 10 (15:53):
That's awesome?

Speaker 5 (15:55):
I'm having what's that look on your face? Natee.

Speaker 4 (15:57):
It's guy you got down to abbey out there. You're like, yeah,
this guy doing this, and then this person's doing this.

Speaker 5 (16:02):
Yeah, no, yeah, I have people just canning.

Speaker 2 (16:06):
He lives on a working farm, yeah jarring.

Speaker 7 (16:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (16:08):
Do you have a factory somewhere?

Speaker 5 (16:10):
I know, But I did have a nail go to
my fingernail.

Speaker 3 (16:12):
Yes, I can't what happened?

Speaker 4 (16:17):
Are you doing some roofing?

Speaker 5 (16:18):
It's roofies? No, no, no, I wasn't roofing. It's a
long story. But this lid on this box that's made
out of wood has nailed tips coming out of the bottom.
And did you order that requires a crate? No, it's
a long story. And even the things shut on my
shut on my hand, like a bed of nails and

(16:38):
the nail went right through the center of my fingernail.

Speaker 2 (16:42):
No, no, no, why did you even come to work today?
That's like a week off at.

Speaker 10 (16:45):
Least did you? How do you can you put like
alcohol on something like that to clean it out?

Speaker 5 (16:50):
Or I tried, You can't, can't, right, I'm trying, Hey, Daniel, Yes,
let's get going. And it is, of course, as you know,
nine to eleven, and as we do every year, as
we've done every single year since September eleventh, two thousand
and one. We will have the moment and then we'll

(17:11):
play a song. I'm pretty sure I know which song
it is, of course. Anyway, so that's happening at the time,
at the exact time. We actually have a good friend
of ours. I'm not going to say who who works here,
who was supposed to be in one of those towers
that day. And it was one of those many many
stories you heard where he set his alarm for five am,

(17:31):
but actually it was five pm, so he didn't make
it into work on time.

Speaker 10 (17:36):
You always know, thank god, it's either not your time,
or someone's looking down or some you know, I don't know.

Speaker 5 (17:42):
So many stories and the stories continue as lives are
still being lost every single year from all of the
horrific health issues that spring out of that day so
many years ago. So it's a very very very very
heavy day for that reason, many reasons. And so our
job again, what's our same?

Speaker 10 (18:00):
Make people high?

Speaker 3 (18:01):
People feel good?

Speaker 5 (18:02):
Well, just bring them up? Okay, Yeah, we made it.
It's allow of bee able to happy status.

Speaker 10 (18:06):
Okay.

Speaker 5 (18:07):
Anyway, So Danielle, you have lots to going on. Where
do you want to all right, well, let's start with
the Emmys.

Speaker 10 (18:10):
They are going down Sunday night and all of the
nominated series in all the categories. America actually watched one
more than any other one. Now, a lot of people
go that's still on, but it is Survivor. It is
up for Outstanding Reality Competition Series, and it racked up
four hundred and sixty two point four million total viewing hours.

(18:34):
How crazy is that? The second most watch show didn't
even get that half half of that. The White Lotus
is the second and that is also up for Outstanding
Drama Series. So we'll see what happens on a Sunday night.
So Donald Trump. President Donald Trump is scheduled to recognize
September eleventh tonight at the Yankee game. So if you
do have tickets to go to the Yankee game, they

(18:57):
are encouraging people to arrive very early.

Speaker 4 (18:59):
Go now.

Speaker 10 (19:00):
Yes, security is expected to be heightened, and especially now,
it's going to be heightened even more so arrivally if
you are going to that game. Pre Ordering The Life
of a Showgirl on iTunes allows you exclusive access to
Taylor Swift's BTS video Look Behind the Curtain on release day,
October third, So that's pretty cool. And starting tomorrow, dunkin

(19:20):
Donuts offers free reusable Sabrina Carpenter cups with purchase of
any day Dream refresher. They're actually really cute. If you
haven't seen what they look like, they're very, very cute.

Speaker 5 (19:30):
Can you imagine that? Remember she was a little girl,
Sabrina carbon are coming in here. You know, she's getting
her career started. Ye and up we're drinking out of
her cups.

Speaker 10 (19:37):
So crazy. I remember when we were playing with her
backstage someplace with little puppies and stuff. Remember in her
puppies and her puppies, not those puppies. Okay, So if
you haven't heard Taylor, Frankie Paul will be your next
Bachelorette on ABC is Diamond in there. I wanted to
get Diamonds to take on this. She's actually from the
Secret Lives of Mormon wife. She has a couple of

(19:58):
kids right us.

Speaker 17 (20:00):
Three kids, an ex husband, a baby daddy.

Speaker 2 (20:04):
This is excited.

Speaker 10 (20:07):
So she says she's very excited about this, and she
she's still kind of pinching herself and doesn't believe that
she is the bachelorette.

Speaker 5 (20:13):
So you're so weird.

Speaker 2 (20:15):
She lives for this. Yeah, this is like her for it.

Speaker 18 (20:19):
This is gonna be my first time actually watching the
Bachelor or Bachelorette.

Speaker 2 (20:22):
I've never watched any of it. But I like Taylor. Yeah,
I like Taylor.

Speaker 10 (20:26):
She's a wild card.

Speaker 2 (20:28):
There's gonna be chaos, I'm sure, So I'm tuned.

Speaker 5 (20:31):
In you chaos wild cards.

Speaker 10 (20:37):
So there are a little bit of whispers going around
about Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater that they're headed toward
a split, that they've been struggling, and that they're going
to stay together through Thanksgiving when Wicked Part two comes out,
because they don't want the focus to.

Speaker 2 (20:53):
Be on them.

Speaker 10 (20:54):
They want the focus to be on the movie. So
I keep you posted on that and let you know
what happens there. So there are some rumors about SNL
and the guests that we will be seeing this season.
So the first weekend in October, which just happens to
be one day after Taylor Swift releases The Life of
a Show Girl, a lot of people are saying that
Taylor could be on the schedule and Sabrina Carpenter could

(21:17):
be there as well as hosts and musical guests. That
would be an insane show, absolutely insane show if they
are gonna do that. So we'll let you know. They're
gonna release that information soon. And Selena Gomez was on
the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and she was talking
about her wedding and she's not giving us a lot
of details. Everything's very hush hossed, but she was kidding
around that Martin Short is gonna be the ring bearer

(21:39):
because you know they're good friends, and Steve Martin will
also of course be at the wedding, and uh yeah,
so that's it. What are we watching? Thursday Night Football
gives you the Packers and the Commanders. You also have
Star Trek Strange. New World. Lady Wilson is on Celebrity
Family Few Tonight and Peacemaker Season two on HBO Maxim

(22:00):
That is my Daniel report.

Speaker 5 (22:02):
Who in here knows anything about tetano shots? Is it you, Nate?

Speaker 1 (22:04):
I do?

Speaker 5 (22:05):
Oh right, well so yeah, so the nail went to
my finger yesterday, and I think I'm under a tetanis shot.
But how long does it last? Ten years? I think
I'm in. I think I'm good.

Speaker 4 (22:15):
You might be getting lockjaw?

Speaker 7 (22:19):
Would you get yeah?

Speaker 5 (22:20):
Oh god, that could ruin my weekend? Exactly how many?

Speaker 2 (22:26):
I don't know?

Speaker 5 (22:27):
Back to that, so longshot? Do you physically you can't
move your jaw? Try talking like that? Sounds like that.
I can't risk that. No, no, no, yeah, now this
is an emergency.

Speaker 2 (22:41):
Chuck though. On the tetnis shot thing.

Speaker 5 (22:43):
Yeah, I'm pretty sure I have it. Yeah, okay, I
called my doctor. I call my doctor later.

Speaker 2 (22:48):
Rusty, nail through your finger, this is nonsense.

Speaker 5 (22:51):
And you know what, I have to get a flu shot.
And also I was told that you know at your
agent and she hit the flu shot, said it, and
I'm getting another shot that I'm getting all sorts of shots.
I'm finally the older you get, the more, the more
shots you get.

Speaker 10 (23:05):
Why do you get in the flu shot? Because you
know what the rule is, right.

Speaker 5 (23:07):
Is there a rule?

Speaker 10 (23:08):
It's the flu before the boo, So you're supposed to
get the flu shop for Halloween. That's the that's how
you remember.

Speaker 5 (23:14):
Yeah, yea better get rolling? Yeah all right, so I
think we're good. This is falling apart live of the radio.

Speaker 3 (23:20):
Of all the inoculations, the only one that ever hurts
me is a tetnis shot.

Speaker 2 (23:24):
That one always hurts.

Speaker 4 (23:25):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (23:26):
Yeah, well, I think at that shingles shot. That there's
two shots.

Speaker 10 (23:31):
To shingle shot.

Speaker 5 (23:32):
I got that.

Speaker 4 (23:33):
Pneumonia yet I got.

Speaker 5 (23:34):
I'm getting the pneumonia. That's that's the one. I have
to go get pneumonia.

Speaker 4 (23:37):
Showing you one it hurts too.

Speaker 5 (23:39):
Oh no, all of them.

Speaker 10 (23:40):
Gives you side effects. My mom got side effects from
one of those is either pneumonia or shingles. I think
it might have been pneumonia.

Speaker 16 (23:45):
Here's a pneumonia shot.

Speaker 5 (23:46):
Oh yeah, yes, you'll be here one day staring me.

Speaker 6 (23:49):
Mercedes Benz interview lounge.

Speaker 5 (23:51):
Jones brothers are here. Actually they performed on a ferry.
The difference beteen doing a show on a faery. You
can't leave. There was a moment where we're like, thank
you so much, and we turn around to like go,
and we're still in the middle of the water when
we say this. We just turned around and waited until
we went to the dock. Looking for an exceptional driving experience.
Find it behind the wheel of a Mercedes Benz Suv.

(24:14):
Experience the power, precision and intelligence of an iconic Mercedes
Benz Suv at your local Mercedes Benz dealer.

Speaker 6 (24:20):
Today, Elvister I ran in the morning show.

Speaker 4 (24:29):
Love It.

Speaker 6 (24:30):
Elvister ran in the morning show.

Speaker 5 (24:32):
So the thought of moving to a mountain side somewhere
and just disconnecting from the world.

Speaker 3 (24:38):
Oh, I'm doing it. Yeah, it's going to happen. I've
been looking at property lately.

Speaker 5 (24:42):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (24:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (24:45):
Well, you know Scotty can help you out. He you know,
collects cans of food and things like that.

Speaker 3 (24:50):
I'll take all of your outdated canned goods if you
don't mind.

Speaker 5 (24:53):
Okay, I have plenty.

Speaker 10 (24:55):
I'm so excited.

Speaker 5 (24:56):
I'll tell you.

Speaker 1 (24:57):
You know.

Speaker 5 (24:57):
Last night, you know, you know me. We're all most
of us in this room are news junkies. So we
were keeping up with the Kirk story yesterday and everything
and you know, and reading up and the things you see,
you know, and help people respond to what happened. When
this guy was murdered in front of everyone in the world.
It's just I go back to that spot in my

(25:21):
world where I'm just so naive and I don't want
to believe that people act like this. It's it's it's
it's frightening. And so this morning, of course, you know,
i'd like I do every morning, I turn on the
phone and here we go. I'm like, people are doing
cartwheels down the street because this man, this father, someone
who none everyone agrees with at all. He was murdered,

(25:43):
cold blooded, and people are celebrating, And I'm just like,
I don't I don't get that. Am I weird?

Speaker 1 (25:51):
No?

Speaker 5 (25:52):
Am I alone on this?

Speaker 9 (25:53):
No?

Speaker 3 (25:53):
I don't think this is the answer that anybody wants.
I don't think this is the country that anybody currently
wants to be living in where these things are happening
repeatedly across the board, not just on one side, on
all sides. And then on top of it, you've got
people so desensitized that one they're not noticing and caring
about things, and two they're celebrating, all right.

Speaker 5 (26:13):
Well, so the mountain, the mountain was nothing plugged in. Yeah,
Now is that the world you really want to live in?

Speaker 14 (26:19):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (26:20):
Well no, it's easy to say, you know, I'm going
to move to the Caribbean and be a bartender at
the Hyatt. Yeah, you can say that. Yeah, it does
disconnect me. But I mean, in real life, don't you
also at the same time, I want to know what's
going on. You don't. You want to know about strife,
you want to know about awful people.

Speaker 10 (26:37):
I mean sometimes I think we need a break. You
need to step back and take a break. And if
you need a month to take a break, take a month.
Everybody's different and everybody handles these things differently, so some
people need more time than others.

Speaker 5 (26:51):
But look at today, you know what with the Kirk shooting,
we have the Colorado school shooting. We have nine to eleven,
which we're definitely, you know, define in that mode today
And at the same time, people are texting you and
listen to this, Hey, don't forget the school shooting. A
Corrado Duran, Colorado Duran.

Speaker 2 (27:08):
Oh you've got last names.

Speaker 5 (27:09):
Okay, let me be very clear with you. Just because
you turn us on doesn't mean, we didn't exist before
you got here. Right right, when this tree falls in
the woods and no winter is there, it makes a noise.

Speaker 2 (27:18):
It does so a loud noise.

Speaker 5 (27:20):
Yeah, if you don't hear us talk about something that
you think is important, you haven't been listening all day.
And sometimes we don't talk about everything because there's too
much to talk about. You get your own show, you
figure it out. But anyway, I don't know. I think
there's a fine line with me personally between wanting to
know everything and not wanting to know everything. And I
don't know where to fall in this.

Speaker 3 (27:39):
I don't either. I think if I can affect change,
which I would like to think I can, then I
do want to continue to know about what's going on
because I would like to be the change that I
would like to see in the world. If in fact,
I cannot make any change, unplug it. Let me go
to my mountaintop and play with some goats.

Speaker 2 (27:54):
Fine.

Speaker 10 (27:54):
And it's very scary having kids now too, because like
my kids saw this the video and I they were
trying to protect me from seeing the video yesterday because
of how graphic it is, and they were like, mom,
please don't look at I'm thinking in my head that
you know, I know that Preston couldn't get that video
out of his head the whole entire day, and like
it's just so sad, like his kids are going to

(28:15):
probably eventually see that. I mean, I just can't even.

Speaker 5 (28:19):
And as a parent, you absorb. You try to be
the shock observer.

Speaker 10 (28:21):
And course and trying to protect them from everything.

Speaker 5 (28:24):
How are you feeling today for all what's going on
over there? No, it's just it's a really really heavy day.

Speaker 12 (28:28):
It's just it just makes you wonder how to things
like this continue to happen, and you don't want to
become desensitized to it.

Speaker 5 (28:34):
But over time it's like it's another one. It's another one.
It's another one, it's another one. What's next. Yeah, I
gotta be honest with you. I'm not becoming desensitized at all. No,
I'm becoming more sensitive. That's why I'm eating tomatoes. I'm
eating this bag of tomatoes. I've had seventeen already.

Speaker 2 (28:48):
You're just comfort eating.

Speaker 5 (28:49):
Gosh. And to see people celebrating it, it's just I
don't get that. Talk about celebrating. Let's talk about Scotti
Froggy's birthday. Froggy's birthday's coming up. Yeah, reasons is cell break.

Speaker 10 (29:00):
He's good, it is his birthday's on Halloween. I'm so
jealous of that birthday.

Speaker 5 (29:04):
It's a great day, right. Yeah, but you know the
last time we celebrated a big birthday mine last year,
it was a super spreader.

Speaker 3 (29:12):
Everyone got COVID, right, that was an incredible moment.

Speaker 5 (29:16):
Yeah, we all was sitting COVID at my birthday party.

Speaker 3 (29:19):
Was because it was one of those things where you know,
you let your guard down and we all thought this
thing is fine, now it'll be okay. And then it
spread at that party the way we thought it was
gonna spread. In twenty twenty when we found out about it, jeez,
we watched it.

Speaker 2 (29:33):
That was a wildfire.

Speaker 5 (29:34):
Oh no, we were. We were a laboratory. We were,
we were a test tube. I was accused of being
patient zero.

Speaker 4 (29:41):
But you are.

Speaker 2 (29:41):
You are patient zero. I know it.

Speaker 5 (29:43):
Yeah, we're convince you brought it all from Florida, from Florida, Nope,
and now we're gonna zero. Now we're gonna bring New
York City diseases down to Tomoria. Come on, here we go. Well,
we celebrate you, fro Aggy as we approach your birthday,
you know, we love you. And tomorrow is a national
holiday because it's Diamond's birthday. Yeah, exactly, it's an she said,
Tomorrow's a nxtionall holiday. I said, well, I don't know
what is it my birthday?

Speaker 10 (30:04):
I'm glad of surprised because Diamond usually celebrates the whole month,
and she's been kind of quiet about it this month.

Speaker 5 (30:10):
She's in a crabit all in one day, which is
going to be very intense.

Speaker 10 (30:12):
Yeah, and I haven't told the end of what do
I say?

Speaker 5 (30:16):
No, you have un till the end of tomorrow. No, No,
it's an on and gone. It's a one off. Oh no,
you're getting kid, And we don't celebrate till midnight tonight.
Who chooses to get up at this time? I know
early morning Elvis.

Speaker 6 (30:29):
Ter Ran in the Morning Show, Elvis ter Ran and
the Morning Show.

Speaker 5 (30:34):
Thank you for all the kind texts coming through Texas,
if it's kind. Our number is fifty five one hundred.
A lot of stuff going on today, and so you know,
there's not enough time in a break to cover everything.
So we're just trying to hit things as fast as
we can and then move on to another thing and
then come back to it later. There's another story going on,

(30:57):
and we picked up on this so yesterday, I believe,
well we've.

Speaker 2 (31:01):
Been we've been talking about this for a while.

Speaker 5 (31:03):
Yeah, it's been going on for a while, an ongoing
pardon me, an ongoing story. But there was another story
that came out about that story yesterday.

Speaker 2 (31:11):
He's back in jail.

Speaker 5 (31:13):
The butt sniffer. Oh, yes, right, I believe is in Oklahoma.

Speaker 3 (31:18):
No, it's in California and Bourby in Burbank.

Speaker 5 (31:20):
So the guy is showing up at Walmart and other
places about Walmart in sniff and butts. Yes, right, And
they caught him, didn't they.

Speaker 3 (31:26):
Yes, they've caught him so many times doing this. He
doesn't care and comes back for more, comes back for more.

Speaker 5 (31:32):
You can think about it. There's a lot of butts
in this world. He's not gonna be happy till he
sniffed everyone.

Speaker 2 (31:37):
I think that could be the case with this guy.

Speaker 5 (31:39):
So what's the latest.

Speaker 3 (31:41):
He was sent back to jail yesterday after yet another arrest.
And we'll see where this goes from here. Because he's
been arrested multiple times for doing the same thing. He
is a sniffer of the butts and just keeps going.

Speaker 5 (31:52):
What's his tactic?

Speaker 4 (31:54):
Like all of a sudden, Oh, I got to tie
my shoe? Is he hiding in a like carousel of shirts?

Speaker 5 (32:00):
How's he doing?

Speaker 3 (32:01):
So there's actual video of him in different scenarios. A
lot of times he'll act like you dropped something, bend
down to pick it up, and then get real close
on his way back up, bake a shoe tying?

Speaker 5 (32:11):
Yeah, like, oh, and what was your question to me?

Speaker 2 (32:14):
What do you think the punishment?

Speaker 3 (32:16):
Like, what would you want the punishment to be if
you were out and somebody just came up and sniffed
your butt?

Speaker 5 (32:20):
I think if they sniffed my butt, that's punishment enough
for them, especially on a day I had egg salad
or something like that. I want them to stiff my
butt on egg salad day. And then done, I mean,
and I for an I'm done. Okay, I got Corey here? Corey?
Are you there? Is that you?

Speaker 4 (32:39):
Corey here?

Speaker 9 (32:40):
Hy?

Speaker 5 (32:40):
Corey Corey uh an eighth grade math teacher. So of
course the butt sniffing story in eighth grade math is
a very important thing. So you guys actually got into
a debate about this yesterday.

Speaker 9 (32:54):
Yes, he did I was. Yeah, I was having a conversation.
I was telling them about it because obviously I talk.

Speaker 11 (33:06):
About your guys to sell all.

Speaker 1 (33:07):
The problem was that.

Speaker 9 (33:08):
There's like something for interesting and I like to just
read and knowledge. So I was telling them about it,
and one of my students said that he didn't think
that it was an arrestable offense and that if somebody
did that to him, he would turn around and take
care of it himself and not feel the need to
call the cop.

Speaker 5 (33:27):
What do you mean take care of it himself, like
some rogue kick him in the face while while.

Speaker 14 (33:32):
They're on their knees would slap him.

Speaker 5 (33:35):
He was slapped up.

Speaker 3 (33:36):
He was going to go to jail for getting his
butt sniffed.

Speaker 5 (33:39):
Right, Yeah, yeah, that's a good point.

Speaker 9 (33:43):
It got so like we we were talking about it
so much that we actually had our I called up
our school resource officer and had them explain how and
what the butt sniffer is actually sexual harassment and that
they should be getting arrested for it.

Speaker 5 (34:00):
Right, help explain, Well, would he needed to hear that?

Speaker 10 (34:04):
Do you know how many people's reaction probably would be
like you turn around him like what the and you
punch him? I'm telling you that's how people react.

Speaker 5 (34:12):
Yeah, I know, but there is a judge somewhere that
would go, oh that's a salt. Yeah, yeah, you just
slapped the butt sniffer. Yeah, there's a there's a price
to pay here.

Speaker 9 (34:24):
Our officers point was that if you don't call the cops,
and then he could go and continue doing it to
somebody else. So that while you want to take care
of yourself.

Speaker 1 (34:35):
If you feel like doing it, you should.

Speaker 9 (34:36):
Also add in the calling the cops so that he
doesn't continue.

Speaker 11 (34:40):
To do that.

Speaker 5 (34:41):
I love that this was a debate in your eighth
grade math class.

Speaker 3 (34:46):
That's the kind of eighth grade math class that would.

Speaker 5 (34:49):
Make me want to go to math class tomorrow. We
have another butt sniffer debate today. You know. All right,
Well you're you're a good tea shirt Corey. I think
I love your style. They can thank you. I hope
we give you something that's of note today.

Speaker 2 (35:04):
Current events.

Speaker 5 (35:07):
Corey.

Speaker 10 (35:08):
Pictures of this guy. He's he's like looking like he
needs something on the bottom shelf. Oh, h stereo, I
want on the bottom shelf.

Speaker 1 (35:17):
Look at that.

Speaker 5 (35:18):
I will go down there and get some of that.
All right, into the three things we need to know, Gandhi.
We'll keep an eye on that. But snipping story, frank
you all right, what else is going on?

Speaker 2 (35:25):
Well, we know, well, yeah, there's a lot of heavy
stuff today.

Speaker 3 (35:27):
So a man hunt continues at this hour for the
person who' shot and killed far right media personality Charlie Kirk.
He was murdered yesterday during an outdoor rally in Utah.
This shot apparently came from a nearby building. During a
Q and A with students after the shooting, authorities announced
that they had a person in custody, but the subject
was released after being interrogated by police. Police also arrested
another man, who was later released. The suspect remains at large.

(35:51):
He is survived by his wife and two young children.
Kirk is survived by his wife and two young children.
Obviously all right. Authorities are confirming the death of the
suspect in a shooting at Jefferson County High School. Two
other students were wounded during the shooting at Evergreen High
School yesterday afternoon. Investigators say the suspect suffered a self
inflicted gunshot wound from the same handgun that was used

(36:12):
to shoot both students. The Jefferson County Sheriff's office is
still trying to determine the motive for this shooting, saying
that investigators would focus on the school, his home, and
his social media activity. And finally, NASA says that it
may have found evidence of ancient life on Mars. The
agency held a news event Wednesday about a rock that
was collected in July of twenty twenty four by the

(36:34):
Perseverance Rover. Officials say the sample, dubbed Sapphire Canyon, appears
to contain evidence of past microbial life on the Red planet.
Acting NASA Administrator Sean Duffy says scientists tell him they
can't find another explanation for what appears to be leopard
spots and other indications of past life on Mars.

Speaker 5 (36:52):
Leopards on Mars, leopard spots, the.

Speaker 3 (36:55):
Little spots of things.

Speaker 2 (36:56):
Yeah, they're calling.

Speaker 5 (36:58):
Yeah, there was a leopard on.

Speaker 3 (37:00):
There, probably was. We're gonna let you have that because.

Speaker 2 (37:02):
We don't know.

Speaker 3 (37:02):
Now that we've said it, it's news, absolutely okay, And
those are your three things.

Speaker 17 (37:06):
Another free money phone tap coming up next.

Speaker 1 (37:09):

Kevin and we all yell surprise. It's not really for you,
even though it's your birthday, it's for us. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
we want to go to a surprise birthday party. I'm

(37:51):
down with that. I'll do that for you. Speaking of surprises,
I'm about to surprise someone here. I guess here at iHeart.
Remember I told you a while back for some reason,
if you push the wrong number in on your in
your computer and you print, it comes to my my printer.

Speaker 2 (38:06):
Yeah, I got a lot of top secrets.

Speaker 5 (38:08):

I don't know. You can't get the tickets off this
thing that printed it. So Sean, if you work for
iHeart what you do.

Speaker 10 (38:36):
Happy birthday.

Speaker 5 (38:37):
I got your ticket announcement. Happy birthday, Sean. Oh it
wasn't a surprise you outo Sean.

Speaker 3 (38:44):
Can we think of anyone named Sean on this floor?

Speaker 6 (38:46):
Now?

Speaker 5 (38:47):
Well, I hear it's a big corporation, that is true.
So anyway, I love coming in. I mean, I've found
some sensitive documents on my printer. I can't even tell you.
That would be very dangerous to tell you.

Speaker 2 (38:58):
I hope you filed them away.

Speaker 5 (39:00):
Oh I did, absolutely scary. What are you doing?

Speaker 4 (39:04):
You want?

Speaker 10 (39:06):
I have a you want a little picky pinch?

Speaker 5 (39:07):
I need those. Don't get too close to me while
you're talking with seeds in your teeth. Thank you?

Speaker 9 (39:15):
All right?

Speaker 5 (39:17):
Okay, we are doing a thousand dollars free money phone
tapp in a moment. Today is, of course, September eleventh,
coming up, gosh, in about an hour and twenty minutes,
we will do what we do every year. We'll have
that moment and we'll play a song and uh wow.
And today, if it was sunny, it would be basically

(39:38):
the same weather as it was on that day. It
was one of those beautiful weather days of all time. Yea,
and it's going to turn out that way. It'll be
sunny in eighty today. Yeah, so that's a little ways.
I think it was a little cooler that day. I
couldn't even wrong. Of course, the big story another big
story to the Charlie Kirk story, and uh, they're still

(39:58):
looking for whoever murdered him. And you can't help but assume,
but this person knew what they were doing obviously.

Speaker 3 (40:12):
I mean that's what some of the officials are saying
right now, that it was a professional in some capacity,
if in fact it did come from this building from
so far away with the precision that they're looking for
someone who's trained.

Speaker 6 (40:22):
Wow.

Speaker 5 (40:22):
And then the other story is how the nation is
responding to this, which is making me shake my head.
I don't think I'm watching the news today. I don't
really don't think I am. Okay, I'm so disappointed in
how people are acting it's like.

Speaker 10 (40:34):
Oh, yeah, I think I'm taking a break from social
today too, Like I think I'm gonna because I'm very
scared of the video popping up too. Be careful with
that because that's what has been happening. And if your
children are scrolling, which obviously we have sometimes no control
over that, things pop up that you don't want them
to see.

Speaker 5 (40:53):
And yep, hey, if today is your birthday, I'm so
sorry that this is all going on. And I remember
a really good friend of mine his birthday was on
nine to eleven, and so he's like, well, I don't
know what to do here. I don't know if I
should be happier, And I said, absolutely should be happy, right,
You know that could have happened on any day. It happened,

(41:16):
just happened on your birthday. Your birthday is still your birthday.
And so every year after that we always did our
best to celebrate and make him feel good.

Speaker 3 (41:24):
Yeah, And allowing something like that to suck the joy
every single day for the rest of your life, it's
almost like letting people win again and again and again.

Speaker 2 (41:32):
You don't want that. You live your life.

Speaker 3 (41:33):
That's how you you bounce back from things.

Speaker 5 (41:36):
That's why tomorrow it's a national holidays. We celebrate Diamond's birthday.

Speaker 3 (41:39):
Oh, diamonds the national day because on the on the
tales what you just said, every year she wins and
wins and wins, Yes she does.

Speaker 2 (41:49):
She is a winner days winning.

Speaker 5 (41:53):
Oh wow. Also, as we get into the Danielle report,
an interesting text that came through it. And this is
a very serious thing as well. Okay, here's the more
serious stuff. Guys. Someone going in for their second cancer
removal skin cancer removal procedure today, can't wait to have

(42:15):
it done second time. But luckily both were caught early.
I shouldn't need additional treatment. Please send a reminder out
to the listeners. Skin cancer does not discriminate that annual
skin check and early detection saves lives. So many people
in my life have said, I never knew those I
should probably do that. Yeah you should.

Speaker 6 (42:30):
Yep.

Speaker 5 (42:31):
Crazy day to make your schedule if you're a scheduled appointment.

Speaker 10 (42:33):
If you're not comfortable with something that the doctor says,
you have to push. Because two times I was told
it was nothing, and then I pushed, and then it
took one other doctor to say no, we need to
send that away and it turned out it was something.
So you need to be an advocate for yourself a
lot of times.

Speaker 5 (42:50):
And you know, there are different types of skin doctors
out there. The dermatologists. Yeah, there are those who are
really into, no, making your skin more beautiful, the cosmetic
end of it. And there's also those who are as
much cosmetically into your skin as they are into medically
into your skin.

Speaker 6 (43:10):
Oh.

Speaker 5 (43:10):
Okay, if you can find one in between, because I
wouldn't mind, you know, the checking weird things on my
skin at the same time, a little botox.

Speaker 3 (43:18):
Yeah, we're going to clip that mole and jabuary here exactly.

Speaker 5 (43:23):
Okay, if you can do both appropriately, iman, So yeah,
please do not do not pooh pooh the need to
make that appointment to your dermatologists. Get in there, all right, Danielle,
let's go all right.

Speaker 10 (43:34):
Well, the producers behind the David Beckham docuseries will release
a three part docuseriies on his wife, Victoria Beckham Posh Spice.
Netflix says it will be an intimate look at her
life and career, and it will be centered on her
preparing for a Paris Fashion Week runway show that will
be coming out October ninth. So Hulk Hogan left behind

(43:55):
in a state worth five million dollars and only one benefit,
his son Nick. The reason his daughter Brooke isn't on
there is because she asked to be removed from the
will a few years ago. Apparently she didn't trust the
people around him and didn't want to get caught up
in a financial battle. When he passed away, his widow's

(44:16):
sky was listed as a surviving spouse, which means she
may have rights to a portion of the estates. But
his final will was drafted before they were married, so
a lot is going to be you know, I guess
looked into so bad. Bunny did not come to the
United States to do his shows, and a lot of
people were disappointed.

Speaker 7 (44:35):
He says.

Speaker 10 (44:35):
It is not because I do not like the United States.
He says, I wanted to come to the US, he said,
but honestly, we were worried about ice. He said that agents.
They were worried that agents would be outside of the concert.
It made his team very, very concerned and very worried,
and that is one of the reasons why he did

(44:56):
not come to the United States. So absolute h The
Emmys are going down Sunday night and all of the
nominated series in all the categories. America watched one way
more than another, and that is Survivor. And I know
a lot of people, yes, and I know a lot
of people keep saying to me Survivor is still on. Yes,
Survivor is still on. Outstanding Reality Series four hundred and

(45:20):
sixty two point four million total viewing hours. That is insane.
And White Lotus, by the way, is second and it
doesn't have half that many.

Speaker 13 (45:29):
It's crazy.

Speaker 10 (45:30):
But yeah, that's all going down this weekend and SNL.
We are finding out who will be on this season
of SNL very soon. There are rumors we could see
Taylor Swift doing the performing and the hosting duties as
well as Sabrina Carpenter on an episode doing the performing
and hosting duties. So I'll keep you posted if that's confirmed.
Nineteen season premiere Football Thursday Night Football Tonight, the Packers

(45:52):
and the Commanders. You also have Celebrity Family Feud. Lady
Wilson will be on there. And if you're a Star
Trek fan, Star Trek Strange New World is on Paramount Plus.
It's the third season finale. That's my Danielle report.

Speaker 6 (46:05):

they're there waiting for you. They're right for the picking
great team. Great teams you're playing this year Colorado State, Vanderbilt,
Virginia Tech, Western Kentucky, Saint Mary's South Florida, VCU and
wichital State. It can be very competitive and also sort
of competitive at the beach. Who's gonna get the best

(46:50):
seat on the beach or the best wheel of fortune
machine in a casino? A lot of competition going.

Speaker 2 (46:57):
On, and one he swears by he'll fight you for it.

Speaker 5 (46:59):
Yeah, I'm in. What's that one that goes you're a winner? Oh?
Top dollar? Oh, I have no that's my game. If
anyone can tell me I'm a winner, I'm in. You
have the world class restaurants as well, and then you
also have incredible tournament going on as well, So elevate
your experience with this multimillion dollar renovated, beautiful Atlantis. We

(47:23):
love it. We love it every time. Ago you should
go too, and for a weekend of basketball with your friends.
It's gonna be a great weekend. Get your tickets and

number four Atlantis dot com. And of course, thanks to Atlantas,
you're winning a thousand dollars with a free money phone
tap call now be calling one hundred eight hundred two
four to two zero one hundred.

Speaker 17 (47:43):
Don't answer the phone. Elvis Duran, the Elvis Duran phone tab.

Speaker 5 (47:47):
Unusual phone tab. What's it all about today? Gare I
have a treat for you today? All right?

Speaker 8 (47:51):
So Joseph wants to play a phone tap on his
daughter Grace about this kid on their block that he
knows his daughter's really not into. So he's like, let's
tease my daughter about me trying to hook her up
with the hit on the block. Oh, that's sad, sad.
But we thought, okay, that's okay. But I think I
have a better idea. So I called up Grace the
daughter and said, hey, listen, your dad wants to play

(48:11):
a phone tap on you. So let's turn the tables
on him, wow, and phone tap dad instead.

Speaker 5 (48:16):
Wow.

Speaker 8 (48:17):
So we're about to reverse the phone tap and phone
tap dad.

Speaker 5 (48:20):
Well, I like you that you're doing this, so let's
reverse the phone tap on him. Yes, all right, let's
see what happens in today's phone tap listening.

Speaker 19 (48:28):
Hello, Hey, how you doing? Hi?

Speaker 10 (48:30):
Dad? What's going on?

Speaker 19 (48:32):
I just want to say hello, see how you're doing?

Speaker 4 (48:35):
Okay? Mom?

Speaker 9 (48:37):
That was school.

Speaker 18 (48:37):
I'll probably be home. I don't know in like twenty minutes.

Speaker 19 (48:40):
You know that you know that ugly kid in the
neighborhood that you don't like? Really?

Speaker 1 (48:44):
Guy?

Speaker 18 (48:45):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (48:45):
I don't.

Speaker 10 (48:46):
Yes?

Speaker 19 (48:46):
What about that guy?

Speaker 9 (48:47):
Now?

Speaker 19 (48:48):
What what do you think about?

Speaker 1 (48:49):
You ever talk to him in school? Do you ever do?

Speaker 19 (48:51):
Do you know him?

Speaker 9 (48:52):
No?

Speaker 18 (48:52):
Why would I know?

Speaker 11 (48:53):
Dad?

Speaker 18 (48:53):
I don't and we don't have any No, I don't
talk to him.

Speaker 19 (48:56):
Oh he's kind of growing on me. I kind of
like the guy.

Speaker 1 (48:58):
Now.

Speaker 19 (48:58):
I think actually know what I want to sit you
guys up on it there, and I think you should.

Speaker 10 (49:02):
Are you kidding me?

Speaker 1 (49:03):
Talking with him?

Speaker 19 (49:04):
Is God?

Speaker 18 (49:05):
Do not God, I'm telling you seriously, I don't want
you meddling in my life.

Speaker 9 (49:08):
You know.

Speaker 19 (49:08):
I just think I just passed him on. He said,
I'm gonna do you know what, I'm gonna pick him up.
I'm gonna pick him up. I'm gonna put him the
car and then you can talk to him, because.

Speaker 18 (49:14):
Can you listen to me for a minute? Can you
please not go and do that?

Speaker 19 (49:17):
You get to know each other so that you listen
to the door.

Speaker 18 (49:20):
I don't do not get him in the car. I'm serious, Dad, Dad,
do not let it in the car.

Speaker 1 (49:26):
Okay.

Speaker 18 (49:26):
I have said to him, come here?

Speaker 14 (49:28):
Are you talking to Mead?

Speaker 19 (49:30):
All right?

Speaker 1 (49:31):
I'm gonna here he is?

Speaker 14 (49:33):
You not?

Speaker 19 (49:33):
God?

Speaker 18 (49:34):
I have sat with him.

Speaker 1 (49:36):
What I was just I was.

Speaker 4 (49:40):
I think I need to stop this A yeah, no problem.

Speaker 1 (49:45):
I just need to stop this. I'm sorry, I understand
when it comes to that. I'm just trying to add
what's coming.

Speaker 19 (49:50):
No, no, no, I just I had some little thing going
on with this other this this for this friend of mine,
and it's not working out like I thought it was
gonna be and we need to talk. So Garrett, I
can't do.

Speaker 1 (49:58):
This right now.

Speaker 8 (49:59):
So yeah, no, no, no, please go take care of what you
need to. Uh, all right, I'll talk to you soon.

Speaker 1 (50:04):
Great, I'm gonna call you back right now.

Speaker 8 (50:07):
Okay, I can't help believe your for that.

Speaker 18 (50:12):
Okay, he's telling you back.

Speaker 8 (50:14):
Perfect, you're gonna do all the talking or you're just
gonna sit back and listen.

Speaker 1 (50:17):
Okay, I've been calling you for five minutes. Why don't
you pick up the phone like I told you.

Speaker 18 (50:24):
I really think you just need to calm down.

Speaker 1 (50:27):
I told you I was gonna call you. You need.

Speaker 18 (50:30):
This is you know, this is always You're always telling
me that I should go out and I should meet people,
that I'm always staying home too much. So this is
I Finally I do it, And now you're gonna get
this upset with me.

Speaker 1 (50:39):
Oh, don't give me that phone. I want listen. I
want it. I want you to answer my questions.

Speaker 18 (50:45):
What answer that?

Speaker 4 (50:46):
Huh?

Speaker 1 (50:46):
How long do you know this guy?

Speaker 18 (50:48):
I don't know?

Speaker 4 (50:49):
Like a month?

Speaker 1 (50:50):
Was his name Jacob?

Speaker 18 (50:51):
His name is Jacob?

Speaker 1 (50:52):
But you see him little bit fun.

Speaker 9 (50:53):
You're the one that's always saying you know what.

Speaker 18 (50:55):
I'm just taking your advice. That great, I'm always just
taking your advice.

Speaker 14 (50:58):
Great.

Speaker 19 (50:59):
How many?

Speaker 1 (50:59):
I want to know how long you been him? How
many times you've done it? Did you? I want to
know if.

Speaker 18 (51:03):
You're not telling me those things? He wanted out? Fine,
he came over to house. He's been over three times.

Speaker 5 (51:08):
All right?

Speaker 1 (51:09):
You were telling me about that too much? How dirty
this guy was?

Speaker 6 (51:12):
I do?

Speaker 1 (51:12):
I know?

Speaker 18 (51:13):
I don't know him and now I like him?

Speaker 1 (51:15):
Why did? Why didn't you bring him home soil I
could meet him first? Why does not like that?

Speaker 18 (51:19):
Why am I gonna introduce him to my daddy? Okay, dad, whatever,
It's fine for you to play a joke on me.
You calling me up with your friends, if you're gonna
try and hook your daughter up with some guy in
the neighborhood that you don't even like.

Speaker 19 (51:30):
No, this is no no.

Speaker 1 (51:32):
This was a joke here, supposed to be some radio prig.

Speaker 4 (51:34):
All right, Hey Joe, Joe?

Speaker 1 (51:36):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (51:36):
What hey, Hey Joe, It's Karrott.

Speaker 1 (51:40):
Did I call I didn't call you?

Speaker 8 (51:41):
Uh no, actually, because we actually just phone tapped you.

Speaker 6 (51:47):
What?

Speaker 5 (51:49):
Uh yeah?

Speaker 8 (51:50):
So I called up your daughter and told her that
you wanted to play a frank on.

Speaker 1 (51:55):
Yeah god, Oh my god.

Speaker 4 (51:59):
So he pulled one on you.

Speaker 19 (52:01):
Oh my god, I want to throw up.

Speaker 5 (52:03):
El Phone tap, whoa your thousand dollars free money phone tap?
Where's Holly? Let's see if this is her? Holly, Holly?

Speaker 20 (52:12):

Speaker 5 (52:13):

Speaker 5 (52:40):
Hold on, hold on, there you go thanks to Atlanta's
another thousand dollars free money phone tap tomorrow. And to
remind you, it's the Elite Basketball returning with the Battle
for Atlantis Men's tournament going on weekend of November twenty sixth.
Get your accommodations all booked, get those tickets landed, because
you want to be there. Atlantis is the place to be.
Go to Battle for Atlantis dot com. It's Battle the
number four Atlantis dot com. All right, we just did Danielle.

Speaker 10 (53:03):
Yes, hmm, we flippity flippity.

Speaker 5 (53:07):
We did flippity floppy Wow. So what do we do next?
I'm used to doing Danielle. After the pun.

Speaker 10 (53:15):
It kind of throws people off.

Speaker 5 (53:17):
Let me tell you, well, I I have a lot
of things we can get to what according to the
original plan of how this show is structured, that's how
it's supposed to happen.

Speaker 10 (53:26):
Who goes by that way?

Speaker 4 (53:28):
Flaunt convention?

Speaker 2 (53:29):
Okay, are we looking for like fun and frivolity or
what are we listening?

Speaker 5 (53:33):
I'll give you a fun story out of China. You're
you know, you're used to watching ads. If you want
to stream content, you gotta pay for it by watching
an ad. If you listen to our show, you got
to listen to an ad. You play games, there's an
ad there. If you walk into a public bathroom in China,
there's a chance you're gonna have to watch an ad

(53:53):
to get toilet paper. What you heard me?

Speaker 10 (53:58):
How does that work?

Speaker 5 (54:00):
You have to watch the ad and then you get
toilet paper. Is the toilet paper sponsored? The toilet paper
is sponsored? Okay, there's this video that's going viral. I
gave you I've seen that. You haven't seen this yet.
You scan a QR code that plays an AD on
your phone and then the machine spits out six squares.

Speaker 10 (54:18):
That's all you get.

Speaker 5 (54:21):
If you need more, you got to watch another ad.
How long is that? So I say, eat fiber, eat
some fibrous Chinese food. Well, if you're in China, it's food.
It's called Chinese food. This is food. Make sure it's fibrous.
You don't have to get more than six squarest. Is
that too much information? What's scary?

Speaker 16 (54:40):
I think that's at least better than having to watch
an AD in order for the lid to open for
you to go to the bathroom.

Speaker 5 (54:47):
Be able to hold it. Yeah, that's that's not good.
That's not good because you're an emergency. You're doing the
dance like like Froggy does.

Speaker 10 (54:53):
If you have GPS, you're in a lot of trouble.

Speaker 5 (54:55):
And then I'm okay with that.

Speaker 6 (54:56):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (54:57):
This, by the way, this is not a brand new
thing has been going on.

Speaker 3 (55:00):
Uh isn't the East much more of like the land
of the bidet? So maybe the six squares is plenty
because you're just using it to.

Speaker 5 (55:08):
Dry well, you know, it depends on what unit you're in.
If you don't want to watch the ad, there is
an option to pay a few cents for toilet paper instead,
but it looks like you have to pay with your phone.
So you got to have your phone. If you don't
have a phone with you, you got to like do
like a dog crowds out to put your butt on
the ground and drag it. Hope it's not concrete.

Speaker 10 (55:30):
I know it's gonna say the same thing.

Speaker 5 (55:34):
Dirty carpet, dirty concrete. Hey, to let you know if
you're a if you're a ticket to go to China,
take your phone with you and get ready. Get ready.

Speaker 4 (55:45):
No, I'm done.

Speaker 21 (55:46):
No, mister in the morning show, the home you've worked
so hard for is ready to work hard for you
with a home equity loan from Rocket Mortgage to learn
how you can turn your home equity into cash.

Speaker 10 (55:58):
Is it rocket mortgage dot com today, Rock and Mortgage,
LLC licensed in fifty states and MLS Consumer Access dot
Org number thirty thirty.

Speaker 2 (56:07):
I before great, Thank you guys for everything you do.

Speaker 5 (56:09):
I'll listen to you every morning when I'm working.

Speaker 1 (56:11):
It just makes my day.

Speaker 5 (56:12):
Oh thank you man.

Speaker 2 (56:13):
I appreciate that you guys, that's totally my morning. I
wake up to you every morning and you've been to
the men and I.

Speaker 1 (56:19):
Love you, guys, I love you.

Speaker 18 (56:21):
I love you every morning.

Speaker 5 (56:23):
I'm like a hundred falcon Louth four hours ago. I
love you, guys. I love that you're coming.

Speaker 7 (56:29):
Love Hey, lady, you coming.

Speaker 5 (56:35):
Daddy loves you, coming, gets ready.

Speaker 20 (56:39):
For your day.

Speaker 7 (56:40):
Thank you coming.

Speaker 6 (56:43):
Elvis Terran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 5 (56:46):
Today, of course. September eleventh, was it twenty four years ago?
Twenty four years ago? Wow, I know that Danielle and
and Scary and that's gott E b was here. We
were all here, ye doing our thing. That day turned
into quite the day.

Speaker 3 (57:06):
I cannot even imagine what that was like for you guys,
because you were looking right at it.

Speaker 4 (57:10):
Yep.

Speaker 5 (57:10):
Oh well yeah, we've watched the whole thing happen. A
lot of people did. But just being there and then
there's a microphone you have to say something into it.

Speaker 10 (57:17):
We're like, uh, we kind of did everything live though.
We were like, turn on the news. We were like,
we didn't know what was happening, so we turned on
the news, right, you know.

Speaker 5 (57:24):
Then we realized realized what was going on.

Speaker 10 (57:26):
And then I remember standing at the window, were you
with me?

Speaker 6 (57:29):
Scary?

Speaker 5 (57:30):
I saw you do what you did, And that was before.

Speaker 10 (57:34):
The second plane had hit. And at that point we
thought maybe it was pilot erra.

Speaker 5 (57:37):
Remember we thought it was a helicopter or something.

Speaker 10 (57:39):
And then all of a sudden we see the second
plane coming and where I just remember screaming, turn, turn, turn,
and it didn't.

Speaker 5 (57:46):
Turn, didn't turn, And so then the day began. Yeah,
and uh, well, so here it is twenty four years later,
and uh, you know, of course happening at the Pentagon
and of course in Pennsylvania wasn't just here, but being here,
you know, that's we're trading it sort of a New
York centric thing, and it's not. It's a world centric thing.

(58:09):
It's a United States centric thing. And as we watched
this news unfold, for instance, considering what's going on with
the Kirk story from yesterday and then nine to eleven today,
but that the Kirk story continues, someone sent a text
earlier and it made me stop and go, Yeah, and
if you were around on nine to eleven, you remember this.

(58:32):
In nine twelve and nine thirteen, America became a very
special place in the middle of the Fright and while
the smoke was still coming out of the World Trade
Center area, America was different. Yeah, there was a bond.
There was this common, common appreciation for each other.

Speaker 10 (58:52):
Everybody was helping everybody in the days that follow remember
people were nicer to each other.

Speaker 4 (58:56):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (58:57):
And then in Wagandhi. How old were you then?

Speaker 2 (59:00):
Fifteen?

Speaker 5 (59:01):
So do you remember that? Do you remember the sentiment
of the of the country following the days and the
days following nine to eleven?

Speaker 2 (59:08):
Yeah, I know, we've talked about this before.

Speaker 3 (59:11):
It was very different for me after and people that
looked like me after, because I.

Speaker 5 (59:16):
Absolutely as in brown, yeah, brown.

Speaker 3 (59:18):
Skin people, especially if you looked Indian, maybe Pakistani, Middle Eastern.
I remember seeing everybody else come together for shore because
I get that sentiment. But that's when sort of things
turned on us, and it was very sad because we
were morning too and we wanted to be part of
all of it too, because this is our country, we
live here, and it was horrible, but it was just
it was a little different. I felt differently at that time.

Speaker 5 (59:41):
I remember the first time you told that story, and
I'm so glad that you told it again. It's important
for people to hear the other side or their side, yeah,
that they can relate with. And everyone saw something different
that day and those days following.

Speaker 2 (59:55):
Yeah, definitely.

Speaker 3 (59:56):
And I always hesitate to say that because I I
under stand how everybody feels if you weren't on you know,
like like my side of things, if you didn't know,
it felt like everybody was such a unified group of
people and you were all helping each other and it
was great, And aga't like we really wanted to be
part of that too and help.

Speaker 2 (01:00:12):
It was just different.

Speaker 3 (01:00:13):
So I never want to rain on someone's parade when
they say it was such a magical time for them
after because of the way they watched everyone to come together.
I just also it was different for me, so.

Speaker 5 (01:00:24):
Well, it was your parade too, it was just a
different type of parade.

Speaker 13 (01:00:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:00:28):
Well, so here we are, you know, on this day
twenty four years later, and you're still feeling those feelings
you felt back then. We are too, yes as well.
And and then you add what else is going on
in this in this world of ours? And you're just like, ooh, okay.
So that's why today I hope that you will do
this too. I don't want to sound too Pollyanna ish.

(01:00:50):
And by the way, if your name is Pollyanna, I
don't I don't wish to insult you.

Speaker 2 (01:00:54):
Nobody's name is.

Speaker 5 (01:00:54):
Come on, there's gotta be a Pollyanna out there.

Speaker 3 (01:00:56):
The one person is like most negative Nancy on the planet.

Speaker 5 (01:01:02):
He's gotta be a negative Nancy out there too. I
you know, I'm gonna do that walk today. I've got
a few things and Aaron's to do it here in
the city and I'm gonna walk around. It's gonna be
a nice day. I want to enjoy the beautiful people
and the sights and the smells and the tastes of
New York City. I'm gonna treat myself today. You do
that too, Take yourself out, maybe by yourself. Maybe you

(01:01:23):
never do this. Go by yourself, going under that special
coffee place and get a cup of coffee and walk
around today wherever you're living. Or go drive or go
for a drive, drive out of the town, drive out
to the country. Do something for you today. That's totally okay.
How about a cruise okay, but you gotta work for it.

(01:01:43):
We came up with this idea. This is great. I
think you had a lot to do with this.

Speaker 4 (01:01:47):
Did you know it's a collective collective brains? Oh, come on,
it was all your idea. Look at him shirking, shirking
the the accusation. Well, I don't want the responsibility case
it doesn't go, well.

Speaker 5 (01:01:59):
It's gonna go wow. Okay, hear us going out on
these incredible Norwegian cruises with the Norwegian Cruise Line right
or all around the world, especially got the Caribbean. Love
the Caribbean cruises. We want you to go this time.
You need to be our influencer at sea. How do

(01:02:19):
you like that? So you got to work for it.
We're gonna put you on the cruise, on the ship.
They take someone with them, right, Yeah, we can go
by themselves. No, no, they could take somebody with them.
And if I win this thing, I'm going by myself.
I don't know who'd want to accompany you, but no
they go. I bet if we had a race right now,
I bet I would get more people that want to ACCOMPLO.

Speaker 12 (01:02:39):
Oh, I guarantee that. Then why do you say things
like that? Very nice to say that, I'm tongue in
cheek over here? Is he just literally put his tongue
in his cheek.

Speaker 5 (01:02:52):
This is, by the way, when people are impersonating your
Lotti poppy, how come they do that tongue in cheek.

Speaker 7 (01:02:57):
You don't know.

Speaker 5 (01:02:57):
I've never really you know what I'm saying. They don't
say that. I don't don't do that to me. I
don't know want that. Yeah, anyway back to you.

Speaker 4 (01:03:05):
Sure the client loves us right now? Anyways, Uh, you're no.

Speaker 5 (01:03:09):
Region as a client. They're a part of our family.

Speaker 4 (01:03:11):
Part of our family. No, they've seen us go on
these cruises all over the world. Like you said, it's
time for you to experience what we experience. That's true.
You gotta bring your phone because you're an influencer.

Speaker 5 (01:03:23):
Now, Yeah, you know what I got. I got another idea.
Hold on, stop everything. You invite a friend to go
on this cruise that you're gonna win as our influencer,
and we're gonna send someone with you to make sure
all this stuff gets posted, make sure they take the photos.
Maybe they have the camera one of us, someone on
this show has to go, and someone that works for

(01:03:45):
this show.

Speaker 10 (01:03:47):
Maybe we should put everybody's name in a bucket and
pick somebody.

Speaker 5 (01:03:50):
We need a bucket. Yeah, go get one of those
home depot Froggy, go to home depot. Give me a
home depot bucket, the big orange one. You have a
five gallon bucket. You got it? And then I want
to put everyone's name on a sheet of paper. Whoever
gets pulled out gets to go on this influencer c Yeah, okay,
all right, let me get to the uh.

Speaker 12 (01:04:07):
Some people get more injuries than others, or everybody just
gets one entry in the bucket.

Speaker 5 (01:04:11):
One entry in the bucket.

Speaker 10 (01:04:12):
Okay, Nate, don't put your name in there twice.

Speaker 5 (01:04:14):
All entries have to have my name on them. Okay.
If you want to experience what we've experienced going out
on Norwegian cruise, a Norwegian cruise and all the things
the cruise is all about, and you give us your
take on it through your eyes and it's posted as
our influencer at sea. This is a great idea. You
really came up with a gem of an idea there,

(01:04:35):
Elvis Duran dot com and can be a really mean
mother whatever negative nat over here negative? Okay. So here's
what you will win. A seven day Caribbean round trip
cruise out of Port Canaveral, I guess near Orlando, Right,
You get to go to our world famous exclusive stirrup Key,

(01:04:55):
which is your own private, luxurious, private island. Only Norwegian.
Norwegian people could go to that. And you go to Cozamel.
I love koza Mel. Yeah, cozon Mil is great. A
lot of people don't go to Cozamel Cosmel. You need
to go there. You depart, Like I said from Orlando,
it's November second through the ninth on Norwegian Prima. The
Prima ship is beautiy.

Speaker 4 (01:05:15):
We were on that.

Speaker 5 (01:05:16):
We were we they believe believe it or not. They
cleaned up our mess and it's beautiful to get. So
you'll stop its great stirrup key in the Bahamas, Montego
Bay and Jamaica, Georgetown and the Caymans and then Cozenmel,
Mexico and you're and you're just enjoying the life like
we do when we go and we have to report back.

Speaker 2 (01:05:34):
That's a dream trip.

Speaker 4 (01:05:35):
It is a dream trip.

Speaker 14 (01:05:36):
So fine.

Speaker 5 (01:05:37):
And what am I missing on this? What other I use?

Speaker 4 (01:05:39):
Hate it all? Just go to Elvis, Durand dot com
and enter. You got to answer some questions, right, we
gotta we gotta know if you're up to the task.

Speaker 5 (01:05:46):
Yeah, we have to vet you. Uh, simply go to
Elvis Duran dot com.

Speaker 3 (01:05:50):
What I'm just laughing because I wonder if whomever we
choose from that bucket is going to determine the amount
of entries, you know, like, let's I'm not going to
say some people are more popular than others.

Speaker 10 (01:06:01):
So you know, so you're saying, if we picked Scary's name,
they're not going to want to go.

Speaker 2 (01:06:04):
I wasn't going to say that, No.

Speaker 5 (01:06:07):
Because I'm one of the more popular people. For sure.

Speaker 2 (01:06:09):
Absolutely everyone wants to travel.

Speaker 10 (01:06:12):
Is scary.

Speaker 5 (01:06:12):
I'm sure did someone say something.

Speaker 10 (01:06:15):
Scary that's the most nervous laughter.

Speaker 2 (01:06:19):
I wasn't talking about you.

Speaker 5 (01:06:20):
You know what, scary? Scary is a good time. Yeah,
Scary is a great time, especially like when he's ready
messed up.

Speaker 10 (01:06:26):
And I know I say and I know that I
say crappy things about him, but it's a love. You know,
we are like sister brother. But he's also very polite
and takes very good care of you when you go
away on tips.

Speaker 5 (01:06:38):
Oh and also girlfriend can eat. Yeah, she will make
you a sandwich.

Speaker 2 (01:06:42):
She's also really good at taking pictures.

Speaker 3 (01:06:44):
Yeah, she'll take a million of them.

Speaker 5 (01:06:45):
Oh absolutely, yeah, Okay, So here it is influence it.
It's the Influencer at C program brought to you by
Elvis out of the Body Show on Norwegian Cruise Line,
the most incredible cruise line. And they know the Caribbean,
they know it very well. And you'll be through the
Caribbean down to Cosmvel Mexico. You'll also go to Jamaica

(01:07:06):
and of course great stirrup Key. There are two hundred
and fifty acre island paradise to the Bahamas. WHOA all right,
So if you want to win this thing, simply go
to Elvis Duran dot com Elvis Duran dot com and
someone from the show will escort you. Yeah, and make
sure you have a good time. Yeah, exactly, because that's
what we're here to do. Have a good time, Froggy.

(01:07:28):
You've even been to stirrup Key.

Speaker 12 (01:07:29):
Right, oh yeah, multiple times. It's great win the lague
there if they let me. I tried to stay there
one time.

Speaker 5 (01:07:37):
Come on, you gotta go, you gotta get okay at
another rule you have to come home. You cannot stay
on stirrup Key. I wanted to stay there, all right.
So again, if you want to enter and get all
the rules, go to Elvis Duran dot com. Let's go
around the room and Froggy. I want to start with
you here on Food News Thursday. What's going on?

Speaker 12 (01:07:54):
So, as you've talked about, I guess my wife is
storing a big birthday party for me later next month.
So yesterday she says, Hey, can we sit down and
talk about the things that need you to get done
around the house before the party. I'm like, wait a second.
If it's not a surprise, you gotta work, but you're
gonna give me a list of crap I gotta get
done before the party.

Speaker 5 (01:08:12):
She's like yeah. I'm like, all right, So I don't
know what that list is.

Speaker 12 (01:08:15):
I haven't seen it yet, but there's the list of
things I must get done before the party.

Speaker 5 (01:08:19):
Hopefully that happens. That's not fair. What if it doesn't.
We're still going to have the party, even if I'll
get the stuff done that honest shouldn't have to prepare
for your own party.

Speaker 3 (01:08:29):
Might be bad if you don't get it done.

Speaker 5 (01:08:31):
I all of a sudden, I think you should text
her and tell her. He shouldn't have to tell her
right now. You know she can't get away with you.
So what's up? Gandhi?

Speaker 13 (01:08:39):
All Right?

Speaker 3 (01:08:40):
I forgot to mention yesterday, so really quickly a new
episode of my podcast came out Sauce on the Side
wherever you get your podcasts, but also the iHeartRadio app.
Please go listen. We had a good time with Andrew,
but today has felt heavy for a lot of people.
It's probably going to continue to feel heavy for people
for a while with everything that is going on in
the world. Right I know that when it gets this way,
people think what can I do? And instead of feeling hopeless,

(01:09:01):
I always say, and we've talked about this before, go
out and volunteer, do something nice, and you will be
very surprised at how it turns around how you're feeling
about things. Just to get out and be around like
minded people who are all on the same page of
trying to make the world a better place while it
feels like we're looking at so much of the world
becoming a bad place. Go out and volunteer if you can.
That's my recommendation to you today.

Speaker 5 (01:09:21):
I think I'm coming with you today, are you. Yeah?
The thing is that we're packing lunch boxes and things,
and I have this bloody fingernail.

Speaker 2 (01:09:28):
You should probably put a band aid on that maybe
we'll get.

Speaker 6 (01:09:30):
You a blog.

Speaker 5 (01:09:34):
What do you hate to like? Go volunteer today and
you pack a bunch of meals into boxes and at
the end of the day you look down and your
fingernail is gone. I want to do this.

Speaker 4 (01:09:46):
I want to do this.

Speaker 2 (01:09:46):
I would love for you to go.

Speaker 5 (01:09:48):
Ahead and volunteer. I think that's the best.

Speaker 9 (01:09:49):
TI.

Speaker 5 (01:09:49):
Yeah, yeah, you're doing something for other people, and it's actually,
you know, at the end of the day, you're doing
something for you at the same time. Absolutely, Hey, Scattery,
what's up with you?

Speaker 15 (01:09:57):
So?

Speaker 16 (01:09:57):
Yeah, no, it is a heavy day, and I just
for me, I look toward escape escapism. I always look
for positive things and fun things to do. And guess
what here in New York City today the San Gennaro
Feast starts. It's New York to start of New York
City Fashion Week. So I'm gonna try and look toward
Are you going to Fashion Week? I was invited to
an event, believe it or not, because I lack fashion.

(01:10:19):
But we'll see either maybe you know, somebody will teach
me a thing or two. But but my larger point
here is that, yeah, I will look to do positive
things and just.

Speaker 5 (01:10:28):
Maybe maybe I'll volunteer too.

Speaker 16 (01:10:30):
Yeah, I have a lot on my plate today, but
maybe I'll volunteer tomorrow, volunteer this weekend.

Speaker 5 (01:10:35):
If he says he's gonna volunteer, he gets credit for
saying he's gonna volunteer even if he doesn't show up.
That's scary. What a great guy he said. They may volunteer.
Delivery coming today? Can I do it tomorrow? Scary? But
but what you're saying is great. You're doing things to
take care of yourself, and that is what you should
be doing. Straight night. What's up with you today?

Speaker 4 (01:10:52):
Okay, some tasks you do by yourself and you realize, God,
I could really use another person for this. Yesterday, I'm
trying to put an area rug in my living room
and put a couch on top of it. I gave
up after an hour and a half because I just
could not do it. There is in no possible way
to move a rug and get a couch on top

(01:11:14):
of it and have the rug centered where you need.

Speaker 10 (01:11:17):
You need somebody to help you.

Speaker 5 (01:11:18):
Pauw Alex knows how to do.

Speaker 4 (01:11:25):
And show me.

Speaker 5 (01:11:25):
You know he won't do that, but he'll tell you.
He comes over. He's got to do the work. You
gotta you gotta jacket up. I will get into it later,
but yeah, you can do it. You can do don't
give up on yourself. I don't give up.

Speaker 13 (01:11:39):
I gave up.

Speaker 5 (01:11:41):
Danielle, what's up?

Speaker 10 (01:11:41):
I'd like to talk about British people for a moment.
So now that your husband is totally out and not listening,
that's exactly. So my husband is actually getting harnia surgery today.
Shout out to Hackensack University Medical Center. So he's there
and they're updating me. You know, he's in the operating room.
He's this, he's I tried to stay home today and

(01:12:04):
be there at the facility. He's like, no, you need
to go to work. It's nine to eleven. It's an
important day. You need to And I said, and I
agreed with that, and I said yeah. So he said,
you're giving me more stress by wanting to come. He says,
just come, you know, a little earlier, leave the show
a little earlier, and then come. So that's what I'm doing.
But these Brits are very hardheaded and they really like it,

(01:12:26):
like stiff up her lip and get it done. And
that's how he is. So love you, honey. I know
you can't hear me right now because you're in the surgery,
but I love you and I'll be at the hospital
soon whether you like it or not.

Speaker 5 (01:12:37):
Yeah, there you go. She's she's on the way.

Speaker 7 (01:12:40):
I tell you.

Speaker 4 (01:12:40):
Man, crazy brit He's really crazy. Hey, producers saying, are
you around?

Speaker 2 (01:12:44):
I'm here?

Speaker 5 (01:12:44):
What's up?

Speaker 13 (01:12:45):
Okay?

Speaker 15 (01:12:46):
So this has been an around the room of mine before,
but I thought it was a good time to bring
it back up. Make yourself a happy board whenever you
are able, And what that is is just a board
of things that are actionable you can do that you know,
bring you and make them like all kinds of you know,
levels of accessibility, Like my smallest one for me is

(01:13:06):
either playing with some pottery clay or getting a specialty
coffee from the place I really love and on days
I need it but I feel like I can't use
my brain, I just open up my list and I
do whatever things I'm able to do on that list.
So I thought now would kind of just be a
good reminder for everyone to make that list for themselves
when they're able, Because now I'm gonna go watch my
niece play soccer, because yesterday I felt like I needed

(01:13:27):
some happy stuff, so I plan that date with my
sister and it made me feel better.

Speaker 5 (01:13:32):
There you go, a happy board.

Speaker 8 (01:13:34):
I like that.

Speaker 5 (01:13:34):
Ye I'm gonna make a happy board. I'm gonna put
but sniffing on there.

Speaker 10 (01:13:37):
Please your boat buddy.

Speaker 5 (01:13:39):
Like the Walmart butt sniffer out in California. I like that.
You know what, that's the whole point of this. You
got to take care of yourself. No one's gonna take
care of you as well as you can if you
give yourself the love you deserve, for sure, So take
care of yourself. That is so stupid.

Speaker 6 (01:13:57):
Elvis Duran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 5 (01:14:00):
Oh well, well, well here we go, all mister.

Speaker 6 (01:14:10):
Ran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 5 (01:14:12):
Damn these bagels they are good. Were are these bagels
from up bagels? Okay, these pop up bagels. Here's the
problem with these pop up bagels. I've got an issue.
They're too good. Yeah, and they're right outside the door.
So every time you walk by, you grab a pinch
and he put some of that Green Goddess cream cheese
on there. Yea, and you eat it and I got,
oh my god, it's so good.

Speaker 10 (01:14:33):
You keep going back like this is My problem is, like, well,
I'll just have a quarter of a bagel this time,
and then the next time I go get the other piece,
and then I go back for the other piece.

Speaker 4 (01:14:40):
I'm so full. Scottie B, who is a bagel snob,
said this to me.

Speaker 5 (01:14:46):
What did you say? I don't know if I should
say this, just saying we got to go. These are
the best bagels I've ever had. Yeah, they're good, They're
really I'm in trouble now. And by the way, as
you suspect you are wrong this time, they are not
paying us to tell you that. From one's scary, We're
scary is not a pitchman.

Speaker 2 (01:15:02):
I think what's really fat?

Speaker 3 (01:15:04):
And this is how you know these bagels are incredible
because we share our food with everybody all the time.
But when these bagels came around, a sign was created.

Speaker 5 (01:15:12):
Oh yeah, our bagels get the sign.

Speaker 7 (01:15:17):
And it wasn't me.

Speaker 2 (01:15:17):
I didn't do it.

Speaker 5 (01:15:18):
It was one of my favorite passive aggressive signs. You
always get the passive aggressive signs in the in the
office kitchen, remember, like the one we got do not
put fish in the microwave? Oh yeah, and so what
I what did I do? I put fish in the microwave?
Entire fish. Okay, here's what who did you create the
sign sign? I don't know, Oh Friday, please wait until

(01:15:39):
nine am to eat these. Oh god, we own twenty
five minutes. Elvis Duran Show buys their own bagels for
our bagel Friday, which is on Thursday today. I like
that Elvis Durance Show buys their it should be it
Elvis Strand Show buys its own bagel. Maybe the Elvis
Show members buys their own bagels for our bagel Day,

(01:16:00):
and we are happy to give you leftovers if we
have anything left. Thank you for your understanding.

Speaker 2 (01:16:06):
With a kissy face, exactly, that's the poop sam.

Speaker 3 (01:16:12):
But listen, I appreciate that sign because you know how
it goes around here. Somebody tells somebody somewhere there's food
down there, and then all of a sudden we walk
out and there's nothing for that.

Speaker 7 (01:16:22):
He could have.

Speaker 16 (01:16:22):
Written it in a nicer way.

Speaker 7 (01:16:24):
I would know.

Speaker 5 (01:16:24):
No, No, I say, be more evil, get your ass
away from a bagel.

Speaker 10 (01:16:30):
It starts with pleas and it ends with thank you
for understanding and nice.

Speaker 3 (01:16:34):
That is a poop sandwich, as you said, And he
even laid out an explanation. He doesn't need to tell
people we buy our own bagel. It's our food. We
should just be able to have access to it without
other people pilfering.

Speaker 2 (01:16:44):
Yeah, pilfer until we put the stanchions up.

Speaker 3 (01:16:47):
Remember the time we put the stanchions up, people just
walked past them like they didn't even exist.

Speaker 5 (01:16:52):
I said, what right, Like they had like an all
access pass to our bagel. Yeah, how dare they anyway?
So that's what's going on. I guess we're very lucky.
That's as bad as it gets around here. We're very,
very fortunate.

Speaker 10 (01:17:04):
And by the way, we today's Thursday. I know this
is bagel Friday, but we bought them on a Thursday
this because we wanted them.

Speaker 5 (01:17:10):
Okay, here's another problem about these Who makes these bagels?
Hoop up these pop up bagels. I've noticed that ever
since we started eating them every week, we're all looking
a little more doe. Yeah for sure, stomach.

Speaker 10 (01:17:24):
I thought you said you had a rock hard abs.

Speaker 5 (01:17:28):
That's a hernia.

Speaker 3 (01:17:30):
Can I just say I witnessed him belly bumped someone
this morning and it was.

Speaker 5 (01:17:34):
Did they fly out the window?

Speaker 3 (01:17:36):
She did fly back, and I have it on video,
but I'm not going to post it the window they
did down on fifty fifth Street.

Speaker 2 (01:17:43):
She might have heard her back slightly lay across them.

Speaker 5 (01:17:46):
She requested a birthday belly bump? Did you survive the
belly bump? Are you okay?

Speaker 15 (01:17:52):
I survived?

Speaker 5 (01:17:53):
It was tough blast. God, it is Thursday, that Rocky
Froggy Froggy schood dooms. He's got the perfect meals to
all right, food news Thursday. All right, we really could
use some fun food news today. What do you have? Frog?
All right?

Speaker 12 (01:18:12):
Eminem says just announced a brand new flavor that is
now on store shelves. It is the Honey Roasted Peanut
M and M's not normal peanut minems. These are a
honey roasted Oh that sounds awesome. Yeah, It's basically a
peanut Eminem with the enhancement of honey roasting to provide
a sweet and salty flavor profile.

Speaker 5 (01:18:30):
There dun shelves, now I want them? Now I do too.

Speaker 12 (01:18:34):
Pillsbury has brought back their football shaped cookies now just
in time for football season. It's similar to the brand's
basketball shaped cookie, but this one shaped like a football.
It's also like tan in color, but do not be
fooled by that. It'll be a mind screw. It's not
chocolate flavored. It's still got the sugar cookie flavor to it,
but they look brown just like football's.

Speaker 5 (01:18:56):
So they're on.

Speaker 12 (01:18:57):
Shelves for a limited time only during football season. Nate,
this story is just for you. Did you know that
International Chocolate Day is coming up September thirteenth, so Saturday, well,
Krispy Kream is celebrating by bringing back the chocolate glazed
donut for just a few days, starting today through Sunday,

(01:19:19):
you can get chocolate glazed donuts at Krispy Cream. You
must act now through Sunday. Thank you, take advantage, Nate.
I'm gonna file this under things I'm not sure we needed.
KFC is releasing an official line of jellybeans that you'll
be able to get them next Easter. Each bag has
three flavors. Gandhi's making a face and Gandhi. You're exactly right.

(01:19:40):
They taste like fried chicken, sweet corn, and gravy. Oh
my god, I want to come back.

Speaker 5 (01:19:47):
I'm not sure we need this now we don't. And
then I saw this. This is a question. Would you
try sunscreen flavored ice cream?

Speaker 1 (01:19:56):
No?

Speaker 5 (01:19:57):
Have you ever wondered what sunscreen tastes like know whould
it tastes?

Speaker 9 (01:20:01):
You?

Speaker 5 (01:20:01):
Remember that time we had Uncle Johnny about the pool
in Las Vegas at the iHeart Radio Music Festival. Did
he melt well? He ordered a turkey a club sandwich,
and so Alex said, here it is a little little cup,
a little cup of man is here. Here's all Mayonnae's
for your yeah, for your sandwich. He splattered it all
over the bread. It was suntank lotion. You can't, I

(01:20:26):
can't believe you abusively see this citizen favorite.

Speaker 10 (01:20:31):
We did not poison Uncle Johnny at that time.

Speaker 5 (01:20:33):
That's not why he passed away. I just love Alex Is.
He is always just ready to screw. Yeah, sure is.
I love him so much. He's all your all right?
Are you ready for the countdown? Yes, you're ready for
the countdown.

Speaker 12 (01:20:45):
These are the top NFL stadiums ranked by food.

Speaker 5 (01:20:50):
Okay, all right, here we go.

Speaker 12 (01:20:52):
Number five where the Kansas City Chiefs play Arrowhead Stadium
at number five, Number four of the Caesars super Dome
where the New Orleans Saints play Oh God.

Speaker 5 (01:21:03):
Okay.

Speaker 12 (01:21:04):
Number three at and T Stadium in Dallas, where the
Dallas Cowboys play Oh Oh, God, sorry, number two NRG
Stadium in Houston where the Texas play Texans.

Speaker 5 (01:21:15):
Okay, we're getting close.

Speaker 12 (01:21:17):
And the number one in Philadelphia, Lincoln Financial Field, where
the Eagles play.

Speaker 5 (01:21:22):
Absolutely it makes sense. Philly always has the best food,
absolutely most and best food options. What about the Giants
Stadium That's where I'm going Sunday. I guess they came
in a number twenty seven, Scary says they've got great food. Well,
if you're like number twenty seven rated food, right, all right,

(01:21:46):
way to go, thank you. There's your food News Frogs
Food News. All right, Well, this is where we're gonna
do the Dani report. But her husband's having surgery. Now
they're talking. I'll do it. I'll do the muic.

Speaker 2 (01:22:07):
Wait is it written in her Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:22:09):
We're going to be able to run. No, I got
your stuff. I'm doing your report. No, I don't know
how to read your writing. Okay. Saturday Night Live returns
the first weekend in October, which happens to be one
day after Taylor Swift releases the Life of a Showgirl.
An anonymous insider claimed that Taylor and Sabriena Carpenter are

(01:22:30):
on the essenal schedule to both host and be musical guests.

Speaker 10 (01:22:33):
Very good. Hey, read this one done.

Speaker 5 (01:22:36):
I can't read your writing. That could be a big
thing if it happens.

Speaker 10 (01:22:39):
Oh my gosh, Yeah, it'll be a good season. So
we'll see what happens with that. Oh did you guys
know that Elon Musk was no longer the richest person
in the world for like two seconds, right, So Bloomberg
said that he was briefly overtaken by Oracle co founder
Larry Ellison, who's networth jumped up by eighty nine billion
after Oracle report did this unexpected quarterly result. But then

(01:23:02):
by the end of the day, Elon was back at
number one. What's the matter?

Speaker 9 (01:23:05):
Name?

Speaker 5 (01:23:06):
What?

Speaker 4 (01:23:07):
Why is Ben gay in your story?

Speaker 2 (01:23:09):
That's not what it says that.

Speaker 10 (01:23:14):
Has beneficiary?

Speaker 5 (01:23:17):
Gosh, your husband's church, because would make sure it makes
to them. I need to be his beneficiary.

Speaker 10 (01:23:26):
Let's talk about the Emmys going down Sunday night. Lots
of people nominated, of course, and the one of the
nominated series is like the most watched series, and people
are like, that isn't still on a lot of people
don't even realize Survivor, Yes, it is still here, and
it racked up four hundred and sixty two point four

(01:23:47):
million viewing hours. They're saying it's up for Outstanding Reality
Competition Series. We'll see what happens. The White Lotus is
also the second most watched show. It didn't even get
half those viewers. So that's how crazy big. I know,
it's insane. If you are going to the New York
Yankee game today for the September eleventh event, make sure

(01:24:07):
you go early because President Trump is going to be
there and the I mean especially now, it is going
to be crazy with security. And they're saying come early
starting tomorrow. If you are a super in a carpenter fan,
you want to get to Dunkin Donuts, They're gonna give
you a free reusable cup with purchase of any day
dream refresher. I don't know, Frog, did you just do

(01:24:27):
that story?

Speaker 5 (01:24:28):
I did not.

Speaker 10 (01:24:29):
I'm good, okay. Thank and the producers behind the David
Beckham docu series will release a three part docu series
on his wife, Victoria Posh Spice. Netflix says it will
be an intimate look at her life and career, and
of course it also is about her preparing for fashion Week,
and that will premiere on October ninth, and let's just
talk about what we're watching. If you're watching football tonight,

(01:24:50):
you got the package, you got the Commanders. You also
have celebrity family few. Lady Wilson's on that one peacemaker,
episode four of season two. And that is my Danielle report.

Speaker 5 (01:24:59):
Thank you Danielle, as you always do, like a pro,
your pro here it is. It's nine to eleven September eleventh,
twenty twenty four years ago today, and the weather here
in New York and Pennsylvania and in Washington, d C.
Was about the same as it was today on that day,
or as it is today on that day. So as
we do every single year, we take a moment, and

(01:25:21):
we're gonna take a moment in a second. So there's that.
So again, I think the theme of the day's show
is with all of the things that are going around
in this world of ours and in this universe, take
care of yourself and take care of the people you love.
Pick up the phone and say hey, I love you, you know,
and then slam the phone down on them. They'll always
kind of wonder like, what was that about. No, no,

(01:25:44):
don't do that. Today. You used to stay on the
phone with them after you say I love you, but
just do it. Make that you're one thing you have
to do today. Why are we playing Menchild?

Speaker 3 (01:25:57):
I was very impressed that this was our choice.

Speaker 5 (01:26:00):
Moving back after Manchild, Elvis, Ter Waran.

Speaker 6 (01:26:04):
And The Morning Show.

Speaker 4 (01:26:07):
Thank you, love you guys, guys so much.

Speaker 6 (01:26:10):
This is Elvis, Duran and the Morning Show.

Speaker 5 (01:26:13):
All you need is love, That's all you need. This morning,
Daniel's husband Sheldon, went in for a routine procedure. Yes,
and he's doing great.

Speaker 10 (01:26:28):
Yeah, he just got out. They just called me and
they're like, he's doing great.

Speaker 7 (01:26:31):
It was good.

Speaker 10 (01:26:32):
He's all good, and I was like, okay, good.

Speaker 5 (01:26:34):
Yeah, so now we can mess with you again.

Speaker 10 (01:26:36):
Yes, you can mess you know.

Speaker 5 (01:26:37):
This morning, we're all walking into the station to do
the show. We're like, what kind of show is this
going to be? Today? As it always is on nine
to eleven, but today you add into the mix what
happened yesterday? The Kirk story is still ongoing. Didn't you
have a school shooting we're dealing with in Colorado and
there's a lot of things going on around the world.

(01:26:58):
So how do you walk in here and go Okay,
I have the license to say this and that we
can laugh at that and not laugh at this, and
that you know, I'm you know, it's it's kind of
an odd thing walking in here. Then you do the news, Gandhi,
that's even three times more difficult than what we have
to do.

Speaker 2 (01:27:14):
No, we all do this together.

Speaker 5 (01:27:16):
So here we are, right and it seems to be
working out.

Speaker 20 (01:27:21):
Okay, we're gonna be okay, We're gonna get to this day.

Speaker 5 (01:27:26):
So it was.

Speaker 20 (01:27:30):
Twenty four years ago today New York, Pennsylvania, depentdagon and
all around the world. Let's take a moment, you know, Okay,

(01:28:13):
So from this point forward, it's what we make of it,
right that you can choose to live your life any
way you want. Right now, you may have started your
day off in a very very somber and sad mood, rightfully,
so questioning like what it's all about? Where are we
going now? Well, you can help determine where you're going

(01:28:35):
right now. It's all it's kind of it's not even
written yet, right, Yes, the day is young, it is,
it's totally unwritten.

Speaker 5 (01:28:43):
It's unwritten. Who sings that.

Speaker 2 (01:28:45):
It's awesome, betting Field.

Speaker 5 (01:28:47):
I'm gonna listen to this in a totally different way now, okay,
let's see where this takes this Just listen to the lyrics.
Absolutely that song makes all this sense in the world
so much. I've got another one. What is it? If

(01:29:08):
you want to make a change, you gotta make that change.
Oh you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 7 (01:29:12):
I knew it.

Speaker 2 (01:29:13):
Yes, yes, yes, you are going.

Speaker 5 (01:29:14):
To decerne with the rest of the day and the
rest of your life will be if you make that change.
Go look at the mirror. I love this song. You're
going to make a change for once.

Speaker 22 (01:29:24):
In min.

Speaker 6 (01:29:28):
Tattle Vista ran in the Morning Show.

Speaker 5 (01:29:30):
America's heroes need our help. Let's do good in their
honor by donating eleven dollars a month to the Tunnel
to Towers Foundation. Go to T two t dot org.
That's t the number two t dot org.

Speaker 6 (01:29:48):
Elvis Duran in the Morning Show, Hey.

Speaker 5 (01:29:50):
We have sound with Garrett coming up in a second.
Hold on now we cause a little storm earlier talking
about how you can be our official influencer at sea
on our Norwegian Cruise Line. One of my favorite new
Norwegian Cruise Line ships Prima.

Speaker 2 (01:30:06):
This is a cool idea, talk about it.

Speaker 3 (01:30:09):
It's just it's nice because you are going to get
a chance to do what we get to do all
the time and then show the world how fun it is,
not just us saying it so one you get to
experience that.

Speaker 5 (01:30:17):
That's awesome. Yeah, you know, we look at this relationship
with our friends at Norwegian as it's a family and
we go out there on the seas and so much work.
We have to eat, all that food, we have to drink,
all that boost, all the excursions. My god, I know
those beaches at our private island and the Bahamas. Yeah,
ooh god. So if we can't handle it anymore, that's

(01:30:40):
why we want you to do it. We want you
to be our influencer at sea. You'll hop on board
Norwegian Prima November second head out said what seven days?
I guess seven nights. You'll stop at our two hundred
and fifty acre paradise private island in the Bahamas called
Great Steer up Key. Then to Jamaica to Montego Bay,
Georgetown and Grand Cayman and the Koza Mountain Mexico, one

(01:31:00):
of my favorite places in Mexico that is so so underrated.
I love you.

Speaker 14 (01:31:05):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:31:06):
Very recently actually on a Norwegian cruise and it was amazing.

Speaker 5 (01:31:08):
By the way, don't do that. That that ferry from
cozaml to Cancun boy I threw up on that. God,
those seas were active. Really yeah, let let Norwegian get
you there safely. Yes, if you're on Prima, you don't
even know there's waves down below. They have those what

(01:31:30):
are those things called stabilizers?

Speaker 19 (01:31:31):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (01:31:32):
God, I need a stabilizer. Just walking down the street,
keep falling into old lady. Sorry, this must be on
my way to cozam al Uh. Anyway, we want you
to be our influencer at sea. We have someone who
wants to do it. Fernando. Hey, Fernando, how are you?

Speaker 6 (01:31:48):
Oh?

Speaker 14 (01:31:48):
I'm doing great? Elvis? How much Solf?

Speaker 5 (01:31:50):
How's everything beautiful? Brian Texan, Texas gigam.

Speaker 14 (01:31:53):
Oh it's It's a little warm, but I'll take it.
Hopefully that hopefully that winter time comes soon enough.

Speaker 5 (01:31:58):
I know Texas am right there. Hey. Do you ever
drive over to Houston and go through Brenham?

Speaker 14 (01:32:05):
Yes, the home actually do quite a bit of work
around Brenham.

Speaker 5 (01:32:08):
Do you guys know what it's so important about Brennan
now Texas? What It's the home of my favorite ice
cream in the entire world, and Froggy knows it too.

Speaker 2 (01:32:15):
Where is it your favorite.

Speaker 5 (01:32:18):
Bluebellt ice cream?

Speaker 4 (01:32:19):
Yeah? Blue Belt.

Speaker 5 (01:32:21):
They make it for themselves and they serve up whatever
they don't eat. I did not know that it is
so good. So, Fernando, have you applied to be our
influencer at sea?

Speaker 13 (01:32:31):
I have?

Speaker 14 (01:32:31):
I have.

Speaker 5 (01:32:33):
Yeah, you would do okay on this? I think you
let's just choose and let him do it. This is
end the contest now, so you have the perfect scenario
on which one of us should go with you. Do
you want to go ahead and share that?

Speaker 4 (01:32:48):
Uh?

Speaker 14 (01:32:49):
Sure. I just kind of went through everybody on the show,
and and I just kind of put how I'd spend
my time on the cruise if each person.

Speaker 5 (01:32:56):
Went okay with Gandhi? What would you do with Gandhi?

Speaker 2 (01:32:59):
Hi?

Speaker 14 (01:33:00):
So I know Gandhi, she just likes all the weird stuff.
So if I with Gandhi, you know, we just spent
our time talking conspiracy theories, aliens, you know, just anything weird.
I don't partake in drugs, but I can definitely get
enough drinks in me to make it fun.

Speaker 2 (01:33:14):
Okay, I think you would be a blast.

Speaker 3 (01:33:16):
And you know what, we can sit on that top
deck at night and watch the stars.

Speaker 2 (01:33:19):
It'd be amazing.

Speaker 5 (01:33:20):
Absolute you could trip out the stars on tequila and
where were you taking?

Speaker 2 (01:33:23):
No drugs?

Speaker 5 (01:33:23):
Beautiful? So what if it was Danielle? What if you're
on Norwegian Prima being an influencer at see with Danielle.

Speaker 14 (01:33:31):
So with Danielle, I've kind of got the same personality
as Froggy, does you know? I do all the dirty jokes.
But I think she could spend a little bit more
time with my wife, you know, because my wife she
loves Halloween, she lives for it. I mean, if it
were up to her, we'd have our Halloween decorations up already.

Speaker 5 (01:33:44):
But I thought her be careful. Yeah, look at that. Yeah,
we're checking the box.

Speaker 14 (01:33:49):
I love Disney, so they could they could, you know,
talk Disney talk Halloween?

Speaker 13 (01:33:53):
All right?

Speaker 5 (01:33:53):
Good, good, all right? What about Froggy? What if if
it was Froggy that you were influencing with?

Speaker 14 (01:33:58):
I'm sorry, Proggy, but we can talk all the sports.
We can talk about how Florida Gators they just ain't
doing too great and October eleventh isn't gonna go great
for them either. Gig them?

Speaker 5 (01:34:09):
Oh no, look at tags. Appreciate that. We got an
Aggie on the phone about what I mean, what if
you went with me?

Speaker 14 (01:34:18):
So I feel like with you, it's just kind of you.
You're kind of the wild card. We can go either direction.
You know, we could have a relaxing night, we can
have a fun night. I've kind of got a chameleon personality.
I can kind of blend in and do you know,
the fun do the just kind of relaxing. So whatever
you decide to do, I follow. We're just doing it.

Speaker 5 (01:34:36):
All right. Be careful, all right now I'm gonna I'm
gonna go ahead and cheat. Make you win, all right, friend, Okay,
We're gonna make it fair and square if you if

Mount Mexico, and you got it. Do a little work.

send someone who can help post this stuff for you
so you can just sit there and you know, drink
and hang out and eat. Fernando, I'll help you want
this thing? Go ahead?

Speaker 14 (01:35:17):
Can we just go ahead and just pull Nate's name
out of the hat, because how come we don't want
to go with nant in the room?

Speaker 5 (01:35:25):
Okay, go ahead.

Speaker 14 (01:35:27):
Nate just complains a little too much, does fine? Running late?
We don't have time for this, No, Elvis, you can't
do that.

Speaker 11 (01:35:35):
Hang on.

Speaker 5 (01:35:37):
Nate is somewhat of a bitch with your.

Speaker 4 (01:35:40):
Last name Fernando and taking you out of.

Speaker 5 (01:35:42):
The He has no control, Fananda. Yeah, he thinks he
doesn't have any control over that removed. Yeah don't. I
don't want to go seven days at Stevens. Nate really no,
here you do his bitch and moan listen, I'll.

Speaker 4 (01:36:03):

need a little bit of clouds to appreciate the sunshine.
I am the cloud a cage you are, and you
have to look for the sunshine. You Your life is
so much better because of me.

Speaker 5 (01:36:15):
You're a hurricane. Okay, Fernanda, we're taking him out of

Speaker 3 (01:36:46):
Yeah, can I say something about our favorite wet.

Speaker 5 (01:36:48):
Blanket fellow Texan Nate? Yeah, yeah, what okay?

Speaker 3 (01:36:51):
So he has to be the wet blanket of the room.
We know that he brings the storm clouds. But I've
been on vacation with him and he was a good time.

Speaker 19 (01:36:57):
Thank you.

Speaker 5 (01:36:57):
I've been on vacation with you too.

Speaker 3 (01:36:59):
Yes, when he doesn't have to like tell us what
to do.

Speaker 5 (01:37:02):
Seriously, you did try to pork my friend. Oh lord,
which friend?

Speaker 7 (01:37:08):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (01:37:08):
I remember that? That was No, I think that was reversed.

Speaker 2 (01:37:12):
Take him down.

Speaker 5 (01:37:13):
She tried to pork you I think that was all right, Yeah, okay,
there was there's no porking. Let's get into sound h Garrett,
Hey Garrett, how do I top that? I mean, uh
be top No, let's talk about this couple who is
going viral right now. So a TikToker in Nashville broke

(01:37:33):
up with his ex and he decided to get back
with his ex as his ex moved out of their
apartment by hiring a mariachi band. Sochi followed.

Speaker 8 (01:37:42):
The guy is packing his bag as he was taking
the TV off the wall, and.

Speaker 4 (01:37:51):
That'd be funny.

Speaker 8 (01:37:57):
And the guy sitting on champagne as his ex is
moving everything out of the house as a mariachi band
is playing. So so a different way to approach, uh,
breaking up with your X. All right, now, let's move
over to these news anchors kind of making fun of
the meteorologists who just got back from vacation, and they
kind of rag on the meteorologists a little bit.

Speaker 6 (01:38:13):
He needs to get out generally, she's been gone for
a couple of days.

Speaker 13 (01:38:16):
Apparently you can got We're ready for.

Speaker 10 (01:38:18):
Him to get out some more.

Speaker 6 (01:38:20):
Just kidding.

Speaker 4 (01:38:22):
No, I'm sure you too missed me like a recurrent crash.

Speaker 13 (01:38:27):
What you I didn't say anything.

Speaker 5 (01:38:29):
I'm nothing repeatable.

Speaker 4 (01:38:31):
You didn't say anything repeatable.

Speaker 13 (01:38:32):
No, we're going to talk about the weather's where we're
gonna stay.

Speaker 4 (01:38:34):
Off to YouTube.

Speaker 5 (01:38:37):
Really messing with each other. Yeah no, no, they love each
other very much.

Speaker 8 (01:38:42):
Danielle was talking about celebrity family Feud that's on tonight
with Lady Wilson. Little preview and listen to this.

Speaker 13 (01:38:47):
Name of Britney Spears, song that describes.

Speaker 22 (01:38:50):
You in the bedroom, Hit me Baby, one more time,
Hit me.

Speaker 5 (01:39:00):
Baby, one more time?

Speaker 4 (01:39:04):
You go?

Speaker 5 (01:39:05):
Do you have one? Do you have a Britney Spears
something that describes you in the.

Speaker 13 (01:39:08):
Bedroom, crazy, toxic.

Speaker 5 (01:39:10):
Toxic, You're scary, oh jeez, lucky.

Speaker 13 (01:39:17):
I'm I'm.

Speaker 5 (01:39:19):
Lucky.

Speaker 8 (01:39:21):
I'm not a girl, not yet a woman, Oh god,
scary all right? And then finally this came across my timeline.
Uh So, we play isolated vocals from time to time
where we just take the voice of our favorite singers
and just listen to how how raw and talented they are.
This is Whitney Houston from the Bodyguard singing, I have nothing.

Speaker 5 (01:39:41):
Oh no, I'm gonna cry please okay.

Speaker 7 (01:39:43):
Here inside, can't run from myself and there's no man
who don't make make I don't want bard anymore. Stay
in if you there, we must stay geny you there,

(01:40:11):
don't walk away from me. I have nothing, nothing nothing
If by don't.

Speaker 5 (01:40:28):
Wow, that's insane.

Speaker 4 (01:40:31):
Do you dare me to play it?

Speaker 5 (01:40:32):
There is light FM down the hall, gun like coming
down here and storm our door? Why are applying your
arm bars? You're a good American guy? Yeah, okay, so
take what you just heard. Add it to the orchestra. Yeah,
we don't have to players. If you don't want no,
I love it. Okay, okay, here she goes sing it
Whitney in bye don't. That is another sad story on

(01:41:05):
a very sad day. I don't mean to laugh sometimes
said things in abundance. Yes, it's like, can it get sadder?

Speaker 7 (01:41:14):
Right?

Speaker 5 (01:41:14):
Don't ask that adult.

Speaker 3 (01:41:16):
But you know what, when we went through the list
of what we talked about today, it was actually a
happy moment.

Speaker 5 (01:41:21):
Go down the list of things we talked about today.

Speaker 3 (01:41:23):
All right, Obviously, what happened yesterday with Charlie Kirk being murdered, Yes,
there was a school shooting. Yes, it's the anniversary of
nine to eleven. Yes, but also the butt sniffer.

Speaker 5 (01:41:35):
We talked about the cereal butt sniffer, Cereal.

Speaker 3 (01:41:37):
Butt sniffer, Nate being a wet blanket, some influencer stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:41:43):
What was the other one?

Speaker 5 (01:41:44):
Well, we can't say that on the air. Oh here's
the thing. There's no consistency with the show. And maybe
that's why we're you know, I maybe this why we're
not doing very well.

Speaker 3 (01:41:53):
I would say that we're consistently inconsistent and that is
our charm, you know.

Speaker 5 (01:41:57):
What it is. And we walked in this morning as
we do many mornings that are very on very sad days.
We don't know, we don't know what to do right,
to be honest, other than just try to make people
a little happier. And it's I don't know. I think
we did okay today.

Speaker 3 (01:42:16):
I think we did okay today. And I also think
it's a two way street. I think that so many
times we come in on days like this and then
we'll get some listener feedback, text messages, phone calls, whatever
it is, and they make us feel better too.

Speaker 5 (01:42:27):
Right, So thanks, Look again, today is what you make
of it. So go make it, make it happen, and
thank you for listening, Thanks for putting up with us. Oh,
it's the weekend.

Speaker 6 (01:42:37):
