(00:22):
And then we've got Steph who is now not an intern, right,
you're part timer, full time, full timer with our video department.
So I have beef with you. Our director of digital.
Is that what we call you? That's maybe? What do
you call yourself?

Speaker 2 (00:38):
I don't know. I change it a lot.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
What is it today? I think director works? Okay, director
of digital. We've got Ben who is currently an intern. Yes,
of course, of course, but you've been here for a
couple semesters three no, two two feels like forever? Ben,
I know what are we like him? And then we
have Celia who is full time now with the podcast.
Does that work?

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (01:01):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (01:01):
Correct?

Speaker 1 (01:02):
Okay. So that's everyone that's here today now. Andrew tossed
you all to me and said do a podcast. And
I have no idea what he wanted us to do,
and then he walked out of the room like a bum.
He is now you all kind of like like answer
to Andrew in some way right, like he's sort of
an overlord of things. Yes, how do you feel about that?
Because I can't even imagine.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
Well, I am Andrew's right hand man, so we have
a great time.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
Wait, so if Andrew sucks at his job and you're
the right hand what does this say about you, Celia?

Speaker 2 (01:33):
I probably suck too.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
Yeah, for everyone in here has to career. I have
a feeling Ben's going to be back hired.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
In some capacity one can hold.

Speaker 1 (01:41):
Do you really want to would you want to work here?
Of course? Okay, So tell us a little about yourself.
You guys have done these podcasts before without us, right,
Oh of course, people, so you have new people know
you a little bit, right, so I shouldn't ask you
that far. So then I will ask you to tell
me a little about yourself.

Speaker 3 (01:59):
Go ahead, what do you want to know?

Speaker 1 (02:00):
How did you get here? What misfortune brought you to us?

Speaker 3 (02:04):
So the misfortune was that I started in the fall
on the promotions team because I really needed like a
part time job, and I was like, wait, this is
kind of like fun and fresh. So I did that
for a couple of months, did jingle Ball, which was
honestly lit. Yeah, and then I had actually applied to

(02:24):
this internship last summer. Didn't get it? Andrew Andrew again
back rude, No, I yeah, I applied last summer. I
did not get it, which is fine. And then I
was like, wait, it's got to be opening up again.
And then I saw that it was posted applied here.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
We are okay, and you are currently living here, obviously,
which is how you get here all the time. Where
do you live?

Speaker 3 (02:48):
I live in Manhattan and yeah, it's a convenient little commute.
I love it.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
But you go to school in Massachusetts?

Speaker 3 (02:56):
No, I'm from massachu from Massachusetts go to school in
New York?

Speaker 1 (02:59):
Makes sense? How you are able to intern here?

Speaker 3 (03:01):
Of course?

Speaker 1 (03:02):
I'm okay.

Speaker 3 (03:02):
How I work part time in the foot Which school
do you go to?

Speaker 2 (03:08):
Okay?

Speaker 1 (03:08):
Yes? All right, so that's been abby. We learned a
little bit about you on my podcast Do you Want?
Do you want to share anything else about yourself? You
seem frazzled today?

Speaker 2 (03:15):
What's going on?

Speaker 4 (03:16):
Do I I'm I'm really tired.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
I'm really tired. This girl sleeps like sixteen hours a day.

Speaker 4 (03:24):
Doctors have been contacted because I did it again this weekend,
and I was like, this is so bad. I am
not doing anything that I want to be doing. I'm
just unconscious, which is like nice sometimes, but I my
waking hours are just all like working in chores, and
I'm like, I need more Cinderella. I know, God, I
need more waking hours.

Speaker 1 (03:44):
You do need a cottage and some mice that we'll
talk to you.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
I love that, just like an ocean.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
Okay, So Abby's struggling today. I hope you get an
app soon.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
Thank you. I don't think it's.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
Gonna okay, Steph, how are you doing today? I'm great?

Speaker 2 (03:57):
How are you? I?

Speaker 1 (03:58):
I'm freaking swell. This is amazing. Tell us a little
bit about you.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
Well, I used to go to school at forda University.

Speaker 5 (04:05):
I commuted here, I got the internship, and then I
graduated this year. I'm back at home for a month,
and then in July I will be moving to Manhattan.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
Oh where's home?

Speaker 5 (04:16):
Is it?

Speaker 1 (04:17):
Jersey Jersey on your necklace?

Speaker 2 (04:18):
Oh you do?

Speaker 1 (04:19):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (04:20):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (04:20):
Where in Jersey, Bergen County, Bergen County. And then you're
gonna be living where in Manhattan? Manhattan's a big place
right behind Lincoln Center. Ah, okay, and then where are
you in Manhattan?

Speaker 2 (04:31):
Finde?

Speaker 1 (04:32):
I okay, cool, Celia, anything you feel like sharing today.
Are you having a hard day?

Speaker 2 (04:37):
I am having a very hard time.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
What's going on?

Speaker 2 (04:40):
I had a level ten crash out yesterday.

Speaker 6 (04:43):
This is Celia's She's always on the verge of a
mental breakdown. And I'm like, one day you'll wake up
and realize that, Like, girl, you just gotta laugh at
your pain to get through it.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
It is what it is.

Speaker 6 (04:55):
We're all dealing with shit.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
Why do you think I played the.

Speaker 3 (04:59):
Sims so much?

Speaker 2 (05:00):
You know, exactly, staying in my bed.

Speaker 6 (05:05):
Everything, because your everybody is a second away or a
dirty stare away from having their own crash out.

Speaker 1 (05:13):
It is what it is. But I think she's funny,
no offense. The crash outs are very entertaining.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
I think they're funny. Like I laugh at my at
my psych word experience. I think it's hilarious.

Speaker 1 (05:25):
Now you don't know about this.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
We should talk about that.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
I wrote this up the other day and I actually
texted Celia and asked her to please send me the
video because I was talking to someone about it and
they're like, that didn't happen. I said, it did happen,
and I have video, and I texted her and she
was like, oh lord, and she sent me the video.

Speaker 2 (05:40):
So let's video.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
You've never seen the video. Okay, let's tell people first
of all, this video, by the way, the psych word
experience and all this is very real. Is how you
ended up getting a job here, which again says something
about your boss Andrew and Diamond. Yeah it was her
crashouts are entertaining, it is. Yeah, all right, Celia, tell

(06:03):
us what happened.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
Okay, it's a day in twenty twenty one.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
All right, after she he's gonna say, let's get to
the point here.

Speaker 2 (06:10):
Okay, So basically, my friend and I who's my now roommate,
we are This is important context. We're from Louisiana, went
to college. She went to college in Virginia. I went
to college in Wisconsin. We bought tickets while we were
in high school still for Harry Styles concert in Connecticut. Okay,
a bunch of different places here. We bought them for
Connecticut because it's the smallest venue. We love Harry Styles.

(06:33):
We wanted it to be intimate fun. Okay, gets rescheduled
because of COVID to like late twenty twenty one, so
we had to find a way from our colleges to
like still get there and do the whole thing. Spend
a lot of money flew there.

Speaker 1 (06:46):
Which is why your finances are in ruins.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
Exactly. Got a hotel, you know, all the good things
we had, like VIP so you could get in early,
get a couple of drinks, get merched early, and then
you like guaranteed barricade. So we go. We go to
mohegan Son. This is the place of the crime, the
scene of the crime. And if you are listening mohegan Son,
and yes, I'm looking at this camera, you will rue

(07:10):
the day.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
So meagan Son is a casino by the way that
also sells alcohol. And you were how old you know?

Speaker 2 (07:19):
I was nineteen, right right, So threatened mohican Son. Go ahead, yes, yes,
And so I was really like nervous. I've been to
a concert like years from COVID and I was like,
you know what I want to drink cause I'm shaking
in my boots. So I went to go get my drink.
And I have a Massachusetts fake ID That's what I had.

(07:39):
And I didn't really think about like the proximity of
can I get massa Chusetts, Like they know what a
Massachusetts idea really looks like yeah. So I go up
to the calendar and I'm like, hey, I'll take like
a moscow mule cut water and she's like all right,
I D and I was like okay, handing her my
fake I knew its scanned, so I was like, I'm
not I'm not worried. I'm set. That was not true.

(08:01):
She scanned it, but the scanner was broken, so she
let me go. Then I was like, all right, easy money,
I'm going back for another one before we go in.
Got my merch. Yeah yeah, got my merch and everything.
And I go to get my second one and she's
like all right, I D like again and I was like,
all right, bet here's my ID, like haha, scanner doesn't work.
It worked, and I'm telling you it's scanned. And it

(08:24):
was like beep beep, beep beep, like notifying her at
the same time that the alarms are going off. They're like, okay, everyone,
we're gonna go down into the pit, like it's time
to go to your places. And I was like, all right,
take the drink. I'm done, here's my ID, get me out.
I'm going into the concert. And she was like no,
so two tall men in suits and eat with ear
pieces come and grab me security yes, by the arms,

(08:47):
and I was like wait and what like no, I
don't gotta go like take my stuff, you can. You
can take me after like I don't care, just let
me see the concert and then you can hold me
hostage here. So they bring me to like a tiny room,
like really small, and in this room there were IDs
like plastered on all of the walls pictures of people,
and then this man at like a computer with privacy

(09:10):
screens like out of severance, I swear and yeah, but
he was like he was like CEO security, you know,
like he had like a badge and all that. Anyways,
I was just like screaming, crying like don't don't do
this to me, please, like let me out. I'm really sorry.
And I offered like anything. I was like I will

(09:31):
take a mop, I'll clean the bathrooms, I will go
sell concessions. I'll move here and start working for you.
I'll mow your lawn, I'll do anything you want. They
didn't like that, and so then at one point I
was just like listen, like you don't understand Harry Styles
has done so much for me, like if you don't
let me in, like something bad is gonna happen, like

(09:52):
I'm going to die.

Speaker 1 (09:53):
I'm gonna stop you. Yeah, because you ended up in
a psyche word. Did you say I'm going to die?
Or did you say I'm going to kill myself?

Speaker 2 (10:02):
This is the thing I don't remember, Celia, I was.
I blacked out. I blacked the fuck out. I don't remember.
I remember like one scene that I can see in
my head, and that's how I know all this stuff
that was on the walls. But the scene that I'm
talking about is about to happen right now. So I'm
hysterically crashing out, like not level ten crash out, this

(10:24):
is like beyond a level. And after I said that,
they were like, Okay, you're like really hysterical, Like we're
gonna get you checked out. We're gonna have like a
fire Marshall come in fire. So he comes in and
he's like, all right, I'm gonna take yourloo pressure, like
can you like lift up your your sleeve? And so
I lift up my sleeve. Homeboy doesn't pull out no
blood pressure monitor. He picks me up bridle style opens

(10:48):
the door. Two policemen are waiting there and there's a
a gurney that's yeah, a gurnie that's taller than me.
I'm five foot ten, Like it's taller than me. He
picks me up like hoist me on there, then straps
me down, my arms and my legs everything. I couldn't
freaking move, okay. I Meanwhile, there are children and their

(11:10):
mothers like walking by me because I'm not in that
little room anymore. I'm out in the open by concessions
and I oh. Also, my friend I told her to stay.
I said, if you don't stay, I'm gonna be mad
at you. You paid for this too, so I am
a good friend, don't worry. But anyways, she was having
the time of her life. Meanwhile, I didn't know where
they were bringing me. I'm getting pushed on this. I
end up in the freight elevator, go down the floor.

(11:35):
Those doors open, and I see Harry styles his clothes,
his band, the girl the opener just came off the stage.
I could like I felt like I was on stage,
but like in a gurney. So yeah, I'm screaming like hey,
like come save me.

Speaker 1 (11:51):
Like I knew you wouldn't want this. I deserve the
psyche word based on the story so far. Absolutely so.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
Then they put me in an ambulance and I said,
are where are we going? Like I don't understand what
this is necessary for? Like I didn't really get nothing
was clicking clearly. So yeah, I end up at the
psych ward. They are holding me by the arms, like
walking in there, like I had committed a huge crime.
And I walked by the little community center. There's a

(12:18):
really scary man like with his hands and his face
on the glass, like staring me down. I had to
take a p test and the guy in front of me,
and by the way, it was a metal toilet like disgusting,
like foul like prisoner treatment. He blew it the hell up,
like never in my life have I smelt something that

(12:40):
putrid and rancid. Ever, and poor man was blind in
like sixty five. But so then I got locked into
a metal room for fourteen hours.

Speaker 1 (12:49):
Okay, yeah, and how did you get out?

Speaker 2 (12:51):
Ooh? I had to get evaluated, so the psychiatrist. It
took her so long, and I was like, girl, listen,
I'm fine, let me out. I just got to see
this concert, so I'm going to find a way to go.
And she was like all right, honestly, I kind of
believe you, like you seem stable, like you just what Yeah. Yeah,

(13:12):
she was like, she was like, you seem fine, Like
it's okay, all right, go home, my mom said, Linse. Yeah,
my mom sent a sprinter van to pick me up
from the psyche board at three in the morning, and
I had to change my flight to go home because
my school wouldn't let me go back without being like
evaluated by my.

Speaker 1 (13:28):
Psychiatrist to school find out.

Speaker 2 (13:31):
Oh, it was like a whole entire thing. Like I
was living in the sorority house at the time, so
all of my like soorty scissors were talking about it,
like while I was going out, I obviously send pictures.

Speaker 1 (13:41):
Okay. So this brings us to how you got this
internship and this video that went viral. Yeah, because it
starts out with you having a great time at the
Harry Styles pre party, dancing and whatever, and then it
flashes to you crying, strapped down to a gurney, which
brings me to, at what point, while you were strapped
to the gurney crying and having you know, a level
three hundred crash out, did you pick up your phone

(14:02):
and think I should record this.

Speaker 2 (14:03):
I really like, I don't know, but all I have
to say to past Celia is thank you, because if
I didn't have that video, could you imagine me like
telling this story without any receipts, proof evidence, timeline, Like
it look less crazy.

Speaker 3 (14:20):
I've never seen it, so that's my experience.

Speaker 2 (14:23):
But you haven't heard the whole story, and this is
your story time.

Speaker 3 (14:26):
This is like the fifth time.

Speaker 1 (14:27):
Yeah, yeah, everyone's heard this story about Celia. But the
way that she got the internship from that dramatic moment
was because I believe one of the questions they ask
you guys, is have you ever had something go viral? No,
they asked me the time you've made like an imprint
in social media?

Speaker 2 (14:42):
They just they just told me, tell like, do you
have a crazy story? Like off the top of your head.

Speaker 1 (14:46):
And got the craziest story, and they're like you're iron.

Speaker 2 (14:49):
Andrew was like, I'm entertained.

Speaker 6 (14:50):
Yea, Andrew again, we were on right now we're on zoom.

Speaker 2 (14:54):
I see it too, And I.

Speaker 6 (14:55):
Was like, oh, okay, she had already I had already
said I liked her because she housewives and now it's
about that, and I was like, absolutely.

Speaker 1 (15:04):
The standards to work here are so low?

Speaker 2 (15:06):
Absolutely, you know what? That kind of hurts my feelings?
Does Yeah? How not? Actually, like I'm.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
Messing with you, just like Diamond's like she like Real Housewives.
So she was in Andrew's like she had a total
crash up, but she recorded it. So she's in and
I'm just sitting here like what is going on?

Speaker 6 (15:23):
Andrew's eyes lit and when she told this story, Andrew
loves drama.

Speaker 1 (15:28):
So looking back at what happened, do you feel like
you deserved it?

Speaker 2 (15:32):
Absolutely? Okay, I did the wrong thing. Okay, I shouldn't
have said that, But at the same time, I was
genuinely blocked out like that was not Celia. I don't
know who that was. Well, I say, I say when
I drank that, I don't go out. My dark passenger
does so I think, yeah, dark, so my dark passenger

(15:53):
that was her.

Speaker 1 (15:54):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (15:55):
Her name is Celiac, Celiac. Okay.

Speaker 1 (15:58):
I just.

Speaker 6 (16:00):
Disclaimer to the people who have stuck around for this story.

Speaker 2 (16:06):
God bless you.

Speaker 6 (16:07):
Number one, yes, and number two, don't change your opinions
on the other people in the room because we're kind
of like, yeah, amazing, hilarious, when honestly.

Speaker 1 (16:18):
We should be like, this is sick, you're a little
I'm sorry I said that has made that has made.

Speaker 2 (16:26):
It known wide that she thinks psychotic.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
Which part is psychotic?

Speaker 1 (16:32):
Which part? Is it bad that?

Speaker 4 (16:33):
I think it's kind of valid.

Speaker 2 (16:35):
Yeah, thank you.

Speaker 3 (16:37):
Like the reaction, the recording the phrase that enter in
the psych ward.

Speaker 1 (16:43):
I think it's the phrase that ended her up in
the psyche work. Yea more so totally. But like that
was a.

Speaker 4 (16:48):
Child that was trying to drink to see your concert,
that was drinking.

Speaker 2 (16:54):
Average, we know who to call when we get arrested.

Speaker 1 (16:59):
I appreciate it. I appreciate the honesty. I think it's hilarious.
I'm just like, okay, so you did, you earned it,
and that's fine. Ended up in a psych word and
here you are now that that actually led to some
really good stuff in your life.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
Well, are you happy that you're here?

Speaker 1 (17:11):
Why wouldn't I be? Because I feel like you think
I'm nuts? You are telling that story. Well, I would
say everybody here is nuts. So like, if you're not
nuts on some level, it's gonna be really hard for
you to adapt to this environment.

Speaker 2 (17:27):
Could you imagine like a normal person walking in here
right now.

Speaker 1 (17:30):
They would call HR on us immediately, Yeah, is there
even Yeah? Yeah, once we don't have HR, and everyone
got really mad at me. They're like, don't say that.

Speaker 2 (17:38):
Where are they? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (17:39):
Where? Oh?

Speaker 6 (17:41):
She hears from me all the time.

Speaker 1 (17:46):
Okay, my last question, because this has probably gone longer
than it was supposed to. But for everybody in the room,
who would you say when we're talking about how everyone
here is crazy? Who do you think is the craziest
person on the show? With yes on the show, I'm
gonna start with Diamond because I'm pretty sure she has
an answer ready to go for that.

Speaker 2 (18:02):
Scary.

Speaker 6 (18:03):
Absolutely, he's just he's a lunatic, but in a Looney
Bin type of way, like like Cartoon Network Looney Bin,
old school cartoons type of crazy.

Speaker 1 (18:11):
Absolutely, absolutely, Okay, fair enough, Celia.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
I'd say scary. But honestly, sometimes I kind of think Elvis.

Speaker 1 (18:20):
Okay, that's fair.

Speaker 4 (18:21):
You know.

Speaker 2 (18:21):
Yeah, he runs in and he's like what and then
he leaves like okay, honestly, vibe.

Speaker 3 (18:28):
Then like low key Danielle, but in like the best way.

Speaker 1 (18:32):
Okay, all right, I like these answers. They're all very different. Yes,
I don't know, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (18:37):
I don't know that I have a good one.

Speaker 1 (18:38):
I kind of would be so diplomatic.

Speaker 4 (18:40):
No, I just my brain isn't it's not here in
this room with me today. I feel like scary is
an obvious answer. But like Diamond said, like traditionally looney,
But I was also thinking Elvis, just.

Speaker 2 (18:52):
I feel like he has so much lore to him.

Speaker 1 (18:55):
He's lived so many lies and you have no idea.
I mean, he has seven videos of him strapped to
a gurney.

Speaker 2 (19:00):
Honestly, he needs to see that video just to know
that he's not alone.

Speaker 1 (19:08):
Oh god, yeah, who do you think it is?

Speaker 5 (19:10):
I was gonna say scary because of his edim music,
but I'm thinking Scottie.

Speaker 2 (19:15):
Oh underrated answer.

Speaker 1 (19:17):
So that's exactly what I was gonna say. I think
Scott is a lunatic in so many ways and also
in the best ways, Like I love him, but the
man is crazy. He's unhinged, and he claims he's going
to have a heart attack here. I think he's trying
to so he gets some sort of like workman's comp
out of it. But okay, great, what good answers? I
had fun with you guys today.

Speaker 2 (19:35):
Wait, what's your answer? Scottie Oh yeah, yeah, I think
it's time.

Speaker 1 (19:43):
Okay, everybody say bye

Speaker 2 (19:45):
Bye after party
