Speaker 1 (00:02):
What would you talk about on your on your podcast? Phone?
Elvis represents a fifteen minute morning show as they say,
what are you gonna talk about your fifteen in the
morning show? What are you gonna talk about? Everybody? Great
to you? Hear Gandhi over there? Got Danielle there and
(00:24):
I got done? Nat? Now what up? Everybody? Are you doing? So?
What's going on? I don't know? You're looking really fit
these days. No, I'm not. I'm sucking it in. I'm
really Why are you? I don't mean you, I don't
mean your stomach visceral fat is gone. But you've been
going to the tell you about that visceral fat. What
do you mean? It's a true thing. It's a real thing.
You learned about that when you got lifebo suc visceral fat. Yeah,
(00:46):
it's a big deal. Hey, can I ask you something
about the Hold on? Yeah, hold on the microphone? Is
something's wrong over there? Gandhi? Hello? Yeah there you got
you gotta really shout out to that one. Hello Hello.
Before we got into the studio, scary in here, you know,
scary acts like the chief engineer, He's like you tap
(01:07):
on the microphone, one, tap on microphone to My favorite
is that he didn't think you've ever been in here
to do a like said, and everything he did, I said, dude,
I did all of that. We're good, right. Radio is
not brain surgery. This is not putting a man on
the moon, buttons record. If you know how to walk
(01:29):
and talk, you could do radio. Sell Us doesn't know
how to run this thing. But here's the thing I
used to in college. I ran the board all the time.
But that's an older version of he. But when I
got here twenty something years ago, twenty five years ago,
they told me don't learn to run the board. And
(01:50):
I know why, and they go, because you're going to
get stuck doing things you don't want to do. So
I didn't learn. They told me not to learn things
all the time. I just can't sit by something and
not know what it does. IM good that there was
an old boss that we had here. His name Steve Kingston,
and he was he's very good friends with Elvis and
(02:11):
Steve Kingston. When he used to get mad at everybody,
all the DJs on the radio, he used to shout
at them, I can get a bunch of garbage pickers
to come in here, I insult, Yeah, but what he was, Yes,
it was his way of saying that this is not
anything difficult people. You know, like anybody could do this.
It's really not rocket science. So here is different. I
(02:33):
think you get paid a certain amount of money to
press these buttons there. Yeah, but in California when I
was doing this, it was nine dollars an hour. No
way could be a board op. Yeah, nine dollars an
hour it was. I think that's less than minimum wage.
That is fift years ago. But at the same time,
it's not that hard once you know what you're supposed
to be doing and what button does? What right? You see?
(02:56):
I got I know some of the stuff here. I
don't know what all these buttons you I don't. I
mean I can get through I half, but I need
somebody that really does know it. Half of them don't
do a damn thing. They don't know. Look pretty, they
look pretty, look pretty there for like live broadcast. Do
you think that's the same thing like on an airplane,
like you know when you go on the pilots the way,
(03:18):
but maybe there's a couple of buttons that are just
this one's just for SI. In my mind, when it
comes to an airplane, I want to make sure every
button is working. Jake is here, Jake, Yes, what are
you doing? Jake is walking around with clothing. We have
to go do a video today and he has to
wear green pants. But the only thing we have is
(03:38):
long sweatpants and it's like ninety degrees in New York
City today, So I'm going to cut them and make
them into shorts. So anything that I need him to
put it on so that I can cut it, well
not very big. So yeah, a lot of times. Uh,
we've always said that our job is not done, you know,
(03:59):
at at the conclusion on the morning show and you're
still speaking, well, Jake is putting there's other things that
have to be done behind the scenes. So so you
do a thing up like what are you thinking? So
when we're done with this podcast, Jake and I have
to go, oh my god, to go uptown, right, So
(04:21):
we have to go up to like where we go exactly? Oh,
I got you where like an old gym teacher? Like
your tits? Like how short do you want? They don't?
We can make them like booty short hands. Okay, let
me explain to everybody. Walker Okay, okay, okay, I have
(04:44):
to go to fifty fifth Street uptown, right, and I
have to dress up like a cookie, like a chocolate
chip cookie, and we're doing something. We're their friends at Taste, right. So,
so Nate has been in on the phone conversations that
have been taken place up until today. You want to
there's a there's it's a sampling. Right. So they've got
this little this little truck which they call a tuck
tuck Right, it's a mode of transport. It's a mode
(05:07):
of transportation, and it's going to be parked up at
our fifty fifth Street office and great, he's going to
be dressed as a cookie giving up free samples to
people on the street. Jake is going to be filming
it because then we're gonna be putting it on the
website exactly talking about it on that's what everybody can
see what we did. Are you going to be well no, no,
just today and no, I am definitely not doing it.
That put on a cookie costumes. It the one I
(05:29):
saw on that. So it's a front side and a backside,
you know with my body. Yeah. The great thing is
that the cookie costume weighs about it's a big, heavy
cop of big cookie. So All of a sudden, Jake goes,
oh my god, we got another package delivery. So he
opens it up and it's a letter and it says
here this goes with the cookie, and it is sweatpants
and a sweatshirt that they want me to wear. But
(05:50):
like Jake said, today, here in New York it's gonna
be nineties some one degrees, So I am not dressing
I'm not wearing that. I'm wearing what I'm wearing, which
is my black short. Yeah, but what if it's like
a corporate costume, then you can't definitely not corporate. I'm saying.
If it's a costume that like that that they then
they've approved, then I don't know, you have to dress
(06:11):
like the cookie they want you to be. I feel
like the cookie is going to cover the green shorts.
He's kind of making them like cou Yeah. The thing is,
I never listen how long are you gonna be dressed up?
You didn't answer that? Okay, the problem there's okay, well
this is the reason why I'm trying to avoid that.
So yeah, I think like Nate is right because he's
is our executive senior producer, so he's not everything. So
(06:31):
I think that as a story goes, they really did
want to have me there like a long time. I
think Nate was being protective and it's like, listen, he's
only going to be their X amount of hours they
originally want to I think for three hours now. And
I have now talked to Jake behind the scenes and
I said, Jake, here's what's gonna go on. When we're
done with the video, We're out, Like I'm leaving. I
(06:54):
am not staying there to do this all freaking day.
I'm not. By the way, you got a ratchet ass job.
Everything about it is terrible. You should have gone to like,
you know, to the internet to teach your head cutting.
They're not even Jake. Come on, man, I would even
(07:14):
accept cook for you. Like, what the hell is this?
I really feel bad for Tease, not even thank you. Yeah,
you know, like wrapping a Christmas You think getting paid.
I don't. We don't want to pay. Okay, we don't
want to talk about that. Listen here in the New
York City area, you know the morning show, Elvis to around.
The Morning Show is a very popular show. So if
(07:36):
you want one of us, eat Gandhi yourself, Danielle, name
me scary anybody froggy. You know, if you want us
to come and do something, you do have to pay.
I'm not can't. I'll stop. You're trying to trust me
pants let's take my short Please don't take your pants off.
No HR problems here, so you wouldn't be wearing I
(07:57):
am gonna wear underwear. Yeah, I'm gonna, but you do
have to pay for us to be at your event.
I want to say, I do feel bad because Daniel
is not going to go somewhere cookie cos she's just
doing that not they know that Greg is. Of course
I'll do it because the problem is that nobody takes
(08:18):
me seriously. So the only way I make extra dough
around here is if I go and do something ridiculous.
I will say it's ridiculous because it's taint. Everybody will say.
And what I will say is you get more opportunities
because you're willing to do I haven't done an appearance
in a year, but I don't even get approached for
the cookie like I would. I would jump out of
an airplane for an appearance. They know not to go
(08:40):
to you for that. Yeah, like I jumped in with sharks. Yeah,
sharks now I want to say something. I am to
pull up. I want to say something though, Wait, will
you pull them up out of your tids again? I will,
but don't let me. You're telling you you can see
my underwear is nice? Breg It about these change from
(09:01):
banana banana again? Not a sponsor. I've been telling you, guys,
Jockey and again, we're getting paid not a dime for this. Okay,
only for the tape, right, Like I could say, eat
clean bro all day long, but no, we're not getting
paid for Listen. What I'm saying is I love these
jockey underwear. Jockey came out with a whole new style.
(09:22):
I will say I did not think those were jockey. Yeah,
that's what I'm saying. That amazing. Look at my stomach.
My stomach is you had you had? Yes, that's for
the sides on the front. You have to go to
another specialist. I love to go inside your organs. This
is the visceral inside the organs. No, that's visceral fat.
(09:46):
That's what I'm saying. He did what he could do.
People think that light bo you become like skinny. Now
that really depends if you have a lot more fat
that is outside of your organs, then yes, the light
bob will help the outside. But if you're like me
and your visceral fat which is on the inside around
your organs, you got to go to some kind of
(10:06):
special He was my thing. All that pain you went
through for nothing? Well, I mean it's not for nothing.
Do you feel like it did something? A little bit? Okay?
Really nice about that. I'm just you know what happens here.
I told Daniel this once before. My body is ready.
So like if I want to go to the gym
(10:26):
and I want, it's right, So it's ready. Like if
I go like the way he says it, if you
go to the gym every single day, right, and you
get on a treadmill for an hour at least every day,
you will then your body will morph into the design
that he did wants. I'm never going to see that design.
(10:48):
What witchcraft is this? Why won't you do it for
an hour a day? I don't have the time, I
really don't. I don't have the time. Your body will
have two hours. I also getting here like two thirty
in the morning. I wake up early, I come in
to work. Where's my chair? Now? What is going on
in this is where the whole instead of instead of
(11:10):
that desk back there with a chair a treadmill. You know,
if we brought some gym equipment into this building, we
would use it, wouldn't we? Oh? I think totally. I
think if we set up a gym somewhere, people would
use it. People place my chair with one of those
balls they can sit on and work on your core.
I would do that. See, that's what we should do.
We should have extra space here somewhere for a couple
(11:31):
of pieces of gym equipment and then we can work
out either before or after the show. It would be
so much better for all of them. Let's let's contact
somebody and have them bring in some gym equipment right
out into the Black Mole so we can breathe that
in a spot. Where would we put all this stuff better?
I don't know. Well, Danielle never uses your desk. You
don't my desk too, din't have our desk. Times are
(11:54):
changing and we really aren't using those back desks anymore.
But you know what it is when you have a
desk computer, you're always back to do it. Now you
have a laptop taking take out and I'm only there
to sleep and I can sleep anywhere. Yeah, it doesn't
matter to me. So I think that'd be a perfect space.
We have the Elvis Uran gym back there. It's probably
getting more use than Yeah, we can open up those windows.
(12:16):
We have a good view out there. You have them,
your props. I can't wait to get rid of like
a home depot all things back there. It's like a garage.
I'm so embarrassed that you had to see this good time.
I was so so embarrassed that you got to see that,
because in honesty, I really want to get rid of
all that stuff. But the day I get rid of it,
you know what's gonna happen. But Elvis is gonna say,
(12:37):
go dress up like this, and I don't know. I
get put on my high heels and I gotta get it,
get it, and I gotta have several pair because I'll
have to have That's why my white high heels may
not go with one I'm wearing at that red and
black and you name it. I gotta have them all.
So I got sneakers in every color, my fancy sneakers.
I don't think the audience really, really really believes that
(12:57):
we have so many props. You tell him like Hey,
we need you to dress like a peacock. That I
got it. He will go back there and putind a
way to put together a peacock a bit. Actually, right,
dress that show. Let's make a deal. Okay, great every day,
that's great. We started throwing stuff and the thing is
(13:21):
too like, you're so creative and you need to make
something up. You'll find a piece of fabric and all
of a sudden it's a cave or you cut off
pants and it becomes your your superhero outfit. I mean,
you really are. I tried. It was a lot of
pot smoking at a younger age that fried my b
get started. Now now I think it opened your brain,
opened it up to be creative. That's always to come
(13:43):
up with our pledge names for all the other pledges.
When we were in my fraternity, we would all sit
around and hit the bond as hard as we could
and then we'd be like, oh, yeah, let's call that
guy Grandmaster butt Jam And I'm like, oh, that's awesome
that that was my name. That's how it happened. I
was Grandmaster but Cham. They felt that I always was
trying to kiss ass to get out of being hazed,
you know, so they like I was the grandmaster, but jam,
(14:06):
that's who I was. My one my one on one
brother was come of some young boy. He had always
been some young guy. No, it was some young boy
he had always here. You go, I am come of
some young boy. I am requesting entrance into the house
so much. I never said that I missed out on
the car ZB did it? I did it briefly? Yeah,
(14:32):
but you also did CBT had a real I mean
a big school. I don't know if anybody knows what
the pens bro mean. It was briefly. That is a
big school. That is a big family, ridiculous, fairly junk.
Greek life is kind of the same everywhere. It's just
a bigger scam, bigger Did you have a rat skeller?
(14:53):
What is that? Oh? Yeah, we don't have it anymore.
They took it over. I forgot what it is now.
And you went to Ohio State, the Ohio State University,
another big college. I want to say, John's you know
what you got? Shut up? Didn't go away? Yeah, we
all are college graduates. When was the last time anybody
(15:15):
asked to see your diplumba? And I have not used
either of my degrees for that's a good political science
and strategic communication space. I have political science, yes man, yes,
all right, well listen, we are running out of time, guys,
so we do you have to kind of shut this
thing down, because when you say what would you do
(15:36):
on your fifteen minute morning show for today, it would
be what would you do? Young boy? App the young boys?
I don't know where it ends. So why don't we
just say goodbye, good fifteen minute morning show
