NYPD officers are recovering from injuries after being shot and
stabbed overnight in Brooklyn. Police say three officers were on
patrol trying to prevent looting when it appears a man
randomly attacked them. One officer was stabbed in the neck,
while the two others were shot. All of them have
been hospitalized and are expected to survive. The suspect is
in critical condition, and as we said, a motive is

unclear at this point. For the first time in months,
cash toll collections have resumed on the New York State Thruway.
They were put on hold in an effort to slow
the spread of the coronavirus. Drivers without an easy pass
will once again need to get a ticket when they enter,
then they'll pay a toll collector when they exit. The
return of the tollbooth workers will only be for a
few more months, since the state was already switching to
