My favorite part was like obviously learning more about myself

say bye, gave me her number, and like was just
so sweet about like saying like if I ever needed
anything in the future, Like it's just people like that
that like really like go like it really like holds
special place in my heart because she doesn't need to
do that, like I'm just an intern, Like she has

so many things to do and that I think that's
just so nice. Like and every morning like this is
a fun little thing. But Scott would have fruit and
he would share with me in Diamond and it was
just like so so cute and nice. So it's just
such a great working environment to be here. And that
was my favorite thing.

So I would say the first thing is definitely meeting
the entire crew. Like I said, I have been listening
to this radio station since I was like maybe ten,

I think just coming into the office every day. It's
just like you never know what to expect when you're
in the office. I'm like more of the quiet one,
so I'm just like observant and I hear everything. But
it's just like hilarious the conversations that I hear half
the time. Oh yes, it's just like a breath of
fresh air, honestly. So I just I just enjoyed continuing
to do what I love in a place that's new

still not open. And apparently the issue is is because
they built like this really grand stage, but they applied
to the city for a building permit that's for temporary buildings,
like temporary structures, so it can be less safe because

got to be up to code, and they just never
got up to code and they were like bleeding money

here's the story. They just canceled a lesso. So out
in Ridgewood on the border between Queens and Brooklyn off
the l there is a place called the Brooklyn Mirage

and it was like a famous like mid tier like
upper echelon venue, sort of like terminal five level. And
they're like, we're gonna do this big remarket. We're gonna
do a big what's the word where you renovate. They renovated,
and they're like, we're gonna be open in May. And
they had a huge, like full roster, like every day

something new, and then it hits May and they're like, hey, guys,
were not done. And then it hits June July they're
still not open. And apparently the issue is is because
they built like this really grand stage, but they applied
to the city for a building permit that's for temporary buildings,
like temporary structures, so it can be less safe because
it's temporary. But then the building inspector shows up and

it's like, girl, this is obviously not temporary, and you've
got to be up to code, and they just never
got up to code and they were like bleeding money
every day. Like if you walk by it, it's just
like under construction everywhere. Well, yeah, chapter a lot than
bankruptcy is that like they're they're done. It's over. Wow,
