Speaker 1 (00:01):
Get your hairs together and we're going to start to party.

Speaker 2 (00:04):

Speaker 3 (00:05):
I'm ready to party the Elvis ter Ran after party.

Speaker 1 (00:14):
I'm you guys reading the podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Yeah, I've got a special guest, Angelo. Angelo Angela is
the famous actor and nobody knows yet. Okay, so Angelo,
how long have you been an actor?

Speaker 4 (00:31):
About ten years? Now?

Speaker 2 (00:33):
Ten years?

Speaker 1 (00:33):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (00:34):
What have we not seen you in?

Speaker 4 (00:37):
You have not seen me on FBI, you have not
seen me on now Amsterdam?

Speaker 2 (00:42):
Huh, but we have seen you well yeah yeah, so okay,
So he texted in and apparently there's this show, Daniel,
did you mention it this morning? The Hunting Wives on Netflix?

Speaker 4 (00:54):
I did not.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
I saw that yesterday put Netflix on?

Speaker 4 (00:57):
What is that?

Speaker 2 (00:57):
What is it? So tell us Angelo what a what
the show is about? And be how you play apart
or don't play a part in it?

Speaker 4 (01:06):
So the the shows have sexually charged drama about Brittany
Snow who lived in Boston and moves out west to
North Carolina and she has a dark past. My robe
was small, so I don't really know much more than that.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
You had me.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
It's sexually charged, So what part are you playing? Though?

Speaker 4 (01:28):
In the first episode, Britney Snow is at NRA party
and she's going through some mental stresses. She comes up
to the bar and I'm the bartender and I'm offering
her a drink and give her some water and yell
out at her. But they ended up cutting out that
entire scene.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
So wait, that's the worst. Did you not know until
you were watching the episode and then you saw that
the scene wasn't there?

Speaker 4 (01:55):
Yeah? I was telling everybody, oh, guys, watch me. I'm
gonna be on Netflix Monday. And then yeah, and then
I tuned in I'm at the NRA party scene. They're like,
where am I?

Speaker 2 (02:06):
Oh wait, wait, wait your agent? Nobody told you that
the scene was cut.

Speaker 4 (02:12):
Nope.

Speaker 3 (02:12):
They do that to like A listers too, don't they Like,
you have no idea how the edit's going to happen,
Just like in an interview with us, we could cut
Angelo out of this entire thing. I know I wouldn't.
I'm just saying that the editing, the control goes to
the final finals like directors and stuff.

Speaker 2 (02:30):
Right, you still got paid though, Right Angelo?

Speaker 4 (02:33):
I got paid for the day, But I don't know
if I'm going to get my residuals for it.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
Probably not, because you're not in it.

Speaker 5 (02:40):
They're not going to give them to you.

Speaker 4 (02:41):
My name does show up in the credits.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
Oh okay, wait a minute, why are you getting credit
for work that's not even there? I mean, granty, it's.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
Worth we do every day.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Technically in it?

Speaker 6 (02:55):
Right?

Speaker 4 (02:56):
No, Yeah, my scene was cut, but I was there
on SAT for two days? Is filming the scene with Brittany?
And yeah, I'm still in the credits, but my face
is gone.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (03:07):
So, as a former aspiring actor myself, do you do
you look at this as a hurdle or is this
gonna just push you that much harder?

Speaker 4 (03:17):
Well, I'm going to continue to strive forward. Not that's
going to stop me from that. It's just one of
those things that, like you feel dummed out about at
the moment, take like it there to the process and
then just keep going moving forward.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
Were you in sex scenes?

Speaker 4 (03:31):
No, I was a bartender.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
Ah okay okay. And what are the residuals look like
for something like this for you? Is it like sense millions?

Speaker 4 (03:43):
Hundreds?

Speaker 5 (03:43):
Okay?

Speaker 4 (03:45):
Wow?

Speaker 3 (03:45):
Cool?

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Okay?

Speaker 4 (03:48):
Yeah. When I did my episode on FBI, my first
residual check was about eight nine hundred bucks.

Speaker 3 (03:53):
WHOA hello, lady.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
So, Angelo, do you want to have the chance to
deliver the lines that we didn't get to see right now?

Speaker 4 (04:03):
Sure? Okay, I remember it?

Speaker 5 (04:08):
Okay, but what are you gonna tell me my lines?
Or I'm just coming into the bar asking for a drink?

Speaker 3 (04:12):
Do it sexually charged?

Speaker 4 (04:16):
You come up to the bar and then I tell
you what the today special is?

Speaker 5 (04:19):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (04:19):
And what what was your name? Do I know your name?

Speaker 4 (04:21):
Or no, you don't know my name? I'm just nameless
bartender number one?

Speaker 2 (04:26):
What was my name?

Speaker 5 (04:27):
Nameless bartender?

Speaker 4 (04:30):
Your name was Brittany?

Speaker 1 (04:31):
Brittany? Okay?

Speaker 4 (04:32):
She want with her name?

Speaker 5 (04:33):
Are you ready?

Speaker 1 (04:34):
Here we go?

Speaker 4 (04:35):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (04:36):
Hey?

Speaker 4 (04:37):
Could you say so tonight?

Speaker 1 (04:46):

Speaker 4 (04:48):

Speaker 2 (04:49):
Take to quite on the set?

Speaker 5 (04:52):
Hey, so can you tell me the specials for today?

Speaker 4 (04:57):
The nine special is the Gunpowder. It's a mosque Kalida
with pineapple juice.

Speaker 2 (05:02):
Okay? Did you do it? Feeling?

Speaker 1 (05:07):
Angela?

Speaker 4 (05:09):
Him?

Speaker 3 (05:10):
There was like a type of there was some type
of accident involved, and I felt like we didn't get
from you before.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
He's from the Bronx. He's got a Bronx back.

Speaker 2 (05:17):
Then, how do you know? But Angela, I want more
sexual charge?

Speaker 1 (05:24):
And can we request okay.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
Yes, okay, this time, I would like it to be
sexually charged like Cowboy, me.

Speaker 5 (05:33):
Too, Okay, hey there, I'll really like you to tell
me the special.

Speaker 4 (05:46):
Hey there, little mama, it's a non specialistic gunpowder. It's
an escalita pineapple juice especially made for you.

Speaker 2 (06:05):
Right there, Angela. I really think had you done the
Cowboy uh, sexually charged, they would have kept that line in.
But you know you will never know.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
Now.

Speaker 3 (06:13):
Yes, I feel like this is okay because I'm the
one that's asking for it. Could you do sexually charged? Indian?

Speaker 4 (06:20):
Is that? I don't know I can do that, but
I'll give it a go.

Speaker 5 (06:24):
I just want to hear the I think you should
play take for Oh hey, there's off.

Speaker 3 (06:32):
What are the specials today?

Speaker 4 (06:35):
Hey, look, today's specials are being good powders.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
Would I'm a little turned on? Well, Angela, sorry you
you're on the cutting room floor, but you know what,
I think that will just push you that much harder
to be in the next You know, Daniel, don't even
report on this, honeywives things. It's cutting I forget it.

(07:02):
But it was a pleasure to talk to you, Angela.
Good luck out there.

Speaker 4 (07:06):
Thank you guys. So much. It's a pleasure talking to
you on Thanks for having me on the show. Hope
you guys have one.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
Okay, bye bye.

Speaker 3 (07:19):
Podcast.

Speaker 1 (07:21):
I know how he feels, though. Are we still doing
the podcast?

Speaker 2 (07:25):
Yeah, what do you mean?

Speaker 6 (07:28):
A long time ago, I was on a pilot of
a TV talk show that never happened. There was a
guy named Carlos Watson and he was hosting a talk
show and so I was on the panel and with
a couple of other guys and we were having some
dude panel and it was a lot of fun and
I was I was highly you know, entertaining and irreverent.

(07:48):
I made the audience laugh. We had a whole big
TV show that was taped. I said, Oh, it's slated
to air in the fall, and I was so excited,
and then like, oh, yeah, it was canceled before.

Speaker 1 (07:59):
Yeah, there was no time slot for it. They never
picked it up, so it was.

Speaker 6 (08:02):
Left somewhere the cars Watson TV talk show. It was
taped and left on the shelf and never aired on television.
And I was kind of bummed about it.

Speaker 3 (08:13):
He said, I was entertainingence.

Speaker 2 (08:17):
Maybe if you're a cowboy.

Speaker 4 (08:18):
I was.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
I was at the peak of my career, the Pinnacle.
I was the best of anything that I've ever put
out on this Oh god, I had to be two
thousand and six.

Speaker 2 (08:30):
For the last twenty years.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
It just sucked because I had my whole day. I
was even dressed nice.

Speaker 6 (08:37):
I'd lost some weight, you know, on purpose, because I knew.

Speaker 1 (08:41):
I was gonna be doing this TV. What are you
laughing at, Scottie b What are you making faces out?
I'm not GONDI and I just like looking at each other. Yeah,
making eyes at each other carried over for the time.

Speaker 2 (08:55):
Regular Christian and I was on the panel.

Speaker 1 (08:57):
They were going to make me like a regular on
the panel.

Speaker 6 (08:59):
Like, listen, if this goes well, when the show starts airing,
we may call you in in the future to be
part of the show, as you know, like to give
some advice.

Speaker 1 (09:07):
Do they call you because the show it was.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
Else no scary? You were so bad? You thank the entire.

Speaker 3 (09:16):
Entire I always laugh though, I mean, at least it
didn't ever air and then they replace you because we
see that happen all the time. It comes when they
first start and they have someone playing a character and
then later on it someone else. I'm like, oh, damn. Yeah,
what happened there? That happened to Sam and I. We
shot a pilot. It never went anywhere. It's like in
MTV Africa somewhere.

Speaker 1 (09:36):
Yeah, what was it for.

Speaker 3 (09:38):
It was for MTV. It was like MTV Global. They
wanted us to do sort of like a pop culture
chatter show. And it was Sam, me and like three
or four other people who are all really cool, and
we shot the whole thing and they loved it and
they were so excited and they're like, oh, we're gonna
shop it around. And then I just died in the water. Yeah,
that happens. It is or they replaced us, that's the idea.
