Speaker 1 (00:00):
Here we go. It is the fifteen minute morning show podcast.
I'll look at this. The whole room is full with
Froggy and Gandhi and straight Nate and Danielle and Scary
adjusting his camera. Yeah, there's Dave, Brody, I Brody, and
I see Garrett ome here Brody, and there's Scotty b
and missing someone. I think I got everyone. I feel

(00:24):
like reaction. No, I think I think the machine that's
scary camera was on somehow shut off, and that's how
Brodie hears us. Because now Brodie can't care us and
Scary is gone. All right, we'll let them work on that.
How are you doing, Daniel? You wanted to start with
something or should just spent an hour trying to fix
this both at the same time. You're gonna start talking, Daniel,

(00:47):
and then Scary is gonna pop back on with Brody,
and so Brody is blaming Scary. He said he disconnected
him because he doesn't know there's technical issues. Why thin
Scary accidentally? Okay, let's move on. Go right, fact, there's
there's Scary. My god, that buttons about to pop. Oh
my god, don't close the don't close it. My god,

(01:08):
look at that open the computer. What's going on? You
need to open the computer for Brody. It's open, it's on.
But we see your stomach. Now move your camera, dude,
don't you don't get this an awful shot of me.
You're doing it, you're doing it. It's me. Can we
look at scary at jeans? Turn around real quick? Stop

(01:31):
sucking it in? What the hell is that? He's got
stuts in your chair? These are these are like freaking diesels.
Are like freaking diesels for stopping. I'm looking all right,
let's let's move on. Looking at Diana. She's here live,

(01:53):
don't look at me. Okay. We can do this for
an hour, or we can move on. All right, let's
just leave it right there. Okay, yes, Daniel, you had
oh no, crazy, where did Brody go? He should here?
He's here, No, he's not by here. Okay, I'll fix

(02:13):
you in the I'll fix you in the meantime. Ahead
as you were, as you were. Well, this is exactly
what we've been doing. So we are as we were. Okay, Yes, Daniel, okay,
So remember the other day I told you would be
so cool to own like the axe from the shining
It went up for auction and everything. That was pretty cool.
So today going up for auction is actually the thor

(02:35):
Um Hammer from Chris Hemsworth's movie from thor they're saying
a hundred thousand dollars it's probably gonna fetch maybe even
more when it goes up for auction. That is something.
First of all, he touched it, so that in itself,
I want to touch it. But is there anything like
that you would die to own, like from a celebrity
or someone that you love, that you would pay that

(02:56):
much money for. Like, that's a lot of money. Hundred
thousand dollars. You know, I got one Derek Jeter's last
jersey he ever wore a Yankee Stadium. That's a good one,
all right. You think that'd be more than a hundred
thousand dollars? Yes? Who gets the money though? Does it
go to like the player or the actor, or does
it go to some charity whoever owns it at that? Yeah,

(03:17):
that's true. Okay. I'd like to have the final touchdown
Tom Brady throws, but the actual final one, not the
one where he throws it and then retires for forty
days and it says he's going to come back and
then I don't know. Last one back to the acts
on the shining versus doors whatever, I don't know. I
think the acts on the shining is much more important

(03:38):
of an artifact because it's it's been around for a while,
you know. Yeah, I don't know. I agree, I agree,
But but but Chris Hemsworth touched this. Yeah, but then this.
Then you break it down to Jack Nicholson versus Chris Hemsworth.
So it's like I'd rather touch something Chris Hemsworth than
Jack Nicholson. Diferent. Know, but these are things that there

(04:01):
are characters in movies used. I mean, what are you
gonna do? Go ahead and start buying every chair that
Chris Hemsworth sits in and start sniffing them. What are
you gonna do? That's possibility. Sure somebody already does that.
There's there's a lot of cool things going up for auction.
These sweater from Freddy Krueger and uh one of the

(04:22):
gloves is going up for auction. Looks like the volleyball
from Castaway with Tom Hay. There's a lot of really
cool stuff that's going on this. I didn't think of those.
That's a crazy story. When I was a kid for Halloween.
I wanted to be Freddy Krueger and the Nightmare on
Elm Street. I tried to make one of those. I
was trying to grind something in my dad's shop without
telling my parents. I sliced this ship out of my

(04:44):
finger hand to go inside, and my mom had to
take me to the hospital. I was trying to make
a Freddy Krueger, Glove said needless. I wasn't going to
be fred Krueger for Halloween anymore after that happened. Hey, um, scary,
where's Brody? He should be here, Bronson. We don't hear
him him though. Yeah, I don't know. I can't help
you there, but I don't act like you care a

(05:07):
little bit there microphone everything I needed to do there.
Now you're there there, and he's never an asshole, but
he was just a dick just there. He's right exactly
so Brody. We're just talking about how the Acts from
the Shining sold for a hundred thousand plus and also

(05:30):
the Hammer from Thor and Chris Hemsworth just sold for
a bunch of money. It's going up for auction. What
kind of iconic movie, uh prop or something would you
like to own? I would like to have either the
one of the Stormtroopers that that Luke's Luke Skywalker war

(05:52):
is a Stormtrooper costume, or the inflatable auto pilot from
the movie Airplane. Yes, how funny that I thought of
a new one. Okay, if we're talking movies now, the
Bob Sled from Cool Runnings? Okay, were you going to
put that that? I don't know, but it's it's just
a matter of having it at this What about the
piece apply where they were laying on in Titanic That

(06:14):
wasn't big enough for two But I swear to God
it was a door, wasn't it. Whatever it was, it
was big enough for two people. That I want the
entire ship I want to ship from Titanic ship ship.
I want them to solder it back together. What about you,
a Gandhi, if you thought about this at all? I can't.
I'm not really sure. I mean from a movie or something.
I love Jurassic Park. Those are my favorite movies. But

(06:36):
I don't know what I could get from Jurassic Park.
Like a dinosaur would be cool, But where would I
keep that thing? One of the little eggs that you know?
What I would love is the original green thong from
borat the line, why not now as you can snip it.

(07:01):
I would like the Annabelle doll from annabel That would
be awesome. Or the original Chucky. Oh yeah, that was terrifying.
Believe he just said the original Boa that went up
his butt? How about the How about the bicycle that
Elliott rode with Et and Elliott and then riding over

(07:21):
the sun of the moon. Oh my god, I love
to you would kill someone for that bit. I would
like the theater seat that was right in front of
Pee Wee Herman. I think because it is in this

(07:48):
We did agree that we were cutting back, so it
was going to be less every we We spent half
of this thing looking for Brody and the other half.
You gotta tell you that the people in the fan
group are not happy when we go less than fifteen minutes.
You know how you fix that, Scotty you don't do
in the fan groom. Yeah, I guess I do think

(08:10):
you know, we did have the birth of a new
bit on the show. We hummed the hits, which you
know what, it did pretty well. We had one complaint
they hated it? Who hated it? Just a random There
was one, Elvis, you know how you know how you
hate when people text in? Do better? Yes, I decided

(08:30):
I hate when people start something with unpopular opinion, but
because that's their way of saying, I know you're gonna
think I'm an ashole, but I don't care. Right. Well,
there he answered your own question, and it's an unpopular opinion.
As you said, elvisly was the only person that texted in,
and they were like unpopular things. But I don't like
that bit. Well that's good because we work on popularity.

(08:50):
That's our job, so popularity wins. Everybody else loved it,
and that same person probably hates puppies and everything else
good or whatever. That's right. And got another one today.
It was it was sort of like, could do better,
but it was that you can do better. It was no, no,
you're better than that, better than that. It was it
was you're better than that. So I almost said, well, no,
I'm not, so I just blocked. So I just blocked them.

(09:14):
You know that you also you also had a I
expect more from you today, but you didn't see that one.
I guess everything like a principle would tell you, like
growing up, you can expect more from me all you want,
you ain't gonna get I feel I feel like texting back,
what are you basing that? All right? But they I

(09:36):
expect more from you, like based on what remember like
five years ago, when these quote unquote complaints started to
come in, we actually took the seriously or like, oh
maybe we should change things. Now we're like, fuck you. Well,
it's like you know what. Look, I I at the
end of the day, I appreciate the fact that people
do listen and they reach out and say, hey, you

(10:00):
know you did this, and I'm not too crazy about it. Yeah,
they could have easily just gone away said you I'm
not listening to you. There's also a way of expressing yourself.
There's this thing called constructive criticism, which when I was
in school, I remember we it took one of the courses.
One of the things we did was about constructive criticism.
We had lessons about it. We had to write constructive critics,

(10:22):
critical ways of you know, kind of imparting an opinion
without offending. And I think that art is lost on
this sid Maybe I'm very maybe I'm very naive, but
I feel like only people that get us listen to us.
But apparently that is not the case. Well no, but
you know what, in real life, you don't. You could

(10:42):
really love someone a lot, but you don't agree with
everything they say. Right, But at these people never heard
the famous quote for he who expects nothing shall never
be disappointed, Like, do not expect more from us? You
will never ever be disappointed when you get very little.
You'll be like, that's what I expected. But I know,
but my my half of the debate is, obviously they
do expect hi, hi, whatever from us, and they obviously

(11:05):
get it. So sometimes when they don't, they feel very disappointed.
But I don't know. Well, also, don't forget the famous
quote by Bill Cosby drink this. I don't know the
key to success, but the key to failure is to
try to please everybody. Okay, you go and look look
where he ended up. He only tried to please the

(11:28):
women he gave drinks to. I didn't see you coming
out with an inspirational quote from Bill. A lot of
things wrong he said that. One also said I like
putting I like putting pills into drinks. I don't know frog,
I would like to order a Cosmopolitan. I mean we

(11:49):
joke about it, but not do better. Better yeah, I know.
You know what. Look, we love hearing your We love
hearing your feedback when you want to Texas. But it's scary,
is right. I mean constructive criticisms one thing, and just
just flat out like, do better, you know what you
do better? How about that? I also think that art
is lost because of social media and like, you know,

(12:10):
look at a YouTube threat of comments, So people just
don't realize that, you know, the way that they're expressing
themselves could could be really damaging. Um. You know, I
think Mike Tyson had a great quote recently after he
punched that guy out on the plane. Who right and
find out? No, yeah, you pretty much said you all
forgot that. You say, you say things on social media,

(12:31):
you can't say those same things the same way in person.
Are you're gonna get a beat down? Hey? Wait, Gandhi,
are you running late for a plane? Not yet. As
long as I'm out of here, when we're done, I'll
be a okay, Okay, thanks for caring, though, I appreciate it.
I do care because I know she's flying off to
Dominican repugs. I'm happy for you, Ganda. You don't have

(12:53):
a good books. You very much though, Yeah, alright, let's
maybe can we pull the plug? I think we should
pull the po Give me a plug, I'm gonna pull it,
all right? What kind of plug? Here we go? You
Gandhi have sun on your trip to see you Monday. Okay,
