Speaker 1 (00:04):
Steelers at LA. It's a tough game to call. Let's
see if my guests can do any better. Former Steelers
quarterback You hear him on the DVE postgame show. He
has a great podcast with former Steeler Trey Essex. It's Charlie,
Betch Charlie. I can't get a grip on this game.
I would like to think the Steelers can take advantage
of LA being so beat up on the offensive line

(00:26):
and win this game, but I still feel like it's kind.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Of up for grabs.

Speaker 3 (00:31):
I'm with you on that. And this is the game
that scares me. And even though everything is favored kind
of towards the Steelers direction, and you're just like, Okay,
are they going to start reading their press clippings on
how good they were last week and not allow them
now go into this game with that you know, that
edge that they need. So this is one of those
things where, like you, it's hard to call at this
particular point.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
You know the quarterback position better than anybody. I know,
you played quarterback. How good is Justin Herbert? Really break
him down from you? What are his pros?

Speaker 3 (00:59):
And Yeah, this is a guy that just obviously Steeler
fans don't get an opportunity to see on a regular basis,
only on TV and highlights that you're seeing. But this
guy is tall in stature and he's bigger than what
most people realize. He's like Big Ben, you know, essentially
as far as how he's stand, but mentally he's there.
He has a big arm, he could push the ball

(01:20):
down the field, and he is more mobile than what
people think. And if you go back to last year,
he was nursing a high ankle spring, so we didn't
truly see the mobility and the Steelers were able to
get after him from that perspective. Now he's coming in
healthy and it looks like this guy is playing with
a ton of confidence. But playing for Jim Harball type
of coach, you know, he's gonna believe in this quarterback

(01:40):
and he's going to, you know, truly try to will
his players to a victory and something, you know, something
that he's done. But ultimately, there are some things in
his game that you could take advantage of.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
Yeah, one thing that's underrated though he runs pretty good.
I mean he has over three hundred yards rushing. I
don't think he gets tough credit for that.

Speaker 4 (01:58):
And that's yeah. Absolutely.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
That's the point where I said, people just don't know
and how mobile this guy is and he can fly.
Streids are long, but he actually is quick in stature
that he can get away from some of those closing
defenders and be able to make a play. And that's
going to be something on those Reid option plays with
RPOs that he's going to pull that ball out.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
And not afraid to run it.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
So those defensive ends are outside linebackers, they're going to
have to play their keys and not get caught up
with the eye tests and allow Herbert to get outside.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
How much will their injuries on the old line hurt them?
They got three tackles hurt, they got to guard banged up.
But they do have a true balance between running pass.
I mean, they got a great running game and Herbert's
a great quarterback. They're one of the few teams to
really truly have that legit balance, aren't they?

Speaker 3 (02:43):
Yeah, they are, And in Jim Harball, he loves to
run the football and I know justin Herbert, you know
he's pushing the ball down the field. But they're starting
with that run game. Greg Roman offense. Those are things
that ultimately plays into his factor and even though they
had the injuries, and this is where they made a trade,
But this is where you start now testing the depth
to say, Okay, if you truly believe in your roster,

(03:04):
are you now gonna start inserting some of those practice
squad guys that you're developing and see if they can
step up to go from JV to varsity type of play.
And this is gonna be a game that really we're
all gonna see come to Fruition all together on Sunday
night because we don't know what that offensive line is
truly gonna jail this weekend.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
Can the Steelers keep it up with the splash plays
on defense and can they win if they don't make it?

Speaker 2 (03:28):
And that's a pretty good question.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
Yeah, can they do it in the manner of six turnovers?
I don't think they can sustain that, But they have
to create those turnovers and shorten one possession for the
opposing team, and given this offense that one extra possession,
I don't think that they can continue in this formula
if they don't create the turnovers.

Speaker 4 (03:47):
Only because these splash.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
Plays are missing in this offense on a consistent basis
doesn't mean they can't do it.

Speaker 4 (03:53):
It's just a.

Speaker 3 (03:53):
Matter of all three phases haven't played together in the
manner that you would like to see, especially when you
create six you would like to win by more than
seven points.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
Yeah, I mean they got three touchdowns in the field
go out of the six turnovers, and that sounds like
a lot, but you would like to do better. And
the weird part is, Charlie, I would bet on the
Steelers to get a takeaway before I bet on them
to get a three and out, And that's.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
Odd, it is, But then that's just part of Justin's
Herbert game and that's what they could possibly take advantage
of it right there, what you mentioned, this guy is
gonna throw some balls up there that you can legitimately.

Speaker 4 (04:29):
Catch or you're gonna get there. You just have to
catch those footballs.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
And again that's gonna cause that the pressure of that
defensive front is going to have to force that, and
when he does, you have to make them pay for it.
They've been practicing all week on those particular footballs that
are going to be.

Speaker 4 (04:43):
Thrown down the field.

Speaker 3 (04:44):
Of course, Jalen Ramsey as good as anybody, but how
are those other defenders going to be able to do so?
It's one thing to have a pass deflection, but we
now need to turnover that goes along with it.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
Yeah, what about Jalen Ramsey and they got dugger just
came in from New England to safety.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
I thought they did a good job against him. Can
they keep it up?

Speaker 1 (05:01):
And what are your thoughts about maybe having Ramsey to
a Rod Woodson just become a safety period.

Speaker 3 (05:07):
Yeah, And I think that's something that he has to
embrace and it seems like he's done that up until
this point. And it's a lot easier when you turn
on the film and say, listen, the Hall of Famer
Rod Woodson did it.

Speaker 4 (05:17):
The Hall of Famer Charles woos Woodson did it.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
So when you have two guys that are comparable, that
made that transition and makes it an easier self for him.
He's embracing he is a team player. He's doing everything
in his manner. But again, at the safety position, it's
a little harder to disrupt and take plays that, you know,
take a defender out of the game when you're in
a safety position versus the cornerback position. But again, I
think he ultimately is going to embrace it. And I

(05:41):
think what you see right now with him and Dougar,
this is going to be something that those guys have
to work on. The non verbal communication. And when I
say that non verbal communication, you look at there, you
look at your guy, and he knows exactly what you're thinking.
It's very similar to the great tabas that you had
in here with the Steelers secondary Troy Pom, Troy Poul,
Ryan Clark type of tandem.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
We're talking to Charlie Batch here on the ex Charlie
Great co Sell of the NFL Networks.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
It's something interesting.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
He doesn't like the Steelers offense, but he thinks it
can improve and get better. I actually like it better
than he does, but I'm not sure how much more
they have to offer than what they're showing.

Speaker 2 (06:18):
What do you think?

Speaker 3 (06:20):
Yeah, I mean they're they're starting to play better in
that they're starting to play together in that in the
offensive line group. So I like where they're at, I think,
But I think ultimately what they have to do is
get those splash plays in or you have to create
those fifteen plus yards down the field. And like Mike
Tomlin talks about field flipping plays and if you do that, yes,
it takes the pressure off off of the offense because

(06:42):
now they don't have to go ten, eleven, twelve play drives.
It's hard to do that consistently at this level because
there's going to be a mistake that's made. So they
just have to stay in front of the change, but
ultimately push that football down the field and that's where
the opportunity can still happen.

Speaker 4 (06:58):
Even though we're midway through this season.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
Well, big fact with that, Charlie's DK metcalf and I
don't know if it's his fault not being targeted enough.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
He's dropped a.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
Couple of balls, but I feel like they got to
get a.

Speaker 2 (07:08):
Lot more out of him. Not a little more, but
a lot more now, I'm.

Speaker 4 (07:11):
With you, a lot more.

Speaker 3 (07:12):
Two catches six yard that's just not going to cut it.
And again, other receivers have to take that pressure off
of DK. So if you make those plays down the field,
now it changes the defensive coordinator scheme on how he's
looking to attack you.

Speaker 4 (07:25):
You know.

Speaker 3 (07:25):
So those are things that ultimately is going to have
to play out. I know they've been working hard this
week to incorporate DK into this particular game plan like
they always try to do so anytime that you're on
Sunday night, this is going to be a game.

Speaker 4 (07:37):
You know your peers are watching.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
Everybody around the country is all paying attention to then,
So I expect them to get DK involved in this
game plan early.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
Why is he coming up short and not being as
involved like you say, because I can't put my.

Speaker 3 (07:50):
Finger on it when you're going out there and you
just look at it. And I'm saying this respectfully. If
you have DK on one side, you have calvinas and
a Room and Wilson who's young in their careers that
aren't has proven is DKA. You're going to take DK
away and make those other guys prove that they can
beat you down the field. And until they do it consistently,
that's when the coordinators will start respecting those guys and

(08:10):
will free up the one on one covers on.

Speaker 4 (08:12):
The outside the DK. But also you have to get
that running game going.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
If Jalen Warren could get going now, you create those
second and medium, third and short opportunities where you know
you can dictate what the coverage is going to be.
But if you're always in that third and long it
plays into the defensive favor.

Speaker 1 (08:27):
Well, you're definitely nailed, Dear Charlie, because I've been saying
they abandon the running game far too quickly the last
two games in particular, and I know sometimes it's not
what they wanted to be, but I don't feel like
you can ever like what was it against Green Bay?

Speaker 2 (08:39):
Warren got three carries in the second half.

Speaker 3 (08:41):
I mean, come on, yeah, absolutely, And it's always going
to be an extra defender in the box, especially when
your quarterbacks are not going to be the mobile guys,
so they're always going to have a guy in there
that's going to defend the run. And when you draw
up these plays and you're putting the game plan together,
you always go up there, and the coordinator would always say, Hey,
the seven guys can be blocked. This aces defender. This

(09:02):
is yours running back. You have to make him miss.
And is at the difference between a three yard game
and a fifteen yard game if you're able to make
that guy miss. They just have to stay committed to
the running game even when things aren't going.

Speaker 4 (09:14):
As well as what they would hope. Too early in
the game.

Speaker 1 (09:17):
I was surprised to just realize that Rogers hasn't had
a three hundred yard game passing, yet I don't think
that reflects badly on him. On the other hand, I
think he has more touchdown passes than he's played well.

Speaker 2 (09:28):
I think he's done good. But you know what I mean, Charlie, Do.

Speaker 1 (09:31):
You feel like he's gonna break out yardage wise or
is it not that kind of offense.

Speaker 3 (09:36):
It's not necessarily that kind of offense on a regular basis,
even though he hasn't hit that three hundred yard mark,
but he is. He is efficient on the opportunities as
he's given multiple You have four touchdown games that he's
throwing and yes, he is doing that at.

Speaker 4 (09:50):
A tremendous rate.

Speaker 3 (09:50):
He's not gonna beat you, and that's the mental part
that Aaron brings to this offense. He's gonna get everybody
in the right spot, and when you don't, he's gonna
correct you. If you go back, just and look at that.
It was that Kenneth Gainwell play on third down. He
knew the blitz was coming. He told Kenneth that, hey,
you're the hot guy. And Kenneth runs his route, the
ball goes in the dirt and everybody's like, what's going on? Offensively, No,

(10:12):
he Kenneth Gainwell messed up in that particular situation.

Speaker 4 (10:14):
But that's the beauty of.

Speaker 3 (10:16):
Aaron Rodgers in this offense, getting everybody into play. I
think that would eventually come, but I think ultimately that's
going to determine the defense that you're playing and actually
what's needed to win the game.

Speaker 1 (10:27):
Now, you talked earlier about the change with Ramsey and Duggar,
which we both like at safety. What about what they
did with the front seven where they lined up as
a four to three sometimes where they use three inside backers,
sometimes use three edge guys sometimes.

Speaker 2 (10:42):
I like that.

Speaker 1 (10:43):
I know they did it because injury kind of forced
their hand, but I hope they keep.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
Doing it no matter what. I don't think Indy really
knew what to do with.

Speaker 3 (10:50):
That, no, And they even lined up in a five
man defensive front, so they're trying to give different looks
to stop that run game. But again, you know, how
does that look and how does that impact the passing game?
And now a lot of those go hand in hand.
But I think ultimately they're going to try to figure
out and continue to mix it up, especially when you're
talking about Herbert, because anytime you get into a five

(11:11):
man front chances are is a strong chance one a
man and man on the backside, So they just have
to continue to mix it up and ultimately hopefully they
can play from a lead and force the Chargers to
be one dimensional.

Speaker 2 (11:23):
Troy, I know.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
We're not only quite halfway through the season, but I
look at the AFC standings more than I should, and
there are two games ahead of Baltimore, and for some reason,
I feel when Baltimore gets within one game, they'll quickly
be tied with the Steelers or maybe ahead. I feel
comfortable with that two game lead, and this weekend you
not only have a chance to be to LA because,

(11:44):
like we agree, that game's up for grabs, but Baltimore
is at Minnesota on Sunday. Baltimore's favored. But that's a
losable game, isn't it.

Speaker 5 (11:52):
It is?

Speaker 3 (11:52):
And it's almost like, and I know you're the hockey guy.
You know you sit back and what they always say,
two goal lead is okay, three three goal leader.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
You're like, oh, exactly.

Speaker 3 (12:02):
So I think when you look back to where you
are with this two games, they have to stay there.
In Baltimore, their mindset is, hey, guys, let's just steer
the course. And if we can get to one game,
we still have the Steelers twice on the schedule, which
ultimately would determine the AFC Nord. So right now, these
games are important and you go through this whole stress. Yes,
November is important, but this is a huge game, not

(12:23):
just because it's the Chargers, but it has AFC playoff
implications when it comes to the tie breakers at the
end of the season, once you get.

Speaker 4 (12:31):
Outside of your division.

Speaker 3 (12:32):
So if they can figure out a way to get
this one, this is going to be won, and ultimately
you get the revenge game against Cincinnati. So these are
things that you ultimately have to have when you start
playing in November, because this is the time of year
where you have to start stacking victories together. And that's
what happened when you start getting victory Mondays, because you're
now starting to create that separation by stacking the wins.

Speaker 1 (12:54):
You know what worries me about Baltimore Trump, and it's
worried me quite some time when they were one and
five and you saw there guys on tea like van
Noy and you know, so forth the coaches being interviewed.

Speaker 2 (13:03):
They did not waiver it all.

Speaker 1 (13:05):
They were like one and five, and they're saying all
of them, now we'll be okay, we'll be all right,
wait till we get healthy, and now they are mostly
yeah they are.

Speaker 3 (13:14):
And then that's something. And that's why that Cincinnati game
on that short week on Thursday night, that's why that
game was so critical that you needed to have because
you lose that game, especially the division game. Now it
gave Baltimore hope, especially with Lamar Jackson coming back. So again,
it's still a long season in this particular particular game,
but you still have to win the games that you're

(13:35):
supposed to win. I just don't know, and I hope
that that Cincinnati game is not a game in December
where you're sitting back saying we could have kicked the
division or now we're playing for the division in the
final week of the season against the Ravens.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
Charlie, great stuff, great stuff on the podcast with Trey
and on the DV postgame show with the Pursuit up.
We'll talk again next week. Enjoy the game, I appreciate it.

Speaker 4 (13:57):
Thanks for having me.

Speaker 2 (13:57):
That's Charlie Batch. Love having Charlie on.

Speaker 1 (14:00):
Came out on the DV postgame show this Sunday and
don't forget you can watch the game with me at
sidelines Beer Hustings, Wickly get them wings. Okay, up next,
we got a spot for calls here if you want
to call a three three, four one two w XDX
and we got the football picks with mister Friday Afternoon
at the bottom of the hour one O five ninety X.

Speaker 4 (14:20):
It's the Woody Show Weeked mornings at six. Of course
you think is on.

Speaker 5 (14:27):
From the ninety I'm ready to go.

Speaker 6 (14:29):
To chim Hortens for the fact free donuts DX at one.

Speaker 2 (14:38):
Doublem on the X.

Speaker 1 (14:39):
We got mister Friday Afternoon next with the football picks.
We talked a lot of Penguins earlier. Maybe we should
return to that now. I thought last night was a
game fraught with near a disaster after they blew a
three nothing lead for the second time in two games.

Speaker 2 (14:56):
But all is well, that ends well.

Speaker 1 (14:58):
As I wrote in my trip call, the locker room
was more relieved after than it was happy.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
But why ask why?

Speaker 1 (15:05):
Because the Penguins are nine to four and two and
currently tied for the best record in the Eastern Conference.
In tomorrow's game, twelve thirty start time, at Newark against
the New Jersey Devils. That pits the Penguins against another
team with twenty points at the top of the East,
so it's definitely a test. The Devils have a lot

(15:28):
of depth. They got a star center in Jack Hughes.
I don't like their goaltending, and then again, I don't
really like anybody's goaltending, so I still would have started
Morishov last night. I'm assuming coach Dan News has not said,
but I'm assuming that Morishof is a goal tomorrow, so
we'll see how he does against the Devils. This kindle

(15:51):
kid is a phenom, you know, that great on the
power play. Needs to kind of figure it out playing
five on five with Sid, but I think he will.
Eric Carlson's played more good games this season than he
did the prior two years total with the Penguins. Sid
is just incredible. Thirty eight years old and right now

(16:12):
he leads the league in goals, leads the league in
power play goals, just two points off the NHL lead
in points. So I've never seen I mean, there have
been some athletes like quarterbacks who have played this well
at thirty eight, maybe Lebron in basketball, but I've never
seen a hockey player play this good. At thirty eight,
Sid is playing like an absolute phenom. And I said

(16:36):
earlier it would be tough to talk to me to
think and Sid might be the best player ever, ahead
of even Mario, and I don't think that'll happen. But
Sid being this good this long, at a similar level
for twenty one straight years, he's certainly making a friggin case,
ain't he. So a lot to talk about the Penns,

(16:57):
Anthony Mantha being the power forward they've leed. We talked
about Kendall, the two guys on the left side of defense,
Shay and Watherspoon, who were really not top four guys,
but certainly playing like it. The goaltending, you know, I
know Shiloff's caught some strays yesterday because I wanted another

(17:17):
people wanted uh Moreshoff to play, but but Shiloffs did
did fine last night, not great, but fine.

Speaker 2 (17:24):
But that's all they got is fine in goal.

Speaker 1 (17:27):
Remember before I said, unless Morishoff does get a launch
to what I think will be a superstar career immediately.
But uh I don't think the Penguins have great goaltending.
I think it's okay on a good day, so a
whole lot to talk about when it comes to the Penguins.
Let's go to Jonah in Connecticut. Jonah, you're on with Mark, Hey, Mark.

Speaker 7 (17:52):
Just one of to talk about Ben Kendall. He looked
He's looked great all seasons, but last night just really
really impressed me. He uh a few of those ships
at the end of the game, but uh, he looked
like I guess season better.

Speaker 8 (18:07):
Well.

Speaker 1 (18:07):
The power play is where Ben Kindall just is too
good to be true, but except it's true.

Speaker 2 (18:13):
The Penguin powerplay was three for five. He directs it.

Speaker 1 (18:16):
He was out there pointing to where Eric Carlson should
go a Norris Trophy win, and Eric Carson went there.

Speaker 2 (18:23):
I mean, he just gets it.

Speaker 1 (18:24):
He has the power play, don pat He's got to
do a bit better supporting Sin on the puck five
on five, and he will. I have not had faith
in a young player that the Peens have had like
this with Ben Kendall since like the Crosby Stall Malkin
Flurri era. He's not gonna be as good as I
don't think.

Speaker 2 (18:44):
Maybe he will be.

Speaker 1 (18:46):
He might not be in that class, but he won't
be far behind. I'm telling you that for sure.

Speaker 7 (18:51):
It's it's crazy impressive. Do you think they'll keep him
on the first power play? I think they they have to, but.

Speaker 1 (18:58):
Well if they if they don't, they should be prepared
prepared for an absolute barrage of stinging criticism from your Strutlely.
Then again, I did that with the morishof thing yesterday
and they still didn't start him. Let's go to the
Egyptian magician.

Speaker 9 (19:11):
Bob.

Speaker 5 (19:11):
Hello, my friend, Hey Mark, listen. As far as penguins,
I told you before, I really have a good feeling
about this team. We have a variety of we have size,
we have young, really good player. I loved Candle and
you know, Shay sput in the waterspoon and Manton is

(19:36):
playing real good this season. And I really feel good
about this team, especially the fact that with the new coach,
it seems like they're listening to him. It was a
little bit of you know, when they came back again
this Washington as you know, when what happened in Toronto.

Speaker 2 (19:56):
Oh no, Bob, You're right on the money there.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
It would have been so easy to finish losing that
game after what happened in Toronto. But they dug In
and I wouldn't call it a great comeback, comeback from
their comeback, but they got the job done.

Speaker 5 (20:11):
Yeah, that and that was the point, and I'm so
happy about it. That's why the Steeters I told you.
I'm glad actually Big Ben back the album that listen.
I say it, I said it, then I say it again.
Time of position is magic wards for well centers for Steelers,

(20:34):
because this team, if they have two okay, good runners
and they have a lots of pieces that you can
get ten, ten yards, you know, five yards, six yards,
if they can keep the other team in the benches,
that is.

Speaker 2 (20:54):
The Bob Bob, I agree with you.

Speaker 1 (20:58):
But but time of possession, when they win that battle,
it sort of fools gold sometimes because if you do
it by takeaways, you know, that's good. You get the ball,
hopefully you converted into points like they did last week
three touchdowns and a field goal on six takeaways, which
is good, but still really not enough.

Speaker 2 (21:16):
As Aaron Rodgers noted.

Speaker 1 (21:17):
But they need to get more three and outs, they
need to force more punts and they're not really doing that.
On defense, it's an all or nothing type of defense.

Speaker 5 (21:26):
I absolutely agree with you. Yeah, that's one they're short
on that one to basically make the other team punts,
especially on third nons. But my point is basically this
team the way it is right now because they double
the metscalf and like you said, you know, you know,

(21:47):
he lets some ball go out of his hands and
so forth, and this team, in my opinion, if they
just look at their record right now, I don't know
about this that this, but I'm willing to bet that
every time that they won, they have one time a position,
and every time they lost, they have lost time a position.

Speaker 1 (22:10):
I think that usually happens, Bob, But like I said,
sometimes it's the fool's goal to the turnovers. I don't
think they'll ever do what you're talking about exactly as
you describe until, like I said, they force more punts.
Good call, Bob, Thank you for calling. As always. Up next,
we got mister Friday Afternoon with the football Picks, and
you can call in now to ask Mark anything at

(22:31):
A three three four one two WSDX or leave a
talkback via the microphone icon at the iHeartMedia app. But
mister Friday Afternoon is up next with the Football Picks
one oh five to nine.

Speaker 10 (22:43):
Tomorrow afternoon, the Pens take on the Devils. Game time
is twelve thirty. Our coverage starts at eleven thirty. Listen
to every game and the best Pens coverage on your
home of the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Speaker 9 (22:57):
X.

Speaker 11 (22:58):
If you can't get enough, if you're Pittsburgh Steelers, then
check out the latest podcast from Steelers Nation Radio, a
part of the Steelers Audio Network, hundreds of hours of
exchool Can eat You Walk? I, Mark, I have to
have a porn question for you.

Speaker 2 (23:12):
Go right there. My friend BET's asking for Trump.

Speaker 4 (23:14):
Tonty eggs at one oh five nine.

Speaker 2 (23:21):
All right.

Speaker 1 (23:22):
My next guest was told it'd be fired if he
didn't go five hundred or better picking the football games
last week. In this so far he has stood up
to the pressure. He went three and two this past week.
Is mister Friday afternoon, Mister Friday Afternoon, I forget, and
the tape mysteriously got erased. Do you have to go
five hundred or finish above five hundred to avoid being fired?

Speaker 8 (23:45):
Did? I? Uh? I can't go five hundred?

Speaker 2 (23:50):
Yeah you could. You could go two and three this week.

Speaker 8 (23:53):
That's not five, that's under five hundred, don't you know?

Speaker 1 (23:57):
To add, No, you went three and two this week,
you could go two and three, so you could go
five and five over the two weeks.

Speaker 8 (24:05):
Oh yeah, so I wouldn't be fired.

Speaker 2 (24:07):
No, you would be fired. I think you have to
go over.

Speaker 8 (24:09):
Five hundred, no, five better.

Speaker 2 (24:12):
You said that's what I said. Now I I forget
what the what? What I mean? We the tape pot.

Speaker 5 (24:18):
I'm not.

Speaker 8 (24:18):
That's not my responsibility. That's your responsibility to remember what
you said.

Speaker 1 (24:22):
Okay, I remember that you that I said you have
to go over five hundred. Anyway, let's let's get.

Speaker 8 (24:26):
That's not what you said. Though you said you have
to go five hundred or better.

Speaker 2 (24:29):
That's not what I said. No, that that's a total fabrication.

Speaker 8 (24:32):
You don't remember what you don't remember.

Speaker 1 (24:33):
The total fabrication on your part. Okay, let's get to
the picks. First off, you have to pick the Steeler game.
That's Sunday night. It's a big one, the Steelers at
the LA Chargers. The line is I'm scrolling here with
the bet Parks app these Steelers are uh two and
a half point underdogs.

Speaker 2 (24:52):
Who do you like?

Speaker 8 (24:55):
I like the Steelers. That line's training they this is
a this scheme should be a pick them because the
Chargers are decimated again on their offensive line and.

Speaker 2 (25:06):
The guards banged up.

Speaker 8 (25:07):
Yeah. Right, so they're not gonna be able to run
the ball, which means they're gonna be able to Yeah,
and then the Steelers defense will cup last week against
one of the better the best offense in the league.

Speaker 1 (25:20):
When you agree that relying on takeaways like like they
got last week with six, that's a slippery slope.

Speaker 2 (25:25):
You can't count on that. There is a random element there.

Speaker 8 (25:29):
You're correct, however, But when you get a decimated line
and you're gonna be getting pressure on the quarterback, you're
going to be creating more opportunities for turnovers by rushing
the quarterbacks throws. So that's it. It's kind of like
it is random, but it's random by design because they
have the guys that will be putting pressure on the quarterback.

(25:50):
This is a good spot for Tomlin two. It's national,
it's national, it's uh national TV game, and there's an
underdog to just the typical I should but I talked
myself out of it. I actually said last week I
should have been the Steelers in that spot home underdog,
and I didn't have gone five and oh, but we're
gonna stick and I'm gonna stick with the trends of

(26:11):
the Steelers in common Hardmark is a good coach, though,
he's the type of guy that could, like, you know,
pull a rabbit out of his hat here. But I
just this game is probably gonna go exactly how you
would expect.

Speaker 2 (26:21):
Now, have you been indicted yet in the NBA betting scandal?

Speaker 8 (26:25):
Son of your business?

Speaker 1 (26:26):
Have they questioned you in the NBA betting scandal the
sound of your business?

Speaker 8 (26:30):
Did you, by the way, did you suggest to erase
our text message? Don't?

Speaker 9 (26:34):
Don't?

Speaker 2 (26:34):
Why?

Speaker 8 (26:36):
Son of your business?

Speaker 2 (26:37):
Oh? My god?

Speaker 8 (26:39):
What if?

Speaker 2 (26:39):
Have you got me in trouble with the NBA betting scandal?

Speaker 8 (26:42):
That's sound of your business?

Speaker 2 (26:44):
What about the fixed poker games?

Speaker 8 (26:48):
How much did you lose?

Speaker 2 (26:49):
Is a tree? You were arrested for running a fixed
poker game?

Speaker 8 (26:54):
That's soun of your business?

Speaker 2 (26:56):
Is it true you worked on a sex farm?

Speaker 8 (26:59):
Uh, that's none of your business? Is the treaty? You
were going to sex for them?

Speaker 2 (27:02):
Okay? What's the pick of the week.

Speaker 8 (27:06):
Where we get some stinker game? There's a hard card
this week. By the way, I don't know if you
know that or not I do. Yeah, I'm gonna pick
a stinker game. Okay, so the Jets were the Jets
were favored over Cleveland at home by like one and
a half points. They trade away all those guys.

Speaker 1 (27:25):
The game that nobody cares about is often where the
best value is, right.

Speaker 8 (27:30):
So there, so they traded away all those guys. But
you're not gonna tell me that those the Jets defensive
players are worth three and a half points in teams.
You know, Cleveland's favored by two. Cleveland's offense stinks, period,
so worst offense in the league. It doesn't matter what
the defense is like. You don't need to. You know,
you could take a couple of your best players out
and then then Gabe Will still will not move the ball.

(27:51):
Aaron Glynn will had the defense fired up, the remaining
guys or anything. There's there's no way that Cleveland should
be favored over anybody, especially the Jets on the road.
Here at least, the Jets have some some decent, decent
offensive players in this game with Briefe Hall, I think
Garret Wilson, Mike Vack evens even he's not brief Hall
is and then Cleveland's defense stinks on the road. They're

(28:13):
great at home and terrible on the road. It's weird split.
So definitely there's anybody betting Dylan Gabriel to win on
the road is just lost, has lost in mind.

Speaker 1 (28:24):
So Jets put at home against Cleveland. How do you
feel about this pick?

Speaker 2 (28:29):
How's strong?

Speaker 5 (28:31):
Uh?

Speaker 8 (28:32):
I've zeroed out.

Speaker 2 (28:35):
Okay, now it's time for the daily double.

Speaker 8 (28:42):
We're gonna go on a little tried and shrewd formula here.
I like playing the backup quarterback in the at home
when the starter goes out. Houston is getting a point
at home from Jacksonville. Houston still has arguably the best
defense in the league. And Davis Mills is a serviceable
quarter back that his arm is not base. He's not

(29:03):
much worse than Stroud's been. Stroud's been a very average
game manager. Davis Mills can do that and.

Speaker 2 (29:11):
Is kind of just just.

Speaker 8 (29:15):
Right. He's he's an average below average quarterback. Actually, that
offense doesn't really do much, so Davis Mills, they don't
need to do much. Jacksonville's uh entire wide receiving corps
decimated bill Us all three starters, and they stuck up.
They got Jakobe Miners get a trade for a guy
they've got, but you know they got no receivers against

(29:36):
and you're going on the road in your favorite against
the best defensive league. I think this is Houston season
right here. They're still in the playoff mix. They have
to win this game. So I like, I like Houston
plus one.

Speaker 2 (29:46):
Okay, Houston plus one. That is the daily double.

Speaker 8 (29:52):
By the way, by the way, I'm Jodelle. Hi's Jodell.

Speaker 1 (29:57):
Okay, now, just just free and f We found the
tape from last week where I said, you have to
finish over five hundred.

Speaker 2 (30:04):
Let me play it. Are you ready? Hold on? Are
you ready?

Speaker 8 (30:07):
Yes, you have.

Speaker 1 (30:10):
To finish over five hundred. Do you get fired? Okay,
So that's the tape, So now we know you have
to finish.

Speaker 8 (30:17):
That was not the tape. That was you saying that's
just now.

Speaker 1 (30:20):
No, No, that's a tape. So you have to finish
over five hundred. Do you want me to play it again?

Speaker 8 (30:28):
Those taps have been doctor, Why are you playing?

Speaker 2 (30:31):
I'm gonna play it again. Hush up, hold on, here
we go. You have you have to finish over five hundred.
Are you fired?

Speaker 8 (30:43):
You could clearly see that you were doctored your coughs
while doing that.

Speaker 5 (30:46):
You're doing this.

Speaker 1 (30:47):
Live, well, no, the cough is on the tape anyway.
So it's time to pick the super collider. And by
the way, we we what you off the hook about,
you know, talking about being of all those fixed poker games.
And did you communicate directly with any of the players
who who shaved points on the prop bets, on their

(31:07):
on their on their on their individual totals.

Speaker 8 (31:11):
No, our communication was with the referees last year. But
I'm not the son of your business?

Speaker 2 (31:17):
Okay in the sex form. You don't want to admit
that either, Nope.

Speaker 1 (31:23):
But but by by saying you don't want to admit it,
you've confirmed that if you were pressed that you had to, like,
what if you want to lie detect?

Speaker 8 (31:29):
Right, I'm as long as the phone was not a
lie detector. Yes, I would say son of your business.

Speaker 1 (31:37):
That that wouldn't be a lie. That's actually well played. Okay,
Now what about you.

Speaker 8 (31:41):
Hating the Steelers the son of your business?

Speaker 1 (31:44):
Okay, the super collider. Now you're gonna like what I
did here. I usually picked the Steeler game, right, correct,
In this case, I'm picking the Houston game as the
super Collider, which is already the Daily Double, and that's
the six point since play for this week, which means
you can finish under five hundred.

Speaker 8 (32:07):
Yeah, yeah, you're absolutely right. So uh so we have.
So the Houston game is now the Daily Double and
the Super correct and the game was zero doubt.

Speaker 2 (32:21):
Well that's what you say. Now, let me just play
that sound by the game.

Speaker 8 (32:24):
Let's take a try factor. That's like, you know what
should do whenever we have a pick like that where
it's made with zero doubt. It's also the super collider,
and it's also the Daily double. Let me call that
the tripack, and let's call that the tria right right,

(32:47):
and maybe we should call it the hat trick or
the TRIFACTO have to be the.

Speaker 1 (32:50):
Hat trick because we have a segment in the very
first hour of the show that's the trifecta.

Speaker 8 (32:55):
Okay, so let's call it the hat tricks. So so
that Houston game is the hat trick because it is
being made with zeroed doubt and it's it is the
Daily double.

Speaker 2 (33:06):
Okay. God, I have such a headache right now.

Speaker 1 (33:12):
Oh you know what, though, we could get we could
get the hat trick sponsored by a sex farm.

Speaker 2 (33:18):
Which one the one you worked at?

Speaker 8 (33:20):
Now?

Speaker 5 (33:21):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (33:21):
Okay, so let's recap steelers plus two and a half.

Speaker 2 (33:24):
The pick of the week is the just plus.

Speaker 1 (33:25):
Two and the uh now newly christened hat trick.

Speaker 2 (33:31):
The daily double is used in plus one, so.

Speaker 8 (33:38):
And again also zero doubt, zero doubt, Let me.

Speaker 1 (33:40):
Play, Let me play that. Uh that sounded again. If
you don't finish over five hundred, you're fired.

Speaker 8 (33:50):
Okay, well that sounded live, but it's you know. Oh,
you're right.

Speaker 1 (33:54):
You don't work in radio. You would have no way
of knowing. And you're three and two right now. So
what are you so worried about?

Speaker 8 (34:00):
Uh, I'm not worried at all because I've made all
these six zero down.

Speaker 2 (34:04):
It's not time to ask Mark anything.

Speaker 1 (34:06):
Dial eight three three four one two WXDX eight three
three four one two WXDX, or leave a talkback via
the iHeartMedia app.

Speaker 6 (34:14):
One oh five nine one o five nine d X
has your shot at extra cash because we're nice.

Speaker 4 (34:20):
Thirteen times a day, nine am through nine pm.

Speaker 6 (34:23):
The X will give you the keyword at the top
of every hour and iterate at wxdx dot com and
you could win one thousand dollars, jesting you can spread
it on the bed and roll around at one.

Speaker 4 (34:32):
Thousand dollars or whatever. This is your money.

Speaker 6 (34:35):
Listen all day for your chance has some extra cash
on one O five nine the X.

Speaker 8 (34:41):
This hour that Mark Madden shows brought to you by
Bud the light bridly served a good time bar and
grew in millfels.

Speaker 1 (34:47):
Big and it's soft and I use a bunch of
pillows and I swore d X at one.

Speaker 9 (34:51):
O five nine about an ask Mark anything.

Speaker 1 (35:05):
Eight three three four one two w XDX number to call.
We got a drink from the River Hans joining me
next hour. River Hans hosting Detroit Rock City in a
USL Eastern Conference semifinal tomorrow night at seven thirty high
Mark Games nearly sold out, but you can still get in.

(35:27):
Gonna be a great atmosphere for a big football match
at high Mark. Uh, let's go to Dustin Dustin from Charleroy.

Speaker 12 (35:36):
Ask Mark anything, Hey, double m I wanted to keep
it with some Penguins talk here. I want to know
what you think about if the team stays on this trajectory.
Kendall's chances for winning the calder Muses Chance of winning
Jack Adams, and I think it should not be lost
right now because the team is pretty banged up but
still playing well.

Speaker 4 (35:56):
So what are your thoughts?

Speaker 1 (35:57):
I think of Sid finished his top five scoring in
the PENG make the playoffs.

Speaker 2 (36:00):
He hasn't shot at MVP.

Speaker 1 (36:02):
That's the first, uh, first thing I would put forth
in terms of postseason awards, Muse, I don't know first
year coach.

Speaker 2 (36:11):
I don't know how much Cashet hit have.

Speaker 1 (36:13):
Kinda won't win rookie either, because that's Schaefer kid in
New York, the first pick overall, the defenseman.

Speaker 2 (36:18):
He's going to run away with it.

Speaker 1 (36:23):
That said, I hope that your directory remains the same
or that they lose the rest of their games. The
worst thing that can happen is that they finished just
out of the playoffs, because then no playoffs, no good
draft pick.

Speaker 2 (36:36):
Let's go to the butcher. Butcher ask Mark anything.

Speaker 1 (36:40):
Double m What I mean?

Speaker 8 (36:44):
Hey? More overrated musicians slash catalog the Boss or Dave Grohl?

Speaker 2 (36:53):
Boy? Is that a good question?

Speaker 1 (36:58):
I think that because Springsteen higher rated, that he's probably
more overrated.

Speaker 2 (37:03):
Does that make sense?

Speaker 5 (37:06):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (37:07):
I find I find, I find both of their catalogs
despicably same mean boring. So that's a real good question.
But I would say Springsteen. I mean, there's a movie
about about the friggin guy.

Speaker 8 (37:19):
Yeah, yeah, maybe one for Girl will be next to
could be.

Speaker 1 (37:24):
But yeah, when it comes to the king of the
overrated between Springsteen and Dave Grohl, I'm going with Springsteen.
But you hit, you hit A great question because that's
two guys over rated.

Speaker 2 (37:36):
Let's go to a talk back.

Speaker 8 (37:39):
Hey, what up, Matt?

Speaker 12 (37:40):
And this is Zach about the quarterback getting knocked out
by a hit?

Speaker 4 (37:46):
Didn't James Harrison knock out Colt McCoy.

Speaker 3 (37:50):
Or Johnny Manziel or somebody on the Browns a couple
of years back.

Speaker 2 (37:55):
Well that narrows it down.

Speaker 1 (37:56):
No, we figured out Tim Ben's up informed us when
he was on earlier that the last quarterback the Steelers
knocked ot was in fact Justin Herbert of the La
Charges in last year's game, and now they play Justin
Herbert this coming Sunday night.

Speaker 2 (38:13):
Let's go to a talkback.

Speaker 8 (38:15):
Hey, Mark, do you think sid the kid can potentially
win the scoring title this year?

Speaker 4 (38:22):
Do you think he can stay in this run?

Speaker 1 (38:25):
Well, he's no kid, He's thirty eight, which actually makes
what he's doing, the level he's playing at in his
twenty first season all the more amazing.

Speaker 2 (38:33):
Can he make a run at the scoring title?

Speaker 1 (38:34):
Boy, I don't know McDavid gets in those jags where
he'll have like a five game stretch with like, you know,
fourteen points. I don't know if that's in Sid's quiver
that arrow anymore. But I think Sid can stay in
the top ten, maybe top five, and one thing that
he's doing right now, because I think one of them
that's Sid.

Speaker 2 (38:54):
Sid never stops improving.

Speaker 1 (38:55):
And Sid has a keen understanding of exactly what the
team needs him to do. And you'll remember back when
nobody ever thought he could score fifty goals or win
the Rocket Rashard Trophy for most goals in the season,
but he did score fifty and he won that trophy twice.
And I think Sid knows, with the team constructed as

(39:16):
it is, he's got to score more goals if it's
going to get to the playoffs. And Sid has eleven
goals already in quitting six on the power play, and
he's really sharp with his powerplay skills. And Kendall and
Sid and Malkoln and Carlson and Rust are a match
made in heaven with the man advantage, and Dan Muse
simply cannot go back to Raquel on that unit in

(39:37):
place of Well, I was gonna say Kendall, but really
anybody because this works and the only thing where Kel's
better at on the power play, Well, I was gonna
say shooting from that left tof wall, but you know
what I'm wrong, Kendell's a better shooter from there.

Speaker 2 (39:52):
Kendall's the guy on the power play. Kendall has the
number one power play IQ. Kendall was pointing out where.

Speaker 1 (39:58):
Eric Carlson should move last night, and Carlson listened, so
I know they know MEWS had better.

Speaker 6 (40:06):
No.

Speaker 2 (40:08):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (40:09):
This segment brought to us by People's Natural Gas People's
in es sense of Utilities company, Safe Reliable natural Gas Energy.
That's People's Hyphengas dot Com.

Speaker 9 (40:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (40:21):
I love talking about the Penguins. Got a lot of
good Penguins talk in today. Steelers play at La Chargers
on Sunday night. I hate those Sunday night games, but
I'll have a good time watching it at the Sidelines
beer House and Swickly the Sidelines location right and right
among the hoy poloit. It's a great place, uh, lots

(40:42):
of fun and I'll be talking to the citizens and
giving away free stuff. So join me there Sunday night
at Sidelines beer House and Swickly up next we got
the list and after that we'll talk to Beato drich
Uh defender for the River Hans. River has at home
for a big Eastern Conference semifinal playoff game tomorrow night

(41:05):
at high Mark Stadium on the in Station Square one
oh five ninety X.

Speaker 12 (41:11):
Now it's your chance to win one thousand dollars.

Speaker 4 (41:13):
Just entered this nationwide keyword on our website.

Speaker 2 (41:16):
Verra Hans.

Speaker 1 (41:16):
Like I said, big playoff game tomorrow night at high
Mark Stadium and Station Square against Detroit. Winner goes to
the Eastern Conference Final. Joining me now to talk about
that game and about the River Hans hot streak of late.
It's Cenaer defender Beto iDRAC Beto, Like I said, second
round playoff game in high Mark tomorrow night and being
at home is kind of a nice surprise, isn't it.

(41:38):
Some things had to happen, but they did.

Speaker 13 (41:41):
Yeah, you know, I mean, we obviously had to get
the job done at Heimark last week in dramatic fashion
and penalties. But yeah, I mean, one of the best
teams in USL championship history, Louisville had to get taken
down by Detroit on the road, and that's exactly what
Detroit did. So we lucked out, But you know, we're
ready to go over tomorrow night at home in front

(42:01):
of our fans.

Speaker 2 (42:02):
I don't know if lucked down.

Speaker 1 (42:03):
I was at that Hartford game and I thought they
just lumped the ball over the top and tested you
guys in the back. It was kind of a boring
attack by them, and it slowed the game down. But
you guys in the back, you just, you know, got
a good head on and kind of rode the storm.

Speaker 2 (42:17):
Correct.

Speaker 13 (42:18):
Yeah, I mean, you know, a lot of teams in
the USL, that's how they try to play in playoffs
is just try to make it a little bit the
game's a little bit choppy and just slow the tempo.

Speaker 4 (42:29):
Down to the game.

Speaker 13 (42:30):
But you know, we're definitely in the frame of mind
to take the attack to the other teams, and we're
going to try to do exactly the same against Detroit.

Speaker 1 (42:41):
Now, you guys haven't lost in four matches. Your three
wins in one draw in that span. What is caused
that hot streak and obviously exactly the right time playoff time.

Speaker 13 (42:51):
Yeah, I mean, I just think that a certain sense
of togetherness that we have within the group has grown
throughout the season, and we just nothing, nothing too special.
We've just all of a sudden started playing some of
our best soccer and just taking the attack to the
other teams, like I've said, and you know it started.

(43:13):
We've started to get the results that we wanted and
you know it's proven that way in this playoff run
as well so far.

Speaker 1 (43:20):
Now it's your first professional season after having played college
soccer at UCF, and you've played almost every minute at
center back for the River Huts this year. What's the
adjustment been like to professional soccer, Beto?

Speaker 2 (43:32):
What's been different? What's been the hardest?

Speaker 13 (43:38):
I think the hardest. Hardest aspect of this of being
a professional is just how consistent you have to be
weak and when weak out with how long the season
is is you know, you have to be really professional
with how you maintain your body and your mentality throughout
the season because it is a long and grueling year.
But the pace of play, you know, it's it's pretty similer.

(44:01):
I've been able to adjust pretty quickly, which I'm very
grateful for. And I you know, having the staff have
that faith in me to be able to place from
the beginning has obviously helped a lot for me to adapt.

Speaker 2 (44:12):
What do you think makes you a good defender?

Speaker 1 (44:13):
What do you concentrate on in the back, and what
do you feel your strengths are to this point in
your career.

Speaker 13 (44:20):
I'd say, you know, I have a good range of
passing for a defender. You know, I played midfielder for
most of my life, so for a defender, I'm I
think I'm pretty good at being able to find passes
through the lines that breaks pressure from the other teams.
But defensively, I think I'm pretty good in the air.
I'm good at winning headers. So whatever the other team

(44:41):
tries to throw at us in the air, we got
good players in the back to be able to deal
with it.

Speaker 1 (44:46):
How did you come to move from midfield to center
back and what was your reaction when they asked you
to do it?

Speaker 4 (44:53):
Well?

Speaker 13 (44:53):
Actually, at my time at UCF, I played nine different positions,
so I mean, wow, throughout my time playing yeah, through
my time playing soccer, I've been able to be a
little bit versatile and you know, just adapt to whatever
the coaches need. So I was lucky enough to have
played a little bit of center back throughout my time
at UCF. So I mean, like, like I said, like,

(45:16):
whatever the coaches ever wanted me to do, I just
try to do it to the best of my ability.

Speaker 2 (45:21):
Well, that certainly keeps in the lineup. Now.

Speaker 1 (45:23):
You also played for the Puerto Rican national team, which
is incredibly impressive. Betos seventeen appearances for the team, and
you just played against Argentina not long agoing to friendly,
and you played against Messi and all those legends.

Speaker 2 (45:36):
What was that like?

Speaker 8 (45:39):
Oh?

Speaker 13 (45:39):
Man, I mean when I when I was warming up
before the game, you know, I, you don't, you don't
really know that it's that it's gonna happen, Like you
know leading up into the game that you're definitely gonna
play against Messi, but you don't. I had to see
him to believe it that he was there. And then
once once he stepped out onto the field, I kind
of had to pinch myself and be like, Wow, he's
actually a real person and like this he's not just

(46:02):
a celebrity from TV. But you know, the the level
of play that those guys play at, it's just another
They're in another stratosphere of how good they are, and
then there's levels within the professional game, and Messi just
he just stands alone. It's actually pretty pretty crazy to
think about, because they the whole national team of Argentina
is so good and then Messi is just a step

(46:24):
above what those guys are as well. It's but man,
it was a great experience, Like it was a good
way to just test how good we as a national
team are and how good individually I am as well
against you know, essentially the best team in the world.

Speaker 1 (46:39):
Now, did you did you get near Messy? Did you
did you launch at tackle or anything like that? How
physical did you get with Lionel Messi?

Speaker 12 (46:46):
You know?

Speaker 13 (46:46):
Actually I blocked one of his shots. I stole the
ball off him like a couple of times, and then
on one outsides I had to I had to tell
him something in Spanish just to make sure that like
he kind of knew who I was.

Speaker 1 (47:00):
Now now I'm told you swap shirts after the game
with Alexis McAllister. Beto is one of my favorite players
in soccer. What do I have to do to swap
and get that shirt from you.

Speaker 13 (47:13):
Do you have any good Steelers memorabilia?

Speaker 2 (47:17):
Are you serious you would swap an Alexis?

Speaker 6 (47:19):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (47:19):
What do you want?

Speaker 4 (47:21):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (47:22):
I don't know, I don't know. What do you have
to offer that?

Speaker 1 (47:24):
Well, let me let me let me, let me let
me dig deep. Maybe after the game tomorrow night we'll
touch base. But yeah, I because McAllister. I mean, I'm Liverpool,
So yeah, that's a big deal. How did he play
against you?

Speaker 2 (47:35):
What was that like?

Speaker 13 (47:37):
He's also he was also a guy that really surprised
me as well. He was really really good. He scored
twice on us, so, I mean, he was also one
of the guys that surprised me. I had to get
his jersey just because I out of the respect that
I gained for him through that game. He's they're all,
they're all really good, but he was one of the
guys that surprised me as well for how good he was.

Speaker 1 (47:59):
No, he's my beato. Thank you so much for taking
the time. Really good stuff and good luck. I'll see
you tomorrow night.

Speaker 13 (48:05):
All right, sounds good.

Speaker 11 (48:05):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (48:06):
That's Beto, a drac centered defender for the River Hans.
They play Detroit at Hei Mark tomorrow night, seven thirty pm.
A few tickets still available, so get down there. I'm
next gonna talk some hockey with my producer Tommy Radio
one oh five to nine.

Speaker 9 (48:22):
It's so
